I was looking forward to dining here. The menu looked amazing and the atmosphere seemed really cool. I purposely booked a reservation online days in advance to ensure my family and I could enjoy Balloons. Sadly, we did not get that opportunity. There was no host upon arrival, but totally understandable. We were seated within a few minutes which was fine. We sat for over 10 mins without even being greeted by a server. I'm a server.... it's inexcusable! If someone would have come by and acknowledged us I would have been okay with that. I do this for a living... it's quite simple "Hi folks just wanted to say hi I'll be back in a few". That would have sufficed. Instead we got nothing. After 10 mins of not being acknowledged my family and I got up and went elsewhere. From a management standpoint, I would want to know where flaws are in my business and where improvements need to be made. I'm incredibly bummed we didn't get to enjoy a meal there. I had to set the oven to 425 to finished cooking wings and pizza. When we called and told them of this they stated they needed to pick up the wings from us to confirm. What a joke. Also, looks just like blasdell pizzas logo (much better established than Tim and Bonnie’s). Would not recommend.
