Bahía de Alcudia Hotel & Spa is a modern hotel located just 200 meters from Alcudia Beach in north-east Majorca. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and suites with balconies, an outdoor pool, gardens, and terraces. Guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and open-air bar. The property also provides free WiFi and various activities such as ping-pong and darts.
We took our family for holiday to Mallorca and chose this hotel and it was the best decision which exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacious and clean - if you really want to pick on something the bathroom doors have not been thought through, however the staff is caring, they are really dedicated to make the stay really enjoyable. Location is perfect, very close walk to the beach. The food was great, plenty to choose from and don't listen to the bad reviews, even fussy eaters will find something. I would like to shout-out to the bar staff who went above and beyond - firstly Maria and Dani from the moment we arrived looked after us and they are really fun and know how to make a good drink! Lazaro, Joan and Gabriel have been looking after us in the evening and provided fantastic table service and remembered exactly what we wanted to drink. Thank you for helping me to practice my terrible Spanish!

45 min car drive from airport, which makes it less touristy. Staff is super friendly, helpful and very attentive. Rooms are modern, spacious and cleaned daily if you'd wish. Good selection of food at the buffet with themed nights (sushi, dessert, Mexican, cheese,...). Pool not too crowded with enough beds. Great entertainment crew with diverse activities. Second time in Bahía and we can't to go back a third time!

Hotel Bahia meets expectations in all the important areas – cleanliness, staff, food, and facilities are all at the level you would expect in this price range. One clear advantage is the better pricing when booking directly through their website and reservation system, with the added benefit of free cancellation up to a few days before arrival. What might not fully meet everyone’s expectations: the hotel is not located directly on the seafront (though it’s very close), and the pool is on the smaller side. However, for a holiday that combines swimming in the sea with cycling or exploring the area, this is a very solid choice. Cyclists will especially appreciate the lockable bike room, which also includes a small workshop area for basic maintenance or adjustments. I’ve stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Would definitely come back.

Excellent hotel. Clean and central location. food was okay, not the best buffet at a 4 star hotel I’ve ever had but not the worst. Limited children’s activities with disco only on a couple of nights. Kids pool very small. Short walk to beach and port. Stayed in a junior suite and was really spacious and nice. Air con not great - and view was non existent. Overall good but won’t hurry to book again.

Professional, friendly staff throughout the hotel. There's a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of ways for guests to unwind, superb chill out areas, landscaped tropical gardens, spacious modern bar area, a pool , gym, spa etc etc. Exceptionally clean throughout, rooms immaculate if a little small. Only 1 gripe: Even with a commitment to being environmentally friendly, guests need information about a hotel and their stay. A simple printed sheet is really needed, not everything can be explained at check in. Information about the great facilities, spa , gym, the indoor pool and cycling for instance, meant we did not explore these options. One experience was made awkward and embarassing due to lack of information,as we were lectured by a certain waitress for helping ourselves to water with our dinner, (made more confusing as it is available for breakfast). It should have been made clear that this is not available to half board guests and the way it was handled was the only sour note of our stay. We believe that proper communication and clarity is all that is needed and we would not hesitate to reccommend Bahia de Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, relaxing, welcoming, it is a fabulous hotel. A short stroll to the long sandy beach and a 20min walk to the old town of Alcudia, it is close enough to everything, but an oasis to relax in. Tips: Go to the stunning walled historic town of Alcudia, with its winding streets and picturesque buildings, and lovely restaurants and shops. Make sure to call into the magnificent church and its museum, spectacular,a real highlight. Also visit the amazing Roman Ruins opposite the old town, they are really worth seeing, particularly the amphitheater (€4). visit the market in Alcudia on Tues and Sunday mornings, make full use of the bus, €3 seems to get you miles! Room tips:Ask for a room facing the garden, its gorgeous. Carry cash if you can for the bus, it can be stressful trying to tap with your phone! Pay approx €20 for 2 sunbeds on the clean sandy beach for the whole day, well worth it. If you arrive after 5pm you generally wont be charged. Last tip, be lovely to the staff at the hotel, they all work exceptionally hard and they deserve to be treated well in return. Happy holidays!

Stayed here last month on a family holiday and had such an amazing time! 45 minute airport transfer and excursion office across the road with a short walk to the beach which takes you near the harbour area but if you enjoy a nice walk across the beach you reach white sands with crystal clear water!! Back at the beautiful hotel, there is always room to relax either in the sun or shade, never had any issues finding a sunbed near the pool either despite the area seeming small for the capacity in peak summer. The hotel restaurant had friendly staff and nice variety across the 10 days we were there, members of our family have food allergies where allergy labels across the buffet provided comfort and a key sell for why we booked. Unfortunately on one occasion nuts were missed on a label and there were some issues with cross contamination as a result of guests mixing cutlery but these were corrected once pointed out. The general manager was so helpful and respectful, he ensured that the staff received feedback of their mistake, following this, major allergens were isolated and no further issues were noted for the rest of our stay :) The highlight of our stay here were the people; super friendly and helpful reception staff, great entertainment team with the best bar team I’ve experienced. The entertainment team Deme and Milena are so full of energy building relationships with everyone and ensuring everyone had a good time ALL DAY!!! These two work so hard and clearly enjoy what they do. The bar staff could not do more to make sure everyone was happy, always so much fun and friendly, of course also ensured no one was without a drink. Special mentions to Victor who is a superstar alongside Marie, Dani, Briel, Barto Juan and Lorenzo who all made our holiday so special. We have agreed as a family to return, thank you so much!
Chloe F — Google review
What a wonderful and relaxing stay. My partner and I have stayed in 5 star hotels before and we both agree the service here topped the service at the 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. The entertainment staff were so energetic and friendly and have a talent for remembering names which I was super impressed by. The bar staff are a lovely group of guys and look like they genuinely enjoy what they do. The chef for breakfast made impressive omelettes every day for my partner, which he loved! It’s the first time I’ve seen a breakfast as good as this at a 4 star. A great break if you’re looking for something relaxed, quiet at this time of year and just a little getaway. Downsides, just to add some balance, were the choice in drinks were too sweet. I think it’s a little dated to do very sugary cocktails that are pre mixed and think the bar staff could have a lot of fun designing some unique cocktails for guests. I think it would be worth creating a new menu and even increasing the cost of the all inclusive to accommodate for this. We love cocktails and would have gone to the bar more frequently if there was a better selection. The food for me personally, wasn’t amazing. However I enjoyed burger night and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed every meal! Some chilled house music by the pool would have been nice for atmosphere, and some service around the pool for drinks would have been great so you didn’t have to go to the bar each time. The spa we also liked. The hot tub could have been hotter and sadly the steam room was out of order. I had a massage which was pricey but relaxing. Although I had a full body massage but didn’t get a foot massage which I found odd. For €100 for 50 minutes I did expect a bit more. Majorca was gorgeous in general and the beach was absolutely stunning, the best I’ve seen. Crystal clear waters and white Sandy beaches. You can also hire a sun lounger for €9 a day which is very reasonable. There are also lovely ladies that go around offering massages for €20. I would probably have gone for this in retrospect! All in all a wonderful and relaxing stay and I’ll be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks.

We’ve had a wonderful experience here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The service at the bar was excellent and the cocktails were great. *Thumbs up to all the waiters who provided excellent service, expecially Juan and Victor!🎉🎉🎉

Alcudia Port Suites is a relaxed apartment hotel located near the beach, offering bright quarters and an outdoor pool, as well as a gym for guests to enjoy. While some returning guests have praised the hotel and its staff, there have been concerns about meeting five-star expectations. Issues such as slow check-in processes due to understaffing and limited breakfast offerings have been noted.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the [highlight a specific feature, e.g., spa, rooftop pool, or restaurant], were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying here in the suite with the seaside view and wow did it not disappoint. The room was huge and felt very luxurious and comfy. The suite: It was separated by a door and had a nespresso machine, two tvs, a king sized bed, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Plushy robes and slippers also provided and a cute straw bag to put your stuff inside and towels. The AC/Air conditioning was also functional but only on one half of the room. It was enough to bring our room fron 25°c to 23.5°c. The couch was also so soft and comfy. The balconies were also spacious and provided a great view of the sea and beach. The shower gel etc also was very nice :) The one thing that did bother us was the confusing light function, we turned on the lights near the bed and it was flickering until I took the hotel card out to turn the power off. The fan and tv remote were also not functional, which I do not find acceptable, especially if we are spending a good amount each night. Hence the star deduction for the rooms. Service and food: The employees were very helpful and friendly and the food at breakfast was good. Decent selection and I loved the detox juice. Carmen is really helpful and friendly and even booked us taxis there and back. Bonus that its adults only. Location: Central to everything, 3 mins by foot to the beach, infront theres markets and stores and even a ben and jerrys ice cream vendor. Really amazing. The cafe behind the hotel is also amazing, I highly recommend it if you like patisseries. Amenities: Pool outside was nice and the seats also comfy. The pool could be a bit colder especially when its 30°c or hotter. We ended up going to the beach more often because it was colder there. We also tried the spa area and same thing, water was lukewarm and the saunas were not functional. Not acceptable for a 5* hotel. I would come back to this hotel, maybe even try the presidential suite, but the hotel really needs to fix these issues.

Me and my partner have just got back from a week stay at the Alcudia port suites hotel and it was amazing. The hotel is clean and the rooms are stunning. The staff are so attentive, polite and helpful. The food and drinks were so good, with such good options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. One thing we loved was the location, with it being so close to some amazing restaurants, the port as well as the beach. We visited the spa and the gym whilst on our stay and found the vacilities to be perfect. During our stay it was my partners birthday and we were surprised with a lovely bottle of champagne and a lovely hand written note for him. Overall we had the most amazing stay and can’t wait to come back.
Jordan S — Google review
Now many other reviews have commented on if this hotel deserves its 5 star rating. Well having just completed 9 days in a suite I would rate the staff and breakfast offering/service as five star. The reception team (notably Carmen) excellent, the breakfast team and pool attendant team excellent. I really liked the mix of breakfast buffet and al a carte service - gives a feeling of luxury and personal service. Now the hotel itself, for the most part is stylish, the pool area is large with loads of beds and fresh towels and never felt crowded (big tick) the spa is on the small size and while I was there the steam and salt sauna were out of action which was disappointing but no where near enough to stop me recommending this hotel. The gym is small but just enough to get by. If I were to be totally honest I have been to 4 star hotels with a bigger/better gyms and spas. Would I book again? Yes I would

Amazing Stay – Carmen Truly Saved Our Holiday! Our experience at Bordoy Alcudia Suites was outstanding from start to finish, but what truly set it apart was the incredible staff—especially Carmen, who went above and beyond when I lost my passport. Losing your passport on holiday is a nightmare, but Carmen handled everything with such calm professionalism and genuine care. She guided us through every step contacting the bus company even checking in on us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her kindness and support turned a stressful situation into something manageable. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our trip. Aside from that, the hotel itself is fantastic. The spa, pool, and gym are all included in your stay, and everything is beautifully maintained. The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped even including a straw beach bag with towels, perfect for when you head to the beach.

Good location. Close to everything but bit loud at night since it is right next to the main street. Room is comfy. Our basin was clogged, it got fixed next day. Good housekeeping service. Staff are friendly here but not professional enough. They forgot our order when there was only like 10 tables of guests…we waited for 40 minutes to get the food…and same thing happened again at the bar.😅 A bit overpriced for this level of 5 stars hotel.

We stayed there in 2019. Me and my husband. The hotel was new - the staff and service were amazing and it is walking distance to a cool beach and some nice restaurants.

Located in the beautiful port of Alcudia, Mallorca, Zafiro Tropic is a contemporary apartment hotel that offers a range of amenities for families and travelers. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, including a large swimming pool for children with slides and water games. Guests can relax in the pool area on exotic Balinese beds while enjoying Mediterranean cuisine at the restaurant or sipping cocktails in the garden.
This hotel was amazing. The staff were outstanding. Food was excellent there were so many choices, no one would go hungry.. The evening and the children’s entertainment was varied and very enjoyable. The facilities were amazing.I can’t rate this hotel enough we had an amazing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this chain again.
Carol W — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zafiro Tropic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome: check-in was smooth and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved having a nice balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. The pools were definitely a highlight. The kids had so much fun with the slides and the separate children’s pool. Every day there was a varied buffet with plenty of fresh dishes and something for everyone. Breakfast was especially a treat every morning. The live cooking was a great extra, and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner at the à la carte restaurant. The location of the resort is perfect: within just a few minutes you’re at the beach, and the center of Alcúdia is also within walking distance. We had some wonderful walks through the old town – highly recommended! What stands out the most for us is the atmosphere and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and our children had the time of their lives with the animation team. In short: Zafiro Tropic turned out to be the perfect place for us to relax and have fun as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall a great hotel with so may positives for families. We stayed 11 nights and here are my bullet point take aways: Pros - Most staff excellent and so welcoming - Pool areas amazing. We had 2 kids under 5 and the Pirate Ship pool & Long pool were amazing. Relaxed atmosphere and lifeguards not overly fussy thankfully - Evening entertainment was good. Our little fella was terrified of Izzy - Lovely playground for the younger kids - Food generally great, huge selection. Maybe a few tweaks around proper Irish/English sausages for breakfast, but not a real issue - Room was good. Reliable AC, big TV and comfortable beds which is important in 38 degree weather - Location excellent. 1 block from the beach which is just a short stroll Cons - Some staff clearly not happy to be there in my opinion - No locks on many bathroom doors - Unbelievably there was regular leaf blower usage at 7.30am. I thought it was drilling at first but upon investigation it was a leaf blower, most or every morning. - Large Beer €5.10. Not really large, 400ml max. Too pricey in my opinion for an already expensive hotel Overall we loved it despite the few issues but we would definitely return again next year
John C — Google review
This resort is wonderful and so well priced! The rooms are great, the service is amazing, the staff are so lovely. The entertainment doesn’t stop. My daughter loved the show every night, she had a blast. The swimming pools and playgrounds for kids are so good! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! It is such a short walk to the beach as well.
Mariam K — Google review
We returned to this hotel for our holiday after several years elsewhere. The location is still fantastic situated close to the beach, restaurants and shops. However the hotel standard has sadly dropped. The entertainment during the day is very poorly advertised. In the past the entertainment staff went above and beyond to get people involved however now they’re not interested and several times we attended and were the only one there. The evening entertainment use to be very good with different bands/entertainment but now it’s the same mini disco / quiz followed by non existent entertainment. This was a highlight in the past but it’s gone downhill. Towels left out from 7am and then some power hungry lifeguards start lifting random towels at 9. On one morning towels were lifted even though some family members were there with the lifeguard saying all members need to be there. The hotel policy stated that any towels can be lifted once left unattended for 45mins. The real issue is the number of towels left out from 7 unattended and then people only turn up at 9 when the lifeguard arrives. The rooms have everything you need but the beds/ pillows could be softer and more comfortable. We will probably return because of its brilliant location and hopefully the hotel can improve the entertainment in the future.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you and were very friendly. We stayed all inclusive and the food was lovely and loads of variety. There was so much included in the all inclusive it’s definitely worth it. The pool area and rooms were also perfect. The old town was about a 20 minute walk but not bad at all. Very high standard hotel. Would definitely return.
Jessica M — Google review
We had a fantastic stay at Zafiro Tropic! The staff were outstanding—warm, welcoming, and especially lovely with our baby. The pools were spotless and really impressive. Our little one absolutely loved the pirate-themed pool designed just for young children. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, and the evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable every night. A special thank you to Carla and Chris for making the activities so much fun! We would definitely like to come back next year!

Exceeded our expectations, the reception, rooms, pools and outside areas are very well maintained and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location to beach and restaurants (if not all inclusive). Good menu selection at the restaurant and a well stocked supermarket with a small bakery. They also provide a courtesy room with shower if you have a late flight home (not many hotels provide this). We had a really lovely stay and would come back.

The Botel Alcudiamar Club is an elegant beachfront hotel with spacious accommodations and a range of amenities. Situated on the marina, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Alcudia. It provides guests with a peaceful atmosphere while still being in close proximity to numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. Guests can easily access a nearby small beach to relax and take in the stunning surroundings.
Absolute top location with excellent service. We actually booked a other hotel but we were so in love with this hotel when we went for a drink. We stayed several nights and it is absolute perfect. The outside pool is stunning and perfect temperature. The staff is very kind and personal and you don’t feel like a number. The breakfast was also very nice, good coffee. Nice quality for your money. Also the location is perfect. The diner in the hotel is also great but there are very nice restaurants near. Overal 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back - as i will do for sure. That you can park in the harbor (paid) is ideal because you are right in the hart of port alcudia.

Absolutely amazing place, views were out of this world. We didn't stay here but used the restaurant & bar and were treated like kings, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were amazing. 5 🌟

2 weeks spent in this wonderful place. Great pool area, quiet and a great atmosphere. Although the hotel itself is four-star, it is the staff that makes it qualify for a clear five-star. The management has assembled a really good team. Nice job and thanks for a great holiday.

Have just finished a 7 night stay here with my teenage daughter. The communal areas were spotless and well maintained. The pool area was beautiful and i made the most of the indoor hotub and sauna. I wish I could remember the names of key staff because it was the staff that made the holiday so great from the reception staff, to the lady that greeted us at ur meals each day, the barman who made the most amazing cocktails and the other staff that supported our stay. It was amazing! A couple of negatives. One of the pillows in our room had mould on and I did report it however the pillow was never changed, there weren't enough vegetarian options for the evening meals. I would still definitely stay again and most likely will visit again.
Kristal R — Google review
We loved the place. It’s quiet, only a few smaller children, the pool is gorgeous, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of variety- including custom made omelettes. We also loved their cocktails of the day. The pool chairs got busy later in the day but in the morning there was plenty to choose from. This was especially as they are strict on the ‘no reserve’ and would remove towels people put down to reserve. We loved that! The rooms are not very big and nothing fancy for a regular double room. The suites are probably much nicer. Recommended!
Rikke V — Google review
We absolutely loved our stay at Alcudiamar Botel, the facilities are perfect for a sports holiday and also relaxing time at the pool and beach! The breakfast was perfect - had everything you could need! The staff are super friendly and talented language-wise! :) The live music in the evenings was really great! Highly recommend in low season a holiday here!

The sixth time I’ve been here, will keep coming back every year; as it’s nearly 100 % perfect. The food is 100% the only thing that lets it down is a problem with some of the guest’s. There are always people who reserve sun beds with their towls then disappear of to breakfast. And those who get up early and go to breakfast early, only to find all the best spots around the pool are taken; although there’s no one there. This is something that the Hotel say’s you should not do, but it’s not controlled enough. Also there are guests who leave their rubbish laying around when they go, expecting the hotel to clean up after them. So the problem is not so much that of the Hotel, but that of some of the ignorant guests that stay there. The staff of the Hotel are all very friendly, it’s like coming back to family. See you all again next year.

Great hotel, well positioned for the beach or the buses or getting into alcudia town. Rooms are really good, staff pretty good too. Only one thing is surprising and that’s having to pay for water at the half board dinner. Otherwise food is pretty darn good too

Not sure about all the glowing reviews here. The room in the right side of the hotel had: - Interior out of the early 90s (smells like it too) - AC/heating uses a motion sensor, in other words it's never working at night so in February its freezing cold at night. - AC is super noisy - Mattress has seen heavy use, sleeping in a noticeable imprint from all the previous people It does look nice from the outside, and the location is amazing. The inside was terrible, moved out after two nights. Maybe it was just this one room they gave me?

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The welcome was great, although we had to wait about an hour for our room since we arrived very early — which is understandable. At check-out, we had to leave the room by noon, but we were allowed to keep our towels and stay in the hotel until our departure at 6 PM. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They adapt to the guests, try to speak our native languages, laugh with us, and really treat us like royalty. We felt like kings and queens! There was never a single mistake with any order. Whenever we moved towards the buffet (which is well-stocked and varied both morning and evening), the staff always stepped aside to let us pass. They are always smiling and friendly. For lunch, there is a lovely small restaurant reserved exclusively for hotel guests, with very reasonable prices — cocktails and drinks included. To give you an idea, we spent about €200-250 for two people over 8 days (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, desserts, and meals). Betty introduced us to many activities and sports included in the hotel price. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the gym or spa. The pool area, sauna, jacuzzi, and games (darts, ping pong, pétanque, chess) are outstanding and always clean! Regarding the rooms, I’ve never seen a hotel so dedicated! Every day, our room was vacuumed and cleaned, and towels were changed daily as well. Everything was perfect! Quality-price ratio: 10/10. I would gladly come back!

I can’t say enough good words about our experience in this hotel. I felt in love with this hotel. The location could not be better. It is close to anything yet you are separated from the busy area around. So cool was to lay on comfortable pool bed and safely walk to swim to the sea. Our room was outstanding as well. It was sparkling clean and comfortable. The bed was XL king with high quality sheets. The food was always impressive.Day and evening programs were lovely. But the greatest asset of the hotel is its team. The most welcoming experience on the island. I wanted to rebook this beautiful place for the next year before even leaving it.

Very nice hotel. Note to staff : for the love of God, please do something about all the damn guests putting their towels on the chairs by the pool without using them.. from very early morning all the chairs has been "taken" without a single person being their--then it's your freaking job to take all those towels away and teach people some proper manners.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, great hotel. Can't recommend it enough. If we ever come back to Alcudia this is where we will stay.

Definitely one of the best Hotels in Alcudia. Amazing staff and really really good restaurant with also a top breakfast buffet.
Thomas J — Google review
Great hotel food a little bit of a let down at times, some odd meal choices but an international clientele so that might be the reason, always sun-beds available and Bali beds if you booked in the right rooms or you have to pay. Service nearly always good maybe not so much around the pool as you have to order online through a QR code on each table/ bed. Room service available but we never used it. Very comfortable beds with pillow choice and shower was excellent also roof terrace with your own jacuzzi and Bali bed and sun loungers as well and two balconies to choose from.

Serviced accommodation
Zafiro Palace Alcudia is a five-star resort located in a private area in Port Alcudia, Majorca. It offers all-inclusive holidays suitable for families prioritizing their children's happiness without compromising on luxury. The resort features contemporary suites, some with kitchenettes, spread across single-story buildings to create a village-like atmosphere.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Zafiro Hotel in Alcudia, and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and it set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making it feel like a truly personalised experience. The food was absolutely outstanding – one of the best sets of restaurants I’ve encountered. Each meal was a delight, but if I had to recommend just one, the Grill restaurant for dinner was a standout. The fish was incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening. Our room was immaculate – the cleaning was impeccable, and it was clear the staff took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Every detail was taken care of, and it made our stay feel even more luxurious. The coffee shop served proper coffee, which was the perfect way to start the day! One last note – I saw some reviews mention a shortage of sun beds, but I can confidently say that was nonsense. There were plenty available during our stay, and we never had any trouble finding one! Overall, the hotel and staff truly impressed me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Alcudia. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time!

We spent a week at this beautiful hotel, and overall we had a pleasant stay. Food and Restaurants The buffet at The Market was excellent, with a large and varied selection. Unfortunately, we found that if you sat outside along the sides, staff could forget about you – plates were not cleared away, and it could take a long time to place a drink order. We ate at La Veranda only once. The food was fine, but not on the same level as the buffet. Rooms and Facilities Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. However, we did experience two technical issues: a balcony door that didn’t work, and a toilet that kept running after cleaning. These were fixed, but it was still inconvenient. The hotel felt very large, and we felt the staff sometimes lost oversight. Routines seemed unclear at times, resulting in inconsistent service. Pool Area The pool with the swim-up bar was quite crowded, and finding available sunbeds was very difficult. The hotel has a rule that sunbeds cannot be reserved for more than 40 minutes without use, but this was not enforced. Additionally, lifeguards began removing our towels before pool closing time, even though we had personal items like bags and shoes on the loungers. This felt unnecessary, as it meant we had to walk back to our room cold and wet. The pool bar was often busy, and we sometimes waited up to 10 minutes to be served, especially when seated on the sides. Hygiene could also have been better – we saw a bartender use a glass that had fallen on the floor. Entertainment and Amenities Evening entertainment was disappointing, and there was no mini-disco for children. We also missed having a small shop at the hotel for basic items like snacks, drinks, or pool supplies – everything had to be purchased outside the hotel. We also found it inconvenient to bring the hotel key card to the pool bar for all-inclusive service. A wristband system would have been much more practical and avoided bartenders constantly asking for the room number. After 10:30 p.m., the hotel became completely quiet, with no music or activities, giving the impression that everyone should return to their rooms. Summary Zafiro Hotel Alcudia is a beautiful hotel with an excellent buffet, nice rooms, and very friendly staff. However, the hotel feels slightly too large for the current staffing level, and routines are lacking to ensure consistent service. With better organization and a few more staff members, this hotel could easily move from very good to truly outstanding.

We stayed for a family holiday and it was our first time here. What an amazing place!! The hotel was superb in every respect. The food was outstanding, level of service was excellent and the facilities were brilliant. All the staff were excellent, polite & couldn't do enough for us, well done to them all. It was my wife's 60th birthday whilst there and the hotel went above & beyond as they gave her a bottle of prosecco & a lovely heart shaped cake, amazing ❤️ Thankyou for making our stay so special and we look forward to coming back next year for our summer break. Fantastic stay overall. There were a few minor things that didn't seem as attentive as previous years but equally, some things seemed slightly better. The choice and quality of food was of a very high standard. The staff are superb, especially in the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very spacious and clean, although it did feel during this stay there were a few things not replenished or cleaned as thorough, like milk and the bath etc We had to call reception a few times for refreshments and to adjust things in the room. Overall though a fantastic resort with great swimming pools that caters for all ages. Extremely well kept grounds and excellent facilities. Night time entertainment can be hit & miss but overall it services everyone.

Great hotel and we had a fantastic holiday staying here. The location is ideal for families with kids but also perfect if you’re looking for a slice of luxury. It’s close to the beach and shops, and from the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do more for us. Room The room was excellent and felt like a piece of luxury. We stayed in one of the rooms with a rooftop jacuzzi, and I would highly recommend it. The cleaning service was great, and water was always topped up. One evening we had a slight issue with the air con (our fault for not shutting the door properly), but even after midnight, reception sent someone immediately to fix it. The room was spotless, comfortable, and truly a treat. Food & Restaurants The buffet offered a huge variety with plenty to suit all tastes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of our group mentioned they would have liked the food a little hotter, but overall the quality was very good. Service was pleasant and although plates could have been cleared a touch quicker, it didn’t affect the experience too much. We also tried all of the à la carte restaurants and enjoyed them all. Both the food and service were excellent. Booking in advance was essential as they filled up quickly. A little more flexibility with timings would have been nice, but we understand it was a busy season. One highlight was the restaurant above the pool, which we highly recommend for lunch as the food was absolutely delicious. Pools I didn’t spend much time in the pools, but they were clean and family-friendly. The only small downside was that the pool beneath one of the restaurants wasn’t always closed off during dinner service, which affected the ambience with kids playing while you’re eating. Otherwise, they looked inviting and well-kept. Another suggestion would be to consider keeping the swim-up bar as an adults-only space or at least sectioning part of it off, as it can be tricky carrying drinks with children splashing around. Entertainment The entertainment was very focused on children, with shows finishing around 10:30 to 11:00 pm each night. It would be great to see a separate space or program for adults, as we’ve experienced in other hotels, with kids’ entertainment in one area and adult-focused options in another. Daytime activities were also mainly aimed at children, so some adult-friendly pool games like water polo would be a welcome addition. The gym was good for a hotel gym, with a range of equipment and classes, though my yoga class was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute without warning. Overall This is an excellent hotel with fantastic food, service, and cleanliness. The staff couldn’t do more for you, and we had a wonderful stay. Perfect for families with kids who also want a touch of luxury. Highly recommended.

A wonderful hotel for a family vacation. I was especially amazed by how well they cater to vegans — usually, in other places, I hear, “Sorry, we don’t have that,” and that’s it. But here, the chefs personally prepared an incredible vegan dish for me — even better than what I’ve had in specialized vegan restaurants. I’ll never forget the pistachio cake by Chef Magdalena — it was the most delicious vegan cake I’ve ever tried. I absolutely love this hotel! Not only is it super friendly for kids, but it’s also fantastic for vegans. They’ll find something special for every dietary preference.

Hotel is stunning, lots of amenities, food is incredible (even the buffet, which is rare) and the service is amazing. The staff are a real credit to the hotel and are absolutely fantastic. The pools are great and there is a stunning beach nearby. One small issue at departure, but the hotel team stepped up and put it right immediately. This kind of hospitality is rare these days but they’ve won a loyal customer today. Will be recommending the hotel to all and looking forward to a return stay. Thank you!

Friendly staff. We stayed with a swim up pool which was very handy and we were all inclusive. Food at the restaurants is great and also at the buffet restaurant there is loads of different options. Would definitely stay here again. Simone in reception was very helpful with check in and sorting the excursions the next day.

Surrounded by pine trees and just 300 meters from the long sandy beaches, this adults-only hotel offers a relaxing getaway. Guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor pool, wellness center with Turkish steam bath and plunge pool, and comfortable sun loungers.
A Fantastic Short Break! My wife and I had an amazing getaway and wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was fantastic—our room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. The stunning beach nearby made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Nice contemporary hotel. Very clean and generally helpful staff. Request room pool side as other side view of road and flats. Balcony's very close and we had couple arguing till 2 in the morning! Staff very good especially Alfredo in the restaurant. Very helpful. Bar area nicely furnished but always very busy and understaffed in the evenings. Had the misfortune to encouter rude waiter Ricardo, arrogant and man in the wrong job. If you don't like serving people find other employment. Complained to management on return but not interested. Majorca is a very pretty island but very busy everywhere. Would not return to this hotel on future visit.

Hotel clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service us great. The food is plentiful in volume and choice, BUT COLD. No matter what time you enter. Frequently run out of vanilla ice cream. The rooms are 8/10. Huge superkingbed was fantastic. Bathroom/ shower great. No storage room for cothes in the room or your toiletries in the bathroom. Lacking drawers at the bedside. And the boutique lights hanging down were a nuisance. The entertainment was good but come 10.30 pm that's it. No dancing music provided.😒 Poolside nice and easy access to the bar. The beach is a 5/10 minute walk away.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel in a great location. Staff extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Only issue was food not being labelled or labels just reading meat in sauce which made picking food tricky.

My husband and I stayed there in May 2025 was very disappointed in the restaurant it was more like a canteen. You had a very small options. Don’t upgrade to the superior room cause all you get is a robe and slippers. Entertainment was shocking. Won’t be going there again. Plus it was adults only 16 plus

Sofia Alcudia Beach is a charming apartment hotel located in the bay of Alcudia, nestled in a tranquil residential area of Can Picafort. With only 75 single or two-bedroom apartments, it's a popular choice for families seeking personalized service and beachfront accommodation in Mallorca. The property boasts an outdoor pool, dining options, and beach access, making it ideal for leisure travelers.
Literally next to the beach. Great value for money. Very child friendly. For those who prefers adults-only establishments should be aware of this. I am very pro-adults-only hotels but I experienced no disturbances in October in this hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Personnel was very friendly. The hotel was very clean in general.

We had a fantastic stay at Sophia Alcudier Hotel – it’s truly perfect for families, especially small ones! The location couldn't be better – just under 30 meters to the beach from our apartment, which made it super convenient for quick beach trips with our toddler. The hotel itself is compact and well-organized, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety to start the day off right. Overall, we loved our time here. The combination of comfort, convenience, and unbeatable location makes it a great choice for families. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a relaxing beach holiday and Sofia Alcudia Beach turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel itself is very nice (nothing to do with the huge hotels nearby) and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly and welcoming, you feel well looked after. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach, in a calm area. The Strip and the Alcudia port can be easily reached on foot via the very nice path along the seafront. Bus stop is a few steps away too. The food selection and quality exceeded our expectations. Buffet was varied and for all tastes, with several dishes freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property is great. The access to the beach and the views from the room are really the highlights. For a hotel which was charging five star rates, I was surprised that the hotel is miser. There was no conditioner and body lotion provided in the rooms. There’s no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, they provided water in the room as a ‘welcome gift’ on the first day. There was a very bad smell in the room when we turned the air conditioning on. Having asked the staff to fix it, they essentially sprayed the room with air freshner. When the smell came back again, they asked us to turn off the air conditioner leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. I didn’t expect this kind of service from a hotel charging over 240 euros a night.
Ankur G — Google review
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very attentive and despite the number of children, the atmosphere in the small hotel complex is relaxed and peaceful. The location is ideal for families with young children. The beach area right in front of the hotel is perfect and there is also natural shade. Unfortunately, on some days, the sun beds were not cleaned properly. In some cases, they weren’t cleaned at all. Since there are many birds around, this can be quite unpleasant, especially with children! I once forgot some clothes on a sun bed and they were simply soaked. It would have been nice if the clothes had been taken to the reception instead. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the coffee. If you enjoy really good coffee, you won’t be satisfied here. I don’t understand it—the machine is there!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sofia Alcudia. The hotel is great for families, the pool and the general layout are well suited for young kids. For this reason, there are LOTS of kids in the hotel, which our family enjoyed, but it may not be every adult traveler's thing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is right next to the beach and the town center is close by. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offers a wide variety of food, some of which is freshly cooked. On the downside, the hotel feels a little crowded when it is full in high season. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are quite small. The rooms are also quite small. One issue we faced was the air condition. The central AC system does not have enough power to cool the hotel in the summer. Our room was too hot, even with the AC running at full blast, which affects sleep. The receptionist told us this was due to the "heatwave", but during our stay there were normal summer temperatures of around 30 degrees. We were given a fan, which helped a bit but was quite noisy.

Guests can unwind in the sauna or enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi while indulging in delicious buffet dining options.
Stayed at Alcudia Garden and loved it. And it has a unbeatable location—just a quick walk to the beach and cozy pools. The rooms were roomy with a nice small and cozy garden (we were on the ground floor). The staff really go above and beyond, especially with kids: warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. Breakfast was a standout—fresh, varied, and great for different diets. It’s clearly set up for families (kids’ club, animation team, etc). Dinner was great, with different cousins each day. From Mexican, to American and Indian cousin. It never felt the same. Last night we also had the Lion King show, performed live. And it was amazing. The kids loved it

I can highly recommend this hotel for families with kids especially! Staff overall is very friendly and helpful. There's tons of kids attractions an inside as well as outside playground. The morning buffet is rich in variety, there's a laundry room, a giant pool and also a baby/kids area. It's not too cramped (mid/end of september). Approximately 100m away from the beach and amidst tons of different souvenir shops, grocery stores and restaurants which all are equipped kids friendly with high chairs and so on and forth. Would definitely visit again eventually 🫶🏻

The room was always clean and tidy! I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to all of my friends! 100% satisfied!

Spent 10 nights at Alcudia Garden Aparthotel.. we arrived before check in, however our rooms were ready and we allowed to go to them. The service from the staff, start to finish was wonderful. We were self catering, so couldn't vouch for the food. Had a few drinks at the bar.. again staff were wonderful. The pool was always clean and was just perfectly relaxing. Location was fantastic 👌 Would definitely happily stay there again

the hotel has a very good location. It is centered on one of the main roads in alcudia. To the beach it takes around 5mins walking. There are different supermarkets around the hotel. And i like the little playa shops along the streets. We had Halfpension+, that covers: Breakfast, dinner with drinks. But „with drinks“ is just cheap wine (three different types) and one type of beer. So if you just want to get drunk - go for it! But otherwise we drank not s single drip of alcohol. 50% of the food was very disappointing and the other half was good. I think it is perfect for familys. Also with the shows in the evening which can by ghe way go until 23.00, it is more directed to familys. The rooms itself were kind of disgusting - but not much. Some stains especially in the bathroom. Everything else is just built cheap. The toiled was leaking, aswell as the shower. Also you can hear anything! The doors are farely sealed. We were able to hear very well: a baby cry in the next room, highheels stepping in a room above us and the people speaking in the hallway. I would come again if i were searching for a cheap place to be. Especially for familys.

Very close to the sandy beach of Alcudia, top-rated restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets. Comfortable stay for a 2-bedroom apartment with air conditioning unit and a balcony. The building we stayed don't have lifts to upper floor, so you need to carry your luggage up to the top floor (2nd floor). We have enjoyed their buffet breakfast and dinner (halfboard) for a reasonable price. The staffs from reception, housekeeping, restaurant were all accommodating. The room looks tired but spacious, our overall experience has otherwise been amazing. I will recommend this place to families esp with small children.

We stayed at Alcudia Garden Hotel with my wife and two children, and we are very satisfied with our experience. The rooms were comfortable and sufficient for our needs, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would like to give special thanks to the manager, Ms. Ksenia, who personally called me during our stay to ask if everything was fine and if we were satisfied — this was the first time I experienced such attention from a hotel manager. She also helped me organize a birthday cake for my wife during dinner, which made our stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful stay for families — highly recommended!

Very clean hotel room, lovely breakfast options (including gluten free options), great bar, pool and loungers were amazing! Location was ideal! So many fun places around, and not too long a walk into Alcudia old town! Staff were brilliant, daily linen and towers changes, gym facilities, balconies in every room, AC which was very cooling! Would definitely recommend for people of all ages, kids, older people and young adults who just wants a nice place to stay! 5/5!!

Superb hotel. Staff from waiters to cleaners to reception all give first class service. Food may not have a high selection like some big hotels, but they are flavoursome and hot. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side, but more than adequate. The location of the great beach is not far at . Local buses are plenty scan credit card on and off, reasonable prices. The only thing not reasonable are eating and drinking out places,,,,well I am comparing with abuferia in Portugal where things were a lot cheaper. Sea was very warm , sand and concrete walkway above beach never too hot you could not walk bare foot. Plenty of trees around you could easily sit and enjoy.

It was great to revisit having stayed over 30 years ago. Stayed for a week with my family (partner and 19month old) over my birthday and was left a nice bottle of fizz. Location is fantastic for the beach and restaurants. Is next to a busy main road but not an issue overall. Staff were attentive and very friendly, and hotel clean and tidy. Thanks!

The hotel was ok but not a 4 star, more like a 3 star. Very basic food and not a lot of choice. The room was small and basic. Bedding wasn’t changed. Poolside entertainment was boring. There was a shop near the hotel which was good but for any decent bars and restaurant, it was a 20 minute walk to the port. The pool was lovely and clean but the sun beds were uncomfortable. I would not return.

Great stay here as a family of 3. Our toddler loved it. Staff are super friendly. Food is great and rooms are clean. Room was fairly small, but I believe there are bigger should you choose. Kids pool is perfect. Will come again!

The hotel is clean, staff friendly, entertainment is mostly good. The rooms are a bit small, but we expected that. The pool was great. Very clean, good sized, never crowded. Lots of sun beds, could always get a sunbed despite people reserving them (not supposed to be allowed but wasn't enforced). The entertainment was great, loved some of the shows! The hidden charges that you don't see at other hotels. You have to pay to use the safe (You must use a safe for your travel insurance to be valid). You have to pay even for a kettle in your room. First time being in a 4 star hotel that didn't have hot drink facilities in your room! No iron too, assuming it's another charge. The food wasn't amazing. The breakfast options were good, but really hit an miss as to the quality of the food. Sometimes the pastries are fresh, other times they're hard. Bacon was only good if you get to it quickly otherwise it's hard and chewy. Good that they include drinks with breakfast. The main meals I didn't like so much. They had pizza's with a hard chewy base. One day only they had burgers and hotdogs but they weren't hot, it was like a school dinner. I hated that they charged for drinks. They turn off the coffee and juice machines so they can charge you instead. Can't even have a jug of water unless you pay for it. The desserts were very good, lots of choices and were decent. The room maids.... Twice they walked in whilst we were in the room. The first time, they came in, I said "Hello" and they left. The second time, they continued to come into the room to tell us they want to clean. Fortunately I was out of the view of the door whilst getting dressed. They also kept turning off the power to the room, which meant the fridge would turn off. This was frustrating. The fridge needs to not be controlled by the card switch. The sound proofing between rooms was good, but could too easily hear people walking past and talking, kids screaming early mornings / night etc. Personally I wouldn't stay here again as we've stayed in better hotels in Alcudia that didn't have hidden charges.

Overall a fantastic stay for my sister's 40th family celebration. The rooms are lovely and clean, food selection is good and facilities are fab but the evening bar staff are god awful. I am writing this review on the last evening of our stay after the rudest service I have ever received. Staff member Tofol was so incredibly rude - such a let down for the hotel. It seems from other reviews it's a reoccurring issue.

The staff is wonderful, the best thing about this hotel. However, I’m not sure if this hotel deserves 4 stars—more like 3 stars. There’s not even a bottle of water in the room, and they charge for the kettle and safebox. Charging for every little thing makes it seem like they’re just trying to nickel and dime you. The food has variety but lacks flavor. Most dishes aren’t even labeled to indicate if they’re suitable for vegetarians. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping. They provide a thin sheet to cover yourself, which isn’t enough in an air-conditioned room. I wouldn’t come back here, but the staff, especially the girls at the reception, are the only thing making this place bearable.

Trendhotel Alcudia is a relaxed hotel in Port d'Alcudia, offering low-key rooms and suites for adults only. The 4-star hotel features indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, and wellness facilities. Guests can enjoy the warm swimming pool and appreciate the air conditioning in the well-maintained rooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service, with special attention to dietary requirements.
The hotel staff is very professional - polite and with a sense of humor. This was evident at every stage of our vacation. The restaurant and bar staff are professionals. When you ask for a particular drink, they seem to guess what mood you are in today. And what drink you would like to drink today. The cooks cooked very tasty. At first glance, the choice of food was not large, but this is very good. You could try almost everything that was available. And also the reception staff, who always greeted you with a smile and wished you a good day. This is very nice. Even renting a car through the reception, did not make us wait long. In half an hour, an employee with a car was waiting for us at the hotel to sign a contract and hand over the car. At the car rental office, when ordering a car, the wait is from one day to a week. Plus the hotel. Professional staff. Convenient location. The beach is 10 minutes from the hotel (Excellent sandy beach. Safes for valuables on the beach). A 10-minute walk from the hotel is a bus stop for trips to another city. Restaurants and shops are also nearby. For two weeks of vacation. We became so friendly with all the staff that when we left we said goodbye as if to friends. We recommend a vacation in this hotel. If we vacation on this island again, then with a high probability we will stay in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel! Stuff is super friendly and helpful. 7 min walk to the beach. Beaches in that area are amazing, wide and clean. We were visiting other area of Mallorca and I can say that beaches in that area are the best.

This is wonderful hotel! We had a 5 day holiday there and we enjoyed it very much! Everything is very clean, great pool area, with jacuzzi, there were always free sunbeds for us and beach was about 10min walk. Alcudia beach is beautiful with white sand but very crowded, so the poolside was great to relax by! Never seen such a dedicated serving staff! Thanks again to them for being so caring, helpful and made our vacation great 🙏 We had half pansion and food was excellent! Meals changed every time, always had a choice of different fish and meat dishes + salads, fruits, ice creams, nothing was missing! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back 😍

As soon as we checked in, we found the check-in and pool service to be snappy. Anytime we asked for something - for wifi in our bedroom or having a glass of ice - we were denied. Largely, we felt unwelcome the entire time especially by some of the other guests that constantly stared at us. The gym had very limited equipment, the sauna did not work, and the indoor pool wasn’t heated. Really, this hotel is for sleeping and exploring the area because the hotel provides very little amenities. It felt as if we snuck into a vip club we were not apart of. We were treated like a nuisance the entire time. The only thing I would commend is the breakfast staff. They were very warm and friendly. All in all, I would never come back to this hotel again. One more comment - because we did not book directly through the hotel, we were given a view of the parking lot in which we had a balcony that wasn’t capable of drying our clothing.

Just back from a wonderful week here. We were welcomed with a glass of fizz & really friendly staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean (room cleaned daily & fresh towels left). Beautiful big balcony and contemporary style rooms. Staff in the hotel are lovely with a great choice of options for breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Pool area spacious, plenty of sun loungers and again, really clean. It’s a fairly quiet place (perfect!), well located, close to the stunning beach and at the end of the road, we took the bus to Alcudia Old Town, Port D’Alcudia, Port de Pollensa, Pollensa Old Town and C’an Picafort. Highly recommend Trend Hotel (2 adults & teen)

Stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutely exemplary, special mention to Manu and Santi in the restaurant and Roberto and Tania on reception. Not only friendly and helpful but also very knowledeable and kind. My daughter's special food requirements were taken care of diligently and with minimal fuss. The room was clean, spacious and the shower was excellent. The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach, the pool is clean and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and a great poolside bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was amazing, staff were friendly and when we arrived closer to midnight, we even had dinner waiting for us in the restaurant. (leftovers from the dinner, salads etc but I liked it!). The pool is lovely, not many people swimming so had it to myself most days. Cocktails are great too. We went for the half board so we just added everything to the room that was extra cost and it didn't come to nearly as much as I thought. Buffet breakfast was great. Dinner was good but not as good as breakfast. And the area you have to scoop your food onto your plate is not very large as there are pillars behind you. Also, they only serve coffee in the afternoon at the bar, you can't have it sitting at your dinner table which is strange I think! But I didn't mind cause it was for my friend and not me! 😅 Restaurant staff were lovely and very friendly. Especially one of the waitresses who kept calling us darling. She was the absolute best. We had the double bedroom suite and it was amazing. The balcony was so big!! Great views in the distance of the mountains and even though there's 2 bars across from the balcony, you heard nothing. We went as two 29 year old women, area was safe! Maybe too quiet around the hotel, not much nightlife for our age, but we didn't mind, there's a few bars a 12-15 min walk away. Location for me was a 5 but for my friend who likes going out more is a 4. So I put a 4 but I know my parents would give it a 5! Beach is a 5 min walk away and so are so many shops I'm trying to get my family to pick this hotel and we can go on a summer holiday because I loved all my time here.

I just loved this hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We really felt good during our stay. Room: The room was perfect. The airconditioning is something we really appreciated during these hot summer days. They came and cleaned the room every day. Facilities: The swimming pool was warm. There is also a gym, welness and indoor pool. Food: There is always something good in the buffet. We really loved de variety of food that was served. Drinks: The drinks are pretty cheap and the best we had during our stay on this island.

Alua Boccaccio is a family-friendly hotel located near the beautiful Alcudia Beach in Majorca, Spain. The hotel offers informal rooms with balconies, buffet dining, and a beachfront restaurant/bar. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, a golf course, and a waterpark. Visitors have praised the convenient location close to the beach and amenities such as umbrella rentals.
I would like to share my impressions of the hotel where I rested. First of all, it is very hospitable, all the staff is very friendly, and always happy to help. The rooms are cleaned every day, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and bright. The food is very tasty and every day they have a different and interesting menu. For relaxation, this is all you need, I can highly recommend this hotel, especially the beach is 5 minutes away.

Very good overall experience - good size rooms with everything you may need, the food is basic but varies every day which is nice. However, the pool area is limited which means it’s impossible to get a sun lounger between 9-3pm & the all inc drinks are very poor. The beach bar is a great idea but the execution doesn’t match it 100%. It’s great that there are toilets, all inc drinks served but- far away from the hotel, limited area to sit down & drinks are served in cups that almost fall apart after a few minutes. However! The hotel has a cafe/bar just outside the hotel which serves incredible cocktails (not inc in the all inc but very well priced). Generally a great value for money and staff and lovely.

Me and my partner has a great 7 night stay here last week and loved every minute. Checked in at 2am and the guy on reception was very friendly and offered us food if we were hungry. I requested a high floor as it was our anniversary and was delighted to find a happy anniversary card and two free cocktails to have in their beautiful cocktail bar with a great selection of drinks and mixologist who know how to make a good drink. We stayed all inclusive and was very happy with the food and drinks. There is something for everyone to enjoy although I would have appreciated more meat dishes in the evening, the food was very good and accommodating to carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. Breakfast ran from 7-10:30am, at 10:30am the pool bar opened that had lovely cheese and ham toasties, hot drinks, soft drinks and alcohol. They also added to the food throughout the day such as pizzas, burgers, hot dogs and a selection of puddings until 8pm. Lunch ran from 1-3pm and dinner until 9:30pm. You cannot go hungry here. Also if heading to the beach, you can also enjoy drinks and food included in your all inclusive stay at the beach bar. I wanted to add that water was available all day, both in the pool bar, the restaurant and in the bar area near reception, we never had an issue getting free water to drink. The rooms were very clean and the whole hotel in general was spotless. Never trouble to find a sun bed or somewhere to sit and enjoy the Spanish sun, I have seen other reviews stating the lack of sun bed and those in the shade. Please be aware of the decking area up the steps near the pool which has over 20+ additional sun beds which are in the sun all day. All of the hotel staff I found very friendly and helpful. One thing that stuck with us was the amazing entertainment staff. Huge shout out to Jean Luca, Davide and Mica for always having a smile on their faces and engaging visitors to take part in games throughout the day. Each day there was bingo, darts, French balls, sjoelen, archery to name a few. At night they would get people up singing and dancing and were always on hand to make you smile. We really loved the saxophonist who played around the pool on a Thursday afternoon. Thank you entertainment team, you really are an asset to the hotel. The hotels location is perfect. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and the hotel situated on a street filled with shops, bars and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and location. Please try the ice cream shop adjoined to the hotel and their cocktail bar (not included in all inclusive but worth the visit). We had a late flight home and didn’t get picked up from the hotel until 10pm. We were able to store our bags in the luggage storage and enjoy our last day. They even have a courtesy room where you can shower and get changed at a time that suits you so you’re not waiting around. Honestly, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much for the best holiday.

The rooms are okay, but rather small. The breakfast was good. The pool and the pool bar are great. Unfortunately, the website advertises things that do not correspond to the actual scope of services. For example, we relied on the parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars at the hotel, but unfortunately these were not available in reality. After we pointed this out to the staff member at check-in, we unfortunately received only a cold response and no assistance. Unfortunately, the nearest public charging station was also out of order. Overall, except for the lack of a charging station, it was a good stay.

Had an amazing holiday and 5 night stay here! Upon arrival we were informed the floor our room was on was undergoing plumbing issues so we were put up in a lovely hotel down the road and upgraded our whole holiday to all inclusive, couldn’t of been happier with how the staff handled the situation! Hotel and room was clean , food selection wasn’t too bad , pool area was a good size was never overly busy. We really enjoyed the beach bar which was part of the all inclusive was amazing having that by the beach for drinks and snacks. Location was great ,beach was 5mins or less walk, shops and restaurants near by and we made use of the arcade just down the road! Overall great holiday and stay, would recommend

Fantastic hotel. Food was great , we did all inclusive and great value . Food so fresh everyday and great choice. The design of the hotel was beautiful and being able to eat all our meals outside facing the water was heaven. Great entertainment, and loved the evening sun and drink by the pool everyday when we came back from the beach. Oh beach so near only 4 to 5 mins stroll . Great holiday thanks to all the staff who were very helpful 👍

Spent 11 nights here in September found the room to be ok a little on the small side nearly knocked tv off the wall a couple of times as it’s a tight squeeze past it food was varied always found something to eat but did get repetitive but you can’t satisfy everyone on an all inclusive I understand that pool was nice but small location is perfect close to the bars restaurant and beach beach bar is a little area with limited options and not the easiest of places to find as the sign is swamped by a bigger restaurant on the beach the real let down is the management after my wife fell in the pool on the steps you can’t see she was sent to hospital at the hotels expense had her arm in a sling for the remainder of the holiday which restricted what we could do after several e mails which were not responded to whilst we were there but on the day we arrived home received an e mail saying take it up with your tour operator one member of staff asked how my wife’s arm was all we wanted was for someone of authority to check how she was unfortunately due to this I wouldn’t stay here again

INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia is a popular, family-friendly hotel located in the pretty north of Alcudia, Majorca. The property offers straightforward studios and apartments with kitchenettes, a buffet restaurant, and an outdoor pool. It's an activities-focused hotel with bookable options like yoga classes, windsurfing, snorkeling, and bike hire.
We had the best time here. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. The decor of the hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. The gym modern and open and airy with spin bikes, a screen with workouts on demand and plenty of weights. The kids club is amazing. 3x a day they offer 2-hour long activities that are so much fun from foam parties, slip and slides or paddle yoga. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is so varied and meets everyone’s wants. The pool is big and we loved the beefy of people - young families where we truly felt relaxed and the kids could be kids and have fun. Highly recommend also because it’s just 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Rooms were great, was better than I expected. The pool was cleaned every night with some sort of machine ready for the next day. Food in the diner was great to, lots of variety. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks

The hotel is appears great in pictures and brochures but is quite disappointing. There is a nice atmosphere in the lobby area and has some modern interior design. The mascalzone bar attached has entertainment some nights in september which was okay. The pool is quiet and no issues getting a sun lounger. They dont have shower rooms but they will provide access to a room if you have checked out and are waiting on a flight. We stayed in a studio (loft) room and found it a very strange layout. Room was facing the street and was very very loud - you are absolutely guaranteed to be woke up at 8am. I feel as though they aimed to meet the minimum requirements to call the room a studio: it had a completely useless sink in its kitchenette area with a microwave. But that was it. No dishes or cutlery to do anything with the microwave, so don't expect to use this to create a meal. Decent size fridge however. We paid for half board at the hotel and were a bit let down for a 4 star hotel. It is of low quality and options are lacking, leading to a feeling of repetition. Please read someone elses recent review of the atmosphere in the restaurant, it is very accurate. Overall the hotel is designed to appeal to those who might want a nice aesthetic picture for instagram, but the experience is disappointing.

Had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff. Room was clean, well equipped and definitely big enough (we had the solarium room, great views on the pool!). Nice pool area, no huge pool but definitely big enough to accommodate all the guests. Breakfast was good in quality and had a very extensive range of choices. Located in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. Pool is lovely and good amount of loungers. Overall the hotel was lovely

An exceptional hotel where my family and I felt very comfortable. We had a loft with a sea view. The room was clean and they cleaned daily and changed the towels when we needed. The hotel and the facilities were taken care daily. The staff and people there were friendly. The breakfast and dinner was always delicious and we liked it. The food was varied. There were fresh fruits and vegetables. What we liked the most was the kids' club and the animators who make’s fun activities for children during the day and evening. They’ve were amazing.

The hotel features a range of amenities including free breakfast, a restaurant, and two bars. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a tennis court. The spacious apartments and studios are well-equipped and regularly cleaned.
Brilliant fantastic place. The staff are incredibly helpful. The food was brill. The entertainment is okay some doggie turns but was good for the kids and that’s what the parents want to see the children getting involved. The pool is very good and plenty of seating and beds for all. The out Bar where you can get what you need. Food from pool bar for the afternoon.and a freezer full of ice cream and lollies just help yourself if you’re all inclusive.

Very good value for money. Hotel is between 3 and 4 stars. Has everything you need during your stay. Rooms are clean and big with a nice balcony. Food in the restaurant is nice with a nice variety everyday. 10 minute walk to the beach, however we spent most of our time in the pool. We had a good time as a family

If you’re looking for an easy all inclusive vacation with entertainment and facilities that center’s around young kids then this place is for you. If you want a local boutique style that is closer to the beach (this place a 10 min walk) and a property that offers something for adults and children then look elsewhere. Gym is modern. Was looking forward to solo time at the sauna but you have to let them know ahead of time to heat up the Finnish sauna. So timing never worked for me since I had a 30 min window to go. Paella and grilled fish is the only local food you’ll find at dinner time at the buffet. Otherwise everything else is catered for younger palettes - think pizza, nuggets and etc. Overall clean and the apartment style accommodations worked great for our family. My general comment is that it appears that a 4 stars in Mallorca (this is our third property on the island) is equivalent to a 3 stars in North America - many services will be self serve and minimal house cleaning service. So don’t get your hopes high thinking this is a 4 stars North American type of property.

I've stayed in several different hotels/resorts in my time. This place easily takes the no.1 spot. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jose, who i believe is the boss of the catering staff, made us feel the most welcome. On the subject of catering, the buffet/restaurant is excellent, an amazing selection of food all of high quality, and new items sprinkled in every day, with a hot plate/cook who provides freshly cooked meats, fish eggs etc, every meal time. We were full board, so we had the benefit of unlimited free drinks, and it was an impressive selection! One complaint would be there was only one lager on tap, and it was Estrella, but that's a tiny issue. We only did one trip to Kathmandu park, bcs the pricing of all of the trips is very steep. 5-10 min walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air-conditioning. The biggest issue is that there is zero soundproofing. You can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms. We were a group of 8 with 3 separate rooms, we asked Tui to arrange our rooms to be next to each other, which they said they would do, but on arrival we found out our rooms were separated all over the hotel and they wouldn't fix the issue, don't know if this was Tui or hotels mistake. I took advantage of the gym most days. It's pretty good, has a selection of dumbells, and a multi-gym machine where you can train every major muscle group. We went outside of summer holidays, so there were always plenty of free beds around the pool, but I'd imagine peak times there wouldn't be enough room around the pool for the size of the hotel.

We had a lovely time here. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for families — with a large bedroom, cozy living area, and a small kitchen. It felt more comfortable than other Grupotel hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were kind and helpful, especially senior waiter José — his good humor made our stay even better. ¡Viva Betis! On the downside, while the food was tasty, it didn’t quite meet the standard we expected. Buffet trays were often left empty and were slow to be refilled unless specifically requested. Desserts ran out quickly, and we observed some questionable hygiene practices — particularly in how the juice containers were handled. This is something the hotel should seriously address.

We have had a really good experience here. Firstly to set the scene this is our first family holiday with a 2 year old. I would recommend the all inclusive option as we found Alcudia quite expensive. The hotel is really clean and well kept. The reception staff were really helpful. Check in is at 2 so bare that in mind when booking a package. (We did ours with TUI). Rooms were great. Spacious balcony, pull out bed was not that comfy but served the purpose. Kitchenette is small but we managed to do breakfast fine in it. We did eat at the hotel a couple of nights. Food is not bad. Quite varied but could see it might get a bit samey. 24 euros for an evening meal per adult about 12.50 for a kid. We also did pool bar and snacks are around 8 euros ish. The pizzas are small so be wary of that. Staff in all places were lovely and so nice to our little lad. Entertainment is … entertaining but not always for the reason stated :) if you want to venture into the port it’s about 15 mins walk along the beach which is very pretty. Pool is lovely, lots of kids but not unruly at all. Really nice vibe to the place. Lots of varied nationalities which we liked. The kids pools is cute but colder than the main pool. A supermarket is across the road but it’s expensive. Lidl is 5 mins away and as a comparison the 5l bottle of water is 0.88 there but about 3 euro as dino hypermarket. We would certainly come back to the hotel in a heart beat. We had a lovely first holiday here

This is a really excellent hotel - great staff, well-appointed rooms and a great range of services and activities. The only thing that stops me giving 100% is that it's a short walk to the beach (6 mins) but even that is really easy. Overall, a fantastic holiday destination to explore Alcudia and Mallorca.

The hotel is praised for its top-notch staff, cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities. Guests appreciate the varied breakfast buffet and convenient location close to the beach with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
We spent a week in this hotel, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to the staff, because it’s truly thanks to these people that you feel like a genuinely welcome guest here. The hotel is new, beautiful, and spotlessly clean - everything around is always tidy and well-kept. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm, and the location is very convenient. The staff deserve special recognition. Every single person was friendly, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team 🩷. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but I can say for sure that they do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. The host always welcomed us warmly and even remembered our room number 🥹 The waiters were incredibly kind and sweet 🥰 The service also pleasantly surprised us. On the first day we asked for an iron, and even though we never requested to keep it, nobody came to take it back. In the end, we had it with us for the whole week - a small detail, but one that mattered to me. A special thank you also goes to Max at reception, who kindly helped us with a small personal issue 👍🏼 The food was another highlight. While the variety wasn’t enormous, there was always something to choose from: fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and delicious desserts. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and served with care. It was a great experience. We really enjoyed it, I want to come back here 🩷

Me and my partner stayed for 10 nights. Hotel space is well designed and clean. The reception crew were lovely and accommodating with any requests we had. Upon check-in we asked if we had a room facing the main road, which we did, and paid an extra £85pp to have a pool facing balcony. I would recommend asking this if you prefer a quieter balcony/room as the strip/road is very busy. The room however is too small. The open plan bathroom space is too cramped for 2 people and the design doesn’t work. sharing a single door for both the shower and toilet made it difficult for 2 people to use the bathroom area at the same time. The breakfast was delicious and the crew were lovely. It made the start to the day great. The day time bar staff however though is where this place is let down. There didn’t feel like any cohesion and whenever we went to the bar with an order, request, question we were always met with “fed up” faces and we were annoying them. Everything seemed like a chore and made us think twice before wanting to order or ask something. It made our days by the pool unpleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would not return.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well looked after, with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. It’s also in a great location – just a short walk from the beach – and the pool area was excellent, with a lovely view overlooking the lake. That said, the bathroom setup really let the room down. The toilet and shower shared a single door, which didn’t close properly, creating a privacy issue, and water leaked out onto the floor. It felt like an inconvenient and poorly thought-out design, especially in an otherwise well-finished hotel. We stayed for five nights but missed two breakfasts due to early flights. On the day we were leaving early, the hotel did provide a plate of cookies and a coffee, which was appreciated – but it would have been nice if something similar had been offered for the other missed day as well. Even a basic takeaway option or small discount would’ve made a difference. Worth keeping in mind if you have early travel plans. Overall, it’s a decent place with a few real positives, but the room design and inflexibility around breakfast were disappointing.

Reception staff were lovely and happy to help with anything. Room was small but didn’t bother us, there was plenty of space for our luggage etc. Toilet/ shower door was an unusual layout and sometimes shower water leaked onto the toilet floor but other than this everything was perfect. Usually plenty of sunbeds for everyone and both pools were superb overlooking the lake. Gym was added bonus and although small was still able to get a good workout in. Didn’t need to buy water here as there was a free cold water refill in the gym. Location was great, really close to beach and plenty of shops and restaurants although it is a decent walk to the port but we made use of the regular public buses available just 2 mins away. We would definitely return again.

I really recommended this hotel🤩it’s the perfect size, not too small and not too big hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good selection where everyone will find something to eat. The hotel looks just as nice as in the pictures. The service here is fantastic, you get really good service at the reception and the cafe in the main building🥰they are very friendly and you can tell they are passionate about good customer service. We were here in 2024, and came back this year (2025) because we had such a great experience from 2024. They help you with anything, whether it's restaurant recommendations or renting a car. The room cleaners does a great job and are incredibly fast without mistakes. Lot of love from the two ice cube girls❤️🧊

This is an amazing hotel, and I only have positive things to say about it. All the staff were kind and friendly. The staff member who made coffees at breakfast was very kind, I hope she is well recognized by management for her positive efforts! The pool facilities were beautiful. I appreciated the luggage store, it was secure and professional. The food at breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. Such an amazing selection of both Spanish food and other foods. The dessert and fruit selection was next level. The hours for breakfast and dinner were also great, they worked well if you want an early start to the day and a later dinner. My only qualm was that water is not included with dinner, I do wish they could at least offer tap water with dinner. Agree the washroom was definitely small and not the best set up. The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. Housekeeping was incredible. Super close to the beach, and central to surrounding shops and restaurants. Super short walk to the bus stop. Felt safe and welcomed as a solo traveller.

When it comes to positives, what can't I say? This hotel is simply the best. We are seasoned travellers who often travel to various destinations around the world, minimum 4-star standard. This is about the fifth visit to Alcudia, and by far, this was the best hotel on every level. The staff were overwhelmingly attentive, kind, and helpful, going above and beyond – simply outstanding 10 stars for staff. The cleanliness was immaculate, the room size was perfect, and the amenities were great. Thank you! I will be returning. (June 2025)

Nestled along the stunning beachfront, Sunwing Alcúdia Beach is a charming apartment hotel that perfectly blends relaxation with convenience. This inviting property features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, lush gardens, and a fitness center to keep you active during your stay. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the on-site restaurant or unwind in the shared lounge area while staying connected with complimentary WiFi throughout.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The level of service, attention to detail, and sheer luxury exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless, with a personal concierge who anticipated our every need before we even asked. Our apartment was nothing short of breathtaking—panoramic views, very modern, and amenities that felt like they belonged in a palace. Breakfast was an experience in its own right. Everything was a masterpiece, crafted by world-class chefs, with flavors that left us speechless. The hotel’s facilities were beyond five-star standards. From the pool overlooking the skyline to the beach with pristine sands, everything was designed for ultimate relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond, making us feel like the only guests in the world. It wasn’t just hospitality—it was pure magic. If you’re looking for an experience that defines luxury, elegance, and exclusivity, look no further. Sunwing isn’t just a hotel—it’s a dream you never want to wake up from. We can’t wait to return!

Food and beach was the only reason this place was good. Otherwise not so great: noise at night, bad air conditioner, tap water takes effort to get and sunbeds at beach are bit wallet breakers. All together we still Love Mallorca 🙂!

Day 3, Extremely disappointed, almost impossible to get hold of a sun bed at this hotel. It’s too crowded and not enough sun beds for all. And if you leave it for more than a couple of minutes in the morning they throw it away, and you won’t be able to hang around the pool. Same every day. Please, choose another hotel if you can. And btw, the beach is not part of the hotel so you won’t be able to get hold of any sun bed there either.

The hotel has a beach view, the room is large, the treatment is more than wonderful, the staff are very nice and I recommend it !

Overall nice but the AC in the reception and restaurant area is virtually non existent and they throw you out of your room at 11:00 even though your flight is 01:00 the day after. Very sad, you feel like cattle.

Hotel
BLUESEA Piscis Adults Only is a down-to-earth hotel in Port de Alcudia, Majorca, offering simple rooms with balconies. The reception area is bright and clean with friendly staff. It's just a short distance from the soft, white sands and turquoise waters of Alcudia beach. The hotel features a poolside for sun-kissed days and is close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightlife options.
Had a lovely experience staying here as part of a loveholidays booking. Our room on the second floor was a lovely, clean and bright room. Unfortunately balcony overlooking the street but for what we paid we were happy enough and we were out and about a lot. Everything in working order in the room, it got cleaned and towels refreshed every other day. I can see what people mean about the bathrooms being a bit dated but honestly there was no issue with them at all - it is a 3 star hotel. Some noise early mornings a couple of times when people were leaving but this is guests' fault, not the hotels. Pool area and communal areas also clean and nice to sit in. Staff very friendly and helpful. On our last day we left our luggage in the lockers (small but reasonable charge for this), went out for a while and then came back to sunbathe by the pool. We were able to use their shower and towels for the day even after check-out. Very central location in Puerto d'Alcudia, with all the amenities nearby including bars, restaurants, shops, beach on the doorstep. Lots of buses for transport links very handy and a short walk into Alcudia old town. Would definitely reccommend!
Ellis R — Google review
Staff friendly & helpful, lovely reception & lounge area, within walking distance to bars, restaurants & beach. There are 2 bars below, which are very loud, even with patio doors closed & walls are very thin, so you can hear people in the next room! Pool & bar area were nice, could always get a sunbed & a towel if needed. Restaurant gets very warm at breakfast. There's a nice variety of cold/hot items, was good to see alternative milk to choose from. Cleaning staff are lovely & clean the rooms every day. Overall hotel itself was nice, but not for 3 people in one room.
SARAH W — Google review
The hotel stay was honestly disappointing. At first glance the room looked alright but a short time later it quickly began to feel dirty, grimy, and dusty. To make matters worse, the TV would turn on every single time we entered the room, which was both annoying and unsettling. The food situation wasn’t much better. Calling Spam “bacon” is an insult to anyone who has ever tasted real bacon. The plates were often dirty or greasy, which made the dining experience even less appealing. The fruit was served unpeeled, as if it was too much trouble to prepare it properly. At some point, we stopped having breakfast altogether and settled for just a coffee — or whatever that was supposed to be. The atmosphere was equally unpleasant. The frustration and lack of motivation among some staff members was almost tangible, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Many areas reeked of cigarette smoke, and even worse, marijuana was smoked on the balcony next to ours, making it unbearable to stay in our own room and forcing us to go outside. Taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom, so we had to clean up afterwards ourselves. On top of that, we once accidentally left a patch behind the toilet, which we only discovered a day later—after room service had supposedly cleaned. This clearly showed that the bathroom was either cleaned poorly or not at all. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.
Jonas B — Google review
I would like to start with the positives. The service was very good, and the food was as one would expect. but where the hotel completely lost me was, when the food for dinner was taken away, while we where eating. Not our plates, but the food at the buffet. At the arrival we where told, that dinner is til 21:30, but that suddenly changed without any notice to 21:00. This is especially bad, when you are cycling the whole day and depend on the food. But as bad as this is. The hotel management decided to do absolutely nothing about it. (except a hangout at next days breakfast that the times had changed. We told the lovely receptionist about our Problem, but were told the next day, that it now is how it is. ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable. Oh and in our appartment was a small hole in the ceiling through which water was dripping. Not much but enough to leave a clearly visible mark on the floor. I never write reviews, but felt like I had to warn everybody to avoid this Hotel, when wanting to get the things one paid for.
Lukas R — Google review
The location is great and the hotel is well maintained. I’m giving a three star review because the breakfast is quite average; for the first day is okay but after spending a few more days is just hard to enjoy it - little variety and food is usually a bit overcooked and/or not tasty. Also, rooms are quite spacious but you can hear everything - I advice using ear plugs
Erika F — Google review
Had a lovely vacation here, way above my expectations. Booked the hotel due to price and didn’t expect or need much, but what I hit was a great room, excellent and friendly service and an easy and relaxing holiday base. Highly recommend staying here! Read some reviews above thin walls, no fridges and outdated room decoration, have to say this was not my experience at all. The rooms were lovely and clean and nice and modern and had everything I needed to cool off and relax after hot days in the sun.
Si S — Google review
Convenient location within Alcúdia, just a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and fairly basic but did the job for a comfortable stay. On the other hand, the bathrooms could use some renovation - the water pressure wasn't great. Also worth noting that while there's a safe in the room, you have to pay extra to use it.
Edie — Google review
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a strong odor in the room, reminiscent of sewage, urinals, or damp mold. Not exactly the welcome you hope for when looking forward to a holiday. My friend and I requested pool towels, as we noticed other guests walking around with them. The receptionist, however, was neither helpful nor interested. Instead, we were waved away from the desk and told we could try to get some by waking up early the next morning and hoping to find a few by the pool. Hardly the level of service one expects from a hotel. The pool area itself was cramped, and for much of the day, large parts of it were in the shade, which made it far less inviting. The condition of the room was also disappointing: the bathroom and bedroom tiles were lined with black and green mold, and there were several cracks and holes in the walls. Sleeping was no better, as the pillows were flat and lumpy. Housekeeping was equally poor. Even though we placed our used towels outside the door, they were not replaced – instead, they were simply put back into our luggage. Overall, this stay was marked by poor maintenance, unhelpful service, and a general lack of quality. I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel Astoria Playa is an upscale adults-only resort located just a short walk from the beautiful Alcudia Beach. The hotel boasts a sophisticated atmosphere with stylish red-and-white design elements and a decked pool area featuring Balinese beds, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail. Guests can indulge in private Jacuzzis in many of the rooms and take advantage of amenities such as a cycling center for bike rentals.
The staff are absolutely lovely and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrive. The food is excellent, with a different menu each day, so there's always something new and delicious to try. The location is perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are close by as well. One great bonus: if you have a late flight, you’re still welcome to stay at the hotel after check-out. They even offer a free shower room so you can freshen up before heading to the airport

Our stay at Astoria Playa was absolutely wonderful — truly one of those places that leaves you wanting more. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The staff was incredible throughout our stay — warm, professional, and consistently attentive across reception, the restaurant, pool, and bar. You can really feel they care about their guests. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. Dinner wasn’t quite at the same level but still very good and absolutely worth it for the price. We were especially touched to find dinner waiting for us in the room on our first night, as we arrived late — such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless and the balcony was the perfect little spot to relax. We also loved the nightly entertainment — just the right kind of atmosphere, very enjoyable without being overwhelming. Good free parking in the surrounding area. The drinks and food at Kimera are to die for! We genuinely considered extending our stay, and it’s only because of other travel plans that we had to move on. We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the location – it's close to everything. The food was also delicious, with a good variety and quality. However, I felt that the rooms were not as well-equipped as I expected for the price. A few more amenities would made the stay even better. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
Dumbrava S — Google review
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was nice. The room was nice and clean but it lacked clothing storage. Good location Sun beds were comfortable but as you are in pairs it means you are both in the sun or the shade which was slightly annoying when we wanted to be in opposites! Music in the Kimera pool was slightly too loud on some occasions but good level overall. A lovely hotel and staff, would come back!!

We spent a few days at this hotel and we’re absolutely delighted! From the very beginning-the warm welcome, excellent service, and spotless rooms. Everything was top-notch. The rooms are spacious, brand-new, and impeccably clean. The restaurant is a real gem-the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly polite and professional. The idea of having two pools is fantastic-one in a chillout area, perfect for relaxing, and another with great music for a lively holiday vibe. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to!

Just returned from a brilliant break at the Astoria Playa which is a smart, chic adults only hotel. Spotlessly clean with a quiet pool and one with music and fantastic sun beds. Staff were all brilliant from the reception team to the waiting team - would definitely return.

Nestled within the ancient city walls of Alcudia, Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa offers an exclusive adults-only retreat with only 16 elegantly designed rooms. The hotel features a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, a TV lounge, and a restaurant serving delectable Mediterranean cuisine made from fresh seasonal ingredients. Guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers or indulge in the spa's sauna, sensory shower, and steam baths.
I stay in lots of hotels all around the world but I’ve never experienced a place with such a warm welcome, focus on kindness and amazing service throughout my stay. Diego & Damia made me feel like family. They said ‘welcome home’ every time I walked thru the door. The breakfast was tasty, fresh & exquisite. The room was luxurious and romantic. The location was a perfect oasis in the bustling old town of Alcúdia. One of the very best places I’ve stayed and I’m already planning a return visit.

Forum Boutique is a real gem in the heart of Alcudia old town, just moments from the main courtyard with its cafés, restaurants and shops. The interiors are beautifully designed, light and stylish, with rooms that feel open and calming. Breakfast was a highlight, from fresh eggs made to order to cava, yoghurts and hot and cold options. The pool and spa were modern, impressive and felt wonderfully private. A huge thanks to Damien and Rianne, who made us feel so welcome and offered brilliant recommendations throughout our stay. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it always felt peaceful and relaxed.

Rianne, Damia, and Diego were incredibly welcoming and hilarious to speak with. They are a multi-talented crew that speak many different languages and were SO accommodating! The hotel itself is very cleanly and has a hot tub/sauna that is free to use. It's walking distance to the beach and right in the center of Old Town. Would definitely come back if I'm ever back in Mallorca!
Silviana L — Google review
I must mention the staff first because they are outstanding. Rianne, Damien and Diego go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From booking reservations to delicious mojitos, they do it all. The hotel is on the main square of old town, perfect location to all the activity. Yet when you’re inside, it is quiet and private. You feel like you have your own space. The amenities are very nice too from the pool to the spa and rooftop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king bed and big shower. Also unlimited water is provided and the breakfast buffet is pretty good!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to share great suggestions for places to visit and things to do. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Alcúdia yet peaceful and relaxing. We loved the pool and rooftop terrace, and breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious.

We booked Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa as the second leg of our month long honeymoon roadtrip plan. The manager Damien greeted us with an incredible warmth and we felt at home right away. The hotel feels like a calm oasis in a historical city, and felt extremely relaxing from the scorching heat of Majorca in August. We then entered the room to find a beautiful setup on the bed and a lovely bottle of cava chilled in ice awaiting our celebration. We have been so lucky to be able to stay at Forum and hope to do so again for our anniversaries. Thank you hotel staff for making our honeymoon so special and magical.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, the front of house staff called Diego & Damia are a credit to the business. Both men were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they had a good sense of humour and couldn’t have done any more to accommodate us! There was a huge selection for breakfast, with some dishes changing on a daily basis. Couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff.

Absolutely great hotel with a few minor beauty refreshments needed (rooms, a few things in the bathroom like mirrors or faucets have been worn down by the salt in the air or over the years, but nothing major). Overall a wonderful hotel though a bit pricey, with nice design elements in the common areas, with great and very friendly staff, entertainment and activities, unbelievable rich and varied food, easy and direct beach access and family amenities! Our 3 year old daughter had lots of fun playing at water playground. Highly recommended for families with young kids!

The kitchen is also super, variety of choices, everyone can enjoy what he wants. All inclusive is possible to pay on site with discount (40 EUR adualts, children 20 EUR, 5 years old kid free of charge). Very nice pool and tobogans, kids were very happy.

A special mention goes to Leticia, who went above and beyond in helping us prepare a wonderful birthday surprise for my sister. Great variety of entertainment each day and night and fantastic face painting each night by Katy - a real highlight for our daughter. Customer service is spot on and everything about this hotel is just perfect. Our first family holiday abroad and I’m glad we chose here. Will definitely be back!!! The only con for our trip was other guest leaving towels on loungers all day which means no one can get a seat around the pool which is a shame.

This resort is truly a family paradise! There are endless activities for all ages, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The multiple pools are spotless, with fun slides for the kids and relaxing areas for adults. Food options are plentiful and delicious, offering something for every taste. The service is outstanding—everything is so well taken care of that you won’t feel the need to leave the resort at all. The rooms are practical, comfortable, and have everything you might need. Just don’t forget to bring some mosquito spray. Right outside, you’ll also find a lively street with shops, as well as Spanish and international restaurants for a nice evening stroll.

Good location, delicious food, always freshly made, and good kids’ animation. However, we were a bit disappointed with some things. The room cleanliness could be better (sand on the floor, shower not well cleaned). The bed linen wasn’t changed for a whole week — we only noticed that it had just been turned around, which felt unhygienic. Once we mentioned it, the staff changed it and apologized, but for the price you pay, we expected a bit more. Also, there were extra charges for the safe and sunbeds (the hotel does not have its own beach). The rooms are very small, with very little storage space for clothes. Overall, the hotel is okay, but we would not return.

We had an amazing stay at Iberostar Waves during our summer holidays! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our children had an absolute blast with the wonderful childminders, who kept them entertained with fun activities throughout our stay. The hotel’s infrastructure is top-notch – the swimming pool, in particular, was a highlight for the whole family. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed for relaxation and enjoyment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return next summer! Highly recommended!

This place seems to be a bit overrated. It is a nice hotel on a great location directly at the beach - but food (huge selection though) & service is just ok (most of the staff is friendly & helpful though). A lot of tables were dirty and no-one seems to really care to clean, quite a lot of plates are dirty, toilets, ... the pool (mainly for kidds) isn't heated and was freaking cold (way colder than sea)... this all doesn't fit to a 4.8 stars rating in my opinion. We had a great time, and luckily we did only choose breakfast included. If you're just interested to get the kidds feeded without having to check for restaurants, then the hotel restaurants are absolutely ok. One additional comment not related to the hotel at high season on bad weather days: If you wanna go to Alcudia by bus, go early... the buses will be completely full already at the bus station between 11am and like 2pm.
David S — Google review
Our stay in Alcudia was made absolutely perfect by this incredible hotel. The location is simply a dream – you are literally steps away from the beautiful sand and crystal-clear waters of the beach. However, what truly sets this hotel apart and elevates it beyond any other place I've stayed is the staff. I have never in all my travels encountered such a level of genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. Every single member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant, was exceptional. They were always present but never intrusive, anticipating our needs and ready to help with a smile that made us feel like the most important guests. They have truly redefined what four-star hospitality means. On a final note, we highly recommend that all travelers purchase the "Star Prestige" extra package. The amount of perks included are fantastic and add another incredible layer of comfort to the stay. We are already planning our return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

We (5 adults) spent a week at Alcudia Park towards the end of the summer, at the beginning of September, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From the minute we arrived at the hotel we were well taken care of: Catarina and Sara at reception were amazing, going above and beyond to navigate our numerous requests throughout the week, including a last-minute room change. Always with a smile. We were on holiday to celebrate an 80th birthday and the hotel staff gave the birthday girl plenty of attention on her special day, especially in the restaurant, joining in with the celebrations. Thanks to Yane at this point for helping with birthday arrangements. The all-inclusive restaurant always had a large range of fresh, tasty food and we had no trouble finding a table for 5. Staff were on hand to assist with the seating of large groups, if needed. Those wishing to dine al fresco with a sea view could reserve a table at the BBQ restaurant by the beach. In the evenings, we enjoyed the nightly show, where a large range of drinks were served by the beach. One evening the show had to be moved to the indoor bar at the last minute, due to bad weather; it didn't dampen the mood though. We particularly appreciated the sun loungers by the beach within the hotel boundaries, as the public loungers on the beach fell victim to a constant stream of vendors, who could be rather persistent at times. The Star Prestige rooftop was an oasis of calm when wanting a break from the hubbub of the beach and pool areas. Although we didn't travel with children, there were plenty of children staying at the hotel and daily entertainment was on offer, for both children and adults. The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the Las Gaviotas pier, making boat and catamaran day trips from Alcúdia port very accessible. The Las Gaviotas bus stop is also just a minute's walk away and public transport was on time and good value, although busy at times.

The best experience ever!! And it’s all about people! Wonderful staff everywhere, always with a smile making you feel absolutely at home. From the staff in the restaurant and bars, Marta and Lidia, Brian recommending place to visit, Vargas, to the Coffee Lady (Caty) at breakfast preparing coffe after coffee so efficient and with a smile!. I don’t want forget Sebas and Petra in the Beach Bar preparing amazing Mojitos. The Entertainment Team absolutely giving it all in every game, in every show, Andrés making every activity memorable with his energy, kindness and always fun… he is the best ever! A Praise also for David and the rest of the team. We had an amazing time and made lovely memories we will remember forever. The location is amazing, the hotel is amazing, the food is espectacular, but is the people what make the difference. Thanks Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. We’ll come back.

People put their towels in the sun beds early in the morning so at 09:00AM is impossible to get one. I stayed 5 days and I was never able to use a sun bed. Even more frustrating is bat they save them but never use it, so it is tens of sun beds with towels and nobody on it. Deal breaker. Few rude waiters, specially "Pepe" during dinner. Few nice ones, specially the lady in the Prestige rooftop. There is a deep lack of maintenance for this level if hotel. There is no beach service. You have to buy or rent stuff for the beach. Room cleaning is sub par. Air conditioning is set to lowest of 25 Celsius looks like, the room is always warm when is more than that outside. The food does not change, so you are tired of the same food after 3 days. The pool is clean and the kids slides are fun for them. It is quite far from the airport with no transfers option from the hotel.

Alcúdia Petit Hotel is a charming three-star hotel nestled within the medieval walls of Alcúdia. This adults-only hotel offers a tranquil and unique experience, making it ideal for couples and those seeking a peaceful getaway. The hotel features nine rooms that seamlessly blend modern style with the historical origins of the ancient house, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Two things I can say , the cleaning and the air conditioning are 10 out of 10 . The air conditioning is inside the wall ( at least in my case) and it’s blowing on the ceiling and not on ur body. I can’t but strongly recommend. After a day to the beach or in the hot summer days , to find ur room ice cold , the best feeling in the world. And also the staff, is very friendly and professional, not basic, if u want to talk about something with them , u won’t get bored. 🤷🏻‍♂️🌅🌃

We were looking forward to our stay at Alcudia Petit but unfortunately we were quite disappointed - it didn't ruin our holiday by any means, but we were hoping for a small, boutique hotel experience but there were some things that simply weren't good enough when you've paid a large amount of money to stay somewhere for a week. Pros - Great location - Really great breakfast buffet, lots of choices & lovely & fresh - Daily cleaning service reliable & good (although the room wasn't super clean on arrival & there was glass on the floor from the broken door both on arrival & the eventual repair work) Cons - We were "upgraded" to the family room at Can Vent Hotel round the corner and, although the room seemed impressive on first entry (pretty large across 2 floors, an exposed brick wall above the bed, jacuzzi bath tub etc), we soon spotted some issues. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (there was a used pantyliner in the bin!), it also lacked the little extras you would expect as standard e.g. hand soap. However, we decided to put these things to one side as we had to formally complain about the toilet seat being broken & also some smashed glass at the bottom of the toilet cubicle sliding door. The glass was really quite dangerous & would have caused serious damage to a foot if caught underneath it. Glass was hanging off where it had smashed with jagged edges. It also meant we couldn't close the toilet door. With the layout of the room & the toilet not actually been separate to the room (only separated by the broken glass door), the toilet now basically became part of the room which was not pleasant. - Overall It felt like our upgrade was actually an overbooking issue & we were given an unready room. - The man on reception was very attentive when we mentioned these things & said a technician would come to following day. The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the glass door wasn't mended until the Wednesday (having checked in on the Friday evening) which meant we weren't able to close the toilet door for much of our time in the room. Little shards of glass had also been left all over the floor when we arrived back at our room on the Wednesday evening. The 'fix' was also to just glue a piece of safety glass into the broken gap which didn't give us much faith in the door. - A smaller comment, but definitely worth mentioning (especially if a family did actually book this room!), was that we found the downstairs area with the sofa bed to be extremely dark (there was literally one tiny, dim light on the wall!) & it was also pretty warm as there was no A/C down there. The tiled flooring on the stairs would be quite precarious with small children & the glass banister / divider at the top of the staircase was wobbly. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again but hope that the hotel group take note of this review as, with a bit of attention to the room, we could have had a very different experience.

Unfriendly Staff. Rooms trying to be glamorous but facilities not good. Glass walled bathrooms impractical with nowhere to put your stuff. No soap at the basin (we were told to use the shower gel). No mirror in the bathroom (except a small shaving mirror on an extension arm). No lift - so you have to drag your bags up 25 stairs. No offer to help either. Wifi is terrible. Breakfast not served until 8.30 - terrible for cyclists who want to avoid the heat.
Tony H — Google review
The room was quite nice, big and clean. Breakfast is across the street in a restaurant and OK quality. But in the hotel there are not really facilities, two terraces that were not really appealing or cozy. The room we had on the ground floor was noisy: you could hear people entering the front door or using the restroom in the lobby with too much detail. And the wifi sucked, but that's 'normal' in some rooms, the not so friendly staff informed us.
Nard A — Google review
The room we got was beyond bad... The pictures wont tell you that the shower is literally next to the bed and reaks chlorine. The terrace is nice but next to the airduct from the restaurant which is loud and smelly. The restroom is in a converted dresser. And when you tell the receptionist you are not happy her response is - "ok, nothing i can do". The location is great but then again there are bunch of places in the area so you better check those out first.
Jakub O — Google review
Avoid when possible! Teleworking due to bad wifi not possible! Hotel staff most of the times not helpful and misleading. Junior Suite is not up to standard. Room is on the ground floor with no balcony. Breakfast is prepared for everybody in the morning, but due to the heat, the later you arrive the less appealing the food is looking. Location is great, the rest doesn't meet a hotel standard.

Charming hotel, super cute and with its own style. The rooms are clean and with everything you need. the only bad thing is the half board dinner. Very bad .. and the service of a girl who attends very reluctantly. The older Argentine a 10. "Empathic, kind and professional. But the other girl very despotic. Badly educated." It ruined the experience for us. beautiful setting. and beautiful Sunday market. 💖 si al turismo interior..

Keys, single soap, shampoo & showet gel are handed to you during check-in a plastic folder. That's it for three nights for two people. Need more? No, they will not replanish them, you have to ask for them by the reception. Aircon set to 16c on first day, could not set it up anywhere lower than 18c on the next two days. Poor atitude during breakfast & overall contact with the personel. Room 104 has antragic set up. Toilet with a gap on the sealling & shower without door - no partition between the bedroom and toilet. Who designs that? In hotel diacription they inform about free parking - yes on the street if you find it;) Seems the owner is after every penny...

Can Tem is a charming B&B located in an ancient 17th-century building with just six rooms. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast in the sunlit courtyard. The hotel is situated within the city walls, making it convenient for exploring the old town on foot or by bicycle. It's a relaxed, family-run establishment that offers a well-priced stay.
We recently stayed at a charming family-run hotel in Alcudia Old town and had a wonderful experience. The European breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh options. Our room was spacious and full of traditional character, making it a cosy retreat. "Pere Reus" the owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is fantastic with a beautiful courtyards that enhance the overall ambiance. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the area.

We had the most amazing 7 days at this hotel thanks to Pere and his family. The family atmosphere, delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, and the overall feeling that everything is done with love and care made our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail at this hotel is truly exceptional. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized recommendations for local restaurants and activities, Pere and his family go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, with plenty of stops nearby, and just a 20-minute walk to the beach. The cozy and comfortable rooms provide a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the charming streets of the old town or relaxing on the nearby beach. The beautiful garden was a highlight of our stay, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting to relax and unwind. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars. Overall, I recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat in a beautiful location, look no further than this family-run gem. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable holiday experience!

We recently stayed at Can Tem and would immediately come back. The owner is incredibly nice. Checking in was super easy. The breakfast is fresh and has plenty of variety. The outside area is as beautiful as in the photos. The rooms are spacious and quiet. No pubs nearby. The building itself is stunning with lots of details. Even after 5 days we discovered new things which made our stay a great experience.

We stayed at Can tem for 5 nights, it is at a very good location, 1.5km from the Alcudia beach , 200 m away from a very huge free parking, at walking distance from the city market that has multiple good food points The room is excellent. The breakfast is a completely different and best experience with home made mermalades, olivias , cakes. Peter, the owner is a very friendly and kind human . I absolutely recommend staying here. So far my best experience in Europe !

Location wise - can't ask for more. Ample of free parking around within 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are nice and air conditioned. Breakfast is minimalistic, but does the job. Where this hotel excels is in its charm and love that the owners put into it. It's a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet spot but yet want to be within walking distance from everything, and especially when you are sick and tired of big soulless hotels.

Ferrer Lime Playa de Alcudia is a popular resort with tourists and families due to its many facilities and size. The 4-mile long white sand beach offers calm waters, making it perfect for various water activities like diving, parasailing, and jet skiing. The purpose-built resorts along the beach provide amenities such as restaurants, bars, sunbeds, and parasols. Visitors can also find facilities like toilets, showers, and changing rooms nearby.
Had an amazing couple of weeks in Alcúdia and stayed here for the entire duration. The location is perfect - the beach couldn't be closer. The area of the beach where Ferrer Lime is located is particularly nice, with a good atmosphere, while not feeling too busy, and some lovely shade provided by trees at the back of the beach. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. The kitchenette was basic but equipped with everything required for holidaymakers. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time in Alcudia at a different apartment complex. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities that you would need in a beach front location. Check in is super easy as there is a machine outside the main entrance to do this which will also issue you the room key cards. If the concierge is open we found the service super attentive. Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Coffee machine, small bar fridge, some cooking items available as well. Alcudia beach is 50 metres away so a fantastic location. Only draw backs. There is no place for you to rinse off the sand before you enter the room. Over all a conformable stay.

Couple with almost 5,5 year old son stayed here for three days in August 2024. The positive thing is super location and friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are really dated and the room and the hotel has an awful smell. The smell gets worse when you use the air con. I have added this section after the reply of the owner. We stayed in room 2123, the first room after the lift. If in fact the apartment was fully renovated four years ago, the door to the bathroom would be possible to close and I would not have to fix the screws holding the terrace door every time we opened it. The latter feel out every time together with the door handle. In addition to these facts is the smell. All in all my view is that if the full renovation actually was perform four years ago, then the quality of said renovation was extremly poor. The same goes for the maintenance perform.

Nice room, comfortable, small kitchen, nice sea views, all you need to enjoy your holidays, and it’s literally 1min away from the beautiful beach. Areas of improvement: check-in process, not great, it’s an automated machine (you do get help) but takes a while with multiple steps that need retry, but I guess you do it once upon arrival and then that’s it. There’s also no pool or facilities at all and no reception most of the day, in case you care or need those things. There’s nothing luxurious about the place but everything is clean and correct. I would definitively come back.

The apartment we stayed in, 2223 could use some maintenance here and there but overall it was pretty good value for the price we paid. It's in a good location, right on the beach but within a 2 minute walk to a number of shops. Everything in the apartment, including the air conditioning worked and the cleaning staff kept it quite clean. There were only a couple minor annoyances; firstly, the bathroom door couldn't be completely closed because it was warped or the floor was not quite level and secondly, the sink in the kitchenette had virtually no pressure.

Horrible place to stay. It's old, maintained badly. A lot is broken and the molt is all over the place. The bed is terrible. The mosquitoes are all over the place; been stung 10 times in a few minutes. The way to check in is terrible as well. You have to do this online, before your arrival. If not, you're not able to check in. The desk is barely open and at the moment when we came by to announce we were leaving there was empathy. Just a cold answer that she was sorry. No compassion, no solution to the problem.

The room 504 have a strange window on the stairs. Everytime somebody go through the stairs it light up the room... This huge window have a glass door which does not close properly and therefore the mosquito go through and make a nightmare from your night. The air conditioner is a part of this nightmare! Each time it turns on it makes a tractor sounds... At the breakfast you don't even get an hello from the staff. It's pretty sad to not feel welcome.

(Translated by Google) We spent 4 unscheduled nights in the family room. I would like to classify the previously written reviews because I arrived with an uneasy feeling based on them. SPOILER: there's no need to feel uneasy! The family room (505) is super large and beautifully furnished. There is no single bathroom, but the elements are integrated into the room; Whether you like it or not is up to you, but it fits into the concept of a botique hotel. The room was definitely super clean and the air conditioning worked. The hotel is located in the middle of Alcúdia, so everything you need is right around the corner and you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. As in any city, it can be noisy here in the evenings or from the street at night, but in my opinion these are points that you need to be aware of when booking a hotel in the middle of the city. The hotel itself cannot do anything about this. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both breakfast and dinner take place in a nice atmosphere and are absolutely sufficient for the price-performance ratio! We really enjoyed the days and traveled a lot from Alcudia. In the evening we enjoyed the culinary diversity right around the corner. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We did not give it importance because it is normal for one to sneak in, but after finding another the second night, we discovered that on the ground There was a glass that overlooked the SEWERS. And we shined a flashlight and saw that it was poorly sealed and that more COCKROACHES were coming out of it. We asked for a room change and as there were few left, they gave us a room in another apartment at the same reception. This was poor quality, and not what we paid for. I DO NOT recommend it, even if the service was good, because it is unhygienic and disgusting that there was that glass under my bed with COCKROACHES coming out. (Translated by Google) I rarely write reviews, but with this hotel, I feel it's important to warn potential guests. The boutique hotel appears stylish at first glance and is equipped with nice design touches (various glass elements, industrial charm). With a price of over 150 euros per night and the pictures on the website, we were hoping for a nice hotel. At reception, we were taken from the truly attractive main building to another building on a side street. It looked fine on the outside, but inside we found a tiny, worn, and poorly designed room. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of mold, which didn't improve even after several hours of using the air conditioning (which was also very old). The ceiling was already bulging from the humidity, and the fixtures in the internal bathroom, which had no vent, were broken and flooded the entire room. When we went to bed that evening, we noticed a strong smell of urine. We contacted reception and asked for a new room. We were told the hotel was fully booked and to try again the next day. After a very unpleasant night, the next morning, they still hadn't found a solution. Only when I requested to cancel the room for the next night so we could find a new hotel did they take care of it. After the receptionist reluctantly organized a solution with the words, "Well, I don't think it's that bad," another room miraculously became available for us – in the main building, well-ventilated, and in perfect condition. Stay away from the annex! Finger weg vom Nebenhaus!
