Most of us at least, as my food was an extra 10-15 minutes because I believe they forgot. We received NO compensation or apology, and we even paid extra for a Caesar salad as we had to change that. Completely embarrassing for the staff if I’m going to be honest but I do understand it was a busy period with some larger tables. What I don’t understand is a lack of communication. I’ve worked in hospitality for long enough to know this was an awkward experience for myself, and others seem to agree. I don’t think I ever want to come back unless something changes. On entering was greeted with a friendly member of staff, who after signing myself in let me choose where to sit.
