Seafood restaurant
Meehan's Irish Pub & Seafood House is a popular spot in St. Augustine, offering not just one but three dining experiences in a single location. The pub boasts classic Irish dishes like Corned Beef & Cabbage and Shepherd's Pie, while upstairs, Johnny's Fish House serves up delectable seafood specialties such as Oysters Florentine and Castillo Clams with pineapple chutney.
We came around 6pm on a Thursday and it had plenty of open seating. The upper balcony was a fun place to eat. I got the Shepherds Pie and the Artichoke Bake with Pita. Both were great! The shepherds pie was done well, hearty, rich, and a crispy top with soft warm inside. The artichoke dip might have been the best spinach artichoke dip I have ever had. The cast iron gave it some delicious crispy cheese edges. It was amazing. TIP: You will run out of the pita chips with the dip, just ask for saltines to finish the dip, it’s great and won’t cost an extra $4. Super fun atmosphere, great service, and great food! I want to come back!

We ate in the restaurant, which was crowded but amazing. Drinks were tasty. Food was outstanding--from the Beggars Purse to the fundamental favorite cheeseburger. Live music was good but made the atmosphere a bit loud for average conversation. Still, the talent was good, so we enjoyed the whole experience. Certainly worth a stop.

Location was great. Easy to walk to while visiting other sites. Food was good and husband enjoyed the extensive selection of Irish whiskey. Wait staff was just ok. No real greeting when we arrived or when we left. We asked to sit outside, but the table was wobbly so we asked to move and went inside. Could be cleaner, tables felt kind of icky and just in need of a deep clean.

We didn't have a wait and got to sit downstairs and the food was absolutely delicious!! The adult beverages were soo good. and its such a great vibe! We would have loved to sit outside but it was pouring down rain! We did get to go check out the upstairs bar area and its soo pretty!! Definitely go check it out!!

As we were visiting Saint Augustine this week, we happened upon your Irish pub. Aaron Our waitress was amazing. she was very attentive to our needs and always smiling. We even stopped by as we were walking by this morning and saw her there and said hello one more time before going back home. The food was amazing as well as the drinks. we definitely will be returning

Wow! So good we stopped in twice during our visit. Sat at the bar and Brandon's service was superb. Mussels in cider were delicious, ordered them both times. Partner ordered a Ruben sandwich that was served hot and juicy. On the second visit, he enjoyed the fish and chips.
Barbara M — Google review
MUST-GO dining spot when you’re in St. Augustine! BEST Mac & cheese iv ever had! The shepherd’s pie was comforting, filling, and full of flavor. The Reuben sandwich was big, savory, and delicious, while the wedge salad was creamy, flavorful, and worth the effort of cutting through. The chicken sandwich was large, tender, and had perfectly seasoned breading, plus the ranch was rich and milky (my favorite kind). Moderate noise level with a nice balcony to enjoy. Our server was on top of his game and made sure we had everything we needed.
Carson S — Google review
Beautiful Irish pub. Extensive Irish whiskey list. Food was good. Wife's fish and chips was a healthy portion of cod fish, fries and key lime slaw. My burger was good but a little overcooked. Ordered medium but it was a little dry for such a big burger. Our server Michelle was great. We'd definitely go there again.

Gastropub
Restaurant
Prohibition Kitchen is a retro-chic gastro pub in downtown St. Augustine that offers a unique dining experience with its Great Depression-era ambience and vintage industrial style. The restaurant features a spacious layout, including balcony-level seating with views of live music performances and the reclaimed 400-year-old colonial pine ceiling. Guests can enjoy gastropub fare, speakeasy-style drinks at the longest bar in town, and even dine in a private speakeasy area.
A MUST GO TO! Excellent food taste, quality and plate presentation. Service was top notch and server "Kaycee" was very attentive plus extra courteous. Deviled eggs appetizer was excellent and the house blend prime meats burger is highly recommend. Cocktails tasted spot on and looked as good as they taste. (Had a Mai Thai on the rocks) Excellent atmosphere for single, couples and families. Plenty of TV's for sports events and music for all. Plenty of parking for all. Highly recommend to all, as my family and I will definitely return soon!
Ed R — Google review
Tried this place for the first time and overall had a pretty good experience. The burger was solid—juicy, cooked well, and had decent flavor, though it didn’t quite blow me away. The wings were just fine—not bad, but nothing special either. The real standout for me was the short ribs sandwich; it was tender, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. I’d come back, especially for that short ribs sandwich!
Almog0751 — Google review
We really enjoyed it here. The server was great Casey thank you! She was so friendly explained the menu in full. She really helped to make our dinner a great one! The food was really good. We had the devil eggs which we liked. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and was really good! I will definitely be back!

Really love Prohibition Kitchen, great food and such a cool atmosphere. The whiskey BBQ is soooo good so usually get that burger or on wings. The milkshakes are so yum. Always great service. The have tables, booths and seating upstairs. There is often really great live music artists. Right off the main tourist street so be prepared to take a little extra time for parking and seeing some local shops.

This was our first time visiting. We went on a Wednesday afternoon. The atmosphere is dark, a little steam punk/ industrial vintage. It was sunny outside but inside i really felt like I was in a 1920s speak easy at 3am. We had a trainee server and he did a great job. Food didn't come out too fast or slow. They cooked our burgers to perfection and we got a fantastic portion of the best fries I've eaten in Florida. Nice and crispy with the right amount of salt. The menu was a mix of burgers and fun oddities to the typical florida fare. Pork rinds, poutine, or Mac n cheese. I loved the variety of options. The menu is printed on the back of a faux newspaper adding to the theme. They do have live bands around 6pm on certain days and I can see this place absolutely vibing at night. 10/10 recommend if you are on St George Street.
Amby M — Google review
Live music is great! But seating upstairs towards the door is excruciating when you’re trying to hold a conversation with friends while dining if the music is playing because it does get really loud. I begged to be moved, and they were able to sit us closer to the back, and I was grateful because the experience became SO much more pleasant. I loved the live music, the view from the top, and still being able to hold a conversation with friends. And the food! Must be said, food prices were totally worth it, beers were quite expensive, at $9 per glass. Flank steak salad Gorgeous salad, fresh and crunchy. And the flank steak was actually one of the best I’ve had! I’m usually always disappointed with these because it is not easy to cook flank steak well without it getting too tough. These were cooked perfectly medium, but still super tender and perfectly seasoned. The dressing was sweet. I was glad i had asked it on the side, so I could control the amount i would end up eating. It being too sweet for my taste, I ended up asking for a side of ranch. The salad was great with either. I wish I had asked for the ranch substitution when I ordered, cuz they ended up charming me extra for the ranch later. Fish sandwich Oh wow, this was a huge piece of fish! With a perfect crunch and delicious seasoning. I only had a piece of the fish that was sticking out, and it was delicious. Hany had the whole sandwich and said it was even better. Don’t doubt it. Very nice! Burgers Friends got the burgers that looked amazing and both said they loved it. Side salad was in a smallish bowl, but fresh and satisfying. Overall, a fun place with good music, good service, good food, and great vibes. Expensive beer, but I guess that’s the payment for being in a tourist neighborhood.

My server Delia was an absolute delight! From start to finish, she made the dining experience fantastic — friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations did not disappoint! I ordered the Braised Short Rib on a bed of mashed potatoes, and it was absolutely amazing — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I added the country-style green beans, and I’m so thankful I did; they paired perfectly with the dish. To top it all off, I went with Delia’s suggestion of the chocolate peanut butter milkshake for dessert, and it was super good — rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish. Big thanks to Delia and the team at Prohibition Kitchen for such a memorable meal. I’ll definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I found this place randomly and gave it a try. Sure glad we did! We have been back a total of 3 times and each experience has been phenomenal! Extremely good food and beer. Live music and great dimly lit atmosphere. When we hit St. Augustine this is our spot! Little bit of a wait when they're busy but it is totally worth it! They take your phone number and text you when they are ready to seat you. This is no big deal because there are tons of shops around to go explore while you wait! 10/10!

I really love this place. I was on a trip for my birthday weekend and we had our dog with us. And this place was very accepting of dogs. They had a great doggy menu, it was a great location. The food was very good. I'll post pictures. I had the bangers and mash and I did love them. My husband had the wings very tasty. This establishment is truly wonderful and welcoming. It's heartwarming to know they embrace furry companions, making travel so much more enjoyable for pet owners. Creating such a positive experience for guests is commendable. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you for a delightful experience .

Nice pub to go to while visiting st Augustine. Paid parking or you can free park across the alley. We got the Curry pub fries which were very tasty and good. For main course we got the Mac & cheese 🧀 and it was really yummy! Cheese sauce was made really well! A lot of places close at 9 so this was great to go late night Prices are very fair Curry fries were $11 Mac & cheese was $16 100% recommend

Best lamb burger ever! I live in Austin, TX, and we came here two years ago , my boyfriend has been dreaming about this burger ever since. We finally came back, and it’s still just as amazing! The vibes and cocktails are on point, the late-night hours are perfect, and the service is wonderful. Barley Republic, you’re doing it right! 👏🍔🍸

We waited a long time for our order, but the burgers were delicious and the beer was good. It's a fun place. You can sit on the veranda. But the tables could use some updating.

Great experience in a dinner for 4. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Food was delicious and flavorful. Cocktails were interesting and tasty. Prices reasonable. Susan was a wonderful server. Loved that the music was reasonable volume and we could easily talk.

My husband & I were walking the Historic downtown St. Augustine area when we stumbled upon this little pub. Thought we'd give them a try. Once i side we saw a sign advertising $5 happy hour food and drink specials. My husband decided to get the $5 smash burger and the $5 wings. While I chose to get the brussel sprout appetizer and poutine! First off, we waited a long time for our food when finally another waiter came to our table and said he had accidentally given our food to another table and they were making our food again! Okay, sure, it happens! We finally get our food. My husband's wings & burger were decent, nothing crazy to write home about. The brussel sprouts were HORRIBLE! I love brussel sprouts but these were woodsy & gross! There were supposed to have "applewood bacon, caramelized shallots & diced green apples tossed with honey"! I never got one piece or taste of bacon or the apples!!! I had to pull several "stick" like pieces out of my mouth while eating these! I did not finish them and my husband even tried them and also agreed NOT GOOD! So disappointing! But this is what really chapped my hide.... I asked for a little bit of extra gravy for my poutine and after my husband paid the bill I said that seems extremely high for what we got.... I start looking at the itemized bill ( we had to ask for because when you pay they just bring a hand held machine and you pay, you don't even see the itemized bill first) and they had charged me $3 for e tea gravy and charged for my husbands blue cheese that came with his wings & had charged for another small item I can't remember right now!!!! In my eyes,........ since we had to wait DOUBLE THE TIME FOR OUR FOOD DUE TO A WAITERS ERROR why are you charging me for some extra gravy!?!? And not offering to just comp it to make up for the mistake!!!!! Literally that's all they would have had to do to make me happy!!!! It's called customer service!!!!! I do not recommend!!!
Jennifer W — Google review
I ordered the Lamb Burger — absolutely delicious, juicy, and full of flavor! 😋 The atmosphere was energetic and lively, which made the experience even better. 🔥 The prices are fair for the location and quality.😅 I highly recommend trying the fried pickles while you wait — they’re incredible! 🤩Everything was excellent.✌🏻👌🏻

Great small place. The food was awesome. I recommend the Bangers and Mash. Very filling and tasteful. The Fried Oreos are a must. Drinks were resonable, and it's not directly on George Street, so there is not a lot of foot traffic.

Nestled on the historic Aviles Street, Forgotten Tonic is a charming bistro and cocktail lounge offering a delectable menu of American cuisine. The establishment boasts an extensive selection of classic and modern cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic options. With indoor and outdoor seating, occasional live music, and a captivating ambiance, it's the perfect spot for enjoying hand-crafted drinks and delicious food.
A group of 5 of us had a delicious lunch at forgotten tonic this afternoon! Cool vibe with lots of good choices on the menu. Our server was very friendly and made an effort to chat with us about our trip. When we went to leave, we noticed it had started raining, and the staff made sure to let us know we could stay and even sit at the bar if we wanted to. Great experience all around!

The atmosphere was esthetically pleasing and very inviting. The food was tasty and unique. There was also a wonderful drink menu dedicated to a fellow local bartender who has fallen on hard times medically. Though we only had one drink from the menu, it was great. The only area that could have been improved was the service. At the beginning of our visit they were more attentive, but as the night went on and the restaurant began to fill up the service got slower. All in all, would definitely recommend.
Gregory Z — Google review
The food was great! My husband got the shrimp and grits and I had the Bahn Mi. For drinks, my husband had the godfather improved and I had daybreak. They were perfectly and freshly crafted. I did not really enjoy the chia seed pudding. Not sweet enough and it tasted as if it had turned. Our waitress was attentive and wonderful. The atmosphere was a vibe and the music was super chill. If the chia seed pudding had been better I would have given 5 stars.
Jessica H — Google review
We used the online reservation system and were immediately seated. The drink menu was quite imaginative and they had excellent homemade sodas! They were decorated for Halloween and the atmosphere was ideal. Our server was very attentive, delivered our food as ordered, and wasn't pushy at all. I ordered the pork chop, we split a large salad, and my wife got the Penne a la Vodka. My pork chop was perfectly cooked and didn't seem to be ruined by the always-common wet brine that so many restaurants employ. It had a wonderful homemade BBQ sauce and I subbed the Brussels with gochujang sauce-- which were fried nicely with the sauce being a perfect complement. The salad was very fresh, nicely dressed, and used a very good quality cheese. Lastly, my wife's pasta was generously sauced and she was extremely happy with this vegetarian option. Certainly not phoned in like some places. It had a softito base with vegetable broth and then was finished with cream, high end cheese, and vodka. We were only in town for two nights and I scoured the city to find the right place for our second night. Forgotten Tonic didn't disappoint.

Incredible! We planned to only come here for drinks, but ended up staying for appetizers as well. Every bite was delicious! Our server could not have been any nicer. We ended up talking to her for quite a while. This place was jammed on a Saturday night, but our service was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend the deconstructed artichoke dip. I’ve never had anything like it, and it was absolutely incredible! Super fun and creative spin on drinks too.

Loved the customer service from our waitress, Amelia! She was phenomenal! We had the meatballs and fish dip for appetizers, and the mussels and shrimp & grits for our entree. The food was great!! We totally forgot got to take pics of it! My husband has three glasses of Chardonnay, which he loved. I had a mocktail (Widow Maker) but it was too sweet so I couldn’t drink it. It was taken off the bill, no problem. Great selection of drinks, though, and Amelia treated us to the creme brûlée which was absolutely divine!!! 10/10 highly recommend

Such a fun and unique spot! The drinks were great, and the staff made the whole experience so enjoyable we stayed past closing. Brandon was an awesome bartender who made the night even better. The decor was perfect for spooky season, and I love that they go all out for Halloween! Also I thought the bathroom sink was so cool!

Absolutely beautiful meal from start to finish! Awesome service from Ethan who has great recommendations and timing. We enjoyed sharing a few appetizers that were each awesome. Lovely cocktails and a great atmosphere. The pop-up Halloween vibe was unexpected and so fun! We'll definitely be back and explore more of the menu.

The Raintree Restaurant is a charming establishment that has been serving upscale Floribbean cuisine in an elegant Victorian setting for over 40 years. Located in a historic house, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its warm ambiance, complete with a fireplace and koi pond. Guests can indulge in a variety of dishes, from local catch of the day to Asian-influenced specialties like Bang Bang shrimp and roast duck.
I have been dining here going back to the '90's. Raintree never disappoints. My family of 6 adults had Christmas holiday dinner in 2024. Each one of us were thrilled with our meal, and we all had different entrees. Fantastic. Great food and great service. Highly recommend.

Finally a beef Wellington that is on point! The service was phenomenal, the beef Wellington was so far the best I've had in the area. The warm wedge salad was mouthwatering The atmosphere was very peaceful and beautiful! Would highly suggest this place and I will be back to try the

We went here today for brunch, mainly because I saw a photo of a traditional eggs, Benedict and an eggs Benedict Arnold, sausage, patty, sausage gravy…. And while those were good, especially the sausage one., I am giving this five stars because of the schnitzel!!!! Go order the schnitzel !!! Now! I spent 15 years in the restaurant business and this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! On top of that it’s affordable ! Cheers!

We had a lovely evening and the food was delicious. We stared with some old fashions. Began the meal with the salad and lobster & sweet pepper soup. Then moved on to the prime rib and halibut with lobster champagne butter sauce. We didn't have room for dessert but I saw some in passing other tables so it's definitely on my list for next time.

Been to Sunday brunch here a few times. Nice historic building. Prices are definitely a bit high for what you get, but that's the tourism tax. Duck Waffles are excellent. Their home fries are soft and mushy, I don't recommend them. Men's room is too run down for somewhere this pricey. Gratuity is added in here automatically, and our waitress did not disclose this which always rubs me the wrong way.

Raintree Restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere and friendly staff, creating an inviting setting for a meal in St. Augustine. However, our brunch experience was marred by significant service and food quality issues that overshadow its appeal. The ambiance is undeniably pleasant, with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff, in general, exudes friendliness, but our server’s performance was a major letdown. Described as a “social butterfly,” she was flighty and frequently absent, leaving us waiting excessively for basic requests. It took 15 minutes to get a to-go box and another 10 for the check, despite requesting both simultaneously. We overheard her sharing her life story—apparently, she “grew up” in the restaurant—at another table, not even hers, which explains her tendency to mill about as if she lived there rather than worked there. This lack of focus left us neglected and frustrated. The food was equally disappointing, suggesting the kitchen was operating with its “C or D team” during brunch. The Beef Wellington, meant to be served rare (120°-125°F), arrived raw, purple, and room temperature—completely unappetizing. The eggs Benedict featured “poached” eggs that were clearly microwaved, not poached, resulting in an unmistakable texture. The burger had potential with a good grind, size, and bun, but lacked seasoning and was overcooked to a dry, gray mess instead of the requested medium (135°-140°F) with a hot-pink center. The home fries, likely air-fried in an unheated air fryer, were dry inside with a rubbery skin. The grits, however, were a bright spot, flavorful and well-prepared. We didn’t complain about the food, chalking it up to an off day and planning to return for dinner to try their reportedly wonderful dishes. We requested a box for the uneaten two-thirds of the raw Beef Wellington, intending to cook it properly at home. When the server finally returned with the check, we were shocked to see a 15% gratuity automatically added for our party of two. No signage indicated this was standard policy, which felt deceptive. I typically tip 20% even for poor service, but since the server preemptively awarded herself 15% for subpar performance, we left it at that. Ultimately, Raintree’s combination of inattentive service, poorly executed dishes, and the audacity of an automatic gratuity for a party of two left a sour taste. If this is their standard practice, it’s a sign of deeper issues—perhaps they should pay their staff better wages instead of relying on mandatory tips to compensate for lackluster service. Regrettably, Raintree is off our list of recommended dining spots in St. Augustine. We won’t be returning, and neither should you if you value attentive service and properly cooked food. Note: This review reflects a single brunch experience. Others may have different experiences, but based on ours, Raintree falls short of its reputation which brought us here that day.

Ann O'Malley's is a cozy Irish pub located near the city gates in downtown St. Augustine. It offers a classic Irish pub experience with staples like corned beef and Guinness, as well as a variety of locally sourced beers, wines, and hard ciders. The pub is known for its build-your-own sandwiches and Guinness cocktails, making it a great spot to enjoy simple yet delicious food at reasonable prices.
So glad we ran across Ann O'Malley's while staying overnight in St. Augustine. A quaint pub on Orange St. with friendly staff. Both the Rueben my bride had, and the Marty (Pastrami, Swiss, Bacon, and Cole Slaw with 1000 island) I had were outstanding. I highly recommend them the next time you are in St. Augustine.

Stopped in for a cocktail and to listen to music. Music was great. Hubs had a beer. They only serve beer and wine, so I got a giant ice water! Will definitely visit again when I haven't already been drinking vodka!

Really nice Irish bar in St. Augustine. Great atmosphere and friendly bartenders. I didn’t have a chance to drive their food, but I will definitely do so next time I am in town.
Rachel E — Google review
Great pub food, excellent beer (cider) choices, and fantastic service. Everybody behind the bar is friendly and hard-working - we love 'em. Open Mic Night is pretty entertaining, but the daytime isn't bad for a visit. The chicken salad is pretty tasty - homemade - and they were happy to accommodate with an altered Reuben dog for me! Top rated. We come back every year!

I cant say enough great things about this place. My girlfriend and I stopped in after having a bad experience at another local Irish joint and this place completely saved the night. The bartender Donovan was amazing. He immediately made us feel welcome with a quick history of what the bar is and what they stand for. He was very quick and friendly with the service and truly made our night. The locals were friendly, there was live music, the drinks were cold and the food...GREAT! We had never been there before but will definitely add it to the list of check ins for each of our St Augustine visits.

Ann O’Malley’s is a great spot for lunch! The prices are very affordable, and the sandwiches are absolutely top notch. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. A perfect place to grab a tasty meal without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Simple food well prepared and delicious to eat. Prices are reasonable for this area. The location is small but comfortable. They appear to have live music in the evenings. I expect that I will be back next time I am in St Augustine. I had the thin blue line sandwich and my lunch partner had the turkey club with chicken and corn chowder. We each had a soda total was $33 with tip. Beer choiceS are in the photos.

Spanish restaurant

Cuban restaurant
Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine offers a taste of traditional Spanish and Cuban cuisine within a charming two-story Spanish-style atrium. The restaurant is part of a long-standing local chain with roots dating back to 1905. Guests can savor Cuban sandwiches, the family's century-old paella recipe, fresh Gulf of Mexico catch, and the signature 1905 salad prepared tableside.
The Columbia Restaurant is a must-stop whenever I’m in Florida. As usual, I kicked off the meal with their signature 1905 Salad, prepared tableside—fresh, flavorful, and always a highlight. I also tried the Empanadas de Picadillo for the first time, and they were excellent—crisp, savory, and perfectly seasoned. To drink, I had a freshly made mojito (pro tip: if you're ordering several, go for the pitcher—it’s made tableside). I ordered four for the table, but unfortunately, they arrived pre-mixed. Still refreshing, just not quite the same experience. For the main course, I shared the Paella a la Valenciana. It was a generous portion and quite tasty overall, but the chicken, mussels, and clams were slightly overcooked and a bit tough. That said, the flavor was there. Our dining companions had the stuffed shrimp and a mahi-mahi dish—both were very pleased with their meals. To top things off, we were served a complimentary flan for dessert—my first time trying it, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Despite the few minor critiques, The Columbia remains one of my favorite places to visit. The atmosphere, history, and overall dining experience are consistently memorable.
Gregory P — Google review
Excellent food. It's hard to beat Columbia for good food. Great atmosphere. Plenty of selections on the menu to choose. The seafood paella made it to my plate. And the crab cakes are a must have if you are a fan of crab cakes. Everything was made to perfection. Our server was super friendly and helpful. She knew her way around the menu and had some great suggestions.
E. B — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First visit to The Columbia in St. Augustine, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere alone makes it worth the stop — historic building, beautiful tile work, and that old-Florida feel you just don’t get anywhere else. The place was busy, but everything ran smoothly. I had the 1905 Salad, made tableside — super fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The ropa vieja and flank steak was perfectly pressed, with just the right mix of crunch and melt. Everything tasted authentic and made with care, not rushed. Shoutout to Jason, who made the whole experience even better. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail stood out. He checked in at the right times, knew the menu inside out, and genuinely made us feel welcome — that kind of service makes all the difference. Overall, The Columbia is one of those places that reminds you why St. Augustine’s food scene is so special — great food, great people, and real pride in what they do. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently Amazing Dining Experience 🍽️ No matter which Columbia Restaurant location I visit—Ybor City, St. Armands Circle, or St. Augustine—the experience is always exceptional 🌟. The atmosphere, service, and food are top-notch 👌. Must-try items include the refreshing sangria 🍷, warm Cuban bread 🥖, and the iconic 1905 Salad 🥗. For entrees, you can’t go wrong, but my personal favorite is the Cannelloni de Langosta 🦞—absolutely delicious! This is a must-enjoy dining experience wherever you find one. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates flavorful Cuban-Spanish cuisine 🇨🇺🇪🇸 and great hospitality 💛.

We stopped into The Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine for lunch after a hot morning of sightseeing, and it turned out to be the perfect place to take refuge from the heat. We sat upstairs on the second floor, which was fairly busy and a bit lively — not quiet, but not uncomfortably loud either. It actually added to the atmosphere and energy of the place. Our server was excellent — very polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. We kept things light and ordered sandwiches and plantains, and both were very pleasant. The sandwiches were flavorful and fresh, and the plantains were perfectly sweet and well-prepared. There’s no dedicated parking, so you’ll need to walk from wherever you can find a spot nearby, but it’s worth it. Between the beautiful historic setting, great service, and flavorful food, The Columbia is definitely a place I’d love to return to — next time for dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my visit here! The shop had beautiful dish ware and pottery! The chicken sandwich was fantastic tender, juicy, and had flavor. All the sandwiches we tried were great, and the salad was huge. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The dining room is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the whole meal even better. This place combines great food, excellent cleanliness, and a lovely setting, a must-visit if you’re in Florida! Very happy with the filling food for lunch!

This place is great, has a unique traditional feel to it! Food is super tasty, lots of good options. Take your time here, allow 2 hours to enjoy, not a place to rush. Recommend. Kudos to our waiter Miguel from 🇪🇸 Side note: this is St.Augustine, parking might be a bit challenging but it’s very walkable so not really a biggie

Awesome lunch along with excellent service by Maraiya B. Great food nice atmosphere, fountains on patio around the seating area. Plenty of seating with choice of indoor, patio or outdoor seating. They first brought the freshly baked bread to the table then lunch We had the 1/2 1905 salad with 1/2 a Cuban and it was a large portion. Along with a piece of the famous key lime pie ( to die for) to go. Plenty of parking and it is free with validation. Placed right off of St George street and it was busy. Kids menu and some vegetarian choices. Gift shop in rear

The restaurant offers a wide selection of seasonal beers and American fare, including sandwiches and steak. With its spacious outdoor balcony and wide windows overlooking the ocean, A1A provides an ideal setting to relax and enjoy pub grub while sampling local Florida brews.
Outdoor dining on the balcony was so lovely. The view was someone that will always stay with me. Our server was very attentive, drinks were delicious. And the food was hot and tasty. Had a blast. Also has live music in the bar downstairs which was cool. I would go back again.

We were looking forward to this place as it came highly recommended by a friend. The service was fine. The atmosphere is nice, especially if seated by a window or outside with great views. The food, however, the nachos, were bland and definitely not enough chips for the amount of topping. Fisherman platter and shrimp dinner... let me start with the good. It was cooked perfectly. However, the breading did not have much flavor by itself. The coleslaw... I'm not sure what happened, but we both thought it was inedible. Honestly, the most tasty things were the fries and the cocktail sauce, one of the best cocktail sauce I've tried. If we ever return and try new items, I will update the review.

Fantastic service and fantastic view from upstairs balcony. Emily our server was on top of it. Drinks were prompt and tasty. Great selection of house cocktails and craft beers combined, something you don't often see. Had the Paella for 2, a house salad with beer cheese soup, a Mediterranean Salad with Ahi Tuna and a Blackened Fish Sandwich. Overall the food was good. The beer cheese soup was oily and the fish portion of the fish sandwich was malnourished. It should have been bigger. Using "reservations" is a bit of a misleading substitute for priority seating. And while the wait was minimal, it was still a case of putting us back into the queue. So a star lost there for the above items. But otherwise a fun experience with great service, plenty of good seating options, fantastic views and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Went in on a Saturday around 3:30. As we waited for our table at the bar, the bartender served us immediately. Great drinks. When seated at a table the waitress took about 20 minutes to come take our orders. Thankfully we still had our drinks from the bar while waiting for her as we looked at the menu. When she arrived she took our orders. We got the fried shrimp appetizer that came out in 5-10 minutes. As we waited for our entrees, within 20 minutes the waitress came by to tell us it would be a little longer for our food and offered to bring us a basket of bread while we waited. The bread came out and was hot but very hard on the outside. Our entrees finally came and were very tasty. I got the shrimp tacos and my boyfriend got the jambalaya. He said it was so good just a lot of grease at the bottom. Overall would not come back on a Saturday but any other day for the good food and drinks.
Marissa S — Google review
Great place, very nice bar and restaurant upstairs, old school bar on the ground floor. Good selection of beer, approximately 25 taps. Food is good, we had the Jambalaya, just the right amount of spice. Service was great. They only do one 5 beer flight, "Florida Flight", no substitutions. They are pretty good about letting you taste a few before you order. Good stop!

This is a great brewery right in Downtown St. Augustine! It’s two floors so they’ve got plenty of seating so hopefully you won’t have to wait long for a table if they’re busy. We sat on the second floor patio. Our waitress was really nice and attentive to us. I only got appetizers since I wasn’t all that hungry. I got the Calamari and the Pretzels with beer cheese. Both were insanely good! The pretzels were hot and fresh, the calamari was crispy, and the beer cheese was good! Overall, I’ll definitely make a stop here again.

Busy place with good service, spirit-ful drinks, delicious food and beautiful views. Tasty apps, especially the artichoke dip. The tuna dishes are incredible, the shrimp and grits was good but a bit dry. They have paper straws which I understand but hateeee. The bar is downstairs and they had live music which wasn't as loud upstairs where the restaurant is and it gives it a good vibe 👍
Sergio M — Google review
The shrimp and grits is more like bacon and grits. Barely any sauce and more bacon than shrimp. Extremely disappointed with their food. This was my second time there and again another disappointment. :-( Their nachos were okay. The waiter that served me on the balcony was nice. An expensive experience for not good food.

Llama Restaurant is a charming Peruvian eatery located in St. Augustine, offering a modern twist on traditional Peruvian dishes. The founder, Chef Marcel Vizcarra, brings influences from family recipes, Japanese training, and education at Le Cordon Bleu to create artful presentations of Peruvian specialties.
From the moment we stepped into Llama Restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was inviting, and the warmth of the staff immediately made us feel at home. But what truly set this experience apart was the absolutely out-of-this-world delicious food and the extremely good customer service. Every dish that arrived at our table was a masterpiece. The flavors were vibrant, the ingredients incredibly fresh, and each bite was a delightful revelation. It's clear that the chefs at Llama Restaurant pour their heart and soul into their creations, delivering a culinary experience that is truly unparalleled. Beyond the exquisite food, the customer service was simply exceptional. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our dining experience perfect. They anticipated our needs without being intrusive, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured every aspect of our visit was seamless and enjoyable. Llama Restaurant isn't just a place to eat; it's a destination for anyone seeking a truly outstanding meal paired with service that goes above and beyond. We left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

What a remarkable experience. Courses were beautifully prepared, thoughtfully and knowledgeably presented. We enjoyed the tasting menu of 4 courses and a wine paring. Tiny restaurant but servers were so skilled at keeping waiting guests comfortable. The restaurant is expanding next door which should allow for more to enjoy on any given night.

My fiancé and I just popped in to see what the Llama was about and grab a cocktail before the concert down the street. The hostess was lovely and squeezed us in as it was reservations only. She said if you can be out before 7 and we said yes!! We were so grateful to get a table. The place smelled amazing! We wish would could have stayed for dinner but grabbed a few glasses of wine and sides and loved watching what they brought out of the kitchen. We are definitely going back to have dinner and try more. Every that came out of the kitchen smelled amazing or looked incredible. Such a cute place. Kind of strange to go out back to use the restroom but the food is worth it! We will be back for sure!

A gem of a restaurant. Went for a birthday celebration and it didn’t disappoint. The food was super fresh and delicious. We had the poached lobster appetizer which was wonderful and the yucca fritas were great with three dipping sauces. My husband had the pulpo (octopus) app and said it was amazing. The entrees kept the excitement going - the lamb was so fabulous I wanted one more bite. The risotto was perfectly cooked and had an array of seafood on top. The salmon had a very nice pistachio -huacatay pesto sauce which truly enhanced the fish flavor. And the lobster tail special was melt in your mouth memorable! We finished with the sacred valley - a wonderful mousse and the s’mores on fire which was so artfully presented it truly took our breath away. This is a fine dining destination. The restaurant is small so reservations are important. A winner!!!

We’ve had the pleasure of the dinner experience at Llama in the past it’s extraordinary every time so many layers of flavor and depth. This time we tried brunch and it was exceptional! Same as dinner packed with unique flavors and the best bottomless mimosas I’ve ever had - green cactus, guava, passion fruit, and a spiced corn (sounds bizarre but was delicious almost like mulled blackberry). The pumpkin waffles and breakfast sandwich were so insanely delicious. Can’t say enough great things about this place: hand crafted food, quality service, and a cozy Peruvian atmosphere. I didn’t catch our servers name but she was wonderful. Kendall usually takes care of us and she is the best attentive and sweet!! Definitely try this St. Augustine gem!

Absolutely fantastic experience at llama! The restaurant is quaint, intimate, and the food is out of this world. We had an absolutely incredible visit. We started off with a ceviche, and I had a seafood dish with a sticky rice and the seafood had octopus prawns shrimp, clams, muscles it was to die for. My husband got the lamb chops and he said they were some of the best he’s ever had. He finished the evening with the s’more dessert, which was fun, interactive and delicious. Great wine let as well. We will definitely return here when we come back to Saint Augustine.!

Everything is always so delicious, the portions are generous, and artfully plated. I love that they understand eyes eat first, it’s such a treat! We’ve sat at the same table every time, also a treat. I’m excited that they’ve expanded and have a new bathroom area. The brunch menu is nice too, I don’t want to eat normal shrimp and grits again after having their shrimp y choclo dish. I hope to keep coming here for many years to come.

ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS ST. AUGUSTINE HAS TO OFFER!!!! My son and I dined in here last week when we were visiting from South Florida. From the moment we walked in Lindsay was such a friendly face. She was so helpful and so kind to us. Her and Alandra took care of us the entire evening. They gave us wonderful suggestions. We started with the chicharrones and the mango Ceviche to start. My son really wanted the chicharrones and I really wanted the mango Ceviche but let me tell you those chicharrones were the best chicharrones I've ever had in my life. The mango salsa was super tasty and refreshing. For entrees we couldn't decide because everything sounded so good so we decided to get two entrees and share them. We got the Tallarines Verdes and the Patarascha. THEY WERE INSANELY GOOD! In between our meal they also gave us these cute little drinks that were for pallet cleansers. I forget the name of the dessert but it was like nothing I've ever had before ! They even lit I don't know if it was Sage on fire but it was so good we put it in the dessert and ate it . The decor inside was so cozy and the food was so refined. This was the best Peruvian restaurant we've ever been to and my son and I are big time foodies. When we travel all we do is try new restaurants and Llmama is definitely going to be a place we're going to have to visit every time we come to St Augustine. Ask for Lindsay and Alandra.... They are hard workers, with friendly attitudes that really care about taking care of you.

Trade Winds Lounge is a great place to go for a drink and listen to some good music. It can sometimes be busy, but it's worth checking out if you're in the area. They typically have a live band playing most nights, so it's definitely worth stopping by!
We found Tradewinds online. They don't have a great, informational Facebook. Turns out they have live music every night. The guys playing were fantastic! Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Fun atmosphere. People were dancing and having a blast! Drinks were flowing and the pour was good. We will be back for an overnight on our way home!!!

Went here on a Thursday night because we heard the live music from outside. We were only going to stop in for a few songs and a drink, ended up staying all night because the band was so good! Oh and by the way, we came back the next night specifically for the music. It was a different band but still just as great! Shoutout to the tall bouncer, he was so friendly and was enjoying himself just as much as we were while watching the bands perform. Would highly recommend this place for people who enjoy a chill vibe, live music, and a dive bar vibe. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Trade Winds Lounge is hands-down our favorite bar in downtown St. Augustine. Whenever we’re out for date night, it’s our first choice to grab a quick pint and catch some live music. The bartenders are always friendly, the atmosphere feels authentic and laid-back, and the music is consistently top-notch. It’s a true local gem we keep coming back to.

By far the worst bar I have ever been to. Bar tenders are incredibly rude especially the girl with dreads. You aren’t allowed to stand or dance unless you are in a small area by the stage. They provided no explanation as to why this was the case. It blows my mind that any body who owns a bar would run it this way. Good band though. Will not return.

We had a lot of fun celebrating our one year wedding anniversary here. The bartender Holly was amazing. The place was so packed there weren't even any seats but she still found some for us. The live music was awesome and kept us entertained! We will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Super fun, great staff - make sure you don't miss the popcorn buffet. Spent the better part of our two nights in town enjoying the live music of Mark Hart (super fun guy, excellent playlist - enthusiastic spokesperson for the popcorn buffet) and chair dancing (and even out of your chair dancing) multi-genre music from Salty Daug. The two man Jackhammer band played rock tunes from up and down the ages. Bartenders and waitstaff Matt, Sara, Angie P, Eric, Holly and Julie were super attentive and treated these visiting sailors like we were long time friends.
Paul — Google review
Only reason for the two stars was because the band was amazing. Blond bartender got angry because we didn’t want to start a tab, she says “I’m not going to keep doing this” (we got 3 rounds of 3/4 beers). The dreads waitress looks to be the most miserable person in the world. She is mean to anyone she might have to walk around. I’m a local, and I’ll go there once in a while thinking maybe this time it will be different, but nope, it never is. You must sit like a zombie as you listen to music (who can do that), or you can go over to the side stage on a small platform and dance. It’s dumb! No other bar in town treats people the way this place does. It was once a great place to go, but now the fun has been sucked out of it thanks to miserable staff and ridiculous rules.

We had our post-wedding cocktail/reception at the pub and as well as we thought it could go, they somehow blew our expectations out of the water! Marco was such a pleasure and accommodated ALL of our requests to make the space look EXACTLY as we wanted. We went with beer/wine package with passed hors d'oeuvres (pretzel bites, spanakopita, cheese dip in phyllo cups, bbq pork Wellington, and a charcuterie station) They were great to our guests as well which was very important to us. Just can’t say enough good things, DEFINITELY consider them for your event!

We came for a wedding reception (I was part of the wedding party). The pretzel bites and cheese were absolutely amazing. Mouthwatering. The food for the reception, so good. We had chicken, fresh green beans, mashed potatoes, and salads. I could eat this food all day everyday. The atmosphere was perfect for a small wedding reception with a group who likes to have a good time. The staff was amazing as well. We greatly enjoyed the reception and the care they gave to the newly weds and their families and closest friends!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here back in October and the team at the Chatsworth exceeded all of our expectations! It has become a popular spot for locals and tourists to enjoy craft brews while watching sports. The menu includes their renowned burger and the venue prides itself on being a top sports bar in St. Augustine.
What a great place! We had a great time at Auggie’s. They were the friendliest staff of all the bars we hit on our afternoon shopping & bar hopping excursion. The owner (from Pittsburgh) was a super friendly and welcoming guy. They have a great selection of beer on tap that you pour yourself. You can have a full pint of one of their delicious craft beers or just a taste to make sure you like it. We didn't eat, only had some beers - but the menu looked awesome and we plan to go back for some good eats. The only complaint I have is: amongst all the great football memorabilia, not a single Buffalo picture on the wall. GO BILLS!! 😁

Great place to try different beers from the beer wall and have a delicious burger. We had the surf and turf and the bacon, egg, and cheeseburger. Enjoyed the sports memorabilia as were big sports fan. Will come back on next visit.

Auggie's is a decent place. I'm guessing the draft beers are the draw. The burgers were good. But I'm not sure I'd use the word gourmet to describe them. They are very friendly and efficient. Also dog friendly outside. So for me that's a plus. I will go back knowing what to expect.

First and foremost, my fiance and I was searching high and low for a place to eat and we just simply couldn't find a good one that popped out to us. We stopped here and grabbed beer to start, then walked around the town. Later in the evening, we decided to come back here and order the burger. WOW!!! Best burger I have ever had in my life. We ordered another to take home. The staff was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was very chill. We decided to go back the next day for lunch and again had an amazing burger 🍔 We will definitely be back again!!

3.5 ⭐️ . It’s alright, nothing really good or bad here, burger was okay, chicken sandwich was okay, fries were good. The self serve tap is a neat idea but does add up quickly. But it’s nice if you want to try a variety of things- otherwise it would just be easier for staff to pour.
Megan B — Google review
If you like a classic thin 2 patty burger, this is the spot. If you’re looking for a thick juicy burger, you’re not gonna like it. The burgers were bangin, fries crispy and delicious. Server went to the back to get us some BBQ sauce. Love the draft service, honorable mention for the cider selection. Little pricey for the amount of food you get but the draft is affordable so it balances out. Would come back and would recommend
Deanna V — Google review
Great place to watch some sports. Draft beer selection is great, service was awesome, some cheap food selections available. Food could be improved, it was good but basic frozen patties, and a basic bun for the burgers, fries are the same french fries you see in a lot of places pre breaded frozen fries.
Miguel H — Google review
Amazing burgers! Best we've had in a long time! The gluten-free bun was very good too.

Bog Brewing Company, situated in the Historic West King Street District near downtown Saint Augustine, draws inspiration from the thriving ecosystem of bogs. Since its establishment in March 2016, this brewery has mirrored the growth of Northeast Florida's craft beer scene. Head Brewer and Co-Owner Steve Mendoza infuses his extensive experience and global travels into crafting a diverse range of beers.
Great selection of beer and a very good food truck. Patio is dog - friendly, and each table has an umbrella for shade.

Cool brewery with alot of unique options. My personal favorites are the Smoked Datil Ale and Hefeweizen. Pretty much encompasses everything someone born and raised in St. Augustine would love. The new taco spot out back is nice added bonus, too!
Mitchell M — Google review
Great beer and very relaxed atmosphere. We got 2 flights because I wanted to try as much as I could. Smoked Datil, Black Oat Lager and the Vienna Lager were my favorites. Will definitely be back anytime we are in St. Augustine.

The atmosphere was amazing for bogtoberfest. Andrew knocked it out of the park with not only an amazing attitude but also the perfect attire for such and occasion. Bog deserves all the best and everyone there creates an amazing environment for which to enjoy an evening.

Sitting here today and my friends are out ordering delish tacos, etc outside to enjoy with our beer .... I looked up and said to myself out loud, "I love this place." Truly my favorite brewery anywhere - for the vibe, the expertly brewed beer choices and Rick the bartender! Cool Industrial type decor, parking close if lot is full. I've learned about different beers from coming here. They brew consistently, if you like a few, they will be just as good next time. Thanks Bog! 💖
Judy C — Google review
Great local brewery with great brews, in a great neighborhood. Social and welcoming patrons and staff. The taco truck parked out back is a plus. Andrew and Anya are awesome Bartenders, definitely my favorites. I recommend stopping by to try their beer and check out the atmosphere

This small brewery is super clean. You should try the Smoked Datil Ale and the Hefeweizen. They don't serve food, but there's a delicious taco truck on the back patio. My most recent visit I had a refreshing Belgian pineapple ale with some chicken tacos. It was a great combination.

New favorite brewery in St Augustine. Absolutely incredible vibes. Great beers — had the Vienna lager and witbier — and super friendly staff. Like, REALLY friendly!!! Board and card games stacked around the taproom, awesome patio seating (dog friendly) out back with food truck. Good merch too!!! Space is small but well used and feels welcoming. So happy to have discovered Bog! Will definitely be back!

Nestled in the heart of historic St. Augustine, Florida, Dog Rose Brewing Co. is a local favorite for craft beer enthusiasts. The brewery, housed in an art gallery turned brewery in the Lincolnville neighborhood, offers a diverse selection of locally crafted beers such as Lincolnville Lager, Rhapsody in Red, Roadside IPA, Speedball Stout, Saison Du Jardin and Palace Pale Ale.
Great local brewing company here in Saint Augustine Florida. Brooke the bar tender was awesome with her recommendations and samples. I had the Lions Head Honey that was sour and it made my taste buds do the hoochie coochie dance! Had to have a second one for the boogie woogie mouth party! Plenty of local beers on tap with a laid back atmosphere and local vibe. They have a food truck operating Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Nice people, clean brewery, clean bathrooms and a great staff. Shop Local, Support Local, Eat Local, Drink Local! Florida Man Approved!

🍺A lovely place with a great atmosphere! Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned because the restroom plumbing wasn’t working at the time. I really liked that the beer menu included the BU information—it would be even better if it also listed the types of hops used. Tried two lagers and one West Coast IPA, all of which were very good. 👍

Beers Amazing ! Place Amazing ! Why 1 Star ? Well, being new to the city and as a local business owner i feel very dissapointed with the service... Me and my wife feel like we where asking for something Free although someone next tome gave me some tips about the place the bartender didn't see very friendly when serving us. Honestly, i've felt this vive of discrimination before somewhere else long time ago in Alabama because we are Latin Americans... Anyways i'm not doing this to destroy it's so that we have more empathy, i been in hospitality business for more than 20 years. Friday July 11th 2025

Well thought out and executed design. I went in the early afternoon on weekday. It was a chill atmosphere. A few folks at the bar. About a dozen selections of beer. I gravitate towards honey beers considering I'm a beekeeper. They had a sour and another style that's in the pic. The sour was difficult to drink cause it makes your mouth pucker. I didn't stay after 1 drink. It's pretty good place to hand considering it's proximity to the old town. It's like one block from Alcazar.

Really liked this place. Beer was good but they have beer, wine, cocktails and even a THC seltzer! Nice atmosphere to chill for a beer. They also have their own food truck in the beer garden. We talked with the owner/brewmaster Doug and he’s a very personable guy. Very friendly. Even tho he was busy as can be, he still took time out to talk to us. Their brewing stuff is done on site too. They also have a great merch area, and hats are embroidered! Not the cheap iron ons. If your looking for a good beer and in the area this is the place to go!
Cory P — Google review
Good brewery in St Augustine. Decent selection of brews and nice staff. They have music regularly and interesting seasonal beers.
Kris N — Google review
Fun place to hang out and play darts or shuffle board while you enjoy some beer. The beer was good. It's obvious they are passionate about their craft and we can't wait to come back later and try other seasonal beers. However, the people working there were super friendly and you can get any combination of flight sized beers without being locked into just 4 or 5 like some places...you can even just buy one if you'd like.
Toby B — Google review
My wife and I held our wedding weekend welcome drinks at Dog Rose and were simply blown away. Courtney was incredible to work with. She accommodated our every ask, and her staff ran an efficient, friendly bar service. All of our guests were wildly impressed. Dog Rose Brewing was their first impression of St Augustine Florida, and my wife and I are so grateful that Dog Rose played the role perfectly. Great beer, great staff, highly recommend.
