This dog-friendly establishment warmly welcomes furry companions; one visitor's Sharpei was even treated to a special chicken Sunday lunch!
What can I say… Absolutely outstanding!
We had the pleasure of being looked after by Hazel, and she was nothing short of incredible. One of our guests has allergies, and Hazel went above and beyond—nothing was too much trouble. She was incredibly attentive, checked every detail for us, and had fantastic knowledge of the menu, giving us real peace of mind.
The food? Delicious. Every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all. We were a large group of 13, including children and dogs, and every single person (and pup!) was catered for brilliantly. Our dogs loved their special meals—we tried both the sausage and chicken options, and there wasn’t a bite left!
The kids’ menu was great too—plenty of variety and really good quality. We ordered from both the set menu and the main menu, and everything was spot on.
A perfect experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to rose cottage last night for our lovely friends 80th birthday. Got seated on the party table, decorated for her birthday by the lovely Bev. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, food was amazing and the fizz offer was much appreciated. Fab evening, brilliant staff, especially Bev. Will I be back, deffo xxxx
A Proper Treat at Rose Cottage 🐾🍽️
We had a fantastic dining experience at Rose Cottage, made all the more special by the fact that our four-legged companions, Bear and Nova, were welcomed like royalty! They were served their very own doggy dinners – a hearty plate of chicken, veg, mash, and gravy – and they absolutely loved it.
Amy and I tucked into the pork loin roast, complete with crispy crackling, creamy cauliflower cheese, and the cutest little pigs in blankets. Every bite was comforting and full of flavour – proper home-style cooking done right.
The decor is clean, cosy, and charming, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. What really made it stand out was the service – a big thank you to Bev, who looked after us so warmly and added that extra sparkle to our visit.
Highly recommended – and yes, we’ll absolutely be back!
An absolute gem of a pub! We stayed nearby for two nights and, after visiting Sherwood Pines, wanted a dog-friendly place before heading back to our lodge. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, even to our Sharpei, Blue, who was treated to his very own chicken Sunday lunch while we enjoyed four amazing meals. Portions were generous, the food was home-cooked and delicious, and prices very reasonable. Thank you for making our visit so memorable – we’ll 100% be back if we’re in the area again!
This was our first visit, called in for an early dinner with the dog and could not have been more impressed the cottage looks as nice on the inside as the outside, the staff were really warm and friendly and the food was top notch. The doggy dinner went down a treat and was not skimped on at all, would happily recommend and will be going again

Wow what can I say, such an excellent find nestled in beautiful surroundings.
Welcomed with such a friendly greeting, service is second to none. All staff are extremely attentive and friendly.
Menu is varied, lots of choice and judging by the meals arriving around us portions are big.
All our meals were tasty, well presented and was enjoyed by us all. Even the dog loved his chicken dinner.
The decorations inside are so quirky.
The staff really do make this pub extra special.

Café Rouge is a chain bistro that offers classic French dishes in a retro Parisian ambiance. Visitors have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and delicious afternoon tea at this lovely café. The service was quick and efficient, with a variety of tasty options such as calamari, seabass, soup, garlic mushrooms, steak, and mussels. The quality of teas, coffees, and snacks surpassed expectations.
Café Rouge quickly became our favourite restaurant on the park after breakfast there on our first morning. The service was very professional and welcoming! The menu is not the most extensive, but the quality of all of the meals we had still made it hard to choose what to order. Can't wait to return!

Lovely afternoon tea experience. Went with my mum & auntie (we all had the 'traditional' afternoon tea), and my nanna had croque monsieur on it's own. The food was all lovely - especially the cakes! Our favourite was the little jam donut. The waitress even brought my nanna a little pot of hot milk to add to her latte so it wasn't too strong! Much appreciated. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
Lovely meal, generally great food and amazing server - Isla going above and beyond. Only criticism- prawns starter, the actual prawns were lovely but the sauce they came in was exactly the same as the lemon water you rinse your hands in, they’d be much better without it.
We went in the evening during our stay. Staff we lovely and service was quick but we weren't overly impressed with the over priced food.
It was very loud, its lovely they have a little soft play for the kids (just soft padded shapes to play on) but it was just constant screaming, even though we went with our young children even they found it too much and another family asked to move due to the noise.

We had our evening meal at Cafe Rouge today. All our party enjoyed their food but I would like mention how amazing the service from Rachel was. The one year old in our party has several allergies and after reviewing the menu unfortunately there was nothing suitable, Rachel spoke with the chef and they were able to create a meal. We were extremely grateful and want to say how much we appreciated this.
Stevie was such a fantastic host. Couldn’t do enough for us celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. Also good value for money.
Food was delicious for all the family. The chef Rich made an exceptional effort to be inclusive to my vegan diet and the server Rachel was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and we aim to come back again

Bella Mia is a tasty Italian restaurant with delicious food and inviting leather chairs. The staff are friendly, however service can be slow at times. The menu has a lot of options to choose from, including chocolate desserts which is a bonus.
Excellent food and great value on Sundays.
If you can go to Bella Mia on a Sunday you’re on to a winner on the half price night!
I’d recommend booking and going to avoid disappointment.
Because it is so busy the parking can be an issue but there is a bus stop right outside so this isn’t a problem.
Staff are all lovely and the ambience in the restaurant gives an authentic, homely and pleasant dining experience.

I've been here a few times now, and every time the food has been lovely! Really good menu to choose from, the only thing I do wish is that they had something chocolatey on the dessert menu, but that's just my personal preference. I'd say the only thing that has let this place down, is the slow service, as much as the staff are really friendly, service can be so slow even when it isn't busy, so just be mindful it may take a while to get served your drinks and your food order taken! But at least the food is worth the wait! 😊
Nice place to go for a meal. Nicely laid out. Food was fantastic if a little pricey. Really enjoyed the desserts and very well presented.
Overall lovely place to go especially for my boyfriend's 18th. I ordered the breaded goats cheese and for someone who didn't have goats cheese before it was a experience to taste possibly not something I would like but for goat cheese lovers I do recommend. Furthermore for my main I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and I wasn't disappointed at all as it was very delicious. Overall a nice place to go, lovely and friendly staff who work there so I would say it is a sophisticated Italian restaurant.

The three stars are just for the starter- breaded goats cheese. I really did not enjoy Tagliatelle Carbonara. The tagliatelle were swimming in cream and the whole meal was tasteless. Who cooks carbonara with cream? It is just wrong.

We had an amazing experience at Las Iguanas during our stay at Center Parcs Sherwood! The vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible Latin-inspired food made for a memorable evening. Our server was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As a chain I find Las Iguanas can be hit or miss, however this branch was great. All the food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Note, normal offers like happy hour etc do not run here.
We had prebooked a table via the app, so we didn’t have to wait for a table. Whilst the service was slower than some of the other restaurants onsite, service was excellent.
I went for the Tapas of Prawn Chilli Tacos and Patas Bravas, amazing. The Taste of Mexico dish seemed like a really good option for those that have never been to this chain before.
Kids loved their food also. All in all, great option.
They've got robot waiters! Fantastic novelty, though the human servers are best; friendly and helpful.

My companion had the cheese & bacon burger (though it's got a fancy name) with fries and a Pepsi max, followed by a chocolate brownie with ice cream.
I had the vegan fajita with gluten free tacos, fries and vegan aioli, followed by salted caramel ice cream, suitable for everyone.
It was delicious. We were tired after an action packed day cycling around the site, and although I didn't expect to finish it, I even had a bit of space left for dessert.
Seventy-plus quid for two people and no alcohol is hefty, but what we expect from Centerparcs.
We had such a fantastic experience at Las Iguanas! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great buzz around the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented.
What really made our visit special was our server, Hollie. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She had great menu recommendations and her cheerful personality made the whole evening even more enjoyable.
It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine and caring, but Hollie really delivered. We left with full stomachs and big smiles – we’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to las iguanas a few times and it’s never been amazing but the food today was outstanding. We had a couple of the tapas dishes and every single one was backed with flavour! Food was amazing Teeghan & Tyler were lovely they really made the whole experience!
They made our family getaway extra special, when we come back to centre parks we will 100% be coming back!
Been served by Anna tonight and can i just say she is an absolute credit to the place, Happy to answer any questions we had about the food and was very polite when taking our order. The enchiladas were absolutely perfect and very moreish so id definitely recommend them! 10/10 all around very pleased and will be returning

Nestled within the enchanting Sherwood Pines Forest Park, Foresters' Inn is a delightful spot that perfectly complements a leisurely stroll in nature. After indulging in some delicious food, we decided to unwind with a couple of coffees at this charming venue. The atmosphere strikes a lovely balance between pub and café vibes, making it an inviting place for all. With ample space and even a designated area for our furry friends, it's both accommodating and cozy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here during our stay at Sherwood Forest. Lorraine made us feel so welcome and at home. Food is good, adults and children all enjoyed our dinner here.

Atmosphere feels cross between a pub and a café. Quite spacious bar area and a specific area zoned for dogs, which is really handy. Had the pork and stuffing sandwich and soup here and despite low expectations I was actually pleasantly surprised; the quality of the sandwich was equally as good as any of the other food we’d had at Centre Parcs and the price wasn’t outrageous (although you are paying a premium with any on-site facilities).
Fantastic place for food. Probably top 3 places for pub food I've tried in the UK. Great menu full of classics. Highly recommend their garlic bread. Definitely come if you are spending time at Centre Parcs. More of an adult vibe compared to many of the places in the village. A+ service!
A decent walk away from the other restaurants on the site.....but definately worth it.....excellent food from a not too complex menu. Service was also excellent, by all staff who we dealt with.....you dont mind paying a bit more when you get both the critical factors mentioned above spot on.......random squash courts and pool room were a quirky addition to maybe work off the 3courses and 2pints.👍👍👍

Cosy little spot to spend our last night out before we leave (and in a great location if you're staying in this end of the site) and honestly wish we'd gone sooner into our stay as the atmosphere and food is amazing, being a Sunday we went for the 3 course roast and honestly its pub quality food that really makes you feel at home!
We came here for a meal for our first night and told our server (Sam) that it was our son's birthday. She went above and beyond to jazz it up a bit and did not disappoint.
Lovely meal but drinks a bit pricey. £8.25 for a large glass of wine!
