Located in Clearwater Beach, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a renowned facility dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing marine animals. It was established in 1972 and is housed in a former water treatment plant with large pools ideal for rehabilitation operations. The aquarium is home to various injured marine life that cannot return to the wild. One of its most famous residents was Winter, a bottle-nosed dolphin whose story inspired the movie 'Dolphin Tale.'
This aquarium has come a long way! I remember going here when I was younger back when it was a wildlife rescue center. The aquarium has really grown up since then and has some incredible displays. And not just for its permanent residents but also for the same wildlife rescue they’ve always been known for. The parking is much more manageable now with their parking garage built on site and the balcony facing the intercoastal has some incredible views. I would take your time with this visit and be sure to hit all of the different locations throughout the facility as there are quite a few hiding in some corners that are definitely worth checking out. All in office is a great trip to go on and is a fun way to spend some time out of the heat at Clearwater Beach.

Had a great time at this aquarium. At first I was a little disappointed to find out that feeding dolphins and stingrays would be an extra cost, but was then QUICKLY pleased with how many animal interactions we were able to have!! First coming in I got to pet a starfish which was super cool, got to see lots of dolphin tricks, pet a stingray!!!! I would do this again for sure. They also had such beautiful memorials all over the building for baby Winter, and props from the movie as well.
Im S — Google review
We had a great time here. I will say, there weren’t quite as many exhibits as I had hoped for the price we paid. We did see a great quality dolphin presentation, though, that was quite close and I felt was almost worth the whole cost of admission. I just didn’t think it took as long for us to get through as I had thought. Overall, though, a great and VERY educational experience. They clearly spend a lot of their time and money on rehabilitation work for their animals, and I felt great that my money went towards that work.
Abby S — Google review
Loved it! I took my granddaughter and the new addition is great! Love the new dolphin area with all the viewing areas up and down and around the tank. They are still working on upgrading the older areas and repairing hurricane damage.
Kathy M — Google review
Best aquarium I've been to! Loved the many dolphin viewing portals, and the various animals that they had in their care. Admission was a little pricey compared to other aquariums I've been to, but considering everything that they had to offer, and the fact that they are a hospital aquarium, the money goes to the care and possible eventual release of the special needs animals. Highly recommend the safari boat tour. For the price, it was well worth just riding on the boat, but also included seeing multiple wild dolphins, and a show and tell of marine life that they pulled from the bay. Very cool!
Margaret E — Google review
Clearwater Marine Aquarium is such a special place to visit, especially for families. It’s not your typical aquarium—it’s more focused on marine rescue, rehabilitation, and education, which makes the experience really meaningful. You get to see rescued dolphins, sea turtles, otters, and other animals up close, and learn their unique stories. The facility is well laid out, with interactive exhibits, educational presentations, and a great view of the rehabilitation areas. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Kids especially love the dolphin encounters and the hands-on learning zones. There’s so much to see and do that you can easily spend the majority of a day here, taking your time with the exhibits and enjoying the different experiences. You also leave knowing your visit helps support rescue and conservation efforts. Overall, a must-visit if you’re in Clearwater—both fun and inspiring!
Tash G — Google review
A marine that rescues and rehabilitates dolphins, sea turtles and more. Giving the public lots of educational opportunities. The only issue we ran across were the guys with the sea turtles … unfortunately, they were quite unfriendly and when asked a question, the one was very short and rude. Even at times was on his phone. Not saying it wasn’t work related but it was a bit disappointing. An awkward moment that passed as just that … a moment! Definitely not a deal breaker! Especially being, everyone else was friendly, helpful, polite and present!! I still highly recommend taking the opportunity to visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium! I believe it’s good to familiarize and educate yourself with what is going on and what prevention is needed for a better outcome for all!
Sara — Google review
This has been my daughters dream..the facility was very nice and big. The staff was very informative and you had good access to all rescue animals. My daughter has had many dolphin experiences but her dream was to have one interact with her. Well she did! The animals were very interactive! They were happy, healthy and lots of fun! We would do it all over again in a heartbeat 💓 this is where my daughter has always wanted to work and now she is more motivated than ever since this experience.

Nestled in the heart of Clearwater, Moccasin Lake Nature Park is a serene escape that offers an enchanting blend of nature and education. Spanning over 50 acres, this hidden gem features tranquil oak-lined paths and diverse wildlife, including birds of prey and peacocks. Visitors can explore 1.5 miles of boardwalk trails that meander through lush forests, making it perfect for leisurely strolls or more challenging hikes with stunning views from elevated bluffs.
I loved this park. They have rescued birds-of-prey here. We watched them feed the owls. It was fascinating . They have a blind falcon and other beautiful birds that have found a safe home here. There's really nice hiking trails and a butterfly garden, but the highlight was the marsh area. We saw so much wildlife! I can't wait to go back.
Cathy M — Google review
My first time visiting this park. "Let's go for a walk" We entered the park and there was plenty of parking available. The Nature Center is there first building where you're greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, a cute hognose snake (I don't like snakes, but this one has a cute little head, I was so intrigued!) Eagles, Falcons, Hawks, butterflies! And a walk down the trail leads you to the Moccasin Lake. It's absolutely a wonderful place for an afternoon walk, for children to visit and enjoy presentations and nature. Highly recommend it!
Maria S — Google review
1 hour worth of trails Small butterfly garden Education areas with animals Clean bathroom Plenty of areas to sit and picnic Tranquil little Park setback in the neighborhood, but the views once you get there couldn't be overstated. The amazing trail system is well taken care of and boasts plenty of boardwalks with beautiful Vistas. Small creeks and a river run through this park wonderfully pinpointed by a few ponds. There are some sunny areas, but it's mostly a beautiful shaded walk through the woods. I definitely wasn't expecting there to be an Aviary showing off some of the areas bird culture, which was pretty amazing and educational.
Rex D — Google review
Very cool place,95% nice smooth walking and bridges... They have a very cool, awesome raptor sanctuary too! Vultures, Hawks, a bunch of owls!! So so cool! Saw a good amount of wildlife too! Snakes, turtles, gecko, a bunch of birds, and of course a few gators!! Far away gators! Didn't know why my FIL has hidden it from me. Easy access too right off Gulf to Bay! Give your donation when you get there!
Doug D — Google review
What an experience for any raptor lover! We found the trails to be very pleasant. Can’t believe we can access 51 acres of bliss.
Brigitte F — Google review
Perfect small, local park featuring a building with educational exhibits and a large, comfortable building with a/c for programs and available for private parties. There are trails, a view of the lake, and a small but very nice playground area. The best part are the outdoor enclosures which house the many various species of birds of prey. There are American Bald Eagles, as well as several different types of hawks and owls, and others.
Sara M — Google review
I started by walking the loop with the playground, butterfly garden and pond. It was gravel with a few sections of boardwalk and shade. There were a handful of caged birds on display. Didn't spend much time because I hate birds. One section was closed for repairs to the boardwalk, so I'll have to come back.
Kelsey S — Google review
A great place to go for long walks in nature. Some areas were closed off due to Hurricane Milton damage. They have a picnic area and air conditioned bathrooms as well as the clubhouse also has bathrooms and cold water. Very relaxing. Can't wait to go back and enjoy all the trails.

Public beach
Sand Key Park is a stunning waterfront destination in Clearwater, offering a long stretch of pristine white sand and clear water. It combines the beauty of the beach with park amenities such as a dog park, cabanas, and a playground. Despite its scenic beauty, it's less crowded than Clearwater Beach. Visitors can enjoy picnics, surfing, and other outdoor activities while taking in the local marine wildlife. The park also features a salt marsh area with benches for bird-watching and relaxation.
Sand Key Park is a great beach spot—clean, peaceful, and super convenient. It’s just a short walk from the parking lot and restrooms, which is a big plus. The beach itself is beautiful, with plenty of seashells to collect and even the chance to spot dolphins, which made the visit extra special. They offer jet ski rentals, chair and umbrella rentals, and even have a few food trucks around for snacks or drinks. The views are absolutely stunning and it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. Parking is available for a fee, but it’s worth it for such an enjoyable beach day. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
Olha B — Google review
Absolutely stunning! 🏖️ This beach is a slice of paradise — soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and beautifully clean all around. It’s the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and just breathe. Great for families, couples, or solo beach days. Truly a hidden gem . Play structure for kiddos available, restrooms, umbrellas and a little food truck.
Narcisa G — Google review
Sand Key park is an absolutely beautiful beach! Soft white sand, gentle surf, crystal clear water...it's a gorgeous slice of God's creation!!! There is also plenty of parking, and only $6 for the whole day! Showers, bathrooms and concession makes this a perfect place to relax and spend some time. Highly recommend!!!
Michele G — Google review
This park is a must-visit! It has a great pet playground (though pets aren’t allowed on the beach). The trails take you through beautiful nature filled with native plants, and there are convenient picnic areas and restrooms. A perfect spot to relax and explore.
Juli B — Google review
Wonderful park with ample parking and less crowded than neighboring Clearwater beach. Great place to take photos by the beach or rocks. Lots of white sand and beach area. Wonderful for sunset.
Adventure F — Google review
Nice beach and path. Too bad fishing isn't allowed but the view is great. Plenty of parking (paid) for a Saturday.
Sarah C — Google review
As a photographer/videographer, I absolutely adore this beach for the variety it gives. From the rocks to sea oats and then ending with a perfect sunset, it’s definitely top on my recommendations to clients!
LD C — Google review
Great place that’s usually not too crowded. Parking is around $8, and the spots are big enough for trucks and SUVs. Plenty of trash cans are nearby, and the bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sand between parking lot and the beach have more shells than most the surrounding beaches so wear sandals.

With its stunning white sand beaches, it's ideal for beachcombing and shelling enthusiasts eager to discover unique seashells along the shore.
Perfect beach to visit. Lots of shells and sand dollars and no crowds. We liked it so much we went back a second day.

Pure Awesomeness! From the ferry ride there, to the unspoiled natural beauty, white sand & sparkling water. Capt Steve & First Mate George were very friendly & helpful. Reasonable prices...$8 Park entrance fee, $20 Round trip ferry ride, $35 Cabana rental which includes 2 chairs, an umbrella and 2 fountain drinks. Made to order sandwiches $9 - $14 (We ordered the BLT, Tuna salad & burgers, including a veggie burger). All delicious and prepared & served with smiles from Sean & Slavisa :) All around...a beautiful experience!

This is hands down my favorite beach in Florida! The white sand and turquoise water are absolutely stunning. We’ve been here twice now, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and spend the day. While it’s still bouncing back from hurricane damage, it’s definitely worth the visit!

Love this place go to Honeymoon Island to catch a boat ride over to the Island $20 adults $10 children small kids are free
Linda M — Google review
Oh wow! This is one of those places you wish you had known about forever, if you haven’t been before. You have to take a ferry and no wagons or carts, so consider that when packing. But once you get there (about a 15-20 minute ferry ride), there is a pretty decent concession stand/little market, clean bathrooms, and plenty of blue chairs/umbrella combos to rent for $35, and the softest white sand you’ve set foot on. Really I could go on about this location - ferry captains were knowledgeable & offered everyone to take a pic of their group, we were greeted by dolphins playing in the harbor as we arrived (even the rare albino dolphin!). Our daughter loved walking down the beach finding seashells. Even on the weekend it wasn’t that crowded. Truly one of the most serene and beautiful beaches we’ve visited. This is definitely on our must come and must come often list!!
Sheri M — Google review
Absolutely wonderful solo day trip. Took the ferry over from honeymoon Island and immediately regretted not aligning my time with the tides so that I could kayak the mangroves. A beautiful place to kayak, shell hunt, and observable wildlife. The dolphins are lovely and there's some cool fish. There is very little access to shade. Bring lots of sunscreen!
Tiffany O — Google review
Took a Ferry from Honeymoon Island to Caladesi Island. This place is excellent! We will definitely be back. Can't believe I had never heard of it and I have lived in Florida for almost 60 years! The beach is stunning and the atmosphere is excellent. Highly recommended.

Love this State Park! It is such a beautiful place. I also always appreciate when I have the chance to talk to park staff - finding they are informative and friendly. This morning for example, I got to meet Sydney who told me how the currents were bringing in more seaweed. It was a plesant interaction that added to the overall experience.

Honeymoon Island State Park, located in Dunedin, is a barrier island known for its pristine four-mile white-sand beach and clear, calm waters. Visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and hiking while taking in the natural beauty of the virgin slash pine forest. The park offers amenities such as showers, restrooms, a cafe serving food and drinks, and rentals for bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
Awesome place to go for a little day adventure. If you want to get all the way to the end of the island it will be a little bit of a hike. Pretty secluded the further you go though. Very nice powdery white sand beaches. Not too crowded on a weekend. The entry fee does cost but it’s not much, I think $4 per car or something. Cool wildlife to see as well. Several beach access points.
Royal G — Google review
Love this beach!! Def my new go to. Perfect for paddleboarding or just hanging out. U can rent or bring your own. It get a busy towards the afternoons but there is tons of parking.
Angie G — Google review
This is one of my favorite spots to go to the beach. Entrance is $8 pretty car up to six people, but it is so worth it! The sand is nice and fluffy with lots of seashells. The water is warm and not too many waves, the sunset is magical and so so sooooooo pretty. There are showers and bathrooms with changing stalls here. Definitely give this place a visit, your will enjoy every minute of it.
Joseph P — Google review
We decided to explore a new spot while in Florida and headed to Honeymoon Island Beach just outside of Dunedin. The island is surrounded by lush greenery and nature, yet also offers a gorgeous stretch of beach. On the way in, we saw several turtles crossing the road—there are even special crossings for them, so be sure to slow down and watch out. It’s a perfect blend of natural beauty and seaside relaxation.
Stephanie C — Google review
It costs $8 a car load up to six people but well worth the cost. This is a beautiful State Park and is well kept up minus some of the buildings still being closed from last year's hurricanes. We went for a drive but ended up spending hours here walking the beach ⛱️ and viewing the different hiking paths and dog beach here. Definitely would come back and make a day out of it. There was one food truck and all bathrooms are replaced by port of johns. Hopefully they will be able to get the buildings back up and going soon.
Mark M — Google review
Even though it was very cool and windy, I really enjoyed visiting this park. The visitor station had a very nice gift shop with original art that was amazing. The Rangers and the gift shop attendance were very knowledgeable and very helpful and pointed out wildlife. That was nearby. It was really nice to have a dog beach to enjoy with my fur babies.
Kit S — Google review
Tried to keep Caladesi my little secret but screw it—it’s too damn good. Ferry over from Honeymoon Island, step off, and holy crap: squeaky white sand, water clearer than your ex’s conscience, no condos, no jet skis, nothing. Just you, dolphins, and shells for days. Best beach in America a couple times and it earns it every day. Yeah it’s busy-ish (most visited state park) but walk 5 minutes and you’re alone. Swim, chill, eat a burger at the café, done. Tortoises on the road—drive slow. Snakes in the bushes—stay on the trail. Hurricane stuff mostly fixed. After, hit Dunedin. 8 breweries, killer food, bagpipers on weekends because why not. Go early, bring sunscreen, bug spray, plan on packing out your trash, and don’t blast music. That’s it. Place is magic.
Michael P — Google review
My family and I come here when we go to the beach together. It’s low key and way less packed than other beaches. $4 if you’re riding solo and $8 for two or more people in one car. They take both cash or card. That covers you for the whole day (no hourly parking meters like other places which is nice). Go straight to Oasis Beach. That’s the good spot. Soft sand, no rocks and space to breathe. Only downside is the seagulls. They are straight up menaces. They will full on snatch food right out of your hand. If you’re eating keep it low key or be ready to fight for your lunch. Aside from that chaos. Chill atmosphere, beautiful water, and one of the better kept secrets around.

Ruth Eckerd Hall, located in Clearwater, is a spacious and contemporary concert venue that offers a diverse range of entertainment including music, comedy, and Broadway shows. The hall's design ensures an unobstructed view from every seat, providing an intimate and immersive experience for all guests. Known for hosting renowned musicians and electrifying concerts, it has become a go-to destination for live performances in the Tampa Bay area.
I love coming here. I’ve seen some great acts here and there is not a bad seat into the house that I have found. Nice little Biergarten in the back for concert day. Parking could be waaaay worse. Never takes long to leave when compared to other venues.

Very impressive venue! especially loved the set up for the pre-show dinner with appetizers. It was delicious and George Thorogood was absolutely amazing! Also love the outside garden area! highly recommend checking this place out plus the staff was very friendly I look forward to attending another rock ‘n’ roll band. concert.
Danna C — Google review
Excellent sound in this venue for the stand up comedy show I attended. The security was quick and efficient. There are lots of ushers to help guide you to your seat. Decent amount of leg room. The are no central aisles in this theater so if your seats are in the middle and you need to get out you have to walk all the way past the other guests so get your beverages and snacks before you seat down. The seats are padded a little and pretty comfortable. I thought the temperature could have been a little lower. I wore a lightweight long-sleeved shirt and I was a little warm but not hot. The security is plentiful and present throughout the entire show and when leaving. It felt safe in here. Exiting is a little bit of a jam because all patrons have to move down the aisles but not too bad. Uber prices were extremely high after the show but I walked a mile away and it dropped by 30$. I will return for a musical show to check the acoustics. I recommend!
Matthew — Google review
Saw Brit Floyd here. I've seen them well over 10 times in 3 states. This venue was much more lit than others which affected the light show. For some reason they opted to not make it dark enough. Other than that the show was great and the staff was friendly. Of course they charge way too much for drinks.
Jay L — Google review
recently saw George Thourgood along with the Artemis Pyle Band at Ruth Eckerd Hall, and it was an excellent concert. The sound quality was fantastic, and the venue itself is a great size—big enough for a lively crowd, but still intimate enough that you feel close to the stage. The Artemis Pyle Band especially put on an incredible show. The hall offers plenty of options for drinks, with multiple bars and lounges available before and during the show. The only downside is that the alcohol prices are pretty steep. Overall, Ruth Eckerd Hall is a solid concert venue with great performances, friendly staff, and good amenities—just be prepared for higher drink prices
Max A — Google review
Great concert and performance hall. Easy to find your seat and plenty of room to sit comfortably. Does have an elevator for people who can not climb stairs. Plenty of parking, and they do have valet parking. I will definitely be attending more events there!

This place is a great musical venue! We've seen a few concerts here. Access and parking was a breeze. There's a little hidden gem on the back side of the building. When you make your way through Ruth Eckard Hall work your way around the back and you'll find a quant little area outside. There is a bar, comfortable seating along with some tables and chairs to relax in before the show. The last concert we attended there was a duo playing outside which was offered a great vibe! All in all, it was a great experience and we love going there. Cheers!

Embark on an exciting adventure with Captain Memo’s Pirate Cruise, a thrilling experience for all ages. Step aboard the authentic pirate ship replica and set sail across Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The spirited crew leads passengers in treasure hunts, limbo dances, and games with water guns and hula hoops. With guaranteed dolphin sightings and possible glimpses of sharks, rays, and manatees, this two-hour sightseeing cruise offers fun activities for both adults and children since 1993.
This is one of the best things to do in Clearwater! We tried it for the first time and we had a blast! The crew is phenomenal with the kids AND the adults! Unlimited beer and wine makes for a fun time. They kept us entertained the entire time. My family and I had such a great experience. There was a boat accident that happened with the Clearwater Ferry while we were on the pirate ship and the crew on the pirate ship were professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed. I will definitely start booking this each time I come to Clearwater!!!

Oh my gosh we LOVED this as a family. From our two kids to my husband we had a blast. There was only one other family on the boat and we were a little nervous how the experience would go, but they did AMAZING. The staff was funny, friendly, and worked soooo well with the kids. I couldn’t recommended this enough, if we come back next year we will 10000000% do this again. Thank you to all staff on that boat because you guys were amazing!!

I cannot say enough great things about Captain Memo’s cruise! Our family had a blast- memories for a lifetime! The deck-mates and pirates were amazing. They were always in character, keeping the kids entertained and the adults hydrated 😉 My 9 year old said he had the best time of his life. Highly recommend taking the cruise! And adults-let loose! It’s a ton of fun for all!

Clearwater native here! I’ve been seeing this boat as long as I can remember and finally went with visiting family and it was AWESOME! As a local, we just look at all those boats at the Clearwater Marina like a tourist trap, BUT it was so much fun to be a tourist in your own town! The crew does such a good job entertaining the kids and the adults with games & dancing. Highly recommend the sunset cruise for the summer.
Kristen T — Google review
This was absolutely the best family experience we had in Clearwater. The crew was amazing! They all remembered our daughters name and made her part of our pirate adventure. This was a very welcoming experience from the moment we bought our tickets at the booth. The kids get to experience treasure hunts, water gun fights, stories, and more, while there's free drinks for the adults. As a bonus we had a dolphin escort out to sea! I highly recommend this experience!

Captain Memo’s Pirate Cruise is perfect for families! The crew kept the kids entertained with pirate games, face painting, and even a water gun fight—the little ones had the best time. Parents get to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views (and even a sunset if you go in the evening). Such a fun and unique way to spend time together in Clearwater—highly recommend for families with kids! 🏴‍☠️🌅👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We took 4 kids and 4 adults. I am pretty sure the adults had more fun than the kids. The crew was awesome and very fun keeping the kids entertained for the entire time.

Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar is a laid-back beachfront hangout known for its seafood and drinks with a Tommy Bahama feel. The menu offers a variety of appetizers, bowls, salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and entrees like coconut shrimp and St. Louis-style barbecue ribs. It's also famous for being one of the best spots to watch sunsets while enjoying tropical beverages and live music.
Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill is absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was amazing—shoutout to Bella for being such a wonderful host! The location is perfect, right by the beach, with breathtaking views that make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking to relax with a meal or soak in the beautiful surroundings, this place has it all. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The beachfront bar had an amazing sunset view that made the whole evening feel special. The music was lively, the atmosphere was fun, and the food and drinks were better than I expected. It’s the kind of place you could easily spend a few hours just enjoying the vibe.

PERFECT In every way! Right on the gulf beach, white sand, beautiful sunshine, wonderful sunsets, good food, cold drinks, excellent service! This place is fun with live music, good vibes, and friendly service. Everyone was having a great time, watching sports on TVs, and listening to good live music. Chips, salsa, and freshly-made guac was perfect! Beers are cold! Love it!

🌴 Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar – Clearwater Beach 🌅 We had an amazing dinner at Palm Pavilion last night, one of Clearwater Beach’s true gems! The atmosphere couldn’t have been better, beachfront dining, live music drifting through the air, and the perfect view of the sunset over the Gulf. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We ordered the coconut shrimp (crispy and golden perfection!) and a grilled shrimp bowl that was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Washed it all down with a crisp Angry Orchard Hard Cider while the sky turned pink and gold. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food, beach vibes, and live music just steps from the sand, Palm Pavilion is the place to be. Highly recommend catching sunset here it’s pure Florida magic. 🌞🌴🍤🎶 Parking is close, but can be hard to find during peak hours.

Flew into TPA and headed straight to Clearwater for lunch. After I parked in the paid lot next door, I followed the live music to Palm Pavilion. Got a seat at the bar with a view of the beach. Plenty of seating for groups of all sizes. The Palm Rum Runner was the perfect blend of liquor on a sunny Florida afternoon. My entree El Cubano “Tampa Style” was savory and tbh one of the better Cubans I've had. Attentive service by the bartender. Convenient location off the main drag. Walking distance to shops, boutiques, and other spots. 9.7/10.

Well, not only was the food amazing and the service, the parking attendant was so nice, and super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, the best Mahi Mahi I have ever had. Highly recommend the place, and anytime I am in the area I will be coming here

An excellent local restaurant on the beach! We went to watch the sunset and it was perfect from their outdoor seating area. Not only was the view great but the food was really good and the service was friendly. I look forward to returning to this place in the future.

Food here is extremely good. I dined in for lunch and had grilled shrimp, scallops and blackened grouper. They are by far the best seafood I ever ate in the US. ❤️😋 On the drinks menu, I had “chunky monkey”. It was again the best cocktail I ever had. 🙂 the flavors of bourbon, sour cream and cherries blended well which is the highlight of this drink. I highly recommend this place. ❤️❤️

Spectrum Field is a small, intimate baseball stadium in Clearwater, Florida that is home to the local minor league team, the Clearwater Threshers. The stadium has an electrifying atmosphere and is particularly popular with Phillies fans during spring training sessions. Tickets for minor league baseball games tend to be cheaper than tickets for televised MLB matches.
Always a great experience! A lot of value and fun for all ages. I have 3 kids 6 - 13 yrs old and they all love this stadium. The Berm is their favorite - an open grass area in the outfield for them to run around. Also a play ground for the kids to blow off some steam. Good food choices and very reasonable prices.

Phillies played the Twins and won 6-2. Beautiful day, beautiful park, getting out of the parking lot stinks, there is home supply store in the same lot. Otherwise an amazing little ballpark. Holds almost 8,500 people.

Seeing the Phillies during spring training is an annual event for me. Great park once you get there. Traffic is congested, give yourself plenty of time to get there. Parking is pretty close and reasonably priced (considering other places I’ve parked for sporting events). Once you are inside the complex, it’s a great time. I will go back … I’ll be there every spring!

Nestled right across from Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina, this vibrant locale is a hub for all things boating and water-related. The marina boasts stunning views and calm waters, making it an ideal spot for families with young children to explore. 📍 Clearwater Marina What an amazing spot! Boats everywhere, vibrant atmosphere, and the perfect starting point for a day on the water. On Labor Day it was full of life, sun shining, and pure Florida vibes.

My favourite beach in the world. It's breathtakingly beautiful, and has so much to do. The sand is so soft and clean and the water really is clear. You can hire little sunshades and seats to sit in on the beach. Walk down to the pier and there are all kinds of activities and entertainment - stay around til night because there are some amazing street acts that perform. There's also a shaded park and just opposite the shop/cafe next to the restrooms on the pier. The cafe does a mean chilly cheese dog. Our daughter also loves to get a hair wrap from the Caribbean braids and wraps stall. Lots of places to eat and drink at. AND, dolphin boat rides - I'd 100% recommend the little toot. We've been on a few and that one is by far the best, the dolphins literally follow it and come so close. I'd recommend going at sunset because its more enjoyable when the weather is cooling down and you can get some amazing photos. I just love this place, have made some wonderful memories here over the years and it's definitely one of my favourite places from anywhere I've ever visited. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and there are showers so you won't get sand everywhere coming home.

Frenchy's Rockaway Grill is a renowned seafood shack located in Clearwater Beach, known for its vibrant and festive atmosphere. This beachfront bar offers a unique experience with live rock and roll bands playing hits from the 70s and 80s. The menu features Floribbean-style dishes, including the famous grouper sandwich available in various styles such as Cajun, Caribbean, and Reuben.
5-Star Sunset Bliss at Frenchy's Rockaway Grill What an absolute gem Frenchy's Rockaway Grill is! Tucked right on the sands of Clearwater Beach, this spot nails that effortless Florida vibe with its open-air setup, live music humming in the background, and those jaw-dropping Gulf sunsets painting the sky in oranges and pinks. We snagged a table on the deck just in time for golden hour, and it felt like we were dining in a postcard. The menu is a love letter to fresh, local seafood—our group's picks were spot-on. The famous Super Grouper Sandwich lived up to the hype: flaky, perfectly seasoned grouper piled high on a toasted bun with all the fixings, no sogginess in sight. We also devoured the She Crab Soup (creamy, rich, and just the right kick of spice) and some crispy coconut shrimp that paired beautifully with a chilled local craft beer. Everything arrived hot and vibrant, with portions that left us satisfied but not stuffed. But let's talk about the real star of our evening: our server, Greer. From the moment she greeted us with her warm smile and beachy energy, it was clear she loves what she does. Attentive without hovering, she nailed our drink refills, suggested the perfect pairing for the seafood and even shared insider tips on the best spots for a post-dinner stroll along the beach. Greer's enthusiasm made the whole experience feel personal and fun. If you're in Clearwater, skip the chains and head straight to Frenchy's Rockaway Grill. It's casual, delicious, and unforgettable. We'll be back soon—sunset views and Greer-level service? Yes, please! 🌅🦐

The place is great! It has that perfect beach vibe mixed with excellent service and atmosphere! Definitely a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy their famous grouper sandwiches. I tried the traditional fried grouper sandwich — it was good and well-prepared, but I’ll try other options next time to give a more accurate verdict. While it didn’t completely blow me away, it was still tasty and satisfying. What really makes the place stand out is the friendly service, quick attention, and positive energy! I totally recommend visiting this awesome spot and enjoying a nice margarita while watching the sunset. We’ll be back! 🌅🍹
Diego C — Google review
WOW! We were expecting this to be a basic beach restaurant with pretty mid food and drinks like we’re used to. But holy crap, this place was amazing. The drink options are insane and you can get a 20oz cocktail rocks/frozen in a souvenir cup for $13. We got the crab fries, rock poppers, and steak dippers. The crab fries were life changing, the poppers were mid, and the steak dippers were very good. For drinks we got a strawberry mojito and rum runner. The atmosphere was great, menu had great options, and our server Britt was so sweet. We plan on going back for dinner and getting crab legs, highly recommend!
Emily M — Google review
Many Frenchys around but this one is beachfront and has tables facing the water! Perfect for dinner watching the sunset. I ordered the classic fried grouper sandwich which was perfect while my husband ordered a basket of shrimp. I honestly thought his plate looked like more fries than shrimp but everything was wonderful. Our water was super amazing despite how packed the place was getting. It also looked like someone was doing some professional filming while we ate I was wondering what it was for!
Carly V — Google review
We visited on a clear day, and the clear beach in Tempa nearby was absolutely beautiful. This restaurant is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Although we were told there would be a 30-minute wait, we were seated in just 10 minutes. The live music created a great vibe, making the atmosphere even better. The food was excellent—made with fresh fish and natural ingredients. The flavors were clean, not too salty or greasy, just perfectly balanced. Prices were also very reasonable. The outdoor terrace looked inviting, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you’re near the beach!

First time in Clearwater Beach, so I decided to try this place at my boss's recommendation. This restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and has outdoor seating. We ended up sitting in the sand near the beach which I had never done at a restaurant before. We ended up getting the crab fries and the shrimp pasta. It was absolutely delicious! We will definitely come back the next time I come to Clearwater Beach! Thank you Frenchy's!

As disc golf newbies we wanted to check this course out but didn’t want to actually play… we did play a couple of holes but didn’t trust our throwing aim to stay out of the water hazards which were abundant. For those who have greater confidence in their abilities, this is a really good looking course with challenging holes. It’s definitely something to aspire to. If we lived in the area, we’d certainly come back!

Located in Clearwater, FL, Congo River Golf is an adventure-themed mini golf course with waterfalls, gator feedings and scavenger hunts. The mini golf course is relatively difficult and has a cool Adventure theme.
Great putt putt! Fun course with waterfalls, caves and bridges. The swinging bridge was an extra fun surprise. After our game, we held a baby alligator, fed baby alligators, panned for Gem stones and ate dipping dots. Great time! The course was very well kept and clean. Only negative...there were 7 of us and we had to divide into two groups. They keep groups small, to prevent long waits, so we understand why.
Alice W — Google review
Fed young gators and played 18-holes of fun mini-golf. Challenging, but lots of par 2 holes. Lots of shady areas and covered trash bins, so the area was well kept. App available for keeping score digitally. Seems like a great place for a kids birthday party, with other interesting things like an arcade and other mining activities. Friendly staff was helpful.
Scott J — Google review
This place is awesome, but the prices are high! For my fiancé and her 10 year old son to play, it was $41. They had a great time. However, when he needed a drink, their is a sofa machine on the far side of the course but it charges $4 for a bottle of coke!!! That is really gouging their customers! It's a shame b3caus3 if they charged $2, they would sell way more soda and water. Why do places have to price themselves so high and hurt their customers.
Ronnie S — Google review
Amazing place for Mini Golf! It was just the right amount of holes to play and had a small scavenger hunt for a little prize. They also have alligators to look at and hold, a small arcade, fun (optional) challenges at some of the holes, gem sifting, ice cream, snacks and more! I have been twice and both times I have enjoyed it.
Kayla B — Google review
Cute little golf spot for date night or family fun. Very scenic and fun. They also have little things you can do there such as hold and take pictures with little gators, feed the turtles, pan mining and a scavenger hunt. They do have a lot of seats at the pars while waiting for your turn.
Priscilla — Google review
Nice mini golf course, in great condition, with some fun 'twists' added in at some the holes. You can spin a wheel and take an extra challenge or "sabotage" another player. It was a fun change. This location has multiple other activities, but we didn't choose to do anything but the golf. There's ample parking and vending machines if you need a quick beverage. My teen son enjoyed almost beating me. Maybe next time...
Kells ( — Google review
Extremely fun! The grounds are very well kept. They have several extras to make the actual game more fun, like spinners that add difficulty to the shots, or just add a silly spin to the game. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that everything is extremely expensive.
Mike P — Google review
Congo River Golf was a great experience! There are live alligators that you can hold and feed. The holes are all very unique and some incorporate water into the game. During the game there is also a scavenger hunt! If you find all the things you get a prize. Make sure to be observant. My only complaint is that there can pretty quickly be a build up of people waiting to go to the next hole.

The Clearwater Ferry offers a convenient and enjoyable way to travel from Dunedin Marina to Clearwater Beach. Passengers can enjoy the scenic ride and may even spot dolphins along the way. The ferry also makes stops at locations like Coachman Park before heading straight to the beach. Travelers recommend bringing a towel for windy conditions, but overall find the experience affordable and free of holiday traffic and parking hassles. They also emphasize the importance of tipping the captain for their service.
Their captain Brian was excellent and his assistant. He accommodated the ferry for us to appreciate the view of playing dolphins near the dock. Very informative and friendly. Loved how we were treated and plan to make more trips like these!

We took our 3 granddaughters on the Clearwater Ferry a few weeks ago. It was so special for us to see their excitement. The girls were fascinated with Coach Brian and his first mate. Coach Brian so willingly answered so many questions from our girls and he had such a wonderful rapport with them. The fee we paid was so low and this was so unexpected. It was beautiful to be on the water and we look forward to going again. The schedule runs every half hour between the Coachman Park downtown Clearwater stop to Clearwater Beach and back. We were not aware of where to stand to wait for the ferry after making our reservation. Coach Brian came to the area we were waiting and guided us to where we needed to go. Was so impressed by his help and kindness. Such a great way to spend a cooler day and be on the water. Looking forward to going again.

Definitely take advantage of the Clearwater Ferry if you are headed to Clearwater Beach. The drive time and hassles of finding parking, not to forget the price of parking are well worth the price of $8pp paid for the ferry ticket. The crew was great and got us safely to the Beach every time. I was so happy to find out that the Clearwater Ferry was in operation at the Dunedin location during the weekends in May. Couldn't have been a better place to ride out to Clearwater Beach as I was staying within steps of their dock at the Dunedin Marina. The boat was always on time and it was such an enjoyable ride to Clearwater Marina and then to Clearwater Beach. I even took the ferry when I reserved a night out on the StarLite Dinner Cruise. Their docks are right next to each other at Clearwater Beach and that was so convenient. Just know that they DO NOT travel after 8 pm. That is the only negative on this form of transportation.

An enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon!. Not a cloud in a beautiful blue sky, delightful weather not too hot, not too cold. A delightful way to soak up that good old Vitamin D3! Dolphins happily swimming around corralling fish. The personable captain knew their eating habits, even taught the patrons some interesting bits about them. Who would ever imagine that they have two stomachs- one for digesting and one for storage. They sure need to eat barrels of fish! Just a beautiful experience. I couldn't have been more pleased. The ride from Clearwater beach, stopping off in downtown Clearwater and onto Dunedin and back again. The topping on the cake, the "mate" awarded me a beautiful discount.

The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre, situated in downtown Clearwater, Florida, is a renowned cultural landmark with a rich history dating back to 1921. This vintage Art Deco-style venue hosts an array of events including comedy acts, musicals, film screenings, and big-name touring performances in an intimate setting for up to 750 people. The theater's elegant architecture has been meticulously preserved through extensive renovations while integrating modern facilities.
Great theatre in the heart of Clearwater. Under 800 seats makes for a cozy setting for any event. The staff is friendly and helpful even when letting in those that were entering 10 minutes after the show started (15 minutes after the event time on the ticket). Let's bring theater etiquette back! Nice venue and was able to find parking close by for free.

Smallish 100+ year old theater that was renovated in 2019. To be honest we thought the interior decor was a bit cartoonish and it didn't reflect the art deco style of the exterior. The isles were very wide and the seats were very narrow with not much leg room. We were very disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open on the Saturday night we attended a concert there.

John 5 concert was awesome!!!I love this Theater, Everyone is friendly and helpful, can't wait to attend another event here!! I thought the Theater is beautiful and well maintained to up most standards. This absolutely gorgeous and my husband and thought the seats to be extremely nice and comfortable with plenty of leg room even with him being 6ft .we have attended several concerts and every time we had a extremely wonderful time.

Had a absolutely wonderful time. This venue is the perfect size for a enjoyable concert. And the staff is beyond great. They are helpful and the most polite people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

Easily accessible great parking right across the street that's free and tons of restaurants to walk to. It's a classic theater with fantastic ushers, comfy seats, great sound.

This venue in Clearwater is fantastic. There's plenty of parking and it is a very small venue I believe it holds roughly 750 or so patrons but not 100% sure
Michael — Google review
Not a bad seat in the house! Small & intimate. Easy access in the newly revamped downtown Clearwater.
Norm I — Google review
First time there & it really IS a beautiful theater. I went to an event for a friend's Bday party. The event itself was not my cup of tea. Had nothing to do with the theater, the event staff, employees, the production itself, production cast or crew. I look forward to returning for future events I'm interested in. I missed a couple really good concerts there & I regret even more not attending those shows now.

Coachman Park is a picturesque shorefront destination with paved walkways that hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including concerts, festivals, and exhibitions. Situated in Clearwater, Florida, this park offers stunning views of the waterfront and is home to the Baycare Sound venue. With covered seating for 4,000 guests and space for lawn seating, it has attracted renowned performers such as Ringo Starr, Kenny Loggins, Melissa Etheridge, and more.
Coachman Park is great!! Wonderful enclosed kids playground. Open splash pad that even as an adult i love. Has shade and chairs for adults to lounge and read. Bathrooms are rough. Only 1 for men and 1 for women, and I mean single use at a time and sometimes it's a wait so be aware.

This is an awesome park.Has everything you need great sunset shots. Water features for kids and adults LO.L. Plenty of yards so you're not smashed with people if you want to just lay down in the grass. Bonus Bay sound is right there, so you don't need tickets. You can hear it from the lawn. Grab a blanket

Great Park to catch a sunset at there’s also a playground and a water splash park. The playground is amazing if you have kids and want to get them out for the day, there’s rope netting to walk on and slides and towers in all kinds of things. The surface is a spongy material so the kids won’t get hurt if they fall. The boats in the marina and the seawall all come together to make some great sunset pictures. There’s also gas torches that light up at night right at sunset. The city of Clearwater did a fantastic job with this park. You feel like you’re walking around a sales resort on an island somewhere. It’s really beautiful.

All right, you can walk you can go on a playground. You can go into a splash park. You can see a concert. It’s a waterfront walkable concrete area. You’ll see people biking, walking jogging everything you can do outside in Florida.. if you’re in the downtown Clearwater area I recommend you stopping by Coachman Park the sound has concerts.

Great place to visit when if you do not attend the concert venue. Has photo worthy views in almost every direction. Has access to the marina and new cross bay ferry, a splash pad water park, an open field fit outdoor activity and nice water feature in the steps leading down to the park and a view of the causeway bridge that's amazing.

Beautiful park, would definitely recommend the many events especially the market Marie on the 2nd Saturday of every month, and check out the mad mango they had the best lemonade and smoothies

The new Coachman Park is absolutely stunning — a complete game-changer for Downtown Clearwater! The renovation turned it into one of the most beautiful and inviting waterfront parks in Florida. Everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — from the walking paths and open green spaces to the amphitheater and waterfront views. It’s perfect for just about anyone — families, couples, joggers, dog walkers, or anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the breeze off the bay. The park has plenty of shaded seating, clean restrooms, and lots of open space for kids to run around. The new amphitheater setup is incredible — concerts and community events here feel professional and energetic, with amazing sound and lighting. The landscaping is gorgeous, especially around sunset when the sky lights up over the water. There’s also easy access to local restaurants, parking areas, and spots to grab a drink or snack before or after an event. Downtown Clearwater really outdid itself with this one. It’s vibrant, family-friendly, and the perfect place to spend an evening or weekend afternoon. Highly recommend checking it out — whether you’re a local or just visiting, Coachman Park is a must-see!

Tara was hands down the best server we had in Clearwater! She made the whole experience outstanding from start to finish. The food was delicious with just the right portions, and the drinks were perfectly balanced—neither too strong nor too weak. The cruise itself was super enjoyable, and the DJ brought great vibes with a fun mix of music and a smooth old-school late-night radio voice. An awesome way to wrap up our vacation—thanks for the great ride and even better food!

We enjoyed our cruise. The staff, food, and views were wonderful. I didn't give five stars because of how loud the music was in the dining area. It was so loud we could not hear each other while trying to talk at dinner. Even if the music had been turned down for the main dining portion it would have made a hugh difference.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with dining and cruise experience and it was great: The foods are yummy with variety of choices to pick from. The captain is well knowledgeable in providing information while we’re sailing. We do have our photos taken as a remembrance. Money well spent.

Embark on a delightful experience aboard the Calypso Queen, where you can dance, dine, and enjoy scenic views. The Tropical Twilight Cruise offers an all-you-can-eat and drink experience with a live DJ as you cruise along Clearwater Harbor. Keep an eye out for dolphins, pelicans, and maybe even a manatee. For those seeking a combination of great food and sightseeing, the Tropical Buffet Lunch Sightseeing Cruise is perfect.
About the best bang for the buck in the area. My only complaint is the boat ride could be longer/better. Food was pretty decent and the staff we're great. The rum punch was awesome as well. I definitely recommend and I'd definitely go back. Thanks for a wonderful evening

Loved this 2 hr sail. The buffet was serving good food for the most part. I loved the rice and white fish. The music was a vibe and people were dancing. We got to see the sunset and even a dolphin. It's reasonably priced so definitely do this if you're interested Clearwater or the surrounding area.

I was very happy and excited when my daughter and son-in-law invited me to join them and my seven grandchildren on a two hour cruise. The cruise included a delicious meal. I enjoyed some of my favorite foods. Like a variety of meat, fish and vegetables. The sides included potato salad and my favorite coleslaw! The staff were wonderful! They were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The Captain happily took a photo with me! The water was calm and the day very bright and sunny as the cruise continued. I visited the top deck to briefly enjoy the view from there. I highly recommend the Calypso Queen to anyone who wants to enjoy a cruise that is “short and sweet “ and affordable!

My experience on the Calypso Queen was truly wonderful! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The atmosphere on board was both fun and relaxing, with beautiful views that made the whole trip extra special. Everything was very well organized, from start to finish, which made it easy to just sit back and enjoy without any worries at all. The food and drinks served on board were great as well — fresh, tasty, and a perfect match for the cruise experience. Having a nice meal while enjoying the views made the trip even more enjoyable. We had such a memorable time and will definitely come back again! I highly recommend the Calypso Queen to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing cruise, delicious food, great service, and an overall fantastic time on the water.

Countryside Mall, located in Clearwater, FL, is a popular destination for shopping and dining. Since its opening in 1975, the mall has expanded to feature over 150 boutiques and flagship stores spread across two floors. Fashion enthusiasts can explore a variety of trendy stores such as American Eagle Outfitters, Hollister, Forever 21, and Victorias Secret.
I'm glad we took the time to visit this mall. In many cases, malls are not as popular as they used to be. Perusing this location gave me a memory jolt of the past and how walking around the mall was a great pastime. It is a clean location filled with many options for your need. The food court has a lot of tasty choices. There is a great selection of stores with Dillard's, Macy's and JC Penney as anchor stores. There were some awesome specialty stores to intrigue adults, teens, and kids alike. The location was clean, light, and has a great vibe. There is a movie theater as well as a large entertainment section filled with arcades and interactive digital games. Fantastic shopping experience. I made many purchases. I was really impressed. I'll definitely return.
Wen R — Google review
I haven't been to Countryside Mall in years. The last time was to see Santa with my grandkids in 2015. It's definitely changed a lot but in a good way. The stores are unique and the food court is great. They have a variety of food from Japanese to Aunt Annie's Pretzels. My favorite area is the ice skating rink and the play area for kids. When it's 90 degrees outside this place is a cool visit. You'll find plenty of things for kids to do. You can even rent a giant stuffie and ride around the mall with your kids. It's a daytime adventure, rain or shine. Don't forget about the AMC theater and Whole Foods that also occupy this mall.

Favorite Mall. Live only 10 minutes away from here. The best stores especially when they added MINISO. I went on my birthday to redeem all my freebies such as free drink at Starbies, free small cold brew from Cinnabon, free smoothie from Tropical Cafe, and a free mystery blind box from MINISO! I also added pics of other stuff I got at MINISO for the Jin Concert coming up Saturday & Sunday😇

Huge mall! Many interesting stores. We bought a lot of clothes. It even has a arcade and ice rink inside. Lots of food/snack options, including coffee.
Jessica C — Google review
This was my first time here and I loved it! The mall has a nice layout that makes it easy to walk by every store while you're there, the place is clean and bright and welcoming, and it has a bigger variety of stores than most malls in the tampa area! I went with my friend and we had a blast. Most notebly, the staff in every store we went into was kind and even engaging. It made shopping so much more fun! Highly recommend for a good day out. Bonus: photo is a cute mural they have on the second floor. Looks like it'd be cute for photos :)
Lela C — Google review
This mall offers several smaller venues and a few eateries. There's easy access to several jewelry stores, furniture stores, in addition to food court and upscale places like PF Changs. Lots of accessible van parking in free parking with curb cuts at corners. The Tampa Bay Skate Academy hosts an ice skating rink in the central mall Luvmoda, Finish Line, Happy Mango kiosk, Claire's boutique, a food court and more are here. accessible mens and women's restrooms in central mall area either a family lounge.
Toni T — Google review
Countryside is just your average mall. It's clean, has plenty of dining options and parking, and is somewhere between Tyrone Mall and Tampa International Mall in terms of both size and liveliness. I feel like they could really make Countryside a great place if they replaced the useless, dying department stores like Dillard's or Macy's with places people actually liked to shop and eat at. I can not remember the last time I met someone who actually still shops at any department store other than Target.

Little Toot Dolphin Adventure is a family-friendly option for those looking to get out on the water and see dolphins up close. The tours depart from the municipal marina and offer day tours as well as sunset tours. On board, guests can purchase drinks while the captain provides information about the local wildlife. The experience guarantees sightings of dolphins and may also include glimpses of sharks, rays, and manatees.
The whole trip with the boat was fabulous and we had a great time. The captain was fantastic and the guided tour was interesting and educational. We went far into the Golf and we saw dolphins jumping out of the water. They also have drinks and juices on board. Thank you for the nice boat trip, we will come again and I recommend the Little Toot for everyone that is looking for adventure.

A great tour at fair prices. We saw between 8 and 10 dolphins on the 60-minute trip – it was so beautiful! It's also nice to see the place from the water. We highly recommend this provider and this trip!!! ***** Parking at the marina is a bit difficult and, at $3.50 per hour, not particularly cheap. It's better to arrive a little earlier to park in a cheaper parking lot a little further away.

The Little Toot Dolphin Cruise did not disappoint! My wife and I have been on this cruise a couple times, The crew is great. very friendly & knowledgeable. the boat is roomy, clean & well maintained. We loved seeing Clearwater and the gulf from a different perspective. They take you out under the sand key bridge and into the gulf along Clearwater beach to pier 60 to take in all of the beautiful views., Got to get up close to several dolphins along the way out and on the return back to Clearwater Marina. There are several options in the area for cruises, fishing, etc., But the Little Toot is definitely a unique experience. We recommend it for anyone looking for a fun ride and great views of dolphins and much more!

Went for my sister in laws 40th Birthday and the experience was amazing. The staff was great she acknowledged my sister-in-law‘s birthday gave her a birthday drink. She was super attentive loved the experience and the dolphins were on their best behavior a pod came up to the boat with a baby and they were jumping with the wake they gave them. The experience was amazing recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Clearwater it’s affordable and worth every penny. As a fellow small business owner I appreciate the dedication of the staff making the experience unforgettable.

By far the best dolphin tour that I’ve been on. The crew was very friendly. There were 11 of us. Plenty of room on the boat for those that want to sit on the ride or stand. They found the dolphins and the dolphins loved the wake from the Little Toot 2. There were more than a dozen plus a baby dolphin and they put on a show for us!! Family had a great time. Highly recommend!

The best boat tour ever! We visited Clearwater in June 2025 and took our tour as a sunset tour on June 27. To say we loved it is to say nothing. I have great videos of families of dolphins jumping along the boat, and it is an unforgettable experience my family will cherish for many years! When planning a bachelorette party for my best friend, the one request she had was for a boat day where she could relax in on a boat, with a ring on one hand and a drink in another. In my search, I stumbled upon A Boat a Day and it seemed like a great deal! On the day of, we showed up to the dock and Marcos came to meet us at the parking lot to bring us to the boat. He helped with our cooler and bags and was quick and informative with the rules of the boat. Then the trip began and WOW. Marcos was incredible knowledgeable of the area and eager to answer any of our (semi stupid) questions. Less than 30 minutes into the trip, we saw our first set of dolphins, a mom and baby! Then we were taken to an island and were able to jump in the water, use the water slide, and search for the most amazing shells. As we were heading to another spot, we stumbled across ANOTHER pod of dolphins. With this, Marcos had us all sit in the back of the boat to create waves for the dolphins to surf in. We saw so many different sea creatures; dolphins, rays and tarpon! Highly recommend booking a trip with Boat A Day and HIGHLY recommend requesting Marcos!!!
Kelly G — Google review
We booked A Boat Day for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! The boat had a top deck and slide, which made it so much fun, and the views were gorgeous. We even got to see a bunch of dolphins up close, which was such a highlight! Captain Matt was amazing! He was super friendly, easygoing, and he even shared some fun facts about the area. He made sure we stopped to enjoy the dolphins and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend A Boat Day for any celebration or just a fun day on the water!

My family and I had an amazing day on the water with Captain B.J.! We saw dolphins and tarpin on our way out to go shell hunting and snorkeling at 2 locations. The boat was amazing and our Capt was entertaining, informative and just fun to be around. Thank you Capt B.J. for an experience we won't soon forget! We will for sure do this again!

Our family of seven (two small children) had the best time! We made a last-minute decision to book a half day excursion on June 13th. A Boat a Day made the process seamless and easy. Communication was great and they responded quickly to my questions. We were lucky to not only have Marcos as our Captain, but Captain BJ rode along as well to assist. Both were excellent! Captain Marcos was very informative of the islands we visited and made the trip very laid back and relaxing for us. We rented a boat with a slide, which was something new for us to experience. Fortunately, for us, upon return to the marina the dolphins were in a playful mood and Captain Marcos was able to get them to interact with us by following us in the wake of the boat. It was the highlight of the trip! Thank you, Marcos and BJ, for such a wonderful adventure!

The Ream Wilson Clearwater Trail, also known as the Clearwater East West Trail, is a long pathway that currently connects four parks and will eventually stretch from Tampa to the Gulf of Mexico in Florida. It is popular for biking and walking, with amenities such as new bathrooms, parking lots, playgrounds, tennis courts, and basketball courts along the way. The trail offers a separated path for various activities like walking, running, and rolling.
When you drive by you see the awesome Zipline playground equipment so we had to try it. What fun. It's a really nice fully fenced park which is nice with little ones. Very clean and nice bathroom. They need to put The canopies back from after the storms. It is very sunny to try to sit in the picnic table area. But it's very nice park. And if you go down in there are basketball courts and more stuff. Will come again.

My husband and I walked from Cliff Stephens Park to Safety Harbor and back. There is a nice amount of shade from the beautiful trees. The elevation changes a long the trail, which we enjoyed. We saw a small alligator in the pond at Safety Harbor.
Lee M — Google review
Great trail. But only bathrooms within 10 plus miles are either in the woods or Del Oro park or last stop in Safety Harbor. Sadly, crummy graffiti exists from losers with nothing better to do.
L 2 — Google review
This is a biking and walking trail. We usually walk from the McMullen Booth Road parking. It has new bathrooms and parking lot. The playground is in the shade of trees and fenced in. There are tennis courts, basketball courts too. We usually walk East to Bayshore Drive but on this visit we walked across the Pedestrian overpass on M Mullen Booth Rd. West. This passes softball /baseball fields then winds down to Kapok Park. Taking the boardwalk we go around a lake where the path comes to a large field. This is a Loop back to the sign for Kapok Park. The Ream Wilson Trail continues west for those wanting a longer walk or usually bike ride.
Charlene M — Google review
Nice separated path for walking, running and rolling. As of this review, the bridge over McMullen Booth is undergoing repairs through April 2024. That cuts the trail in half with rough access across McMullen Booth. I stayed on the east side and had a great leisurely ride to Safety Harbor. Lovely parks and scenery with bike pumps, playground, picnic areas and jungle gym equipment along the way. Restrooms and water fountains available in parks along the route. Plenty of dogs spotted.
Colin D — Google review
Mighty nice trail for walking, running and cycling. This trial is about 3.5 miles long and winds through cerebral neighborhoods and parks! There are some delightful little sections of varying shade and terrain. In one section A Great Horned Owl with a chick could be seen at the top of two large Pine trees. A great little escape for an hour or two!
Bill W — Google review
Not only is it a very nice and clean walking trail, it's not too crowded to enjoy e-skate boarding along with other PEVs on the trail. I quite enjoy the elevation changes by the ball park, and where it leads over the highway into a very nice park. Passing the park then heading north will take you to Safety Harbor Pier.
Edwin F — Google review
Awesome little park! Great for kids and adults, they have a playground, basket court, picnic pavilion, and this is a great park for walking, running or biking trail goes through nice picturesque park, and cross over BayPoint and you are able to bike over to the Courtney Campbell Causeway or opt for your other option and head into Safety Harbor and further down to Phillippe Park.

Intriguing store from the outside, and loaded from front to back with merchandise! A life size Hulk Hogan in front of the store draws attention! Once your in the store, it's all Hulk Hogan!!! Upon entering, the arrogant bald gentleman at the cash register won't even speak to you when asking a question to his face, but, the young lady workers will answer for him! What a face for a business, what an embarrassment!!! My biggest issue was, there's no prices listed on any of the merchandise which most of it is signed by Hulk Hogan! I definitely would've purchased a signed belt at the least, but, it was a struggle with the manager up front and they became busy rather quickly being such a small store! It just wasn't worth the time! A lot of merchandise is hanging higher than a normal person could reach! If you're a Hulk Hogan fan, you're in the right place, if not, walk on by! 🚶‍♂️💪

Buyer beware of the “surf shop”. The name they advertise is from a previous shop that closed months ago. They do not have another name listed, therefore cannot add a google review for the business. The receipt says the business name is “Bahama Mia” which also cannot be found online. The shop is a scam and the service is terrible. Not sure how the mall management is allowing this store to operate/advertise under the previous name. When asked why we were charged a tip and what service we were tipping on, he said it was “the machine” and laughed and said they make thousands of dollars in “tips”.

Restaurant
The Shipwreck, a vibrant and lively bar located on Clearwater Beach, has been an iconic establishment since 1976. With a nautical theme, it offers a full liquor bar with cold beer, pool tables, darts, and 12 TVs. This popular spot features nightly DJ music and happy hour specials. It's known for its friendly staff and regular crowd. The bar is a favorite among locals for its laid-back atmosphere and fun amenities like pool tables and darts.
Oldest bar in Clearwater never disappoints! We just stopped in for a quick drink before heading to our destination. Jeff the bartender was still there and just as sassy as before. He's great! Drinks are awesome! Must try the pink shot! Yum!

The Shipwreck is a total dive bar, but they have some good specialty drinks! Bring your ID - even if you're not drinking, those under 21 are not welcome. The bar & bathrooms are fairly clean. They have pool, a golf tee game, & claw machine if you're in the playing mood!

The bar had a really cozy feel. Nothing over the top, just good vibes and a comfortable space to hang out. Drinks were solid, staff was friendly, and it didn’t feel too crowded or loud. One of those spots that’s just easy to enjoy. Definitely a good place to unwind.

Best dive on the north end of the strip.. been coming here 27 years, you wanna go where the locals go when the sun goes down and the moon goes up ? stop in. Cocktails are good like grandma makes in the shed , beers are cold , good folks here. Cheers!

If you're looking for a tucked away, local beach bar, this place is it. It's small and cozy and located way at the North end of Clearwater Beach. Pretty much nothing but locals as most tourists are down at the South end of the Beach. Our Air BNB was 1 block from here so the wife and I got hammered and stumbled back on foot. Bartenders are great, drinks are stiff as a corpse. I highly recommend this place. Very cool spot!
Sioux F — Google review
It's certainly a dive bar, but not in the good ways. They don't have any of the beers that they have signage for, the bar top is wet and not clean, everything is sticky, and prices are much more than expected. It's also strange that the bar/seating area is very tight and packed but well over 100% more space is taken up by all of three pool tables. The music playing is a gamble since it's fed from the digital jukebox.

i went back to the shipwreck for the first time since the pandemic this past saturday night with my wife, who'd never been. i missed this place! still has the locals only vibe, its very chill, good drinks, they now have specialty drinks which have little lights in them, very festive. dennis is a very cool guy, excellent bartender. i'll definitely be stopping back in more often.

Pretty fun place to go. The bartender was awesome! Not too loud so you can still carry on a conversation without yelling. I'd say that it's a go if in the area.

Food & Drink
Located just five miles northeast of downtown, Southern Lights Brewing Company offers a wide selection of small-batch nano-brews, including IPAs, porters, pilsners, and tripels. The brewery prides itself on producing unique and high-quality ales and lagers to cater to various tastes. Visitors can also enjoy their own beer garden with their furry friends. Additionally, the brewery hosts cult movie marathons for film buffs.
The Red Witch Red Ale is my go to every time. But I have had all 5 beers that have gold medals and 2 others that have earned silver and/or bronze and every beer is on point! Great beers and the owners are all there to talk to. Bartenders are awesome, better than the owners, lol. Come check this place out.
John G — Google review
Southern lights, is an OK little brewery. There is othing wrong with this brewery or anything I can say I they are categorically doing wrong. What they do well: - I like their skateboard art, it's for sale (spendy, but what art isn't?) - decent set of board games. ( but I've not seen anyone actually engaging them). - decent pinball games. They have a table hockey game that is a VERY desired antique from the arcade days. Very cool. - a decent trivia night. It's not the " form fit - corporate" trivia. Interesting to see an independent. - toilets are clean. - dog friendly. - good bar stools. They have back rest and are comfortable. What they lack: - Location. They're in an industrial park and easy to miss if you don't know where you're going or why you're going there. There's at least a half dozen brewies in Dunedin, all not more than a 2 min walk from one another. Many of them that offer a lot of uniqueness. 8 minutes away you have serious brewery competition. - patio area is not great. Sitting around a graveled table being baked by the sun isn't a positive outside experience, again competition. - ambiance. Aside from the above mentioned skateboards, and a cool but oddly out-of- place piece of star wars memorabilia, and some high priced merchandise, the place is spartan and utterly void of decor. - price. 7 bucks a beer is the same price as premium location breweries. Ie. There are ample breweries with free pool, ax throwing, real dartz, etc. for 7$/beer. - seating. The bar stools are ok, but it's bench seating if you're not at the bar. - layout. Not great. There's a dead zone on the east end and The bar is L shaped, but it " L's the wrong way" creating a dead zone the staff overlooks. - hours can be arbitrary. Feels like the manager figures he's done for the day and calls it a rain out sometimes. In summary: not a bad brewery in anyway but utterly indescript and generic. There is nothing specifically taking you back here. These are only my opinions and impressions. I encourage anyone reading this to go review it for themselves. That said I consider myself somewhat of a Brew Hopper. If you are too, I encourage you to go see Arcane brewery, HOB, caladonian, and Pippas garage, just to name a few that come to mind. Happy brew hopping.

Favorite brewery in the area, awesome beers and atmosphere. Plus they take phenomenal care of their pinball machines and swap them out regularly to keep a good variety of options.

This place had some cool decor and great staff. Wish the beers were just as cool. There is definitely a good variety, but none of them were anything out of the ordinary. Definitely would recommend for a group hangout, though.

First time for me, but not the last. Fantastic beers and a wide variety to choose from. I had the Harry Poerter Chocolate Porter and enjoyed it very much. My friends tried their Scarlet Witch Red Ale and Grain Man Hefeweizen and raved about them. You're certain to find something you'll like. I've added a photo of their current tap list so you have an idea what to expect. Other pluses...friendly, helpful staff, video and pinball games, outdoor patio, and a video DJ playing MTV hits from the 80s. Great place!

Museum
Nestled on a sprawling 5-acre campus that was once home to the South Ward School, the Clearwater Historical Society Museum and Cultural Center is a treasure trove of local history. This charming two-story building, constructed in 1906, served as an educational institution for over 125 years before transforming into a museum just a few years ago.
A Must-Visit for History Lovers in Clearwater! I have been working with Allison Dolan, President of the Clearwater Historical Society, on private events for years, and I can’t say enough great things about this organization! Dave, the gatekeeper, is always a pleasure to be around, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Our team has explored both the South Ward School Site and the historic Plumb House, and I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for something fun to do indoors in Clearwater. The museum is filled with fascinating artifacts, and my personal favorite is the restaurant exhibit, which offers a nostalgic look at local dining history. Whether you're a history buff, a tourist exploring Clearwater, or a local looking for a unique experience, this is the perfect spot to dive into the area’s rich past. An opportunity to explore the halls of Clearwater's oldest school building which houses a great deal of historical artifacts and information. The old cafeteria and library are now open for use as event space and building one houses several rooms full of displays and informational signage. One room features information on the wide variety of restaurants currently and previously available. The Dairy Kurl and Capogna's Dugout are two that I visit often when I'm in town. The Kapok Tree Inn is one of my favorite restaurants which is no longer open. The display here has glasses, ashtrays, and a variety of other items from the Kapok Tree. Another room is dedicated to the founding families of the city of Clearwater. A 3rd room has some general history on the city as well as some of the inventions and items which have been donated. The 4th room is used to rotate through a variety of traveling displays. During my last visit it was set up for Women's History Month. As noted on the poster in my photos, charity events are held here as well. The Clearwater Historical Society is located at the old South Ward Elementary School location. They have a gift shop, offer memberships, and accept tax deductible donations in order to help preserve the history of Clearwater, Florida.

Visited here a couple of days ago with a friend.. We both grew up in Dunedin in the mid 70s and 80s and spent a lot of our teenage years in Clearwater and vicinity so we could really relate to these exhibits! Very interesting place to visit, and the Volunteers were very interesting and helpful. We will definitely be back again, and a great place on a hot day too!

I went from 4th Grade to 5th Grade here. I remember The Breakfast and Lunch, Recess, Mentoring Kindergarten children, watching a space shuttle in the distance, and lining up for school. I remember a field trip I took to some caves and to Calidesi Island after reading The Island of the Blue Dolphins. Many memories!! Moved when I was 11 to Danville IL and graduated in 2006. Such simpler days!

Nestled on a 10-acre private beach, Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa offers a luxurious experience with elegant rooms, top-notch amenities, and exquisite dining options. The hotel features two outdoor pools, a modern gym, diverse restaurants serving global cuisine, a Starbucks outlet, and a beach tiki bar for enjoying tropical cocktails at sunset.
Perfect location for families! This resort is right on the ocean, and I believe every room offers an ocean view with balcony. There are plenty of fun activities for children, and the staff is wonderful and very friendly. The property also features two pools, making it an ideal getaway for all ages. At night, they even played The Lion King for all the kids to watch on a big screen outside. It was truly wonderful. Right on the beach there are a lot of fun activities for kids- a huge water- blowup slide and trampolines and more. The rooms are small but cozy and the family vibe makes up for it.

Unfortunately not a good stay.. To be fair, I will start with the positive. The location is great for walking the shops and restaurants. The hotel also has great access to the beach and the pier is close by. That's where it stops. They only allow vallet parking for $30 per day. They have a "resort fee" of $30 per day that doesn't offer anything, not even a bottle of water. The rooms are extremely worn and not very clean. We had someone's hair all over our "clean towels". Everything is very overpriced but what isn't now a days. Just be prepared to spend at least $30 for 2 drinks. The staff seem kind enough but honestly they were all disengaged and didn't seem to care about much. I have a background in hotel management so I can give some grace but they could do alot better. Management needs to stop being greedy and turn their focus back to the guest experience. Take care of their staff. Do that, and the money will follow naturally.

This is a 3 star hotel located in a 5 star location. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. So, if you are looking for a 5 star SPA experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for 3 star hotel prices, this is not the hotel for you, you will be charged like a resort. But if you can enjoy a 5 star beach location and don’t mind a 3 star room, you will have a great time. Beach rentals are for the full day from 7am to 7pm. You can go in the morning, leave to have lunch and come back for the sunset. We think it was worth it $110 for a cabana and 2 chairs. Beach rental prices: -Full Beach Package is $251 -Beach Cabana $50 -Beach Umbrella $33 -Reclining Lounge Chair $29

This was one of my least favorite Hilton. The location is great. The front desk people were awesome. Valet were super nice. What I didn't like was the beds are so small that 2 people can't fit into one bed. We had four people to a room and we were only given three towels. Housekeeping never came back on our second day so we never had enough towels. The garbage was overflowing because nobody ever came to the room to clean it. I don't think the hotel should charge its guests who are already paying a lot of money to use the chairs on the beach. We had two separate reservations. We've done that before where we added a second day and the hotel, always combines the stay.. This hotel made me check out in the morning just to check back in. It was very inconvenient, especially since we had rented jet skis and needed to be on a tour. Also in the lobby, there are three elevators, but only one of them works. The other two were not in working order. After 30 minutes of waiting for an elevator, we lugged our luggage up the 8 flight of stairs. Needless to say, the location is great, but next time I will be staying at a different hotel.

The entire stay was wonderful from check in to check out! Staff was warm and inviting, accomodations were fantastic....the resort even decorated our room with complimentary champagne, rose petals and anniversary banner for our 20th wedding anniversary! Beautiful views and convenience of everything walkable distance. One night was just not long enough! Glad to be a Hilton member, thank you for an incredible stay!

Friendly and helpful staff without being intrusive was a pleasant change from many Florida resorts. This was one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance, so you can enjoy night life, music, food, as well as the beach, the pool (with poolside bar), or the spa. I loved just sitting on the balcony, listening to the music while people watching, but nothing comes close to watching the sunset over the Gulf from our private balcony.
Brandi B — Google review
I was very dissatisfied with my stay here. We paid extra fur balcony with gulf view and we got roof view with gulf and blocked with the rest of the hotel. We asked to be moved and we had parking lot view with ocean to the right. There was an awful, constant humming in the bathroom, no full length mirror, and a stack of plugs plugging into each other creating fire hazard. The pool was nice though there were renovations with constant noise and block of ocean view there with a sand mound. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling off.
Melissa B — Google review
We booked a gulf view room with two queen beds. The view was obstructed by an ugly roof filled with air conditioning units. Sitting on the balcony was not peaceful at all. The units were very loud. The beds were not queens. We own queens at home and we know the difference. I called down to make sure we had the correct room and she confirmed they were queens. Well, I pulled the sheet out and there you can clearly see the F for full size sheets. It’s ridiculous the amount of money we spent at this “resort” to be blatantly lied to and positioned in the back corner without a full gulf view. Definitely would not recommend this “resort.”

The Sheraton Sand Key Resort offers upscale rooms, some with ocean views, and a private beach. Guests can enjoy modern dining options and an outdoor pool. Rustys Bistro at the resort is known for its Thanksgiving buffet featuring a variety of delectable dishes including Gulf favorites like cocktail shrimp, oysters, and crab claws. The carving station offers citrus-marinated turkey and other savory options. Additionally, there's a chef's fall dessert table with cakes, pies, cookies, and more.
We came 2 weeks ago. Loved our stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. We had a beautiful view. We came for a night and decided to extend our stay to another. The hotel is very pretty but the restaurant is so scary, we actually made Reservations with the family (6 of us) to eat the first night and not leave the hotel and were surprise that the restaurant at 8p had nobody but us. When we sat down, the cups on the table were so disgustingly dirty we decided to walk out. There’s many other good places to eat around with in walking Distance. Besides that, i think the hotel should offer umbrellas and chair like every other hotel does around here. The property is very well located and the beach here is beautiful. The staff in the front was very nice and accomodating. We will stay here for the location and how comfortable the rooms are, but if you guys want to bump it up, fix the main restaurant because it makes the experience feel like the hotel is outdated and you are also losing business.

We hosted our daughter’s quinceañera at Sheraton Sand Key Resort, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We also celebrated our oldest’s quince there in 2023, and we knew we had to come back for 2025 because of how incredible the staff and event team are. The entire team was over-the-top accommodating, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail. They made us feel so welcome and cared for every step of the way. The event coordinator and staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy the night and create unforgettable memories with our family and friends. Truly the best staff ever — professional, kind, and exceptional at what they do. We are so grateful and couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else!

Perfect blend of work and vacation vibes. I stayed here for a work event and was genuinely impressed. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with easy access to the beach, pool, and all the sunshine you could ask for. It’s one of those spots where you could easily extend a business trip into a full week of relaxation. While the resort has everything you need, don’t miss the chance to step off property—there are some great local restaurants just a short walk away that really round out the Clearwater Beach experience.

I don’t even know where to begin. We booked the Sheraton for our anniversary trip (which they were told). No acknowledgement or special treatment from the hotel to celebrate, but OK. When we checked in, we asked for a quiet room, not near the elevator, with no connections to other rooms. The front desk woman said ‘we should check out our current room first as it’s very nice.’ The room we were assigned connected to TWO other rooms. In the middle of the night we had to call downstairs and complain about noise. The next morning we requested to be moved to a new room. Then, room service. The first day it didn’t arrive on time. We called and asked where it was. We were told ‘it’s coming.’ 3 minutes later, we hear the phone ring in a nearby room that’s not ours. Then our phone rings. The manager tells us ‘we didn’t select a delivery time.’ Hmmm…just bring it up when it’s ready, please. Room service debacle 2: this time WE did everything right on the order sheet. The order didn’t arrive on time…again. We called. We are told the manager(?) didn’t arrive on time that morning and they couldn’t locate her. So we just cancelled the order which messed up our morning schedule the day of check out. On top of all this, we were not given our free dessert voucher at check in. We were not given proper bike rental instructions so we had to ask. Also, beach chairs and umbrellas are not free - you have to rent at a steep rate from a third party company. Fast forward a few days later and not only were we charged $50+ for the bike rental, but I also have other random charges from the Sheraton on my credit card that were NOT part of my final agreed upon bill. This place is an absolute mess and should not be associated with Marriott.

The front desk staff was great!! The beach access is great and it’s the reason we chose to stay there. The room was nicely renovated HOWEVER there was a gigantic roach in the room which ruined the stay for me. I realize it’s Florida and they like to call them Palmetto bugs. I don’t care what you call them. They are disgusting. We happened to be checking out in the middle of the night anyway which is why we were up with the lights on. The front desk basically said it’s Florida and there’s nothing they can do about it.

We stayed here while attending a wedding and were really disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, there was a strong musty smell that set the tone for our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the room itself was in poor shape. The bathroom had hair everywhere from the shower to the floor and the carpet looked dirty and worn. The bed appeared made, but it didn’t feel fresh or clean. For the price and the reputation of this resort, the cleanliness and upkeep were well below expectations. Overall, a disappointing experience that needs serious attention to housekeeping and maintenance.

We had beautiful weather and an awesome day to be on the water . We seen a mom and baby dolphin eventually. Captain made it happen for us to see a dolphin before the ride was over. Crew was nice and the island music made it just chill vibes and experience. Beverages and snacks for purchase . Complementary cold water on board in an igloo water jug. Smooth check in and boarding by boat. You can’t expect to see many dolphins , captain don’t have control of how many we can see , Mother Nature is in control of that lol if the dolphins out and about that day , call yourself lucky ! But we was grateful to see the two beautiful 🐬 on our trip. Overall a great day to spend with family in Clearwater beach

Our group had a wonderful time on our outing! We were able to see a couple of dolphin sightings and although it was a very hot day it was still an enjoyable ride. The boats have 2 decks. The lower deck is cooler and has 2 toilets for guests. There is also complementary water which was just terrific and much needed. The upper level has great all around views, a slight shade and had a very nice breeze on our trip out. Make sure to get the code upon arrival so that you can park for longer periods. Otherwise we would have only had a 30 minute max parking period today. Lastly, Brad is great! He just started last week but he was really chill, easy going and provided plenty of information during our trip.

We took our grandson out for a dolphin cruise in the Clearwater intercoastal from the Clearwater Beach Marina Saturday and we had a wonderful time. The crew was very friendly and informative. We saw quite a few dolphins throughout the bay mostly over by the causeway bridge as it goes out to the Gulf but it was great for my grandson to see dolphins in the wild. We got a deal on Groupon which made it a little more affordable but it is well worth the time for a good hour and a half cruise.

This is definitely worth the extra money if you don’t want to pack in your own drink as required by the other Tiki cruises. The boat is a large pontoon and has plenty of room for you and your group to sit comfortably or get up and move around once you leave the slip. We are happy we chose this group over the others and will definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

The greatest boat tour in Clearwater. Captain Chris and bartender Adrian were amazing. They are so entertaining. They played any music we wanted, provided great bartending services, and good vibes. We were a party of 8 and it was so much fun. We partied danced and saw all the big houses. Definitely will book again.

“I had such a great time on this tiki boat tour! The price was very reasonable, and drinks were included which made it even better. Captain Chris and bartender Adrienne made the whole trip so much fun—they kept the energy up and really set the vibe. The music, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were perfect for a relaxing evening on the water. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and unique outing!

Great experience!! The 1.5 hour trip was well worth the money. Great music, great vibe and great company. The captain and bartender were both awesome and kept the time hopping!! Beer and seltzer included was such a great plus. Will definitely be back and do this again

This was my second time booking with Clearwater Tiki Boat, and it definitely won’t be the last! We did the sunset tour and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The cruise through the bay was beautiful—we even spotted dolphins!—and the timing at Clearwater Pass was perfect for catching a breathtaking sunset. What really sets Clearwater Tiki apart is the all-inclusive aspect: beer and seltzers are included in the price, which saves you from hauling a cooler around. It’s a great value, especially compared to other tiki boat services we’ve tried in the past. Our crew this time—Captain Chris and Adrian—were absolutely fantastic. They were fun, professional, and made sure everyone had a great time. The boat comfortably fit our group of 16 and was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun evening on the water. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fun lay back boat ride though the beautiful emerald coast at Clearwater. Music was good and turned into a party. The sunset cruise did not disappoint. I will definitely take another boat ride.

Our sunset tour was an incredible experience. Despite the cloudy weather, we were treated to an up-close view of dolphins, engaging conversation, and beautiful photos. Roger made the trip special regardless of the lack of sunset—highly recommend this tour!

Transportation service
Jolley Trolley Transportation offers a convenient and scenic way to explore Clearwater Beach and the surrounding towns. The trolley operates along the coastal route, providing easy access to various attractions. Additionally, it is available for charter services for special events. Customers have praised the company for its excellent service during weddings and other occasions. With affordable fares for seniors and adults, Jolley Trolley provides a cost-effective transportation option compared to rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.
We booked Jolley Trolley to provide transportation for the entire wedding weekend and it was truly one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Nevada was such a pleasure to work with prior to the weekend; she was quick to respond to questions and worked on the timeline with my planner! The trolleys arrived on time, were decorated as planned, and the drivers were so nice and aware of the road / area. I could not be more pleased and would hire Jolley Trolley again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend.

First time trying out the Jolley Trolley Coastal as an "alternate transportation idea" to get around the Clearwater/Clearwater Beach/Dunedin area. I had a boat to catch at Clearwater Beach and allowed for 2 hours for any delays. The fares are reasonable and the pickup times and stops plentiful. The trolleys were clean. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. From Dunedin and not knowing exactly what pickup spot to go to was aggravating. I went to 3 different Dunedin "Stop" locations and made 2 phone calls to their dispatch to find the right one that goes to Clearwater Beach. Once on the Trolley, I couldn't get the reader to scan my phone for the payment. The driver couldn't get it to work either. So, being persistent for 2-3 mins, the scanner finally read the Q Code and we were off. Finally made it to the Clearwater Beach Transit Center and arrived with less than a 40 mins for my boat trip. The major problem came when I took the Jolley Trolley back to Dunedin. No clear instructions on which Trolley Stop we should be to get back to Dunedin. One of the drivers at the Beach Transit Stop (where we were dropped off, earlier) ended up telling us that we had to cross the main street into Clearwater Beach, then walk a block to the far east side of the Marina Parking Lot to get back to Dunedin. We had to wait there in 90-degree temps facing the sun directly with little shade for 45 mins. Finally, the "right bus" to Dunedin came after 4 other buses passed by. Now onto a 40 min ride to Dunedin. NOT! We get to downtown Clearwater at the main terminal for buses and the driver got out of the bus W/O telling anyone riding that he wasn't leaving for at least 40 minutes. We just sat there...waiting and waiting. When he did come back (30 mins later) he pulled out a book he brought from home and started reading it for 10 mins. Not a word to any of us. Finally, he left to continue the Dunedin stop. Just after 5 mins of driving, he picked up a man and that man took over driving near Drew St and Sunset Point Rd. That took another 7 mins for this change over. The new driver then proceeded down Alt 19 only to stop to chat with a homeless person on the side of the road. He asked if she needed a ride. This wasn't a scheduled stop, but at least he tried to help her. After that unscheduled stop, we finally made it back to Dunedin. I couldn't get off that Trolley, fast enough. I was extremely happy not to have any plans scheduled after this trolly trip. After spending 2 hours on a very hard seat and the ridiculous delays-without an explanation and the minor hassles on the earlier trolly experience, I would NEVER consider taking the Jolley Trolley from Clearwater Beach to anywhere north of the downtown Clearwater area. Going to Clearwater Beach from Dunedin is okay but find another way back. I used Uber continuously for returns back to Dunedin after that fiasco with Jolley Trolley Coastal Route.

Jolley Trolley has amazing employees who go far above & beyond to help their patrons. I accidentally left my purse on their Trolley & was in a panic. I left a message with their dispatch after hours voice mail. Received a call the next morning & was told that my purse was found (by a very nice driver) & turned it in immediately. Not only were the entire contents in the purse, but the supervisor drove to the Dunedin Highland games at Highlander Park to bring it to me. I can't say enough how very grateful I am to all those involved in helping me recover my purse. The Trolley system is easy to use & runs consistently throughout the day from Palm Harbor to Dunedin, Clearwater & other locations. Fairs are very inexpensive. Seniors only pay $1.10. I would highly recommend their service. Very honest & professional folks work here. Thank you for all you did for me. Everyone there I spoke to was exceptionally professional.

We rode the trolley on Friday in Tarpon Springs. Our driver was fantastic, he had the whole trolley singing to and from first Friday! What a great guy!

I think Jolly Trolley is great. However, riding in one of those several times warrants some improvements. First of all, riders feel every bump. The wooden bench seats with no cushion on the back and 1 inch worth on the seat make for a rough ride. Then, you hear every rattle and bang for every bump encountered, It drowns out the weak music on the intercom. I asked how old these vehicles were, and the driver didn't know. I'd say at least- 20 years old! They look fancy on the inside, but it's not a glamorous ride. I'm only hoping they get updated someday. Revamp the suspension and give the riders the same cushion as the drivers.

We booked the Jolley Trolley for our wedding day transportation, and it was awesome! Our driver Debbie Schultz called us a week before the big day to finalize the route, and she was very kind, accommodating, and prepared to make our ride in the Jolley Trolley perfect! On the big day, she added thoughtful details in the trolley, which we loved. We also loved that we were able to eat and drink on the trolley and that there was enough space for our bridal party and families. The interior of the trolley is beautiful for photos as well. One thing was that our "just married banner" was missing from the back of the trolley, so if you book them and request this, I recommend sending Jolley Trolley a reminder about it closer to the day. Nonetheless, they refunded us for the missing "just married banner" right away. This was one minor missing thing though and otherwise, the Jolley Trolley was amazing and 10/10 we highly recommend it!

Jolley Trolley Saturday June 28 Do yourself in a favor and just take an Uber. We actually renamed this ride to, "The not so Jolly Trolley." We recently took a trip to Clearwater Florida and decided to go spend a day in Tarpon Springs. We thought the Jolley Trolley might be the best way to go since there were four of us. We're not from Clearwater so we had no idea what we were doing. The first driver was amazing, he took us to the bus depot and dropped us off and showed us exactly where we were to catch our next Trolley. Again, or second driver was also amazing. He told us exactly what we needed to do and he dropped us off in front of Lori's soap shop in Tarpon Springs. He told us to come back to this exact spot to catch the trolley to get back to Clearwater when we were finished in Tarpon Springs. He told us that the trolley came every hour on the hour so if we missed it we would have to wait another hour. We made sure we made it back to the same spot in front of Lori's soap shop in plenty of time. The trolley pulled up and let some people off and when we went to get on, the driver told us that we couldn't get on yet because it was his break time. He told us to go directly across the street and stand there and wait and he would turn the trolley around and come and pick us up in 10 minutes. We walked across the street and stood directly across from the trolley just as he had instructed us. He saw us standing there the whole time and in 10 minutes he took off in the trolley but instead of turning around to come and get us like he said, he made a left turn and took off up the street. We chased him all the way to the next trolley stop where there was only one person waiting. That person boarded and the trolley driver looked right at us and shut the door and took off without us. We were in shock! We did exactly what he told us to do and then he treated us that way. We called the trolley and asked them to send him back since he had just left. He came back and he was going the opposite direction. The windows were closed on the trolley but he was screaming at us in front of everyone on the trolley and pointing his finger and waving his arms. I've never seen such a display of anger from a public transportation driver. He turned it around to pick us up and as we started to board my sister was the first one boarding and he was screaming at her so loud and making such a huge scene I couldn't believe it. We were paying customers how dare he treat us that way. My sister's husband was angered the way he was telling at his wife and he spoke up and said we did exactly as you instructed us to do and then you looked right at us and slammed the door shut and took off and left us here. The trolley driver continued screaming and I asked my family if we could please not get on this trolley I don't feel comfortable with this. Then one of his buddies that was riding the trolley started yelling at us telling us to just get on and sit down, after all he had come back to pick us up. Then I started swiping my card to pay for 4 rides and he started screaming at me. He told me to stop! stop! stop! Then he started screaming at my friend behind me and told her not to take another step forward. Then he looked back at me and he said who's paying for this ride and I said I am. Then he screamed then you need to swipe your card then. I told him I WAS swiping my card and paying until he screamed at me to stop, then I asked him what he was so angry about. We're not a bunch of dumb kids, we were all 60 and 70 something people just trying to have a nice day in Florida. This was one of the most humiliating moments of my life. We got on the trolley and this man drove so erratically and so fast that it made me a nervous wreck. I was terrified he was going to hit a pedestrian or another car. He was definitely proving his point that he was not happy with us. He was a complete jerk. It was so awful, that finally at one of the stops we got off and called for an Uber.

My family and I visited Clearwater, Fl. October 9th-14th, we tried taking this trolly several times, each worse than the next. Just waiting for one to stop was a joke. Then when it did actually pick you up they were rude and impatient. The last time was with the lady in the pictures I’ve posted. Normally I don’t post pics but this woman’s attitude was unbelievable. I actually wrote down what she said at one point during the trip. We had stopped at the bus station and we were all sitting just waiting(20 minutes) when she said to the couple seated behind her I can sit here as long as I want for all they know (I’m assuming her bosses) they think I’m using the restroom. Then at another stop got out and had a smoke break for another 20 mins. Again proof is in the pictures, we decided after taking a pic is was time to call Lyft. No issues with them! Call them if you want to get around Clearwater, you won’t be disappointed. Click on pics to see full pic!

The Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival is an annual event held in Clearwater, Florida, featuring incredible sand sculptures created by talented artists from around the world. The festival showcases stunning works of art depicting iconic landmarks like Mount Rushmore and New York City's skyscrapers. Visitors can enjoy entertainment, lounge on VIP section chairs near the concert stage, and indulge in delicious food and beverages while taking in breathtaking sunset views.
This festival was not what I expected. It's a small more intimate artsy festival. Lots of vendors, food, art and artists! I loved the sculptures and all the small events on the schedule. I got the general admission ticket and it was perfect for my first time attending. I also had child in tote. This place is not stroller friendly so definitely bring a carrier. All in all loved it hope to attend again.

We were lucky enough to have VIP tickets to this event and it was amazing! The actual tent with the sculptures was not over crowded and the seating in VIP was amazing. We happened to be there the night of the TL Jenkins show and that was also unbelievable. The food vendors offered such a great variety of options. We spent 50 dollars for valet parking but it was worth the ease! The event outside of VIP with the food was pretty crowded with people so I think I’d only do this VIP in the future! The workers were all super helpful and friendly. Hope to come back down from MA again next year!

Took advantage of the VIP option and so glad that I did! The sculptures were amazing! After viewing, we went into the VIP section and relaxed on lounge chairs near the concert stage. Sunset was amazing! We enjoyed three adult beverages and 2 other drinks along with a seafood boil meal with our entrance. Bathrooms with AC, 930 fireworks, front row concert viewing. We were able to take advantage of the free parking and transportation which made the evening even more awesome. Just follow the footsteps back out! I underestimated the event so if you're interested I'm going next year, don't sleep on VIP tickets.

I had just arrived to Clearwater and this was a great event to start my vacation here. I paid the 70 for the VIP experience which included access to lounge, dinner, two drinks, two waters and a t-shirt. I am happy I did it the Paella was good and so were the views. Wish I could of had the option of a women's shirt not just mens. They were selling them as you left the sand castle tent. The sand sculptures were amazing 👏 🤩. The band Soul Circus Cowboys were awesome. Overall a great experience. The workers/volunteers were all very nice. Good job 👏 💜

A wonderful event to enjoy. Happens only once a year. Free concerts and fireworks Saturday night at 9:30. You can also enjoy Clearwater beach, and Pier 60 for free. Buskers, sales tent vendors, and of course the beautiful sunsets at the Pier and beach. Is a perfect place to spend with the entire family.

What a amazing experience! We came for the Sand sculptures, but feel in love with the ambiance at the pier, it was an great day with the family. Purchase your tickets online and remember to get your free picture.

These Sand Sculptures are breathtaking and it’s amazing to see the skills these sculptors have, I wouldn’t even know where to begin I can barely build a small castle with a dollar store pail. Personally I think it’s a little pricey (14.00/per person) when it only takes 5 maybe 10 mins (at the most) to go through but it’s nice to come enjoy every couple of years very serene and something different to enjoy… an added bonus is its right on Clearwater Beach (other then the hard to find parking) what’s not to enjoy about Clearwater Beach where you always feel your on vacation with every visit! Lots of food trucks, Live Music, face paintings and so much more it was a beautiful night out and we were fortunate to have the perfect weather to go along with such a perfect night!

The Rotary Centennial Nature Center offers educational services on the park's history and natural resources. Accessible only by ferry from Honeymoon Island, this pristine island is a nature lover's paradise.
Best island ever, the ferry was perfect, the water was perfect, the captain driving the ferry was very polite, and we got to see dolphins! Seashells galore, food in the concession building/nice seating at the beach for rent plus an umbrella for shade. They also have a nice nature walk you can walk on, very relaxing. Perfect island getaway for your next day trip! We came over to the island with our own boat and they have plenty of spots to dock. It’s only $6 to visit and includes your entire day trip. There is also a ferry that runs from Clearwater to the island and the ferry seemed to shuttle back and forth fairly quickly. There is a great cafe on the island that serves a good variety of food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) for a reasonable price. Plenty of space though on the beach that takes you away from the crowds on Clearwater. Well worth a visit if you’re looking to experience a more private and relaxing beach day.

Not allowing bikes is oppressive and not inclusive towards disabled people w mobility issues that otherwise would not be able to enjoy the park. Kinda sad. And I watched a larger female ranger chase some guy doing 4mph down on a huge gas golf cart. She almost hit a kid and chased off some birds. Should be retrained and rules redefined asap

Clear Sky Cafe is a popular spot near the beach, offering a seafood-focused menu and live music. The cafe also features a bloody mary bar on weekends and offers flavored mimosas.
I am glad to see that the restaurant has reopened (as of February 2025) after sustaining damage from Hurricane Milton in 2024. The food is truly exceptional. The service is outstanding, with special recognition to Robert, who provides remarkable attention to detail. The restaurant's proximity to the beach (walking distance) is an added bonus. I highly recommend scheduling dining here to coincide with the sunset.

Impressive breakfast, good value and atmosphere Food - massive selection of breakfast items and all were good portions. Eggs perfectly cooked and pancakes light and fluffy. Mexican skillet had a nice spice to it - would recommend. Service - order was taken promptly and servers were friendly with the kids (Halloween colouring was given out). Coffees were refilled quickly and food arrived hot and with not much wait. Atmosphere - we went for breakfast at 730, was quiet to start with but soon filled up. Good mix of people and nice atmosphere. Would recommend for a meal to anyone visiting Clearwater.

This location is a Cafe setting and very cozy. It's a quick walk from the beach hotels. FYI THEY DO have a kids menu, even though its not listed on the website. It has 6 high quality items perfect for littles. I am glad I decided to chance it. Dean was my waiter he was pleasant, knowledgable and quick service. I had my toddler with me so speed of service is essential! I started with the crispy tuna. It was crunchy and had a little heat. Exactly what I wanted. For my main I tried the new grouper reuben. This is fresh catch and blackened. It was a big filet with fresh ingredients. The sandwich is AMAZING. This is my new favorite sandwich in Clearwater. I will probably get this app and main combo every time. Management should update the online menu becaue no kids menu will cause people to miss out on this amazing food!

Don’t order ramen if you know how it is supposed to taste like. The ramen soup was nice, boiled egg was decent, but the noodle itself is soft and soggy. At first I thought it was overcooked, then they were very helpful to replace it with a new bowl with less cooking time. It was slightly better but then I can tell it was because of the noodle itself. They may need to try another noodle type! The shrimps and scallops tasted fine but just too few, about 3 shrimps and 3 small scallops.

Bill was present the entire time with me in the months leading up to the celebration. He answered every question and concern I had. Allowed us into the space with plenty of time to set up. The bartenders that were part of our celebration were just phenomenal. There was plenty of room for our super large group to dance & mingle the night away. My grandmother is still talking about her night! The space does get a little bit stuffy but it is summer & there were a lot of people inside but that won’t deter me from using this space again! Thank you again to Bill & his team for providing us with such an amazing experience! I 100% will use this space again!

Every now & again dude to the heat, we would go on the little bumper boats with the water guns lol. Our kids tore up the pizza lol, try to get a picture of the 2nd pie lol.

Needs a huge upgrade, its old and it could do way better, it is a good location with a good intention to provide fun for everyone, is a shame that the carpet, floor, bathroom, dinning area is so dirty and old. The people there are trying the best to accommodate everyone, and they are willing to help. I would love to come back to a place like this with a better vibe

Awesome birthday party for our 11 year old!!! The party room was amazing, the pizza was delicious and the laser tag and arcade games were a blast. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Thank you!!!!!!

I took the kids to Celebration Station Arcade recently, and it was a blast. The place is huge, clean, and has something for every age — perfect for families. Pros: • Great value. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering how many activities are included. • Lots to do. We checked out the mini-golf course, played laser tag, hit the batting cages, and tried a few rides. There was never a dull moment. • Kid-friendly variety. Younger kids loved the rides, older kids were all about the laser tag. The arcade games mix well with physical stuff so everyone finds something fun. • Clean & safe. Throughout our visit, everything felt tidy and maintained. Staff seemed attentive. Things to note: • Depending on how busy it is, you may wait a few minutes for some rides or attractions. • If you go with a large group or multiple kids, budget accordingly — tickets, tokens, or arcade cards add up. ⸻ Overall: If you’re looking for a fun outing that offers a lot for kids — especially with variety in games and physical activities — Celebration Station Arcade is one of the best choices. Definitely worth a visit (or two!).

My son had the best birthday with his friends at celebration station. Taylor made scheduling the party very easy and detailed. Hannah helped us during our party and she made everything very simple and convenient for us. We got a private room on the second floor. All the kids got game cards then came back and ate pizza And cake. Then they all Receivedwristbands to play for two hours Of the outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend a celebration station party for the kids

I am visiting from Toronto Canada and the staff here were very friendly and made it a very welcoming experience. To be specific it Brandon and Isaiah made sure my party of 17 had a good experience. I am thankful for the experience they curated!

Birthday party event. Package included 90 mins of a reserved area/table for gathering, eating, and present opening; and then two hours of unlimited "attractions." Once you meet the requirement of 8 for a kid party, they offer $10 parent bands which was a huge plus! This allowed ANY adult in the party to have the same two hours of attractions for $10. We were permitted to bring a cake. All other drinks and food came from the venue, it's required. Kids loved it! Staff was generous in letting us set up early and take up several tables when our reserved table time expired. There were a few things that could have gone better. For instance, a few times staff was occupied with other customers - a lot of waiting; and, a couple times we had to look around a bit to find staff at all. One staff person promised to get us a pitcher of drinks - left to enter the kitchen area as if to get drinks. However, a minute later, before drinks ever came, the staff member left the building to go to the outside attraction area and did not ever return with drinks. We had to wait in line again to ask another staff member for pitcher of drinks. This wouldn't have been a big deal if our party had not just been running around upstairs for a long period of time leading into playing laser tag. Adults and kids were very thirsty. Other downer was during laser tag one in our party had equipment that was not operating properly and went to staff who reported it was fine - but then low battery flashed up - so it wasn't working at all. It was an adult, so not as big a deal as it would have been for a kid. Then staff just put the same equipment up to be used again, without charging it. We waited in line quite some time before our entire party could play. I had an understanding that staff would arrange for us to play tag together when our reserved table time expired. That was not the case. There were lots of positives, staff offered to box up cake and left over pizza. When we were cleaning up the table staff encouraged us to stop cleaning, reporting that's for them to do so we can go have every minute possible for fun. And, the kids did have fun. The attractions and games the kids loved and it was enough to keep them entertained for serval hours. Waited in line for attractions of course, so that takes up some of the two hours. Kids were beat before the two hours were up - last 12 minutes they were done. (Otherwise, I think they would have only made the line for the bumper boats or the train, the other lines were more that 12 minutes long at that time.) So overall four out of five stars. If you go I'd suggest be very present when staff place wrist bands on arms, kids were putting arms in front of staff and staff was placing them on wrists and not confirming who was to get a band before placing them. It was chaotic with excited kids - bands got placed on wrist that were not intended for a band. This was not a huge deal in our case because we had guests that did not make it and had extra bands. If not it would have been a bit uncomfortable situation. Staff informed us only they can place the bands on wrists. For kids that didn't show, the option was the cost of the band could go on an arcade card or the band could be saved as a raincheck for another day. I was OK with that - they made it clear minimal party had to be 8 kids. An adult could have taken a kid spot but there's a big difference between the cost of a kid band and cost of a parent band.

Fun family entertainment complex, optimal for kids 5 to 15 years old. Pizza is good and food is decent for an amusement park. Best deals to be found on their website in advance, and when purchased online, there are typically no additional add-on fees to activate new time cards. Our kids really like it.

The Clearwater Main Library is a spacious and modern space with a wide variety of books and activities for all ages. It's especially recommended for children due to its vast selection of books, activities, games, and dedicated areas for kids. The library also features a makerspace or medialab with access to computers equipped with great programs.
Love this location! Staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The book selection is vast. The views of the water are beautiful. Wish I lived closer. Would definitely be here every weekend at least.

I've been coming here since I was a child, but it's no longer a safe place for children. Recently, there's been a lot of news stories about how USA libraries are basically homeless shelters now. I get it! If I were homeless, I'd want to hang out in a library all day, too. However, some of them are openly aggressive and it's just become a very unpleasant environment. Apparently I'm not the only one. There are only 10 parking spaces. A large chain link fence separates the library parking lot from a massive, empty parking lot that was formerly part of the library parking lot. And this is the main Clearwater library, an absolutely *massive* two story building! There simply isn't a need: Why provide parking when nobody wants to come here anymore? I really wish I could say something a little more positive. I have my library card because I use Hoopla, but I won't go into the building any more unless I absolutely have to

We came here with our daughter for a kids event. I can only say for the second floor, where we were directly. Looks new & modern. Friendly staff! Huge selection of books for children. There are corners for children, an area for playing chess and checkers, a piano. Large windows with great views. Small car parking next to the library. But there is free public parking nearby.

Enjoy the library, use their online services routinely. But tried to go Saturday and now they're closed all weekend? What is the purpose of a library if the two days a week people have off to go to it they're closed. I will change to 5 stars if they open on the weekends at least one day again.
Jacob S — Google review
Gorgeous views of the waters of and around St Joseph Sound and the docks beneath the Clearwater Memorial Causeway aren't the only assets this library holds. It's interior is well-spaced, clean, and apparently well organized. The library within comprises four floors - each with its own tier of the aforementioned views and sections dedicated to special interests and library departments. I had the opportunity lately to participate in a book sale on the library's ground floor as a patron (finding, among other selections, a hard cover copy of the complete works of Josephus) and found the library's paid and volunteer staff to be very helpful, courteous, and efficient. If you are planning to visit a library in Pinellas County, I highly recommend this library and suggest that you put it at the top of your list: There's nothing quite like taking a stretch along the waterway or sitting in a chair overlooking the sound and docked boats below to enchant the soul while you're on your intellectual journey. Bonus: A tree made of steel in front of the library seems to greet you as you make your way to the front doors. Take a closer look and you'll never forget.

This lush green space is adorned with swaying palm trees and features multiple picnic pavilions, making it an ideal spot for families to gather. Kids can enjoy the playground while adults take in the picturesque views or try their hand at fishing nearby. As day turns to night, Pier 60 Park transforms into a lively hub of activity with its famous Sunset Celebration.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunset Magic at Pier 60 – Clearwater’s Crown Jewel! I had the absolute best time soaking up the sun and good vibes at Pier 60! The soft white sand felt like powdered sugar under my feet, and the sunset? Straight out of a movie—golden, glowing, and unforgettable. 🌅 There’s plenty of space to relax, play, and snap pics (hello, new profile photo 📸). The beach was family-friendly and fun, with local vendors, playful waves, and the perfect soundtrack of laughter and ocean breeze. Visit and do your part to keep it clean including sometimes picking up someone else's trash. Remember we're taking care of the life in our oceans and our beautiful Beach. Watching the sunset in Clearwater is nothing short of magical. As the sun dips toward the horizon, the sky transforms into a breathtaking canvas of gold, pink, and deep orange, reflecting off the calm Gulf waters. The gentle sea breeze, the sound of waves lapping at the shore, and the silhouettes of sailboats drifting by create a serene, picture-perfect moment. Whether you’re standing on the soft white sand of Clearwater Beach, enjoying the lively atmosphere at Pier 60, or taking in the view from a boat, the experience feels both peaceful and unforgettable. It’s the kind of sunset that makes you stop, breathe, and truly appreciate the beauty of nature.

Clearwater offers a variety of boat tours for those looking to explore the waters. The Sea Screamer, known as the world's largest speed boat, provides an adrenaline-pumping experience with its twin-turbocharged engines and speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. Families can also opt for the pirate ship replica, Captain Memos Original Pirate Cruise, which offers interactive activities like treasure hunts and limbo dances.
We recently booked a trip with Sea Screamers of Clearwater, and although we didn’t see as many dolphins as we had hoped, we still had an incredible time out on the water. From the moment we checked in, the crew was welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional. They kept the mood light and fun, interacting with guests, sharing interesting local facts, and doing their best to spot any marine life along the way. While the dolphin sightings were limited on our trip — which of course can happen with any wild animals — the ride itself more than made up for it. Once we got out into the open Gulf, the captain really opened up the throttle and took us through some impressive waves. It felt more like a thrill ride at times — in the best possible way! The kids on board were laughing and screaming with excitement, and even the adults were grinning ear to ear. It was honestly so much fun to feel the boat crash through the surf and catch a little spray. The boat was clean and comfortable, and safety was clearly a priority for the crew. They gave a thorough briefing, made sure everyone was good to go, and checked in throughout the trip. The crew’s energy and great attitude really stood out — they turned what could have been a disappointment (not many dolphins) into a highlight of our vacation. If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced boat tour with great people at the helm, I definitely recommend giving Sea Screamers a shot. Even if the dolphins don’t fully cooperate, you’ll still walk away with big smiles and great memories!

Oh my goodness!! This experience was a blast!!! Our Captain Scott and his first mate Brad were so fun and informative. The dolphins were amazing to see frolicking in the Gulf, then jumping the waves. What an adventure this was!! Highly recommend the Sea Screamer!!

We had a great time on the Sea Screamer with Captain Milo and Tayler! Once we were on the boat, it was so fun, dolphins were jumping behind us and swimming right alongside the boat. The breeze while cruising was perfect and the kids loved it. A few tips though: It was really hard to find with all the marina construction. I thought it was near the pier or beach, but it’s actually across the way and the view is totally blocked by the construction. Look for Crabby’s and keep walking down from there, that’s where you’ll find it. Also they sell drinks for cash (water, beer, seltzers). There’s no shade on the boat, so definitely bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. It gets hot fast. But once you’re out on the water, it’s a blast. Worth it for the dolphin sightings alone! Thanks for a fun time!

What an awesome experience! Captain Scott and his first mate were fantastic—super friendly and made sure we got an incredible dolphin show. This is hands down the best dolphin cruise if you want real interaction. The dolphins went wild for the huge waves from the Sea Screamer!

A fantastic family trip out with Captain Bob and Tammie today and we couldn’t have seen anymore dolphins if we’d tried. Literally dolphins for a majority of the hour trip including two lots jumping in the boats wake. I can clearly see why they say Sea Screamer is pretty much a dolphin sighting guarantee! Highly recommended
Mark A — Google review
Awesome place to see dolphins! We were lucky enough to get great interactions, they came super close to the boat and surfed the wake several times! Staff super nice, would do it again.

Captain Scott and first mate Brad were very entertaining with lots of fun facts about the local buildings and sea life. We were a bit unlucky with not seeing dolphins but Scott kept us out for an extra lap and we got some incredible moments with three pods of dolphins. Cheap drinks on board, and the boat is fast enough to enjoy the ride even without the dolphins!

Pier 60 in Clearwater is a vibrant boardwalk known for its stunning sunset views and fishing opportunities. Spanning just over 1,000 feet, it's a popular spot for artisans, street performers, and live entertainment. The pier hosts the nightly festival 'Sunsets at Pier 60' and annual fireworks displays on Independence Day and New Year's Eve.
Love this beautiful beach!! Sand is white and feels clean. Water is shallow, family friendly place where tons of kids were playing. A little bit of a walk from parking to beach area, but not bad at all. Playground, bathrooms and shops near by. So happy we chose to visit this beach while visiting Florida for the first time

The pier always offers a great view of the Gulf, the beach and the sunset. It was closed in late August 2025 for renovations so check on status before going out. The area is very busy and parking is nearly impossible. Public lot was full so we drove to Hilton Hotel next to the pier. Valet parking is for hotel guests but if you offer $30 cash, the parking lot guy will let you in. Be careful going through the roundabout... It's mayhem!

Nestled on the sun-kissed shores of Clearwater Beach, Pier 60 is a slice of paradise where the day bids adieu in the most spectacular fashion. We arrived just in time to catch the sky ablaze in hues of orange and pink, painting the Gulf like a living masterpiece. This indoor outdoor venue offers a choice of outdoor covered seating with overhead heaters but I chose indoor seating at the bar instead of accessible tables. Two bars, one indoors and one outdoors provide service of the local craft favorites Service is slow but my burger was grilled to perfection with fresh lettuce leaf and tomato slice hidden under mildly seasoned waffle sweet potato fries. The inside offers views of the working brewery and its many fruits of bourbons and vodkas, including a clementine vodka. Accessible van spaces in front of venue Accessible entry Accessible M and W restrooms with grab bars, not hands free Tonight Johnny is here for 2 hours of Bandingo, a bingo game to match with songs.

We stopped by Big Storm Brewing on Saturday and had a great experience! The service, food, and drinks were all excellent. I had the Philly, and my husband had the chicken Caesar wrap — both were delicious and fresh. You can tell the business is still finding its footing with a smaller staff, but everyone working there did an amazing job keeping things running smoothly and making us feel welcome. It’s clear they really care about their customers and the community. I also learned the company is now under the ownership of the Special Needs Trust to help victims impacted by the prior owner, which makes supporting them even more meaningful. I truly hope they continue to thrive — and that they bring back Tropic Pressure soon! 🍻 Highly recommend stopping in and showing them some love!

We had such a nice, peaceful, laid back afternoon on the outdoor covered patio here today. My husband’s plane was delayed a few hours, so we came here to kill time. We played Jenga outside, had good food, and still got him to the airport only five minutes away. Our server, Bill, got us fresh waters, and was so great all afternoon. We loved the Bromosa beer and the Strawberry wheat.

Great beer (5 stars), food was ok (3 stars) for an average review of 4 stars. A large group of us ate outside on a Saturday afternoon, where there was of room and tables. It was a chilly afternoon and the space heaters overhead kept us warm. Service was speedy. The loaded tots were good, however the meat of the boneless wings had a strange consistency. The fish sandwich was also a bit bland as well as the fish tacos. I would come back for the beer and maybe some snacks, but not necessarily for a full meal.

I'm not a craft beer person, so I love how they also have cocktails, seltzers, and wine. Huge outdoor space that is great for groups, pets, and kids. Very casual establishment with some cute merch. I guess they just changed the menu? I didn't see tacos, hummus plate or beer flights listed... And those were some of the highly rated things in past reviews. I ended up getting the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. It was pretty greasy, but overall fine. Overall the food is a little pricey for the quality and portion size. I came on a Friday during lunch and sat at the bar. The bartender was very inattentive and just seemed to have no personality towards me.

A Dangerous Organization Disguised as a Religion After years of curiosity and research, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on Scientology—not out of hate, but out of deep concern for those who might unknowingly fall into its grasp. This organization presents itself as a religion promising self-improvement and spiritual enlightenment, but in reality, many former members and independent investigators have revealed a much darker truth. Scientology functions more like a high-control group or cult than a traditional religion. Its founder, L. Ron Hubbard, was a science fiction writer who created the doctrine in the 1950s with little spiritual or theological background. The church’s teachings are secretive, expensive, and revealed gradually—only to those who pay thousands of dollars to “advance” up the so-called “Bridge to Total Freedom.” This manipulative structure ensures members become increasingly financially and emotionally invested before learning the more controversial and bizarre elements of its belief system. One of the most alarming aspects is the way Scientology treats dissent. Former members often report being harassed, stalked, and smeared through its “Fair Game” policy—where critics can be legally and morally attacked without consequence. Families have been torn apart due to the policy of “disconnection,” which forces members to cut off contact with loved ones who question the church. This practice isolates individuals and deepens their dependence on the organization. Scientology is not just spiritually questionable—it is psychologically and financially damaging. Many ex-members describe their experiences as traumatic, citing manipulative auditing sessions, relentless pressure to donate money, and a punitive internal justice system that can trap members for years. Its tax-exempt status only adds insult to injury, allowing this destructive organization to operate under the guise of religious freedom while exploiting vulnerable people for profit. In a world where mental health, freedom of thought, and human dignity matter, we must speak out against institutions that abuse power under a false banner of faith. I strongly advise anyone considering involvement with Scientology to do extensive research and listen to the testimonies of ex-members. The truth is out there—and it’s deeply troubling.

We had such a good time on this trip. The crew made it super fun and educational for the kids. We came for the dolphins and caught a few glimpses but we had so much fun we left with smiles anyway. 10/10 !

We had a blast on the sunset tour. We went with the whole family(8 of us). There was plenty of room on the boat, we saw beautiful dolphins and an amazing sunset. We made sure to book it early in the morning to make sure we would all be able to go. Our guide was Conner and Captain Jonny, they were both fun and informative. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to go on a tour. We made one stop at a small island(One tree hill 😆) for a few so the kids could play, jump in the water and find shells.

We took the 5:00 pm encounter today! The whole crew was absolutely amazing! I brought my dog along and it was her first boat ride, all the crew was great with her and she loved them and the cruise as well. We will visit again! The stop at the island was so perfect! The crew was knowledgeable in wildlife and millionaires mile!

We spent about an hour on the waters and went out far into the ocean to chase dolphin sightings. We booked online in advance a sunset tour which was perfect timing as the two boat drivers - both funny & intelligent women, made sure to steer the boat towards the best sunset view. This was a unique boat tour as we stopped for about 15 minutes on a small deserted island half way into the tour and while the island's beach was nothing more than seashells, the kids had a great time collecting little souvenirs and maybe a turtle for the trip home. Overall, one of the best dolphin tours we've been on. It was not only fun, safe, but also informative as the boat hosts went over the historical background of the area.

This was an awesome tour. The staff are very nice and social. They actually talk to you and don't just sit around with their faces in their phones. We saw lots of dolphins and got a great history throughout the tour. I will definitely take family and friends next time. A picture is posted of a mother and baby dolphin. The baby is on its back 😍

Such a fun experience! For around $20 you hop on a boat (bring your own snacks, drinks, even alcohol!) and head to a little island. The best part, every single time you’ll see dolphins up close and the crew was wonderful with my toddler. 10 outta 10 would recommend!!

A wonderful fintastic experience! We got lucky and had a little pod of dolphins surround us and with the help of the other boat tours we got to witness dolphins in the wake of the boat! The captain and first mate were awesome and made it very special for our little girl giving her a pink dolphin toy and the stop on Compass island was nice to get out and find some seashells. And the first mate (forgot her name) had some smooth jokes for a good portion of the trip which made the educational portion fun too! Per the 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Great boat tour, friendly captain and first mate. Saw dolphins and a manatee! We also stopped at a little island for 20min which was perfect.

The friendly staff and hospitality create a welcoming atmosphere, making it an enjoyable and educational visit for all ages.
What a great museum of transportation with a vintage fire engine, horse drawn carts, and a parade of historical cars from 1890s on. LAURA offered tons of information in her enthusiastic style, and told me that they offer frequent lectures events, and up coming Photography workshop. MARTY is equally enthusiastic to orient me yo vintage music boxes that relate to the cars. They also have a great room that offers activities Great lands soez venue with two steam engines at entrance and info on Ames steam engine and boiler parta of trains which is more exciting than i make it sound. On Tuesday and Saturday, a free 6 minute train is included. Accessible restroom with grab bars Venue is accessible. Van accessible wheelchair parking in free private lot. Well worth a visit!

Super cool experience. I was surprised at how much my 2 year old loved it as I was worried there wouldn’t be much to touch since classic cars are usually off limits. The staff was super nice and the train rides on Tuesdays and Saturdays is a bonus.

Not a large museum, but there was plenty to see. Loved the old cars. Saw a Stanley steam car, actually driving up to the museum. They had a demonstration on the workings of the engines outside. The man was very knowledgeable about the workings of the equipment. All the employees were very welcoming and eager to answer any questions.

A small but important collection of antique automobiles complete with historical accounts of each display. Don't miss the steam engines displayed upfront. Laura Merrill was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My son and I went here recently for the 1st time. They have a beautiful collection of antique vehicles. There's a train ride and even classroom/homeschool activities with hands on displays about levers, pulleys, weights and such. You can see real working machinery here as well. This location also hosts events and weddings. A true diamond find in Clearwater. The staff were exceptional, friendly and caring. We had VIP experience here. We will be back. This is a great place for children and adults alike.

Great place to bring your kids and see some classic cars from places like France, Germany, US, and Czech.

This is a fantastic place to visit. The cars inside are stunning and beautifully presented. The vintage cars on display are full of history and we learned a great deal from the displays and excellent tour guide. The engines outside are stunning and we were lucky enough to see the traction engine running. The train ride was very enjoyable and our visit here was a real highlight of summer break. My 2 boys and I love it here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we will for sure come back. I’d happily recommend a visit to this wonderful museum.

Fantastic place, my little one enjoyed the train. One of the event employees: Zete- Mila was extremely helpful with locating the bathroom. So thoughtful she helped soothe my little one, and made us feel welcomed. Thanks Mila.
