I ordered a Divina vegetarian pizza, which tastes amazing with caramelized onion on top. Reduced two stars for tiramisu which was loaded with chocolate powder and sugar. Tried tiramisu at many places but definitely this tastes bad. Not sure why the hype on reviews

I appreciate the interior and the idea with Leonardo da Vinci quotes and drawings for kids as a table setting, also the non-alcoholic Hugo was tasty. The “burger wolowy” was very dry/well done, fries were OK. Nobody paid attention to me for extremely long while despite empty plate and glass. Also, the waitress didn’t speak English or German, so it is handy to have some basic knowledge of Polish (actually, even the menu is in PL only)

Nice place with extremely polite young people waiting tables. Well organized staff had no trouble to serve drinks and food for a large group of guests same time so we could eat our food together. Inside greets you with modern style and loft type ceiling lamps. Wide range food selection from sea food through pizza, pasta and beef. We enjoyed our meal and had a good time. Food was tasty and I can recommend this place. One star deducted because of the spider web hanging inside the lamp so there is a place for improvement. However over all well done!!!

We went here in search of vegetarian food and walked it happily with a tummy fool of yummy food. We ordered Pizzas and Gnocchi, all the three dishes tasted delicious and the presentation blew our mind. The only disappointment is the chocolate powder on top of the Tiramisu which was a bit too much. The staff was super friendly and helped us in English!

Lovely restaurant and great food. They have their own bakery, bread was fantastic. We had pizzas, salads and don't forget to order soup. Yummy.

Horrible staff, they don't communicate, you try to reserve a table, they don't tell you anything at all. The food looked good on pictures I'll give them that. When I finally managed to get a table for my partner and our baby some bloke just sat there since he waited at the door like a good dog. AVOID AT ALL COST. I actually don't understand such high reviews. We stopped for some lunch & ordered pasta Bolognese and limon risotto. Pasta Bolognese was ok but risotto... I mean, it was a rice porridge with parmesan. The asparagus was overdone like 5 times (turned brown). The service... I cannot say the waiter was welcoming or friendly. Was super usual. And we needed to wait to get her attention for a bill. Ended up coming and paying by the bar when she was chatting with another waitress. The atmosphere... The oven is big and beautiful, the music was great but there are so much of plastic decor. In dust. Idk but IMHO it's not very "restaurant'ish". Definitely not a place to come back.

We were 3 adults and two children and had lunch here today. Friendly staff, did everything to help without being over the top. Tasty dishes, made from good quality ingredients. Our favorite dishes were the zurek soup and the meat pierogi. Very good prices. Recommended, would visit again!

This place was top notch. Really cozy atmosphere, amazing food and great service! Miranda was our server and she made the experience even better for us. She made perfect recommendations and was very patient. We started with Goulash soup which we asked to be served in bread bowl and that was no problem. Then we had the large meat dumpling and the whole trout. Everything was absolutely delicious. The price was affordable for such high quality food and service. Highly recommend.

Everything is good about the restaurant except the steak they serve to us - the meat is not properly cooked, getting a bite and you are chewing like a gum.

Restaurant is a bit hidden but google maps will navigate you there with no trouble. We went inside and said good day but nobody was listening nor waitiing to greet us. After a while I went to get menu and still no staff member was visible. Once we hang our coats as it was a rainny day and I felt like I need a warm wine I went to the counter again and called staff to make my first order. Food was well made but no matter what you order you got the same type of salad on a separate plate. You could only choose between fries, rice and frozen potatos served as baked. This could be improved to have fresh potatoes everyday and have staff better organized and interested in work and guests.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was very good. The food was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and great presentation. Additionally, the waiter who attended us was excellent, always attentive and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. One area for improvement is that the waiting times were quite long. When I went to the restroom, I noticed that several tables were available but not cleaned, which made me think that the staff organization might not be as efficient as it could be. Given that the place is large and there were employees in different areas, optimizing team distribution could help speed up the customer experience. Despite this, I definitely recommend the place, and I will come back for the quality of the food and the great service.

Pretty good food up in Karpacz. There’s a bunch of places up here that it may feel overwhelming to choose the right one, but you will feel very satisfied with this choice. The Roast Duck was very good. The meat was delicious, and with the buttery potatoes and beet salad; it was even better. Definitely would recommend this dish. The Hungarian Stew was also very good too. The sauce was nice and the pancake was cooked well. Overall, quite happy with the choice of going here. Can get a bit busy on the weekends.

0 stars for service. Waiting staff had attitude and lacked basic customer services. She gave no apology for food arriving at different times and blamed the kitchen staff for mixing up the orders. We sent one dish back that was absolutely disgusting, which tasted like it was frozen and reheated again. No apology or wanting to make it right for the customer. 1 stars for tasteless food. Food was bland, frozen and reheated out of microwave, and overpriced. The beers were ok. Beers from Zabka in a bottle tasted better and better value. A real disappointment, as the decor and environment screamed quality, but a real disappointment. I would NOT recommend. This restaurant will kill local tourism in the area if they don’t sort out their problems and take customers feedback seriously. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The interior of the brewery is incredibly beautiful and spreads an old atmosphere from past times with a new twist inside. I was quite hyped for the food as the dishes were some of my favourites so far. But they turned out to be a bit boring. I had Sauerkraut soup for the start. It was extremely hot but the smoked rips were the best ones I ever had. I loved the taste of it. But the soup itself was okay, I ate better ones. As a main I ordered the Ceppelinas but I didn’t like the taste of the filling. It didn’t taste really traditional and more modern like cuisine. I hope it’s not the same all over Poland. I didn’t finish the soup while the waiter brought the mains, that was a bit disappointing. The beer is quite interesting but not a place to try traditional Polish beer, it’s more in the style of western beers with some interesting twists sometimes. Overall I sill recommend this place, but it’s not as remarkable as it could be

Wow, absolutely amazing! The service is super cool and friendly. All food we order was very tasty. Fish, soups, appetisers worth to try. I definitely recommend this place. The prices could looks a bit high but to be fair it’s same as everything in the city plus portions are really good. And remember on top of that it is local breweries:)

Ordered Shepard sour soup. The majority of the meat was only skin or fat and flesh had boiled blood. Also it wasn't fresh, more like reheated soup. Wouldn't recommend it. We didn't try other food.

Mediocre restaurant, best to avoid. I had the grilled pork loin and mushrooms, and was sort of impressed by how bland and flavourless it was. A normally tasty cut, so getting it to be so bland takes some skill. It was also very chewy and tough. The vegetables also had their flavours boiled out of them, I guess so they would match the meat... The mushrooms were nice though, but there were just a few. The beer was nice though.

Want to go there again and again. Great foods in reasonable price and big portions.

Without a doubt, the place 2 eat after a day’s hiking. Generous portions. Friendly service. Our server (strawberry blonde hair) was lovely. Ate on on two evenings and both occasions, the food was delicious. Bravo chef!

The photos in the entry for this restaurant on Google Maps give a good impression of the food - very colourful, with lots of different ingredients. My chicken caesar salad had a couple of strawberries and sprigs of redcurrants: possibly purists would object, but I loved it. One of our party had trout, and didn't like it much. I had some of her portion and it did have a slightly fishier taste than the trout you get in English supermarkets; that didn't stop me enjoying it though. Overall, superb value for money. Without going into too much detail, I would also like to thank the staff for their honesty.

10 out of 10 The best place to eat in Karpacz! Everything was delicious, amazing thoughtful service We ordered duck and potato pancakes with mushrooms. All food was very fresh and nicely served. Duck was tender and crispy at the same time. Potato pancakes were well fried into a nicely golden color(not over fried and not undercooked just perfectly cooked). Service was quite quick. We had dancing experience with my husband. I definitely recommend this place.

Good food, nice interior. However placki ziemniaczane (potato’s pancakes) looked and tasted industrial.. Traditional duck ordered was full of fat.. it was also served on the top of the side dish - so the portion looked much bigger..

Beware No payment with card!! Long line before the entrance, up to 1h waiting time to be seated. Not lived up to hype it has. Overpriced and quality only acceptable. Very good pierogi! I asked to get it served without meat on the top just a bit of butter and got charged for the butter. Salad cabbage and beetroot disgusting. Returned almost untouched. Pigs would not eat it. Very good tea. Overall impression not the best place to eat

Amazing food, amazing and friendly staff. Big portions and well priced. Been twice, will be returning - I just hope I can leave space for the ice cream. Potatoe pancakes with goulash, Pierogi and Ribs were fantastic. Go and try for yourself

A nice restaurant with a home-made and fresh food. The portions were huge… so it’s a perfect spot after a long hike. The quality of the food was good enough. Pop in and explore the menu !

Luckily we just walked in here without any waiting what so ever. The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. As vegetarians it’s very important to mention this or else you will find tomato soup with pork in it. Even though we had limited options the food still tasted yum

Looks tired, but place is nice and you can get very good local food for reasonable price. Almost no tourists are there and they have indoor restaurant as well as very good garden hidden from street traffic. Definitely recommend Red Borschc. And try to find different drink then Perla beer. Spacious parking is across the street for 5zl per hour.

Absolutely love this place! First service and staff just hit the spot, happy, smiling welcoming and very knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Food well that is a different level of the burger! I am having gluten free dietary restrictions our waiter was so helpful made my order bun less and swapped for fries, served food looks just right and is delicious no matter what you choose to eat. Portions are massive and priced reasonably to the quality and service. Worth to wait if busy

Went with a 300g dry aged ribeye and oh my, one of the most amazing steaks I’ve had in a restaurant. We had the ribs also and they were tender and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, and it’s a fun atmosphere with good rock music playing.

The restaurant was amazing! We had a reservation, because there were 11 of us and two dogs. The service was very good, the waiter even brought water for our dogs. As for the food, it was divine. Steaks, burgers... we all left satisfied and with a wonderful feeling.

I had a great birthday dinner here. We started with the sliced beef starter. (It was a little warm but well presented and well seasoned.) Next, a very delicious Olive Tapenade came out for us as we waited for our Tomahawk steak. And when the steak did come out it came out perfectly! The presentation was awesome and the meat was so tasty. ALSO, their Espresso Martini I ordered was fantastic. Peter was our server and did a great job, at the end although we had already closed out and the restaurant was closing, we were given the homemade 40% lemon vodka complimentary. Nice restaurant located at the 1st floor with a broad balcony overlooking city center and with a view on the mountains. The restaurant is focused on beef and offers a wide variety of different steaks. We ordered a dry aged porterhouse (t-bone) and it was delicious, one of if not the best steak I ever ate. As the dry aged steaks come in preset sizes, ours was around 800 gram, we shared it with two. The waiter advised us to take the stone plate heated which is heated up to 350 degrees, that was a great suggestion and added to the overall experience. On top of the great food we also found the service to be top-notch, our waiter properly explained us the different steak types as well how their dry aging works. The food arrived fast, we received an appraiser and the waiter regularly checked up on us. As we were seated outside we also received a blanket. Overall this was a top notch experience, and I dare say better then the top rated restaurant in town.

Went there last week with my family. Indeed: great happy-mood-chef service, great food (if you are into straight-forward local, authentic food), nice place (3min from the main road), fair prices. Everything orbits around the chef: placing of guests, ordering and payment so be patient. We had to wait 10mins for a table and the same for the ordering (as it was full-house) but spirits were up and the food was great. One needs to know that you have to order the side dishes separetely and I think that not all card payments might work so better take cash with you. Also our menu was in polish only, not sure if there are english or german versions. We are happy to come back.

Pierogi are good, but very bad service. No hello, no thank you, no good bye and no smile. Only three tables with guests and drinks are served after serving the food. We are three persons and drinks placed all at one place at the table. No service is better than this kind of service. The grilled fish had a little bit to much garlic in it, but was still very tasty. The pierogi mix was composed of only 6 different types (of the 18 available), but that was not promised anywhere in the menu so there is no fault with the establishment. The wait time was rather long, but, all in all, this is a dining option you shouldn't miss when in Karpacz.

Nice place, hard to find, but has a very attentive and friendly service. Good choice of different pierogi, and also few other dishes to match everyone’s liking. I would not recommend anything in particular, but all was well done and presented.

Delicious polish food, big portions, and not too expensive. Friendly staff that speaks proper English. Its a bit difficult to find, perhaps a few road signs would make it easier to find. Free parking space available. Highly recommend.

Delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. Incredibly delicious soup - żurek. The breakfast is hearty, but given that we took soup, we could do without breakfast. The portion of soup was quite large. And finally, we took hot wine. The wine was pleasantly surprised, not strong, fragrant and spicy. We liked everything very much, in particular the service and care of the waitress. The only minus is the interior and exterior, but this minus is invisible against the background of pluses.

Place wasn't even half full, waited almost an hour for our 2 burgers and nuggets. They told other people in advance about expected waiting times but failed to inform us in advance... I have no idea what they do when all the tables are full. Burgers were good.

SUMMARY: attitude of an disgraceful server and cold, bland food made us horrified! This place is absolutely terrible in everything. The food was bland and cold (a couple opposite us returned all of their food as it was all undercooked). The toilets had no toilet paper, soap, paper-towels. But especially what horrified us and many other customers was the particular behaviour of a Dark haired, large waitress which glasses who served everyone. She rolled her eyes as clients went to her to inform of a locked child in the bathroom. She never apologised when she messed up our order and served raw burger, she stuck her fingers in the cups (we later did not drink from as they were covered in her fingerprints). She never spoke to any client in a kind manner more of a tone „ hurry up I don’t have time” while she rolled her eyes and ignored us calling her as she messed up our order after waiting one whole hour. I never write opinions but please do not visit this place it was overpriced for the quite questionable food and the disgusting attitude of server. I am sure that attitude was only a problem with this server and I completely don’t blame any other staff. PLEASE visitors there are many other places worth your money, with all HONESTY I would avoid this place, I don’t mean any disrespect just a warning for fellow visitors.

Burger was tasty but the bottom bun was so socked by the juice from tomato that it was impossible to hold the burger. Only way to eat with knife and fork. Fries were great

A classic polish restaurant in mountains. The service was very nice and professional but they have too much things assigned. If their boss will hire one more person for help the organisation will benefit from it.

Delicious food! We had the meat pierogis and pork neck dish. Pierogis were lovely but could do with a bit of sauce to make the dish less dry. Pork neck was super tender and tasty. The mulled beer with cloves and honey was surprisingly good. Would love to eat here again given the chance.

Wonderful place with warm home atmosphere. Super tasty food and pretty big portions size along with affordable prices. Piers grillowana was wonderful with garlic butter on the top and tasty species. Frytki were similar to those in McDonald's that for me is a high standard for them. And also the dish was served with 3 kinds of vegetable salads. Also grzane wino is wonderful and served in quite authentic cups. Along with convenient placement it makes this restaurant ideal for having a meal after day long hiking before heading back to your city (flixbus stop is in 10 meters).

A mix of hearthy Polish and Chech cuisine, including local beers. A perfect place to regenerate after Śnieżka hike, especially if you gotta drive home afterwards. Very friendly staff and pleasent outdoor patio, bit also cozy seats indoor in case if bad wether.

The vegetarian option is very good. The homemade buns are the perfect mix of soft and crispy. We also had a side of sweet potatoes that we enjoyed a lot. Service was very friendly and in English.

I might be biased because of being tired of 2-day intense hiking, but when your first contact with civilization is a nice medium rare double decker burger with all the ingredients fresh and tasty you get into that 5-star mood. Everything was delicious and service prompt. The double decker burger was at a nice 8eur but without sides. 2eur for chips and/or onion rings (both for the exhausted me) the portion size was out of this world, but it was exactly what I needed right at the end of the trail from Słoneczniki. Something between fast food and restaurant. Food is probalbly purchased pree-procesed for fast service. But beer is good, prices are correct and service by friendly English speaking waitress is excellent. Don't expect much, but what you get will be more thank ok.

The burgers are surprisingly good, and I am not afraid to say, some of the best I have eaten in Poland. The place is small, it does not have Wi-Fi on purpose, they ask you to pretend it is 1995, and the menu is not in English. They compensate providing good service. The down side is the ventilation, it needs to be improved.

The best soup I ever had, really!

Fantastic place, friendly staff, excellent food. All fresh and super tasty 💯Highly recommended this place on the map of Karpacz. The only one thing is tgat there is no car park.

After waiting for more than 30 minutes for a drink that was ordered and we had to ask twice for being served to the table. They did not forget to charge for it. What a chance you lost to have a nice gesture with one of your clients.

We entered in the early of February. The food was delicious but the Ambiente was terrible. The room was basically not heated and whenever someone entered it got immediately super cold inside. It was the first time I experienced this in a polish restaurant, at least they could inform the guest before the sit and order.

It's absolutely amazing place with a lot of vegetarian options (not very common in Poland). There are super tasty dishes with real mushrooms, not a champignons, one of them is amazing mushroom soup😋. Cash only unfortunately. There is also parking space since bistro is located inside the hotel, but check if you can use it upfront.

A beautiful hotel with a really really good restaurant featuring a nice outside terrace at the parking place. The food was great, the service smooth and easy, everything super tasty and hassle free… 👍 Only the dogs have to stay out (although it is a pet friendly hotel).

Nice restaurant with excellent food, we had a sour soup with a lot of sausage pieces and a sunny side up egg, a beef tatar, pork cutlet with mushrooms and potato gratin, beef cheeks with beans and a pavlova. Everything was really good.

It was our third, maybe fourth choice of a lunch spot today (3rd Sept, beginning of the low season). It looked half decent from the outside and given that 2 other establishments were closed and third one wasn't taking cards, we decided to give it a try. I ordered trout with oven-baked potato and side salad, my partner went for latkes with stew and side salad. The order arrived after 45 mins, which would be normal on a busy day - but since they're short of staff, let's not talk about it. But the food wasn't spectacular. I wasn't totally unacceptable, but the latkes were probably ready-bought and heated before serving, the stew was just meat w some sauce, no spicy taste as it should be, and the side salad was, put it frankly, inedible. It was nappa cabbage with some tomatoes, some traces of carrot and beets, drowned in the cheapest oil there was. And prepared probably a few days back. My trout was the best part - I may not be sure if the fat was really butter, but the fish was fresh and served with dill and lemon. Oven-baked potatoes were OK, probably not baked fresh either but it's passable. I'm sorry to say that, but dining in Polish tourist destinations is not easy. This is the best example why.

Do not settle for poor kitchen workmanship.The beer was sour. Despite Kozel Cerny being known for its bitter and sour flavor, this beer was certainly off.We were looking for a place to eat, and this is not the spot if you fancy a trout. The area is full of restaurants around local lakes and lidos where you can find excellent grilled or fried trout. At Astoria, the trout was not fried but rather steamed. It did not look appetizing, and if you’re okay with soggy skin and an almost slimy appearance, then this might be for you. However, this could just be a personal preference.On a positive note, the Pizza Diavola was very good with a perfect bake.If it wasn't for the pleasant young waiter, the score would be 2 stars. P.S. for the kitchen staff: you should always serve a lemon with any fish. We did not get any, yet we can see in the previous photos other people did get it.

Was supposed to be a quick stop - and it was so good we stayed for ages! The pierogies are great, and the Quattro Fromaggi has a local twist that works brilliantly!

Food was undercooked, one piece of meat was burnt, fries were undercooked, after telling the waiter it was still counted in our bill (206pln) even though we didn't eat it. The food was great but the blonde waitress totally ruined the experience for us. How can you hire someone who does not speak a word of english in the touristic area? ... disappointing.

For the restaurant only. The decor is nice and pleasant and the waiter was friendly. We had the steak which was superb. Great cut of meat, juicy and cooked exactly how I liked it. The whole family enjoyed the food. So why only 3 stars?? Unfortunately the water spilled a glass of beer on my youngest child. He was apologetic and tried to clean the mess up. But surprisingly offered nothing to the child in compensation. I had to buy new clothes so that the child could change, and not smell of beer. Shame as would recommend this place to anyone.

Old furniture, carpets, old fashion ceiling tiles, worn & cracked upholstered chairs in the "living room", room lightening behind the curtains (?!) - I would like to meet the "designer", strange "attic" smell in the bathroom, no heating in the bathroom!! The restaurant, where there is no waiter/waitress at the door, who would guide you to your table, you just walk in, trying to find a table on your own (!!) Once menu received, have been waiting for about 20 minutes to be served, and another 30 minutes to get barely warm food on a cold plate (!!) Unacceptable, but unfortunately very common polish restaurant's mistake - always serve hot food on a warm plate, it is a basic rule! I have to admit after all - the duck was cooked perfectly, seasoned very well, presentation of the dish was really nice, however chocolate sauce ruined everything, as it was too thick, and no red wine present (or really cheap one used for cooking - I am a chef)

Nice breakfast, location close to the centre of Karpacz but otherwise not very impressive. Our bed was so unconfortable that we few almost sleepless nights, I guess materass was very old. Room service was minimal - on last day we didn't even have a toalet paper in the room, bed was not made. You coud barely see that anyone did a service in your room. So the quality was too low for the price.

Easily the best restaurant in Karpacz. Mostly traditional dishes with a "molecular" twist. Creative variations on Polish cuisine, plus fusion-inspired surprises and seasonal specials. Look for sous vide venison and beef cheeks!

The area is full of restaurants around local lakes and lidos where you can find excellent grilled or fried trout. At Astoria, the trout was not fried but rather steamed. It did not look appetizing, and if you’re okay with soggy skin and an almost slimy appearance, then this might be for you. However, this could just be a personal preference.On a positive note, the Pizza Diavola was very good with a perfect bake.If it wasn't for the pleasant young waiter, the score would be 2 stars. P.S. for the kitchen staff: you should always serve a lemon with any fish. We did not get any, yet we can see in the previous photos other people did get it.

It was our third, maybe fourth choice of a lunch spot today (3rd Sept, beginning of the low season). It looked half decent from the outside and given that 2 other establishments were closed and third one wasn't taking cards, we decided to give it a try. I ordered trout with oven-baked potato and side salad, my partner went for latkes with stew and side salad. The order arrived after 45 mins, which would be normal on a busy day - but since they're short of staff, let's not talk about it. But the food wasn't spectacular. I wasn't totally unacceptable, but the latkes were probably ready-bought and heated before serving, the stew was just meat w some sauce, no spicy taste as it should be, and the side salad was, put it frankly, inedible. It was nappa cabbage with some tomatoes, some traces of carrot and beets, drowned in the cheapest oil there was. And prepared probably a few days back. My trout was the best part - I may not be sure if the fat was really butter, but the fish was fresh and served with dill and lemon. Oven-baked potatoes were OK, probably not baked fresh either but it's passable. I'm sorry to say that, but dining in Polish tourist destinations is not easy. This is the best example why.

Everything about the pizza, the taste, the prices are perfection and we ordered the habanera pizza it was very spicy but they had already informed us that this was more spicy but the good thing is they gave us milk with the habanera pizza so that part is awesome more impressing. We went here after our hike today and this was the place to be after a long day of walking. The beer was cold and they offered quite a selection. The food was hearty with quite a big portion. We tried the goulash with hash browns and the goulash with grits made of buckwheat. All very good!

The restaurant has got average food for average prices. Pierogi were just premade and fried, gulasz was straight up terrible. Toilets are for 30czk / 4zl. Nevertheless it was nice to have a warm place to sit down a rest in the harsh windy weather.

The general low rating is caused by extremely dirty bathrooms and toilets. There are two showers for everyone. I slept in a room with 7 bunk beds packed so tightly that a swift emergency exit would be close to impossible (You can’t open windows fully due to the bunk beds). I remember this room was meant for 7 persons. This shelter has been on a downfall for years.

Overall, it felt like a touristic money focused place. We went there after hike to Snežka as a place to get food and rest for a bit during winter. It was quite cold inside, we were sitting in a pool of water, they only had fried food options, it was loud because the staff was "screaming" orders through a microphone (in polish) and the toilets are paid extra, only with cash (20 or 25 polish zloty), there are huge tourniquets so, you either pay or can't get there. You can pay by card for the food/drinks but not for the toilets (there are coin machines to get coins for your paper bills, if you have any). I don't recommend visiting during winter.

Went only to the restaurant, if you dont know polish, its gonna be hard for you, most young girls working there dont speak in english for whatever reason, which is strange,nonetheless I wanted to order one meal for 35 zl, then she babbled something about in polish and i for whatever reason got a combined dish in to one and i paid 65zl, I dont know if i was scammed or just misunderstood, next time if i visit this place i will be way more careful. The place is for polish, no english signs, no language, nothing, that is extremely strange considering it is a tourist attraction.

Had a pitstop here on our way to Śnieżka. The restaurant was overcrowded and it was hard to find any space inside. It took about 40mins to get some fast food snacks. The condition of the WCs leaves much to be desired and you need cash to get there. Fortunately, the staff at the bar helped to get us cash using their terminal.

We visited this restaurant on Saturday afternoon, August 16, 2025, after a trip. There were six of us, and we were looking forward to a good meal based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The waitress dropped off the menus without a word and then ignored us completely, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Wybrałem ramen, szczerze mówiąc to danie podane w sposób jaki ja otrzymałem to jakaś pomyłka, był to po prostu rosół z kurczaka, taki w porządku rosół z makaronem do ramenu, grzybami mun które nie były specjalnie aromatyczne, nie kierowały smaków w stronę Azji, ale pomyłka były 3 lub 4 plasterki zimnej szynki wołowej które były zalane całością, ta wędlina bez żadnej obróbki termicznej, ja nie wiem komu to miało smakować połączone ze sobą. Zjadłem ten rosół bo był ok a szynke zjadł mój pinczer miniaturowy. Później czekaliśmy na resztę dań, dzieci dostały zestawy dla siebie po ok 35min, zjadły wiadomo frytki, kurczak no nic czego w domu samemu normalny człowiek sobie nie zrobi w miarę dobrze, dało się zjeść, dzieci zjadły. Ale później czekanie na dania główne, dzieci już biegają, już chcą iść a my nawet nie zaczęliśmy jeść. Wkurzylem się niemiłosiernie bo bylem po długiej wędrówce i chciałem dobrze zjeść, wpadłem do restauracji i zrobiłem awanturę z powodu długiego czasu oczekiwania, restauracja jest na dobre 20 stolików minimum plus obsługuje hotel a tam były 3 osoby plus my i tyle czekania? Pani bardzo przeprosiła nas, zaproponowała zniżkę 20% jak się później okazało. Po mojej interwencji po 60min od wzięcia zamówień dostaliśmy nasze dania. Na koniec restauracja wybroniła się żeberkami które zamówiłem bo były naprawdę jedne z najlepszych jakie jadłem a testuje restauracje tym daniem często, osoby współtowarzyszące też mówiły że ich dania były ok. Więc myślę że potrafią tu gotować, ale muszą się ogarnąć z czasem, dania muszą być przemyślane, kompletne, ja nie przychodzę do restauracji żeby zapłacić i zjeść gorzej niż w domu, ten ramen taki właśnie był, reszta ok. Na jedzenie powinno się czekać max 30min. To cenie, więc ocena ostateczna to 3/4. Daje 4 bo Pani naprawdę przeprosiła nas za sytuację i koniec końców jedzenie było dobre ale bardzo późno podane. Na wizus restauracja sprawia wrażenie wysokiej jakości.

I have ordered chicken soup with noodles which actually was presented and served up to standard. Unfortunately the taste was next to nothing what I would call good Polish chicken or chicken beef soup. It was just quite blunt in flavour. To be honest the whole restaurant looked quite attractive. Not having a chance to taste other dishes I would give this rest house benefit of doubt and try again on another occasion. I am convinced one tasteless dish shouldn't spoil the whole review but nevertheless wouldn't rate it for more than 3 stars.

I've ate there twice leaving generous tips. Food was quite good. But tips did not guarantee any better service. Third time I was denied supper as "restaurant was opened for hotel guests only'. It was more than an hour before declared closing time. Such a disappointment. Previously tipped waitress run after me to apologise. I could not feed my family with apology, though.

Great servis and very friendly. Soup, salad, spagetti and t-bone steak was delicious.

Jakość jedzenia domowa. W toalecie brak papieru toaletowego, pomimo, że kelnerzy mieli czas na dłuższe rozmowy przy barze, pomiędzy wydaniami. Nie mogli się również zdecydować czy obsługiwać w przyłbicach czy bez :p Obsługa miła, jednak nieuważna, bo myląca odbiorców zamówień. W ogólnym odbiorze lokal wygląda wizualnie przyjemnie. Świadczona usługa nie pozostawiła jednak dobrego wrażenia, jakiego oczekiwaliśmy po ocenie.

We came as a group of four adults with two kids (a 2-year-old and a 7-year-old). Unfortunately, the first impression wasn’t great. We sat down at a table, but the staff completely ignored us for over 10 minutes. When we asked if we could place an order, the lady responded quite rudely, saying she was serving food and we had to wait. I understand she was working alone, and that’s not her fault but a simple “Please wait a few minutes, I’ll be right with you” when we walked in would’ve made a big difference. The staff’s attitude really affected the atmosphere negatively. We waited around 40 minutes for our pizza. Luckily, the food was excellent and absolutely worth it the pizza was delicious! The chef clearly knows what they’re doing, and the place itself has great potential. To sum up: if you’ve got 3 hours to spare and aren’t in a rush, it’s worth visiting just for the food. But if you’re looking for a meal in a reasonable amount of time with friendly service you might want to think twice.

I was first skeptical about an unusually high rating from many people in a small Polish town - but after eating their Mexican chicken pizza, I fully understood why. One of the best Pizza I’ve had in a long time, spicy for an Indian palate and fantastic blend of flavours.

Pizza was really nice, but delivery after estimated time, quiet burned. Price is high, so You can expect more than You actually get. Also, they have some kind of promotion and they are not able to give them. We suppose to get free coca cola and we heard cold "out of stock"
