The sandwich was great, lots of fish, lots of meat in those two generous pieces, I didnt feel too bad about paying 19 for a sandwich. The fish was freshly fried, not too oily. The "tartar" sauce could use some work its more mayo'y than normal tartar and didnt have any of the chunks of stuff that a normal tartar would have. Also they use a piece of leaf lettuce. Just a tip, with the heat of freshly fried fish it makes the lettuce gummy and disgusting by the time your halfway into the sandwich. The fries looked good, I did have one just to try and it was good, no complaints there. I didnt like that they rest the sandwich on the fries as that adds oil to the bun. The bun was good, the cheese (american) was good too I like american so wasnt an issue for me. Overall I would not return because of the experience with the staff.
