Highly recommend salted caramel (perfect creamy texture), chocolate, alphonso mango and pink grapefruit (very refreshing and not too sweet). Great that all ice creams are made in-house.

Small but nice museum with friendly staff, some wonderful pieces of sugar- and chocolate art on display plus some short films playing about preparation. Small degustation afterwards is awesome and on itself already worth the entrance fee

Not much interpretation or results of chocolate making though there are plenty to buy. Sometimes there are confectionery demonstrations and free samples though if busy you can wait a while for your turn. Is it worth the money? Not for me but my wife liked it and the granddaughters loved the figures. Takes about half an hour.
