The fries at Silverbird are excellent; they have a nice light crunchy coating on them which is exactly how I like my fries. The Coleslaw was the best of the ones I've tried so far; the portion was very generous as compared to the 4oz cups many places are doing now, it was chopped a bit coarse not chipped up fine, again exactly how I like it, and the dressing on it was perfection, and just the right amount not too dry, not too sloppy. We requested malt vinegar on the side for the fries, and they gave us one small 2oz container of it which was sufficient. The price was average for this area; I personally feel that a half sized peice of fish and some cabbage and fries which are both incredibly cheap items, it's way over priced for that. But again; its basically the same as the other restaurants I've reviewed so far. Overall; I don't recommend it. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything special and there are better places for it within a few minutes drive.
