Nestled in the picturesque village of Oia, Aplada Suites offers a serene escape for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. This charming 5-star bed & breakfast features an inviting outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace perfect for soaking up the sun, and a rejuvenating Jacuzzi to unwind after exploring the stunning surroundings. Guests rave about their experiences here, especially during special occasions like honeymoons or birthdays.
We stayed at Aplada Suites for 3 nights and it was perfect! The room was so clean and spacious with incredible views. The staff is the nicest and very helpful. And the breakfast is delicious! We also really liked the location. It was quieter than the rest of Oia but still really close to everything and convenient to get around.

The place is amazing, great location, very nice room. The service was a little bit disappointing : during our 4 days stay, no water provided at all (the tap is not drinkable on the island, and we arrived late, so no way for us to buy some), and only 1 nespresso capsule for 2 persons for 4 mornings. It was a bit cold during our stay (beginning of April), so a warm blanket would be good to provide to the next customers. They nicely provided a small additional one though. Note : The swimming pool is not heated (cold in April)

Nice place despite one of the room having no window. Quiet and close to the center. The host Yannis is Extremely control freak and stressed. Out of control, tries to attend to everyone at the same time but can't. I suggest psychological treatment and training to deal with guests..
Eva G — Google review
The accommodation is amazing. Daily house keeping if we wanted and Yiannis was really friendly. Would only stay here when we go back to Santorini 😍 so quiet so private and the best sunset view by our private pool
Meg N — Google review
Sooo Everything nice about this place … i mean if you want privacy and silence then this is the perfect stay . Place is clean and close to city center What i dont like is … we checked in and yannis the property manager took us to our Villa . We payed for one villa with 2 double beds (the big one as he says) … i mean yes, it was just 2 persons but still i payed for the whole house . Instead yannis decided to close the bedroom downstairs… why? Maybe i dont want to sleep with my boyfriend … maybe we are not together… maybe we are relatives… he just saw the two of us and closed with key one bedroom. I Asked him and the answer is “i dont need it “… It s just a bedroom … Why do i care ? Do i need to see it ? I actually let it go because i dont want to ruin my good vibe during holiday…and according to yannis i dont need to see that bedroom. So We slept in the bedroom upstairs cuz yannis decided so. I had to use the stairs to go to bathroom during night … Another thing… we payed for 3 nights and we recived 2 coffee capsules for 2 ppl for 3 mornings… none does this … no hotel in this world … they give you nothing or they give you capsules daily …

Incredible rooms with magnificent sea views, very responsive service, attentive to its guests, peaceful location just 100 meters from the center of Oia! Highly recommended! Thank you to the entire Aplada Suites team!

Amazing place for a romantic escape. It offer absolute relaxation and peaces with amazing views to the Aegean Sea and Sunset and at the same time it is very close to city centre. The suites are clean and spacious and housekeeping Yiannis takes cares of the place on daily basis. The staff was always very helpful and available. We absolutely recommend the place and wish to be back one day. Thank you for everything!

We had an incredible stay at the Aplada Suites. The Suites are really well maintained stand alone units handy to the Oia main drag. There are four units. Each unit has an above ground and below ground suite. We stayed in the above ground suite on building #2 in June. The units are very comfortable and well laid out. Each has its own balcony and plunge pool. It was a great place to watch the sunset away from the crowds in Oia. It was nice to be able to enjoy all Oia had to offer and have a quick walk back to the peace and quiet of Aplada. Giannis and Paz make sure that you are comfortable and will help you plan your stay on Santorini. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. I would stay here over and over again. We loved our time there.

We enjoyed the stay so much- it felt like home. Thank you for everything and see you again very soon.

My wife and I Hagit booked this place last year. Unfortunately we couldn’t make it. We were told of a partial refund and we are a till waiting even though It’s already over 1 year. And yes we booked this place together me and her. So this is an honest feedback from me which I am freely allowed to post my honest review..

What an amazing house to live in if you want to enjoy Oia! 🤍🌿 I couldn’t wait to wake up every morning and enjoy my breakfast in my jacuzzi 😊 with this beautiful view! Beautiful in the inside too, modern, cozy and so relaxing! My choice for sure if I revisit Santorini again!

For $1k per night, there was a lot left to be desired. We chose this specific hotel because of the "views" and the ability to take photos from our own little "balcony" without having to go through crowds of people at specific times in the day. We were also there for our honeymoon so we figured we'd splurge if it meant having a peaceful and romantic setting. Ned, the conceirge was great, the room was great. The breakfast was honestly meh. It's yogurt and fruit, we always ended up going somewhere else to get more breakfast food. But because there's a path in front of our "balcony" there were ALWAYS people right in front of our hotel room taking pictures of the blue domes. And they're allowed to be there bcause the path is public. There was a complete lack of privacy making it difficult to use the pools and whatnot the room came with. We ended up doing people watching whenever we tried to relax at the room. I attached photos to show what I was talking about.
May S — Google review
There is absolutely no privacy. We stayed there 3 days and almost 18 hours a day There is a constant stream of people standing in front of or even on the fence of your villa. The breakfast and service is absolute garbage at the 1200+ EUR per night rate. One day we returned to our room to find The ‘cleaner’ in an absolute frenzy because she managed to spill her own coffee on our Polaroid camera. But didn’t even manage to clean the room or bring new towels. The camera was initially working but stopped after a few days (as I guess the coffee dried inside the camera). We were provided no compensation and after we were charged could never get in touch with them again. The place is a mess. Avoid. Pictures to follow soon.

Nestled just a short drive from the iconic Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, Oia Memories Suites offers an unforgettable getaway in Santorini. This charming hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Oia, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Skaros Rock Ruins and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Guests rave about their modern suites that comfortably accommodate up to three people, featuring stylish decor, plush beds, and pristine bathrooms.
Beautiful view! We loved our stay here, and it’s on the quieter side of Oia. You can relax in a wonderful large room and it has a great patio area too.
Alice C — Google review
We spent 3 nights at the Oia memories Suites and were very happy with our decision. The suites easily sleep 3 each and we rented two. They are well appointed and modern with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. They are very conveniently located at the start of Oia. We also had full access to the Finikia memories pool which was nice and the included breakfast (either delivered or at the hotel) was very tasty. Chris the driver picked us at the airport and took us on several trips and was a great plus. Overall, very pleased with the staff, location and service.
Jeff D — Google review
Vlassis was a wonderful host/manager and our stay at Oia Memories was superb! Elvis picked us up from the airport and was early waiting for us... from there it only got better! Breakfast was amazing every morning and they deliver it on time to start your day. You are literally 1 min walk to all the shops and great restaurants while you enjoy the best views of the caldera. We loved our stay!

(Translated by Google) I would like to give it a 5* because the views are worth it, they are the best I have ever seen from a hotel terrace. But there are several things that do not match the price paid. The first, having to notify the arrival time, call 10 minutes before and still wait. And the second, that after paying 577 euros for 2 nights, they take advantage of the fact that we are going to take a bath in the main building (because the pool is a 20-minute walk from the suites, we were not offered transportation) to charge us 2 measly euros because the rate Tourist changed in March and we made the reservation before. The bathroom is not up to par with the suite and there are many small mosquitoes. We will not return. No volveremos.
Macarena G — Google review
(Translated by Google) Perhaps one of the best views from a hotel room I have ever had. However, I rate it 3 stars because: 1. Both on the day of arrival and the days before, they sent us I don't know how many messages asking and confirming the arrival time and telling us the meeting place, to finally have to wait for them for 10 minutes. 2. The girl who guided us to the room did not help us with the luggage. I don't expect her to carry everything, but help up the stairs is appreciated, especially when she was empty-handed. 3. He entered the room, sat on the sofa to explain everything to us and did not invite us, who were the guests, to do the same. 4. He offered us free transportation to any restaurant, but curiously he did not offer us that service to take us to the hotel pool, whose location was a 20-minute walk away and in a hotel with another name that was never provided to us (we had to ask for him via booking). 5. The day we used the pool, the same girl took the opportunity to claim €2 from us in tourist taxes that had not been charged correctly when the reservation was formalized via Booking, since they had undergone changes since then (a real surprise for the amount we had already paid). 6. The bathroom in the room was quite deteriorated and was quite small compared to the rest of the room. 7. We couldn't enjoy the indirect LED light at the head of the bed that gave the room a rather cozy touch because after a while the transformer overheated and started to flicker. 8. The girl told us that while we were not using the shower, we should keep the corresponding switch on the electrical panel down, and that we should turn it up to shower. I have never seen anything like it, and in a hotel of this supposed category it even seems disrespectful to me.

The Thirea Suites in Oia provide couples with a secluded and romantic holiday experience. The studio and suite designs are inspired by traditional architecture, while the Superior, Premium, Luxury, and Honeymoon Suites all have private jacuzzis.
This hotel went above and beyond what you see in photos. Not only were the rooms spacious and luxurious with incredible views, the staff was also so kind, helpful, and made us feel relaxed. Anastasia, at the front desk, arranged our whole itinerary for us, helped us rent a car and made reservations, and was so patient and extremely responsive over text. The porter carried our luggage from the moment we got out of our taxi, and the staff served a beautiful and delicious plated breakfast on our balcony every morning. The location of the hotel is convenient to get around Oia, and drive down easily to the other parts of the island.

Had the most amazing time with super helpful staff, from the porter to the receptionist, who provided us with the best recommendations and itineraries. The included breakfast was a huge highlight, alongside the heated jacuzzi. Would 100% visit again!

We had the most incredible stay here - the place was clean, comfortable and the view was out of this world. Anastasia was also delightful and very helpful.

We had a great time, and it was a pleasure to meet Anastesia, who is a kind and helpful person. The suite was perfect size , clean with facilities and lovely clothes room it also has a wonderful terrace view with Jacuzzi, The breakfast was freshly prepared and served to your room, and the staff was very professional and respectful of your privacy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy .
Shahad A — Google review
Had the most amazing stay! Even before our arrival, they helped me coordinate the activities I wanted to do. Anastasia in the front became my "Greek bestie," helping me book ATVs, making dinner reservations, and really was there to answer any of my questions about the island that made our trip unforgettable. The hotel itself... THE VIEWS! Absolutely breathtaking. We got the luxury suite and it was perfect. Very private, spacious, and charming. Each morning they brought breakfast to our balcony, and were even able to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian diets which was so appreciated. I would not recommend anywhere else, it was such a magical experience.
Shoka K — Google review
This hotel exceeded all expectations with its breathtaking views of the Caldera and top-notch service. If you're seeking a sophisticated stay in Oia, this is the place to be. Ana, the property manager, is the true star—elevating the experience from five stars to six. She's always available via WhatsApp, acting like your personal concierge, and seamlessly arranges everything from boat tours to dinner reservations with incredible sunset views. I can’t wait to return!
Sathiya N — Google review
Experience exceeded our expectations and more. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to spend our honeymoon. Anastasia was wonderful from the time we got there from even beyond the time we checked out. The views were immaculate, the consideration and attention to detail were phenomenal. Standing outside our balcony every morning and couldn’t believe it was real life. There may be plenty of places to stay in Oia, but if you won’t get a place better than this
Vikas S — Google review
Came here for my honeymoon last year and it was perfect! The reception was very friendly and welcoming, the bell boy was super sweet and incredible for carrying all our luggage in one go in the heat! The breakfast was delicious and it was wonderful to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view while having breakfast. I also enjoyed how they had WhatsApp and I was able to communicate with someone at all times. It was especially useful when we went on excursions and needed help finding a ride back to the hotel! Would definitely recommend this place !

Allure Breeze Suites is a top choice for budget luxury accommodation in Oia, Santorini. The spacious rooms feature a working kitchen, large bathroom, and an impressive balcony with views over Oia. Situated near 5-star resorts, the value for money here is unbeatable. Guests praise the exceptional service from Anastasia and Penny, who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. With their professionalism and thoughtful assistance, they make guests feel truly at home.
I stayed 1 night in room #1 and really wished I could stay longer! Anastasia was the best host!! The welcome/check in already made a very warm impression. The room was absolutely amazing, well renovated and spotlessly clean. Everything was there to make the stay super comfortable! The warm jacuzzi with the views was incredible. In the morning you get a very nice sumptuous breakfast of whatever you ordered a day before and you can enjoy it on the terrace with the views! Santorini is so packed with tourists but this place felt very quiet/private while still easily walkable to the main tourist area.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were well and truly looked after! The ladies in charge were available what feels like at ALL times to help if needed, only a message away and so helpful. They have recommendations for restaurants, rental cars, different activities and places to go, they were great and helped us on many occasions. The room itself was incredible and cleaned and tidied daily, the hot tub was cleaned very regularly, towels replenished daily, shower gels etc. replaced daily. The location itself is EVERYTHING, Oia is 100% the place to stay, it’s such a short walk to the main strip too. You have a perfect view of all the dreamy white buildings you think of when you hear “Santorini”. We viewed the whole island and went to several different places whilst there, and I can honestly say there is not a single other place I would have rather stayed or would stay if we came to Santorini again. We’ve travelled a fair bit and have never stayed somewhere as nice or with people as welcoming. 10/10, the best place to stay in Santorini and I will always recommend to ANYONE wanting to come here!
Madeleine B — Google review
We stayed at Allure Breeze Suites room #1 in early May 2025 for 3 nights.  This property is literally perfect in terms of location, view and staff.  I would consider staying here again if I visit Santorini. Transportation (How to get here) - ALWAYS USE UBER and avoid anything else!  This part is the most important so I am putting this on top.  Unlike Athens, Uber here are NOT taxis but local drivers for local companies.  From Airport to Allure Breeze Suite, it's $40 Euro for us, and the wait time was less than 1 minute at 1pm.  Hotel location was pinned accurately but the hotel owner will insist you to give her a call or text, so that she can personally greet you, guide you, and help you with luggage.  During our departure, we left Allure Breeze at 6:15am, and were worried there was no Uber. So we asked the hotel owner to arrange a private ride for us for $45 Euro.  That was a BAD decision as the private driver didn't go to Airport immediately but tried to pick up more people along the way.  We almost missed our flight.  I checked Uber on the same day at 5:45am, and there were Uber cars nearby with a 13 minutes wait at $40 Euro.  So yes, this little Island always has Uber, and you don't make the reservation with Uber as the price will be jacked up. Just give yourself a good 20 minutes and someone will be there.  It's a very competitive business there, but Uber won't rip you off like others drivers. Location - If you are not into parties and just want to have a nice, high-end, quiet and safe area with lots of things to do and lots of restaurants to go to, then this is it.  Otherwise, you should stay at Fira. Restaurants nearby - Santorini Mou is only 10 minutes walk to the east from here, with awesome live greed music starting at 8:30pm.  There is a path to walk there to avoid the 1-way street with cars, so check your map.  Also, 3 minutes walk to the west of the hotel, there is Laokasti Cook & Grill with traditional Greek food. Both places have very reasonable price.  You really don't need views every time you dine, because you already have the best view at your own hotel at Allure Breeze. You can bring wine back to the hotel. The grocery store on the eastside (on the way to Santorini Mou) typically has better pricing, with Vin Santorini at $39.90 Euro while rest are selling at $48 Euro. Staff - You will be contacted by Anastasia, she is the boss of the hotel and she manages everything.  She will want you to use WhatsApp so make sure you download and set it up before you travel.  That's the best way to contact her.  You can trust her, she will make sure you are taken care of. Property - There is nothing much to say about this property because, again, it's perfect.  There is a safe in the room in case you wonder. Your cellphone - There is a "dead spot" right next to our bed, no signal at all.  In fact, it's so bad to the point that my iPhone 13pro with SIM will show "no SIM card".  My wife's 16pro has e-SIM, and will just have no signal.  Wi-Fi is available at that particular spot.  However, Wi-Fi is dead when you are at the bathroom.  But the moment you bring your phone to the living room area, then everything is fine again.  If your SIM doesn't seem to work, don't freak out. Just switch it to airplane mode for 10-15 seconds, then switch back.  It worked for us. Reboot won't work by the way.  Note that several places on the Island (especially around the edge of Island) will have this issue, so Airplane mode trick is your best friend.

The room is unbelievable for the money. Similar rooms are 1k plus a night in Oia. Get the deluxe suite or you are next to a footpath. Breakfast is limited and very samey. Location is perfect and very quiet. The concierge girls are amazing! We had an amazing stay. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Anastasia is THE BEST! Lovely hotel with a beautiful room and excellent service. More than excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would. An incredible little spot just a short walk up to Oia. Giannis was the most welcoming and helpful host, organising taxis short notice, providing recommendations and suggestions for lovely coffee stops and restaurants. The accommodation itself was modern, cleaned daily (if required), topped up with snacks and drinks, Netflix/smart TV ready and with an amazing pool outside. The real highlight was ending the day of lazing with a beer or some wine on the private roof terrace watching the sun go down before you head into Oia for dinner. Could not recommend more for anyone wanting a quieter stay in Santorini that is still so close to the main attractions and would stay here again if lucky enough to return.

Luxury rooms in a quiet place (Tholos) very close to Oia(600m max). In the room you have anything you desire in order to take your breakfast and start your day full of energy (cereal, cakes, honey, marmelade, coffee, water). The bath contains a very good hair dryer along with shampoos and conditioners. Iron is also included. . The rooms are super clean. You also have your own personal pool in order to relax when you don't feel like going for a swim. The host is very friendly and is always there for you. Feel free to ask anything!!!

All you have to do is dive into the pool facing the sunset 😍 (Original) Magnifiques suites à 500 m du centre d'Oia accessible par côté dure à monter à pieds sous le soleil par contre. Ifestio Villas Santorini is a hidden gem nestled in the picturesque village of Oia, offering an authentic experience with stunning caldera views. The spacious suites come equipped with large terraces and private plunge pools, perfect for capturing those Instagram-worthy moments. Guests rave about the personalized service provided by Katerina, who is always ready to assist with recommendations or transfers. Each villa boasts ample indoor and outdoor space, making it ideal for groups or families looking to unwind in style.
We had an incredible stay at villa Agis for 3 nights. Giannis and Katerina, were so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us, we were 6 friends. The villa itself was so beautiful, with stunning views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaner was also really friendly and did a great job keeping the place spotless. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Extremely disappointing experience. The villa was hot, unclean, and smelled of mold. Only one small AC in the living room—bedrooms were unbearable. Sheets and towels were old and dirty, and lizards kept entering through a gap under the front door. We left after one night, coordinated with Booking.com and the owner, but no refund was issued. Photos clearly show the property is nothing like the pictures or reviews. Not recommended.

The most amazing views and perfectly located!! Katerina was an excellent host and let us know she was always available if we needed anything. The Villa was beautiful!! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an incredible terrace with heated pool. I would highly recommend staying here- it’s paradise!!

I recently stayed at “Villa” Agis and it was an absolute nightmare. Mold was everywhere—on the walls, in the bathroom, and even in the air conditioning unit, making the air quality terrible and posing serious health risks. The entire room had a foul, musty odor that was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, I found bugs crawling in various areas, adding to the overall discomfort and lack of cleanliness. The breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options and poor quality food. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, nothing was done to improve the situation.

Relaxing resort at 10 minutes walk from Fira center. It has large and clean rooms, a nice pool, a good bar that also serves breakfasts. The main downside was the lack of hot water in the evening and morning. The water is heated with solar boilers with very small capacity, and after 8 pm until 10 am, it's a cold shower. If the management can solve this, it can become a 5 star resort...

Great location and affordable for all the space and the personalized service you receive from Katerina. If you need help with recommendations, transfer from hotel/ferry, or an overview on the history of the island Katerina is there to help. You are minutes Away from everything Oia, and if you are in Santorini it’s where you want to stay. Has a kitchen, each villa has their own pool/hot tub, and large indoor/outdoor space

The best of the best . The price is a little bit hight but it worth it we got the three bedroom. The owner katrina is super helpful and the best. We got very great advice related to restaurants, places to go. She even made us a great reservation with best table in the restaurant If you will stay i recommend you spend a lot of your time inside the villa and in the pool . And take a lot of phots because the view is magical There are a lot of steps but we were physically capable of doing all so keep that in mind The breakfast is good, keep in mind that nobody is making you the food but there are a lot if things to help you do it 👌👌👌 also we got very delicious pie I really recommend this place and definitely coming back
Sara A — Google review
This place was definitely breathtaking and beautiful in every way possible. The private pool and the views were amazing and the entire place was very clean and well organized..the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because the directions to the hotel were very confusing for someone who’s never been there before, we circled around a few times before we could understand the directions provided to us, the second reason is the quality of breakfast, the website advertised that excellent breakfast is included however there were only bread, jam and some cheese in the fridge with some juice, for a hotel costing $600 per night I was expecting more, thankfully the market was close by where we ended up buying some eggs and butter and made our own omelette in the morning. Overall the place was worth every penny and it was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a nice luxury experience.

Nestled in the Oia Caldera district, La Madeleine Bed & Breakfast offers a delightful retreat with its swimming pool and treatment room. Guests have raved about the spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay despite being in the heart of Oia. Visitors have praised the breathtaking views of Santorini from the hotel and complimented the delicious food served.
Had an amazing time here. We booked the Executive Suite and we're not disappointed- 2 expansive rooms that worked perfectly for our family of 4. Location in Oia, breakfast and service were all great.

Loved everything about the hotel and the customer service. Beautifully built and modern. Equipped with everything you need like coffee bar, fridge , breakfast and cocktail jacuzzi. Stayed for two nights and it wasn’t enough. The view of the caldera church from the roof top was incredible along with the jacuzzi big enough for 4 ppl. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything is nearby including shopping restaurants and amoudi bay. Must visit. Roudina and Ishmaile took good care of my family. Small things they do for you will leave a big impact like extending the check out time of availability permits and arranging a help to drop the luggage to the nearest pick up point etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for this trip with family.

If you want to experience an unforgettable experience of Oia, definitely you should stay here. Very modern and stylish suites with a great breakfast served in the suite and a wonderful jacuzzi. More importantly, the staff is on top of the list. Very kind and generous people who were always willing to help. They kindly offered us an extra suite free of charge and they let us stay after check out time. Totally happy with the whole experience.

During my recent stay at La Madeleine in Oia, Santorini, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Rudina and Ismail. Their attentiveness and dedication ensured a memorable and comfortable experience throughout my visit. The highlight of my accommodation was the breathtaking view of the iconic blue domes, visible directly from my room’s private terrace. This serene setting was further enhanced by a private lawn and balcony, offering an intimate space to relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings. The addition of a private jacuzzi on the balcony provided the perfect touch of luxury, allowing for relaxation while enjoying the stunning vistas. La Madeleine seamlessly combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities, creating an ambiance that is both authentic and comfortable. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and aesthetic appeal. The central location of the hotel in Oia made it convenient to explore the charming village, with its array of shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Despite its proximity to the bustling center, the hotel maintained a tranquil atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. In summary, my stay at La Madeleine was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable hospitality of Rudina and Ismail, the stunning blue dome views from my private terrace, and the luxurious amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Santorini.

La Madeleine at Oia is the place to be! Thank you Rudina, you are the best host ever, thank you for your kindness, your smile, your advices, your breakfast. Rudina did everything to make our stay the best week ever, she gave us really good advices concerning restaurants and tours in Santorini, she booked a tour in catamaran that was one of our best days in Santorini. In La Madeleine everything is nice and clean, the breakfast is gorgeous and all the people that work in it are kind, respectful and have always a big smile. The localisation was perfect, near the center of Oia, but in a street that is really calm, near marvelous restaurants and really near from the beautifull Oias views. We recommend La Madeleine 100% and we will surely come back again!

This is a place which is having easy access to many attractions in Oia. It's like 2 mins walking distance to the central bus stations and you can find many good restaurants around the hotel. Host (Rudiana) is a great friendly human treated us very friendly and kindly. She gave us early checkin (11AM) and given us an upgrade for a luxury suit with two hot tubs. That's not all, she gave us a late checkout (5pm) on the last day since we had a Katamaran. Breakfast is amazing and it's on time. Finally. Hotel is very comfortable. Great place. Very nice people. Highly recommend this place.

Oia Suites is a refined hotel located on the outskirts of Oia, offering polished rooms and an outdoor pool with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The luxury suites are designed in modern Cycladic style and equipped with top-notch amenities, including spacious balconies. It's an ideal choice for honeymooners, with sumptuous suites overlooking the sea and an extensive spa for relaxation. The location provides a perfect balance, being close to Oia but away from the crowds and steep stairs.
Truly amazing. We spent 7 nights @ Oia Suites and can honestly say we have the most amazing time. From the moment you arrive the views overlooking the Caldera take your breath away. We stayed in Room 5 (Honeymoon suite) and it was perfect, clean, spacious and comfortable, what else could you ask. Efi and Yiota were so friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff were courteous and always walked round with a smile. The walk into Oia was about 10-15mins along the Caldera path. We thought the location was ideal, away from the crowds and noise. The catamaran cruise was a real highlight and a must, all organised by the hotel. The restaurants and places Oia suites recommend were also great, could not fault them. Even room and pool service at the hotel was fairly priced and great. Breakfast was a breeze and always on time. Overall, highly recommended if you are planning a stay in Santorini. Visited October 2023

Our stay at Oia Suites was absolutely perfect! The suites are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views that make every moment unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The location is peaceful yet close enough to Oia center, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy Santorini. Truly a 5-star experience – highly recommended!

We came here for our honeymoon and we had such a wonderful time! We got the honeymoon suite, which was very spacious. We had our own jacuzzi, which was perfect for cooling off. The breakfast service was great. Having it brought to our suite every morning was wonderful, and it was delicious every day. They don't have a restaurant, but they do have room service for reasonable prices - I think it was about €9 for a club sandwich and about €12 or so for a pizza, as opposed to the €30+ you'd be spending at most places in Oia. Their room service ran until 2000 or 2030, can't remember which one. Their laundry service was €10 and included a fairly large bag, so I was happy with that price. The sunset was beautiful every night; this place has one of the best views. It's about a 10 minute walk into town, which can be tough going uphill on the way back in the heat, but the incline isn't extreme. Compared to how noisy it gets in town, I'd prefer the quietness of this place over a place in town. Efi and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and lovely, they were the best. I can't wait to go back!

Can’t say enough about this place! This was exactly what my husband and I needed on our honeymoon. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk into the town where the restaurant are, but that didn’t bother us. It was a positive for us, as the hotel itself was very quiet. The breakfast was perfect for us, as well as the light lunches/dinner they have on their menu. Their menu was small, but the food was perfectly fine (the Greek salad was actually one of the best ones we had in Greece, in my opinion). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and it only cost €10 for their laundry service! We will definitely be back!

I never usually write reviews about hotels, but this time I feel like I have to. From the first contact, I experienced the special treatment that the ladies continued to provide in person. We spent the most beautiful days of our lives at the hotel. The hotel is incomparable to anything else. Spotlessly clean, truly at its maximum. Flawless in every detail. Efi and Anastazia are wonderful people, their hospitality is unmatched. We are deeply grateful for every minute we spent there. We will spread the word about this hotel across the world✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Enjoyed the most magical stay while visiting Oia. Let’s start with the incredible panoramic views of the Aegean Sea both from our suite and from the pool deck. Impeccable service. Spacious, fully equipped suites with private jacuzzi and sun deck. Every morning they brought breakfast to us. They also have a great menu to enjoy lunch or drinks by the pool or in your suite. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the center of town with easy access to plenty of restaurants, shops and the world famous Santorini Sunset. The staff made sure we were well taken care of by providing local recommendations and staying available through our trip to ensure our comfort (thanks Efi, Anastasia and team!). I hope we get to stay here again sometime. If you are looking for a beautiful and private place to stay in Santorini, this is definitely the hotel for you. Love it!

Elysian Santorini is a stunning retreat that offers luxurious 1- and 2-bedroom villas, each featuring a private pool or jacuzzi with breathtaking sunset views over the Aegean Sea. Nestled in the serene village of Finikia, this hotel boasts an enchanting layout reminiscent of a charming village, complete with winding paths and lush gardens. Guests can enjoy one of the island's largest infinity pools while being just a short stroll away from Oia’s vibrant dining and shopping scene.
I had a wonderful time at the Elysian Retreat in Greece with my husband for a very special occasion. The whole experience was peaceful, relaxing, and truly memorable. One of the highlights for me was the presence of the beautiful ginger and grey cat around the hotel, as a cat lover, this made my stay even more special. They were so sweet and added a unique charm to the place. I really hope every guest treats them with the love they deserve. The sunset view from our private pool was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for romantic getaways!

Lovely staff, always looking to help from the very first minute with a porter helping carry the luggage and guiding through the narrow street. It's near enough Oia, with a 20-30 min walk, but still manages to be in a really quiet region. Of course this has it's pros and cons, the biggest advantage to me is having more privacy and be able to relax but it doesn't have the best views, I personally would never exchange that for a place in Oia with hundreds of tourists invading your balcony. There's 2 really good restaurants nearby (although expensive) and you can find more options in Oia and even supermarkets. There was complimentary wine (produced in their own vineyard!), water, coffee. We had a rental car and we could park in the nearby free parking lot (5 min walk) fairly easily most of time but was told it would be harder in the high season. This was probably the fanciest hotel I ever stayed. Be aware photos are only illustrative, if you want to have a specific room I would try contacting them beforehand to double-check (which I didn't, although I reviewed information on multiple sites, genuinely believing I made the right decision). We had a problem with that because I believed I had booked the "red cave pool" room, this was a pretty special occasion as I had just proposed to my girlfriend one day before arrival and I was honestly bummed out when I found out the room was diferent. Don't get me wrong, it was still INCREDIBLE, but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Due to that they immediately went out of their way to check if that one room was available and considering it wasn't, they upgraded us to the bigger room which was great with a bigger and more private pool (be aware that most rooms have pools that can be seen by others) It didn't have the best view though as the sea/horizon was obstructed by a unfinished building in a neighboring villa (not the prettiest thing to look at in Santorini - with bricks on display and all) and the room also felt a little empty and not so comfy, almost like they don't book it a lot so it doesn't get a lot of love... in comparison our original room, although smaller, felt a lot more cozier. Unfortunately we also had bad luck as the weather was terrible and we didn't take much advantage of pool, ofc this is not their fault but due to that Santorini as a whole was not what we pictured, so the issue with the room added to that as the trip didn't really go as expected and I was a little frustrated.
C — Google review
The room and service were fantastic and everyone was kind and helpful. The place itself is peaceful, good if you want quiet time away from everything. I just felt misled by the location. It is in a farmland village about half a mile from the tourist areas or real towns and around two miles from the water. There is no cliffside or caldera drop view, only open land and sea in the far distance. We left after one night and moved to a hotel with breathtaking views on the edge of the the caldera for 100 euro less per night, which was a much better experience for a short stay. It would be nice to get some compensation as I felt a bit scammed. How could I be in the town at a cliffside hotel with once in a lifetime views for less than a large farm and far sea view? Overall, good if you want to come to Santorini and be away from literally everything (to the point where people raise eyebrows when you say you'll just walk to town)- bad if you want shopping, more than 2 restaurants, views of caldera, or to do anything without relying on a car. Perhaps that's the intent but wasn't lead on that way by website. Pains me to leave a critical review with how nice staff was but I'd hate for someone else to make our mistake based on the websites marketing.

It was our family's first time in Santorini. Staying at Elysian was amazing. The rooms are very clean, bright, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for our family. It's only 15-20 mins walk away from Oia. Our teenage daughters have their own room next to ours and we each have our own private pool. My husband enjoyed relaxing in the pool everyday. It was very nice that we're close to Oia but still have a peaceful and quiet time away from the busy crowded tourist areas. The staff were amazing. Eman is the best! She helped us out with everything. She's very accommodating and very nice. The breakfast was also great, even the breakfast area's relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at Elysian. We will definitely stay there again next time we come back to Santorini. We highly recommend Elysian Resort.

We stayed 4 nights in the Cave Villa with Hot Tub and Sunset Views and it was, in one word: super relaxing. The peaceful location of the villa and the hot tub were definite highlights, perfect for those who love tranquility, stunning views, and pure relaxation. I also enjoyed the freestanding bathtub in the room several times. Relaxing by the pool in their neighboring Elysian Retreat is also included in your stay, although that requires a walk down- and later back uphill. Breakfast served on the terrace every morning was another highlight and highly recommended. The service was excellent: lovely and helpful staff, both in person and through the convenient WhatsApp communication. We also booked an airport transfer via the hotel; everything was well arranged and someone helped us with our luggage to the villa. A few things to be aware of: • The room and bathroom remained quite humid (probably due to the “cave” style), but a dehumidifier is provided. • The property is only accessible on foot: about a 10-minute walk from the central parking area. This was fine for us, but it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues or traveling with lots of luggage or strollers. • WiFi in the room was not always stable; pre-downloading content could be useful. In short: the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy breathtaking views, and recharge. We’d happily return!

Not What We Expected – Misleading Photos & Mould Issues We stayed at Elysian Santorini for 5 nights and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues that impacted our stay. First, the location was not as advertised. While the listing states the villas are “scattered around Foinikiá in Oia,” it’s not made clear at booking that you won’t know which property you’ll be staying at until after you’ve paid. The photos we saw showed wide, flat landscapes and easy access, but our accommodation was accessed via steep, narrow alleyways with many incline steps which is not ideal, especially with luggage or children. The room itself had poor ventilation. There are no windows you can leave open due to the lack of fly screens, so air purifiers are constantly running. Ours was full of mould, which we only discovered when emptying the water tray. The bathroom also had mould on arrival. To their credit, the staff addressed both issues the next day after we reported them, but they shouldn’t have been present in the first place. The constant hum and vibration of the air purifier made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably, and needing to manually empty it daily added to the inconvenience. Another major disappointment was the misleading listing regarding amenities. The photos led us to believe we’d have access to a nearby pool, only to discover it was at another complex 500 meters away. Walking there, especially in the heat or with children, was not practical. Tip for future guests: Before booking, double-check which of the three property locations you’ll be assigned to, and confirm exactly which facilities come with that specific unit. Each location varies significantly, so your experience will depend on where you’re placed. Overall, this was not the relaxing Santorini experience we had hoped for. The hotel needs to be far more transparent about room allocation, accessibility, and amenity availability. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.

They don't actually have a pool, their 'sister hotel' does. The cruise they booked us on was a joke. They charge $5 for a tiny bottle of water. Rooms were not as nice as shown in photos. Would not recommend.

Amazing villa, very clean with a great pool to chill out at. You’re just in walking distance of all the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you can relax privately without lots of tourists being around you. Would highly recommend staying here especially with how great Markos, the host, is he arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and has gave us great advice and help throughout our whole stay. When we come back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again!

It was amazing place to stay - everything was perfect. Location is close to Oia, but not in the crowded area, so you can enjoy the escape from noise and relax. The design of the rooms and the villa overall is so aesthetically pleasing - I couldn’t stop making pictures everywhere! Everything was clean and cozy, and very easygoing hosts. The view is amazing and the pool was a great addition and nice area to chill.

This place is quite new, clean and spacious. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. It also had an upstairs loft bedroom with an access to the rooftop from which we could see to Oia and out to the sea. Beautiful. Free parking. They were wonderful about meeting us. Even brought us welcome drinks of wine to enjoy on the patio. With only 5 suites, the pool is like having a private pool. I thought this place would actually face the caldera, but it is on the slope towards the north of the island but really was fine as there are great views to the sea and you can watch the sunset here. Our room was very large with a lovely balcony. There is a kitchenette. The bathroom is small and a bit dark. We had a staircase to an upper loft bedroom with an access to the roof where you could enjoy even more of the view. The owner's are so nice and responsive. They have a restaurant in Oia with free parking for guests (which is even closer to the core of Oia than the public parking lot). It was a little farther from Oia center than I expected but with the car, it is totally fine. Not so feasible if you don't have a car. The ground around the property is not finished - as they are building more units they hope to open in 2026. We parked on the grounds. Great to have a free option to drive to in the town.

The view: Stunning The owner: Helpful The staff: Friendly The ambiance: Quiet and Peaceful A great place to stay, overall. Only a short walk from Oia at a reasonable price. There is parking at the villa, and the owner has a private parking lot in Oia, which was extremely convenient (hard to park otherwise). The villa was so peaceful, it’s a worthwhile place to hang out at and enjoy the vista while lounging around the pool. Markos, the owner is super responsive and was able to help us with anything we needed. He and his family have put together a wonderful business. Next time we’re in the area we plan on staying here.

A very beautiful place, protected from the road and prying eyes. The suite is large and very comfortable. The swimming pool-jacuzzi is very nice and overlooks, just like the terrace, an incredible sunset. The hotel team is adorable, helpful and responsive. The suite is always very clean. Thank you for the welcome and your kindness.

Location: Wouldn’t recommend walking to Oia in the heat from this hotel…takes 20mins. Better to have a rental car. I see people waiting for the bus at the stop across the road so it is an option. Parking: very limited for ATVs and motor bikes. Cars park at the side of the road (half on the curb). Room: The room was huge and had a small jacuzzi pool outside. It was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen. However, you can hear the noise from the cars as it is next to the road. Considering the price, not a great value at all. Service: There was a porter as there are some stairs leading to the rooms. Office was small and manager not always there. No free breakfast. The welcome drink was a bottle of wine.

My birthday was nothing short of amazing staying here at sun angelos! Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views and sunsets. Very clean rooms and A* service. Very local to the main strip in oia and the jacuzzi added a brilliant touch at night watching the cruise ships pass or the sun go down. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my trip everything it needed to be <3

The room is huge with basically everything you need. The little patio area and jet tub outside is the highlight. It is right next to the road but I didn’t hear much noise. The car driving by sounds more like thunder to me, which is totally fine. But I’m surprised that this is the only hotel we booked in a Greece that doesn’t include breakfast.

I stayed at Sun Angelos Oia and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Olsi was incredibly warm and accommodating—he even let us check in 3 hours early and offered a late checkout, which made such a difference after traveling. The suite was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. It had that beautiful cave-style charm with modern touches, and the private hot tub with a view was a dream—especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Santorini. The location was ideal—tucked away just outside the busy part of Oia, so it felt peaceful and quiet, but still just a short walk to everything. It really gave us the best of both worlds. What stood out most was the care and hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond, offering great local tips and always making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like staying with friends who wanted us to have the best time. I’d 100% recommend Sun Angelos Oia. It made our Santorini trip feel extra special, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The actual rooms look exactly as shown on the websites. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. As we landed early in the morning, he allowed us to check in earlier. He also responds very promptly to any requests. We were well taken care of during our stay. Housekeeping was top notch! The entire room and hotel is very clean. We had privacy while soaking in the hot water pool. Unblocked view from the garden. The Sun Angelos team made our wedding anniversary holiday very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you!

Our host was absolutely outstanding. Not only did he allow us to check-in early, but his promptness in doing so enabled us to fully take advantage of the property's many features. With swift response times and top-tier service, he was ever-present and easy to reach when we needed him. The location cannot be understated. It was conveniently located with close proximity to the heart of Oia, where we were surrounded by the hustle and bustle of local life. What's more, the view was simply stunning. We were privy to the most breathtaking sunset views right from our own space. The combination of the superior hosting, prime location, and incredible sunset views truly enriched our stay. Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. While the property is not situated right in the heart of Oia, it does not fall short of anything as it is conveniently nestled just a short distance away. There was truly not a single feature about this property that displeased us. Each moment was filled with awe-inspiring amenities and experiences that made our stav all the more memorable.

Me and my partner stayed at the apartments last week and it was absolutely incredible. The area is nice and quiet and perfect to enjoy a swim in the jacuzzi for sunset. The owners are so kind and welcoming, even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival. And the apartments are just perfect, they have everything you need, very spacious and comfy and the shower is unreal!! So unique, really make you feel like you're living your best life in Santorini. Very close to Oia, less than 5 minutes by car. Very recommended!!

Nestled in the charming village of Finikia, White Cave Villas offers a serene escape just a short stroll from Oia. This delightful guesthouse is perfectly positioned for those looking to explore Santorini while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Guests can easily access nearby Baxedes Beach and take public transport to Fira or other island attractions.
Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite. Absolutely loved the room and the service. Everyone was so kind. Best part was the private pool and the view. The sunset was remarkable! It's not the same as being on the west side of Oia, but so much more private and quiet away from all the tourists. Small setback was the walk/stairs to get here, but it was 100% worth it. Restaurants nearby had amazing service and great food. Breakfast was €15 but it was a large portion and changes every day.
Jessie P — Google review
Tucked away within walking distance of Finikia village, White Cave Villas is an absolute gem and fantastic value for money! I loved having my own little hot tub—perfect for sipping cocktails while watching the sunset. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a great air conditioner (a must in summer!). The cave-style bathroom added such a unique charm to the space, and I really appreciated the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Staff were super friendly, and communication was smooth from start to finish. The porter even met me at the pickup point and kindly helped with my bags. My only complaint? The stay was way too short! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended if you're looking for a tranquil and stylish Santorini escape.

My girlfriend and I booked a 3-day stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Even though we hadn’t booked a room with a jacuzzi, they provided us one for free, which was a wonderful surprise. We were impressed by the beautiful environment, the excellent service, and the helpful support in reaching the property👌. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend! 😁

Very nice villas in Foinikia, about 15-20 minute walk into Oia. Away from the craziness but close enough to do anything you need to do. Easy to get the public bus to Fira and anywhere else on the island. Vicky was a great host and Michaela was very helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was huge and changed daily. Be mindful of the fact that for some access will not be easy. You need to be pretty agile to move around the little laneways up and down to reach the villas. The view and sunset from our little balcony was amazing.
Julie B — Google review
Great value for money but the hotel can add some few touch up to go from 3 star to 4 star. Hostess Vicky was super.

It's best to add anti-slip strips on the stairs to the bathtub. We've had people slip on the stairs. Other than that everything is good

Very good service and the breakfast was spot on. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast was always different. The location was pretty hard access. It took us about 15-20 minutes to the bus station and 30 minutes to Oia. The rooms were fine, but since our room was like a cave it was very humid and smells a little musty. Also there’s no door or curtain in the toilet and shower area. We have to move towards the end of the room when someone is in the toilet or showering.
Pawarisa S — Google review
Located at Finikia which is not that far from Oia - you can walk about 15-20mins away. I want to highlight how well they have treated us nicely, served us the best breakfast in bed for two days. It has an balcony and spa bath outside our suite. The staff were very accomodating to our needs. Definitely recommended especially if you are looking for a hotel that is more affordable compared to the hotels located in Oia.

Villa Ariadni is a unique and colorful villa with a cave-like structure, offering incredible sunset views and proximity to blue dome churches and castle ruins, making it a perfect spot for photography. The host, Mario, is highly accommodating and helpful in organizing taxis and tours. Despite visiting in the off-season (February), guests found the villa spacious with beautiful Caldera views. Elvis, the director, provided ample information about Oia and recommended local establishments.
The room was clean and had a comfortable sofa. Even though breakfast was not included, it was still pleasant to stay there as the room was equipped with a microwave and an electric kettle.

The house with the terrace provided a fantastic view to Aegean. It had a filter coffee machine with ground coffee for use. The host shared a lot of information which was very useful.

Staying here for two nights. Hotel is more like AirBnb. No onsite support. Instructed sunset. It has very basic facilities. I would not rate it more than 2 *. Book this hotel if you wanted to ruin your vacation. Broken tiles, need to turn on water heater for 30 minutes before you take shower. No tea bags or creamer in the room. Soap dispenser not working properly. You have to hold the shower in your hand all the time while you take a bath. Booked it through Expedia. They should not this property as a hotel. Worst hotel I have stayed in last 15 years.
Vinay S — Google review
I stayed here for one night and had an excellent experience. The villa is in a wonderful location, which allows you to explore Oia. There are many cafes and shops nearby, allowing for a seamless experience. You can also walk to many excellent restaurants from the villa. There are also many attractions and other places with great views within walking distance. The inside of the villa was spotless and organized. There was also a kitchen with a stovetop built-in to the toaster oven. The villa also had AC. The bathroom was also clean and the water pressure inside the shower was excellent. There is WiFi here, but speeds do vary. Outside the villa, there is a private sitting area with great views. The owners were very helpful too and arranged for airport transfers. They also arranged for our luggage to be carried into the villa for a small fee. Villa Ariadni is a wonderful property to stay at during your visit to Oia!

My holiday was absolutely perfect! The concierge was fully responsible for my booking. He was attentive for the guests. On the top of that, rooftop’s stunning view with the sunset as well as the day and night is incredible. I would love to revisit again. Thank you so much!

Just finished our stay and it was AMAZING. Mario was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay! This is the perfect location in Oia. You are able to watch the beautiful sunsets, but still have privacy. Close to everything and not too many stairs. Amazing stay-highly recommend to anyone staying in Santorini!

Wonderful villa that is unique with it’s color and cave like structure. Incredible views of the sunset from the villa and right next to the blue dome churches and castle ruins. Perfect picture spot. Mario, the host, was super helpful in organizing the taxis and tours. Any questions we had, he was available to answer right away. They really go far beyond to make your stay wonderful and pleasant. Of note, we came in February, which is off season and kind of cold (50 F). Most of the stores/ restaurants were closed but you get the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which we wanted.

Amazing and exceptional villa. Clean rooms, lots of space, and beautiful view. Here you can find shops, restaurants, and many more. The village walk of Oia was so cool. Elvis was our director and he led us to our room, showed us around, and gave us plenty of information about Oia and the place we were staying at. This is place deserves more than five stars.

Guests have praised the seamless booking process and excellent communication with the host, who goes above and beyond to accommodate late arrivals. The rooms are impeccably clean, especially those on the top floor which boast stunning views. Families will appreciate the private heated jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while watching breathtaking sunsets—a favorite among younger guests too!
We stayed for 5 nights, the booking was very seamless and the communication was great even before we arrived. The host accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. The room was in immaculate condition, the bathroom and amenities were also great. The breakfast provided was very good as well. The private heated jacuzzi was very nice and watching the sunset from it was a delightful sight It's very centrally located, you could walk to Oia centre in 15 minutes. Bus stop located in close proximity. There is also parking for your car/atv etc. Highly recommend this place 😊

The place was big and very nice. Beautiful view and the beds were so comfortable. We could see amazing sunsets from here. The lady was so kind and generous, made us feel welcome. Place is close to the city. You need transport on this island, it makes getting around a lot easier. Really enjoyed our stay

Room are ok , the best thing is Jacuzzi in balcony that we loved it. Service is good, the lady manager is perfect. The location , if you just want to go somewhere far from everything, there is a super market and two village restaurant around. Nothing else
Bizhan N — Google review
The room is nice and clean with a great view if you book the top floor. Having your private jacuzzi was rather nice; my 8-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. You'll see the sunset while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating too. She personally delivers the breakfast to us every morning, helps us order takeaways and cleans the room on time. She did not even charge us for a few drinks we had. The place is very accessible to famous spots in Oia. If you go to Oia town, it's only like a 15-18 min walk and if you plan to go to Fira, the bus stop is only a 3 min walk. We are a family of 3 and we love this place. If we will go back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again. 100% recommend 👍

I lived in this place for two nights and our host was a very friendly lady. She is the owner of the place and she is welcoming us with a warm smile. I felt like I’m really at home. The room is so clean and organized. The breakfast will be delivered to your room on the selected time you prefer. The location is great since it’s only 10-15 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place 💙
Bader — Google review
Very well-kept and clean with a beautiful hot tub that’s actually warm, a stunning view, and only a short walk away from Oia! Only reason I’m giving it four stars is that the piping / drainage in the walls of our room was quite loud—would recommend ear plugs for the night.
Cynthia — Google review
Very family friendly hotel. Was not in ideal location for sunset and symbolic view of Oia. But reasonable hotels for both high/low seasons.
Jonathan121 — Google review
Our host was incredibly sweet and helpful. She arranged for our ATV rental, gave us guidance on a few things and made our experience a peasant one. The rooms themselves are very beautiful, the breakfast (European style so don’t expect North American style) was great, the private hot tubs were such an amazing touch and gave us a prime and personal spot to view the santorini sunsets. The location is perfect from my perspective as it’s right near the most beautiful part of the island, far enough to not have tourists and cars making noise, and far far away from the cruise ships and party of Fira.

Cannot recommend this enough. The suite, balcony and cave jacuzzi were stunning. It is in the perfect location and everything was perfect and clean. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and made sure we had all of our needs met. I am used to high-end luxury hotels so was nervous about doing something small with limited reviews. It certainly did not disappoint and made our trip so special. The views are unparalleled. I look forward to the day I can go back! Thank you to Mateo and the Oinos team!

Very moist and noisy rooms directly at the most busy street. If you sleep with air conditioning the moisture is unbearable because of the very low ceilings. If you sleep with the windows open it’s extremely noisy. The vue to the caldera is 80% hidden by the building in front .. check Google maps view .. don’t trust the pictures. Also poor service and overpriced. Skip it ! Tourist trap

Elias Cave House 270o Caldera View Oia is a sustainable apartment located in the heart of Oia, just 1.1 km from Katharos Beach. The house offers a serene escape with its two bedrooms, spacious living area, and well-equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of the volcano from the private terrace and experience the unique charm of a troglodyte house with natural freshness.
The best place to stay on Santorini, hands down. With a beautiful, unobstructed view of the volcano from the private terrace, big and modern living space with lots of blankets, lofted king size bed, cave bedroom, sunrise-view shower, and a full kitchen, this place has everything. I genuinely can't think of a single thing I didn't like. Vasiliki, our host, made us feel right at home and have great tips on where to go and what to do (such as when to show up for the sunset). Oh, and she gave us yummy cake when we arrived. My own selfish desire is for this place to stay the hidden gem that it is so when I come back, I can still afford it! Ha!
