Not so keen on the chicken gyros ( but that is personal taste) however have previously had the chicken kebab which was delicious. Staff always really pleasant, its always busy in there. They are really keen on cleanliness, fair portion sizes, fresh salad. A well organised establishment 👍

Simply the best chippy for miles around, quality, fresh food, every visit.

Me and the wife popped here on our way home. I'd seen plenty of recommendations on Facebook and thought I'd give it a go. The mixed meat Gyros was very tasty and both myself and the wife were very satisfied. Can't go wrong with washing it down with dandelion and burdock 😆 Service was efficient and friendly. Could do with one in Wrexham, if the owners ever decide to diversify.

Called by on our way back from North Wales. We took a chance based on the google reviews alone and were not disappointed. Clean friendly and great food.

Been coming to the Master Fryer for a number of years. Food is amazing, one of the best chippies I’ve been to for quality, price and consistency. Really friendly atmosphere and have got to know the family that owns it. Parking can be hit and miss because the street gets really busy, advise parking on one of the side streets just off the main road if it’s busy. Ordered online via their website which is easy to use. Must try if you are in the area looking for quality fish and chips.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fabulous fish and chips, not tried other meals but if anything like the fish and chips, will be superb. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to use. Avoid at all cost. If you can visit the one in Chester or Mold do this instead (even if it means extra wait time for delivery or extra travel time to pickup/eat in) neither one has ever messed up my order, charged me too much for the wrong item, lost my order in the system, accepted my order for delivery and never delivering it (Deliveroo) and most recently delivered me the wrong order resulting in me losing out on over £40 (UberEats). I'm done, will never visit this KFC again, just glad there are other options. UPDATE: I did get a refund from UberEats, but still lost out on £10 of admin and delivery fees which they will not refund, so thank you for giving the driver the wrong order Queensferry KFC, well done for mistaking a small bag consisting of a salad, fries and gravy for a large bag with a 10 piece family feast in it. Hope who ever got my order enjoyed it at least, wasn't the salad they wanted but certainly a bargain considering for what they paid. They lucked out thought, the salad didn't look very appetizing anyway.

Just paid £18 via uber for approx 8 chips, two tiny wings, two small pieces of chicken ( one a small wing the other was mostly bone and no chicken) two of the smallest chicken fillets? This restaurant is a joke !!

After spending £42 on three meals and waiting nearly 15 minutes, I only discovered when I got home that they had given me the completely wrong meal, I was concerned about them missing out the gravy which they always seem to do, but I couldn’t of been more wrong. I then had to drive the round trip of 35 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. But the real salt in the wound was that our meal didn’t wow me, it didn’t even taste like a kfc, there magical spices were missing a herb or spice. Rude, non apologetic and slap dash, I won’t be using the Queensferry kfc again.

My advice is to give this particular outlet a very wide berth - in my 40+ years of using fast food outlets, this absolutely goes down as my worst meal - by the looks of the Zinger Double Down, it must have been thrown into the bag from across the other side of the kitchen - fries/chips or whatever they were meant to be, were soggy & tasteless (paid for large & was given regular that shouldn't have even passed for a small portion) - the staff must have a 'couldn't give a single toss' attitude towards their job!

Would have given 5 * but cannot as the gents toilets looked like the flush had been broken for weeks. And also filthy dirty and I mean by that not just left for a hour or to to be checked and cleaned these toilets looked like the cleaner had not been in there for weeks if so they need sacking the inner door handle was sticky with grime like the airborne vapour if urine utterly disgusting .If i had used the toilets before I had ordered the food i would have walked out and not put mine or my grandchildren to the risk of getting ill

I ordered via Just Eat. The food left the restaurant but didn't arrive, over £50 charged. I placed the same order again and only half of it arrived. KFC Queensferry has gone down hill and it needs to change. The chicken wasn't all that either. Take some pride in your Franchise!!!

Very slow service even when its not busy. They have got my order wrong, I've got home and hot wings missing. Eating in house I had to ask for my drink twice and it wasn't busy. Staff seem flustered and don't know what they are doing, they seem to be prioritising JustEat orders there! Also food is not very good.

It was ok here nothing to right home about only had 5 types of pizza two of them had pineapple on one margarita one pepperoni and vegetarian one. They have also limited the selection on the salad bar there's no pasta salads anymore or couscous to be honest is quite disappointing at this Pizza Hut at this coming time used to be a quite a good one gone downhill in my opinion. I also be visiting the one in Rhyl to see if it's gone downhill as bad as this one poor show Pizza Hut very disappointing.

What a palaver 🙄 so many things went wrong. Pizza Hut has always been my favourite place for pizza. The food normally faultless and service spot on. Gone down hill...underground. Food orders wrong. Said we could have things then came back telling us we couldn't. Half way through dining my partners drink finally arrived. Slow service is an understatement. We waited an hour + for our pizza....which I could see standing on the side for ages with staff talking over it before they brought it over so yes it was cold but also toppings wrong. They made another, which was better and took them under 10min and was red hot. Then we waited 40 min for dessert. First they brought over the wrong ones again. So waited longer for the right ones. I won't be going to that one again.

We were a party of 6 adults, 2 children & a toddler. All had the lunch buffet . Great value, hot , plentiful. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food Our server Abhijay was friendly and helpful. I recommend Pizza Hut , Meridian Leicester.

Ordering by phone is a step backwards and on this occasion didn't work at all. The waitress was great and stepped in doing things the old fashioned way. The table was wobbly and the restaurant too cold. Nevertheless, the food was nice albeit the pizzas are expensive for what they are Not sure I'll do it again. I used to love pizza hut but it's competitors are way better now.

It gets worse every year. I'm used to the slow service but now it's exceptionally worse. I go in, cash in my pocket to spend & to tip the waiter/waitress, they're now cashless. I go to look at the menu, it's a QR code. I go to order, its via the website or App only. The website does ask for tip, what for? I'm not sure. I order a buffet, there's only old pizza crusts left. Twenty minutes later and there's no change.

Once you navigated the new app. Ordering was quick and easy straight to the table. Service was excellent and very helpful. We ordered the gluten free pizza, brought out separately away from the gluten pizzas. And it was really good.

Dirty tables with staff continuously walking past without cleaning them. Incredibly they managed to serve me my breakfast both cold and burnt. Food on the floor. No cutlery available until I specifically asked about the lack of it. I definitely won't be coming back for another breakfast.

Went for a breakfast and obviously I didn't expect this to be your local farm shop type standard, but it would have been nice to actually taste something other than the deep fat fryer. Everything on the plate was pretty much the same colour (overcooked), dry & all tasted exactly the same. Strange choice using the crust for fried bread, it was that heavy you could have put a window in with it! The place was an absolute tip so you're surrounded by dirty tables and food on the floor. Obviously understaffed as there was literally only one lady doing till & working the floor. The only shining light (and the reason for the 2 stars) was that lady who was absolutely lovely and obviously trying her very best without complaint & working hard to get on top of things. £8.88 for a breakfast and a coffee isn't the most expensive around but still represents poor value for money given the inedible & poor quality produce. Spend £2 more and there are far better independently owned places locally.

Firstly a repair man was repairing the coffee machine and the smell of stagnant water was rancid, making us retch. The cups were all stained, so I went for replacements but they were also stained. We had to shout around the back of the till for someone to serve us, although I must admit the lady was lovely when she came. All in all, I won’t be going back to Morrisons cafe.

Went there for lunch, I ordered the seasonal brie bacon and cranberry toastie, it cost 5 quid. I waited half an hour, time on receipt was 12:22 and it was gone 10 to 1. After raising this with a woman working in the canteen she came out 10 seconds later with a box. When I looked at it it was a limp toastie, obviously been sat in a box steaming itself soft. After dropping off the box, she left and there was no one available to talk to. After 2nd look at the toastie, there wasn't even bacon. Here though, I was completely out of order. I do apologise to the lady behind the kiosk, different part of the shop. She had done nothing wrong and I lost my head, my language was appalling to her and she definitely didn't deserve it. I am so sorry to her. Ultimately, the cafe at Morrisons is not worth it at all. The service was God awful and the food is overpriced and very poor.

I wanted a coffee and a breakfast bap. I walked into the cafe about 11am this morning. There were no staff anywhere to be seen. Hung around for 5 minutes, still no one, so I left hungry, thirsty and disappointed. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Every time, and I literally mean every single time I come here, there’s no one to be seen anywhere near the checkout or counter area, so each time I’ve had to hover around the counter for ages, and even go in around the corner to ask someone to come out and serve! By which point there’s always a queue building up, it’s not staff shortages either as they are all just chatting in the kitchen until someone has to come out and serve. So today, I’ve arrived to an empty counter, stood waiting to just pay for a coffee and cake, no sign of anyone, then stick my head in around the counter to kitchen area to grab someone’s attention, they see me, there’s a girl waiting with a tray for whatever else is to be added by the chef…. Did she need to be waiting in there though? Still no one comes out, there’s now more people behind me, so I stick my head around again, and she picks up the tray, walks past me- doesn’t even acknowledge or look at me, and delivers the tray to a waiting guest, They needed something like pepper or something additional so now she has to walk past us in the queue now again, keeping us waiting, and at least says “2 secs” but still no eye contact. She delivered the pepper , comes back to checkout, there’s no apology for the wait, no eye contact, just “is that everything?” While looking at the coffee mug and cake. I said yes, her next words were “£3”. No please, no thanks, no how was your day? Think this kind of customer service went out a long time ago . It’s got great potential here, but please please set up some sort of rule that there’s always someone with decent customer care skills out in front of house - ye could make so much more money if someone was here!!! Thanks

Absolutely Disgusting Dont waste your money there ar Mortisons Cafe in Connahs Quay ffordd llanarth its Re-Heated especially the Chips (uch) you wait for atleast 30/40minutes Fish in Batter tested Old and the Service was Shiti wont be going there again have given them 3 chances now i wold Sack them all and start afresh enough said AVOID

Eating area dirty with food and wrappers left under tables, bins overflowing, Fries were served cold and tasted of old oil, asked for fresh ones and got some that where hotter but still tasted greasy as oil needs replacing. Bins where overflowing, this was at 8.30pm so not even peak time, no excuse for it, would advise to avoid this place.

Ordered via the app in advance no issues, went the drive thru and after arriving at the pickup food window I was left for roughly 10 mins without acknowledgement by any of the 7 or 8 staff inside the kitchen area until I was passed my meal and drink. Headed to the carpark only to find the fries inside the bag was colder than a polar bear in the artic (not great) I rang the store while parked and by the time replacements fries recieved I had long finished my burger and drink. I appreciate its a new store and team but service surely has to be better than this.

One of the funniest yet horrifying experiences of my life. 3pm on a Sunday, walked in with my partner and ordered food, no bother. Food was fine but midway through eating, some young lad cleaning the bins and tables was spraying disinfectant all over the place and actually sprayed some in my partners coffee.. didn’t apologise! When I pointed it out he just shrugged.. the table next to us were horrified! I went to the desk to explain and asked for a new one and the young manager replaced it but didn’t sound suprised. He apologised and was really nice (black short hair and glasses, white shirt). The young lad then carried on cleaning everywhere but was moving bins and chairs around to block people from coming in to sit down.. but he also blocked four other tables in while they were still eating which was rude and odd. To make it even worse he went around at 3:30 telling each table to ‘I’m going to have to rush you because we close at 4pm’.. one table had young children and looked quite annoyed but left pretty quickly. The young lad was also using the same spray and cloth to wipe both bins and tables.. not great. Food was standard but the staff were.. odd. The manager was lovely and really helpful though! Couldn’t apologise enough!

Unlike any McDonald’s I’ve ever known. Dirty and mucky. The floors are absolutely filthy. As though they’ve not been cleaned for many weeks. How this is the case I can’t understand. It needs to be sorted urgently.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at this location. I ordered a meal through McDelivery, but my Big Mac was missing. When I tried to request a refund, the manager was extremely unhelpful, insisted it wasn’t their responsibility, and then ignored me completely. Shockingly, they even called security on me instead of resolving the issue. I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this place.

Excellent preserved historical ruins

Hello, I am at McDonald’s in Asda. This is the second time I have come here for a delivery and the orders are not ready. Every time I have to wait 20–25 minutes. Today, I confirmed the order while I was on the way and arrived 15 minutes later, but now they say the order is not ready and that it is closed.

Lovely place withlovely friendly staff. My first visit here as my usual choice of takeaway was closed but I will definitely be visiting again

Phone order picked up home no salt and pepper chicken she didn't write down so waste of time having the hoi sin sauce don't no who she was listening to when I was giving my order as she started laughing answering somebody else .wants to listen to my order few weeks ago missing curry sauce and when you phone up can you come baxk down well no my meal would be cold then .want to start listening

Chips undercooked sausage was stone cold and chewy like it had been there for a week! Prawn toast tasted like oil and when I took a bite inside was watery.. I could not eat this food a waste of money and over priced!!

Always come back to this Chinese even after moving out the area. Great food and friendly staff. The crispy shredded cantonese chicken and noodles and beansprouts are the best!

We love this place. Generous sizes. Tasty. My special chow main is loaded with meat….But today the fish & chips my husband had, was awful. He left it as it was no fish just batter. Let down Shame

Firstly, the good. The service and speed of cooking was pretty good. Clearly they were very busy, yet they remained polite and pleasant. The not so good. The place was complete chaos, people/customers strewn everywhere, it was very hard to tell where the queue was and who was waiting for food. The food itself, was ok at best. The portion was pretty big but the quality and flavour was less than I hoped for, especially when you consider how much eating out is lately. If I'm honest, I probably won't get food from here again.

Best Chinese about 💯%. We won't go anywhere else. Lovely staff food is amazing and the price is great, overall very happy 😊

Ate small amount of chicken fried rice...tasted disgusting...three days later I'm paying the price...I'll be avoiding this place from now on !

Tastey food at a good price..don't rob the customer and the food is considerably better than other chippies in the same area.

There are a lot of good takeaways in Queensferry and Garden City. This isn't one of them. It's expensive and the portions are very small, including the rice. If you're thinking of sharing a Chinese between two people you only need side plates. The seaweed starter was half the size of a normal portion. What was supposed to be beef and spring onion had normal onion instead, something I can't digest. Honour House wins hands down in terms of quality, portion size, price and those extra prawn crackers. If it's closed go to Garden City but avoid this place unless you're desperate.

Good luck on getting the right order because if you dare ring up and say anything you will be shouted at by a fowl women saying its your fault, you ordered wrong and there's nothing they will do about it. (out of three meals only one was right, my husband was with me too and heard what I ordered) Will not go there again, errors happen but to be shouted at and told it's my own fault is disgusting. Please dont waste your money, I know I won't.

Possibly worst chippy I have ever had. Chips were not fresh hard when eating especially at the edges. Gravy tasteless. Not one to waste but straight in the bin! Shame the lady serving was friendly though

Dont like leaving bad reviews but I had to on this one. Theres a young lad Evan who was pretty much doing everything poor lad, manage or other staff member was at the back " sorting stuff " out 4 people on the shop floor and evan was working all on his own. Subway need to review this place because it wont last long!

Food arrived after an hour and a half. Some items which should have been at the very least warm were cold and some items didn't arrive at all. The driver lied and said he delivered the items when he had not and the Restaurant took his word for it and did not redeliver our items or offer a refund. We had to receive a refund from just eat. Manager has extremely poor customer service. Hung up the phone on me and could not have been any more rude. Queensferry branch are full of liars and theives!

Got a meal deal for £5.69 , chicken n bacon with salad and cheese , my 8yr old girl was still hungry after it . Think you def need 12" if u are hungry. Very slow service just 1 lady that had no rush about her.

Below are 2 negative comments regarding supervisor Sams work attitude and her lack of help towards Evan. Sam was ‘doing prep’ by cutting cucumbers with a knife, when there’s a device which cuts multiple cucumbers at great speed. Evan was doing his best, clearly he hadn’t been working there long. Sam should’ve stepped up to the plate and helped atleast but all she did when I asked her to help was give out profanity and Sam took the pleasure of mocking my Welsh pronunciations when I was asked where I worked. 5 major food safety violations were accounted for, and Sam failed to address any one of them, she herself contaminating food with sanitizer, something my Subway supervisors would be quick to do address. Before long I was asked to leave to which I did and on my way out I informed the remaining customers of the safety violations I had witnessed. I would wish Evan all the best in his future at subway and I would call for Sam to be reassessed as to her capabilities, not as a supervisor but as a general employee at Subway

Worse Subway I have ever visited! Staff where so rude and shouting at other customers. When we had our sandiwches made they had run out of most of the bread before lunch time and had no cookies... Our sandwiches where dry and tasteless... lacking filling and was a right mess. Do not stop and use this subway it's the pits!

Great sandwiches made fresh and tasty. Deeside subway is clean and tidy with staff being mostly helpful, but can be slow at times especially at busy times with staff not coordinating well together. Look out for subway discount tokens in mail posted through the door as they make sometimes expensive meals for two better priced. This particular store doesn't not have parking dedicated to the store but can park on the road or round the corner with out any issues. The store has seating inside and easily accessible wheel chair access. Will continue to visit as our local subway outlet. P.s. 3 cookies for a pound is a steal and taste great with a variety of filings/flavours to choose from.

Bad customer service, hygiene and awful food. We have to wait 15 min to be served. I have to ask the guy to change his gloves as he touch coffee machine, telephone before he started to prepare my son's sandwich. There were no choice of bread. That was my son's first experience with Subway. He was waiting for about two weeks to have his first subway 6 inch sandwich with beef and chicken, no veggie as he does not like them. At the end after two bites he threw the sandwich with very dry bread in the bin and he does not want to hear Subway any more. Bad management overall.

Quite literally the saddest pizza’s I’ve ever had and seen, they look worse than oven pizzas and the dough is so dense and tough to chew whilst being undercooked at the same time. Gave 2 stars as the kebabs aren’t half bad but there is no option for a large, there’s not enough meat in the one they offer.

Dry donner meat with chewy wrap, not fresh and tasteless salad on wraps. Chicken was awfully greasy as was the pizza which the cheese ontop was grim. Chips where as bland as food can get and like cardboard. Not reccomend for your evening kebab. 😬

Every once in a while I visit this place. And normaly I do it few months in between the visits. Because their burgers are like the dates, very waitable and worth every minute of your time. These people are true masters of the food they make. The real poets of gastronomy world. God bless.

The donner meat and chips portions did not match the price. 3 strands of donner meat in a large tray was very disappointing.

1. The quality & quantity of the food was worst i ordered a doner chip kabab and the box was nearly 90% filled of fries and big chopped Onions only with very less meat 2. I ordered 4 times from them and every time i order it sicks my stomach very bad.

I ordered our meal (which they took) then after 10mins they cancelled it because our address is too far away. They took a delivery fee also, The refund is going to take 3 to 5 days, so at this point we have no food and no money. Not ok...

Food from here is always good. One of the pizza's in my order was wrong. Spoke to someone at Haruns on the phone, he found my order details, pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up. Well cheers mate! Wasn't really a big issue despite the lack of pepperoni in my life. No need to be so rude.

We ordered burgers, chicken wings, wraps, nuggets and pizza. The burgers were good and so was the wrap and chicken wings. Their pizzas were not very good and actual quite bland and tasteless.

Ordered from Just Eat and paid for meal. Food did not arrive. Missed a call from driver but did not answer when we called back. Shop line also no answer. Upon investigation the following day it turned out that our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Photo evidence was provided by driver. Refused to resend the order and manager hung up when trying to resolve, just pointed us back to Just Eat for a refund despite saying we did not want a refund and just wanted our food. Both manager and driver blamed us for delivering to the wrong house saying we should of answered the phone!! Most awful customer experience I have ever had and despite the usual good quality of the food I will never go back because of the poor way this was handled. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest .. even immediately removed themselves from Just Eat for delivery in our area. Disgusted!

Very friendly chinese / hong kong staff . 2 x Cod and chips with 1 tub mushy peas,1 pot of sweet n sour and 1 pot bbq sauce £18 . The piece of fish was a nice size and tasted amazing with plenty of chips . We will definitely use again on next trip to north wales .

All I can say when I look at this beautiful establishment is WOW! It has got to be the epitome of Chinese takeaway. I was walking down the road wondering if I should actually get a job or just have a tug at home in my 25 square foot apartment with a new microwave. I ultimately decided to look for a nice takeaway to accommodate my starved self. I finally found it, the best, the most brilliant takeaway of all mankind! The chicken chow mein was absolutely extraordinary and mouthwatering . Overall the best part of the experience was the lovely chap at the counter. He was magnificent with his hands and did me out in 5 minutes

Well well well, it seems I've found the greatest place on earth. I was yearning for some food i asked some friends and got recommended new city. I am forever in debt to the friend that told me about this place. As i approached the location the scent i caught made me feel like i was floating. I walked through the door and was greeted by a friendly teen i introduced myself and asked for his name, it was Alan. I ordered fish, chips, char siu noodles, sweet and sour chicken and prawn chow Mein. The teen swiftly prepared my meal and we had a lovely chat whilst he did. As i took my food back i was itching to open it, as i took the first bite of my food i was strook by an immense sadness, a realisation, an epiphany that i would never again taste food of this calibre. New city single handedly produced the greatest dish i have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough as it changed the course of my life with the first bite. Again i feel like i need to emphasise the politeness and level of cooking skill the teen behind the counter possessed and believe they have a real star. Again please check out new city

It was a typical Saturday night, I was tired and couldn't be bothered to cook anything so I thought why not get a takeout. After asking a few chaps in town this Chinese takeaway was brought up many times so I thought id give it a go. Little did I know what I was missing out on. The food they serve here is from another planet the second it touched my tounge I felt like I was dreaming, what had I eaten, was it Chicken chow mein or was it a rainbow. Upon finishing my meal I Felt like I had truly entered heaven and nothing will ever live up to this blissful and criminally low costing meal. Definitely recommend for anyone of all ages shapes and sizes. May I add the young man behind the till who I believe to be called Alan was a star and having children of my own I can tell he's a lovely and polite young soul. Thank you new city, you have changed my life...

We have no issue with the food its really good, the staff and speed of the delivery really good, it's just the price of the food ,we use new city quite regular and it seems to be more expensive every time you order

Cold and very greasy. Man was rude on the phone. He couldn't be bothered to talk. I asked for how much the order came to (as I may have had an out of date menu) he was too busy to add it up. There were only 4 items and one was free!! On the menu I had came to 12.50. At the door £17!!!!!!!!! Conveniently the delivery driver didn't have a current menu for me to check!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and never regretted it. Love the pizzas and kebabs. Great staff, kind and helpful. Good people and delicious food ❤️🍕🥙🍢😋

I've ordered many times from here and the buy one get one free pizzas have always been a favourite with my family. I have ordered a plain margarita pizza and added four extra toppings before and both pizzas have included the extra toppings. Tonight I noticed the second pizza was plain cheese no toppings so I rang them to see if they have made a mistake. The man told me I was not entitled to the extra toppings on the second pizza. I reminded him that on numerous occasions in the past I have made this same order before and the extra toppings have been included on both, only to be told I am wrong and he asked me why I was lying to him! I told him I wasn't satisfied with the service this time and he just laughed and hung up. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that and I won't be ordering from them again. Disgusting service tonight!

Once again I ordered pizza and burgers to be delivered, domino's can go away i will stick to diyar the pizzas are lovely and burgers great, not a crumb left, cheers diyar.

I ordered food tonight, there were many things missing from the order and when calling to complain he just laughed and hung up, when I called back he said he’s very busy and this is the reason for his error with no offer to correct his mistakes or provide a refund. I would definitely not recommend ordering from here!

The absolute worst kebab + pizza shop in the world. Charged me more and gave me less and wrong portion as to what was ordered. The owner is abusive and rude on the phone. This place deserves to shut down. Can't operate a takeaway but call themselves a business. An absolute joke of a place!

Will never order from here again!! Just had pizza delivered which was 1 hour earlier than requested and it was the worst pizza I've ever had from a takeaway. It was like rubber, like the morning after pizza that's been reheated in the microwave. I decided to call them before writing a review to be told all the pizzas are cooked the same and what u mean rubber? What is rubber!?. He said I d ont belive you! And put the phone down. So if you want my advice do not order from here food discusting and so is their customer service!!!!
