First time at The Cove and couldn't have been more pleased. Noelle provided excellent service. Great views from all around restaurant floor, nice nightly specials well explained and with pricing. Cup of clam chowder was hot, meaty, flavorful. The house salad with beef tenderloin tips added was delicious - with great grilling of the tips. The cod was served with clams in a nice broth. Cheesecake to end a great meal.

This was our first visit! The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was calm. I had the opportunity to take some beautiful sunset photos on the back deck before my meal. The food was delicious and our server, Hailey, (apologies if I am spelling her name wrong) was very kind and attentive to our needs. This is a lovely establishment that I recommend to everyone!

Beautiful views. Great food. I am usually not a Lobster roll gal because it’s a hit or miss. I think they have the best lobster roll I have ever tried. The service was okay... But it might’ve been our waitress. Every time before our last visit was great. Have been here for corporate events and we love watching the sunset here on dates. The smell is really good too outside… you know sometimes you have that bad sea or marsh smell near water fronts. And not here! Definitely a plus ❤️. Plenty of parking! Bartenders make great drinks so great hire on the managers parts. And their wine selections are delectable, which shows all of the details that go into the experience here. Love it, and it is definitely one of my favorite locations. Plus they don’t charge an arm and a leg for such high quality food and drinks. Definitely appreciate it all.

We finally made it to The Cove on a rainy Thursday Night. We were seated pretty quick. Spacious and well lit in the dining spaces, we sat inside obvi. So for starters we had the clam cakes. They come in a half dozen and dozen. I told my boyfriend to get half, he decided on the whole dozen for the two of us.. don’t get the whole dozen. Their crust was nice but of course it was mostly dough. There was some chopped clam inside but very little and what was in there was chewy. My BF had the Baked Stuffed Lobster( he took a vid google wont let me upload -_-), the claws were the most tasty. The inside was again mostly filling and small shrimp/scallop. Definitely don’t feel like it was our money’s worth. I decided on the Catch of the Day which was halibut with a pineapple salsa along with broccoli and roasted red potatoes. My meal was great. The halibut was light and flaky, the broccoli a nice texture and the potatoes roasted to perfection. Everything came out hot so I loved that. Overall, the whole experience.. a 6/10. Our waitress was great as well, kept checking in (not in an annoying way) but making sure we were good.

Great spot for food on the water. Great views of the ocean and some mediocre food. The service is great. I had the salmon and the plating looked great. It lacked just a bit of salt. Other than that I enjoyed my time here. I noticed you can pull up on a boat/jetski park and come in for a bite to eat. They do have a dress code as well.

Absolutely awesome. The fish was fresh and delicious, the fries were also very crunchy but also soft too. They catch everything fresh before opening making it the best seafood restaurant I've been to in my life. Would definitely come back!

While passing thru from Cape Cod back home to NY, my partner and I chose this place as their seafood sounded delicious, and I needed to fill the massive chowder & lobster roll sized shape in my heart. We were a little worried by the dress code at first, but it’s primarily for people who don’t know the rule about no shirt, no shoes, no service. I called ahead to make sure our very casual wear was acceptable and the hostess checked with the manager for us. I decided to have a bowl of the clam chowder, and I was really impressed. It was thick and very flavorful. It was also very filling! The clams were a little rubbery and chewy at times, but I didn’t mind it too much. I chose the warm Connecticut style lobster role, and at $42 I was glad it was absolutely jam packed with lobster. I was way more focused on eating it than weighing it; but it was absolutely hefty. After the chowder, I had a lot less room than I thought I would but the lobster role was absolutely delicious. All in all, I highly recommend this place. The ambiance was calm and relaxed, the food delicious (my partner had the chicken and waffles - probably the best I’ve ever had. Rich and so filling for just a starter!) and the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful this time of year. If I didn’t have to drive home, I would have stayed a while and enjoyed the sunshine and gorgeous views. Our waitress, Lauren, was kind and helpful. I will absolutely be back here if I’m ever in the area.

I was absolutely amazed of how delicious the food was. The choices of Pierogis was spot on, something for everyone. A must try !!!!! Me and my family can't wait to go back. I highly highly recommend this place. Love it !!!

Patti's Perogis is awesome. They serve a unique and authentic menu of Polish food. I've eaten here many times and it has never been less than great. Tonight my wife and I started by sharing a Farmer in the Dell salad (big enough to be shared by 3-4). Then we had Patti's Platter (picture attached). So Good!

Absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious and worth everything. we are from North Carolina and are up on vacation and this was a fantastic stop for dinner. Brought back the memories of my childhood.

Outstanding range of pierogi 🥟 choices, all delicious. Taste of Poland in Fall River. Classic still the best. Would love for them to explore sweet pierogi too.

During our U.S. trip, we wanted to try something different – so why not Polish food? Pierogis aren’t something we’re too familiar with, so we gave Patti’s Pierogis a try for dinner. And honestly? I really enjoyed the International Platter – flavorful and satisfying. From the outside, the place doesn’t look like much, and the surrounding area feels a bit rough. But don’t let that stop you – the food is good and the staff is super friendly. A solid spot for something off the beaten path!

We had steamers, lobstah mac n cheese, Portuguese broiled schrod, sauteed lobstah. Too full to sample their yummy looking deserts. The people were friendly and welcoming.

Since the new owners took over this place has been so amazing! The clam boil the clam chowder and fried mac n cheese was so awesome. The staff was Friendly and welcoming.The new in house charge Kayla was so polite going around asking everyone how there food taste, now that was great service to see!! Everything was so delicious I stayed to watch the sunset to go for a walk and come back for desert the raspberry crème brûlée was sooo yummy!! LePages Seafood… A restaurant no longer deserving of the name that it has bore for over three decades. Where to begin… After visiting the restaurant tonight with my family for my mothers 72nd birthday I am fairly convinced I will never visit again. Tonight has taken the cake of the worst meal I have ever purchased. I will preface the following… We were a sizable group and showed up at 4:30pm, to an empty parking lot (aside from two other vehicles). We were seated in an empty dining room by a phenomenal waitress. (Really she was amazing… Thank you so much for being the only sliver of hope! If you are reading this I would seek employment elsewhere!) Our waitress was attentive and put in drink orders quickly. We were served with a loaf of bread with honey drizzled butter. (This was tasty). My old fashioned drink tasted nothing of the sort. I'm still confused about that… it reminded me of water flavored with bourbon? We put in one order of wings as an appetizer and those arrived quickly and were good! It all went downhill from there. We put in food orders shortly. Being a sizable group, I expected the wait to be a bit. Nearly an hour later (we were the only ones in the restaurant for a majority of this time), food began to roll out of the kitchen. And… oh my. Was that a disappointment. To start... it took about 10 minutes for everyone to get their food at the table from the time it started coming out. My sister's dish was cold and the rice was hard, it was sent back. My mothers baked meal looks like it spent way too long in the oven. Other family members had over fried fish. My fathers dish was pretty good! And my other sisters dish was edible, so there was some moments of hope. But the crowning jewel was my dish. To which I cannot review as I never received one. The waitress informed us that the kitchen had given my meal to another patron by accident, and that they are cooking me another dish. (Baked cod with a baked potato). I was told it would be 10 minutes… 20 minutes later and everyone was done eating and I still had not received my dish. We asked them to not bother to bring it as everyone was ready to go. The manager came over and apologized stating that this is not normal service… (if you are reading this you should read your other recent reviews…. Because it now seems par for the course). She told us that those two dishes would be credited on the bill. Both of those dishes were not credited properly. And the manager comped us with cash to "almost" cover them. She did offer to comp the remainder from my side dish… but at that point I just wanted out of that place. Over two hours from when I walked in, I walked out. Hungry. Lets recap. 7 dishes ordered. 1 returned. 1 never delivered. 2 had undercooked rice, 1 was over fried to the point of black and 1 was burned in an oven. 🤷‍♂️ If there was a restaurant rescue show, this place needs it. Because it's not going to last long like this. An icon of the south coast for 34+ years is in danger of sinking into the watuppa as one more of those "hey remember that place?"

If I could give 0 stars I would. I Ordered the fishermans platter tonight 5/18/2023. Was told it was $30 when I called and placed the order and was charged $41.73 when I got there. There was 1 small piece of fish 4 scallops 4 shrimp and 6 small dry non edible clams and about a handful and a half of fries. This plate is sad and Very Disappointing to say the least. I understand seafood prices are high but this plate was not even worth half of what I paid. The amount of food given was not even enough to feed my 7yo child.

Out of towners stopping here for dinner based on a recommendation from the hotel clerk. Food was delicious! I had clam chowder (definitely not too many potatoes in mine, as another review had an issue with) that was flavorful and thin, which I prefer. I also had the Caprese salad, which had an excellent balsamic reduction. My husband had French onion soup and the Chicken Mozambique, which was amazing. Taking of one star for service. Our waitress was very pleasant and sweet, but she kind of disappeared for about 20 minutes in between when our drinks and soups came out. We would definitely recommend LePages to friends!

Great seafood dishes in a comfortable friendly environment. Seafood Rissotto was great with shrimp, scallops and lobster chunks. Asparagus and mushrooms provided an added flair to the dish. Fish and Chips had a huge piece of cod that was flaky and delicious. Looking forward to my next meal there.

The chowder was just okay, most definitely have had a lot better…and the fried combo wasn’t bad but definitely not worth the price 30 for 8 shrimps.😳

While everyone in my party of 6 enjoyed their respective meals, I wish my beef kebab was served hotter. As it was, it was served lukewarm to me. I suspect it was because it was the first meal ready of the 6, and sat waiting until the others were done before they were served to our table. Service was very friendly and attentive. Ambiance is nice. Prices are fair.

During our two week visit to Rhode Island/ Massachusetts, we went out to eat at quite a few restaurants and this place showed us the best hospitality out of them all!!!! It was the only time I got that special feeling while eating at a restaurant. Unfortunately, most places now are staffed with passive aggressive/angry people, which I can understand having worked in the food service industry for decades. But here we were treated with grace and care and on top of that: the food was really nice!! I hope to come back again next time. Thank you for being so welcoming and letting us put sunflowers on the table and bring our own apple pie for dessert which was my grandmother’s wish for her 80th birthday that we were there to celebrate. This restaurant used to be one of my go-to spots in Fall River for Portuguese food, but ever since the change in ownership, it’s really gone downhill. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and great service that made it special are completely gone. Our visit was disappointing from the moment we sat down. We waited well over an hour for our meals, and during that time, not one person came by to give us an update or apologize for the delay. When the food finally started coming out, the entrées arrived before the appetizers — which we only got after asking about them. The waiter’s response when we inquired was, “Do you still want them?” — said in the most dismissive tone. When one of us mentioned that a soup was also missing, he just replied, “I know,” and walked away. It felt incredibly rude. What made it even worse was watching other tables who arrived much later get served before us. The waiter, who barely checked on us, was suddenly very attentive to a couple who had just sat down — refilling their drinks, chatting with them, and making sure they had everything they needed. Even the chef came out to greet them personally, while we were still waiting for our missing dishes. It’s really sad to see how much this place has changed. The food used to be fantastic, and the staff always made you feel at home. Now, it feels disorganized and indifferent. Between the slow service, poor communication, and clear favoritism, this visit was a huge letdown. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be coming back either.

Excellent quality food and pleasant serving staff. Great specials: pan seared salmon with shrimp risotto and baked Chilean Sea Bass with pureed sweet potatoes.

If I had the option, I would have chosen 3 3/4 stars. Our food and service were very good. The restaurant is kinda by its self in a somewhat industrial area. I've eaten here several times previously over the years. It has consistently been delicious food for modest prices. But the other night I noticed that prices have risen about 30% in their newly priced menu, so the grilled salmon dish that was $20 is now $26. That's a rather dramatic increase, and this increase holds true with all other mains as well. Caldeiras continues to have wonderful mid-week specials, with many choices and a bottle of wine. But for dining out at other times, there may better choices, at least, value-wise. As an aside, they have only one salad choice with either a honey mustard dressing, or oil and vinegar; a few more choices would be a good thing!

We come to Fall River pretty often and usually stick to our go-to spots—but today we decided to try Caldeiras Restaurant, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner with the warmest smile—it genuinely felt like stepping into a cozy restaurant in the Azores. The hospitality was top-notch, and we felt truly taken care of throughout the entire meal. Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely phenomenal! It had that comforting, homemade flavor but with a refined, elevated twist that made it extra special. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to bring our friends and family with us. Caldeiras is a gem!

Very delicious salmon and creamy risotto. Husband had the clay pot roast beef - very tender and flavorful. Passion fruit mousse for dessert was unique and tasty!

Hartley's makes a great pie. I find it hard to believe that a person would give it one star because it wasn't seasoned enough. Or they put gravy on top. Good grief something is wrong these complainers. Not every customer wants it heavily seasoned. Season it yourself. Be grateful it has gravy as it keeps each bite moist. The pies are fantastic and for the price I would like to say, Thank You to the owner of Hartley's. This place is a gem. I will visit without fail whenever I'm in the area. I'd like to add I really enjoyed the carrot cake as well.

It's a take away and if you're going for the atmosphere, you'll find it neat, clean and smelling like a bakery. If you're going for a pork pie or other meat pie, you're going to be very pleased. The absolute best meat pies, consistently delicious and served with a smile.

I ordered 12 pork pies via Goldbelly. They arrived rapidly and in good condition, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the pies. They are extremely dry, with virtually no perceptible seasoning and no visible jelly filling. I was puzzled by the presence of gravy: something I have never seen with pork pies and, while it offset the dryness, it did nothing to enhance the experience. Note: the rest of the review is meaningless, as I never attended the restaurant but it won’t post unless each part has an answer.

Holy sheesh! This place has been in business for 123 years for a reason. The gravy perfectly blend well with the delicious pork pie! Im from the south and tasing this dish is a superb experience. Gosh I ate like 5 of the smaller ones in an hour LOL!

Aw shoot! I wish someone told me about the broth they put on top. So, I was in the mood for one of my french meat pies today but didn't feel like cooking them. And looked around to see where I could get one or two and see if they were as good as mine (giggle). I drove a half hour to this place because of the rave reviews. They are pretty busy and sold out of the large chourico pie and I had to wait about a half hour for a fresh one. So I purchased a small pork pie, being lunch time, I ate it immediately as you can see in the picture. I also wore it!!! Straight down the good old cleavage (because I wanted a nibble without a fork) and onto my lap omg....don't say you weren't warned (I sure as a pig in a pie wasn't) the pork pie is FILLED with a broth... SOB...that pie was just ok. Only seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Made with roughly chopped (in my opinion) bland pork sausage. The other thing I found disappointing was this CASH COW doesn't take credit cards (taxes?unreported income?) But instead offers you their own ATM on site where you also PAY THEM to use it and your bank toO of course. Anyway, here are the pictures to the large meat pie and 2 small chicken pies (which look identical to the pork pie that ruined my smell and outfit for the day) PS. I'm still hoping their meat pie is as good as mine. French meat pie vs Portuguese meat pie???? We shall see.

A classic american diner combined with local culture makes Al Mac's a great place to stop in Fall River. The food is what you expect from a diner, large portions and flavors reminiscent of grandma's kitchen; but what I love most about Al Mac's is the down to earth reception and the building itself. Looks and feels classic and authentic, exactly what you want to show off when you have family and friends in town!

Terrible service ! Asked for things on yhe side an the waitress says she already put it ..when that's not what was asked. is rude ..my wife did not get what she asked for cause the waitress refused..homefries raw not salted ...30 dollar waste.

So good, had breakfast 2 days in a row. Chicken fingers and waffle-WOW. So tender and fluffy. Asked about the Portuguese sweet bread, tried it grilled with butter, now I have to make it. So light and so much flavor.

Always enjoy the atmosphere here. The cool location. The history attached to it and the good food. The pancakes are a go to of mine. Good food, good prices, and the owners that have it now have done a great job cleaning it up and making it better while keeping it an enjoyable landmark. Keep up the great work. Friendly staff and seeing the food prepared in front of you is a nice touch as well.

I dined with friends at your establishment yesterday and requested a side of chicken breast to take home for my dog. When presented with the bill, I was shocked to see it was $27. I questioned the price, given it exceeded the cost of a grilled chicken meal, and was told the chef set the price and that I was receiving two chicken breasts. However, upon inspection, the portions were less than one chicken breast in thickness. I feel taken advantage of & if the request couldn't easily be accommodated, it would have been better to communicate this rather than charging an unreasonable price. I regret paying and should have left the chicken breast behind.

It was our first time going to Sagres Restaurant, atmosphere was very nice. We sat at the bar, great service. The food and cocktails were delicious. Parking on weekend is tight, but you'll find one. We will definitely be going back.

Ordered 3 Mariscadas and once I got home I realized that something was missing so I looked at the menu the so called chef didn't put any shrimp but dumped a bunch of calamari, two scallops and two little necks and half lobster. I called and got the run around. Rude Rude Rude Total order of 6 plates $214.00 So not worth it especially the Mariscada

This is an authentic Portuguese restaurant. My wife has celiac and they were very knowledgeable and attentive to the disease. Menu items are not marked however all ingredients are listed so you can make a logical decision before confirming with your server. Our waiter was Russell who was superb! He explained the dishes and also communicated to the chef about the table requiring gluten free foods. We order the Salmao Grelhado, grilled salmon with rice boiled potatoes and steamed broccoli. Bacalhau Assado baccalà , broiled , with onions, peppers, boiled potatoes. They boil the potatoes then sauté which gives them a crispy outside. Everything was fresh and delicious! We will be back again!

I eat at Portuguese Restaurants all the time . TA’s blew me away . The food was excellent , the waitor great. Prices are pre covid ! I can’t wait to go back ! The Chichen Angola was a 15 out of 10 ! I ordered Portuguese kale soup for an appetizer baked stuffed shrimp and a triple chocolate mousse cake for dessert. All the food was excellent and I would eat here again. The reason why I gave the food 4 stars and not five is only because the baked stuffed shrimp came with 3 shrimp and most places come with 4. The reason I gave the service four stars and not five is because the restaurant was not super busy, and I never received my appetizer after I pointed it out they brought it after my main course and I ended up taking it to go. I felt like because it wasn’t that busy. It should’ve been forgotten. regarding the atmosphere. I noticed that everyone had candles on the table but none of them were lit. I feel like that would’ve helped have a romantic atmosphere, and attention to detail is important. All of these things would not be a reason why I wouldn’t go back. I would definitely go back to this restaurant is it just things that I pointed out and observed. The food was delicious and the waiter was friendly..

Don't buy gift cards as their policy is they expire within a year. Not a great policy with zero flexibility. I checked with the MA Attorney General office and state policy says they must be good for at least 7 years from issuance. I will be filing a complaint with the state. Don't buy gift cards from them. Plenty of other restaurants in the city to choose from.

Second time I’ve had a Portuguese steak here. Beware eating the steak! It has a lot of cow nerves! You can barely cut into the meat. Choking hazard. Each time I have let staff know of the meat quality. Do yourself a favor and go other Portuguese restaurants for the same price and recieve better quality steak meat.

Great food. Very reasonable prices with large portions. Good drinks. There is like a bar side that’s a little less formal that seems to be self seating and then the other side of the restaurant is a bit fancier. It was a bit too salty for my taste and the egg on the Bife a Chefe was well done but was otherwise perfect.

I ordered the Portuguese soup and flan. Unfortunately, the flan had visible mold on it, and the soup tasted stale—it was completely inedible. I couldn’t eat any of it, and it felt like a total waste of money. Very disappointing experience. What made the experience even worse was how the staff treated my Hispanic wife. Their attitude toward her was noticeably different—rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in a way they weren’t with other customers. It felt racist and left both of us deeply uncomfortable. There are far better Portuguese restaurants out there that serve quality food and treat all customers with respect.

We got here at 2 o clock and left at 5 o clock for context. We had a reservation but still needed to wait an hour. Awful cell phone service. We got our table and took 1.5 hours just for the food to come out. It took another 30 minutes just to get the check We were genuinely ignored, treated other customers with more respect, and never came back to our table after the food was ordered to see if we needed a refill or anything. We were not even asked for dessert I was then granted a small portion of pasta and there was more sauce than pasta and also ate it in 3 minutes. (It was good which boosted it up 1 star) The atmosphere looked disorganized with cheap, plastic tables with a table cloth in the back, but the front is a little bit nice which boosted it 1 star. DO NOT COME HERE ON HOLIDAYS OR YOU WILL HAVE THIS SAME THING HAPPEN TO YOU. In general, this is at-least a 1.5 star restaurant when it’s a holiday and a 3 star on a normal weekend.

The place is old and ugly for starters. Messy. Didn’t give us a big enough table for our party even though there was only maybe two other tables. It took probably a half hour to put drinks in if not longer then another 15 just to put our order in. By that time my kid got her dinner because they took it with the drinks. So imagine waiting a whole other hour with a baby and bored 3.5 year old. Steak was dry.. broiled steak with no seasoning, no butter? No one came to check on us once. I finally lost my patience because I needed caffeine because I was bored out of my mind after being there for 2-2.5 hours and the waitress finally came over. Never cleared any plates. Unreal. Especially for the price. What a joke

Update; had to remove another star. After talking to my wife the fourth attempt which was spaghettis and meatballs was not good either and I got sick. Stay away. I am going to save you from pictures. I used to come here all the time and had my wedding here. I loved the place. Tips were served raw inside charged on the outside. They tried 3 times and could not fix it. Turkey tastes like deli meat. They had the nerve to charge $19. Place is out dated but I expected that. It was clean. Staff was friendly second time here since Covid and they have lost their appeal to me. It took me a while to try again and wanted to like the place as I have fond memories.

I picked up a takeout order today that was ordered ahead for my dad’s 80 th birthday. His favorite meal is the breaded veal cutlets with mashed gravy and butternut squash. The meals were ready on time. The salads were cold and the hot good was fresh and hot. Everything was exactly as we ordered it. The gravies were all in separate containers to prevent spilling during transport. The McGoverns’s family treats everyone like family. Dad’s 80 th birthday was perfect. Thank you !!!

Got scrod Newburgh to go....best Newburgh sauce I've ever had. Very generous portion of fish. Nice baked potato and vegetable. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! Will be ordering again for sure. Be sure you go early or order early as they close at 7:30! This place is popular with the older crowd but that is a good sign for good food and good prices. There were young families seated for dinner too which was nice to see. Love finding places open this long...since 1968! 👍🏼

This is my favorite Portuguese Restaurant to go eat Portuguese Food!! Thank the Good Lord Jesus that they are open Again - They reopened in January. My Brother had the Chocolate Moose! I loved the Passion Fruit Ice cream, or whatever it was called. This is Carne-Pork Alentejana!! My all time Fave when I go to Portuguese Restaurants! And they GIVE THE BIGGEST PORTION!! I love a good bang for your buck! **So you know, The Price went up a little from what it used to be, it used to be 16 dollars for this same plate, but now it's 20$!** They were closed for almost two years!! 1 year and 8 months! Oooo, yes, Thank You Lord Jesus!

Go here every week and had multiple items on their menu, everything is great. However, the best item on their menu is their octopus. It was really good and the best I've had. The service was enjoyable and food got to my table surprisingly fast, given how packed it is usually.

Portuguese Steak was Outstanding! Grateful Fries too. This is one of top 3 Portuguese restaurants in the area, not a large bldg but very nice inside! Shrimp Mozambique is Wonderful too!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ A must try! Bon Appetite!

I had heard great things about Marisqueira Azores, but I was blown away. The food is EXCELLENT. The steak was perfect! The littlenecks were perfect! The desserts were perfect! Lucia the chef/owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The service was excellent. It was overall just a 10 out of 10 experience. I will be going back for sure. This is without a doubt my favorite Portuguese restaurant. I only wish I would've found this place sooner. I can't wait to go back.

What an incredible find to stumble upon while I was in town. Vegetarian and vegan food that is absolutely delicious, very friendly & accommodating staff, and the most quaint and clean building with lovely outdoor seating. If I lived here, I would go all the time! This is their chickpea salad panini I took down to Veterans Park 5⭐️ all around!

I came in on a Sunday, about 40 minutes before close and everyone was so kind and friendly and got my order out very quickly! My Cookie 🍪 was Delicious and so was the wrap 🌯! The bathroom was Super 🫧 Clean, the entire restaurant was Very clean and welcoming and all dances were organized neatly and I was very happy with the service! The outdoor spaces were also very nice and I'm already looking forward to coming back and tryibg out more of the menue as soon as possible! If you've never been here yet, I Highly Recommend you give them a try! They can do almost everything Gluten Free if you need it and I was also not disappointed with the pricing. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a grilled cheese panini, and wow,the panini was sooo delicious! I would say my new favorite spot in Fall River. Everything tasted super fresh, and you can really enjoy all the flavors together 😋. The pumpkin spice latte was also really good, and the chocolate chip cookies were perfectly chewy and soft. On top of that, the service was great,very kind staff and such good vibes. 10/10 experience for my first visit, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am gluten and dairy intolerant on a road trip through the east coast. I just want to say I very much enjoyed their food. They had a LOT of gluten free dairy free options. I recommend the Taco Wrap.

Absolutely fantastic! Best vegan feta I’ve ever had. Incredibly accommodating with gluten allergies can make almost everything on the menu gluten-free. We placed an order right before they closed and the staff was so nice about it. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others.

Me and my friends have been here twice and each time was a delightful experience. The service was good and the staff were super friendly. We got a blueberry lemon scone, a french toast cupcake, and another pastry that looked like a twist. They are all VERY delicious! The blueberry lemon scone had me in a choke hold haha. The inside is also super cute! Definitely recommend trying it out.

After not being able to pick out a place where we wanted to go eat, my boyfriend and I decided to keep driving and ended up in Fall River. Taphouse caught our eye, we googled the reviews, and decided to try it. We were not disappointed! We ended up getting the Stout Barbecue Wings, Blackberry Burger, and Mushroom Swiss burger. Absolutely delicious! We didn't get to try any drinks, but are definitely going back again. Our waitress was attentive without being annoying, our food was exactly how we ordered it, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We went on a Monday night, so there wasn't a huge crowd. I am looking forward to going back. The price wasn't too bad. For three sodas and the above mentioned food, came out to be $33. Not too shabby.

The Taphouse Grille had been a 5 star for me since it opened. I go religiously specifically for their Buffalo Mac and Cheese. I have boasted to family friends and client, and refer out of town clients to stop there for food and some drinks. I have had macaroni and cheese pretty much everywhere in a local 25 mile radius. It saddened me last night, that for the first time my experience was subpar. The poor waitress was absent most of my meal, to no fault of her own possibly.and a slender gentleman helped us during our meal. **The macaroni was great....the chicken in unfortunately was not edible.** it tasted like crunchy way over cooked bottom and forgotten remnants at the depth of the fryolator chicken in my opinion. Will I give it another try? Perhaps. Will I recommend clients to go there? Not until the Sunday evening service and quality picks up.

Full bar with a good amount of beers on tap. The food is very good too. There is also live entertainment here often. Parking situation is tough, but they do offer a valet service. Nothing too fancy, but overall a good place to come for food and drinks. EDIT: 8-13-16 Removing a star because the last couple times we have gone the food and drinks have been subpar. Also we went on a little later on a Friday night and the place was a ghost town. Kinda disappointed as this was a convenient place for us to go.

As a Chinese food aficionado I was really excited to have a Chow Mein Sandwich from Mee Sum. Regina the owner made me feel like I was at my grandmother's on a Sunday. She came around and asked if I wanted more sauce for my sandwich. She took the time to explain the history and Fall River's role in Chow Mein. Her restaurant has been named as one of the top 25 in the country! They offer other Chinese dishes but the Chow Mein Sandwiches are where it's at! Get them while you can!

Very interesting Chinese American cuisine, far different than what I had on the west coast but as an experience although it is a must try. Regina and her team were so inviting and so nice! They have their regulars but recognize new faces and they treated me and my wife with such hospitality and you really get the small family run restaurant feel here! The food is also tasty and is really a sample of the microculture they've created in Fall River, MA. Go check it out (and bring cash as it is cash only)!

You need to come here for authentic chow mein. The owner Regina was so nice and gave us the history of the chow mein. She was so welcoming and truly appreciated our business. Make sure you bring cash tho because they are cash only.

Had this place popped up on my FB, and I had to come try their chow mein sandwich. Everything I've heard and read was true. I also had a small order of the beef teriyaki. That had to be, in MY opinion, some of the best I've ever had. I even got a small order to go for my 35 min ride back home. I was met and seated by the owner. She was genuinely a very sweet lady, and she checked on me and made sure everything was fine. The only other interaction I had was with one other female employee/server, and she was fantastic. It's definitely worth a stop in ( which I will do again soon). Oh, and just an fyi, it was cash only when I got there and read it on the door, not sure if that's an all the time thing, but maybe check their page or give a call .)

This was a different experience. I never thought I was going to eat chow mein as a sandwich. However, I have to say that it was really nice. A good meal to have it once in a while. I ordered the "Pork subgum chow mein sandwich" because I like vegetables. Honestly, I would have preferred it with more vegetables and a bit less of noodles. But well that is my point of view.

I asked for buffalo chicken pizza well done and extra crispy!!!!! This is barely cooked and terrible! It’s not a good pizza at all and it’s pretty much going in the trash. I’ve always loved atlas for everything else but the pizza definitely 100 percent disappointed

These are pictures of an onion pizza that we ordered today for lunch. Try to find any onions on this pizza though. This is the second time that this has happened when we’ve ordered the same onion pizza. The box that you buy your pizza in might say Atlas, Since 1975, but there’s been a new owner, and her staff cannot hold a candle to the original Atlas Pizza, that was originated in 1975. The new owner states that she can’t be seeing and controlling 20 people doing things at the same time. Funny story though, the original owners could, and everything was always to a tee perfect, with a smile. On another occasion, my husband actually placed an order, went at the appropriate time to pick it up, and the young man at the counter looked and said to him that we don’t have the order at all, must’ve called the wrong number. Funny story is that my husband rattled off the exact number from the very beginning of Atlas Pizza, since 1975 that he’s been calling because that’s how long we’ve been eating there. The young man’s jaw dropped, because he knew he was wrong. So, my husband actually had to sit and wait for what he wanted to eat, even though he had already called, and ordered it from the correct number. My father-in-law on a separate occasion by himself had the same thing happen when he walked, in and was told you called the wrong number. Again, my father-in-law has been eating at Atlas Pizza, the original, since 1975, and can also rattle the number off right from the top of his head. I did contact the owner, and she apologized, and wanted to make it right but guess what? Who wants to run out in the cold winter just for a small onion pizza to be corrected? Too many errors happening, so we’re fine the way we are. Customers that have patronized Atlas since 1975 know exactly what I’m speaking to. The original owners knew exactly how to run the business smoothly, and we never had one error once. That’s the truth. It’s not that people can’t make errors, it’s just that the new owner, and her staff have made more errors than the original owners ever did in decades in business. I’m just including our experiences in my family. I’ve included two pictures of my onion pizza, but you’re probably going to have to enlarge the pizza to even find many onions at all. We are done patronizing the “new” Atlas Pizza, as they cannot consistently produce what the original owners did, day in, and day out, seven days a week for decades. You can buy a great long established businesses name and location, but attaining the same level of excellence is on you, and only you.

Tried Atlas for the first time in a very, very long time. Went with a meat lovers. Must say, they packed a lot of toppings on the pizza and you get your moneys worth. Problem is I'm after taste, and I thought it was okay. Did hold up pretty well, not much flop despite the stack of toppings. Not too greasy considering the amount of toppings. Sauce was okay, not bad. Good amount of cheese. Google 4, maybe a 6.5 on a 1 to 10 scale. I'd say its a Greek style crust to me. Did have some crunch. Plenty of parking, easy access. In and out. Told me 20 minutes and was right on time. Really appreciate a business that quotes the right amount of time.

I was totally excited to get a calzone steak and cheese from this establishment because it was my first time and the food looks good, I did inform the young lady who answered the phone that my husband is highly allergic to mushrooms, so no mushrooms in his steak calzone, as I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed by the chef to basically don’t call back with an allergy because it’s too much work for him to clean the grill off and they work with a lot of mushrooms. I found that highly disappointing and completely outrageous , never ever have I ever been told by a restaurant to don’t come back with your allergy of mushrooms because it’s too much work for them to clean the grill, he did inform me he did clean the grill in my case, but next time he may not be able to accommodate me highly disappointed would never come back. That was the final $15 they ever got for me first and less experience with them. That was very disappointing to know that a restaurant would not accommodate an allergy. And I’m actually going to call the board health to see if a restaurant is able to not accommodate an allergy. so as long as you don’t have an allergy, I highly recommend this place but if you have an allergy go around the corner to pizza time they’ll take care of you No matter of your allergy mushroom or not.

Great spot for great grilled chicken, I'm getting hungry typing this. It's easy to get to being rite on a main road so can park rite at front door for takeout or they have good size parking lot if eating in. There are a lot of great sub places in fallriver but this one has to be top 5 or better

Just got an order of fries. Haven’t been here in years as it’s out of my way but it’s usually a good place for pizza and subs.

This place was disappointing. My coworker and I decided to give it another shot now that it was under new ownership. Previously we just weren't a fan of the service and it looks like nothing has changed besides the increase in prices. My coworker ordered an omelet with cheese and a hot dog. First, the omelet came without any cheese. Then his hotdog never arrived. We were there for about an hour and it just never showed up at the table. I can see if maybe the place was busy, but it was not. How long does it take to make a hot dog and bring it to the table? Not to mention the service was horrible. Our waiter kept saying he would bring the hot dog out but like I said, he never showed with it. Secondly, he was indifferent when questioned when the hot dog would arrive. The cashier was also really rude as if I was ruining her day by cashing out. So all in all, this place continues to be a disappointment. My biscuits and gravy was alright but the experience of eating there made the whole event miserable. We will not be returning there anytime soon and hope this place can figure it out because right now they're playing in the minor leagues.

I ordered an egg and chourico sandwich and this is what I received. I called the restaurant and I was told that I ordered the sandwich incorrectly? The english muffin is saturated in oil and there’s no yoke. The women that answered the phone said she would give me new muffins and an egg but she’s not remaking the sandwich. No thank you! I usually eat breakfast at home but I decided to splurge today. Not a good idea

Hidden Gem! Great hotdogs and awesome breakfast. Very reasonable. I stopped by one morning with my crew and we ordered to go. Everything was made to perfection. 🥰 And even ordered to go the next day for my family. We will be back.

I live everything I try when I go but today I was outside in the heat waiting for the bus and one of the staff gave me some ice water. My sugar was high and I was really dehydrated so this was amazing thank you. Show you support and go eat some great food with friendly people!

Gave this place 2 chances. First time the entire order was wrong. Called to complain (which I only do if something is really wrong) and they offered to replace my entire order another day. Went back and was just as disappointed. My husband got a tuna melt that was soaked in cole slaw and was a soggy mess. He couldn't even hold it to eat it. My buffalo chicken was undercooked and full of fat. The only thing that they got right were the waffle fries. They were delicious.

I went early morning a few times and breakfast was always delicious. Now that my favorite place has closed this might be my new spot not to far from home. The Portuguese bread french toast was deliciously different

I haven't try food here but I appreciate that they are offering a pay it forward meal program. I have been looking for these kind of restaurants but haven't found any in the area. One meal for pay it forward cost $6 dollars but I assume they will take any contributions which can can offer. They have lots of food choices and reasonable prices. If you are also someone looking to support community in a different way, this can be a choice to support people in need of a hot meal.

Waited over 30 minutes for raw, cold food. This used to be the place to come. Spent $40 and hotdogs were soggy and fries were gross by the time we actually received the food. Staff said it takes a long time because the burger was frozen.

Start off by saying the food here is decent. However I have been here four times in the past month and have yet to have good service. Today was the last time I will try. Stood at the window for over 8 minutes with workers making eye contact multiple times. no hello, no I will be right with you, no just a sec nothing at all. I honestly thought they were not taking any more orders. Customer service goes a long way this place does not have it

After numerous, unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant by telephone — each met only with an immediate transfer to voicemail — my family, friends, and I elected to visit in person. Upon arrival, we observed that the premises were scarcely occupied; nevertheless, the phone continued to ring incessantly, unanswered and unattended. Such indifference toward basic responsiveness conveys an unsettling absence of professionalism and attentiveness to patron needs. In an era where accessibility and courtesy define the very essence of service, this level of neglect raises serious questions about the management’s commitment to customer care and operational integrity.

I came in this evening with my sister. I knew we were close to closing time. The petite blond lady stated that they closed at. We ordered and she brought our food over. She then asked us if we wanted a plate. We proceeded to eat and used plate. The other server stated " she said we close at 8". She was quite aggressive. She stated that she was locking the doors at 8. She went to the door with a key and I was afraid. She was mean, aggressive and rude. She took the flags and tossed them on the floor near us. It was about 8:01 and my sister went to wash her hands. She again made a harsh remark. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Too bad the service personnel on Friday 7/25 lacked decorum and class. They had no respect for customers or your business.

Highland pizza has gotta be the top 5 pizza places in Massachusetts. Probably top 3 in my opinion. You walk in and it teleports you to a simple time. The staff greet you and you know you're getting quality pizza. This pizza is the next level.

The dated restaurant was clean to include visible areas of the kitchen. THE FOOD: I ordered a small pepperoni pizza that tasted absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients make all the difference in elevating the flavor profile of ordinary foods. The dough’s crust was crispy yet airy with my desired consistency. The sauce was savory pairing well with the generous cheese blend and tasty pepperoni. This was truly one of the best Greek style pizza’s I’ve had in years. Compliments to the owner for not sacrificing quality for convenience—your efforts are appreciated.

We got 2 large pizzas today, chourico with bacon, and a highland special, we got the H/S without anchovies and mushrooms.. these pizza are HEAVY loaded with toppings and CHEESE! Found this place because of their renowned pizza from a search, let’s just say they did not disappoint! The service was above great, the prices are very reasonable and fair, and the food was absolutely delicious! The crust was crunchy and doughy at the same time and it paired perfectly with the pasta sauce. Next time we’re in the area we will be back!

Best pizza and subs in Fall River. Always great service, the interior is a bit dated but who cares it’s PIZZA!!! And definitely try the Italian sub with the works toasted!

We have tried both the Chicken Alfredo and Gold Fever pizza a couple of times, and they are both very good. The Alfredo pizza sauce does have too much garlic, but overall, it's still good. The Gold Fever has a delicious sauce, and it is elevated by the bacon added to it. Their specialty pizzas are definitely worth a try if you don't want a regular pizza experience.

THE SERVICE: The employee answering the phone delivered great customer service. Polite greeting, answered questions, confirmed my order with the total, and then provided the estimated pickup time. The restaurant was clean to include visible areas of the kitchen. The dining area is old fashioned but maintained. Pickup was straightforward and smooth. THE FOOD: I ordered an off menu item (Buffalo chicken Cesar salad wrap), and they did their best. What I envisioned wasn’t what I received, but that’s okay. I appreciated the accommodation, and my meal. If the wrap had crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, shaved Parmesan and robust pieces of chicken- it would have been perfect. I didn’t realize wraps/subs came with fries, so I ordered a side. The fries were seasoned well and tasted good. THE VALUE: Prices are affordable and align with your portion sizes. I’m looking forward to further exploring the menu because of the customer service.

Just ordered ..thought we would give this place a try spent 60 dollars... what a terrible meal..tried to order an Italian sub.. didn't have any sold out. Ordered a steak and cheese with mayo no mayo on it wasn't toasted either. It looks like maybe it was toasted for 5 seconds but wasn't toasted like a sub should be Also ordered a steak bomb came as a steak and cheese not one pepper onion or mushroom on it this too didn't come with mayo like I asked. And for 15.00 dollars .. the steak and cheese was very plain and dry as heck. I mean so dry. They used one piece of cheese and just threw it on top of the sub as the picture shows most of the meat was without cheese. Also a lot of bread with out meat. Pizza was good but more over cooked then we like but cheesy. And she asked if we wanted a large or a medium we got a medium... So disappointed. Never again so many things went south with this order .

I had the chicken, broccoli & Alfredo pizza and it was delicious! As soon as I opened the box it smelled great. The crust was thin and on the crunchier side. Will order again!

The lady at the front was so nice and gave me a slice of pizza which was honestly the best pizza , so much cheese and not to much sauce it was literally perfect. I ordered chicken Alfredo with extra sauce and let me just say it’s the best Alfredo I’ve had around here,, It’s been my pregnancy craving so I’ve been to fancy restaurants and everything in this beat them all! Ordered online for Uber eats the first time and will never order again. The lettuce was browned on my steak and cheese and my fries were soggy from my wing plate. My sub also was plain and didn't come with mayo bbq or ketchup as requested.

I've started ordering here weekly and the food is amazing. Pizza is fantastic with a light airy crust I love. Steak tips are the best I've had in the city by far. Even the broccoli with the rice was perfectly cooked and not soggy. I had a really crummy week and my dinner tonight was the pick me up I needed to forget my week and start enjoying my weekend. Staff is also super super friendly! 10/10 all around.

A one of a kind institution synonymous with Fall River. Always happy to stop in for some Coney Island dogs and coffee milk. The nostalgia for their wooden school desks for seating has been passed on to another generation.

I did a Yelp search for the best dogs in Fall River and Graham's was in the top 5. I went to each one of them. Like the other 4, their dogs were great. The service was fast and the meat sauce was excellent. I also had a hot cheese sandwich which was my first and it was OK. They close earlier than the other places.

Prices are not reasonable. Price of a Hot Dog. There excellant but the price should not be where it is. $2.35 apiece is really ridiculous. You can get coney Island dogs cheaper than that in other places !!!!!!

Great food fast and cash only. Love the deep fried fish and I always get half and half with it (fries and onion rings). Family run business. It always clean and customers treated well by employees. It's been around for over 20 years, it was one of the first place I ate at when I moved here. Back then it was Mom and Dad running it and now their children. I Hope Graham's Hot Dogs stays a Staple of Fall River and have many more years to flourish!

Did an online order, for 632, almost an hr wait. When, i got there I kept waiting and waiting just about an hr later received the food, Idk what was happening. The food was blah, service was terrible! Never again, didn't get my sauces for food that asked for. Aksed for a well done steak and it wasn't I did get 5 dollars off for the wait, Thank you for that but no never again!

I ordered my usual favorite, chicken broccoli Alfredo and a bahama mama mock-tail. The food got here n it looks like they just warmed up a dish left behind yesterday. The chicken was hard and dry, the noodles were crunchy and not much Alfredo sauce. I'm so disappointed

ordered this for delivery and only got three whole waffle fries. far from the advertised photo. not very filling. i also ordered the apple pie which came as a small bite sized portion and without any pecans or caramel sauce. even my "triple" cherry shirley came with a whopping Zero cherries!!!! Do NOT order delivery from here they forget half your order genuinely just flabbergasted lol

This was not in the restaurant I ordered this from Uber Eats, but I just want to know how you are suppose to eat a salad without dressing? This is not Uber eats fault this is Applebees fault. I called to just make them aware of what happened so they don’t mess up someone else’s order. I didn’t ask to speak to a manager they said I’ll transfer you to my manager and then was hung up on . That is why I am now leaving a review . Please check the bag when putting a to go order out and make sure that you have everything they ordered in the bag.

Hey this is petty of me but here it is: anonymous {Worker} when someone tells you they’re out of work and moving somewhere for more opportunities for work; and they leave you 5$ on a to go order. Which is 3$ more $ than I even felt like giving. But hey I got a heart. Anyway Miss , when I tell you “have a nice shift” with a smile on my face; the literal only thing you could say back that insults me was “Thanks you too (shift)”. I guess that it must be so slow that I should have gave the 5$ to anyone else. I guess it’s so slow for auto pilot response like that. But this kind of grinds my gears; I was willing to look past the Whole vibe of * I’m great it’s slow they’re lucky I’m here , they should pay , I’m on autopilot* coupe you just try to be more mentally present for the guest/customer? Like this is so petty of me but really ? Have a good shift and you say you too. I said not even 2 minutes prior I’m moving 10 states away for more work; given the economic hardship I saw this year. Just food for thought , I get it’s just oh I said it back without thinking… maybe next time think, it’s 5$ more than I should , on account of my heart. Please don’t take advantage of kind hearts and mentally check out and disrespect someone with how slow it is and how much you don’t want to be there. It shows okay. Thanks.

I stopped in yesterday after work. Worst experience ever. My server cared more about his coworkers then us. Not a well mannered person either. He came over took our drink order then brought our drinks over. I had my toddler with us and he failed to give us nessary items like a straws and napkins. Then we gave our food order. Place was dead for a Wednesday, usually busier. We waited almost 45 mins between getting drinks and food. While our server never came over to us during this time instead he chatted at the table with coworkers. The manager was very nice and came over and gave us nessary items as he over heard me ask my husband if he had items. I will never return to this place again. Service just sucks every time and staff doesn’t know how to speak to or treat customers. Just shut it down or get all new staff.

Always a good experience when going here for dinner, host and waiters are all friendly and great to talk to and the food is always very decent

I’m gonna be entirely honest I love Taco Bell. But sometimes at this establishment it’s not the best. I’ve had multiple times where they forgotten every single sauce or forgotten whole menu items and replaced them with something that was not at all of equal value. The staff is sometimes rude and disrespectful. That’s not to say that they are all the time. I’ve had a lot of People be rather nice at the drive-through, but most of them are absolutely horrendous. Just be aware that if you do order from this Taco Bell that your hot sauces are probably not going to be there as well as you’re going to have missing or completely wrong items.

placed a order ahead of time so i could pick it up on my 30 min break, they marked the order as made almost immediately after. i get there 25 min after placing, and they dont have the order at all, it has to be made on the spot and wastes 20 of my 30 min break. the store was empty and so was the drive thru. anytime i scedule a order something like this happens, its either not made or it was made immediately and is cold by the time its the sceduled pick up time. bet their personal lunches were made on time tho

The most disgusting location. Dirty restaurant, disgusting workers who don’t care about their customers. It is impossible to order food, as employees do not approach the cash register!!! They didn’t put half of my food on me, and they themselves sat in the kitchen and ate like damned. Horrible, just disgusting!!!!

Ordered a mex pizza and waited a good 15 minutes for my order. Not busy. Drive through not busy. They had 5 people working! 2 were doing nothing but standing at their posts!! Shells for the pizza were a redish brown. Never seen that before! Burnt maybe? Too much sauce. Couldn't finish it cuz it was gross. Management needs to take a look at staff efficiency and product quality control and consistancy.

Absolutely ridiculous don’t ever order from here. They put three pieces of meat on my Chalupa. Like it’s really not hard to put this stuff together seems really petty. Go get a different job if it’s that much of a problem to do it correctly.

Ordered 2 tacos at drive thru. Took close to 5 minutes to get said tacos, and it wasn't busy at all. No other cars in drive thru and no one inside from the looks of it. Got home and opened tacos...1 was fine but the second taco had literally 2 miniscule pieces of chicken. Considering how long it took them to make them, this is absolutely ridiculous. I had to scrape half of the chicken out my taco to give to my daughter so she didnt have just a taco shell and cheese. Sad.

Whoever the pink shirt manager working at 2:30pm 7/13/25 needs RETRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rude, unprofessional, and needs an eye opener if she’s wants to continue in a field where you need customer service and hospitality skills especially if you’re only one of two managers on shift! The other lady in red wasn’t much better but wasn’t as rude.

It’s dirty inside and they made my Big Mac wrong in like the worst way possible. They literally messed it up on purpose. Terrible McDonald’s. I didn’t even do anything to them except order on the app. Why is there a bun on top of a bun.

I come here everyday cuz its close by and I know how to navigate the map so I pay 1.38$ for a Lg.coke Free Lg.Fry and I use my points as a second order and get a cheese burger with my points I've earned buying there food now the kid at the window yesterday told me when I got to the window my deal didnt work and said 6.18s I said what no guy it comes to 1.38$ I come here everyday dont I.so I said ok ill just go around he oh ya u gonna go around so as im checking when the next bonus clears in 15 min as soon at 15 min hit bang another 1500 poi to cane off me phone I was in the parking lot not the drive thru,so as soon as he seen my name he used my points for someone else's meal so I got my meal but they took all my points that I've earned from buying there food and they just stole them thats how I feel,im homeless living out of my car and this dude just took the last money I had to eat with.i would like my 5000 points back seeing I've done absolutely nothing wrong except use.the app to it best ability.

Not having the proper promotion when you are advertising, it is not a good idea. I already put in a complaint with McDonald’s customer service about this location. I hope y’all get it together. Late inventory scattered inventory or inventory that was not ordered is not the consumers problem. We are paying for our product and we expect to get exactly what is advertised. I don’t know if you realized, but it’s 2025 people are pissed off and we don’t have money so giving us something Else that was an ad advertised is a good way to piss somebody off.

Happy meal with nuggets had hair in it and horribly dry. Happy meal hamburger so dry, I thought it was cardboard, not to mention tasted horrible like it was BAD MEAT! THIS IS THE WORST FOOD AT MCDONALD'S!!

I usually come here pretty often and i've never had an issue. Today i came and order two 3 piece tender combos with fries amd spemt $24 for both combos but it was not worth it. I got home and opened both boxes and it looked like they barely put any food. My sister and I got scraps. Disappointed today.

I ordered a chicken sandwhich and I received a single tender, cold fries and a warm drink. The parking lot is a disaster. You get blocked in from everyone in the drive through line after waiting an hour for your food.

We ordered via uber eats but the items are missing again. This is the fourth time the items in the order are missing. When we called them twice to bring the issue to them, nobody answered the call. This happened so many times now and I am not ordering again from here. I request the store or the owner to do something about this order since I have shared the receipt as well.

Worst I’ve ever had. We stood in line for nearly an hour waiting on our order. I approached the cashier and asked if she would check on the order. She informed me how busy they are (clearly I could determine that for myself) so I asked for a refund. She said her manager is too busy to come up front. I then got insistent. I could hear my name (on my ticket) being spoken 3 times from the back. The manager brought my order to the front and slung the bag at me, spilling some of the contents. The food was extremely over cooked and dry. Worst place I’ve ever been……and please, spare me the scripted apologies from the scripted “owner” telling me how you strive to make your customers happy. Clearly, you do not.

We ordered four sandwiches and wings via uber eats, but we just got two sandwiches. And this is not the first time. It happened before and the items were missing that time as well. The food tastes good but the service is not good. Please recheck your orders before taking the delivery.

I’ve been to this place twice, and both times were horrible experiences. The food wasn’t cooked properly — the chicken was raw, maybe 60% done at best. The service was terrible too. Both times, they missed items from my order. Even though I used the drive-thru, they made me come inside to pick it up, and the staff were rude about it. They also refused to give sauces, even when you offer to pay. They’re clearly under-staffed and completely unprofessional.

Every time we give this New Bedford Ma Popeyes another chance, we regret it. The line is always long, the wait is ridiculous, and when you finally get your food—it’s cold. We decided to try again tonight (10/24/25 around 9:05–9:10 PM), after 7 to 8 month, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad, if not worse. At the drive-thru, I asked for 2 orders. On of them two pieces of chicken breast, something I’ve ordered many times before (and I’m even willing to pay extra). The cashier told me they “can’t do that” and that I had to take a mix of white and dark meat. She was rude and unprofessional about it. When I got to the next window, I asked for my receipt—she said it was in the bag. I started checking my order to make sure everything was correct, which I always do. I’ve done this at McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King—you name it—and not once has anyone asked me to move. But here, the employee told me to move because there were customers behind me. When I explained I was just checking my order, she rolled her eyes and shut the window right in my face. On top of that, the food was ice cold. The rice and beans were dry, and the chicken wasn’t spicy. Before leaving the house, I checked online and it said the restaurant closes at 2 AM, so I don’t understand how at 9 PM they were already out of spicy chicken. The employee just said they didn’t have any and I had to take mild instead. Everything ended up going into the microwave once I got home. The food is too expensive for the service and quality to be this poor every single time. Something seriously needs to change at this location.

Place is a joke received my food looking like this, and was told they could not refund one because a shift leader was not on at 8pm at night. They definitely need better staff everyone is so unpleasant. I can definitely see why it has 3.5 star rating garbage!!!

I ordered through Uber Eats and when I tell you they forgot to put cheese on my whopper twice is a shame. The first time they did it I was like okay cool. But the second time I ordered the same burger and didn’t get cheese was awful. Never again. I didn’t eat any of it.

Such a disappointment every single time. You think I would learn my lesson. Spent $53 on 4 meals and they were subpar. Room temp/ cold fries. Laughable royal crispy meal thrown together. Save yourself the waste of money and headache and go to the one at southcoast marketplace! Food is ALWAYS HOT and put together like they enjoy their job.

Over the past few years, I feel I've had nothing but negative experiences at this location. Whether it's me waiting 20 minutes for my food only to find out no one was working on my order, to the staff yelling obscenities in the back in full view of the customers, to consistently getting my order wrong and forgetting food, it's been a thoroughly terrible experience. My latest experience is the last straw and I feel compelled to write this review because I am sick and tired of how awful the service is here. To unapologetically and outright refuse to let me order when it is still during business hours and during dine-in hours is so utterly insane that it beggars belief as to how this place is still in business. I really can't believe how the staff and management at this location has been so consistently awful for years on end. I've let past incidents slide as one-offs but this really is the last straw for me. I will never bother with this place again. Absolutely unacceptable how terrible the service is here.

Got denied service at 9:30pm in the dining room they stated they were closed and only drive thru, the door says 10pm and is unlocked. The customer service is horrible and no management would come to front to speak to me. Never got food or service.

I went on a Friday at 6:30 pm. The manager is useless. Too arrogant with customers and also with the workers. He needs to fix his shitty temper.

Place could use a good cleaning. Food was what you would expect from a fast food joint.
