We had the Beef (Wagyu Filet with purple potatoes and au poivre), the Trout (with Sauce Nage, asparagus, and morels) and the House Made Corn Agnolotti (Cacio e Pepe and corn). All three dishes were incredible. The trout dish was light. The beef dish was so savory. And the agnolotti was absolutely to die for. For dessert we chose the deconstructed tiramisu which was the best tiramisu I've ever had. There was a thin cookie that gave this delightful crispy texture that I often find is missing in tiramisu. And because we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary there was a small white chocolate piece that said, "Happy Anniversary" on our dessert.
