Ordered delivery from them several times, and each time the food has been excellent. The curries especially have been excellent. Good portion sizes, and the delivery was much quicker than expected!

Authentic, delicious and big serving size. Very nice service🤩
Spyth L — Google review
We stumbled upon this gem by chance, and what a find! Having been to China before, I can confidently say the food here is just as authentic and flavorful. We ordered the duck, and it was absolutely mouthwatering—truly finger-licking good. I’d rate it a solid 5 stars, plus a bonus for the experience!
Alex T — Google review
Nice place downtown with several vegan options and nice decoration. Most of their meals are spicy, so beware if you are not much into that. Menu is well labeled, at least. Excellent service, delicious food and free ice cream as dessert. Loved it!
Nati R — Google review
Good tasty Thai combination. Place has Thai vibes and is nice decorated in Asian style.

Sent hubby to get some food while we were parked up in our camper at the AIRE. I have to say the food was delicious. We had Singapore noodles with chicken and it was piping hot though he walked to get it. Definitely call into this place it was amazing food.
Marian D — Google review
Great Thai. Had a date night here with me lady, food was really good. Quite impressed with their tom yum soup. We also got a free ice cream at the end which my lady was very excited about. There was one guy running the front of the shop, and he did a great job! Didn't get to check out the bathroom facilities but imagine it's great.👍🏻

Mediterranean restaurant
Befani's Townhouse & Restaurant is a charming guesthouse with complimentary WiFi, located above a laid-back eatery serving Mediterranean cuisine. Nestled in the heart of town and near the Main Guard, this establishment has been a local fixture since 2005. Managed by the hospitable couple Fulvio & Caroline Bonfiglio, it offers an inviting atmosphere and delectable dishes made from top-notch local ingredients.
Went for a meal here on 10/10/24. We chose the Tapas selection to share. All were superb, cooked to perfection, and well presented .The waiting staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good value for such a lovely meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and are looking forward to our next visit.
Noel R — Google review
While my wife and I were visiting cousins in town, they recommended we have dinner at Befani's. I enjoyed a flawless, delightful sirloin steak...easily one of the finest I've had in my lifetime! The paprika/garlic butter was a brilliant addition to the flavors. Service was friendly, prompt, and sincerely thoughtful. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food.
Scott W — Google review
We stayed here for two nights as a family, in two rooms. The rooms were immaculate, very large, bright and comfortable. The rooms were quiet and look out onto a quiet street. There is no parking, but plenty of cheap pay and display parking very nearby so this is not an issue. The service and staff was impeccable, warm, friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and enjoyed a tapas feast, beautiful fresh food with lovely flavours. We would highly recommend a stay here, or a visit to the restaurant.
Rebecca L — Google review
The food here is unreal, and the service is too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Three of my friends had tapas to share, and there were loads of food in each tapa. My other friend and I had steak and it was cooked perfectly. The dessert was 10/10 too. We were the last to leave, and the staff didn't rush us. I would highly recommend Befanis.
Laura M — Google review
We had an evening meal here. The services were excellent. A lot of salt / seasoning used on elements of food, particularly starter warm bread. Perhaps more noticeable as we do not use salt at home. Meals we had were excellent...., BUT we still can not accept or figure out why a steak attracts such a high supplementary charge almost everywhere in Ireland.. I just can not figure out or justify this practice. The garden room is lovely but was a tad cool to dine in (We're not heat fanatics ), We overheard others comment re this also. Perhaps a fire effect heater might help. A lovely dining experience and meal overall.
Brian G — Google review
Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Well priced. Comfy bed. No parking but theres loads within walking distance of a few minutes. If you have mobility issues there is no lift to the rooms, got a great workout going up the stairs 😂
Mick L — Google review
Lovely little gem in the heart of Clonmel. Walking distance to everything. Nice, bright, clean, spacious rooms. There are stairs so if mobility is an issue this may not be for you - but they do flag that at the booking stage. Excellent breakfast. The tapas restaurant is worth booking - very nice. But what made our stay were the staff - friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to all the team in Brefani's - we'll definitely be back.
Nicola D — Google review
Great 2 night stay at this property. Just off the main high Street. Friendly greeting from a very pleasant member of staff, nothing too much trouble. Our room was on the 2nd floor, no lift, as mentioned on booking site. Clean, comfortable and airey. Medium size bathroom with shower room ensuite. Iron and ironing board available on request. Tea and coffee making facilities available, although had to plug kettle in the plug on the floor by the long mirror. Good breakfast, OJ, tea, coffee and poached eggs, bacon and mushrooms, toast and jam. Full Irish if you wanted it. Tapas restaurant on site, but not visited.

We had an excellent experience in Bodega celebrating our wedding anniversary. The venue itself is stunning, inside and out, the live music sets a lovely atmosphere. We were sitting outside and when booking I was a bit apprehensive about this as it's October but it was warm, cosy and sheltered from the elements. We ordered tapas from the vegan selection which had a good choice of options. The food was top notch, beautifully presented and delicious! Our dishes included vegan nachos, aubergine tempura, beetroot and pear salad, patatas bravas, a sweet pepper dish and a pumpkin dish, all were really tasty. Also the pinot grigio we would recommend 👌
Shauna C — Google review
Excellent food and lovely service! We had the sharing menu. Outstanding decor, very stylishly furnished. Good atmosphere, laid back. Shame that they only open from Thursdays!

We had a great time with Bog Dan, Victoria and the other staff for my friends 30th Birthday. We had cake, shots of limoncello, Prosecco on arrival and songs on the piano, followed by speciality cocktails. Would recommend to a friend 100 times over

Nestled in the charming town of Clonmel, Cibo Fresco is a culinary gem that brings the essence of Italy to life. Known for its authentic Italian dishes crafted from fresh ingredients, every meal promises an explosion of flavor that delights the palate. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service create a warm dining experience, making it perfect for families and friends alike. Many visitors rave about their delectable kebabs and burgers, often highlighting unique combinations like cucumber with burgers that elevate traditional flavors.
After rather unpleasant experience in the Driver's pub nearby we went to find some properly cooked food. And oh dear! This place is awesome. One of the best Kebabs I ever had. Friendly stuff and reasonable prices! I wish we didn't waste time in the other place and came here right away. Absolutely recommend! Just look at this cake

Coming here already 7 times with my wife. The staff is amazing, thr owner very friendly and one of the most important :best kebab in town! This kebab is so tasty that you will always want to come again and again. Believe me, you won't find better! Keep the quality up and best of luck!

Discovered this place last week eventhough I live near Clonmel. Burgers are top notch with the salad deserving special mention. Never thought cucumber goes so well with a burger. Good value for money, the three guys we've met so far are friendly, efficient and most importantly they listen to your order. Keep it up lads...

Kelley L — Google review
Cibo Fresco means fresh food and this is exactly what you can expect from this place, also the menù is various and the place is spotless clean! I would like to go back and perfect if you have kids they'll love it!
Ada L — Google review
Cibo fresco cafe advertises itself as an authentic Italian restaurant but there were a few things that pointed away from that claim during my experience dining here today. I tried the meat lover pizza and unfortunately the quality just wasn't there! I'm used to eating a pizza at a great restaurant and being able to savour every slice because it's so tasty but unfortunately the dough and pizza sauce were just tasteless, they also overloaded the pizza with two different kinds of cheese and put lasagna mix in the middle as a beef topping. Wouldn't reccomend eating here if you want an authentic experience with great tasting pizza cooked the traditional way. Food is just oily and tasteless. Service was fine, the guy working in the kitchen was very helpful. Atmosphere was interesting, again a lot of furniture and decor that doesn't match and in general too much going on with lights and flags and signs everywhere. A bit overstimulating.
Ben ( — Google review
Reasonably priced, generous portions.. I must say that I love their cheesecake here although it's not a desserts place. The pizza tasted okay. The only thing is that they could have used pancetta or even just an American bacon or streaky rashers on the carbonara. Instead they used some cheap meat.

Doner kebab restaurant
Ali’s Kebab Restaurant in Clonmel is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious late-night bites. Since opening its doors, this eatery has become a local favorite, known for its quick service and friendly staff who are always ready to help. The menu boasts an impressive selection of kebabs alongside tasty options like chips and pizza, all at reasonable prices.
I usually buy late-time dinners from this restaurant. The service here is fast with good food quality. They have a wide variety of options for kebabs. Also, have a delicious milkshake. The workers are helpful and friendly with fast service. The location is great in the center of the town. They open late and till midnight. The prices are reasonable. There are many delicious food options, especially chips and fish.
Dr. A — Google review
Typical kabob place but the doner kabobs are not great. They Jam Pack them full of meat so you can’t even pick it up to eat it and the meat was not great. To be fair the other food might be nice but this was the only thing we tried and weren’t really happy with it.

Sean Tierneys Bar and Restaurant is a charming and stylish spot in Clonmel, known for its inviting atmosphere and delicious food. The decor is impressive with beautiful woodwork and lighting that creates a captivating ambiance. While the food may not be extraordinary, it is well-prepared and satisfying. The bar is adorned with delightful decorations, giving it an authentic pub feel. Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of ingredients used in the dishes justifies it.
Food was great, atmosphere was incredible can understand why they have won awards and is like a museum in there 😅
Brian O — Google review
As an Indian, visiting this place gave me a strong Irish vibe. It's an award-winning pub - 'Best Munster Pub' and 'Tipperary Pub of the Year'. We came here for a friend’s birthday party. The place is cozy and classy. There are a lot of antique wall hangings and framed photos of nearby landmarks, which really adds to the atmosphere. Light music plays in the background, which makes the place feel warm. Service is top-notch. Staff were very polite, kept checking in to see if we needed anything. There’s common seating and also private rooms if you prefer a quiet space. We tried the homemade soup of the day, buffalo wings with fries, grilled 4oz steak sandwich, chicken burger, and Sprite. Everything tasted really good. Highly recommend. Will visit again.
Christy T — Google review
Great food and not too expensive. Went in a group of 10 and were still served quickly. We pre booked the table so there was no wait. All the staff were very helpful and made sure we were happy and catered for. Beautiful pub inside and out, overall a great evening.
James — Google review
I'm sure the staff are nice people, so this is a tuff 1, but not as tuff as the burger my mother had, It was like old leather boot, she was going to bring it home for the dog but the RSPCA would of had to called out for the dog choking. A new born baby would of looked for seconds after seeing the size of the lasagna.. the chicken and ham was chicken and a rasher. The chips were hard . All in all a very unpleasant experience.

Publican Sean was the most inviting he could be! Delicious meal, friendly service, wonderful atmosphere. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Ireland!
Jason D — Google review

We stumbled upon Sean Tierney’s Bar & Restaurant while driving from Cork via the Vee towards Mount Juliet, and what a lucky find it was! This 180-year-old museum pub, run by the incredibly friendly Sean himself, is full of life and history, with fascinating artefacts from different eras displayed all around. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food was an absolute 10/10 – fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. It’s rare to find a place that blends great hospitality, rich heritage, and delicious food so seamlessly. Highly recommend making a stop here!

The Batman was friendly but the steak was like leather chips were not homemade as stated on the menu or the onion rings mushroom and whiskey sauce was like low fat milk and not a mushroom insight of it will not return

Nestled in the charming town of Clonmel, County Tipperary, The Bunker Irish Restaurant & Steakhouse has been delighting diners since its opening in December 2018. This inviting eatery is open every day of the week and offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for any occasion. In winter, guests can unwind by the warm glow of a crackling fire while enjoying a diverse menu that features delicious salads, succulent steaks, and fresh fish dishes.
A friend recommended the restaurant for girls evening out. And I highly recommend to anyone to try it out. Well balanced flavours, portion sizes are great. (Maybe a little bit heavy on smoked paprika in stuffed peppers, but this is only my opinion.) Very pleasant, friendly and attentive staff. I love when staff take your order with a smile. We'll done guys.

Ate here for my wedding anniversary. The Bunker came recommended. The food was delicious, I got the steak on the stone, all presented very nice. The staff were all very friendly. Will definitely be going back again soon.

Gourmet meals, soup very spicy, the child was not able to eat, in my opinion it should be marked on the menu Crab toast as starter tasty but my opinion the toast to cold . Delicious steaks, fish with risotto not very tasty, Burger well seasoned. Meals served simultaneously. Cramped place, you feel as if you really sat in a bunker. Service crew very nice.

The restaurant is known for its skilled Asian chefs who use natural ingredients to prepare a delightful culinary journey. Their a la carte menu presents a three-course meal at an affordable price, featuring perfectly portioned dishes bursting with delicious flavors. Visitors have praised the friendly and attentive staff as well as the consistently excellent food and service.
Yesterday my family and I went to this restaurant for lunch while visiting Clonmel. We have to say that we did very well. The restaurant is cozy, clean, friendly staff and the food we ordered was amazing. We definitely recommend it and we will definitely visit this restaurant again on our next visit to Clonmel.

Today my family and I had lunch here. We ordered crispy chicken (1st photo), sizzling pecking duck (2nd), duck lemongrass with noodles (3rd) and japanese style noodles [didn't remember the actual name] (4th). So overall the food was tasty. It has big enough portions. But on our opinion it costs much more than other Asian restaurants for the same or even bigger size portions
Karyna K — Google review
I ate here last Saturday 19th April with two others..... At a previous time before I ordered a starter of beef strips and nasi goreng for main course....the starter was absolutely ridiculous...I'd would have received more meat on a chicken Wing. However I decided to give it another try again as the quality of food was always excellent. This time starter was baby back ribs and received 3....surely 5 would be average My wife ordered the chicken wings and received 4... we would have expected 5-6 I believe I paid €9.50 for the ribs which was absolutely ridiculous My wife was very disappointed with the quantity of wings received also. Main course was sizzling beef with fried rice and received what I would consider a very small portion of rice. My wife and I both ordered from the main menu not the early bird... and I would have expected more because of this. We were very disappointed with the meal and it being a firm favourite to go with the family occasionally. The staff were lovely and professional and the quality of the food is excellent but sadly I feel that the quantity has reduced dramatically much to my disappointment.... Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere in future....

One of our fav Clonmel restaurants. We get great value from the Early Bird Special and not only because we can choose from an assortment of desserts. The service staff is friendly and the background music seems to be like my playlists. Lemongrass is where I take people to make them happier.

Margaret P — Google review
This restaurant has a nice airy feel about it, very relaxing and clean. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We ordered off the early bird menu as it was our first time trying this place. The main menu looked a little pricey but was very varied and will order from this one on our next visit. The food looked lovely. Cooked fresh and was hot. The only issue with the food we had was the chicken in the green Thai curry was a little overcooked, but didn't take away from the lovely flavours of the curry. The Singapore noodles were delicious. It was a nice experience but I was personally very let down by the ladies restroom in this restaurant, which was an issue for me. For such a big capacity restaurant they only have 2 toilets in the ladies, and one was out of order! The only working toilet, the seat was loose and moved when sat on, and the flush was so poor that the tissue did not flush! If this restaurant was full to capacity I would dread to think what state the restroom would be in! I wouldn't not come here again because of it, as the food was delicious, but I would try and make sure I didn't have to use the restroom while here!
Paula C — Google review
Very good food but very disappointed that because we were a party of 15 we were charged 10%extra. I did not know this but the waitress said it was on the menu (I didn't notice) we were there at 13.30 and there was only 4 other people there so without our custom it would have been a very small income. I have never heard of this extra payment for large seatings

Service was pretty good, mainly because there was only one other table occupied. Starter was lovely, main course not so much... I had the fish with potatoes and veg, fish was undercooked as was the broccoli and cauliflower, pretty sure these were microwaved! Dessert ( appletart) was delicious.

The restaurant has garnered praise from international visitors who have found the food to be delicious and unparalleled. With a pleasant view of The Main Guard, it promises a positive dining experience for anyone who appreciates Irish cuisine as well.
👏 Amazing food, best India i have ever tasted. We had the special menu, €46 for 2 starters 2 Mains and 2 half pints/2 glasses of wine. Onion Bajis and Chicken pakura to start and its was stunning followed by Chicken Korma for me and Beef Rogan josh for my hubby, he said the beef was so lean and so tender and his meal was delicious. My Korma was just fabulous. The staff were lovely, and the service was very efficient, no waiting around. One of the waiters talked us through the ingredients in the complementary sauces and was wonderfully friendly and polite. The empty plates in the picture says it all, the food looked and smelled so good we forgot to take a picture Will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast restaurant
Esquires - The Organic Coffee Co. in Clonmel is a centrally located coffee shop with a vibrant orange exterior that invites visitors to step inside. The cozy interior offers ample bar seating by tall windows, perfect for people-watching on bustling Saturdays. The friendly baristas and pleasant patio seating add to the inviting atmosphere. This spot is ideal for enjoying breakfast with family, meeting friends for lunch, or simply indulging in a coffee and scone.
On a recent 8-day holiday we stayed at the close-by Talbot Hotel in Clonmel. Instead of breakfasting at the hotel, we went to Esquires Coffee Clonmel. My wife and I had a breakfast of porridge, fruit and honey and a black Americano coffee each morning. Delicious and it set us up for the day. €10 each. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Paul S — Google review
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is nice but very expensive for what you get.
Annie M — Google review
Esquires: great food, great coffee, great staff. I was told this place made excellent toasties and coffee, so I decided to check it out. I told the staff member I wanted a toastie and a coffee, and that I liked everything. I asked them to get creative and surprise me—which they did. It was fabulous! The price was reasonable. What more could I ask for? I recommend Esquires 100 percent!
Paul B — Google review
I used to like going to esquires…now I’m not too fussed these days. It all changed there when they changed their menu. They had the best sweet chilli chicken noodle salad and then for whatever reason stopped it and revamped the menu. I’m not inclined to order from there at all now. I do go in sometimes when a family member want a cuppa. That becomes another annoyance for me because any time I’ve asked for 2 teas, we get 1 pot. If I wanted 1 pot for two, I would have asked for it. This happened again to us yesterday but I was prevented from saying anything which I regret now. I did say something the first time it happened to me. I didn’t think I would have to be extremely exact in wording for what I’d want. Just a tip for esquires though, please ask the customer if they want 2 pots or one large if they’re ordering tea for 2. Some people might like their own pot for the price charged.

Nestled in the heart of Clonmel, Park73 at Parkers Of Clonmel is a delightful dining destination that promises an exceptional culinary experience. With a menu that showcases fresh and flavorful dishes, guests can indulge in beautifully presented starters drizzled with balsamic dressing. While some main courses may not stand out, the expertly prepared sea bass has garnered rave reviews for its freshness. The desserts are enjoyable too!
A lovely restaurant, food excellent and the staff are very friendly. The prices are also responsible. Highly recommended
Christine — Google review
Good food, especially for Clonmel. All the starters were quiet nice and fresh tasting with a lovely balsamic dressing. Presentation was great. The Cod dish was very boring. However the Sea-bass dish was perfectly made and tasted fresh. Desserts were alright. Overall I would really recommend a visit. It is also ideal for large groups! and the service was excellent.
Ava M — Google review
At the beginning of our lunch it was a bit messy. The menu was dirty, had to wait for our drings for a while, even longer for gluten free bread (I wasn't asked if I want it toasted). The food was just OK, but I hoped for a better presentation and servise....on the menu said pickled veg comes with the Asian style beef, I got only carrots and pickle radishes. (thought will be mixed veg) I have to say it was Very basic. At the end... (I think it was a manager) made our occasion a little bit special getting kids to bring out the birthday cake.

Can't say enough about this place. Food was fantastic. Unbelievable in fact staff we're friendly but professional. Great atmosphere, relaxing and warm
John K — Google review
Could do better in terms of food. The waitress was very nice and polite. We have ordered the Pan Fried Salmon and linguine w/ spinach cream (Lactose friendly version), was surprised that the linguine portion was a bit small and there is not flavour in the pasta as it is only tossed in basil oil (couldn't taste the basil too). The salmon was soft and flaky, really nice. Husband ordered Thai green curry vegetable with rice. The rice was cooked to perfection, however, the curry was really salty. I suspect that the Green curry paste has salt in it already, but the chef added extra salt/soy sauce to it. Coconut ice cream w/ mango bits and gingersnaps was nice, just that the cream was melting.

Cafe
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Clonmel, The Junction Cafe is a delightful themed licensed cafe and ice cream parlour that promises a unique dining experience. Open daily from 9 am, it serves breakfast all day long, making it an ideal spot for early risers or late brunch enthusiasts. With captivating themes ranging from Harry Potter to rock music and jungle vibes, this cafe offers an extensive menu that caters to diverse palates.
The Junction, Clonmel – A Breakfast Worth Getting Out of Bed For The Junction gets one thing very right: it cooks like it cares. The egg arrived with whites just set and a yolk made for dipping toast—not the sad, overcooked puck you find too often on steam tables. The black and white pudding were standouts—rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with respect. Sliced potatoes hit the sweet spot too: crisp edges, soft centres, and full of flavour. The plate came together beautifully, with each element pulling its weight. And the coffee? Strong, no-nonsense, and served in a mug that felt like it meant business. Add excellent service and a room with just the right amount of bustle, and you’ve got a place that makes the Full Irish feel like more than a fry-up. The Junction doesn’t just fill you up. It wins you over.
Paul B — Google review

Lovely spot for coeliacs. I had a delicious gluten free toasted sandwich with chips. The chips are fried in a separate fryer and they use a separate toaster also. The menu is clear regarding options and the staff were happy to answer the questions I had re cross contact. Super cool decor, especially if you're a Harry Potter fan!

We ordered a Chicken Breast burger that on the display was a breast but instead we got 2 very mini processed chicken burgers not the breast and not much taste. On the menu it said it is served with cubed potatoes but when I ordered she said it wasn't but did not say why and gave a few crisps instead. Saying all that the staff were friendly but we would not be in a hurry to return.
Karen G — Google review
The adult dishes were great. The ribs were phenomenal. The sweet chili chicken wraps were good. They had several gluten-free options. I received the sweet chili chicken sandwich on GF bread. Absolutely loved the sweet potato fries. The staff were all really nice. The problem was the kid's pizza. My kids LOVE pizza, but none of them enjoyed this. It reminded me of the €1 ones you get at Aldi. They clearly are pre-made frozen.
Claire N — Google review
Fantastic atmosphere, plenty to choose from on the menu. The different themes in each part of the restaurant make each visit just a bit more unique than the last. Dessert menu is tempting but be aware the portions are big. Highly recommended. Only downside is that it can get quite busy so you might be left waiting outside for a while.

The kids enjoy Crazy Noodles but I visit to learn the ingredients list so we can stir fry at home. The Lavazza is €2 per cup and that is what many local places offer too. But the best cheap coffee is a mile uphill at the Cashel Road Roundabout.

Have never had any problems with the restaurant. They do freshly made fried noodles served in a box. With a choice of meats and sauces. They have a menu on just eat, and the delivery can be a bit slow on the busy weekend nights. Which is understandable.

This vibrant eatery offers an enticing selection of authentic Mexican dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. From their flavorful burritos to zesty tacos, Namo is winning over the hearts of locals with its exceptional flavors and inviting atmosphere.
Ordered for the first time on TooGoodToGo in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, and we chose Namo. The surprise bag was just €4 and came with a big, delicious burrito—hot, fresh, and full of flavor! The value is unbeatable. Have you tried it yet? Download the app, reserve your bag in the morning, and collect it during the specified time frame. It’s that easy! Pick it up and enjoy a tasty meal while reducing food waste. Highly recommend!

It was my first time there in Namo and I was not sure what to get. I was guided through the process of making a burrito by the friendly staff member step by step. The burrito did not disappoint! Extremely happy with huge portion and delicious taste. Very filling meal too. Highly recommend if you like a good Mexican food!!!

Very tasty and great presentation. I ordered on just eat and it was delivered 10 minutes later which was surprising. I highly recommend the Burrito Bowls. The spicier the better 😝. A nice treat.
Rachel R — Google review
Please don’t bother with this place. Ordered food with just eat at about 19:30, estimated delivery was 20:50 - which is ridiculous but we patiently waited - come 21: 10, no food. Called the restaurant and at 21:10 on the 26/09/2025 the lady on the phone told us the driver is new and the food has not been made yet. When we said that’s ridiculous, she hung up on us. Whoever is management, that’s what your staff are doing to your customers. If that’s the level of service you are going for, then by all means keep her employed, I won’t be ordering from you again. I hope no one else does either. Update - received my food at 21:49, driver said he was waiting there for 30 min. The lady who hung up on me - her name is Ciara? . The food was cold but good. If only it wasn’t two hours late, and arrived before I made the frozen pizza I had to make to feed my hungry family. What an absolute joke.
Swasthi S — Google review
The food at Namo's is excellent. The steps and prices for ordering are printed on large, colourful signs behind the counter, making the process of ordering very simple. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. All in all, I highly recommend Namo's and give them a five-star rating.
Paul B — Google review
Delivery was extremely late. (Still hasn't arrived at time of this review) Called in to query and they said it was problem with the driver. Then proceeded to be rude. Asked for the name of the person I talked to and they hung up. Can't recommend them at all with that type of service. Problems happen, but its how you handle them that counts, and Namo handled this one poorly.
Robert — Google review
Absolutely delicious food! They have so much to offer, staff is super kind and helpful. Wish they had more space for seating but it’s such a minor issue because the food is unbelievable 🥰

The service is terrible slow. Waited ages to get served. Staff member went off and left my burrito in the oven. Ordered wedges and was given patatoes which were not throughly cooked so that was a waste of money as I couldn't eat them. The tables need a good clean everything is sticky. Toilets had no soap or toilet paper and were in need of attention.

Dog friendly, if you don't mind sitting with the smokers. I still don't understand why in the UK and Ireland that dogs are not allowed where food is being served. There is no law against it, so you are alienating a rather well off section of society

This is one of my regular go to pubs. It served AMAZING hearty pub food and the specials are always exciting to choose from. The menu is small but packs a punch. Pictured here is the chicken fajitas. Great place. Perfectly served Guiness (pride themselves on it). Food looked very good with lots of regular punters. Good Sunday atmosphere. Funny story. My wife ordered a Guiness and I thought it was a good idea to do a comparison by ordering a different brand of stout. The reaction reminded me of the scene from Amercan Werewolf in London when they entered the Slaughtered Lamb and the pub suddenly goes stoney silent and guy misses the dart board. Actually, that didn't happen, but I've always wanted to use that anactode. What actually happened was the bar manager politely explained that there was no call for other brands. But where's the story in that? Much prefer my version of events. Moral of the story ........ just order Guiness! 😀 Great place, great locals, top Guiness, dog friendly, thanks for your hospitality

I watch solicitors attending the Clonmel Courthouse down the street shuffle into No Filter during breaks in their court attendance so that must mean the place appeals to heavy coffee drinkers. The baristas have a good touch behind the counter. It's nice knowing they also sound great when performing live music. I wonder if they will consider playing backing music from their CD. I'd enjoy listening to their music while seated on the benches outside. After a dozen early morning visits, I've settled on getting Americano because I need a good caffeine hit most mornings before teaching. I've actually reduced my number of visits because I now buy a €40 bag of beans from their shop since the taste that I get from the combination of roasted beans is exactly what I like.

The service was excellent from start to finish, The fish and chips were especially good — perfectly cooked fish and honestly some of the best chips we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dog-friendly spot with great service and delicious food!

Went to drivers for the first time to try out their menu. I found it was quite expensive for a pub. The menu didn’t really appeal too much and most things are overpriced. I decided to have the special which was a spag bol basically although the name they had on it….we were told was the pasta’s name. It look like a tagliatelle pasta to me. Anyway it was very flavoursome but the downside was…I don’t think the fat was drained off in the cooking process so there was too much of fat residue on the plate. The bread on top was also flavoursome…buttery and crunchy but it didn’t need to be on top of the sauce. This made it messy to eat…just off to the side would have been sufficient. I thought the portion should have been a bit better for the price attached. My wife had the veg soup…it was very thick and she enjoyed it…it came with 2 slices of brown bread. We shared a pistachio cheesecake which was beautiful, really enjoyed it. Decent portion as well. Then it was a latte for her and a lucozade for me. The total was €43 which I thought was expensive. I think they’re trying to be like an upmarket restaurant and attach those prices but it’s just a pub and it should be more pub grub food than upmarket dishes with higher pricing. There were far too many flies in the eating area for my liking to call it anything other than a pub with the front door open all day. Although I liked the dishes, I couldn’t justify myself paying the prices again. It was worth trying though. The decor needs to be updated though to match what they’re trying to sell themselves as but if they’re going for a rustic look, then a rustic menu would be good too.

Nice spot for coeliacs. I had delicious buffalo wings and fries here. All fries are cooked in a separate fryer, staff informed me of this without having to ask. The waitress double checked with the chef about the wings (no gluten allergens labeled on the menu for them) when I asked if they were indeed gluten free. I was also told gluten free bread is available. Ice cream available for dessert.

Food was fabulous, staff were very friendly. We were in for the early bird menu which has so much variety. Will definitely be back.

Delicious food and I'm grateful they let us eat there with my dog as there aren't many dog friendly places around, especially in the evenings. My Dad said the beetroot and goats cheese salad was the best salad he'd ever had! And the Cookie Pot dessert was amazing! Lovely and friendly staff. Food is on the pricier side but the portions are huge. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
K P — Google review
You can only truly judge a dining experience from personal experience, and sadly, mine was disappointing. I had heard great things about this place and was even warned in advance that service could be slow—but I decided to give it a try for lunch. I placed my order as soon as I sat down, yet ended up waiting over an hour for a tasteless, small-portioned chicken burger with chips. After another 30 minutes waiting for dessert, I had to cancel it entirely as I’d run out of time and needed to get back to the office. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. When I shared my experience with colleagues, several mentioned they’d had similar issues.

Dunnes Stores is a fantastic destination for both grocery and clothing shopping, offering an impressive selection that caters to all needs. With its spacious layout, shoppers can explore everything from delicious gluten-free options like award-winning Kinsale Bay food products to stylish apparel. The store also features expanded café facilities where visitors can enjoy a delightful coffee or hearty breakfast while socializing with friends or meeting new people after local events like the Parkrun.
The Dunnes Stores on Burgagery West Road is definitely the larger of the two in Clonmel and offers a really convenient shopping experience. One of the standout features is the plentiful parking, making it easy to pop in without the usual town centre parking struggles. What's also fantastic is its location right beside the Blueway walking and cycling path. There's even a connecting pathway directly from the Blueway into the Dunnes compound, which is super handy if you're out for a walk or cycle and need to pick something up. For those looking for Dunnes with a wide selection and easy access, especially with ample parking and a direct link to the Blueway, this location on Burgagery West Road is a great option in Clonmel.

Terrible service. Poor quality food. Chicken inedible and cold. Girl with glasses extremely rude and arrogant. Chicken came out pink. Disappointing. Training re food service and customer service badly needed. Come regularly. My first very bad experience. Beware! Chicken pink.

Usually love shopping at Dunnes, Davis Road. Today 30th September I bought 2 packs of raspberries and when I opened them when I got home both packs were full of mildew. As I live too far from the shop to bring them back I am writing this review.

Very disappointed with Dunnes Stores up until recently they stocked glenstal butter in the 455 gram weight three weeks have passed and no sign of it being stocked only the 227 gr one which makes it dearer and more profit obviously. Following an e mail to Glenstal they inform me that it stocked by Tesco so problem solved. Pat.

Clonmel Garden Centre is a highly recommended shopping destination with a diverse range of products. Customers have praised the exceptional service, including going out of their way to source items from other retailers and organizing replacements. The center offers a variety of items, from garden equipment and well-cared-for plants to beautiful gift ideas. While some find the prices on the higher side, the quality justifies it. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a nice selection of food at the center's cafe.
Fabulous garden centre with a huge stock of flowering plants, shrubs and trees. Enormous selection of pots and a beautiful gift shop too. Busy restaurant with a good selection of food to choose from. Make it a day out.

Almost all ready for Christmas here now. Nov 2021. Some lovely bits and pieces to buy. Lovely display of moving deer, polar bears etc for the kids. Nice gift ideas too. The only downside is the price of everything. Very expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Recommended, even if it's just for a browse.

I recently bought a hotbin from Clonmel Garden Centre. Their customer service was friendly and professional. It wouldn't fit in my car so they arranged to ship it for free to my home in Dublin. I cannot recommend them enough. I also use their cafe every time I am in Clonmel. Again I find the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the food to be very nice. The coronation chicken wrap in particular is amazing.

Irish pub
Phil Carrolls Bar in Clonmel is a charming and rustic pub that offers an excellent pint, especially for Guinness enthusiasts. The decor has remained unchanged for decades, giving the place a timeless feel. The walls are adorned with fascinating treasures, creating a cozy and quirky atmosphere. The friendly and efficient staff contribute to the welcoming vibe of this establishment. With no TV, the bar encourages good old-fashioned conversation, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed Friday evening.
If you want to enjoy a genuine old style pub in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, then this is the place. No fancy seating, the pub is narrow in places but has a lot of hidden seating areas for customers to sit and enjoy a drink. Staff are brilliant, you won't be left standing at the bar. Your seating could be an old stool while sitting at an old singer sewing machine. Make sure when in Clonmel to pay a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Coopers is a popular spot for both adults and kids, offering delicious food and friendly service. Despite some negative reviews, many visitors find the restaurant welcoming and inviting. The menu features high-quality food with generous portions, complemented by fantastic cocktails. While some guests found the seating area slightly warm and crowded, they still enjoyed their experience and plan to return in the future.
I’ve been reading some of the previous reviews about this restaurant, and one of them said “regular Irish county pub” “dark and dirty”,.. now this isn’t fair or right, and frankly has more than an undertone of racism. Myself and my family regularly visit this business, to eat and to drink. And I’ve always found it welcoming and inviting. It is not dark, nor is it dirty! It is perfectly fine, the food here is very good and they have a fine menu, I recommend the “bucket of bones”! There is a very good child’s play area to the rear of the pub, and a very nice restaurant is also located on the rear of the pub, I always sit in the pub as the TVs and bar are in close proximity. There is also a nice size car park. I highly recommend this bar and restaurant.

Food was lovely, staff were very friendly and service was quick and efficient, sat at restaurant area and only thing was it was too warm and we were seated in middle of floor and surrounded by people so I felt slightly claustrophobic, would definitely go back but would prefer to sit at bar area next time 😊

Lovely pub, from the front, it looks very deceptive, however there is an intimate bar at the front and bar/lounge out the back, which can be booked for private events and parties. Decor is very regal and well polished. The toilets are very clean and well maintained. There is a smoking area to the side/back of the pub and is covered... so you're safe in the rain. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, up for a chat and a laugh. And as always expected in a pub, pull a great pint with a nice head. One of the most gorgeous coffee spots I’ve ever been too, the atmosphere is divine, the staff are not only beautiful but the friendliest bubble crew. I had a coconut iced matcha and it was €2 cheaper any other place I’ve been to and one of the nicest I’ve had in a long while. The design, use of space and colour to create several seating areas, it’s a fantastic example of how small spaces can be used instead of being a tiny car park. Didn’t get any sweet treats but they looked incredible. 10/10 will be coming back

Additionally, they offer the option for customers to create their own pizza. Visitors also appreciate the extra touches such as complimentary treats and a welcoming ambiance that adds to the overall dining experience.
Honestly, the best pizza I've had in years! I still dream of it, the portion sizes are crazy (good), you can feed a family of four with the size of the garlic cheese chips. The pizza isn't too greasy, so many toppings and the crispy crust is to die for. Lovely atmosphere, as you walk it doesn't feel or smell like any other takeaway, it gives off a relaxed restaurant vibe. I was struggling carrying my 16 inch pizza out so the lovely staff member offered to hold the door for me. I will definitely visit everytime I'm in Clonmel!
Weronika R — Google review
Awful! Why so many positive reviews!? The pizza was way too oily and the base was way too much burnt. This has nothing with Italian style pizza. Italians wouldn't use cheap ingredients. The guys working there look like they hate being around customers. Just awful service and food! I won't be going back. See the photos. The owners are welcome to comment my review but I'm not removing the photos!

Best pizza I've had so far in Clonmel, just don't overload on the toppings! Delivery can be a bit long but usually get the pizza within an hour, and it's always piping hot thanks to the contraption in the delivery van. I've tried a few pizzas around Clonmel and Pregos is the best.

Been coming here since I was a very young child, often every second week, recently it's been much rarer as we've moved away. Home for the holidays and had our obligatory family lunch here as we always do. Absolutely outstanding as ever, has barely changed in 20 years, don't fix what isn't broken. Was here last Sunday and the place was very messy, no clean tables, drinks spilled on tables and floors aswell as alot of food on the floors, no one cleaning! I stupidly went back today, Sunday September 14th at 7pm, got a 12inch pizza with 4 toppings, Chicken breast sandwich meal with taco fries, 2 drinks €40!! I went to use the bathroom, OMG, I was disgusted, couldn't use them from being blocked, urine on the floor, broken seats and just dirty looking, not forgetting the mould on the sinks! So I used the disabled bathroom, it was ok but then the toilet didn't flush properly, 8 times I had to try flush so it was presentable for the next person! I spoke to the manager who really didn't seem to care and told me there was toilets upstairs! I won't be back here! I have gone to the Supermacs on the Cork Road, Waterford and its in great condition, look well inside and out with extremely clean toilets, very disappointed with the Clonmel branch!
Claire R — Google review
What the actual hell is this, half the topping not even cooked on the pizza, absolutely slapped together and cheese just in random places
Lauren M — Google review
The particular supermacs was exceptionally good the staff were friendly and had a smile on the face the service was also super fast and good and took about 10 minutes maybe less to recieve a burger and chips. The food itself was phenomenal way better than other fast food chains. They were very well priced and u sure do get your moneys worth, we ordered a chicken breast bacon meal and a 5 oz beef burger meal and totaled to around €24.50 which was quite good for this economy. The burger itself was huge and well seasoned with a side of real potato chips which were perfect. Definitely suggest going here if you want fast food that doesnt rip you off

I drive in this evening and that’s the chips I got. Less than usual, overcooked, unfresh, a lot of scraps, not crispy and hard to bite.
7 J — Google review
Usually great spot for food, however; my girlfriend ordered food on Thursday which took over 2 hours to arrive, and the chips were cold and the wrap lukewarm upon arrival and they also forgot a part of the order. Absolutely shocking. Usually would have blamed JustEat but this was on their website so no excuse. Supermac’s? More like POOPERMacs in this case. Get it together.
The_firebird398 — Google review

The place is very spacious with plenty of seating and a large parking area. Located right next to Tesco and Euro Giant, so it's easy to access. There's a drive-through as well, which is convenient. Food is above average. I've tried Supermac's food multiple times from here. Most of the time, it's good. But a few times the chicken felt a bit too salty. Haven't tried Papa John's from this location yet, so can't comment on that. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall, it's an ok-ok place. Good for a quick bite, especially if you're around Tesco.
