La de Manu is an extraordinary establishment that warrants a return visit, even if it means traveling all the way from Porto. The ingredients used in their dishes are of exceptional quality, and the way they are presented is truly top-notch. Not only does the food taste outstanding, but the staff members are also incredibly friendly and provide fast service. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a magnificent dining experience.
Wow! Fantastic food, great value, wonderful views! Had dinner last night based on a recommendation from our hotel proprietor and we’re so glad we went. Strolled around in the charming center of Tui afterwards to finish off a perfect day.

Best culinary experience ever. All courses 10/10 we were expecting something less tasty in abeyance new plate but it was just getting better. THIS IS THE BEST restaurant in the city! Enjoy!
Ηλίας Σ — Google review
Delicious food and a great selection of options from vegetarian to seafood. We ordered 6 half size items but it felt like they were rushing us out. The atmosphere was a bit casual.
Mark B — Google review
Amazing Galician lunch of squid ink pasta, octopus & shrimp, and dessert for only €15. Best meal of the Camino.
Christopher L — Google review
Phenomenal. The lunch menu prices are low but the quality is super-high, with the highest standard of presentation. Staff are friendly, location is fantastic and the restaurant is kept clean. Unbeatable. No wonder there are queues to get in.
Eoin O — Google review
It's a really lovely place for lunch or dinner! Great food and lovely surrounding area. Reasonably priced and polite staff.
Godfrey O — Google review
Great food and a nice spot to stop on our camino. Not cheap but the seafood croqettes and seafood squid ink spaghetti were delicious.

Restaurant
Arrayal 39, a restaurant in Tui, attracts pilgrims and locals with its warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Despite feeling slightly out of place upon arrival, hungry patrons are delighted by the delicious food offerings. The Ensalata Completa impresses with its amazing flavors, while the Fried Calamari stands out as the best in years. The caramelized onion stuffed mushrooms are equally delectable and rival those cooked at home. The Olive Oil used is simply sensational.
Coming out of Tui as a couple hot, thirsty pilgrims, I diverted my wife here 10 minutes before opening. The lady preparing to open seated us. We were a bit out of place, but we were hungry. The Ensalata Completa was marvelous. The Fried Calamari were the best I have had in years. The caramelized onion stuffed mushrooms were as good as the ones we cook. The Olive Oil was sensational. We will stop on our next pilgrimage. Such wonderful staff. 💖

Tapas restaurant
Mediterranean restaurant
Restaurant
Restaurante O NOVO Cabalo Furado is an impressive tapas restaurant located near the cathedral in Tui. Their menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options such as empanadas, salad, beans, chipirones (baby squids), hamburger, and entrecote. The meals are complemented by delightful desserts and your choice of beer or wine. The setting is great with a nice terrace and spacious interior where you can witness the preparation of your food in their open kitchen.
We had the set menu of the day. While pricey (approx 40 euros per person), the food delivered in quality and quantity. Incredible seafood. Everything was well-cooked and seasoned simply to let the flavours of the high quality ingredients shine through.
Rufina ( — Google review
If you visit Tui for one day, you should eat here. It cannot go wrong. The location is perfect next to the old church in the heart of the city. Locals eat here as well. Nice choice of wine and friendly personnel.
Tomas L — Google review
We had dinner there yesterday. They have tables outside in a very nice and quiet terrace with nice ambience. The food was amazing, we ordered zamboriñas, choquitos, t-bone steak, cheesecake and apple crumble. All of it super delicious. We’ll be back!
Levita — Google review
The service is chaotic. We waited for 20 minutes just to take the order. But then they cooked the meal quickly. Waiters English is horrible to the point of none. The meals were served in random order and delays. Meals are small and expensive, so don’t visit this place if you hungry. It was a stressful experience.
Dima К — Google review
Amazing “menu” for €13,50. Empanadas, salad, beans etc for starters, chipirones, hamburger, entrecote etc for mains. Plus desserts. Beer or wine included. Great setting near the cathedral. Excellent and friendly service! Definitely worth a detour. Visit the cathedral (!) next door.

Dining at the shadow of the Tui Cathedral. Fresh ingredients and delicious traditional cooking. We had a wonderful time dining here. Will come again.

Great experience!! The food and the Service are amazing…the only recommendation for improvement is the parking as it can get quite challenging to park in the area in busy days.

Tapas bar
Taperia O Albergue is a fantastic spot to conclude your week of walking the Caminho Portugues. Not only does it offer a wide variety of delicious and satisfying dishes, but it also boasts an impressive wine list. Their freshly made tortillas are a must-try, along with their traditional options of fish or pork. The affordability is another plus, as you can enjoy two courses, dessert, and coffee for just 9.50 units of currency.
Authentic Spanish food beautifully cooked and presented. Genuine hosting for both visitors and locals. Great value for money. Traditional not trendy.
Vivienne D — Google review
Decent, Pilgrim friendly bar with good value for money set price menu for 10€ for 3 courses. Good wine list too. I only fancied one main which is 7€ with a bit of bread & water. Good service from Vanessa. Great location so close to Cathedral.
Mark A — Google review
Best service and good portions - the best pilgrims menu we had on the Camino. Arrive early for a table and enjoy!
Cait S — Google review
Great local bar. Friendly staff. Reasonably price food and nice portions. Had potato Bravos and the pork pieces in a creamy cheese sauce.
Jackie L — Google review
We really enjoyed this. The price befits the quality. Food is not surprising but it does what it’s supposed to. You’ll leave happily full. Lovely white wine, and a great tarta De Santiago.

Seafood restaurant
The seafood restaurant Riveiriña offers fantastic cuisine, although it may not be considered flawless. Despite driving for 1.5 hours to dine there, no disappointment was felt. The overall experience was highly enjoyable. The parrillada dish arrived swiftly, raising suspicions that some components might not have been cooked to order. However, this is merely speculation as the establishment was relatively empty at the time of visitation. It is advisable to make advance reservations via phone during the summer season.
It was absolutely amazing experience to eat here. The variety of the fresh sea food, the service, the view. I recommend in 100%👏 Thank you for this new experience ☺️
Marta W — Google review
Very nice Paella for two, lots of seafood and large prawns. A nice selection of wines. Not as busy as other restaurants but don't be put off.
Kim G — Google review
Our travel advisor insisted fresh seafood was a must in A Guarda, and our hotel recommended Marisquería Riveiriña. They were spot on! The Parrillada de Marisco y Pescado was a revelation - overflowing with perfectly cooked lobster, prawns, scallops, and sea bass. Each bite was pure delight. We also savored the Pulpo a Feira and Pimentos de Padron, both fantastic. Special thanks to Gerald, whose attentiveness and warm service made the entire experience top-notch. We highly recommend Marisquería Riveiriña (or otherwise known as Restaurante Riveirina)
Mocmoc P — Google review
Restaurant was almost empty. Food was ok. The fried calamaris was mushy and soft. Not really nice. The paella 🥘 was okish. Flavourful but nothing I would say it’s wow. Paella was for 30€ 2 person. Amount was fair and we couldn’t finish it. Glas wine 3€, 1,5l water for 2€ it’s very fair.
Chino C — Google review
A wonderful lunch with friends here. The quality of seafood is no doubt and the ingredients are carefully cooked to be served in great taste, pair with fresh and crisp white wine added more flavours is another recommendation.
Nothingnew — Google review
What an amazing surprise... perhaps the best calamares I've ever had, sea food and fish as fresh as can be, no hurries, very professional service and that cheesecake in the end?!... oh, my God... a piece of heaven! A special word for Alex, the brasilen waiter, that made everything perfect!
Pascal S — Google review
Exceptional seafood at reasonable price. Simple setting, very low-key with friendly service, good food and interesting wine list. A great option by the sea, the menu is almost exclusively made of seafood. Parrillada and Mariscada are the most popular options (seafood plate). The scallops were simply delicious. The wine list is surprisingly extensive and covers mostly wine from the region - Rias Baixas.
Fppedreira — Google review
The staff was very friendly and helpful! I am learning Spanish so they made sure I understood and translated. The food was great 👍 I had the menu del día. Great price for amount of food

Restaurant
El Molino is a family-run restaurant in Tui known for its excellent atmosphere and service. The kitchen, led by the grandmother and mother, specializes in seafood, offering an outstanding dining experience. Laura, the daughter, manages the front of house with great skill. Despite some minor downsides like long waits and lack of vegetable sides with certain dishes, the overall quality of food and reasonable prices make it a must-visit for anyone in Tui.
We enjoyed authentic Galician cuisine made by a grandmother, handed down by generations of women. The staff were so friendly, The Galician soup, made with pork stock tasted just grandmother’s. And the pudding made us happy.
Naomin A — Google review
I’ve ordered 1/2 plate of “PULPO”, then I decided to order another half. My friend ordered whole portion of “PULPO”. My friend paid 19,5 euros, but I paid 33 euros. It’s not right! Portions were very small.

Mary K — Google review
We had the best food and service here! The Entrecôte was amazing, but so was everything else. The wait staff went overboard to make us comfortable and welcome. Thank you!!
Prudy N — Google review
3 generations of women working as a Symphony !!! Great food coming out of the kitchen !!! Laura is the face of the restaurant and does a superb job !!! Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is outstanding !!! If you go to Tuy, make sure you go to El Molino for a great meal experience !!!

We were from NL. Explained what we wanted (just a beer and a wine). Service ignored us (we were well dressed). People who got there after us were served. Asked two times, walked out. Horrible customer service! Only give 1 star because I can't give 0.
Zak Z — Google review
We travel to this area every year for a business exhibition in Vigo. For the last 3 years we have hoteled in Tui. The Rest. El Molino we have always found excellent in atmosphere and service. The Grandmother and mother control an excellent kitchen with the daughter Laura front of house. We are specialist seafood people and the experience we have had with seafood at Rest. Molino has been excellent. It is certainly roccomrnded.

Upon first glance, Restaurante O Vello Cabalo Furado might appear to be a community center, but don't let that deter you. The cuisine here is truly exceptional. For lunch, it's worth indulging in their set menu which includes three courses and wine for 10 units of currency (although you may find cheaper options elsewhere, the quality will not compare). In the evening, it's best to opt for lighter snacks after filling up on their generous starters and creative desserts.
Oh my God, this is the most mom and pop Galician restaurant in Tui, Pontevedra. You can eat tapa style, brunch €13.00, or menu. Beatriz the owner is a wonderful gal. She's always present and attentive. This is a great place to lunch or dine in.

Just went here for a little bit of tour and ended up eating here....maybe its a well known restaurant thats why we needed to wait for a longer time but the food is worth the wait (so tasty---we will be back for sure) Bacalao...gambas...merluza.... chuleta

We had the most wonderful lunch at this place! The staff was efficient and friendly and the food was the best!

We were here for a Menu del Día, everything good and tasty and the price is good for the dessert and drink included. A lot of people, though, too crowdy.
Elena P — Google review
This has probably been our best lunch experience in the past years! The waiter was super friendly and even though I can only speak broken Portuguese and no Spanish, the waiter did his best and was very welcoming. The food was simply amazing! Totally recommend this wonderful restaurant!
Rita E — Google review
Brilliant Galician (Gallega) experience! The food is great. The service very kind. The price super fair!
Pedro T — Google review
You'd be forgiven for thinking that it was some kind of community centre when you first look inside but don't let that put you off, the food is exceptional. We're in the habit of filling up on the set menu for lunch - three course incl. wine for € 10 (you can find cheaper but it won't be as good by a long way) - and just snacking in the evening. The starters are a meal in themselves and desserts can even be inventive. Excellent meat and fish main courses.

One of the funniest evening's we had in Spain. Local recommendation. Super food, even though we didn't speak spanish we managed to order via a picture book. And we weren't disappointed..very delicious.

Parrillada-Taperia A Muralla is a top restaurant in Spain that offers amazing food and a great atmosphere. The owner and the overall ambiance make it a must-visit spot, especially for pilgrims looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
Superb food, wine, and memorable service. We stopped by the taperia on the Camino from Porto to Santiago. We ordered grilled lamb chops, Padrón peppers, and other dishes, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had on the Camino so far. Remember to get a bottle of the local red wine.

A Truly Memorable Dining Experience! From start to finish, everything about this restaurant was simply exceptional. The food was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor — each dish was a perfect blend of quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between relaxed and elegant, with an ambiance that enhances the entire dining experience. And the views? Absolutely stunning — the kind that makes you pause mid-conversation just to take it all in. And now, the star of the show: the cheesecake. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was beyond amazing. Rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced — it’s a must-try for any dessert lover. If you’re looking for a place that checks all the boxes — from flavor to feeling — this is it. Highly recommend!

Our party of 4 enjoyed an excellent dinner of grilled fish, which was accompanied by a salad. We were impressed with the large tomatoes on the salad! The view from the balcony and the spirited, friendly service contributed to a joy-filled evening. Muchas gracias!
Lorenzo L — Google review
We sat at the table for two by the window next to the Camino de Santiago de Compostela as it approaches Tui cathedral from the south. Our view was of a Cathedral tower. Our server was amazingly warm and welcoming though she spoke no English and we spoke only a few phrases of Espagnol. We ordered a chicken brochette and grilled tuna. Both were delicious and came with an amazingly fresh beefsteak tomato and green salad and fried potatoes. She brought us a huge bottle of water and an order of bread with our Avarino white wine. Everything was delicious-super fresh and grilled to perfection. You may find food for less away from the Cathedral and the Camino, but you cannot match the quality and warm hospitality. They also stamp pilgrim credentials and gifted us a small scallop shell.
Karen — Google review
Fantastic welcome from the host on our arrival. Seated and served with menu (English and Spanish). The food was delicious and plentiful. If you are in Tui you must visit this restaurant at least once. Ask for a table at the back of the restaurant to eat with an amazing view.

My spouse and I stayed in Baoina for three nights and dined at Restaurante Jaqueyvi each time. This eatery, situated in the heart of the historic district, offers a splendid location. The cuisine was exceptional, with a helpful and friendly staff that provided excellent service. Moreover, it offered great value for money. We came to Galicia seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure, and Restaurante Jaqueyvi exceeded our expectations.
Everything is nice, the ambiance, the food, the taste, the people, the service, we love that place! My bien, muchas gracias!

The staff is extremely bad. Mixing up everything we ordered and has obviously no interest in his job. However the poor kid is not even to blame. He had to do everything for a ton of tables. Food was not good either. The only okay thing was the wine. Without that we should have left immediately. Can not recommend at all.

Myself and my wife spent 3 nights in Baoina and on each occasion ate in Jaqueyvi. The location is splendid, nestled in the middle of the old town. Food was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful and above all great value for money. We came to Galicia to have a food experience, Jaqueyvi met our expectations.

I couldn't believe it...we were about to sit in the bar, because there were no tables free, and all of the sudden a couple leaves their table after finishing their food and we rush to get it. We wait for a while for the waiter to come clean the table and acknowledge us because there is no Host service (so you just come in and find yourself a spot, something normal in Spain) And because is a semi-busy night and we are not in a hurry. After 15 minutes waiting without even being greeted I decide to start helping the poor waiter to pick up the plates from our table and organize the a bit. The table was small and it was full of plates and napkins, so my moved was arranging the plates and moving everything dirty from our table to the seat we were originally going to take in the bar (which was still empty because we were in the table by now). WELL! 5 minutes after that, when the waiter decides to come do his job, before greeting us politely and asking us for a drink as you should first things when being a waiter he dares tell us off for clearing up the table for him and putting the plates in the bar. His reason being that maybe someone wanted to sit there (where we moved the plates to). US!!! WE WANTED TO SIT!And we were going to sit in the bar until the table opened up, hence why we cleared it. The plates would have been in one or the other place but he just had to be a smart-ass and come say something without thinking and being just rude. Needless to say before entering a discussion with him about how much he sucks as a waiter and how we just did him a huge favor we stood up and left to never go again... And having said that, the food is nothing special either, I know cause we were there before. You can find some decent wines and cheeses (which is what we wanted) but not much more.

Pros • Tranquil rural setting. Tucked away in the countryside outside Tomiño, the property offers a large garden and ample on-site parking—perfect for an unhurried, noise-free meal. • Traditional Spanish décor. The dining room embraces rustic charm with wooden beams, tiled floors, and vintage accents that feel authentically Galician. • Room to roam. Kids (and adults) can stretch their legs in the garden between courses, making it a relaxed choice for family gatherings. Cons • Limited menu availability. Several dishes were sold out on our visit, reducing choice and forcing us to reorder on the spot. • Inconsistent service rhythm. Courses arrived at uneven intervals and it was difficult to flag staff when we needed something. • Heavy hand with salt. The mixed salad—otherwise fresh—was notably over-seasoned, and a couple of other plates leaned salty too. • Tight table layout. Space between place settings is minimal; larger guests may feel cramped, especially at fully occupied tables. Bottom line Go for the peaceful garden vibe and rustic atmosphere, but manage expectations on menu availability and ask the kitchen to go light on salt if you’re sensitive. I’d return for the setting, though I might call ahead to confirm my preferred dishes are in stock.

I think this place would be lovely on a warm night eating out in the garden. It was a cold night so we are inside. First people there at 9.15 and it didn't really fill up til 10pm. Dining room is ok, hard wooden chairs. Smelt of mould. Disappointed with food. Nothing special (and we expected something special for the price).

If I order wine by the glass and when I order the second glass there's not the same wine as before, please ask me before serving me a different wine. A half-liter bottle of water at €2.50 and desserts at €6 seem expensive to me. I miss some more elaborate dishes on the menu (beyond the typical tapas or portions), for example, a small fish dish... Si pido el vino por copa y cuando pido la segunda copa no queda el mismo vino de antes, consúltame antes de servirme un vino distinto. Wonderful place to eat on top of Monte Aloia. When the weather is good, one can sit outside and have views all the way to the ocean and Portugal. The interior is nothing fancy but the food and service are fantastic. We had a T-bone steak that we cooked ourselves, at the table, with salad, and crocettes to start with - all absolutely delicious. The ladies serving customers are both so lovely 😍 We had the Mencia wine in a jug and it was perfect with the great food. Will definitely be back!

This restaurant exceeded expectations. Every single dish we ordered was thoughtful and delicious. The presentation, flavors and textures were 10/10. We sat at a table overlooking the Cathedral. We ordered various Tapas including the Oxtail Doughnut, Chicken Bravitas, a salad, Ducos Pork Ribs and a babaganous taco. The sevice was great, Freddy was very helpful in selecting what we ate. So many things to choose from and we went for a few but not quite sure we realised the size of some of what we ordered. If we could give NO stars we would. Unbelievably rude waiters. We were a small group of people from different countries who are walking the Camino. We had to ask several times to be seated together, get served and then again for the bill, only to receive a torrent of prejudiced foul mouthed abuse from the table to the till. Even Spanish people commented on the poor service and the owner/manager told off the worst waiter for his behaviour. Such a shame as it's a good location and the food and wine was nice and a reasonable price. Also, we received one incorrect drink and never received the coffee we ordered.

I ordered fresh orange juice, toast with Serrano ham, olive oil and tomatoes, they are tasty and offers good energy for my day of Camino walk. They also have WiFi and outlet for charging phone. Gives stamp for credential as well! Highly recommended.

Honestly I wasn’t super thrilled. The location of the cathedral is awesome, and yet, the food wasn’t able to hold up to that. The bread itself was room temperature and a little chewy; unfortunately it didn’t come with bread either. The rest of the food was quite salty as well. However, the mini scallop-like things were flavorful and tender, but also had a little too much salt. The calamari, which was our starter, was incredible. That would be my biggest recommendation out of anything on the menu. Very lightly fried (in oil, not batter) and has great flavor. The tortilla tasted off; almost as if they cooked the eggs close to burning. Would be willing to go back and try it again, as I’ve heard raving reviews from family, but this trip wasn’t out of this world.

Parador de Tui is a serene and inviting hotel that offers charming country-style accommodations and luxurious suites. Beautiful stay in a historic edifice. Rooms are dated (as expected with old buildings), but service lacking for such a property. Nowhere to take a coffee or small bite without having to sign-up for the breakfast buffet. Imagine a full service hotel with no bar or cafe. We practically had to beg for a wide open restaurant to get a coffee and tea in the morning; that after having a full dinner there the night before.

Like most paradores, this one is a stunning old building in a beautiful spot. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool surprisingly lovely on a cool day, and the restaurant food excellent. My only niggles are the same at each one...for the price there ought to be free water in the rooms, and they need money spending on them...there was a large chip out of the bath and some plaster peeling from the walls. For almost 200€ a night, it should be perfect!

Our first stay after a series of long flights and delays. Staff were all gracious. Front desk staffers Rebecca and Valerie were so helpful and informative. Our rooms were clean and orderly. I wish they’d consider changing their hairdryer to modern era ones. What they have are so ancient and almost useless. The dining room had great coffee and breakfast fare. The grounds were beautifully maintained. They were so close to the Old Town too!

We stayed for one night before starting the Camino and was such a beautiful surrounding. We unfortunately had rainy weather but the standout was our evening meal. I can't find it on Google maps to review but we had the salmon and pork. Both were divine. With beautiful scenery to eat with. Lovely service from both ladies working. I don't have a picture of a tuna aperitivo with a sweet sauce we had which was melt in your mouth good. Bread came with good quality olive oil. Great prices also for the quality. Highly recommend.

What a charming Parador! We are so happy that we decided to break up our drive to Vigo by stopping for a night. It was a somewhat last minute trip for us, so the only room available was the smaller, standard room... which is indeed quite small but still very charming. If you can, book a larger room unless you are one person. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant, but the breakfast was excellent! The town of Tui is a short walk away, you can walk there on a scenic path along the river. Very nice, I recommend it!

Classic Grand Hotel with the elegant polish and service one expects. However if you reserve a room first ask WHEN management intends to engage the room AC power. It can get hot here, even in April. In the tradition of Grand Hotels, a desk request for a fan resulted in a fan promptly delivered to our room and cheerfully set up. All is well. By the looks of the thermostat in our room it appears that this hotel can have heat or AC, but not both selectable from the room. The food and drink here is good. I would stay here again.

If you're craving pasta and want a satisfying experience, Arte Pizza is the place to be. Their menu offers a variety of dishes, including spaghetti bolognese and pizza. The Caprese salad is enhanced by their exceptional oil, which adds an extra layer of flavor. For those who enjoy spice, their recommended spicy oil on the pizza is a delightful choice. If you're in the mood for something unique, they are willing to accommodate special requests like spaghetti with oil and hot peppers.
Just had a delicious lunch here. We shared an amazing goats cheese & pineapple salad, calzone, 4 cheese pizza (has 5 cheeses) and the mushroom ravioli. The brownie & ice cream is outstanding too.

Screaming children on the plaza with piercing voices? Check. Smoking people blowing cigarettes in your face? Check. The absolute best salad you have had in years? Darn right!! The food was fab. The servers were nice. Would recommend sitting inside. They will turn on the a/c if you ask. Outside is mad

We were hungry for some pasta and you won't be disappointed when you come to this place. The food was excellent we had the spaghetti bolognese and the pizza. We also had the Caprese salad and you can look at the pictures and see how wonderful it is . The oil that they use on the Caprese salad is probably one of the best that I've ever had . They also recommended a spicy oil for on the pizza and that was wonderful . I was also looking for something special so I asked the waiter if they would be willing to make me spaghetti with oil and some hot peppers. Accommodated me and it was fantastic meal. The location is great you can watch all the people walking by it was just a very nice pleasant place to eat. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for either spaghetti or pasta or pizza.

Happy Restaurante offers a wide range of appetizing vegetarian dishes, which I believe are also suitable for vegans. Their diverse menu gave me assurance that I could communicate my dietary preferences in English and even some Spanish, allowing me to inquire about the ingredients used. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals and appreciated the excellent service provided by the knowledgeable staff. In addition to their delightful tapas, Happy Restaurante also offers innovative options made with quality ingredients.
Great vegetarian options, I believe that they were vegan as well. I hope they were vegan. I'm able to communicate in english and a little bit of spanish, giving me a higher degree of confidence about asking about ingredients. Restaurante Beldade is an exceptional establishment, offering scrumptious and delectable cuisine, complemented by a remarkable selection of wines. The service provided is of the utmost quality, with a friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant boasts captivating surroundings and breathtaking views. It manages to strike the perfect balance between being spacious yet intimate. The menu presents inventive and flavorsome dishes that are highly enjoyable.
Lovely restaurant at the outskirts of Tui surrounded by vineyards and valleys. Perfect location to enjoy a fantastic culinary experience. The restaurant has two dinning indoor floors and a terrace/outdoor dinning area. There are set menus (from 29€ to 69€ plus drinks) and a la carte options. We chose the 49€ Beldade menu (7 dishes) and it was good enough for a proper lunch. The restaurant was almost empty (4 tables occupied), which helped to enjoy even more of the lunch experience. Portions are aligned with a high dining restaurant and very delicious. The menu was well balanced and perfectly designed for summer (cold soups, small cold bites). The staff was super nice and very attentive. A nice wine list with several local options, which I highly recommend. In a nutshell, a lovely restaurant seeking its first Michelin star.

Six of us dined on a Wednesday afternoon. First, we had a lovely table before a large picture window overlooking the hills and vineyards. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and excessively kind. She recommended several wonderful wines from local producers growing heirloom grapes. Many thanks to our server and chef for a wonderful afternoon.

Today, we dined at Café Bar Xeitoso and were delighted by the delicious homemade food and excellent service. The staff treated us with great care, making us feel like part of their family. If we ever return to Tui, we will definitely dine there again. This cozy café offers a warm atmosphere and prices that are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided.
The restaurant owner (or waitress) was incredibly friendly and patient with us. Since none of us spoke Spanish, she kindly waited while we used Google Translate to figure out what we wanted to order. She even helped arrange a bigger table for us—because we had no idea about the portion sizes and ended up ordering way too much food for just two people! 🤣 Anyway, the food and service was amazing and I had one memorable time there

Do not try the homemade vegetarian burger. The bread, sauce, salad was ok but the burger itself was like made out of cardboard. Like seriously not eatable. I didn’t know enough Spanish to complain, otherwise I wouldn’t pay for this thing. And unfortunately i have the feeling that the cook knew what she was serving. It was probably a frozen thing that was not given enough time to defreeze and was forced grilled out of the freezer. Sth like that. I left the place very upset while watching others enjoying their juice meat burgers.

Great Italian restaurant! Riccardo is the best host and chef of a cuisine that is as Italian as it gets. Thank you!

Definitely the best Sunday lunch of our entire Camino! The food was delicious, the pure essence of southern Italy. Richard, the chef, was very nice and gave us excellent advice on the stages of the Camino. Piccolino is certainly a restaurant to recommend, we will talk about it to all the pilgrims who decide to stop in Tui. Thank you for your hospitality. Alex and Cindy.

(Translated by Google) If there is an originally Italian food establishment, it is Piccolino. That thing that you always have to reserve a table is not true... I called on a Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and I already had a table for 2:00 p.m. The food is exceptional and the dishes are very careful and explained by chef Riccardo, who is charming and very communicative. I recommend. It is always good to call to reserve because the place serves only 17 diners, but it is worth it. Recomiendo. (Translated by Google) Good quality burgers, price a tad expensive. You open the burger and it has a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. It seems like a very small amount of vegetable ingredients to me. Since we already asked for it without onion. Since you pay €4.50 for the chicken burger. With those details, they look bad.... Drinks a little more expensive than average. Water €1.20. (Original) Hamburguesas de buena calidad, precio un pelín caro. Abres la hamburguesa y tiene una hoja de lechuga y una lasca de tomate. Burger King, a popular fast-food franchise renowned for its flame-grilled burgers, crispy fries, and indulgent milkshakes. This well-established eatery consistently offers enticing promotions, such as the recent deal featuring their signature Big King burger alongside a delectable chicken sandwich at an incredibly affordable price. Customers are often delighted by the restaurant's excellent value and quality food options.

It was the worst BK I have ever visited. A queue you could not understand its policy. people pushing through as there was cash till open (you can also pay by card there) Waited over 30 minutes to be served. Chips were cold and stale (you can tell from the picture too), cheese in the sandwich cold and not melted. Coke was flat and warm. I asked if the box chips was big enough for 3 people.. Yes. When it arrived I was shocked.

Worst burguer king that I ever went, toilet was very naughty, burguer was oily and had a lot less ingredients than normal, drinks didn't have gas, and the screen that we use to order the food didn't have portuguese language even tho this BK is located in the border of Portugal and Spain

Burger King sucio, comida esta fria y es carisimo. Huele adentro de aceite sucio. ------ Dirty, bad smelling and expensive. This Burger King is located in a rather abandoned shopping mall/outlet near Tui. Although it is supposed to be a 24 hour drive in as well as sit down place, no cars seem to be able to find it. It is not well connected to the highway one can see looking from teh terrace of the restaurant. When entering the Burger King one is unppleasantly welcomed by almost all empty tables and a horrible stinky smell from the cooking fat. We decided to bvuy our meals and sit outside where it is also near empty. The meals are very expensive. We paid an astronomic Euro 16.30 for two hamburger meals (with whopper and with chicken sandwich) that included tiny bags of fries that were not hot and hardly warm when we got outside. The two beers coming with it were so so. Any bottled beer is far better. Mayonnaise was not even free, but we had to pay EUR 0,35 for just one small quantity for 1 person. In any small Spanish restaurant here in Galicia one can get more atmosphere, better seating, cleaner environment, better views (not on a highway), more plus better food and more drinks and waiter service for the same amount of money. No wonder it looks so desolate.

Arrived to Porrino after hiking the Camino and was excited to try this place because of the high reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in asking a server, who was an older bald man with glasses, if there was a table. I arrived at 8 pm (they close at 12 am) and he said no food, and I could see food on multiple tables AND new food on the counter waiting to be served to tables. I pointed at the food on the counter and another employee behind the bar shrugged his shoulders. Not sure if the man is against English speaking people, pilgrims, or Asians. Not at all impressed and really unfortunate that this was my first impression of Porrino.

Taperia Casa da Avoa is a delightful spot that captures the essence of Galician cuisine in a charming setting. (Translated by Google) Excellent restaurant to spend a good afternoon with quality food and drinks. Very good atmosphere and the Estrella Galicia winery beer with an unmatched flavor, hot and cold appetizers with each round of drinks. The same good service from morning to night, it is worth noting that the kitchen does not close in the afternoon which is ideal for eating and they have maintained the same à la carte prices for the last six years. I recommend eating the Galician lacón, lacón croquettes, cod or an octopus with cachelos and trying one of the vermouths (about 20 different ones) including reserve vermouths...!
