American restaurant
Bar
Birch & Vine is a top choice for New American cuisine, offering a seasonal menu and cocktails in a modern setting with a patio. Located within The Birchwood hotel on Beach Drive, this restaurant features contemporary dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. While the interior dining room can get lively on weekends, opting for a reservation on quieter nights or dining on the patio provides an enjoyable experience.
From the moment you step into this restaurant, you’re struck by its stunning ambiance. The interior is not only beautifully designed but also boasts an entire wall dedicated to an impressive and diverse collection of wines—truly a wine lover’s dream. The rooftop is a standout feature, offering breathtaking views of the pier that add a perfect touch to a relaxed, upscale brunch experience. The food was equally memorable. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, but the star of the night was undeniably the stinky buns—a must-try! They’re rich, savory, and perfectly shareable, easily enough for 3 to 4 people. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in delivering bold, satisfying flavors. Service throughout brunch time was superb. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our dining experience felt personal and unrushed. The only area for improvement lies with the hosts; a warmer, more welcoming attitude at the entrance would help set the tone and match the high standard set by the rest of the team. Overall, this place delivers a near-perfect brunch experience and is well worth a visit. Whether you’re in it for the food, the wine, or the view—this spot delivers on all fronts.

Birch & Vine is a beautiful spot in downtown St. Pete that offers a welcoming mix of indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is laid-back yet refined, making it perfect for everything from date nights to family outings. It’s pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and even wheelchair accessible — definitely a plus for inclusivity! The food is excellent — every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and flavorful. That said, it’s on the pricier side, so be prepared for a bit of a splurge. Service was top-notch across the board. The staff was genuinely friendly, took time to chat, and offered great recommendations without being pushy. One thing to note: vegetarian options are pretty limited, so keep that in mind if you’re dining with plant-based eaters. Overall, a great experience and worth checking out if you're in the area!

First time and we did brunch! It was fabulous! The Benedicts, Cheesecake French Toast, and Lamb Hash were fantastic ! Our server, Michelle was amazing! Highly recommend

What a way to enjoy a dinner!!! As we were strolling down Beach Drive in downtown St Pete we ran across Birch & Vine. The weather was perfect for an outside dinner. We had WILL as our waiter. Let me tell you, Will is the deal 💯 He was very attentive and gave us speciality culinary preparation choices as well as answering any of questions on the menu. Wait... Did I say that dinner was AMAZING! We will definitely return as nothing disappointed.

The service here at this restaurant was phenomenal - the servers were attentive and kind. Regarding the food, it was delicious the potions were a big size. I highly recommend any of the handhelds but honestly cannot go wrong with any of the menu options. The $20 bottomless mimosas are great too.

We are regulars there. Tuesday’s 1/2 off bottles of wine and Apps. Can’t beat the value. Great desserts too! While the food snd atmosphere are always good, Isabella our server made our day. It’s not often we see a kind, engaging, professional who is truly genuine. Multiple places to sit inside and out. Outside is dog friendly.
Joe P — Google review
One of the best in the area for sure! Food is always amazing and the wine list is extensive! Caitlynn was our server this time and she was great! George the manager was also a pleasure! Oh and you have to try their bananas foster desert! We will always recommend Birch and Vine!
Ryan K — Google review
Our family visited Birch & Vine in early October to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was our first time dining there. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the restaurant’s elegant aesthetics, tasteful décor, and the overall professionalism of the staff. Although the dining style was a bit different from what we were accustomed to, it turned out to be a delightful experience. We took our time reviewing the menu, and the staff patiently answered our questions and provided helpful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, enhanced by live music and soft background tunes that created a relaxing ambiance. The food was absolutely exquisite and beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our waiter, Vincent, was exceptional. He was attentive, courteous, and down to earth, making us feel genuinely welcome as if we had known him for years. Overall, our visit to Birch & Vine was an outstanding experience. The combination of excellent service, fine dining, and a charming atmosphere made for a memorable evening that our family will cherish.

American restaurant
Restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant 500 block of St. Pete's Central Avenue, Brick & Mortar is a delightful haven for food enthusiasts seeking rustic-chic dining. This charming eatery, run by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo Jason Ruhe and Hope Montgomery, specializes in seasonal New American cuisine that highlights locally sourced ingredients.
My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating here despite it being a little hot because inside was quite loud but it made for a wonderful dinner. The menu is quite short but that's a good thing. I still went back and forth trying to choose because it all sounds good. The truffle fries were to die for and my salad was a fantastic array of fruit and veggies I've not had before all of which were great. We ended up sitting side by side so we could both look out at the street. It felt a little tight facing in towards the restaurant looking through the window.

Brick & Mortar in downtown St. Petersburg is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern flair. The ambiance is cozy and intimate, making it an ideal spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu is creative yet approachable, offering a refined take on American cuisine with global influences. We had the short rib gnocchi and the seared scallops—both were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portions were just right. Even the appetizers and desserts were unforgettable—especially the beet salad and their decadent flourless chocolate cake. What truly elevates the experience at Brick & Mortar is the staff. The service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food. They made excellent wine and cocktail recommendations that paired perfectly with our meals. It’s clear the team at Brick & Mortar takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend this spot if you're in St. Pete—it’s a culinary experience you won’t forget! Start with Brick & Mortar for a refined, creative dining experience, then sample social or Mediterranean-style menus. * Cuisine: Seasonal New American * Atmosphere: Rustic‑chic, wine & craft beer * Menu highlights (from Yelp & Zmenu): * Ahi Tuna Tartare • Beet Salad • Short‑Rib Pasta * Veal Meatballs • Raw Beef Tenderloin * Also known for braised short ribs with homemade “fat” noodles & mint

Decent place overall the service was very good and filled up our water religiously too. The sweet potato ravioli appetizer was quite delicious. Wife loved the bouillabaisse but my salad with shrimp was doused with dressing so much it made it tough to enjoy. Probably worth a second try.
Mike S — Google review
Easily one of the best restaurants in St. Pete. Love the homemade pasta, the seasonal menu, and the wine list. Consistently great food and atmosphere. It’s a smaller, cozy space (not loud or chaotic), and while you can call ahead, we’ve never had to wait long.
Maddie H — Google review
It's small, so you may need a reservation. Super classy environment. Great food. Careful, the chappino is super spicy.
Holly C — Google review
Delicious roasted octopus as an appetizer started a memorable dining experience. Our main courses superb: fresh house made cavatelli with roasted mushrooms is exquisite, as is the confit of duck & curried couscous. The basil lavender panna cotta beyond delightful. Also loved the Citrus tart. Impeccable service: friendly, professional. Ambiance cozy elegance. Must return soon
Alejandro C — Google review
Met some friends here and we really enjoyed our meals. Nice location and solid atmosphere along with an impressive menu. Duck confit was very good as were the other dishes my party ordered. Food was served quickly and a variety of the staff filled water, cleaned empty dishes and overall worked as a team. Good vibes.

Ok so tldr is come here and eat. Just do it. A foodie friend reccomended this place to us and it did not dissapoint. The food was excellent, they had this buratta with asparagus and pistachio app that was amazing!! The mains were perfectly done, parking wasn't a hassle and they has a phenomenal selection of wine! Overall I loved my first experience here and am planning to visit often!

Located at the base of St Pete Pier, Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille offers a casual dining experience with a tropical vibe and stunning views of downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. The restaurant features a dog-friendly outdoor patio where you can enjoy Caribbean and South American flavored seafood dishes made from fresh local ingredients. With its lively atmosphere, delicious food, and wide selection of rum-based drinks, this waterfront spot is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
A group of four of us had reservations for 6pm on a Monday for a work related dinner. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, and we were seated immediately. Our server was great during our meal. He missed one drink order, which is why I rated service 4 out of 5. I wish I could do a 4.8 out of 5. For everything else during our service things moved smoothly. We ordered mussels for an appetizer. They were decent, and I enjoyed dipping the bread in the juices. I ordered one of the specials - Shrimp and Scallops. The flavors popped in my mouth. It is one of my favorite meals I have eaten at restaurants in the past several months. When I am back in town for work, I definitely wan to com back to Doc Ford's based on my overall experience.
David L — Google review
Awesome spot right on the water, very Florida-esque! They have a large menu with many different seafood and non-seafood options. Lots of drinks to choose from - both your standard drinks and a lot of frozen beachy drinks. I love that they have tons of outdoor seating with umbrellas. Service was very quick once we were seated! Cornell was so nice and knowledgeable and really made our experience a 10. All of the dishes were delicious and very flavorful. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I’ve ever had.
Karolyn H — Google review
This was my second time at Doc Ford’s and it was just as good as the first. I didn’t get food since I was tight on time during my trip, but I did grab a drink and went with the Old Havana. Strong, well made and exactly how I like it. The staff was nice. My server Lisa took good care of me, she was just busy. The views here are unbeatable day or night. The ambience is relaxed, the inside looks great and the outside area has a small stage for live music along with heat lamps when needed. Parking is doable, but you’ll need a little patience during weekend rushes. If you like good drinks, music and easygoing vibes, this is a spot you should definitely check out.

Great spot in St.Pete for waterfront view! Food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait for a table during dinner rush! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. It started to rain when we were sitting outside and they kindly let us move tables, even helped us move tables! without hesitation before it started pouring. The food here was delicious and fresh, I enjoyed the shrimp and calamari. Definitely a pleasant experience to eat here and will come back again!
Airika — Google review
Celebrated my sister Annie's birthday with my husband last Saturday night and had a fabulous dinning experience. Our server Danis was exceptional in every way and the food spectacular. Of course you couldn't have a better view of the gorgeous St Pete beach and ocean. Highly recommend the Cedar Plank Salmon and Yucatan Shrimp. Danish surprised my sister with a brownie desert for my sister perfect ending to a delicious meal.
Cathy G — Google review
Overall, a great experience. My grandmother was visiting and wanted a grouper option, and their macadamia nut–crusted grouper stood out right away. We planned to go around sunset as a group of four, and while we thought we might need reservations, the wait was only about 10 minutes. We even ended up with a window seat to catch the sunset, which made it even better. The restaurant has a big dining room with plenty of seating, so it seems they can handle groups of all sizes. Menu options were solid with really reasonable prices. Most of what we ordered was delicious. The grouper was a hit, and even the clam chowder was great. The only plate we didn’t care for was the flatbread; it came out more like a big cracker—very thin and crunchy, not our preference for a base. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept checking in, which made the night go smoothly. Food came out in good time and overall was really enjoyable. The only downside was the mojitos—they honestly tasted like watered-down lime juice and weren’t worth it. Everything else though was spot on: good food, good service, great view, and great prices. We’d definitely go back again, just skipping the mojitos.
Bella T — Google review
Excellent food and service! If in St. Pete, Doc Fords is a ‘must visit!’ My favorite part is how many gluten-free options they have available. We sat outside and it was absolutely gorgeous. They have fans on so even in the warm weather it feels pleasant. Service was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful view, delicious food (lots of options) and fantastic service! If I’m in the area, I’ll definitely return.

Thank you for an amazing experience, Becky! We ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, which was absolutely amazing. It was served with a very spicy room alive that was just out of this world however, I opted not to put it on. My sandwich was a little too spicy. Also, the paella was fantastic. Lots of seafood and had really wonderful balanced flavor. The service was incredible! Thank you!!

Located on Beach Drive, Parkshore Grill is a refined dining spot known for its top-notch service and delectable menu. Whether you're in the mood for steaks, seafood, or fine wines, this establishment offers an elegant space to enjoy a meal either indoors or on their spacious patio. The restaurant has become a popular choice for both intimate date nights and family dinners.
From the moment we stepped into Parkshore Grill, we knew we were in for something special. The elegant ambiance whispered promises of fine dining, but it was Brooks—our charismatic, comedic, and slightly suspiciously charming waiter—who truly elevated the experience. Brooks didn’t just serve food—he orchestrated an experience. His menu recommendations felt less like suggestions and more like carefully curated life choices. “Are you ready for the best steak of your existence?” he asked, with the confidence of a man who had personally trained the cow in gourmet excellence.

Stopped in for a late lunch and went with their Parkshore Picnic special — an incredible deal at $28. I had the blackened salmon with lemon caper butter over angel hair pasta, Caesar salad, and a mini dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Sat solo at the bar and the bartender made the experience even better — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Great food, great service, and a relaxing vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to.

Food was amazing, only package l place around that serves Beef Wellington. Appetizers, salads, and drinks all delicious. Main course, Beef Wellington and the Parkshore Fillet & Lobster Tail outstanding. Service was out of this world and the different courses were played out with just the right amount of time. Ended up taking 2hrs for the meal but worth every minute! A must try if your looking for great food, at decent fine dining prices.
Lewis F — Google review
I ordered a combo seafood platter and they nailed the temperature on the scallops, halibut, and shrimp. The texture of the scallops were amazing. The shrimp was probably the best I’ve tasted all year. The accompanying sauces tied things together nicely. The portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side so if you are a bigger eater you may want to order a side. Also, we weren’t used to the area and parked in the nearby parking garage which was a total rip off at $25 so avoid that. Street parking probably would have been a better idea in retrospect.
Dave — Google review
Loved the restaurant, it’s on Beach Dr so parking could be an issue. They do offer valet though. The food was good. I had the skirt steak and parm fries. My friend had salmon and was also pleased with it. I would come back again to try the beef Wellington that looked amazing too.

Sat at the bar solo and received great service . I ordered the special app, burrata, and a fish entree. All were delicious. Skipped out on alcohol this go round but they had pellegrino with I like so that was a plus . Burrata was great and Im very picky about it.

Parkshore Grill is a standout dining experience in every way — elegant, welcoming, and consistently excellent. The location right on Beach Drive makes it perfect for people-watching and enjoying the vibrant St. Pete atmosphere, whether you’re sitting indoors or out on the patio. The menu features a great mix of fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steaks, and creative specials. The filet mignon was tender and flavorful, and the scallops were seared beautifully. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated. Service is always top-notch — attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. The wine list and cocktails are also impressive, with options that complement the menu perfectly. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a relaxed evening out, Parkshore Grill delivers a polished yet comfortable dining experience every time. Highly recommend!

Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant is a vibrant culinary gem nestled in downtown St. Petersburg, inspired by the lively spirit of Barcelona. With its bright turquoise decor, this eatery invites you to indulge in an array of Spanish-style tapas that are perfect for sharing with friends or family.
Lovely evening in St. Petersburg! We had a great time at Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant. The tapas were bursting with flavor—intense and delicious—perfectly paired with a refreshing sangria. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. An ideal spot to relax and unwind in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

I'd give the place ten stars if I could. Super nice service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere. Tapas, Spanish small plates, are packed with flavor and this place delivers. They also do authentic paella, served in the paella pan, and have non-seafood varieties too. Parking is a little tricky, unless you want to use valet, so come early if you don't want to worry about a walk. Excellent Sangria, highly recommended getting a pitcher, and delicious and strong too.

I cannot express how good this restaurant is!!! The food is absolutely delectable. We got the meat and cheese board, the branzino, the pan, and the Atun ceviche. Everything was so delicious and came out in a timely manner. The food had such amazing flavor and the presentation was great. We also had some of their red sangria, which was super refreshing! The ambience is lively and it has such a beautiful view. We sat outside and the weather was perfect for it. The service was phenomenal. Our waiter, Nick, was attentive and super friendly - really, really amazing service!! Visit here if you can!!!

First visit to this quaint and very stylish restaurant. The sangria pitcher was very tasty, tapas were delicious and well presented, and espresso martini was pretty good. Lovely atmosphere for date or in our case a couples night.
Delma V — Google review
Happy hour was much better than expected. Went not knowing there was way and prices and sizes are very fair. The food is not amazing, but good presented well, and the wait staff was great. Atmosphere is was engaging and the restaurant is walkable from or to the Dali.
Nic I — Google review
This place was highly recommended by a number of people so i was excited to check it out. Drinks are very reasonably priced (~$15), and I recommend trying the pomegranate caipirinha. We stuck to the tapas options, which are priced fairly for the portions. The food fell a little short on flavor. The casa ceviche was pretty good, but I wanted a little more citrus. The manchego croquetas were tasty, and the sauce was delicious. My favorite dish was the branzino. Luckily we had some spare lime slices to squeeze on it, as it was missing that note in the flavor profile. The picanha was a pretty big miss. It was cold by the time it arrived at our table and needed more seasoning. I typically enjoy mushrooms, but they almost overpowered the dish. Overall, not too bad, but I wish the dishes were just a little more balanced.
K.Z. — Google review
Wow, exceeded expectations! This has been on my list to try for a while, & I am so happy we finally did! Eric at the bar made all the difference, suggesting a perfect combo of snapper crudo, scallops, mussels and the stuffed Piquillo peppers. It is hard to choose, but if I had to pick, the crudo and scallops were my fav. Excited to go back! Thanks, Eric!
Sara E — Google review
This is a great spot for happy hour and tapas! I’ve had full dinner service and went for more like drink with apps which I think is the way to go here. Pretty much the whole menus is to share anyways and their drinks are fabulous. The ribs and the best salad are my go to every time. They get super busy which can gauze you to wait a while for food but that’s the only real downfall because they have many tables to attend to! But if you’re waiting with a a drink it’s no problem

Il Ritorno is a popular dining spot in downtown St. Petersburg, offering a unique twist on Italian cuisine since 2014. The restaurant's rustic-industrial ambiance and convenient location near the city's attractions make it an ideal choice for discerning food enthusiasts. Chef David Benstock's philosophy of using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create exciting and visually appealing dishes has earned Il Ritorno recognition as one of the top restaurants in Tampa Bay.
This Italian restaurant was an absolute gem. The homemade gluten-free pasta was the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and it instantly took me back to Italy. Service was flawless. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, taking time to walk us through the menu and share their passion for the dishes. The steaks were perfectly cooked, the wine selection was top notch, and the ambience was warm and romantic—ideal for date night or just a special evening out. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic flavors, impeccable service, and a memorable dining experience.

One of the BEST meals we've ever had! Celebrated our anniversary with the Tasting Menu (and wine pairing). Everything was beautifully presented, ingredients were relayed by the service staff and the taste was out of this world! I can't say enough good things about the food and service. Kudos to the entire team!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Il Ritorno for our anniversary! Not only was the food impeccable, but so was the experience, the staff, the ambiance, it was overall a top dining experience. We did the tasting menu, and the team was so nice to accommodate making mine gluten free (we did call in advance to make sure the kitchen was able to do this for us that evening). Dan was our main server and truly made sure that we were enjoying our time and made sure we felt celebrated as well. We will be sure to be back!

The best Italian restaurant in St. Petersburg. Tremendous team, high quality service, incredible dishes. Consistently great! Our last meal there was the Chef’s Table experience and just wow! The food, the wines, dessert…just one amazing course after another.

We visited here for our anniversary in October 2025, and while the overall experience was OK, we both agreed we would not take the time to go back. The Pros: We went on a Monday night, so the restaurant was quiet and the service staff was very attentive. We were waited on right away and were even given a free glass of champagne each to celebrate our anniversary! The highlights of our meal included some fantastic bread, pasta, beautiful plating, and a great wine selection! The Cons: The rest of our meal, however, we would say was quite underwhelming. The salad was a bit bitter, and the octopus (while cooked absolutely perfectly) had a bit of a fishy flavor. But the real disappointment for us was the meatballs. We did not realize these came fried, and when they were served to us, we each had one bite and decided we did not particularly care for them. We kindly let our waitress know, and even though we left the entire remaining dish untouched, she did not offer any apologies or to take it off our bill. All in all, it is a nice meal. But for people like us who go to Michelin Guide restaurants all the time, we felt this missed the mark.

Truly a gem in downtown St Pete and absolutely deserving of its Michelin recommendation. Service is always super attentive without being overbearing and the atmosphere is modern, lively and welcoming. I love the open kitchen concept that makes the whole experience feel so special. I’ve done girls night out dinners and a quick pop in before a show. Bar is fantastic with an outstanding bartender - last time I asked for “bartenders choice” between 2 drinks I couldn’t decide on and Chandler surprised me with an amazing cocktail. Food wise, can’t resist the caviar doughnuts and short rib mezzaluna (my must orders everytime). They’re so good I get stuck on my favorites but every other thing I’ve tried has been exceptional. I always look forward and for a reason to come back!

Il Ritorno is hands down my favorite place to dine in Saint Pete! The food is absolutely incredible. The charcuterie board, bucatini pomodoro, dry-aged meatballs, and truffle potatoes are all must-tries. The service is truly exceptional the staff are so attentive and always make sure you have a great experience from start to finish. It’s easily the best Italian food I’ve ever had, and I look forward to every visit!

RumFish Grill, the signature restaurant of RumFish Beach Resorts, is a top seafood spot known for its massive 33,500-gallon aquarium that spans an entire dining room wall. Crafted by Animal Planet's Tanked series, the tank features stingrays, an eel, and vibrant tropical fish. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch and happy hour with a mouthwatering menu.
All the food was amazing. Aurora, our server was knowledgeable and great! Very accommodating for Vegans. Brussel sprouts were great. Grouper and seafood pasta were spot on! Pricey but worth it!! They have open seating or lovely main dining room which had a wait. Recommend reservations for main dining room.

We had such a great experience, our server Kristina was absolutely amazing — she made sure our food came out quickly so we could make it to my birthday cruise on time. The food was delicious, and her kindness really made our day special. Thank you for the wonderful service!

RumFish Grill... Definitely an Experience 🥰 They have a cute little gift shop that is reasonably priced and an amazing fish tanks! Both are memorizing, and you Definitely want to stop in just to see them. if you like, on the other side of the fish tanks is the restaurant itself. They didn't have very much that was gluten-free, but they did have a gluten-free Keylime Pie that was amazing!!! We sat next to the Fishman and were the first there when they opened which I highly recommend doing. A bit overpriced, but it's the experience and tanks. Which you can visit without going to the restaurant.

We were told this was a sports bar. When we asked for a specific game to be tuned to on the television, we were told there would be a band later and we wouldn't be able to hear any game. Then we were told we should go to the outside bar for good seats to the live band. The outside bartender said he was not ready for anything and it would be a while and that we should go back inside. The band looked as though they still needed at least an hour to finish setting up. Soooo, back inside we went and sat at the bar where several televisions weren't even turned on because the band was eventually going to start playing. The young woman behind the bar was nice and very helpful, but they did not have a whole lot of choices in alcohol. Seriously? A sports bar that doesn't show games on the television and a bar with limited choices? We did order some beers that were on tap, git an Uber, and went to Ricky T's! The price for the beers was very reasonable.

Great date night place. Our server Aurora was a rockstar that made everything special. The aquarium is quite nice and definitely an awesome experience if you get to sit close to it. The food portions are quite large.

We are local and this definitely a tourist trap. The waitress just assumed we were at the hotel, mentioned our baby would be asleep as soon as we got to the room. I ran out of my soda and water. The bread although good was very hard. Seemed to be frozen bread thrown in the oven. The fries were old and cold. Much of the food (rice, potatoes) seemed to be microwaved. I actually can’t believe I spent almost $200 on what is in these photos. I will say the halibut special had a great taste as far as the sauce goes, but it was such an underwhelming experience for what we were expecting..and for the price tags.

Burger and fries were excellent, as was the chocolate lava cake. We arrived at 9pm and got a table right next to the aquarium. Was very cool to have fish for our dinner company.

I want to give a shout out to Chef John, we were dying to eat his tamarind shrimp, and he was willing to make an exception, since it’s no longer on the menu. We fell in love with it and came back to eat it again. He was sweet enough to accommodate our request with Chris Morris our waiter, personally greeted us. Amazing food, specially for picky eaters like me! Kudos for such a caring stuff, not only service wise? but tasty and at an affordable price. Ate here daily on my Tradewidns stay, wouldn’t change it for another place. THANK YOU!

Bar
Located in a Victorian-style building by the waterfront, Hurricane Seafood Restaurant has been a beloved dining spot since its humble beginnings as a small family beach bar in 1977. Over the years, it has expanded into a three-story establishment with rooftop and beach bars, offering stunning 360-degree views of the Gulf. The restaurant serves up an array of seafood fare and steak entrees, with their grouper sandwiches being particularly popular.
What isn't to love about this place? It's the classic Florida tropical beach bar vibe you have been looking for as a tourist or local alike. We LOVE the rooftop bar area as the views for sunset on Pass-a-grille beach are unmatched. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, and they even have a few items for your dog you can order! So cute! The service is top notch and they offer many locally crafted beers or that well crafted tropical cocktail to pair with the state of relaxation you want to be in. You can have your special event here as well since they have multiple floors to rent out. They thankfully survived the past hurricane season and are open! This is definitely one of our go to places when we are in this area!

We were going to another restaurant but it was carry out only and we didn’t want to sit outside so we came to this place and we were glad that we did so. The food was delicious at this place! I had bowl of clam chowder and grouper nuggets which were both delicious. Then our son had crab cake plate which was really delicious (and very rich!). My wife had a bowl of lobster bisque which she really loved and we all shared lobster Mac and cheese which had good amount of lobster meat and since we couldn’t finish it, we took it back and ate it next day and it was still delicious reheated. Only thing is our server was hard to find and we had to ask another server a couple times to get refill on our drinks and a check. We’ll definitely come back to this place, though.

We needed an afternoon with seafood and beach nearby. This was definitely worth the drive from Tampa. Cute colorful beach restaurant with many drink options and good food. Located across the street from Pass-a-grille Beach. Grouper bites were delicious. Both my husband and I ordered the lobster roll. It was delicious. Bread was a little thinner than we normal, but it was OK. It just got soggy from butter. We will definitely come back.

🍄🧀 I wasn’t expecting to be wowed, but the mushroom and Swiss burger here absolutely delivered. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—it hit every note a burger lover could hope for. The side of asparagus was a fresh, satisfying touch, and I also sampled the chicken Alfredo, which added a creamy, comforting contrast to the meal. Honestly, that burger stole the show. I’m picky when it comes to burgers, but this one? It hit the spot.

Right on the beach. Tried to sit upstairs but it was closed because the forecast said rain. Grouper sandwiches were tasty. Small portion was enough for the meal. Grilled veggies and asparagus were cooked well. Food was good but a bit expensive. Drinks were well made and tasty. Expresso martini, rum runner, and bucket were all strong and served quickly. Service was very personable and helpful. She made the experience.

Unbelievable ocean and sunset views. The staff is always on point and knowledgeable of the menu and drink options. The lobster ravioli, the 12oz ribeye and seafood pasta dishes are our go to. Make sure you save room for desert

Great Restaurant. We ended up here by accident. What good fortune we had. My wife is vegetarian and they have the Beyond Burger with coleslaw...Yea I had the Grouper Ruben. You have choices as to how it is cooked, I had mine grilled with onion rings. The onion rings are not greasy. another Yea The only possible bad item is they fry everything in the same Frier. Possible allergy issue if allergic to fish. Indoor & outdoor seating There is a full bar. Staff is very friendly and accomadating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant The picture is half of my serving.

This is the best place to watch the sunset in Pas-A-Grill. Drinks are not the best but the price reflects that. The day we want the elevator was broken and they had no food on the rooftop. Everyone there had a chance to see the sunset and each group had their own space. Parking is limited because beachgoers take over despite the tow warnings.

With its European decor and top-notch service, BellaBrava has become a favorite among both locals and visitors.
Stopped in for a friends birthday dinner. We had a reservation so we were seated right away and the waitress kindly stored the birthday cake we brought in the kitchen for us. The food was SO yummy, everyone loved it. I got the short rib ragú and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

My hubby and I stopped in tonight for a quick dinner and am so glad we did. I got a cappuccino and ravioli, added chicken to it and wow, so yummy! My hubby got the beef carpaccio and loved it. We ended it with a tiramisu and it was huge! Very good but probably big enough for like 4 people 😆. We decided no bread to not get too heavy on the carbs but it sure did smell good! We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and just watched life happen. The service was great, they all worked well together and checked in at different times. We made the right choice tonight!

We had a great lunch at BellaBrava after having visited the St. Pete Pier. We stopped by because my wife wanted pasta while I was wanting a sandwich. She was able to order a gluten-free pasta with alla vodka sauce and grilled chicken, which they were happy to accommodate for us. She shared that the pasta was delicious! I ordered a chicken pesto melt, and it was a generous slab of chicken. It was also crispy and prepared well. The fries were also notably delicious. Even the kid’s spaghetti that we ordered for our son was wonderful. Service was excellent and our server was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. Overall, we had a great lunch experience, and will definitely look to come back again!

This place is horrible, if you want good pizza go to Fabrica , twice I’ve had a terrible experience here ! My Wife and I would frequent the restaurant often . When dining in everything goes well but as far as carryout , it’s as if it’s two different establishments . The first time the pizza was cut in a way that is just so unacceptable, I can’t even fathom how they could justify serving this to a customer, the second time , there was issues with being overcharged for hot honey in the side ( that already comes on the pizza) and bread that comes with every meal . On top of that the pizza was not cooked well and there was no sauce. I spoke with Amanda both times and this happened with in a span of a couple of months from the first transaction. They obviously don’t value their Carryout customers , so I asked for a refund in which it was given . But they don’t even offer to make it right ! They care and take no accountability for people’s wasted time and inconvenience!

Here’s a foodie review based on your experience: --- Review: Phenomenal Dinner – 11:00 PM Perfection I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a late-night dinner for 11 people and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment the dishes hit the table, it was clear that every item was carefully crafted, timely served, and, most importantly, delicious. The pizza was a standout, beautifully decorated with a golden-brown, crispy crust that was perfectly balanced—crispy but not overly crunchy, with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. It’s rare to get a pizza this fresh at this hour, and it truly impressed me. Every other dish that followed was just as thoughtfully prepared. Each plate was a visual delight, not just a meal but a work of art. The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced, proving that great attention to detail was paid to every step of the cooking process. The timing was impeccable—nothing was rushed, and everything arrived at its peak. What really struck me was the consistency of quality. Despite the hour, everything was served at just the right temperature, each dish tasting as if it had been prepared with care and pride. I left the meal with a full belly and a smile on my face. If you’re looking for a late-night spot where the food is not just good, but exceptional, this is definitely the place to go. No complaints—just pure satisfaction.

This was such a fun spot! Spending time in the area during this visit, we kept on hitting tourist trap restaurants one after the other. After a long day of travel and fun, this was a fantastic way to end our night! A vast selection of cocktails, wines, and beers, and we loved our hot honey pepperoni pizza. Above all, the staff was what really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and met every request with a smile and quick response. Sitting outside we expected to be thought of as an afterthought to the restaurant, but that wasn’t the case by far. It was such a beautiful night, and the busker performing outside topped it all off. Not sure when we’ll be back in the area, but when we do we will definitely be back!!

Was craving pasta and walked from the pride parade here and it did not disappoint. Everything is pretty much homemade, the truffle pasta was AMAZING and so was the Tiramisu. It’s hard to pick what pasta you want because they’re all good choices, next time I’m gonna try their pizza because other reviews say it’s really good. Shoutout to Jennifer our server, who was super sweet and took good care of us.

Red Mesa Cantina offers a modern take on Mexican cuisine and serves hand-crafted cocktails in a lively atmosphere with an outdoor patio. It's a great spot for dining alone, with friends, or with family. Chef Chris Fernandez provides insight into the evolving fine dining scene in St. Petersburg, where local chefs are creating diverse dishes from pasta to grilled octopus. The restaurant is conveniently located just outside downtown and offers both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious- every dish we tried was full of flavor. We also sampled three different types of margaritas, and each one was fantastic in its own way. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a night out. On top of all that, the service was excellent-friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. After walking for a while I told myself I would stop at the first restaurant I saw. So glad it was the first one I saw. The food was delicious and fresh! The drinks were really good too. The bartender Sarah made an amazing drink (Mango Tango). Atmosphere was really cute and inviting. Can’t wait to go back again, probably tomorrow.

We visited Red Mesa for a birthday dinner celebration and chose to sit outside to take advantage of the beautiful weather and inviting patio atmosphere. The setting was lovely and set the stage for what we hoped would be a great evening. Unfortunately, the service left quite a bit to be desired. While our waitress was friendly, she was noticeably inattentive throughout the meal. With a larger group, we expected things to be a bit more challenging, but the level of attention we received fell short of what we would consider acceptable. As for the food, all of our dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, but sadly, they arrived at the table lukewarm at best. This took away from the overall experience, especially since we were all looking forward to our meals by the time they finally arrived. On a more positive note, the chips and salsa, along with the guacamole, were fresh and delicious – definitely a highlight. I also really enjoyed the guava margarita, which was both refreshing and tasty. Overall, Red Mesa has potential, and I’d be open to returning – perhaps with a smaller party next time – in hopes of a better service experience.

Great food...steak tacos definitely could have had more meat. Shrimp portion was good. Quesadilla good, sauce with them was great. The bathroom for Men is upstairs (?) Hard to think of an elderly person needing access to this...maybe make one woman's bathroom for men...(?) Anyhow not to distract from the fact, the meal was good! If you are in town, I'd recommend it.

Everything is better with family. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening, while in the afternoon it’s ideal for sharing with family or even enjoying on your own. The shrimp and mahi tacos were particularly delicious! The marinated chicken was piled atop the barbacoa. hardly any fillers. A college campus is nearby. Food was good. Service was slow. We were a large group (20) however only 2 tables outside and another 2 inside, the rest was empty and it took the server a long time to come and take food orders. The restaurant, patio, and rooftop are beautiful. I you are averse to onions and peppers, know that in some of the dishes they have pre-prepped meat with veggies and you are unable to remove.

Fresco's Waterfront Bistro is a laid-back dockside spot offering global cuisine and drinks in a casual setting with a deck providing beautiful bay views. It's a must-visit local restaurant on the waterfront, known for its friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Situated at the tip of a picturesque pier, this bistro provides cutting-edge dining right by the water, allowing guests to savor dishes like grouper nuggets while enjoying creative cocktails and scenic views.
This was my third visit, and each time, it just gets better. Located along the St. Pete marina, Fresco’s Waterfront Bistro offers a relaxed yet elevated dining experience, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. During this visit, I started with the crispy calamari, which was expertly prepared: lightly breaded, tender, and paired with two flavorful dipping sauces, I believe one was sweet and sour, and the other a classic marinara. The boneless wings were equally impressive: well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and ideal for sharing. My mother ordered the poke tuna, which was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared. We had just returned from Japan two weeks ago, so we could truly appreciate the quality of the seafood. The freshness was unmistakable. The highlight of the meal, however, was the lobster roll. Served on a toasted roll and generously filled with fresh, buttery lobster, it was both indulgent and satisfying. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance overlooking the waterfront truly enhanced the experience. Despite the intense summer heat during our visit, our server thoughtfully placed a fan next to my elderly mother to ensure her comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, enjoying a sunset dinner, or meeting friends for a casual bite, Fresco’s delivers the perfect blend of quality, service, and comfort.

They serve up fantastic shrimp tacos (highly recommend!) and my husband really enjoyed his burger. Drinks are strong and well-made, and the service was attentive. The lively atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax by the water. When it suddenly downpoured, the staff quickly moved everyone under the eaves and dropped the curtains to keep us dry—doing their best to make sure guests were comfortable despite the weather. A fun and welcoming waterfront experience.

Fresco’s Waterfront Bistro is truly a gem on the water! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, with stunning views that make every meal feel special. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. The food is absolutely delicious—the seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared, and the menu has something for everyone, from creative appetizers to hearty entrées. The cocktails are refreshing and well crafted, and they pair perfectly with the waterfront setting. What I love most is how seamless the whole experience feels—great service, fantastic food, and an unbeatable view. Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Fresco’s always delivers a memorable dining experience. It’s the perfect spot for locals and visitors alike, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Just had lunch out with the girls at Fresco's. I can't wait to go back with the husbands. The service was excellent (thank you Gabriella), the food was excellent, as was the waterfront view. We shared the warm crab dip appetizer, delicious! I had a cup of lobster bisque, really good, and the cold lobster roll. Wow! Two years ago, we wanted to dine here during our trip to St. Petersburg, but the wait was too long, so we decided to skip it. This time, we visited twice. The food was delicious, and the outdoor seating was wonderful, especially when the temperature was pleasant. The veggie bowl was exquisite; the balsamic glaze drizzled on top of the grilled vegetables really enhanced the flavor. The feta cheese added a nice touch, giving it a Mediterranean taste. My husband ordered the grouper sandwich and loved it! Don't forget to try the Yucatan spring rolls—they're delicious! The mango salad pairs perfectly with the spring rolls. My mocktail, the berry mint spritz, was refreshing!

Maritana is an upscale restaurant located at the historic Don CeSar, also known as the 'Pink Palace,' in St. Pete Beach. The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience with a sophisticated ambiance following renovations in 2022. It is renowned for its New American seafood dishes and features big saltwater aquariums, adding to the elegant atmosphere. The menu boasts a variety of delicious options, including Stone Crab and Kafir Lime Corvina, sourced from local farms and fishermen.
We stayed at The Don Cesar and had dinner here on a Saturday night around 8pm. We were so impressed that we returned for dinner a few nights later. Both times we had an exceptional dining experience. Also both times we had a crescent shaped booth along the wall, which is worth requesting. This is superb fine dining. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere and is perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Our sever Sarai was a true professional (we specifically requested her for our second dinner). Super attentive (water glasses refilled without asking) and very accommodating to make sure there were no food allergy issues. All the food we ordered was fresh, nicely presented, expertly prepared and delicious. Salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert were perfectly spaced, and we were never rushed. Just a wonderful dining experience. This is an expensive fine dining restaurant, but definitely worth it for the elegant ambience, amazing food and terrific service. We will definitely return the next time we are on vacation. We are locals and we love spending time at the Don Cesar . However this new concept at the Mariana restaurant I don’t think is appreciated for this type of restaurant and location . The food was very small portion and it the greatest taste . Pretty colorful partes with bitter taste . The price was outrages the service was slow and not the best for this concept . We paid as if they are Michelin rated restaurants with a bad service . Very disappointing One payer with caviar $25 and no Oysyer served . The waiter had to bring one more . Nothing had flavor . All the purrs were decorative bad taste Chef needs to play with bitter flavors and sweet to make it better to the palate Bread was $8 and we had two small baguettes Only had 2 courses out of there 4 and our bill was close to $500. No worth it

He also help us whenever he pass by. My favorite is the citrus and Tarragon desert. It is like deconstructed key lime pie with yuzu flavor instead. It is delightful! Maybe some ppl might find the food is a little pricey. But giving the fact it is in such a beautiful resort, the price is matching disney signature restaurant is acceptable. If u don’t stay in the resort, u can go a little early and tour around the hotel. It is very pretty with the ocean front

We decided to try Maritana during our staying at the Don and were very disappointed. They have created a "culinary experience" designed to try multiple courses but the portions are small and the menu is limited. Our waiter was a bit stand offish when he realized we wouldn't be ordering several drinks and multiple courses. Some of the reviews for this restaurant seem to be prior to their reopening so I believe the concept has recently changed.

We’re locals and decided to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday with a weekend at The Don, kicking things off with dinner at Maritana. While the restaurant does have a lovely ambiance, that’s about the only highlight of our experience. From the start, our waiter spoke to us in a noticeably condescending tone, which immediately set the wrong tone for the evening. The portions were surprisingly small—beautifully plated, yes—but the flavor and overall quality didn’t come close to matching the price. We had hoped for a special, memorable evening for our friend, and while it was memorable, unfortunately it wasn’t for the right reasons. On a brighter note, the hotel’s lobby bar makes fantastic drinks and has an exceptionally friendly staff, and Uncle Henry’s by the pool is also wonderful. But as for Maritana—save your time and money. St. Pete has so many incredible restaurants with great views, delicious food, and genuinely kind service. Maritana just doesn’t measure up.

This is one of my favorite destinations in all of Pinellas County. A few other places offer the grandeur and the elegance that you will find here. A complete evening can be found with drinks and beautiful sunset then finished with dinner with the tastiest menu around. The restaurant was re-done about a year ago and they rotate the menu often always bringing new surprises to the plate. Be sure to drive to the top of the ramp and valet your car as they treat you like royalty. Then enter the Majestic Hotel through the double doors down a short flight of stairs and you’ll find the restaurant to your left. I almost want to keep this one to myself because the more people that find out the harder it will be the book just a small and quaint fine dining with the most awesome of atmosphere.

The previous reviews I believe are from a previous restaurant. This newer concept just opened recently. There is a menu with Act 1 through 4. The server suggests that you order 1 item from each “act”. This is more like a Tapas tasting menu. So the crab bite, was a crab salad with raspberry topping that we did not like at all. Had a bitter very strong fishy taste - not a crab taste. In act 2, had a scallop (1), served with a tablespoon of sweet potato and hazelnut for $32. It was tasty, but underdone for my palate. Act 3 was a Redfish. This was ok. Act 4 was a steak that was actually pretty good. You received two slices of a steak with a cauliflower mashed potato mixed with bacon and apples. Cost $55. This was the tastiest item. We wished that we had skipped act 3 and just ordered the steak. The server was excellent and the bread service was excellent! Total cost for two people without drinks was $250. This is located within the Don CeSar Hotel, but facing the parking lot side, not the beach.

Amazing brunch! Unlimited mimosas for $20 is unbeatable. The service was impeccable, Allison was super friendly. The food came quick and was everything we could ask for. Busy, high energy atmosphere.

I had a great experience there during the week dinner time. Got in easily and quickly- lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Staff were super friendly. The food is delicious and well priced.

The Stillwaters Tavern is a "must experience" restaurant if you are anywhere near St Petersburg Pier. Staff was professional, courteous and responsive. The menu offers various option with large portions, so plan accordingly. One thing about the Stillwaters Tavern is the outdoor dinner option. If you get a chance, I'd recommend dining outside for brunch.

Sat outside and experience the vibrancy of downtown Saint Pete on a Saturday night. Our server was lovey and did a great job making recommendations for drinks and food. I had the salmon and my husband had the fish and chips. He said the fish was too bready, but overall not bad.

Probably our favorite restaurant in St. Petersburg. Ate here several times and it never disappoints. Menu has so many great flavor profiles and the Brunch Specials are well worth the weekend visit. Service is fast and Kaysha was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant with any visit to downtown.

We stopped in on a very hot day. I enjoyed a drink called #8. It was absolutely delicious. I could have had many...it was frothy and tasty. My husband enjoy a beer.. many great beers on tap to choose from. I also had the Birria Grilled Cheese! It was served with au jus but little like a brown gravy to dip in and it was quite perfect. The house salad came with nuts and cheese and was fantastic. My husband absolutely loved his medium Tavern burger. We look forward to making the drive back to try many things on thier menu!

The food was great. The French dip sandwich was the best I've ever had. My wife loved the meatloaf. The fried cheese curds were a good appetizer. We finished it off with the apple desert topped with some amazing Yoders vanilla ice cream. Kaley, our server, did a great job and attended to our every need. We will be back soon.

I come to Stillwater Tavern actually pretty frequently and I always really love my service but I’ve never had service like I did tonight. I usually am bringing people here, but tonight I was alone and decided to come by myself and I sat at the bar and was served by Amelia the bartender and I was so amazed by her service. She had a full bar, but made me feel like I was the only one sitting at the bar. She was so attentive and listened to me when I just wanted to ramble on about something and I feel like that’s what more restaurants need! I will obviously be back, but I would hope to see more of her and individuals like her!

Wine bar
Bar
Mediterranean restaurant
Allelo is a trendy spot known for its diverse wine selection and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant's wine program, led by the general manager and wine director Michelle Richards, offers around 1,200 bottles and 25 selections by the glass with inspiration from Mediterranean and Aegean regions. The menu features dishes influenced by these areas, encouraging sharing among diners. Located on Beach Drive, Allelo has garnered positive reviews since its debut and offers a family-style brunch showcasing Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Now this place is amazing. I went for brunch and ordered a number of items. The Olive Oil Pancakes were extremely light and fluffy as well as not overly sweet. Contrary to its name, the olive oil was not overpowering and the jam added a nice touch. Neuske Thick Cut Bacon straight from the farm. I am not a huge pork eater because of the taste, but the bacon here tasted fresh. Turkish Eggs, dip like dish with the ever so soft pita bread = 😋. Ricotta Soft Scramble with fresh ricotta, chives, and pita were fluffy, light, creamy, and flavorful. My mocktail was also great. It was more of a craft style mocktail rather than juice and a splash of soda water. This is my new go-to spot when I take the drive to visit St. Pete.

Tonight was my first visit to Allelo on Beach Drive in St. Pete. We didn’t have a reservation but were lucky to get seats at the bar around 7 p.m. They mentioned they were fully booked, though we did notice a few tables open both when we arrived and when we left. Still, we ended up having a great time at the bar! The female bartender was pretty friendly and attentive, and the bar back (a male) was busy helping with table and silverware setup ~ both were good. We ordered the Baby Gem Salad, Mussels in a delicious tomato sauce, and the Cocktail Shrimp, which were all fantastic. The cocktails were unique and interestingly crafted. The espresso martini had an interesting twist ~ a subtle touch of amaro that gave it depth. The lemon drop martini was made with their house lemonade, which gave it a refreshing and slightly unexpected flavor. My friend ordered the Aperol Spritz and really enjoyed it too. It was a bit loud inside, so next time I’ll definitely ask to sit outside, especially in this beautiful weather. The restaurant has a charming patio right on Beach Drive, a cozy bar area, and another smaller dining room to the right as you walk in. The space is beautifully decorated, with a hand-painted mural of birds by a local artist. They even provided a list so guests can learn about each bird featured on the wall ~ a thoughtful touch! I’m surprised it took me this long to visit, especially since I consider myself quite the foodie. Allelo has been open for 5 years, and after tonight, I can definitely say I’ll be back soon!

The food is superb. Had the shrimp or Gambas, and the Wagu NY steak. The Sangria was delicious, and the Baklava cheesecake to die for. Everyone were pretty knowledgeable of the menu. Great service and food. Can't go wrong here. A++

We went there on Sunday morning for brunch and sat outside and it was lovely. The whole zone is very nice, the restaurant has a chicche vibe, view of the water and a yummy brunch menu. It’s a Mediterranean-European fusion. We had the Shakshouka and Turkish Deviled Eggs and some orange juice and paid about $65 with tip.

I always love coming to Allelo, and most recently stopped by for brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. This restaurant is beautiful inside and out, from the bathroom wallpaper to the gorgeous views. My friends and I ordered: Neuske Thick Cut Bacon, Ricotta Soft Scramble, Papas Bravas, Turkish Eggs, and Olive Oil Pancakes, with That's Me Espresso (Espresso martinis) to drink. We could have ordered the family-style brunch, but decided we wanted more variety. The seasonal pastries our server helped order were the stars of the brunch. It surprised us all, especially with how it was not too sweet.. just the perfect amount! Will be back for the olive oil pancakes and deviled eggs, for sure!

Came to St. Pete for a day and chose to end it on a high note, at Allelo. Beautiful to look at and with a solid menu, I enjoyed the pate starter and the pasta. The pasta dish, recommended by my server, was a definite stand out. Great sauce, tender chunks of lobster and of course the caviar. Service was super attentive.

We enjoyed our dishes and would highly recommend the meatballs (some of the best we’ve had) and the octopus. The mussels and focaccia were good as well. Good selection for white wine which we really appreciate. Our server was exceptionally attentive: he brought over a soda-water mixture when one of us got sauce on a shirt, and he immediately removed the wine from the table, and from the bill, when we mentioned that we didn’t particularly like it. No questions asked. Amazing. Just want to add that the other wine that we picked was excellent. The branzino was superbly done, and at full size, even our table of four couldn’t finish it. I also cannot say enough good things about their Cacio e Pepe. I hope they keep it on their upcoming menu because we’re already planning to go back, and I can’t wait to have the best Cacio e Pepe I’ve tasted. Furthermore, they will do everything they would to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our servers made sure the dishes were gluten free to the extent possible. Very impressed by their effort and attentiveness.

Steak house
Brunch restaurant
Event venue
Housed in a 1920s manor, Rococo Steak is a steakhouse with a baroque-chic ambiance that offers grass-fed beef, seafood, small plates, and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is located in a former YWCA building and features local art on its walls. While the focus is on high-quality steaks, the menu also includes popular items like lobster bisque and locally inspired craft cocktails.
We recently had a small wedding at Rococo and I cannot say enough about what an incredible experience it was! I wanted to find a venue that was large enough to host the ceremony and a nice reception/dinner, and I did not want it to feel like a conference room at a hotel. After some Googling, I thought Rococo might fit the bill and I am so glad it worked out! They handled (almost) everything from the flowers, place cards, table decor, and even the wedding cake--which was delicious! The room was gorgeous and had the exact feel I was hoping for. The meal was outstanding and we got such great feedback from our friends and family about how delicious everything was, and how fantastic the service was too. They even have an elevator to the private rooms on the second floor which was perfect for a few members of our party who needed it. Audrey made everything as low stress as is possible for a wedding, and I am incredibly grateful. If you are looking for a place to have a rehearsal, wedding, reception, private party--whatever--Rococo is the BEST!!

We’ve been coming here for 3 years now and it’s hands down our favorite go-to spot in St. Pete. We love sitting at the bar—it’s honestly where the magic happens. The bartenders are incredible, they feel like family at this point. We always joke we wish we still lived across the street so we could come even more often! Just a heads-up: this review is strictly for the bar and their happy hour/service—because that’s where it’s at. The bar team is unmatched—truly the best bartenders in St. Pete. And their happy hour? 4:00–6:30PM every day and consistently amazing. We’re talking high-quality, discounted steakhouse-level dishes (not your average HH bites). If you’re looking for a spot with welcoming vibes, incredible service, and great food and drinks to match—this is it. Loyal for life!

The restaurant has a beautiful setting and a pleasant atmosphere. We went to celebrate our anniversary, but overall, the experience was just okay, nothing particularly memorable. Our server was very welcoming and attentive. We started with the Rabbit Agnolotti and the Miso Bone Marrow, both of which were absolutely delicious. For our main courses, we had the Duck, the Ribeye, and a side of corn. While the Duck was well prepared and nicely presented, the Ribeye and corn fell short of expectations.

Rococo Steak has been recommended to me for years and I finally made it there. Had a great dinner here last night for a private event. Service was attentive, friendly, but still not intrusive. Ambience was impeccable, with music at a very low level for ease of conversation. Furniture was aesthetically beautiful and also very comfortable. I ordered the 7 oz. filet mignon with broccolini and whipped potatoes. Phenomenally-seasoned steak, great cut, could be cut with a butter knife -- but was unfortunately quite blue inside (ordered medium rare). The potatoes and broccolini were absolutely divine however -- and so was my local greens salad with some of the best cheese I've had on an app in Tampa Bay. Would I come back? Absolutely, but I would send my steak back if it came back that blue (too raw) again, as I suffered mild food poisoning and couldn't sleep last night because of it.

I enjoyed this place, especially for happy hour — 8.5/10 easily. You can feel their intention in trying to elevate the experience from the moment they open the door upon your arrival. TLDR; good food, great drinks & service can be hit or miss. I’ve had a few proseccos and chardonnays here that I enjoyed. The cocktails were always artful and spectacular, clearly made with a delicate hand. I recommend the Soleil with my whole heart as a Cognac lover. Sweet, smooth taste with a foamy finish, I could keep going back for more. It had a bunch of ingredients I’ve never had, or never heard of, and blew my mind. A peachy color with a very French 125-esque. For food, I’ve tried the sliders (good but nothing to write home about) and the meatballs. The meatballs were moist and earthy, very flavorful — but the real coup was the sweet, punchy sauce cradling them. the bread was herbaceous. angle cut and thick. Our waitress hovered for a bit, but then service became super European when we were done ordering (I had to flag down for water and the check…). Other than that, I loved the experience here. It’s a beautiful space that really elevates an already marvelous menu. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to so many steakhouses, even with a big group but I’ve never gotten service as bad here. The waiter was not attentive at ALL. We were sitting for 3 hours, waiting 2.5 hours for our food. Once the food came out, it was mediocre. Burnt, and wrong. I asked for my steak to be medium well, it’s clearly not medium well(the pictures below). Also a pregnant friend asked for a medium well steak ) it came medium and when we sent it back, she did not get a new steak. She got the steak she already had bit into, which is concerning. Are the chefs putting all kinds of germs on the stove anytime a customer doesn’t like the finish of their meat? I do not recommend this restaurant, please just go to another steakhouse.

Had a wonderful family dinner on Sunday evening. Our waiter Andy was phenomenal walking us through the menu and helping us with our selections. Both Octopus and shrimp appetizers were delicious. Half table had prime filet mignon steaks from Allen Brothers North Dakota farm and the others half Wagyu burgers. Everyone agreed the food was delicious. Dessert consisted of donuts flourless cake bread pudding and apple tart. Decaf coffee in beautiful cups although they were slightly difficult to hold (they would slip out of your hand). Overall highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning

With its limited-capacity soft-opening mode, this St. Petersburg hotspot offers an intimate dining experience in a space adorned with dim lighting and an inviting ambiance. Fortu is such a vibe! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone for an incredible experience. Stylish, vibrant, and full of good energy. The food was absolutely flavor packed. We had the shrimp and lobster dumplings, filet, and fried rice, and every single dish was impeccable. The flavors were bold, balanced, and beautifully presented. Levi provided great service and made the experience even better. Perfect spot for a night out, highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fortu, where I indulged in their testing menu that featured a delightful array of dishes: steak tartare, shrimp and lobster dumplings, Iberico pork chop, and gelato. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making for a memorable dining experience. Starting with the steak tartare , it was impeccably seasoned and showcased the freshness of the meat. Next up were the shrimp and lobster dumplings, which were nothing short of exquisite. The delicate dough enveloped a rich filling that burst with the flavors of the sea, making each bite a true delight. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Iberico pork chop.Cooked to perfection, it was juicy and flavorful, complemented by the right sides that enhanced its taste. To round off the meal, we enjoyed some gelato that was a creamy and refreshing conclusion to the dinner, with vibrant flavors that left me wanting more. The service at Fortu was outstanding. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which elevated the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a special evening. Without a doubt, I would give Fortu a full **5 stars**! Every aspect of the meal, from the food to the service, was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional culinary experiences.

Very busy place which speaks for itself. Valet was awesome to have as an option and the Valet staff was extremely friendly. Host was very nice, please note you will not be seated until your entire party has arrived (which we expected), Bartenders were on their game on a very busy Saturday night, we had a larger party of 8 so we don't mind waiting for a table when we can get a cocktail to hold us over. Cocktails were made to perfection with some very unique rifts on classics and of course their own creations. Servers and Staff here are amazing, even when you get up to use the restrooms your napkin is picked up and folded. Everything was absolutely amazing I have not one thing to complain about, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Can't wait to make another reservation.

I dined here with my girlfriend on July 18th to celebrate her birthday and it was fantastic!! It’s not a reach to say this is the best dinner I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of nice dinners across Florida. Each dish was made so well, and it felt like each dish had its own unique flavor. I can’t wait to go back and this will definitely be the go to place to celebrate her birthdays!!

Service and atmosphere were excellent. We had the Wagyu and Tuna tacos for and appetizer. Both were very good. The Pork Belly in my opinion was a bit sweet, definitely over powered the cornbread underneath. The seared scallops were only seared on one side. Not sure if this was done for a particular reason, but I would have preferred a sear on both sides. The Black Cod was delicious.

Nestled atop the Birchwood Hotel, the Birchwood Canopy is a chic rooftop lounge that perfectly captures the essence of St. Petersburg's vibrant transformation. This stylish venue, located on the fifth floor of a charming boutique hotel originally built in 1924, offers guests an inviting atmosphere with plush cabanas and stunning views of Tampa Bay and Beach Drive. Whether you're indulging in expertly crafted cocktails or savoring light bites from their diverse menu, every visit promises a delightful experience.
My boyfriend and I recently visited the Canopy for the first time and it was phenomenal! We decided to sit at the bar which was nicely shaded. The bar fans allowed the perfect amount of breeze to keep us cool, but they weren’t aggressively powerful either! Our bartender/server, Christian, was very attentive and always made sure our drinks, including my water, stayed full at all times. Huge plus!! He was very knowledgeable with menu items, too, when we had questions on what we should order. As I’m 6 months pregnant, I asked about mocktails and he provided a mocktail menu containing 4 different drinks that all sounded delicious! I went with the strawberry social which was SO refreshing! My boyfriend ordered an espresso martini which was beautifully crafted, and he said tasted perfect. As for food, we ordered the fried pickles (lightly fried, crispy, and delicious), chipotle chicken tacos (the flavor in the chicken was insanely good, and I usually don’t like spice but I couldn’t resist these), and the barbacoa wontons (my boyfriend crushed these in seconds lol they were so full and flavorful. I wish I had taken a picture of the inside). Safe to say, we will definitely be back to try more mocktails, drinks, and menu items! Hopefully Christian will be working again, too, as he really made our experience one to remember.

Seafood restaurant
Sea Salt is a renowned restaurant located in the historic downtown St. Pete area at the Sundial Shopping Center. It is one of three upscale restaurants on the second floor and offers an impressive dining experience. The restaurant features a 22-foot tall glass-enclosed wine cellar with 4,000 bottles of wine and an 80-foot long raw bar showcasing various seafood options. Additionally, Sea Salt boasts a salt station offering 130 different flavors of salt from around the world.
We had a dinner reservation for 8pm on a Monday night. The restaurant was very empty, so noise definitely was not an issue. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the building, and was reached by two long sets of steps. Not a big deal so long as you have no trouble walking. We did not see any elevator. We ate outside (which was warmer than eating inside) because the seating area is wide and expansive, and has nice views of the city. Very nice ambience and a perfect place for a romantic dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. This is definitely upscale fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Our server Jeff was very friendly and attentive, and right at the outset told us to take our time because there was no rush. He provided helpful suggestions and also ensured the dishes we ordered didn't pose a problem for any food allergies. There is an extensive wine list. The wines by the bottle are pricey, but reasonable by the glass. We got a nice rose and pinot noir. The menu is extensive with lots of nice selections. We started with the chopped Israeli salad and spinach salad, both of which were huge and delicious and nicely presented. For our main course we had the grilled swordfish and crab encrusted grouper. The swordfish was slightly overcooked and the side of orzo was a bit mushy, but overall the dish was nice. The grouper was cooked to perfection. For dessert we had espresso and mint tea (which was served in a nice looking pot) and a very delicious raspberry sorbet. Plus an added treat was complimentary cotton candy. The restaurant is expensive, but we got good value for the food, service and ambience. We had a very nice evening and will definitely return the next time we vacation in the area. .

Sea Salt is big and pretty- certainly has an upscale feel to it with the display of wine and the location. The oysters were wonderful and the cocktails were delicious. The staff is very young for a place that charges so much for their food. I would deem the Sea Salt restaurant more for tourists and younger adults than a good quality that backs up the prices they are charging. Overall we had a good experience.

Our 1st time here. Tyler our waiter initially didn't make a 1st impression; felt like he was all over the place. After watching him for bit he did have a large party plus a other tables so he did a good job making sure we were good. The positive about this spot was it was a very nice restaurant we loved how spacious it was, with room to move. With that being said my bf ordered the roasted chicken came with asparagus, he asked to substitute it for mashed potatoes. The waiter gave us push back. Said the chef doesn't really like to substitute. I get the passion, but sir! we are adults and we're the ones paying for this food. How do you know people isn't allergic or some other reasons for not wanting something? It was even more annoying even after he came with our check he felt like he had to mention it one last time. Finally, the whole fish was pricey. (simple). Overall it was still worth going and I don't mind coming back.

Stylish, indoor and outdoor eatery. Solid food. Somewhat expensive. We were 4 people and paid $325. We had 3 raw others each, a salad, 4 entrees ( we all chose pasta - as they were below $35 a plate). We each had a drink and 2 dessert. Service was very good. They have a great glass enclosed wine cellar, but found the BY THE GLASS selection rather limited. I liked the design and it is a good place for business dinners or dates. There was one entree at $28, pasta is between $32-37 and the rest of the entrees are above.

My husband and I recently had lunch at Sea Salt. We started with an artichoke appetizer that was big enough to share. It was lightly breaded, tender and delicious. The bread was served with a variety of salts and aioli. For entrees, I had a salad tuna Nicoise . Everything was fresh and tasty. My husband enjoyed his red fish which was served on a bed of corn and brown rice. We finished our meal with chocolate mousse . The atmosphere, service and our entire meal were excellent.I highly recommend the place and look forward to going back.

The dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the tantalizing Oysters appetizer to the exquisite Day Boat Scallops main course, every dish was a delight. And let's not forget the indulgent bread pudding for dessert—it was the perfect finale. This was my second visit, and it surpassed even my high expectations from the first. I am already looking forward to returning for more culinary delights.

We came on Monday for happy hour. Best food we’ve had in St. Petersburg so far!! Amazing service too. Stephen was knowledgeable about the oyster choices, and Blayne took great care of us, and mixed delicious drinks. We will be back

It’s a 3.5 for me , honestly I wasn’t fond of their calamari the breading was far too heavy, the baked oysters were alright, there was something off about the toppings I think it may have been the cheese, and their grilled octopus was over cooked, texture was a bit rough& dry! The only good dish we had was their sea food pasta which was delicious, the desserts were also very tasty The kids pasta with the shredded beef was a huge NO 👎🏻 over all the experience was ok, the environment was spacious very nice tables and views, our waitress was pleasant !

Cuban restaurant
Latin American restaurant
Restaurant
Bodega on Central is a popular spot in St. Petersburg, offering a rustic-chic ambiance and serving Cuban sandwiches, Latin American platters, specialty juices, and smoothies. It's part of the modern dining scene in the city, catering to local residents rather than tourists. The family-owned restaurant with Brooklyn roots provides traditional street-style outdoor dining in downtown St. Pete.
Absolutely delicious food. I had to come back to try their Frita sandwich again. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good savory sandwich. The meat is perfectly cooked, moist, flavorful, and filling. The avocado is smooth and helps with the filling. The little fritas and spicy mayo come hand in hand, giving a good crunch & spice to the sandwich.

What a Gem! This incredible local restaurant has the best cuban sandwich in Tampa/St. Pete's! I absolutely love their food, my wife loves their vegetarian sandwich and plantains. My Cuban sandwich was on point every meat in there was so tender and flavorful perfect! The bread is out this world the bread was traditional Cuban style and amazing! The girl at The counter was awesome she was patient and explain how the menu worked. It made the experience easier and that much better. Seating is very limited. Make sure you Check in Yelp I got a free Cuban coffee amazing! 100% recommend!!

Food is fantastic. We got the Lechon Plate and the Lechon Sandwich to-go and ate at a nearby brewery. Many reviews include wonderful photos of the meals so I'm including a single "after" photo. My sandwich was loaded with so much meat that some of it actually fell out. The bread was toasted to a perfect, slight crispness. The sandwich was huge. Get extra spicy mayo (not really spicy) for the sandwich. Heaven!.

Yall... this place is a MUST HAVE on your trip to St Pete... I don't remember the exact name of what we ordered but I had mad beet juice hubby had carrot ginger something. My food was the grilled tempeh.. he had a pork plate and we shared a cuban... oh my my... not only was the food delicious, the juice was so fresh... and the staff.. they hired the right staff, they were all very friendly and outgoing... Maria general manager came over to say hi and make sure we enjoyed our food and Amy was super nice too.. but we appreciated Kira the most she was patient and kind with all the questions we had, as it was our first time there but not the last... PLEASE BRING ONE TO BRADENTON!!! my food was a little spicier than I like but it was still delicious..

I got the Pollo Asado and while it was very tasty, it was also more spice than I normally like, and it didn’t reference being spicy in the description. The others in my party got the traditional Cuban sandwich and they were tasty too. All in all though, I highly recommend this place for its great food and atmosphere.

Casual Cuban restaurant with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Everything on the menu looked delicious but I went with the chicken plate which was seasoned well, a good size, and tender. Both the coconut white rice topped with black beans were generous portions and the sweet maduros on the side, which were perfectly done, added the perfect amount of sweetness. I liked that they added a slice of lime on the side to squeeze on top of the chicken, which made it even better. Overall, Bodega on Central was a great spot to enjoy a casual taste of Cuban food for under around $20/ person. The seating outside was good- although the flies attracted to my food were pesky as I had to keep swatting them away. One thing I did not get was their hibiscus drink/ Jamaica aqua fresca which they said they mix with soda water.

Restaurant was so cute and service was great! My husband’s Cuban was delish! I got the sandwich with mango and avocado (i forget the name) that was also yummy. Extra points for Mexican Cokes!!!

Fast casual style restaurant with plenty of indoor seating. I love the sandwiches especially the pollo asado which has an amazing combination of flavors on delicious Cuban bread. The lechon plate and sandwiches are great too as is the customary Cuban sandwich.

Southern restaurant (US)
Noble Crust in St. Petersburg is a trendy and modern restaurant that offers a diverse menu featuring a fusion of Italian and Southern flavors. Since 2014, it has been impressing diners with its rustic pizzas, delectable Italian dishes, and beloved southern classics such as fried chicken and steak. The restaurant's filet mignon and Bistro Steak are particularly popular choices, complemented by fresh chimichurri and roasted garlic whipped potatoes.
Place is always packed for a reason… great modern setting, plenty of options and service is always professional and kind… The food ranges from good to great and today was a great food day… PRO advice- this is a southern restaurant, not a pizza restaurant as the name may have you believe. You can find far better pizza elsewhere however their chicken is top-notch. Knowing this I order the appetizer fried wings - which come fried to perfection and lightly sauced. Is there some of the only wings I don’t need any condiment for. We also got the southern Benedict and the strawberry cheesecake French toast —- both were fantastic. The Benedict was savory and well cooked The French toast is tied for my favorite brunch item right now- with -Eat art loves strawberry pancake- and that’s saying something. This thing was covered in strawberries with an amount of whipped cream and two dollars of cinnamon butter with a strawberry syrup and it’s enough to take you to heaven. Highly recommend making a reservation and google recommend visiting this amazing place time and time again…. NOT for pizza though!.. OR their waffles but for other stuff for sure!!!

My husband and I were on our way to sunken Gardens and saw this place while at a red light. We immediately looked it up and thought the food looked yummy. We decided to check it out after going to sunken Gardens, which is about seven minutes away. This is a brunch/lunch place. It was not too big, but had a bit more seating than I was expecting from the outside. Great atmosphere. We ordered the grit fritters, breakfast, pizza, and beef eggs Benedict, can’t remember the actual names of these items. All of them were good, but nothing that will bring us back- 40 min away from where we live- a second time. In our opinion, the food looks better than it actually taste but with that being said this is still somewhere I would recommend someone to try. They had a great selection of foods that were breakfast and lunch . They had some really good deals on drinks including $2 mimosas! We arrived at 11am on a Saturday and even though it looked packed we were sat right away. Overall glad we tried it.

Catherine, our wonderful waitress spotted our fresh off the plane faces instantly and was happy to provide us with recommendations, she was very attentive and helpful. We were blown away by the food. First, the biscuit beignets were amazing, like an airy donut with perfect filling. Then came these deliciously lemony ricotta pancakes, moist, fluffy, and flavorful paired with fresh and sweet blueberries. The Southern bennies had excellent fried green tomatoes that were slightly tart and paired well with the saltiness of the ham and sweetness of the poached eggs. Everything was amazing, it's been hard to top our first experience in the Tampa region, we're probably going to come back one more time before heading back.

I’ve been here for both brunch and dinner on numerous occasions. The food is always consistent and delicious. They often change up their menu but retain their staples, keeping the options interesting and diversified. Love the rustic farmhouse ambience. Had the Chicken Marsala with a Chardonnay to pair. Also had a love of lavender cocktail off the happy hour menu. Our lovely server convinced us to try the coconut cream pie for dessert. Well worth the extra 5 pounds! Food and service perfect and exceeding expectations.

service was excellent. Its a nice place, BUT: the food was just okay. the best thing we had was the cocktails and the tomato/burrata starter. the fried rice balls on tomato sauce are okay but nothing i would order again. and the pizza was not great. the crust was too hard, and also they put a lot of parmesan cheese on top. we still had a good time, but we left a little disappointed.

Absolutely love Noble Crust — both for brunch and dinner. The cocktails are some of the best in town, and I’ve never had a bad meal here. Huge brunch menu (with lunch-style options too) and a great dinner selection. Favorite brunch dishes are the Chicken Biscuit and the Southern Benny!!

I had a great experience at Noble Crust! First off, shoutout to our server Michael—he was awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. What really blew my mind was how fast everything came out. The restaurant was packed, and we still got our food in about 15 minutes. That kind of speed and efficiency is rare, especially without sacrificing quality. Here’s what I tried: • Espresso Martini – 8/10 Really solid! Smooth, strong, and not too sweet. • Fried Green Tomato App – 6/10 Loved the idea, but the pork belly was a little tough for my taste. • Margherita Pizza – 6/10 The dough was great—nice texture and chew—but the red sauce just didn’t hit the mark for me. • Steak & Frites – 6/10 The steak was okay, nothing memorable, but the truffle fries were phenomenal. The Caesar salad on the side was forgettable, but not bad. Even though some of the dishes didn’t totally wow me, the overall vibe, great service, and speed of the kitchen definitely make me want to come back and try more. There’s a lot of potential here and I’d love to explore more of the menu!

The restaurant prides itself on serving coastal cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients from Florida. It is open to both hotel guests and non-guests for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Visitors have praised the excellent service and meals enjoyed at Society Table. The expansive menu makes it a great stop while exploring St Petersburg.

I hosted a business dinner at the restaurant and was so excited to return since last year. Quickly realized that the level service does not exist anymore than it once did. When I arrived, I asked for a table for three and no one smiled, no one gave a warm greeting, no one made eye contact just asked us to follow them. The restaurant was nearly empty but seemed well staffed however drink orders were wrong several times, wrong food was brought out, server had forgotten about putting in our orders and repeatedly asked us if we had made our decisions after we had told him multiple times. All employees seemed outright annoyed with being at work and made for a super uncomfortable environment. Food was mediocre, drinks nothing special, and please tell me why the valet was the most pleasant part of our experience. I will not be bringing anyone to The Don anymore.

Our experience at Society Table was absolutely amazing — it truly saved our stay at the Don César. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. We were lucky to be attended by Diana, Celeste, Julio, and a very hardworking Colombian lady whose name I didn’t catch — all of them were outstanding! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, respected, and happy. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference. On our last night, Julio took care of us personally, and he was extremely attentive, polite, and genuine. You can tell he loves what he does. Diana and Celeste deserve special recognition — they are the heart and soul of this restaurant. Always kind, patient, and with a level of service that you simply don’t find everywhere. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They made us feel welcome and valued, something that’s priceless. If you visit the Don César, you must go to Society Table and ask for Diana, Celeste, Julio, and the amazing Colombian lady — they will make your day. They are, without a doubt, the best part of the entire hotel.

The restaurant staff made my Dad’s birthday lunch very special. They were very attentive and the food was excellent. I am giving 5 stars because of the excellent service by restaurant staff and the food, but I was charged $40 for valet service with no option for self parking. This is EXCESSIVE for lunch dining, especially since they did not allow self-parking.

The Library, located within the John Hopkins All Childrens Hospital in St. Petersburg, is a unique restaurant themed as a library with books lining the walls from floor to ceiling, making it an ideal spot for Instagram-worthy photos. It's known for its New American cuisine and craft cocktails, offering a cozy and upscale dining experience. The restaurant has gained popularity among locals and visitors alike, especially for brunch or lunch. With a refined yet comfortable atmosphere, it also welcomes dogs on the patio.
This is one of my favorite places for brunch. The food is always great and the portions are big enough for sharing! If you’re a fan of grits, the smoked Gouda grits are delicious. And the warm burrata dish was spectacular - you’ll be craving it for days afterward. The spicy Bloody Mary definitely has a bite but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is as awesome as the food. And though it looks like an actual library, it’s a great time and no one will shush you if you’re enjoying yourself.

This was my first time visiting The Library, and I have to say, I really enjoyed the concept. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxing and refined, with a clean, aesthetic design that immediately stands out. I came to meet a friend who thought this spot would be right up my alley—and she was absolutely right. We grabbed seats at the bar and were taken care of by Ryan, who provided great service from start to finish. We arrived just after lunch ended and ordered from the happy hour menu, which was great. The food was delicious, the dessert was a sweet highlight, and the mixed cocktail tied everything together perfectly. If you’re visiting St. Pete, The Library is definitely worth adding to your list—a great place to unwind, enjoy good food, and soak in a stylish, laid-back vibe.

I was there this weekend, I invited my sister and my boyfriend as I've been there a few times and the food and service is always excellent. This weekend I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my server. She did not check on us, we placed the order with the manager since she was too busy flirting with the customer at the bar, did not offer refills disbite empty glasses. I noticed the table beside me whom she was also attending feel dissatisfied with the service as well. I expressed my experience with the manager and she was very kind and understanding about the whole situation and I appreciate the manager (Kate) for being a great example. I drove from Tampa because i know the service and the atmosphere and I was excited to share that with my loved ones. Other than that the food was excellent I highly recommend the Warm Buratta and the Clementine cake. And an easy shareable is the breakfast pizza.

I love this restaurant. It was one of kind of my dream to have the meal and drink in the library. Everything looks so beautiful. I love their concept of the name for the cocktail. I had the Inferno and it is very delicious. Their menu looks excellent. I had bread and butter which it is rich in flavors. I love my Salmon dish. It was just perfect size and it is very delicious. I would love to come back to try their brunch when I am back in town in the future. Don't miss this out.

We had a wonderful lunch at The Library! I ordered the Chicken Paillard, and wellness drink with tumeric. So delicious! My chicken also came with a side of truffle fries. They were pretty good, but the truffle flavor was definitely on the lower side, I couldn’t really taste much of the truffle. One of my friends ordered the French toast stack, she said it was delicious! We also tried the Benne Cauliflower and that was amazing! Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of it. We loved the atmosphere, great experience.

Came on a Sunday for brunch we were let right in with our reservation. We had two parties, one was in a different section with a different waiter, and they took significantly longer to get their drinks and food, even though we were seated at the same time we received our food and drinks and started eating before they ever received their first drink. I ordered the steak omelette, and was severely underwhelmed and ended up not eating most of it because it was just a bunch of mush and it didn’t really hold any structure. The potatoes were really good as well as the breakfast flatbread. Our service initially was fast, but then we never checked again after the food was brought out to see if we wanted additional drink drinks and then we had to go find the waiter to get the check. My steak omelette and one espresso martini was $40. I can’t say that I would make an effort to come back. It was not impressive.

The Library restaurant is affiliated with the renowned Oxford Exchange restaurant across from the University of Tampa in downtown Tampa. Much like the Oxford Exchange, the restaurant is uniquely appointed—in this instance within a library setting—and offers the same high quality cuisine and dining experience albeit into the evening hours as well. The food is amazing (we ate there for Sunday Brunch) and it is relatively easy to get table. A fine dining experience at a reasonable price!

Loved the whole setup at The Library in St. Pete! We had a party of 10 for a birthday brunch and it couldn’t have gone better. Our waiter, Dusan, was fantastic—super attentive, though he did vanish for a bit (probably to rest from all our orders 😄), but he came back swinging and stayed on top of things. Food: Everything was absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly. -Breakfast Burrito – stuffed and flavorful, a breakfast powerhouse. -Library Classic – a solid, can’t-go-wrong choice. Smoked Gouda Grits – creamy, cheesy, and comfort in a bowl. -Turkey Club – fresh, stacked, and well-balanced. -Fried Chicken Sandwich – crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with just the right seasoning. -Burger – perfectly cooked and juicy. -Side of Pancakes – fluffy and just sweet enough to round out the savory dishes. The live music from the gentleman singing was such a nice touch—he was amazing and made the atmosphere even better. The location is prime real estate, right in the heart of the hospital district, so there’s always a steady stream of traffic/customers. The Florida skies weren’t kind to us that day—a torrential downpour started just as we were leaving… lol. Overall, GREAT experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Pier Teaki, located on the St. Pete Pier, offers a breathtaking view of downtown St. Pete and the bay. This rooftop tiki bar is known for its fruity rum-filled drinks and affordable prices. Visitors can enjoy 360-degree views while savoring tropical bar bites such as boneless wings and cheesy flatbreads under cozy cabanas or at outdoor dining seating options like patio couches, lounge chairs, bistro tables, and waterfront bar seating.
My wife and I visited Pier Teaki as one of our first stops in St. Petersburg. We were not disappointed. This place was amazing, with great views and good drinks. What else can you ask for? This place was amazing to watch the sunset with a drink in your hand and get a view of the city skyline. The place was extremely busy so don’t expect to find a place to sit but you can find a place to lean and with the view that’s not a bad thing. I ordered a few old fashioneds and my wife had a drink called pink lava. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The bartender was quick and prompt with our orders. This should be a stop for anyone visit the city and if you do make sure to bring a camera.

It's not often I give a place 5 stars across the board.. WOW, when on vacation you get stuck in the kitchy places. This was beyond excellent. I looked at the price for appetizers and thought well, what the heck. So, so good. Lobster Chorizo Empanadas and the Sui Mai were off the chain. Drinks; Mai Tai and Pina Colada were both excellent. You have to stop in if your even in the remote vicinity. I have to say on our trip, this was the best bite of food and drink we've had.

I finally made it to Pier Teaki after missing it on my last trip and it lived up to the hype. The views are incredible and the whole space has a chill, spacious vibe that’s perfect for relaxing. The staff was great too. My server Ashley was polite, funny and super laid back. I didn’t eat this time, just grabbed drinks. My old fashioned was $17.98, small but very strong and really good. Just a heads up, there’s a 20 percent service fee added to purchases, which seems common around St. Pete at this point. I’d absolutely come back. If you’re in the area, it’s worth the visit. You typically pay to park then walk about ten minutes to Pier Teaki, but the views alone make it worth the trip.

This place is breathtaking! A must see if you are in St. Pete's. The restaurant gets busy so you should probably make reservations. We were lucky to get a window seat and saw dolphins! Then we went up to the rooftop. The view was amazing. I will definitely be back! 😍

Okay, the food is genuinely delicious but you get very small proportions for what you're paying because it's a little bit more of a pricey place. My review isn't going to be very fair because the clientele that this place usually attracts are people who have a higher amount of money. The alcoholic drinks are delicious and will definitely buzz you, and I just got to say I love the atmosphere and there are DJs that come and play music once in awhile. Looking out at that water is amazing experience.

Come here for the views, music, atmosphere, and drinks! The views from here especially in the evening during and after sunset are beautiful. There was live music in a Saturday night, which I imagine is a regular schedule. You can walk up to the bars to order, but there are also waiters circulating in case you need anything. I didn't try any of the food options here.

The Urban Stillhouse is a stylish and expansive restaurant located in St. Petersburg's Warehouse Arts District, offering a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience. The industrial-chic setting features high ceilings and windows overlooking the Horse Soldier distillery. The menu includes bourbon-inspired dishes and seasonal items prepared on a wood-fired grill using locally sourced ingredients.
So my partner and I had a really romantic dinner here last night. The ambience was super cool and chic. The waiter was extremely well informed about the menu. He really took a lot of pride in telling us the story about how this place was founded and what it stands behind. Our food was absolutely outstanding. I had a bison filet and my partner had a short rib. They were both cooked to perfection, extremely flavorful, tender, and top-notch. We also had the goat cheese potato au gratin, and it was delectable. We started our dining experience with the veal, meatball appetizer, and they were really outstanding as well. The entire staff was so attentive and friendly to us. We will 1000% be coming back to this place on a regular basis. I would recommend it time and time again.

Another excellent meal at Urban Stillhouse. Our server Jordin was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our every need. The branzino is the best I’ve ever had. Other dishes ordered at the table were the lamb chops and short rib. All incredible. Oh and the oysters…not to be missed and that’s from a girl who doesn’t eat oysters. After dinner, we visited the shop to purchase a few bottles of horse soldier and t-shirts. The shop attendant was a pleasure. We love it here and will be back next month!

We had a great time here and will definitely be going back for our next date night. It’s a beautiful restaurant with a very warm vibe. We sat at the bar and our bar tender Merkary was absolutely amazing. By far one of the best bar tenders I have ever had. He made some amazing drinks and my wife and I had some great conversations with him. He made a bucket list drink for me the Vesper Martini from the James Bond Casino Royale movie. It was perfect and tasted amazing. I got the Bison steak and it was cooked to perfection. They also have a really cool and fun gift shop with some great items to buy. Please go check out this place and make a reservation.

Wow - place is beautiful to behold! Fantastically done inside. We sat at the bar, because why would you sit anywhere else? Beautiful bar - like forty-foot ceilings and walkways and rooms above on a mezz level. Fire blazing (sounds strange for St. Petersburg, but it totally works). Really comfortably laid out. So the cocktails were perfect. Had a variation of a boulevardier made with Horse Soldier bourbon (the restaurant is done by Horse Soldier, which I learned was born from 911 and the bottle art actually includes metal from ground zero). It was wonderful. Wife got a lavender bees knees - equally fantastic. The meal was excellent. Tartare and a beets and peaches salad to start. Both were damn good. Then we had chicken (sometimes the boring chicken is the hidden gem), a bison filet and a side of broccolini. All were top-notch. Finished with this bourbon, rum, chocolate-tinged, egg-white drink that was the perfect send off. So good. I recommend it highly. Check out the pics below. Enjoy and until next time . . .

You can really feel the pride and purpose behind the design, and the attention to detail is impressive. The food and service were both top-tier. Everything we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. It’s definitely on the higher-end when it comes to pricing, but the experience overall felt worth it for a nice night out. The only downside, and something I hope they reconsider, is that despite being founded by military service members, they don’t offer a military discount to fellow brothers and sisters in uniform. It felt like a missed opportunity to show appreciation to those who share that bond. Still, a great place that we would return to for a special evening — with just a little room for improvement.

Incredible unique restaurant in St Pete. The rustic modern setting, seating and fire make you think you are somewhere else. The food and libations are excellent. Try the bison even if you are not a fan of bison. The service was attentive and friendly. They even have a small shop with cool stuff to buy.

First of all, let me say that I live 1k miles away and Urban Stillhouse STILL exceeded my expectations. My mom had her 60th bday reserved here and I wanted to arrange a cake to be brought out while she dined. The hostess (Evelyn I believe) was such a sweetheart and so happy to make that happen. She even arranged for my baker to come drop the cake prior to service so it was there in time AND put candles on there for me. I will be writing an email to corporate as well to give her props because you really don’t encounter this anymore and I am so grateful for her & the staff there making this happen. I’ll be stopping by the next time I visit - only heard great things about this place.

Restaurant
Ted Peters Famous Smoked Fish is a long-standing seafood restaurant in St Petersburg, Florida that specializes in house-smoked fish. The menu features sandwiches and draft beer. The atmosphere is casual and the staff are friendly.
I ordered the smoked salmon, you get to pick your piece straight off the grate out of the smoker. It was amazingly good 👍😊. The pit master was very friendly and helpful. They also have a sit down area for full dinner meals with sides. I'm sure it would be great as well. Cash Only but they have an ATM if you need it. See the pictures.

Iconic Florida smoked fish house. After 70 years, some places barely need introduction. Some places stand so firmly on their straight forward, no frills tradition that a bag full of Michelin stars couldn't unmoor them. The mere request of something they've never served (in this case: pickled jalapeños) sends the server into a recitation of how they've been doing things the same way for 70 years and they've never had pickled jalapeños. "I understand", I nodded in submission. Frankly, the smoked fish dip came with saltine crackers and a bottle of hot sauce, they didn't need the jalapeños. The choices were smoked mahi, salmon, or mullet. We got the mullet. We sat in near silence tugging at the perfectly smoked meat with an ocassional gulp up draft beer served in a frozen mug. It was all excellent. More like a snapshot of living history than a weekday meal. Many had been here before us. Many, we hope, will continue to come for generations. After all the family that owns it is the 5th generation. Wishing them long and continued success.

There's a lot to be said for places that many consider to be "institutions" of the area. Clearly Ted Peters Smoked Fish is one of them. With 75 years of being basically the same place, the same service, the same menu (with few adjustments over the years as it was explained), this place is iconic. Featured on multiple Food Network TV shows, you know expectations are high for a first time visit. Fortunately, they deliver on all fronts. The smoked fish spread is quite simply perfection. Great balance of flavor and smoke. The entrees are also equally perfect. I had the smoked Mahi Mahi and she had the smoke salmon. Both were smoked perfectly and maintained the moisture to keep from being a shoe leather mess. What they don't tell you on the menu is that the "lunch" portion is 3/4 pound and the dinner a full pound of fish. Keep this in mind when you plan you visit. I am a healthy eater and struggled on 3/4 along with a side of German Potato Salad which is a whole meal unto itself really, and some of the best I have ever had. Yes, this is a get what you get and nothing else as it should be. Indoor seating was our option as mother nature was looking really nasty at the time. Was nice to chill (literally) while enjoying the best smoked fish ever.

This place is awesome. Make sure you know it's cash only here and why I had a great iced tea smoked salmon and smoked fish dip for both. Awesome! What an experience. What a meal! Definitely be back there again

Ted Peters Smokehouse is a St. Pete classic. I had the smoked salmon lunch with sides and it was excellent. The salmon was tender with the perfect smoky flavor. The sides were fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. The old Florida vibe makes it a great spot to relax. They take credit cards now too.
Brian B — Google review
As a BBQ expert, this place was totally legit. There's a reason its been here for 70 years. Smoked fish, fresh, on site, and delicious. Its simple, but don't mess with a good thing. Make sure to get the smoked fish dip, and the german potato salad. The slaw is also very good, the add pineapple juice to give it a little sweetness and a slighty different taste that makes you think...hmm.....what was that. Take a walk over to the smoke house and check out the racks of fish smoking to perfection. Just a reminder, its cash only, but don't worry it won't break the bank. Tripple D did a solid finding this place over a decade ago. Enjoy.

Been going here my whole life. It is a St. Pete institution. I just don't like smoked fish so...i have that amazing cheeseburger, potatoes salad and a cold root beer. My favorite! The fish and fish spread are world famous!
Teresa K — Google review
Came here for the first time I will give the food a Ten. I will say the fish spread is the best thing on the menu, but the salmon was really good as well. It was fresh authentic and original. There were bones inside. Potato salad was good but if you don’t like bacon, make sure you ask them to take it out wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw, but I did like that touch of pickle on the side overall, I would tell a friend about this place They only take cash

Nestled in the charming town of Gulfport, Florida, Pia's Trattoria embodies the essence of Italian dining with its simple yet inviting Tuscan-themed decor. This delightful eatery offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere that makes it an ideal spot for a memorable meal. At Pia's, which translates to 'eating house' in Italian, guests can indulge in a variety of freshly prepared dishes that highlight authentic flavors without unnecessary frills.
My family raved about this restaurant in Gulfport, and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical—but it completely blew me away. I'm usually not a fan of bread, but theirs was absolutely incredible. The mussels in red sauce were a knockout; honestly, I could have stopped there and been perfectly happy. I also had a pasta special for my main course, which was delicious, but by then I was already completely full. The drinks were great, too. Our waiter was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back as soon as possible!

Wow first Gulfport, FL is amazing and so much fun. We were introduced to Pia’s by a friend and we are thankful! What an amazing place with a great vibe, staff and amazing food options. We are on the veranda but they have many other options. 5 star-bruschetta, caprese salad as appetizers. 5 star entrees-veal parmigiana, roasted eggplant, shrimp scampi and fresh mussels. All dishes had homemade pasta!in Large portions. Dessert menu looked great but we were too full to eat anymore.

We had our baby shower here and it was absolutely magical in every single way. The staff is absolutely top tier — incredible people and a well-oiled machine. They communicated so well and made the experience perfect for every guest. The overall accommodations for the event were also absolutely perfect. Decor, tables, setup — everything was stunning and all of our guests were thoroughly impressed. To top it all off, the food was amazing as always. 10000/10, we cannot say enough good things about this place!

My FAVORITE restaurant we went to while staying in St Petersburg. We were able to eat on the Veranda Wednesday night around 6:30 with no wait time and the atmosphere was amazing. Our server was kind enough to take a few photos and the food was so tasty! With the music and atmosphere, I felt like I was in a little restaurant in Italy. If we ever come back to the area, this will always be a must!

Some of the brst Italian food I've had in a while!! From start to finish, every bit of this experience was exceptional! The cozy and true to Italian home building, the exceptional service and wine list (I knew I was in for a treat when they had a whole page of Amarone wines), and the aromatic and hearty meals (the shrimp scampi and chicken parm were on point!

The vibe ✨️ the look 👌🏽 their food 😋 their drinks 🍸 their aura ❤️‍🔥 everything is delicious. This place in terms of price and what you get is in the top 5 rest for sure! Is almost the same budget you spend if you go to Cheesecake Factory but with better food by far I know is a chain rest but is just giving an example! By the way, they had two places one was for reservation and the other is walk ins 🚶🏿‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️ both are astonishingly beautiful.

Mazzaro's Italian Market has been a staple in St. Petersburg for nearly 30 years, offering an authentic Italian experience. It is a one-stop shop for all things Italian, from coffee and wine to cured meats, cheeses, handmade pasta, pizza, bread, pastries, and gelato. The market boasts the largest selection of Italian wines in Florida.
This place is not for the weak! 😂 For warning this place is crowded and it does feel like you are in Italy for a bit. I do not mind the crowds because it is worth it and I see why they are crowded! The food is amazing there! When going to the deli be sure to have your order ready because if you grab a ticket and they call you and you don’t know what you want they will tell you to step back, grab another ticket when ready. It is fast paste! I did love the experience though. Going throughout the market they have great ingredients and a winery where you can sample on certain days. They also have a coffee shop with the best made coffee I have ever had and amazing pastries!!! Very good place to eat, take out, or get ingredients!

Mazzaro’s Italian Market in St. Pete is an absolute gem and a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a world filled with authentic Italian flavors, aromas, and charm. The market is buzzing with energy, offering everything from fresh breads, handmade pasta, and imported cheeses to an impressive wine collection and mouthwatering pastries. The deli is a highlight, serving up incredible sandwiches packed with flavor and quality ingredients. The bakery is just as tempting, with desserts that look as good as they taste. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. It does get busy, but the lively atmosphere is part of what makes Mazzaro’s such a unique experience. Truly worth the trip every time!

This market had been on my places to try and finally stopped by on our way to Anna Maria. The store is big and it has every department you would expect but all with different Italian goodies! We got from the deli a breakfast sandwich (it was good but the bread a bit soft, not like semolina bread) and a ham and cheese similar to Mazzaro's club. Got a latte to go and it was good tasting coffee. From the bakery I got a slice of cannoli cake and I am impressed by the variety and freshness of their baked goods. It was a good stop and something to try while around St Pete.

An incredible Italian market. They have an entire room of cheese, a room of wine, a fresh meat and seafood section, a cold case with prepared foods that you can take home or have warmed up to eat out on the patio. They have a bakery, coffee bar, and gift shop. It is a must see if you're anywhere nearby!
Peggy M — Google review
Mazzarro’s Italian Market has the best coffee in town—hands down. Their bakery is full of decadent treats to die for, and the fresh-baked cakes are incredible. I recently enjoyed a slice of their red velvet cake, perfectly paired with a vanilla café latte. The fact that they roast their own beans in-house makes every sip rich and flavorful. The market is always bustling—like Black Friday every day—but that’s only because everything here is just that good. From the coffee to the bakery, Mazzarro’s is a true St. Petersburg gem.

If you’re looking for a slice of Italy tucked away in Florida, Mazzaro’s Italian Market is a must-visit gem. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this isn’t just a market—it’s a full-blown Italian experience The market is a sensory overload in the best way possible. Shelves are lined with imported cheeses, wines, olive oils, and specialty pastas. The bakery tempts with cannoli cakes, rum cakes, and the legendary Lobster Tail pastry There’s even a shark statue guarding the butcher counter. Whether you’re grabbing a made-to-order sandwich, fresh pasta, or gourmet coffee, everything feels crafted with care. The deli and prepared foods section is especially impressive, offering authentic flavors that rival any sit-down Italian restaurant The staff are knowledgeable and passionate. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient—even when the place is packed. It gets busy, especially on weekends, but the energy adds to the charm. There’s outdoor seating, quirky themed tables, and hidden corners that make the space feel like a culinary adventure. Mazzaro’s isn’t just a place to shop—it’s a destination. Whether you’re a foodie, a curious traveler, or just craving a killer espresso, this market delivers an unforgettable taste of Italy in the heart of St. Pete.

There's a reason it was just named best overall grocery store in America! Locals know but if you haven't been, be sure to put this on your list of places to check out in St. Petersburg. You don't want to miss out on visiting this place! Authentic Italian market stocked with everything you could dream of and some things you didn't even know you needed but must have. You can relax at the coffee bar or grab lunch and sit in the breeze with a bottle of prosecco. Caprese panini was perfect, fig and the pig hot sandwich is a must try and the Italian salad was overflowing with goodness. Grabbed a few items for a charcuterie board but it wouldn't be hard to buy one of everything. Get there early or later in the day, parking is limited but well worth the wait.
Kat P — Google review
Definitely an experience if you are in St.Pete. They have an amazing deli and dessert area. We recently went to Sicily and I missed my Mozerella pistachio sandwich. They made it as great as Sicily! If they turned this to a restaurant, it would be even more amazing. The only challenge is how packed it is and the confusion on how to order. The deli and dessert staff were amazing but when we purchased groceries the front clerk who checked us out was a bit rude. Other than that, make sure you have time, patience and a cart to buy some groceries!!!

Nestled along the vibrant Beach Drive in St. Petersburg, Juno & The Peacock is a delightful new dining destination that brings an upscale twist to coastal cuisine. Inspired by an Aesop fable, this lively restaurant boasts a diverse seafood menu and offers a sumptuous Sunday brunch buffet. Guests can indulge in dishes like crispy pork belly drizzled with chipotle honey or savor the fresh flavors of ahi tuna tartare paired with avocado crema.
Orlando was our server and we enjoyed every minute!!! He was so delightful in every way. The food was fantastic! The pork belly, corn bread, grouper and lastly the dessert was simply magical (kudos to Pastry Chef Raquel)… mouth watering in every way! Don’t miss venturing to the beautiful bathrooms… the architecture and stunning decor/design of the entire restaurant are breathtaking! It’s not a cheap price tag but worth the experience- add it to your list!

We dined at Juno & the Peacock on a Sunday with reservations. From the moment you step through the grand doors, the ambiance makes an immediate impression. A stunning crystal peacock—crafted by a local artist—greets you, setting the tone for the stylish and thoughtfully curated decor throughout the dining room. The unique chairs and design elements add to the charm. Our server was friendly and attentive, clearly eager to ensure we had a great experience. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a standout—perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. I ordered the smash burger without a bun or cheese, and while the flavor was excellent, the portion was surprisingly small—essentially just a petite patty with mushrooms. Had I known, I might have chosen a different entrée. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The service, atmosphere, and most of the dishes exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend giving Juno & the Peacock a try, and I’m looking forward to returning soon.

So this is a very interesting post because had our food come on time I’m sure it was probably amazing. Our apps were phenominal. Then we ordered steaks, my husband got the ribeye and ordered the add on shrimp and I splurged and got the filet with lobster tail and unfortunately they came out luke warm at best. At a diner you wouldn’t mind but These are $100+ plates each. I originally assumed that my little filet probably sat in the window since my husbands steak was so much bigger, I worked in restaurants for 10 years so it happens but then we realized both were not hot. That’s an issue. You can tell the chef cooked them to perfection, seasoning was on point, and they were likely exquisite originally but unfortunately we came at 8:30 pm and by the time we ordered it was 9 and they close by 10 so it seems likely that the food was cooked and left in the window while the staff cleaned. That’s management, food runner, a chef and the server too occupied to serve the hot plate. It was too late in the night to ask for it to be remade, we were hungry and ate it and They offered dessert and we were planning or order one anyway but really disappointed. A dessert to make up for 2x $100 meals not being hot…. Does not seem comparable. Wish i knew what it was like hot because I’m sure both were delicious. It was probably 5 stars. But obviously wouldn’t want to go back to find out. Hope this review helps them realize that from open to close service should be identical.

I’ve been here twice- once about a year ago for drinks and apps, and then this past weekend for a birthday dinner. While the servers were excellent both times, for the birthday dinner the hostess didn’t seat us until almost 30 minutes past our reservation time (we watched several other groups that came in after us be seated before we were). The food is good, but a little overpriced in my opinion for the serving sizes. The cocktails are excellent. I would recommend any seafood on the menu, as everything I’ve had has been good. The beef carpaccio appetizer is also excellent. The inside was VERY noisy on Saturday night, so if you’re looking for a slightly calmer atmosphere, book a table outside. Valet parking is available around the corner for $10. All in all, a good option for an upscale dinner downtown.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brunch at Juno on the Peacock was an amazing experience! The décor is beautiful, the atmosphere feels vibrant yet relaxed, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We started with the crispy Brussels sprouts and the chef’s pastry selection—today’s apple fritter was incredible. For mains, we tried the brunch burger, French toast, and eggs benedict. Every single dish was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A perfect spot for a weekend brunch—we’ll definitely be back!

The Hamachi Crudo was super fresh and delicious, the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio was amazing, and the Fritto Misto was crisp and flavorful. Ended with the Chilean Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection. Every dish and drink was spot on. Can’t wait to come back, this place is a gem!

Fourth Street Shrimp Store is a casual seafood restaurant that offers delicious American-style seafood to diners. However, the side house salad was terrible and lacked flavor.
4th definitely makes you feel at home. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. My group was fairly large(10+), but still, they accommodated us. The server we had (I can't remember his name) was very patient and helpful even though they were short staffed. The food came out fast for it being such a large group, and man, was it good. I'm really basic when it comes to seafood. Even though I'm from FL, the fried shrimp I had was very fresh and hit the spot. I'm really not a fan of Coleslaw, but that was some of the best I've had. I did taste a few other items off other people plates and they were pretty good too, especially the butter sauce on the grilled shrimp. I leave St. Pete in a few day but I'll be making a stop here again before I leave...also try the Key Lime Pie.

I love everything about this place — the food, the decor, the price point! it was perfect for lunch. I had the shrimp basket & clam chowder — 8.5/10! Very delicious, flavors were on point all around. The shrimp was fresh and the batter was well-seasoned, so flavorful. The clam chowder also tasted delicious, but I wished the potatoes were more tender. They tasted a bit underdone. But that key lime pie?! Absolute IMPECCABLE! Get it and thank me later. The decor here was a true bright spot! Absolutely loved that my eye kept catching something new, and that they leaned into their theme in a way that felt fun, not overwhelming. Overall, I’ll definitely be back here — and I’d recommend to a friend!

I’ve passed by so many times I never stopped by because I thought it would be a tourist trap, chain with ok food, but I was so thankful with the delicious fried shrimp, freshly steamed and buttery broccoli and delicious coleslaw. And I really like coleslaw! If you like sweet coleslaw like KFC has, this is the place for you because it’s so fresh and more choppy! I wish I could remember my bartender’s name, but she was very friendly and has been there for eight years and the entire staff has been there for years! That says a lot 😃

If this restaurant were closer to our house (takes an hour to get here). we would be coming here every week. Even though it's a long drive with horrendous traffic, it's worth it for the one time a month we come. Tonight Peyton was our server for the second time. He was as friendly and efficient as the time before. He brought my "early bird dinner" of fried clams & shrimp with coleslaw and it was huge! Husband had the regular fried shrimp dinner with potatoes and coleslaw. It was also generous portions. We enjoyed our meal and appreciated our wait staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The decor is old time Pinellas County. We love FOURTH STREET SHRIMP!

Great out of the way spot that we we dug up via a random google maps selection. The staff was gracious and seated us quickly and gave attentive service. Our server was awesome. The well crafted cocktails and bottomless mimosas, paired with the fresh food items they offer, make this place perfect for the dining experience you are looking for. On a lunch date, watching a big game, or celebrating a special occasion, Tryst hits every single aspect. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend the fish tacos or chicken kabobs. Whew, the flavor combinations are amazing.

TRYST is hands down one of my favorite spots to unwind and enjoy some incredible house music. The vibe is always on point—the DJ knows exactly how to keep the energy up all night. The service is just as impressive as the music, with a staff that’s friendly, attentive, and fast. I have to give a special shout-out to Maddi at the bar—she’s phenomenal. Super personable, always on top of things, and mixes up some of the best drinks I’ve had anywhere. Maddi definitely adds to the reason why I keep coming back. Highly recommend TRYST if you’re into house music and want a night out with great people, great vibes, and top-tier service.

Excellent spot DTSP for a bite and a drink. I love the house music vibe in the evenings. You can’t go wrong here and sometimes they throw a showstopper party like last Saturday. Nice!

If you’re ever at Tryst, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Madison. She is, hands down, one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly personable. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does—she makes you feel welcomed and taken care of! Her drink recommendations were spot on (seriously, trust her judgment). We will definitely be back! Tryst is lucky to have her!

Cool vibes right in downtown St Pete. Outdoor seating and an outdoor bar. Inside is quite cozy serving up great drinks with an eclectic menu. Service was excellent as was the food. Big selection of draft on tap and they even have Tito’s on tap.

This place is a favorite of mine the margarita pizza is delicious. I love the vibe of the outdoor couch’s but what really makes the place lively is the lovely servers. Krista especially I’ve had the last few times, she is exceptionally nice and accommodating. Very much a mix of fine dining and fun club atmosphere.

Always treated kindly here. My dog, Rosie, and I are always welcomed. They gave us shelter last summer during a late night storm. We know if we get caught in the weather, they will let us in. First time eating their last night and enjoyed the restaurant. They have a large diverse menu with just about everything on it. I ended up going with the sushi and it was super fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive

I really wanted to like this place. The concept sounded great, and the 30% off sushi boat on Sundays was what brought me in. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the experience just didn’t deliver. The atmosphere felt grungy, and the restaurant and bathroom were noticeably dirty…not what you want to see when you’re about to eat raw fish. The server was kind and tried to make the best of it, but that was about the only bright spot. We ordered a sushi boat with nine rolls, and sadly, they all tasted like Publix sushi….maybe even a bit worse. Nothing stood out in terms of freshness or flavor. If Golden Corral started offering sushi, this is exactly what I’d expect it to taste like. Bottom line: this was my first time, and probably my last. There are far better sushi spots in town ….cleaner, fresher, and more flavorful.

Exceptional food and service make it a must-visit in St. Pete!

I mean the name alone should LURE you in 😏 if you’re looking for sushi you are in the right place! I went all out and got El Jefe. It’s their most expensive roll, $36 but don’t be discouraged. It’s big enough to share and it is delicious!!! Absolutely worth every penny.

Sushi came out really fast but it tasted like Publix sushi. I ordered the tuna tartar tower and we only got tuna on crackers. Maybe other items on the menu are better but the sushi was not the greatest and I have been to a lot of different sushi places.

Wow! The menu has everything on it and all every plate looked amazing. There as starters, sushi, tapas, tacos, entrees and amazing cocktail menu. I was a table of one so I ordered the shashito peppers and a roll. But I’ll be back for those fish tacos!

Red Mesa Mercado is a casual Mexican eatery known for its delicious burritos and other handhelds, served from a walk-up stand with outdoor seating. The must-try dish here is the Cochinita Pibil, a traditional Yucatan-style slow-roasted pork infused with achiote, citrus juices, and aromatic spices, served with handmade corn tortillas and pickled red onions.
Street parking, outdoor seating, plenty of fans, friendly service. All the food is delicious. Love their sauces. Never disappointed!

Very expensive for a taqueria style setting! Costs 17-15 dollars a burrito! When I googled menudo in St. Pete this place popped up and they don’t serve it. Will not be coming back. Very yuppy and my bill for two burritos, two cokes, and chips and queso is 51 dollars. In this photo this is what 51 dollars buy at this place.

Casual outdoor seating, good for groups or singles. Music playing overhead added to the ambiance... the playlist was a range of 80's -2000's hits all without the same old pop hits being recycled a million times. There's a bunch of large picnic tables with fans blasting near the ceiling that provide shade, as well as metal square tables for four on the other side...you can order and pick up your food at any of the windows clearly labeled. There is also a separate drink & refills pick up window. Free ice water for customers only. The menu which is on a large digital display is straightforward and offers a lot of choices. My 2 Mojo Chicken tacos were street-style. The chicken was not seasoned as well as I had hoped and was noticeably dry. Also, there was hardly any cilantro in comparison to the onion. The salsa verde on the side was very good and added a lot of flavor to my tacos. The "dragon fruit lemonade soda" was just okay. There was hardly any lemonade flavor to it and mostly soda. The service was fast, friendly, and professional.

Had an absolutely phenomenal time eating at Red Mesa! This is one of our MUST spots when visiting St. Pete’s. Service is fast, food is fire & it’s right next to Green Bench. Can’t say anything bad about this place! This time around I got a brisket bowl with no rice. 🔥🔥🔥

A group of us who were Plein Air painting outside downtown decided to go somewhere casual with outdoor seating. The covered patio was perfect. We ordered chips and guacamole to start which was great. The food, even when you order for “here” is still in “to go” packaging. That was kinda a lot of waste. Our group loved every item from flautas, tacos, burritos and vegetarian taco salad.

Very nice and helpful staff. I was overwhelmed by all the amazing choices. Went with the shrimp burrito and was not disappointed on flavor, just the portion for the price. The jalapeño sauce that was offered with the chips and salsa was delicious! As other reviewers have mentioned, for street food it’s a bit on the pricey side. Very casual atmosphere, order at one counter and pick up at the next. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the location couldn’t be better. If you’re looking for a quick bite this would be a good place. Plenty of street parking and close to Central. They also have an indoor area for large parties. There is a lot of competition in the area so as far as bang for buck this might not be my top pick.

I recently visited Oak & Stone and was blown away by the incredible food and excellent service. The artisan pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and delicious flavors that stood out in every bite. But the surprises didn’t stop there! Their fried pickles were hands-down the best I’ve ever had—golden, crunchy, and packed with tangy goodness. 🥒 The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend! 👍

Great place for brunch, lunch and dinner! We visited this restaurant twice over our 2 day staycation and we absolutely loved everything that we ate. The first night I ted the bourbon sticky wings and chicken sandwich - both of which were delicious. The wings come with 8 which is great for an appetizer or a small meal. The sandwich was filling and had just enough spice - the French fries were cold but the rest of the meal was great. We visited the next day for brunch with friends and everyone loved their chosen meals. The wall of beer is self serve and you pay by the oz which is great if you want to just try a few different beers! 🍻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oak & Stone – St. Pete I didn’t originally plan on coming here, but after having a great experience at the Bradenton location, Oak & Stone St. Pete ended up being the perfect choice for a first date—especially one that wouldn’t break the bank. The food was affordable, the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish, and it sits in the middle of everything. The best part is it’s within walking distance of the St. Pete Pier, where most places require reservations. Being able to enjoy a good meal and then take a stroll by the water afterward made the night feel effortless. Overall, a solid spot for dates, casual nights out, or just grabbing good food in a prime location. Highly recommend!

The wait was a little long, however the staff was friendly. Its typical bar food, large variety of beers, they had something for everyone. Gluten free pizza and burgers, as well as some really good Wings. The BBQ wings were good, it had a RedHot taste to it. The Lemon Pepper wings were also good.

I love this place for the view and that’s pretty much about it. We had a reservation and they still made us wait about 20 minutes so unfortunately we missed the sunset at our table which we planned for. We also ordered drinks and the drinks took so long to come to the table that we ordered appetizers finish appetizers and they cleared our plates. Service definitely mediocre was never around. We had the flag him down for everything. The food was decent and tasting. If you’re looking for dessert, I love their bread pudding. I would definitely recommend that! I would honestly go eat somewhere else. Come here for a sunset with a dessert on the table.

We had the pleasure of dining at Teak on the Pier in St. Petersburg on Saturday evening, and our server, Geoffrey, made the experience absolutely outstanding. From the warm greeting at the start to our exit at the end, Geoffrey was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave excellent menu suggestions, explained dishes thoroughly, and even helped us narrow down choices when we couldn’t decide. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was with my daughter—offering age-appropriate recommendations and ensuring she had just as great of an experience as the adults at the table. With Geoffrey’s guidance, we enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the crab cakes, pineapple fried rice, mac and cheese, chicken bites and fries, scallops with risotto, and the snapper. Everything was amazing, and we all found ourselves sampling each other’s meals because everything looked (and tasted) so good. The espresso martini and Florida Breeze spritzer were also delicious and perfectly crafted. Geoffrey’s recommendations and service have us looking forward to returning to Teak to try even more of the menu. He is truly a gem, and we would be thrilled to be served by him again. Highly recommend both Teak and Jeffrey for anyone looking for a great dining experience in St. Pete!

We read so many reviews about him and we're so excited to have him as our server. Atmosphere was amazing and beautiful scenery. Food was excellent. We have the duck rolls, grouper, and short ribs. The 24 carrot was an amazing drink! Hubby had the disappearing act whiskey drink it was amazing as well! Will definitely be coming back when we are in town.

This was our second visit to Teak — the first time, we had a rough experience with the service, but thankfully this time was much better. We were one of only two tables there for lunch, so the service was attentive and smooth. The food was good overall. The highlight was absolutely the smash burger — my girlfriend said it was the best burger she’s ever had, and she’s had one from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. She takes her burgers seriously, so that’s saying a lot. The sweet potato fries were the runner up to the smash burger, absolutely delicious! The coconut shrimp was alright, and the ciabatta chicken sandwich was tasty. And of course, the view is amazing.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for quite a while, and up until now, I’ve always had excellent experiences with both the food and service. It’s been one of my favorite go-to spots, so I was looking forward to another great meal. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of the high standards I’ve come to expect. My wife ordered an omelette, and as usual, it was fantastic — cooked perfectly, well-seasoned, and generously filled. She was very happy with her meal. I, however, had a very different experience. I ordered the burnt ends, something I hadn’t tried here before but was excited about. When the dish arrived, it was served in a small white bowl, and immediately I noticed that the burnt ends were completely smothered in an excessive amount of BBQ sauce. It was almost as if the sauce was trying to cover up the poor quality of the meat. As I started to dig in, it only got worse. The meat was severely overcooked; several pieces were dry, tough, and some were so hard they were actually crunchy. It was a far cry from the tender, smoky, flavorful burnt ends I was expecting. I genuinely try to avoid sending food back whenever possible, but in this case, it was simply inedible. There was just no way I could finish it. This was a really disappointing experience, especially considering how much I’ve enjoyed all my past visits. I hope this was just an off night in the kitchen, because I’d love to continue recommending this restaurant — but based on this last visit, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to Datz. I truly miss the good old days at the South Tampa location… the quality and atmosphere just aren’t the same anymore. I had breakfast at the St. Pete location a few months ago and it was decent, but today’s lunch was disappointing. I ordered the grilled cheese burger with their signature chips, and sadly, everything was cold. The chips were also stale, which made the $20 plus price tag feel even more frustrating. I couldn’t even finish my meal. To top it off, the outdoor area looked unkempt and messy, which added to the overall poor experience. I really wanted to keep loving this place, but it’s just not what it used to be.

Datz is a local restaurant located in Downtown St. Petersburg. It’s known for their excellent food. The decor is basic, but the layout is very convenient; including a waiting area with couches. The place wasn’t busy for a Saturday night. The service here is attentive and checked on us before the rest of our party arrived. The food here is excellent. I got the Mac and Cheese Burger, and was excellent with the cheese flavor. The burger itself is great, as it’s seasoning is present. The loaded nachos were good and the rest of my party enjoyed their dishes as well. Overall, would definitely recommend Datz.

Leaving 5 stars because our server took great care of us! Upon arrival, I requested a booth after being led to a table (had a toddler with me). We were told it would take her at least 20 minutes to start cleaning a booth. They were pretty busy but definitely not slammed. Plenty of open tables and booths inside and out. We ended up waiting on the booth and it only took her 5 minutes to seat us at a booth. The food was pretty good. The Thai salad was too sweet for my taste but definitely nothing wrong with it. Our server did correct the couple things that came out wrong in a timely manner. Overall the outdoor area seemed like it could use a deep cleaning. I probably won't eat here again but I can see how it would be a good brunch place for young adults.

Went for happy hour. Incredible value there at that time. Skip the chicken tacos and load up on the delicious shrimp tacos. There is something about their taco shells that are so unique. This was our first visit to Trophy Fish, and it did not disappoint! We came during happy hour and highly recommend the oysters and tacos—they were outstanding. I don’t even know where to begin! The service, food, and atmosphere was amazing. We started with some hush puppies and fish dip and both were amazing. The hush puppies were the BEST we’ve ever had. Next, we had the grouper, and Florida spiny lobster. Oh and can’t forget the shrimp skewers! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but definitely order the hush puppies, lobster (while it’s still in season) and the pina colada!!! Lastly, the atmosphere was amazing. Perfect for a date night, drinks with the girls, or family dinner! They also had live music which was amazing and fit the vibe perfectly.

I really wanted to give it 3 stars but I couldn’t for these reasons. The menu is super small and it needs updating. I really couldn’t choose out of the options they had and ended u with a po boy sandwich which was tasty. You have to go place your own order at a window. For the price they ask for I would expect to be served. Food comes out on paper plates. The atmosphere is amazing inside and it’s all outdoors so be prepared to sweat. The $15 sparkling wine bottles on Sunday is an amazing deal.

Definitely recommend, 11/10! It will be a night we remember for a long time!

This was a great little place to have lunch! Took my team for a work lunch on a Thursday, and it was very low-key, great food and service. Had a charcuterie and grilled cheese sandwich. Will definitely return to try additional items. Recommend!!

The food was OUTSTANDING!!! Even the drinks. Presentation was lovely. The atmosphere was so nice. Love the sparkle wall especially when the lights went dim. The employees were really nice too. I got Thai Beef Salad, Vegetable spring rolls, butterfly effect and coco Royale. Delicious!

Our first time here was an amazing experience! Olivia was our server and she was top tier! Beautiful personality and she was so professional and knowledgeable of the menu! We were a large group and, she made us all feel so well taken care of, of course with help from the entire Social Roost team. The runners were kind and efficient in helping us get our food so quickly. The food! The mussels are FANTASTIC. My lavender mocktail was sooo good!! Overall wonderful experience!

I am so unbelievably impressed with this restaurant, I gasped so many times from how great the drinks and food were The samosas, short rib sliders, espresso martini and finally the best cocktail I have ever had is the pink’s up. I am beyond impressed with the service from Samantha, who freaking knew the menu like the back of her hand. Please give her a raise she deserves the whole world!!!! The ambiance and the quality of even the helpful from the host (she has glasses brown hair). You can tell everyone loves their job here, this is someone who also works in a restaurant and can tell when it’s a quality team. Great job guys! I will be telling all my friends and family about this place!!!!

This was our first visit and we enjoyed our appetizers, entrees, and drink. Saja’s recommendations were spot on. She was pleasant and attentive. My husband is a bigger guy, so the table could have been a little bigger. Other than that, the atmosphere was fun. Good music.

A must stop by while in St Petersburg area. Loved the variety in menu. Very modern ambience. Great cocktails.we went there for family gathering. Very close to beach, street parking or there is huge parking across the street. Food presentation was amazing. I tried apple cider mule. We tried shrimp and grits (one of the best I’ve ever had), red snapper, butter chicken, mushroom salad(another must have) and blacked chicken. Servers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have good selection for kids menu (Mac and cheese, chicken, tenders fries). My toddler finished the whole thing.

We only stopped by for drinks and appetizers ...it was pretty busy.. ended up getting the shrimp ceviche and bruschetta. The shrimp ceviche ended up having a slight kick that snuck up on you..so good. The brushetta was also delicious with green tomatos and fresh mozarella with beautiful Basil seasoning and the glaze. Would like to try the entres next time..prices kinda pricy but food seems worth it. We also liked the vibe and decor ..

I usually don’t say this but this was by far one of the best dining experiences ever. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was PERFECT. Huge compliments to the chefs, bartenders, food runners, our servers Olivia and Lily, THE WHOLE STAFF. Highly recommend this place!!

So underrated! The short rib sliders and mac & cheese are amazing — seriously some of the best food in the area. Large cocktail list, fun vibe, and a little on the louder side (definitely more of a social dinner spot than a quiet date night).

Wine bar
Restaurant
Lolita's Wine Market is a stylish bar that offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and specializes in international wines. Tucked away on a quiet side street, this quaint wine bar boasts an impressive selection of domestic and imported nibbles. The colorful and eclectic decor creates a charming backdrop for enjoying their top-notch wine selection.
Lolita’s Wine Bar has become one of my go-to spots since I moved to St. Pete three years ago. The charcuterie and small plates are absolutely incredible—always fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. Whether you're planning a girls’ night to sip wine and chat, or looking for a cozy date night spot, Lolita’s checks all the boxes. It’s a small, intimate space, which gives it a cozy vibe, but that also means seating can be a bit limited, especially during busy times. If the weather’s nice, though, the outdoor seating area is a great option for larger groups. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t regret it!

Lolita’s Wine Market in St. Pete is the perfect spot for a memorable date night or a fun girls’ night out. I visited for my birthday with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service was absolutely impeccable — our server went above and beyond to make us feel special. The sommelier did an amazing job guiding us to a wine that perfectly matched what we were in the mood for. As a thoughtful touch, instead of a traditional birthday dessert, they surprised me with a complimentary wine glass, which felt so personal and memorable. The food was equally impressive — the short rib mac and cheese was rich, flavorful, and absolutely spectacular. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Lolita’s for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming spot with incredible food and thoughtful service.

This wine and tapas restaurant is worth a visit, everything is very well curated and delicious. We sat outside where tables were plenty, they were much busier inside. Service was outstanding! So friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very yummy, featuring unique interpretations of dishes by the chef in a new and fresh way. Also also delicious which is most important.

Best Dinner of Our Trip! Lolita’s Wine Bar in St. Pete absolutely blew us away. Our server, Roland, was incredible — knowledgeable, high-energy, and just genuinely fun, which made the whole experience even better. We ordered the cheese board, the fire & ice ceviche, the mushroom risotto with burrata special, and the whipped ricotta — which ended up being my absolute favorite dish of the night. Creamy, dreamy, and honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Every single plate was fantastic, and the vibe + service made it unforgettable. Easily the best dinner of our entire trip. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Most underrated restaurant in St. Pete (maybe in Florida). Absolutely the best tasting food you’ll have at any restaurant, with the best presentation, in the best atmosphere. After having lived in NYC, trying Michelin restaurants 1-3 stars… this is by far my favorite of them all. A must try when in the area. Get a taste now while you can still get a reservation.

This is one of our favorite places in St Pete. Starting with Rolando who is one of the best servers we have ever met, he knows wines and food so well. Ambiance is fantastic and the food, tapas and charcuterie boards are the best in the Bay.
Elsa N — Google review
“Charcuterie? More like Char-cu-dreamy.” Listen, if I were a mouse with a credit card and refined taste, I would absolutely blow my tiny rodent salary at Lolita’s Wine Market every single weekend. This place is cheese-and-meat heaven, and frankly, it should be illegal to have this much flavor under one roof. First of all, let’s talk boards. You think you're going in for a cute date night, next thing you know you’re six cheeses deep into The Lola Board wondering if you should text your ex just to show them what they’re missing. (Spoiler: don’t. Just order more prosciutto.) We went full send with the Gambas al Ajillo and Paella, and let me tell you, I blacked out from joy somewhere between “jumbo shrimp” and “chimichurri.” I came back to consciousness with a spoonful of Fire + Ice ceviche, which sounds like a Game of Thrones spin-off, but instead, it’s ahi tuna with lychee, jalapeño, and a granita that slapped me across the soul. The dates (not your Hinge match, the edible kind) were stuffed with chorizo and gorgonzola, and I’m still emotionally recovering. Sweet, spicy, creamy, and possibly magical. If Cupid made tapas, this would be it. Need to feel fancy? Order the Delice de Bourgogne triple cream and say it loudly so the whole patio knows you have impeccable taste and probably own a cheese knife set. Then hit ‘em with a duck mousse port wine pâté chaser because life’s short and pâté is a flex. Wine? Yes, obviously. Pair it with everything. Pair it with your thoughts. Pair it with that internal voice that says, “Get the pineapple-date chutney too.” (Spoiler: It’s right.) Pro tip: Don’t skip the spreads. The whipped feta and ricotta were so divine I briefly considered smearing them directly on my face. They come with ciabatta, but I could’ve eaten them with a flip-flop and still been thrilled. In short, Lolita’s isn’t just a wine bar—it’s a lifestyle. It’s where cheese dreams go to be fulfilled, and where even the dates (again, the food kind) are stuffed with ambition. If you’re not here by sundown with a glass in hand and a beet carpaccio in your mouth, wyd??? I’d give it 6 stars if I could. One for each cheese-induced tear of joy.
Micah G — Google review
Welcome back! So happy to have Lolita’s back in the neighborhood. This place is one of the OG wine and charcuterie places, with a rotating menu of delicious bites and retail wine. They also started wine tasting again and been two weeks in a row! Definitely one of our favorite 😍

Grove Surf + Coffee is a charming coffee shop and beach store located in St. Pete Beach, offering a delightful combination of caffeine and shopping. The shop serves an array of delicious coffee drinks, from frothy lattes to refreshing cold brews, accompanied by delectable pastries and baked goods.
So freaking cute!! If you’re in the area it’s definitely a great coffee shop to try, plus it’s connected to a little surf shop. The syrups are house-made, but unfortunately the orange latte didn’t taste like orange at all. It was good, but I really wanted that extra orange flavor. I’d go back and try something else. The pastries were unique and delicious as well.
Tyler C — Google review
Stopped in for breakfast one day while on vacation in the area. We both had the orange vanilla latte, it was good, but we did not even taste a hint of orange. We also had the key lime pie muffin, which is a must try if you stop in. Actually all of the baked goods looked great. We also had the avocado toast which while unique, was super enjoyable with an added crunch. Parking was tough. It was pretty packed and not the easiest to find a seat, but it was a good spot.

Grove is awesome! Happy to have them back after the hurricane. We have been to the Indian Rocks location a few times, sad to say they don’t have the food at this location. However, that doesn’t stop this spot from having amazing coffee and pastries. We really enjoyed the banana bread and our Oatmeal Cream Pie Latte. The staff is very friendly and there is also a good amount of room dedicated to beach supplies amongst other things. Definitely check Grove out!

Beautiful shop, it's almost like two little stores in one but truly feels like one lovely place. The coffee shop had excellent friendly staff, delicious coffee, and a wide but not overwhelming menu/offering. Stopped by by two days since they were so good. The beachwear shop has a wonderful selection of fun and stylish offerings and covers just about anything you might need for the beach. I picked up some incredibly comfortable sandals and some sunscreen. The staff for that part of the store was also very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent place to stop or stay for a bit.

This place is amazing. I drank Coffee from several shops around here and have yet to enjoy any of them... until Grove. Grove has amazing coffee, atmosphere, and staff. The other coffee shops seem to think location and atmosphere are all that matters, but Grove has done an amazing job in all respects. Good job to Grove.

Grove surf coffee was the cutest coffee shop & retail 2 in 1! I ordered an iced salted caramel latte, chocolate banana bread, and a spinach feta croissant thing. It's been 2 weeks since I've been here, and I'm still dreaming about the chocolate chip banana bread! It was the best thing I've ever tasted. I wish I could travel in time & grab another one to go! Perry's Porch has quickly made a name for itself in the vibrant St. Pete dining scene since its grand opening in mid-February. This trendy spot is already a hot commodity, with reservations highly recommended due to its popularity. Guests rave about the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, where friendly staff members create an inviting environment perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal or simply sipping on a delicious latte while people-watching.
I enjoyed this place! Small menu but there's something for everyone. The cocktail list had a nice variety. Plenty of outside dining but inside dining seemed small but cozy. Our server was very knowledgeable. We had the charcuterie board which had a nice variety of meats and cheese. Burrata salad was nice and fresh, bibb and frisee salad with blackened shrimp, crumbled chorizo, almonds and green goddess dressing was my favorite! Pigs in a blanket, delicious, with spicy mustard, a must try! Snapper was cooked perfectly and the side dishes, bean succotash and salt and vinegar french fries were beautifully seasoned!

Tried to make a reservation online, however there was nothing available. We then walked up and fortunately we were able to get a table for four right away and were seated out on the porch. Our waiter Eric was great. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. At Eric’s suggestion I got the pink street margarita to drink and it was excellent! Very refreshing against the warm evening. To start I got the burrata salad and it was delicious! The portion was relatively big and perfect to share between two or three! For main entree I got the snapper. It was perfectly cooked. The flavor was mild, but very delicious and well seasoned. Would definitely return again.

I booked a reservation for 11am on a Friday for 4 of us. You can arrive early but they won’t seat anyone for lunch until it’s 11. The girls at the check in were very kind and accommodating with a high chair and kids menu for my grandson. Our server kept disappearing. We were ready to order and she left to do something else first. We had to ask for refills. The food was served quickly and was delicious! I loved the vibe of the restaurant. You could sit outside in the patio hit we chose indoor due to the heat and the decor was neat. I liked the coffee bar area. The menu had a nice variety and the prices were not unreasonable. They take your payment right at the table which I really like. It was a great lunch and put us next to the Glazier Children’s park for the fountains to play in.

Tampa Bay Food Tours is obsessed! Perry’s Porch is a true gem at the top of the St. Pete Pier! The ambience is warm and inviting with peaceful waterfront views, and the menu is creative, fresh, and full of flavor. The Pier itself has been a gathering place in St. Pete for over a century, and Perry’s Porch carries that tradition forward as one of its highlights today. We’ve been several times and favorites include the Sweet Corn & Crab Arancini, Chicken Francaise with bucatini, Artichokes with grana padano & lemon aioli, the refreshing Burrata Salad, and the freshly baked House Bread & Butter. Don’t miss the Trufflekopita with French feta and truffle honey—it’s unforgettable! Between the history, the setting, and the outstanding food, Perry’s Porch is a must-visit in St. Pete.

Sure! Here's a polished review that includes all the details you mentioned: --- We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience! Our server, Robert, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made excellent recommendations throughout the evening, starting with cocktails. The dragon martini was vibrant and unique, and the old-fashioned was perfectly balanced. We began with the artichoke appetizer, which was delicious and beautifully prepared. For our entrees, my husband had the chicken francaise - tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly - while I had the snapper, which was fresh, light, and wonderfully seasoned. Robert truly elevated our evening with his warm demeanor and spot-on suggestions. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning. Ask for Robert if you can - he’s the best!

David was such a great host to a new city and server. Staff here was delightful even when I saw them having to deal with a very trying group of customers that were rude. We had the artichokes (I could’ve eaten 10 plates of them) and then we also had the bucatini and salt and vinegar fries. In terms of cocktails we had the Bloody Mary and the margarita, both would order again! Beautiful setting and super aesthetic!

Jimmy B's Beach Bar is a laid-back beach bar located in a resort hotel, offering nightly live music and a sprawling deck that overlooks the beach. Voted as the Best Beach Bar by Floridians, it is known for its cold beer and pristine beaches. Situated at the Beachcomber Hotel on St Pete Beach, this award-winning bar features multiple bars, an open-air patio, and two stages for live music.
If I could give Jimmy B’s Beach Bar 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat! The atmosphere here is unbeatable — toes in the sand, live music, cold drinks, and the best sunset around. But what really made my visit unforgettable was Holly. Holly was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were never empty, she checked in with the perfect timing, and her smile honestly set the tone for the whole night. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it totally shows with Holly. Between the great vibes, awesome music, and outstanding service, Jimmy B’s is easily my favorite spot on St. Pete Beach. Huge shoutout to Holly for making the night extra special — she’s a total rockstar! 🌴🍹✨

Nestled in a resort hotel, this beach bar is a hidden gem. The laid-back atmosphere instantly puts you at ease, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The sprawling deck offers breathtaking views of the beach, creating an ideal backdrop for sunset cocktails. What truly sets this place apart is the live music, adding a vibrant energy to the relaxed setting. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring prompt service without disturbing the casual vibe. The food menu, while not extensive, offers tasty options that complement the drinks perfectly. From fresh seafood to classic bar bites, the quality is consistently good. Whether you're a hotel guest or a local, this bar is a must-visit for its ambiance, views, and overall experience.

Absolutely loved our time at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar in Saint Pete! The atmosphere is unbeatable, with a laid-back vibe that perfectly complements the beachfront location. Live entertainment keeps the energy up, making every visit a fun experience. The food is delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or just some tasty snacks to go with your drinks, Jimmy B’s has you covered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic time by the beach! *It did take us a 'minute' to find the place and parking. We had to park behind a 7-Eleven and walk across, which wasn't bad at all. Then you have to walk all the way through the hotel and go to the back in order to find it; just as a helpful hint for anyone that didn't know that ahead of time like we didn't. It appears you can also walk right off the beach up there, but we were coming from somewhere else.*
Kimberly T — Google review
The service overall was great and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. However, I did have an issue with the bartender, Emily. After checking my account later, I noticed a tip amount of $18 added that I did not authorize. My bill was $54. I always tip well but I was unable to leave her a tip due to shift change. If she would’ve told us when she was leaving I would have came back and tipped accordingly. I’m hoping it was an honest mistake, but it definitely left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. The rest of the experience was good, but this situation needs to be addressed because customers should be able to trust that their bill is accurate. I’ve tried to call numerous times to speak with someone but I’ve had no luck.

One of my favorite moments and places I visited in Tampa. The staff were truly kind and attentive to all needs. The Acropolis Greek Taverna in St. Petersburg is a popular spot for diners looking for delicious Greek eats. There's also nightly entertainment, and a lively vibe. The wine menu has good, reasonable priced options, and the service is outstanding. The inside bar tables are pushed aside for a Sunday dance lesson, but the Dj music can be a bit loud from the outside. There's an accessible rest area nearby.
I came here with my parents for a Valentine's Day lunch, and it definitely hit the spot. It's been a while since we have been back to acropolis, but my parents and I enjoyed it. The outdoor patio was lovely with half shade/half sun. The food was delicious. My only suggestion would be to have 3 sizes on the Greek salad. Maybe a side Greek salad, half Greek salad and full Greek salad. My mom is really picky, but she ordered the raspberry ice tea, and she was impressed (tasted homemade). The fried mushrooms were a great treat. Our waiter was busy, but he was top notch and working 5 tables outside, BUT.. he made sure everyone was happy and satisfied. I wish I'd remembered his name, but he was friendly, smiled, and was great at his job. I worked in the service industry for over 15 years, and sometimes going out can be an awkward experience if the service isn't good. Acropolis was a perfect choice for our family lunch. Thank you
Andrea K — Google review
First I would like to thank the staff for a very enjoyable dining experience. My brother and I took my mother to your establishment in St. Petersburg for her 81st Birthday on 3/12. We were very impressed with the layout, decor and atmosphere. We were promptly seated. Our servers were attentive and informative with many options on the menu. And made our dining decision relatively easy. I settled for Greek meatballs, my brother, chicken kabobs and mom, the seafood platter. Everything was delicious and truly authentic. If you've got a hankering for Mediterranean cuisine. Go no further than Acropolis.
Michael G — Google review
I was not very impressed with our lunch but it wasn't terrible. I'm sure much of it would have been better had it been hot when delivered, which seems to be a problem they have judging by the other reviews. The fries were good cold but would have been a awesome had they been hot. The salad looked delicious but the dressing tasted like straight oil, no vinegar or seasoning. The falafel was good but again would have been great had they not been cold. The gyro platter was ok, nothing special. The outside seating was the best part because it was such a beautiful day. It seems they only have one server which is fine if they can handle it but the cold food, no refill on water or a quick check to ask if everything is good makes me think they might need another person on the floor.

Nice restaurant. The food was good and so was the service. One thing I notice about this restaurant is that their food is displayed beautifully as you can see in the pics. The ginormous fried stuffed mushrooms were very good. The lamb chops were tender and juicy. We shall visit here again.

Stopped here for lunch today. The customer service was excellent and the food was also delicious, from the salad to the fries. We dines outside which was fine, we love to people watch. Food I ordered the Corfu Chicken sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was very good, th flavors were wonderful. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Greek Fries, which she says was AMAZING and she's not a fry eater. I also ordered the Lemon Drop (no pic), however it was not the best I've had but it's drinkable.

Excellent food and service! Beautiful surroundings! Got the stuffed mushrooms and calamari! Got the grilled red snapper and the gyro trio! All wonderful! Server was Wilfred? I believe! He was wonderful also and attentive! Oh and the 2-4-1 margaritas will have you coming back!

Delicious! 4+ stars. Only way it could be better is if it was in Greece! (Parking for area is lousy!) Our server, Erin, was efficient and nice. Food was very good. We were not familiar with the area so will check out parking lots but will definitely come again!

We stopped here to have a late lunch and a couple of drinks to unwind after a long day of errands. The experience was decent, food tasted good and the drinks were quite unique (spicy margarita & Rosemary infused gin martini). Was a bit let down by the establishment being out of the calamari appetizer as well as the portion size-price ratio of the mussels, though the sauce they were in was perfect for dipping pita bread in and licking your fingers unapologetically. I liked my fish very much, as I did enjoy the pesto sauce it came with. Keshon, our waiter, was very helpful and patient.

Good food, service was great and the atmosphere was good. Prices average around 15 dollars per meal. Terrible towels adorn the ceiling and lots of Steelers memorabilia on the walls. Good place to get a meal during all hours. Decent size bar. Clean bathrooms! Lots of character at this location.

This place is excellent for what it is. This place doesn’t pretend to be anything that it’s not. It’s a simple breakfast, brunch and lunch place without any frills. And they have just about everything from omelette to hamburgers to egg Benedict to tuna melt. Everything is reasonably priced and everything that we ordered so far is really good! And servers are very friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely come back to this place when we return to St. Petersburg.

Came here for breakfast while visiting the area. It was a Saturday morning but we only waited a few mins for a table. Service was a bit slow but friendly. The Canuck and Whistle Stop eggs Benedicts were decent but the waffle was just okay. Side of scrambled eggs had a strange color and test, likely they were carton.

Usually enjoy this place. However, I do not know what's been going on lately. Completely RAW burger and black pieces all through my waffle. Just wow.

To sum it all up, I was looking for my mama as I was eating, SO I COULD SLAP HER! That's how GREAT the food I ate here was! My wife and I stopped here for Brunch after staying overnight in Tampa. I heard over the radio, from one of our Bay Area radio personalities, Mike Calta, that this place had some of the best pancakes! Let me go ahead and say, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My wife ordered an eggs Benedict dish that had fried green tomatoes on it. Her 1st words after her 1st bite were, "These fried green tomatoes are perfect!". I tried them, she wasn't lying! They had a perfect cornmeal crust on them, a nice subtle vinegar taste on the back end, and the tomatoes them selves, although fried, were oh so soft! They shined through all the yummy toppings that accompanied the Benedict! The hash browns were also great! I ordered a tall stack of pancakes and country fried steak and eggs. The pancakes, OH MY GOD They had a PERFECT golden crust on the outside, with a soft, warm, and buttery chew. And they were plate sized pancakes! They actually cook what you want INSIDE THE BATTER! I had mine filled with nuts, blueberries, AND BACON! Hands down, some of THE BEST pancakes I've ever had! And the country fried steak was perfect! Seasoned to the God's and fried right! The gravy on top was chefs kiss! Our server Taylor was very warm, kind, courteous, and very attentive. She greeted us soon as we were seated, continually checked on us, and got our food out in the blink of an eye. She was great! She told us the head chef, Mr. Otis, has been there for over 40 years! He's GOTTA be cooking with love, because I tasted it in EVERY BITE! And the portions were huuugggeee, with a VERY AFFORDABLE price. As a certified foodie and super taster, with a hugged appetite AND a tight wallet, I FOUND MY NEW FAVORITE BRUNCH SPOT!!! Btw, Cleveland Browns fans beware, if you plan on visiting 😉 🤣🤣

The St. Petersburg Saturday Morning Market is a lively weekly event that transforms downtown St. Pete into a vibrant hub of activity. This bustling farmers market, recognized as one of the largest in the Southeast U.S., offers an array of fresh produce, prepared foods, and unique crafts from local artisans. As you stroll through the market, you'll be greeted by live music that adds to the festive atmosphere—it's like a daytime celebration where shopping feels more like a party with friends!
MY FAVORITE SPOT! I get there early. Incredible array of produce! There's an amazing lady there with the plant based handcrafted soaps w/natural glycerin. Her soap makes my skin extremely soft so I tried it on my face wooo it's a win win!! Every time I come I have to grab at least one of her soaps. Mailing some as a gift for a friend in Oregon. She has those recycled material sponges & painted Sweden there's a company in North Carolina..she has some body sprays. She said she takes orders online too. These have become my favorite soap..I am gonna try washing my hair with them. So many incredible vendors here!!!! Ripe pineapples!! I can get most of my produce here!! I noticed a exotic fruit stand this week. I go there for fruit veggies mushrooms soap coconuts. There entertainment & in this area there are lots of tables & chairs. I prefer to pay & park $5 I ALWAYS bring my huge granny cart 😘

It's not the biggest market. Has baked goods, pizza coffee, crystals, clothes, jewelry, veg and meats, honey. I got breakfast there coffee cookie and donuts. I don't remember the booth name but That donut was dense. I'm pretty sure it was 1lb and was 90% filling. The Thai tea cookie was delicious. And the stuffed vine leaf was a good savory item.

Great experience. We picked up uncommon tropical fruit, tried fresh pressed juices, grabbed fresh vegetables and enjoyed the time!

Lovely market with a nice variety of vendors. Lots and lots of produce, mushrooms, flowers, art, jewelry, etc. I didn't get any food but there were a lot of food options, too. There were a bunch of wonderful, well-behaved doggies about, minding their owners and not making trouble. All the vendors I interacted with were helpful and friendly.

The market has so many options for enticing your pallet. The food trucks were great too. A great way to start your Saturday morning.

Great park with a lot of cute tents to stop in and check out. Vendors are kind and knowledgeable. Definitely going to be a part of my every Saturday routine. They have little local shops, bakeries, coffee and a small fresh food market. Music plays from the amphitheater, it’s a great vibe.
Dani B — Google review
There are two locations for this market. In the summer it’s at Williams Park. In the winter it’s in the parking lot of the Rowdies Stadium. I went to the summer time market in Williams Park in early July. If you are dressed for hot weather, there is lots of shade. I enjoyed all the vendors and the mix of food and goods. It has a very Downtown St. Pete feel with art, wellness, nature and spiritual products. Local vendors sell their sourdough breads, prepared foods, juices, plants, candles, farm fresh veggies and desserts. The coolest items I saw were hanging plants, air plants, amazing mushrooms that looked like works of art, and local natural salt water sponges. Lots of items at a $5 price point. I got a refreshing drink of cucumber and mint ($5) and the green pork Tamles ($15) at Aztec Rojo and knishes from Brooklyn Knish. We got a Thai one, Indian samosa and a cheeseburger filled one. ($15 for 3) The Thai one was delicious and very spicy. The restroom is only for vendors and there aren’t public bathrooms close by anywhere. There isn’t live music in the summer. I did request info about allowing local teens to play music here but was told, “no, no, no” by the official market booth.
Tango T — Google review
Fantastic market to visit on a Saturday morning with great selection of vendors. Best place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables , cheeses, bread, coffee and what not from family owned businesses. The best thing to do on a Saturday morning and definitely one of the best, if not the best, market in the area.

One of the best decorated to match the food restaurants I've been to! Late lunch with out of town family, seated quickly and served quickly too. Drinks were plentiful and service was great! Food was hot and as ordered. Fave thing was jalapeno sausage OR the big rib. Fries are totally different from every other bbq joint and still so yummy. The kimchi fries were a fun thing to try and delicious. Gluten free options were plentiful and well noted on the menu.
Jen A — Google review
The brisket was definitely the best I've ever had. The burnt ends are more candied (if you like that), the sausage had just a little kick, we wanted to order the 1/2 chicken but they were out and it was only 7pm. The cowboy caviar was very good, a different experience, the collard greens were pretty bland needed some salt or flavor from some ham hocks or bacon. If I went back it would just be for the brisket, the price we spent for dinner was definitely not worth it. Visually it looks good but I've had better BBQ from someone cook'n BBQ on the side of a road.
Angelina C — Google review
Over the top best barbecue I've ever had. The attention to detail and the quality of the food is top notch. Atmosphere is really cool modern country setting. Upstairs has a relaxed tiki bar setup that apparently even has a totally separate menu from the downstairs dining. I don't think they could make a bad dish in this place. I've eaten many places in this great city this by far is now number one.

Such a fun date night with friends. We had the best Brussel sprout dish I have ever had and hate them, but boy would eat their again! We sat outside, it was a nice atmosphere and easy to have a conversation with our party. The waitress was great and kept the table happy. It really was a great time. The food was so tasty. The mac and cheese was creamy, the baked beans were a little spicy, the red cabbage Cole slaw was really Cole slaw like but tasty, the meats were all so good. My friend liked the pork belly and said she would have it again!
Sharon S — Google review
This place was much anticipated as the owner is an award-winning barbecue chef. It is quite the rage. And there is no doubt that all the food is delicious. Personally oh, I favor a different kind of barbecue. I like leaner ribs and find these a little fatty. The real star is the brisket, the Pastrami, and the turkey. The baked beans are very good, and don't miss the Taipei street corn. That's spectacular. I also like the cinnamon applesauce. But no matter what I say, people love this place. The following is from their site. Offering “new American barbeque" to the Tampa Bay area, the full-service restaurant sizzles with global flavors. Dr. BBQ created these exclusive new recipes by drawing on inspiration from his travels and the local tastes of St. Pete.

Not at all impressed with this place. This is my second time and both times had a bad experience. The atmosphere seems great and staff are friendly. Food was bland and I was served 2 pieces of full fat for what was supposed to be beef Brisket. I did mention this to server by the time it came out I was already done asking for my check . You would've thought they would've offered us a dessert or even taken a portion of the bill off. Nope Hopefully others have a better experience
Erasmo T — Google review
The Dr must have been on vacation! This family gathering was a bust! Ribs were cold to the bone, the waitress said they cook them ahead of time and warm them to order. The guys at the smoker weren’t friendly and the server was unpleasant. What happened to this place. We gave it so many chances and this was the last. Petri dishes in the restroom and flies and gnats flying all around the food.
Melissa W — Google review
Good selection of bbq meats and meals. We went for smoked wings (naked) they were exceptionally good, followed by burnt ends with fries/mac n cheese. This was the highlight of the meal, then brisket (point) fries and Sandis blue cheese slaw(awesome). Nice open atmosphere, friendly staff and decent selection of local craft beers. Lots of parking across the road if needed. Worth a visit for some decent Q

Seafood restaurant
Salt Shack On The Bay is a laid-back American bar and seafood joint located in the Westshore Marina District, offering stunning views of Tampa Bay. Whether arriving by land or boat, visitors can enjoy a mix of Florida and Caribbean flavors, including Bahamian conch chowder, grouper bites with mustard sauce, and Key lime pie. With ample seating both indoors and outdoors, patrons can savor their meals while taking in picturesque waterfront vistas.
Unexpected business lunch that was a welcomed experience! Even if you are a gluten-free vegetarian, you will, surprisingly I am not a fan of salads, get a really good salad! For UNDER $6! And it is a good size serving! Add the view and atmosphere and it’s place I will take my kids too! Another fun fact - the cats are adorable!

The atmosphere is fantastic here. This was our second visit & we loved it. The staff is super friendly. The food was delicious. Everyone in my party loved what they got. The seafood is fresh & delicious. I highly recommend the Sally Shack Pina Colada with toasted coconut on top. Best I’ve ever had. The views on the water are fantastic. Especially if you’re lucky enough to be there for sunset!
Sharon M — Google review
Can’t say enough good things about this establishment. The atmosphere was excellent, I love the fact that it is right on the water in an excellent location. Plus the nautical theme really shines through here. Salt Shack On The Bay is a great example of what a seafood restaurant should be in terms of the atmosphere. The dishes were equally as impressive with a wonderful menu. I tried the lobster bisque which was one of the best lobster bisque’s I have ever tried. Next was the Gaspar’s Tuna Tartare which I absolutely loved. Perfectly done the dish really came together and was complemented by very tasty and crispy house made chips. I also ordered the clams and the fish basket. Both were amazing! The service here is also world class. My waiter was excellent and really showed a passion for his work, also very knowledgeable about the menu and the customer experience! I really enjoyed my dining experience at Shalt Shack On The Bay. So glad I came across this restaurant!!
Michael C — Google review
Started with the middleneck class and calamari. Both were outstanding, particularly the spicy dipping sauce for the calamari. The blacked grouper sandwich was delicious and a very unique and tasty tarter sauce. The crab cake sandwich was very tasty. Finished off with the rum cake that was better than expected. Not to "rummy". Our server, Devin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back for sure.
Miles L — Google review
We absolutely loved the Salt Shack. The vibe was relaxed and tropical. The service was great. Brandon, our server, was very attentive. But the star of the day was the food. The coconut shrimp was so fresh, and fried to perfection. The grouper sandwich was perfectly cooked and clearly fresh! And topped off with excellent Pina Coladas! I would also like to praise the accessibility. There were handicapped spaces, and plenty of room to drop someone off. There is a ramp up to the restaurant, and appropriate seating. Everyone was accommodating. A great experience!!!.

Discovered the Salt Shack today. Amazing views right on the bay. Wonderful atmoshere with lots of different seating options. We really enjoyed the lobster bisque, coconut shrimp (there are 2 missing in the photo 😁), and the Daily Fish Sandwich which was grouper. The service was on point. This restaurant will definitely be on repeat!

First time here and it was such a great experience! We were first seated outside away from the water, but spied an open table right on the water and our hostess moved us there. It was a very busy Saturday. Our party of 4 was celebrating a birthday. Despite the crowd the service was outstanding!! The blackened grouper sandwich was the best!! It's a beautiful location and I highly recommend it. Live music was excellent. We will definitely come back on a somewhat regular basis.

This place is definitely the new sport! Landon was wonderful. He took very good care of us. We had an amazing time. The mango pina colada was so delicious and the calamari was hitting the spot. 10/10 would Recommen and definitely wish I could give 10 stars. Will definitely be back.

Mexican restaurant
Nueva Cantina in St. Petersburg, Florida is a vibrant and relaxed cantina adorned with colorful wall murals that depict Mexican classics such as tacos and margaritas. The restaurant has been serving its unique style of Mexican cuisine for six years, offering a blend of traditional dishes like Picadillo Tacos and Tex-Mex favorites such as Fajitas. Guests can enjoy the spacious interior with multiple seating rooms and ample free parking.
Wow!! The food is so flavorful, the best tacos I've had in the USA. The Al Pastor, carnitas and shrimp tacos specifically were amazing! Then there is the pitcher of any flavor margarita, so good. Loved the shareable plates. Had a great time, definitely going to be a regular spot for me and the family.

Wow love this place. Visited with the girls and we had a lovely time and enjoyed an amazing dinner with responsive service in a super cute restaurant. Had to opt to eat inside since it was a pretty hot and muggy evening. The pina margarita was amazing and the little rubber ducks were such a sweet surprise especially since two of us are Jeepers we were giddy with them, we had the trio appetizer and shared the taco tray. Very reasonable for such delicious food! Will definitely be returning!

Wanted sone lite food fare and looked up an eatery near me. What a spooky Halloween surprise, all the staff were dressed up in costumes and the theme and decor of the resteraunt matched. They did a really nice job. So the drinks were strong and I wanted a good salad because mimosa fest was my next stop. The aesthetics and presentation were very nice. Mine was designed to look like an eyeball in my drink which was lychee and a cherry see photo plus the whole staff had on smiles. I would definitely come back and spend more time there dig into some specials to this location. . The outdoor patio would be a nice vibe on a cooler day. I

Went here on a whim and I liked it! The atmosphere inside of the restaurant wasn’t so great for me with dark yellow orangey lighting throughout and it felt a bit cramped for my tastes. However! The patio is very cute. We sat outside and it was pretty dead. Though, I’m assuming it’s because it’s a Wednesday night 30 mins from closing 😅 The service was great! Our waitress was attentive but did not hover. She had some good recommendations and was upbeat and friendly. We left a 30% tip and felt it was well deserved :) I was a huge fan of the horchata aqua Fresca. It reminded me of drinking condensed milk, but like, in a good way? I also loved the shrimp taco. So yummy. I use the green sauce a lot because I like things ✨spicy✨ The birria taco had a nice crispy to it while also being juicy. Not sure how to explain it but texture wise, I’m in love. The taste though? Was alright. It def felt like it was missing something. I ordered the esquites but found it to be too soggy at the bottom. The rice was not as good as expected and the plantains were just alright. As wonderful of an experience I had with the horchata aqua Fresca, you’d assume that I’d have the same reaction with the strawberries and creme version of it. I’m never touching that thing again. The consistency and texture was equivalent to frothy spit. The taste was like old milk. It could be personal preference but I was definitely NOT a fan. Overall, the stuff that I liked, I loved. The stuff I didn’t, I hated. It was a strange polarity for me this time around when it comes to food. I heard they opened a Tampa location. I’m actually looking forward to trying that one too!

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Nueva Cantina this Saturday for lunch, and everything about the experience was top-notch—from the vibrant atmosphere to the delicious food and refreshing drinks. But the real highlight of our visit was Alexis, our server. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, Alexis made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down outside. Her recommendations were spot-on, our drinks never went empty, and every detail was taken care of with a smile. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Alexis nailed it. She's a total gem and made our lunch one to remember. We’ll definitely be back—partly for the tacos and margaritas, but mostly for the incredible service. Thank you, Alexis!

I just love this place and so does my son, Dallas! His behavior is always top notch when we come here and I believe that’s due to the energy of the establishment and the referees! You guys bring out the best in my dog! If you have a dominant dog, nervous, shy, unsocialized- I highly recommend trying to turn those behaviors around by coming here in a CONTROLLED, friendly, warm and loving environment! (Bring your most calm and positive self of course) This staff member below was one of my favs. She walked around with a smile on her face, how could the dogs NOT get along with that kind of energy! I also love the small dog pool, ice baths and friendly sweet dogs every time we go!

Be aware if you’re not a regular and/ or a local, they’ll invite you in just to check your ID, let you order something, pay, tip, then kick you out before you can even start to consume the most likely back washed drink (thanks to the bartender) for the reason of “ no one knows you” regardless of them checking my ID and not having an issue about me before their tip. I had just moved to the area of course they don’t know me. What a way this was to say new comers are NOT welcome especially after I drove 40 mins to try this place out. Oh also their bartender drinks straight out of the liquor bottles they serve the guests! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We took our dog Boujie here to give him some meaningful experiences before he passed of cancer. We said goodbye to him 09/26/25 and though we miss him dearly, we look back with gratitude at his days mingling with the other dogs at the Dog Bar. The staff and patrons were exceptionally kind to him and we always had a good time. Thank you.

The dogs seemed to love it here. The vibe was good, and the drinks were amazing too! AB was our bartender and welcomed us, and told us more about the place. We aren’t a local, and we met some nice people. Previous review said they don’t welcome visitors but we didn’t get that bine at all. We will be back to visit when in Florida.

A great place to take your dog and do some work if you want a little break. There's staff walking about to make sure no dog fights break out 😅 but it's more a place for the owners to go have fun than the dogs if you catch my drift. The crowd is hit or miss, the drinks are okay, not sure I would have a cocktail in there and they don't serve food HOWEVER they have one of the best food trucks making some of the best comfort food in St.Pete parked outside on specific days. Usually they are in Brandon but on weekends they park up outside and sometimes give out free tasters. The vibe isn't really why you would go and you have to pay to bring your dog in, $8. In my opinion, if your dog likes water and you want to please your dog. Mutts & Martinis is twice as good and they have a subscription model which makes it super cheap. I have gone back a few times to give it a go but the dogs are always a little or miss in there. Slightly untrained most of the time but that's not to say you catch this place on a good day and you can meet some super cool people
Daniel G — Google review
I used to really enjoy coming here with my dog, but after my last experience, I won’t be back. The biggest issue with this place is that a lot of people bring dogs that don’t actually want to socialize, they’re aggressive or clearly uncomfortable and their owners are more focused on drinking than watching their pets. When those dogs react negatively to others just trying to play, the staff steps in and tells both parties to leash their dogs, even when your dog hasn’t done anything wrong. That’s exactly what happened to me. I’d been there for hours with no issues, but after one minor incident (caused by another dog that didn’t want to play), I was told to leash mine. I decided to just leave instead. Months later, I came back only to find out I’d been banned, supposedly for “arguing with customers,” which couldn’t be further from the truth. The whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth. On top of that, the staff often seems checked out and doesn’t keep a close eye on the dog area. I’ve noticed dog poop left around multiple times, which just adds to the feeling that management doesn’t really care about maintaining a safe or clean environment. It’s disappointing because it could be a great spot if they focused more on managing aggressive dogs, keeping the play area clean, and actually paying attention to what’s going on, instead of punishing the wrong people.
