Pretty restaurant with stunning views! Definitely recommend it, went there with my girlfriend for brunch and was super nice, the staff is very friendly and the menu has lots of options. The food is delicious and for a reasonable price, has lots of stores around to check as well!

Verdict: - Mocktail: Average, specially for the price of EUR 10 - Tomato sauce pasta: Not good, was not fully cooked, they didn’t use olive oil also felt like it was made with tomato puree instead of fresh tomatoes.. - Pesto pasta: this was better but again didn’t feel like they used olive oil here as well Now either they use some other variety of olive oil or it was late so they just did a make shift arrangement but overall we did not like the experience. Also on telling the server the issues we were just told that they do we use olive oil and the taste of the tomato sauce pasta might be because of sage in it, anyway felt more like excuses and the server was not also willing to entertain any complains… Given that so many have written good reviews maybe other dishes of this place are good and maybe if you go earlier in the evening they might serve better with more fresh stuff but to us this was unfortunately not the experience :-(

Amazing views, my Airbnb was literally connected to that restaurant. I ate there almost everyday. Everything tastes amazing from ice cream 🍦 to Pasta 🍝. The staff are very accommodating, i sat where I wanted. I even ordered to take out. This is a gem and a MUST try.

Great little cafe in Oia. Arrived around 9am and it was very empty. Lots of seating - and upstairs too - all with beautiful views. Ordered the Freddo Espresso and the Freddo Mochaccino and both were delicious. Definitely recommend this spot!

This place is good for viewing the sunset. The menu has a lot to offer. We were not really hungry so got the calamari and Greek salad. Both were delicious although the calamari did have a harder than usual texture. Not sure if that is the Greece way as we are from Canada. We heard reservations are recommended but we got lucky and got a table without reservations.

If you want a perfect sunset view at a restaurant in Oia Santorini, this place is worth the walk down and up. In terms of quality of the meal, not the greatest we've had but certainly not bad. The service and staff were great. You will definitely have a great experience.

We had the most beautiful lunch at Sunset Ammoudi during our stay in Santorini, and honestly, it felt like something out of a movie. The setting is just magical — right on the edge of the water in Ammoudi Bay! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and everything we ordered was delicious. The grilled octopus was a standout — tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned. Tuna tartare was my personal favorite 🥰 If you’re looking for a relaxed, authentic seafood lunch with an unforgettable view, I can’t recommend Sunset Ammoudi enough. One of our favorite meals of the trip, hands down.

The most beautiful dinner and so romantic. Our server was so amazing and we ordered everything he recommended. The food was divine and we absolutely loved the whole vibe. It gets a bit windy at night, so I recommend bringing an extra layer, but they had blankets for those who forgot to bring an extra cover-up! 10 out of 10!

The pork belly was hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was crispy with a rich charcoal flavour on the outside, perfectly tender inside, and paired beautifully with the carrot purée. It was the star of the meal. However, I was quite disappointed to learn that the homemade ravioli, which I had seen listed online as a “must-try,” is no longer available. I was really looking forward to tasting it, so that was a bit of a letdown. Some small details affected the experience as well. The plates on the table was quite dusty and didn’t seem fully clean, which was a little off-putting. On the upside, the overall atmosphere and vibes were great. It would be helpful if, during the reservation process, guests could choose their preferred seating area—whether indoors, at the front, or in a sunnier spot—so expectations are better managed. As for the rest of the food, the mushroom risotto was decent but not outstanding. We’ve had better elsewhere. The traditional Greek pasta was okay, and the Greek salad was fresh and enjoyable. In the end, the pork belly truly made the experience worth it. It’s a must-try if you visit.

Came for lunch on a Saturday in early October. We had reservations, though it wasn’t too busy when we arrived. We were seated on the back patio with a nice view of the water. The patio isn’t large and filled up quickly, so a reservation is still worth making. The restaurant is in a quieter part of Oia, down a cute alleyway - it feels tucked away from the crowds, which adds to the atmosphere. We ordered the moussaka, mushroom risotto, and pork belly based on Google recommendations. All were great, but the pork belly was an absolute standout. The moussaka was tasty (4/5), though I’ve had a slightly better version elsewhere in Santorini. The mushroom risotto was rich, well-seasoned, and full of mushrooms - balanced and moreish. The pork belly was excellent - perfectly cooked, tender, with nice crisp exterior. The portion size was just right and could even be seen as generous depending on appetite. We had it augmented to be gluten-free (without the sauce as it contained gluten). I can’t even imagine how much better it would taste with the sauce! I also appreciated the allergen page at the back of the menu - it clearly showed allergens and what could be modified in each dish, which made ordering easier.

A charming hidden gem in Oia! Google Maps didn’t bring us directly here, but the blue signs around the area helped. We loved the fish, pasta, fries, and mushroom bread — all freshly prepared and delicious. The staff spoke limited English but were warm and attentive. Stopped by for lunch. It is run by a couple - such a cute and charming restaurant. An interesting menu with a little bit of everything. We loved the starter of mushrooms, tomato and shaved Gruyère. As mains we had the Roka Salad and Snapper. Reasonable prices. Slightly off the crowded part of Oia, which is nice!

Probably the best Greek Salad in the entire world. We haven’t found a close second. Everything on the menu far exceeds anything world class, the staff is super kind and the setting is incredible. We couldn’t eat here enough. Try everything on the menu … you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Dining Experience in the Heart of Oia! We had an amazing experience at this restaurant right in the heart of Oia, Santorini. The food was incredibly delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was outstanding: warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. One of the highlights is the view — you can see all of Oia from every angle, including the famous sunset, which makes the atmosphere even more magical. We highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially if you want a good spot for sunset.

Outstanding meal at Pelekanos. Had the shrimp saganaki appetizer, which was delicious. For mains, we had the lamb chop and grilled shrimp, both of which were great. And the prices were quite reasonable for being on Santorini. What makes Pelekanos stand out was the service. Our servers, Zoe and Mina, were outstanding. They were so attentive and friendly. The sunset was beautiful. Overall we would definitely recommend it.

This restaurant has a view of the caldera and it is nice and quiet for the sunset time because most other people go to the other side of the mountain to see the sunset. But for us what attracted us was exactly the life of the caldera at sunset with all the beautiful lights and the view of the boats lining up to see the sunset on the water. The place is small and quaint and the staff is relatively fast to react and friendly. What could work better for them is the honesty part because despite asking them to add a 10% tip they added 15% and I only saw it on my credit card after I had already accepted the payment. I was annoyed with that because they took more despite my indication but .. I won’t go poor from it. Overall food was good but nothing too exceptional. We didn’t find that many options for the vegetarian diet and the mushroom risotto was over peppered but, oh well again. What can you do? Maybe not a good choice again but great for one try.

Ambrosia is a fantastic fine dining experience with some of the most amazing views you’ll find. If you can, grab a spot on the terrace overlooking the caldera. The atmosphere is relaxed and absolutely stunning. The food portions are on the smaller side, as you’d expect with fine dining, but the flavors are outstanding. We started the meal with the sea bream ceviche and Greek salad. For our main entrees, my wife had the beef filet and I had the snapper. Service was incredible from start to finish. My wife and I aren’t big wine drinkers, but for those who are, this would be the perfect place to enjoy a glass from their excellent selection. A truly memorable experience!

Even though the location is obviously amazing and the food menu is quite special and has a some really cool choices, such as coconut yogurt which is rare , the service is actually a joke. They had to make my omelette three times because they could not understand that I wanted no salt and oil and kept bringing it with. The water came half an hour after we had seated, and the one of the two coffees hadn’t been noted. it was obviously a disaster. And for such an expensive breakfast , honestly disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered Greek coffee with sugar on the side. When I asked for a stirrer, one server told me you’re not supposed to stir it and that I should have asked for sugar to be added before brewing. The lady who took my order never mentioned that, and since I’m new to Greek coffee, I had no way of knowing. Anyway, the food was mediocre and the service was just meh. Great view of caldera though.

Location, Location, Location! One of the best views in Santorini. Beautiful cafe overlooking the Aegean Sea. Have a seat, relax and grab a drink and something to eat and soak in the beauty. It’s a nice walk from the cable car and away from all the cruise passengers.

My family and I visited this brunch place 2 separate times on our short trip of 3 days in Santorini (it was that good). The highlights: 1. Iced Latte – some of the best coffee I've had; perfect ratio of coffee to milk, not too sweet (you can adjust this), the serving is large. 2. Greek Yogurt with Walnuts and Honey (and there's another option with granola and fruits) – being from Canada, I've only had packaged Greek yogurt from grocery stores. This yogurt, on the other hand, was honestly the best thing I've ever had. It was smooth, had a great consistency, and wasn't thick like I'm usually used to. Alongside walnuts and, what seemed like, fresh honey, this was delightful. You pay a premium for the view, but for a great breakfast/brunch/quick afternoon coffee, visit this place for sure!!

I went two days in a row. The first day I was rushing to get to my tour so Rafaela recommended a sandwich to go that was delicious. So I came back on my last day in Santorini because of her. I had an amazing breakfast with excellent service. Oh, btw there's a beautiful view here too. As a solo traveler I highly recommend it.

Excellent Food and Service, But Ambience Could Be Improved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selene offers a truly impressive culinary experience. The food was exquisite — refined, flavourful, and beautifully plated. Each dish felt thoughtful and rooted in Greek tradition with a modern touch. The service was equally exceptional: professional, friendly, and well-informed. However, the ambience didn’t quite live up to the same level. While the setting was pleasant, it lacked the atmosphere and charm we were hoping for, especially for a fine dining experience in Santorini. Still, the quality of the food and service easily make Selene a strong recommendation for any foodie visiting the island. Just don’t go expecting a dreamy or romantic setting.

We visited Selene during our honeymoon and chose the <Half Moon> course menu (€175 per person, the least expensive option available). The atmosphere was wonderful — elegant, calm, and very romantic — and overall the staff were kind and attentive. The experience started strong with excellent bread and olive oil, which stood out even for us as people living in France. The first amuse-bouche was delicious, while the second was simply spinach — not unpleasant, but not memorable either. The first starter, <From Mani to Santorini with Love>, was truly outstanding — full of flavor, beautifully balanced, and a dish I would gladly order again if offered as a main. In contrast, <Mediterranean Triptych> was far too salty. When I gave this feedback politely, instead of the usual acknowledgment you’d expect in fine dining (“I’ll let the chef know”), our server simply said, “Oh, okay.” and walked away. The response felt surprisingly unprofessional and that left us both surprised. For my main, I had <Primavera — fish with artichoke confit, peas, and spinach>. Unfortunately, the sauce didn’t work for me — it clashed with the fish and made the dish difficult to enjoy, though it may just not have suited my personal taste. Desserts were creative, refreshing, and delicious. However, the mignardises that followed were deep-fried, heavy, and greasy, leaving the meal on a flat note instead of the light finish we had hoped for. With two-course menus, one pre-dinner drink each, and a glass of wine each, the total came to €450. While there were definite high points and we enjoyed the evening overall, the food often leaned toward experimentation without achieving true harmony. For the price, the experience felt unbalanced. It was good to experience once, but not something I would repeat or recommend.

We had such a beautiful night here celebrating our honeymoon. Our favorite night of our trip to Santorini! The service was amazing and the waiters and sommelier were so kind and punctual. The overall experience was incredible. We ordered the half moon with the triumph of the sea, a seafood pasta served with a bisque prepared on the table side. Our server was exceptional, and the food was delicious, even though it was quite expensive. However, the only part of the experience that was a bit disappointing was the yelling coming from the kitchen. The waiters seemed visibly shaken and upset, and it bothered me because I care deeply about culture, even the background details.

Hidden gem in the heart of Oia. Lovely owners who treated us well and were passionate about their service! Enjoyed a Greek salad, Oias pasta, spaghetti Bolognese, and baklava with vanilla ice cream. We went well after sunset (8:30pm), so it wasn't a long wait to be seated.

We arrived in Oia and passed by this restaurant on the way to our hotel. The smell from the restaurant was very good so we decided to have a dinner there. The restaurant is a family run restaurant and even though it was very packed during dinner time, the service and food was quick. The food was very tasty and the seafood was fresh. The portion was big compared to the price. The location was great and the view was very beautiful.

A good Greek family restaurant. Of the hundreds of places to eat in Oia, Lotza was a good choice. The stuffed peppers are excellent. Plus, it offers a view of the city's side wall, the sea, and the cats.

Covered outdoor seating makes it a comfortable spot to eat in or take out. Note that if busy, you’d have to add your name to the wait list to eat in. I had the chicken gyros pita, and my gluten-free partner had the pancetta main (he wanted to get the chicken souvlaki but was told only the pork mains were GF). Both were well prepared and tasted good, though I would have liked a thicker, fluffier pita. Service was helpful - our server clearly knew the gluten-free options, which made ordering more efficient.

This place was absolutely buzzing when we arrived, which is always a good sign. Clearly a popular local go-to, and it’s easy to see why. Food (4/5): The pork gyros were excellent; juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavour. They’d run out of chicken gyros, so I went for the chicken souvlaki instead, which had a nice smoky taste but was just a touch dry. Still tasty overall, though. Service (4.5/5): Even with the busy crowd, the staff kept things running smoothly and stayed friendly throughout. Was probably a 10-15 minute wait which is a touch longer than expected but they were busy so it’s understood. You could tell they’re used to handling the rush. Atmosphere (4.5/5): Bustling, lively, and full of energy. Exactly what you’d expect from a beloved grill house in Oia. The kind of spot that gives you that classic Greek taverna experience. Overall: Authentic, well-executed, and great fun. A small miss on the chicken, but still a top-notch feed and a must-try in Oia if you want that real Greek grill vibe. Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ Lively, tasty, and satisfying, worth joining the crowd for.

The only souvlaki you need! Came here after dinner at a fancy restaurant and got a souvlaki for dessert because I was still hungry — haha, so worth it! Absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Definitely a must.

Absolutely amazing gyros! The chicken and pork were amazing and cooked to perfection - juicy and tender. The fries are unbelievable! Fresh and crunchy. It may seem pricey, but the plate had a lot of meat and fries. We had gotten take away and ate at the steps right around their sit down area since they were busy. Highly recommend trying this shop!

Pitogyros: This place is incredible! Open from early till late in the evening and runs like clockwork. The staff are incredible. They work non stop! The customers just keep coming, to the point tables have to be booked in advance. Your turn comes round pretty quick. If you’re after authentic, proper meat filled Giros, this is definitely the place to go. We visited here twice. We got a very nice warm welcome and the service was second to none from all staff members. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re after an authentic, Greek filled Giro. THE BEST GYRO OF MY LIFE! Really cute small restaurant that has only few tables for dine in. I recommend ordering your food to go and then eating by the window where there are small ledges. The wait for a table was maybe 20 minutes while we got our food to go in 5! The staff here are so kind. I ordered the pork gyro in the wrap and I honestly dream about it all the time. No other gyro wrap will ever compare. The meat is so tender and juicy and flavorful. The perfect ratio of meat and fat! I also ordered a Greek salad which was fresh and the perfect portion. My boyfriend ordered the pork gyro platter which is actually meant for 2 people. It's huge!!

We wandered off the Main Street in Oia as most of the restaurants were very overpriced. We just wanted an authentic Greek experience without spending a fortune. We are so glad we took the extra time to find this restaurant. We got there when it opened and within minutes it was completely filled and a line was building. That was a good sign. We ordered the hummus, a gyro and a souvlaki. The food came out very quickly, the portions were good sized, and it was amazing. Easily the best hummus and best Greek food we have ever tasted. The price was a fraction of what we would have paid in the main tourist area. This is definitely worth the walk to experience true local cuisine.

Our last night in Oia and we took a chance finding a place to dine without reservations. By luck we found Floga. Very cozy and romantic spot that served the BEST local dishes on the island! I can confidently say this was the best meal in Greece so far. The service and views are outstanding to boot. Highly recommend!

In Santorini, most restaurants require a reservation, but they welcomed us warmly and even offered us their best table. I’d recommend enjoying some mezes with ouzo. We ordered red meat, which turned out to be quite heavy—next time, I’d definitely go for the fish instead.

CON ARTISTS! Put the most expensive bottle of water on the table and don’t offer the cheaper options. Then talk you out of the house wines by giving you samples of other wines and charging ridiculous prices for a glass without telling you it is 3x the amount of the normal glasses of wine!! Receipt was not provided at time of paying and only given AFTER payment when we noticed the bill being much more expensive than menu prices! €25 for one glass of wine and €5 for a bottle of water is more than one main dish! This is a small, elegant restaurant with amazing views.The food was delicious and our order was perfectly prepared. The service was excellent—the staff were professional and attentive, making our afternoon smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a quality meal in a relaxed atmosphere with great views.

1 800 Floga is an elegant and intimate restaurant that provides a wonderful dining experience for a special evening out in Santorini. The setting of the restaurant is beautiful and the establishment is tastefully designed, with eye-catching table settings. We had the salad with salmon to start and it was very refreshing and flavorful! We also had the stuffed calamari, which was very unique and tasty. For our main, we had both risottos (the pistachio and seafood) to share and were blown away. Incredible flavors and gorgeous presentation. For my seafood risotto, I requested a claw cracker to eat the prawn, which they were happy to give me along with a wet wipe to clean up after. All the dishes were beautifully plated and well-executed. We had the flaming creme brûlée for dessert, which was a fun experience and very tasty. Value for quality is there - while some dishes may not be huge, the portion is a reasonable size and dishes have high-quality ingredients that make it well worth the cost. Phillips provided exceptional service - very personable and helpful. Very knowledgeable to answer all our questions and provided great recommendations.

Pretty good gyros for a reasonable price. I really like chicken gyros wrapped in pita with fries, tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce. Pork gyros, and pork souvlaki were OK, but surprisingly not as tasty as chicken. The place is tiny and cramped inside, so most people buy takeout. First, you have to order and pay inside, then go out and line up outside in the pick-up line to get your food. There is a little public canopy covered area across the road, where most people eat their takeout.

4.20 euro giros. salty, crispy, moist. Not a big portion, even better: enough to be comfortably full. Walk into the store to pay for your ticket, then line up to show your ticket to the giro maker. We sat at the small square with some shade across from the restaurant.

We tried chicken gyros. It was very affordable, we payed 4.50 euros. Yet it was incredibly delicious. The place is small but you can take your food and eat it across the street, there is a public space.

Chicken pita and pink grapefruit Schweppes. Affordable and mind blowingly delicious. Crispy pita, fresh veggies and sauce, crispy and salty grilled chicken, you will love your lunch here. Limited counter seats

Prime location and A-Tier gyros. Prices are great considering the location, can get extremely busy so there might be a wait, but it is worth it. Staff are super friendly and accommodating too. When visiting Fira and you're hungry, definitely stop off here. The green seasoning on the fries is to die for also.

Believe the other reviews when they say Best Gyros in Santorini. Their meat is so juicy and it is very balanced with ingredients. Their chips are fresh and really great and the staff are so friendly. Prices for the Gyros is also very reasonable considering they are one of the most popular gyros shop in Fira. Do go early for dinner as they did sell out one day before their advertised closing time

We tried 2 souvlaki places in Santorini, we both think that this is the better of the 2. We even saw one of the tour guides came and grabbed one to go, shows they got local support. Great flavour on both kebabs and chicken, veggies are fresh too, the other place we went not so much. Service was great, and they have washrooms downstairs too, great rest stop for travellers

We went to Skala for a late lunch around 3 PM and had a wonderful experience. The view is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had the octopus, Greek salad, and pasta — all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommend! 🍝🐙🥗

We had a great night here, I really appreciate that we had a really nice table on the edge, like we requested on my email. Food wise we enjoyed the food that we ordered, some appetizers (tzatziki and taramosala mousse) and the mains, calamari fried and octopus grill, which could have been more tender. The location is so nice, with the view and all the pink flowers above.

Laura booked Skala as somewhere to celebrate our anniversary and I have to say this restaurant didn’t disappoint. The reception was very friendly when we arrived for our reservation and we were sons seated. The menu offers a good range of local dishes and reasonably priced for the area. Laura had the spanakopita as a starter and the sea bream as a main, I had the Santorini tomato fritters as a starter and, as recommended by the waiter as I couldn’t decide between 2 dishes, the beef short rib for a main (very generous portion). We also had a bottle of Santorini wine (€50) to do with these which we also enjoyed. All the food dishes were very good. I should add for me I found the fritters just a little bit greasy (but I can be a little fussy here) and this didn’t stop me eating them all. The atmosphere was lovely and not too intrusive and easy to talk and The staff were friendly / helpful with recommendations. the only slight delay at the end a technical issue with the payment system but soon rectified. I’ve said 45-50 euro as we had wine which in Oia can add €35/40+ to a bill so if you don’t have wine likely to be less. For some reason I only took a photo of the wine not the food.

We were lucky enough to get a seat right at the front of the restaurant, overlooking the entire ocean. The waiters were friendly and the food and wine was good. We were very happy with everything. The food came out quickly! We came with a cruise excursion to the city so we didn’t have time to waste. We got the spaghetti and a separate dish of lamb+beef meatballs. The two dishes perfectly complimented each other (to make spaghetti and meatballs). We also got the spanikopita (pictured) and it was great! The best we’ve ever had. Price here was better than some of the other locations. Would recommend.

The hostess was rude to us for no apparent reason. We came to the island to celebrate our anniversary, and this was the first thing we saw. The food was very ordinary, nothing special 3/5. We had to wave our hands at the waiter for five minutes to get our order. A very average place with a view of the caldera. I don't recommend it

We are here in Early May 2025. We came here for lunch twice during our 4 day Santorini trip. The beef cheek with traditional greek pasta is really good here, it’s a must try in my opinion. In fact, we are here for the second time just for the beef cheek pasta. It’s arguably the best pasta we have had here. Unfortunately, the servers messed up or mixed up our order on both days! Different server too! This is a problem that we have never encountered at any other places, so we found that quite strange. Other than that, great food, friendly staff, reasonable price. 16 euro 750ml house wine for those who are interested. Grill Octopus is good too but you can get that almost anywhere here, just my two cents.

Good place for a quick bite with nice views of the caldera and the water. Got the Greek salad along with the lamb kebab. The kebab was delicious and juicy. Service was good. Overall good experience.

This is a great spot in Oía! The tzatziki is creamy and delicious; the Kalamata olives have a balanced level of saltiness; and the grilled shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They have great recommendations for wine and cocktails. They also coursed our plates in a well-paced manner. We will definitely come back!

I recently visited Mezzo Cafe in Oia and had a fantastic experience. The view from the restaurant is simply breathtaking, offering the best sunset view. I ordered a burger, and it was incredibly delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the amazing location. I will definitely return!

Very cosy restaurant bar on Oia internal town Road. So lovely and seating is so nice with people surrounding and nice atmosphere overall. Shisha is good , amazing signature cocktails and good food. The menu is not big yet what we ate was really good. We had fried Fette watermelon and risotto chicken super yummi. Prices are very reasonable and staff is so friendly, especially khara , very nice lady. If you want a nice seat, better come early pre sunset or book in advance. This is a Greek star awarded place. Worth trying

Thalami Restaurant offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with food that doesn’t disappoint. The steak sandwich was decent, while the salad stood out as fresh and well-balanced. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Even when the place filled up, the volume stayed manageable, making it easy to enjoy your meal. Prices felt fair for the quality and setting, which adds to its charm. Quietly rated: worth stopping.

My second trip to Santorini, stopped here mid afternoon for some appetizers and drinks. Services outstanding, the views are sublime, but it is the food that sets this place apart. We ordered the Greek salad and the Taz Careful iki, as well as a few traditional Greek items to share at the table. Everything was so fresh right down to the pita bread which is made in house. Hands-down the best Taziki sauce I’ve had in my life. The desserts are massive, one could easily serve four people. in fact, all portions are large enough to be shareable and extremely well priced. You won’t be sorry if you stop here.!

Semi-opened dinning environment offered dinners with wonderful night view of the town. Food was delivered to the table efficiently. We had an amazing experience at Kokkalo! The smoked pork, pork slices, and baked feta in pie crust were absolutely delicious, and the pita was fresh and tasty. The lava cake was the perfect finish. Honestly, everything we tried was outstanding. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food is truly out of this world. A must visit in Santorini!

Don’t leave Santorini without trying to Vegetarian risotto. Hands down one of the most flavorful meals I’ve had. My fiancé doesn’t even like warm tomatoes and ate every bite of the tomato fritters. Very nice staff, great atmosphere and fair prices. Anytime we’re on the island, we will make Kokkalo a priority stop.

We had dinner here and enjoyed it so much we decided to do the afternoon cooking class the following day, and absolutely loved it. The chef was incredible and we all had such a laugh. He was very knowledgeable and the food we made was delicious. We certainly didnt leave hungry!

We had a great experience at this restaurant. From the warm and friendly staff to the layout of the bar kitchen and tables and where the restaurant was located. The starterers were amazing and so was the main course and dessert. No visit to Santorini would be complete without dinner at Kokkalo.

The shrimp tacos amazingly delicious and the tomatoes capres was so good. This place is a gem in Santorini. Away from all the hustle and bustle. Our server Anna was so sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The food was amazing and the view is worth it. We went at 1700 and it was not busy at all. They even included visanto small glass of wine which is a dessert wine from Domaine sigalas winery.

A really nice restaurant that is worth the walk from the centre of Fira. T-bone steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare and potatoes were lovely too. As my wife and I were sharing we would have preferred more potatoes. Felt the dish could also have been served with a side salad or at least have been recommended one by the waiter when ordering. Otherwise I would definitely recommend if you fancy some good food away from busy fira town.

Late night spot with a beautiful ambiance and great food! We got the lamb shank and sea bass filet. The lamb shank was insanely good, HIGHLY recommend this dish. The meat is so tender and juicy, we loved every bite. Great for sharing with another person. We got it with oven potatoes instead of the mashed potatoes and even the potatoes were great and seasoned well. The fish was also good too and came with a fava bean puree. The lamb shank was the star of the meal though.

Fino was easily in my top 5 favorite restaurants during my two week honeymoon in Greece. The services was so warm and friendly and the food was truly delicious. When we arrived, a waitress came over with a tray of all of their dips/spreads for us to select from, which was really fun and different. The whipped feta dip with honey and black garlic tzatziki were to die for. We had dolmades, grilled halloumi, and sea bass multiple times while in Greece, but Fino had the best of all three. The ambiance was also so pleasant and the decor on the patio and inside was really lovely. Highly recommend!

I would start a review of Pino / Fino by saying the food in the photos tasted as good as it looked. In fact in night 5 of the holiday Laura said this was her favourite meal. Fino is in the backstreets of Oia and not overlooking the sea, however they make up for that as someone else said by the quality of the food and lovely setting of the restaurant. We’d walked past and thought it looked nice and decided to go. There was steady business when we were there in Oct 2025 but certainly it deserved to be busier. We had reserved but walks up were available. We had the open kebabs and grilled halloumi with tomato jam as a starter, and for main course I had the braised lamb and orzo special and Laura had the shrimps and orzo which she said had been the favourite thing she’d had so far. Another plus point was the fact, similar to other Greek islands we have visited, you could get house wine by the 1/2 ltr and Ltr, rather than having to buy quite expensive bottles wine which all the other restaurants only have available and ends up being 1/3rd of the bill. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend visiting if you can.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! We ordered the famed port ragou pasta and the lobster pasta, as well as the black garlic and eggplant spread - they were all massively delicious. It’s paradise of food, and we definitely recommend it to anyone going to Santorini! The waiter showed great hospitality and even treated us two glasses of sweet wine on the house. We were extremely happy with the dinner here!

A sweet spot with an unforgettable view! Melenio Pastry in Oia might not have the best desserts on the island, but once you sit down and look out over the caldera, something magical happens — the chocolate doesn't just melt in your mouth, it melts in your brain. The view is absolutely hypnotic, especially at sunset. Ask if you can sit at one of the front-row tables, because they're often "reserved". Maybe offer a smile… or a tip. It’s worth the extra effort — trust me. Enjoy

Rude, unwelcoming service. Came for coffee upstairs. Two waiters looked like they didn’t want to work. They took a while to even acknowledge us. Once they heard we weren’t going to eat, they seated us as far as possible from the nice view—right in the middle of the terrace. It took a while to get the order. It was four of us and we each ordered a bottle of sparkling water and specialty coffee. The waiter acted disappointed. My friend and I asked to use the bathroom. We were told it was downstairs, through the bakery. When we went there, I explained to the bakery staff that we were coming from upstairs. They didn’t believe us and asked for a pass. We had to go all the way back upstairs. The waiter knew exactly what he was doing—he had a malicious smirk when he saw us. He could hardly hide it. Such a moron—an old guy acting like a clown. No customer service at all. The other “genius” on the terrace was no better. Both acted arrogant and like they didn’t want to work. The waiter finally gave us a “special pass,” which was just a piece of paper. We went back downstairs, only to find out such commotion was for nothing—only one restroom was working, the other was out of order.

Worst pastry ever we have been to. One of our friends blood pressure dropped and she needed to drink some mineral water. We went down and she sat back side. While we order mineral water they constantly tell us we cannot sit there (4-5 times). We told there is an emergency; they let us just 5 minutes. Then my wife wanted to buy some pastry. They tell us we cannot eat it here; we need to go upstairs; there are places to sit. We say ok; then we buy the pastey in a box for to go. We went upstairs and tried to sit and order another drinks. But there is a woman, she was so unfriendly constantly telling us we cannot eat the pastry in the box (that we buy from their pastry). She was so rude. We say ok, we will not eat it here. Because of the rudeness we have to leave the pastry. We will never go there again.

One of the few places I’d ever describe as having a breathtaking view the whole time I was eating. While the sun is out, the Santorini coast is glistening. Sunset is just beautiful. The moonlit sky with the lights on nearby establishments is a memory you will never forget. As for the food, they truly delivered. It’s a very aesthetically pleasing restaurant to say the least.

We have traveled all over the world and seek out stellar dinner experiences. We have eaten as several michelin rated restaurants and this is actually the best restaurant we have ever eaten at (while we understand this is not a Michelin rated spot, it should be!) we did not find the timing between courses to be too long. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience.

The degustation menu is best option for dinner. The food was delicious. Big selection of local and international wine. The staff were very professional and helpful. Amazing experience. The owner is very pleasant and makes you feel at home. This corner feels private while having the scenic view, where you are most likely to see people line up to take a picture of the coast. It’s amusing to watch them, but around 2pm or after 5pm there are less people. I recommend this place for a hide away from the crowds and for a good time to have a wine and conversation with the owner or any passerby that is intrigued by your conversation. 10/10 very pleasant and homey! Beautiful atmosphere and vibe. Perfect service and attention. Also, the white bougainvillea that adorns the spot is worth to take a picture of. Very beautiful!

My wife and I loved this place. The food was absolutely beautiful with good sized portions. I had the Rabbit Stifado for main and loved every mouthful. Incredibly flavorsome. The service was perfect - genuine and relaxed. Yes it's a little pricey but with the fantastic views to compliment the fantastic food and service, it's worth it !!

The portions are small, but very well prepared and exceptionally presented. Well worth a visit for the view and experience. If you're very hungry, perhaps consider another location, otherwise the delicacies here are unique in taste and ingredients.

Besides the nice view they have extraordinary good food and service! We just passed by and got luckily a table. The Beef Tartar and the Crispy Watermelon were delicious! Also they have really good special beer! Worth a visit!

Pretty disappointed in this place considering how much everyone we talked to hyped it up. The food was just okay, and we had someone in our party that was allergic to shellfish, so we let the wait staff know. Well, minutes later they brought out a complimentary appetizer with mussels in it... when we notified them of their error, the look on their face was that they didn't know mussels were shellfish. They did bring us another one without shellfish, and our waitress knew the menu well. However, I'd skip this one.

Good alternative for the busy establishments that are right oceanfront; this one still has great views. Small cave feeling, with a medium side terrace. A great choice while in Oia Santorini. Went for light lunch salads. They were simply perfect with great local farm fresh quality ingredients.

Service was good and staff were lovely and friendly. Presentation of food was spectacular looking gorgeous just like Oia. Flavours wasn’t so great judging by the prices. You’ll know what I mean after you go to few other places like Gefsis.

A very cozy, traditional taverna, on a side road, away from all other food places on "main" street of Oia. We ordered a fabulous, perfectly cooked juicy souvlaki (we tried both options - pork and chicken), absolutely stunning traditional moussaka (vegetarian option was available too). Very friendly and helpful servers and overall a fabulous experience, from a family established taverna. This place definitely deserves 5 stars and I would recommend this place to a friend and would be happy to eat here again.

We dined here on a whim. The restaurant wasnt really busy in a rainy day, so we had a pretty nice quite evening for dinner. Everything we ordered was good. My favorites were the seafood pasta and the grilled sardines. Service was friendly. Food came out pretty fast. Highly recommended !

Thank god me and my fiancé found this place. We spied this incredible family restaurant whilst strolling the main tourist trap street of Oia and this was down a side street. We were looking for a humble restaurant that served authentic Greek food and we found exactly this! Even better, it has the best view for the sunset! The tzatziki and meatballs were incredible and the service amazing. We will coming here every day until we leave!

Amazing decorated dessert place. Has seating inside as well as a really good outside area upstairs. All looks really smart and were playing a great selection of food music. I had an amazing iced latte and my wife had a really good iced lemonade. (Even got given a small chocolate truffle each which was really really good!) Staff were all really nice and friendly, and the cleanest nicest toilets we've seen in Santorini. Can't recommend this place enough. Definitely visit if you're in Imerovigli!

My wife and I traveled to Santorini for our honeymoon and we visited Confetti Dessert Boutique every day we were there. Two visits were for desserts and our last visit was for brunch. Safe to say we really enjoyed this place! Everyone was very nice and patient. Helped us pick out our treats. We tried cheesecakes, macaroons, cookies, and others for treats, all of which we enjoyed. The biscoff cheesecake was by far our favorite! Brunch was very good as well. My wife’s sandwich and the pancakes we shared were some of the best breakfast food we tried on our trip. Highly recommend a visit or several to Confetti for brunch and trying multiple different treats.

Took a rest stop in this nice and pretty cafe. We had ice cappuccino, refreshing in the heat and tea. Nice gesture for the complimentary cookies to go with the drinks. The banana chocolate pancakes are pretty good. Not too sweet and goes well with the banana slices. Portion is pretty reasonable. Recommended to rest here and enjoy the view and ambience.

Very fresh meals. Went there twice in our 3 days in Santorini. Day 1 got a greek omelette with feta and tomatoes, and wife got avacado toast which was also crunchy and tasty. Day 2. We got a their specialty yogurt, and didn’t disappoint again. Well worth it, and prices were affordable. Services was great as well.

Amazing patisserie in Imerovigli. The pastries are out of this world and beautifully presented. They even offer options for gluten intolerance. My partner usually has to settle for ice cream, but at the Confetti, he had multiple choices to pick from. We came back for more the next day. They also have a menu for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, ice cream, and reasonably priced Aperol Spritz, mimosa, and sangria. Very attentive and friendly dly service and relaxed atmosphere.

Honestly, the best desserts I have ever tasted! A must for any sweet tooth visiting Santorini. Their affogatos are also perfection. Highly recommend.

We would give them 10 stars if we could! From Georgia and her husband’s incredible hospitality to the breathtaking location and view from our balcony, this accommodation made our stay in Santorini so memorable. We arrived around midnight on a Wednesday and her recommended driver, SV Tours, was waiting with a sign for us. Upon our request, Georgia had purchased bread, cheese, olives and beer for us since the restaurants nearby were closed at that time. The breakfasts were a highlight of the trip and a great way to start our day. The sunsets will live on in our hearts forever. On the last morning, we overslept and Georgia politely knocked on our door and made sure we were awake 30 minutes before check out. She even gave us some extra time to vacate the premises and told us not to rush. We felt like this location was the perfect location to see the iconic cliffs of Santorini, while avoiding the masses. We would highly recommend Santorini View Studios to everyone who has a trip planned to the island.

Absolutely amazing. The view is spectacular, could not be better. The room is immaculate. The location is ideal - less than a 2 minute walk from more than 10 excellent restaurants (not to mention several markets and gelato parlors). I stayed in the cave studio and the privacy of the balcony is unmatched. Georgia is a fantastic host and the breakfast is remarkable. This is 5 star accomdations with reasonable pricing - if you're unsure at all of where to stay, don't look elsewhere, this is it!

What a gem! Perfectly and conveniently located near fantastic cafes and restaurants. Easy 15 minute walk to Fira. Easy connection to path that connects to Imerovigli all the way to Oia and Ammoudi Bay. Breathtaking views. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. Georgia was very hospitable and helpful with information and recommendations. She was always accessible and delightful. The room and entire place are immaculately clean. Can’t say enough good things. We were so comfortable that we woke up each day forgetting where we were. Having the fridge and coffee utensils in the room was very useful. Free public parking lot is very nearby. A bit tricky to find but we asked a friendly shop owner who pointed out the correct stairs.

Georgia and her team are admirable people. The place is exceptional, the rooms are beautiful, very well equipped and very well maintained. The view is sublime. The breakfast is extraordinary, every morning it is renewed, and it is a real pleasure to see so much effort put into all the services. We had a wonderful stay and can only recommend this place. Once again, a big thank you to Georgia, who is absolutely lovely.

This place is absolutely amazing! It feels like a peaceful haven where you can escape the Santorini tourist bustle. The rooms and the entire property are spotless, there aren’t too many stairs, and the staff is incredibly helpful with luggage. But most of all, the owner, Georgia, is wonderful — genuinely kind and caring. She even suggested activities and graciously allowed my friends, who were staying elsewhere, to join us for drinks while we enjoyed the breathtaking caldera sunset. Highly, highly recommended!

This was our second time here, and Mrs. Gloria is simply wonderful. The cleanliness is impeccable, the sea view looks like something out of a magazine, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. You'll feel like you're in paradise every single day.

This place is spectacular and honestly the best view point you could want! Georgia is a fantastic host and keeps the place in stunning condition whilst providing a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend.

Went to this place back in July 2017. Definitely a nice romantic place. The sunset view is second to none. Had a great time with friends at this place. Staff were really friendly, funny and helpful especially Dimitrios. Worth a visit for sure :)

The staff was amazing. So warm and welcoming. We watched the sunset there on a Sunday night and the place was nearly empty. Definitely a hidden gem!

We went to Ellis for the seconde time so far this week, as we were so happy with the previous meal. Once again they did not fail to impress. With a beautiful view and amazing food I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone in a couple, family group or just friends you can enjoy the evening without any waiting around or noise. It is a hidden gem. Go and enjoy!

A beautiful hidden gem. The restaurant is on the end of town, but perfectly positioned to view the sunset. The waiter/owner was very keen to please, and had great (and honest) recommendations about what fish he had had fresh in that day, as well as what else was good on the menu. He was upset we were not drinking enough so repeatedly ordered us additional free drinks. With covid they have all been hit hard, and are surviving on less than 10% of their usual turnover, however rather than ratchet up the prices here they are ratcheting up the service, and have more time to talk to the customers. A beautiful whole seabass (caught today) with plentiful rice and peppers as well as fried potato cubes, plus a gigantic, juicy steak were both well cooked. The squid starter was a little rubbery in parts, but was also enough to feed 4 on its own, so no complaints there either, and the baclava was both freshly cooked today and fantastic. If you want some good food at a reasonable price with a great view of the sunset it is hard not to recommend this place.
