It was a rotten head of lettuce then in a box with a small amount of topping shoved into a couple plastic containers. There were a few half rotten tomatoes then in the box. The calamari was a big pile of mush in the box. On the Fra Diavlo the flavor was good but the noodles were extremely mushy and the shrimp was half burnt. The desert was literally thrown into the box and all smashed. To top it off the portions are half the size of what you get at other Ippoltos locations and I’ve been eating at this Franchise for 20+ years. There’s more that was wrong but it’s not even worth going into it. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very polite and apologized and offered for me to drive back for a refund. We live on the other side of John’s Creek and it was not worth it. We ended up throwing most of our order into the trash unfortunately. What a waste of $100 and we left a $20 tip on a pickup order. I will never eat here again nor tell anyone to eat here. I’ve sent photos of this meal to most everyone I know and they were absolutely shocked that a restaurant would even send out food like this.
