The tables are never cleared especially at the weekend. Considering you have to order at the till and queue up for ages, you’d think it’d be clean. It’s hard work dining at Van Hage!. I ordered an espresso and it was INCREDIBLY sour. I have trained at a speciality coffee shop elsewhere and it was noticably underextracted. Ive been to another coffee lab and it was a much nicer taste. I would not have paid (around £3 I think?
