Very nice zoo. A lot of different cats species, which i love. There are two shows, birds of prey and sea lions. Both are good, especially the birds of prey. Free parking is nice. The toilets could be better.

Super place, if weather is ok, and you have children - this is kind of place which you can spent whole day and it will not be enough! I was thinking what are the tickets for 2 days and yearly access to zoo?! And being there for 5h we saw 50% of all attractions prepared for visitors. Bad for Animals but perfect for visitors is that places for animals are not enormous- so you are able to see cats, wolfs, birds and any kind of animals. It’s a balance between safe place and attractions for visitors. HIGLY RECOMMENDED

We had a great experience visiting Zoo Amnéville! There are so many animals to see — lions, tigers, polar bears, rhinos, hippos, and many more. It was amazing to watch them all from such a close distance. This was the first time I’ve seen a lion so close, and it was truly an exciting experience for all of us. We really enjoyed our visit and appreciated how well the animals are cared for. It’s a wonderful place for families and animal lovers — highly recommended!

Amazing zoo, beautiful animals and very touchy. I was hugging a goat at one point lol. I would also touch more animals if I wasn't that scared lmao. 8/10 (wish it was less expensive, for two adults and one child we payed 100 euro, but if they need money to keep the animals healthy then I don't really mind)

The zoo was a delightful experience, offering a diverse array of animals, and our visit lasted approximately five hours. Regrettably, we were unable to observe some of the animals, as they were taking shelter. The animals appeared quite relaxed, possibly due to the warm weather. We were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the red panda. The Jurassic section proved to be particularly enjoyable for the children. While I cannot comment on the quality of the park's food, as we did not purchase any based on recommendations from friends and other reviews, it is worth noting that some areas of the park could be cleaner, and the presence of standing water in certain locations resulted in an unpleasant odor. Nevertheless, it is certainly a worthwhile destination if you happen to be in the vicinity.

I have an annual pass and it has been such fun to visit the zoo at different times of the year! It’s very kids friendly . Great place to take kids out, short walk or a full-day out. My baby likes observing all the animals. We watched polar bear Henk and Akoia fighting, a vulture trying to open our bag during his performance , kids feeding giraffes leaves, gorillas climbing up the to get bananas, penguins chasing a butterfly… many cherished moments. The staffs are always friendly. Hope there would be more different animations. Will renew the pass definitely.

Great park, a lot of animals. Make sure to take foods with you (especially if you have allergies) because food places closes at 14h. After that only icecream available. It’s better to start as early as possible, as we arrived at 12h at it was just enough time to see everything (we were 4 adults, so we were walking pretty fast everywhere). Animals look pretty looked after, in between areas there are enough benches, rubbish bins, toilets. Would come back again in future.

The aquarium was relatively small on the size of its tanks, but it managed to house a wide selection of water creatures and the shark room was a fun (albeit small) interactive area for the little kids. It was nice that the overall experience featured indoor and outdoor elements. We didn't get to try the 3D area, but it looked pretty cool.

Nice little aquarium has a playground and fun nature trails.However, I do believe the price is quite high for being a small aquarium.

The piste is long and great, it has multiple jumps, a box and two tubes to grind. There's a smaller piste to the side for beginners too. There's also a great deal for a four hour pass after 16h. The toilets however were not very clean and the lift can take some time if there's many people.

I decided to take my kids here to teach them skiing/snowboarding, which was a good choice because it was not crowded at all and there is a nice, mellow bunny hill for beginners. I took advantage of a spring sale with half off tickets which definitely made it worth the hour and a half drive. When the kids needed a break, they played on the sledding hill with sleds which are provided free of charge, and I rode the bigger piste. The snow is not excellent but it's not bad and at least it's not icy. I enjoyed the terrain park which has some jumps and rails. We ate pizza for lunch. Three pizzas and two Fantas cost €45! But I guess that's normal now. The pizza was of a high quality, a good size, and very tasty. Everyone was friendly and helpful to me, even though I speak no french. We all had a pretty good time and I will return.

I have been there for first time in April 2025 for my first ski lesson. I love it. The lesson with instructor we book in advance and I was so happy to attend the class. It is super easy to rent needed equipment and friendly staff.

NEVER GO HERE. READ REVIEW! Understand, I paid for an eight hour day. Arrived very early and only stayed for 3 hours before leaving in anger and disappointment. This will be an in depth review broken down into four sections: 1. Facilities 2. Customer Service 3. Food 4. Slopes. 1. Facilities The main area is large with four separate sections: 1. Snack Lounge 2. Bier Stub 3. Restaurant 4. Rental/Changing Area. Snack Lounge While this area looked decent with a wide expanse and seating for around 80-100 people. It only had a few small tables near windows that faced the slopes with seating for four to six people and several smaller huts that each had two tables that sat four to six people as well. Bier Stub This area was large and well taken care off. Looked like it had the capacity to seat 100-150 people and a dance floor. It faced the parking lot and it’s bar area was not impressive. Restaurant This area was large and well taken care of. It appeared to seat 100 people and faced out to the longest of the two slopes. Rental/Changing Area It was expansive and the changing rooms had enough room to bring all of you clothing bags, to include your snowboard, if you wanted too. They did not appear to have been cleaned whatsoever. There was personal item storage that only costed 2 euro for 8 hours. The storage was only 40cm x 40cm x 60cm (L x W x H). Bathrooms Absolutely disgusting. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever and some the toilets even had locks on them because they were out of service. Only cold water from the tap and there was not even soap to wash my hands with or paper towels to dry them. There was only an air dryer that barely worked in the corner with stalactites of disgusting grey that hung down from it and pooled up on the floor beneath it. Overall: 1 (Smelled like rancid throw up throughout the largest area) 2. Customer Service This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Employees flat ignored me with the exception one well dressed waitress who brought me my food and one rental girl who tried her best to help. Everyone else either ignored me or walked past me like I did not even exist. I stood at counter waiting to order food at the only place to order for ten minutes before an employee angrily walked up and took my order. All the attitudes were terrible and I would have fired these people in a heartbeat if I owned this place. Overall: 1 (except the two young women that put in some effort) 3. Food Absolutely disgusting. I only ate because I was starving and had pre-purchased items using their website. Everything was cold and barely cooked. Everything looked and tasted like store frozen items. From the pizza, to the burger, to the cappuccino and cake. Prices for that food are outrageous and they don’t even cook it all the way. Overall: 1 (only redeeming thing was the cappuccino and all the food was terrible) 4. Slopes Terrible. The amount of rocks were unbelievable. It tore up our boards and did an insane amount of damage to them. One rock was in the slow area and about the size of my fist with a finger length piece sticking of the snow that did a core shot on my board costing around 200 euro to fix. Plus the board will never be the same. It is completely unacceptable to me that this place is allowed to operate like this and take peoples money. Plus there was absolutely no fun park feature’s. No boxes, no rails, no small jumps … nothing. The same efforts they put into customer service is the same effort they put into maintaining this piste. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall: 1 (a ton of rocks, zero piste maintenance, zero care by employees) The company really needs to evaluate this place, throw some money at it, and get its act together. This is unacceptable and i hope that everyone who reads this never comes here. This place needs a rude awakening. If you decide to come here still after reading this review then rent their equipment and destroy there garbage instead of ruining your own stuff unless you don’t care about your equipment.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything feels so new! The slope is long and smooth. I would recommend you to book the tickets online in advance which is cheaper.

Fun facilities, good for beginners to start getting the hang of it but also for more advanced to practice tricks in the ramps and obstacles.

This Casino don't even accept any official ID Card and you have to bring one. So Check for it first bevor wen't here, you probably dissallowed to go in there. Better search for a Casino with some more stable Management, they even don't have Qualified Personal so they might wanna tell you: "Your ID Card isn't a ID Card, its a Suspension of Deportation". I did not really wan't to get insulted, shame in you.

We had so much fun. We are American and don't speak any French. We were very appreciative of their patience and in finding an instructor who spoke English. I am giving 4 stars because there could be a bit of safety improvement. Our son ended up with a top clip for the line that was much smaller and didn't have grooves to block fingers from sliding off onto the rope like ours did ( there was no assignment, you just choose a laid out harness to step into) We did the test course and my husband noticed this. He was concerned about our kiddo's pinky sliding off the much smaller top of the line grip and being cut off. We went to exchange it and they seemed annoyed and didn't seem to understand why one would be more dangerous. They did switch it out and we felt much safer. The rest of the interactions were nice. I did leave with scratches and bruises, but I am kind of a spaz. The instructor told us to grab the line in front of the clips to stop at the end of the zipline. We clarified multiple times even with action. I don't believe this was a language barrier issue for us. I reluctantly did this when I went first on the practice course and the clip of course slammed into my hand and gave a small blood blister so def don't do that and you will be ok. C clips to make sure you can never fall were nice.

Wonderful baths at the Thermapolis; camr away feeling like I had had a full body massage. Not to be missed!
