Restaurant
Savant in St. Croix is a popular restaurant known for its fusion of Mexican, Thai, and Caribbean dishes. It's highly regarded by critics and visitors alike and is often ranked among the best restaurants in the Caribbean. The restaurant prides itself on using local ingredients to create unique dishes such as Thai curry with chicken or a fillet of beef stuffed with portobello mushrooms and goat cheese. The cozy indoor dining room fills up quickly, so it's recommended to make reservations in advance.
Hands down - the best meal in the town! Everything is special about this place, the atmosphere, service - fast and polite, and especially food. We tried their lazy lobster, with previously ordered chargrilled calamari appetizer for the first time and their lamb chops for the other night.. - everything was absolutely delicious. Also, the wine cart there is impressive as well. Highly recommended dining experience on St. Croix!

The atmosphere is great. The rear courtyard is beautiful, a bit crowded but we asked to be moved inside and the personnel was really kind and helpful. The food was good but we waited a bit too much, maybe cause it was so crowded. Overall great ambiance to have a date.
Ylieuz — Google review
Everything was amazing! KJ, our server, was very attentive and professional. The food was phenomenal, from drink to appetizers to entrees. We had NO room for dessert and even took home leftovers! We live here and enjoy Savant!
Sara S — Google review
Excellent food and atmosphere. The prices may be a tad higher but the quality of the food is even higher. Enjoyable experience with great dishes. Highly recommend the seafood dishes (we tried almost everything off the menu). Special shoutout to Fran our server who was phenomenal. Recommend calling ahead or getting a reservation. Very nice seating area out back too if the weather allows!
Chad L — Google review
My steak was awesome! However, my wife’s lobster was overcooked and chewy. We brought it to the waitress’ attention and go said she’d get a new one. Come to find out that the lobster was ALL already precooked in the same batch earlier and not cooked to order so they would all be cooked the same. Very disappointing given the price and how long it took it to get our food. The triple layer chocolate cake was good. While we were there, an elderly couple at the table near ours ordered the pour over coffee with their dessert… the first time, they (the waitress) poured way too much water in so the cup over flowed on the table, when the waitress tried to clean it up, the coffee spilled everywhere getting hot coffee on the elderly lady. The second time, the bartender poured the water and still overflowed the cup but luckily they (bartender) left the small water pitcher there so they (the couple) was able to swap out the cup to catch the excess. It was quite the ordeal to watch.

Savant in Christiansted is outstanding! A perfect blend of Caribbean flavors and fine dining. Beautiful ambiance, creative dishes, and attentive service make it a top choice for a memorable meal.

FANTASTIC FOOD!! I never eat all my food but almost completed it this time. Farm to table and excellent. Tip of the hat my friend!
Libby — Google review
Sat in the courtyard, wonderful atmosphere and great food. For a 4-5 star restaurant the prices were reasonable. Spent $170ish, had lobster w/ curry butter, my wife had the bacon wrapped porchop, both excellent, we also indulged in several cocktails. Overall, great experience.

Bar & grill
The Deep End Bar & Grill is a popular poolside restaurant located at Tamarind Reef Resort, offering a diverse menu including salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, and pasta dishes. The venue hosts various events such as disco bingo on Thursdays, West Indian Carnival on Fridays, Sunday brunches, and live music on weekends.
Great breeze with a beautiful view of the ocean and their pool. Our server was so polite and also doubled as the bartender. Such a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, I mean it’s breakfast
Joy C — Google review
The buffet was horrible, and our tablecloth was mold while their google picture of the restaurant looked clean and inviting. The buffet had plain salad, four different types of pasta that were terrible, plain white rice, fried potato slices, terrible fried catfish, dried out chicken curry on a stick that was like jerky and wouldn’t come off, mussels I didn’t have the courage to eat, and dried out turkey on a Buscetta toast. One of the pastas may have had a few tiny bits of beef in it. The buffet was guarded by about 4 workers who dished out the slop painfully slow while acting like they were serving lobster and filet steak. It must have taken 30 minutes to get through the line while using the one paper plate they gave me at the table. The show turned out to be good, but definitely no worth the hideous buffet experience and $40 per person bill with 20 percent added gratuity.
Barry S — Google review
We ate breakfast here group of 4. Food was "not impressive". It Had that Dennys feel. Bloody Mary wasn't a must have either.
Bill G — Google review
The service was great! And the food was to die for. By far the best food on the island. Marissa was a great waitress! ❤️
Hailee W — Google review
One of the the better restaurant / bar that I have been to in some time. The drinks were very tasty & have plenty of alcohol especially the pain killer plus they have some really fancy drinks I never got around to trying. The restaurant is aways from town & is the only place you can eat at if you’re staying at the Tamerind Reef Hotel unless you drive into Christiansted & it was surprisingly very good. The service was also really good though I saw some off islanders that didn’t think it was fast enough for them, they must have been from a big city. Every server & bartender gave great service & everyone was very nice & easy to talk with. I have to point out Maggie & Nesha, two of the Waitresses who were tremendous & the bartender Richard though everyone was great. I was actually surprised how really good the food was & I was there for ten days & had everything on the menu for all three meals plus all the great specials. I have been to many restaurant/bars on the beach yet not with the good food this place has. It is extremely popular & the locals come from all over the island to eat, drink & enjoy the great live music & really fun events they have every night like Disco Bingo & dance lessons among other fun stuff. You also can’t beat the huge pool which is center stage plus the sunsets are incredible & the beach is on the other side of the pool. If you’re ever in St. Croix stop by this place & enjoy the great food, drink, socializing & staff. I am looking forward to going back. Remember to always tip generously, servers have a very hard job & the pay is not great, they depend on your generosity for the job they do.
JIMBO T — Google review
This place was a joy to discover. The cocktails were pretty good, and the atmosphere was beach bar casual. But what set it apart, was the friendly staff (Jillian) that went the extra mile.
Chip W — Google review
Weathered a bit, laid back casual atmosphere. What matters is the food and service were excellent... Fish tacos were the BEST! There's a marina behind the restaurant and we enjoyed sitting in some loungers under trees on the shoreline afterwards... very pretty!
Tina F — Google review
Called ahead to ask if they had live music and were very happy to discover they had an amazing duet playing that night. Both our Hostess and our waitress were amazing! We didn't eat but enjoyed drinks and live music. Great place!

Restaurant
Located on the waterfront at the Caravelle Hotel in Christiansted, Rum Runners is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and fun atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, including vegan lentil balls with passion fruit dipping sauce and papaya lemonade. For those looking to indulge, Rum Runners serves up conch fritters and rum cake doused with local Cruzan Rum.
Excellent little spot right on the boardwalk. View was great, right on the water. Nice chill vibe with music (but not too loud - you could definitely hear each other). A little crab walked by our table. Umbrella tables have a little light to help illuminate the table. Standard menu, but they have daily specials. Drink menu was extensive and well rounded. They have multiple desserts as well. I got the daily Catch - pan seared Mahi with lemon caper sauce - it was phenomenal! The family got shrimp & crab spaghetti, fish tacos, and fish & chips. All were great. We also got dessert - rum cake and twisted pecan pie - also phenomenal!
Emilie G — Google review
I would recommend this restaurant for dining. The food was good and the service was also good. The staff is friendly. Breakfast ends pretty early (10:00) so get there early. The pancakes are delicious and I also enjoyed the seafood pasta special for dinner. My husband and I visited a few times during our stay. They also have very good chocolate cake if you’re in the mood for a desert. The view and overall atmosphere is amazing.
Shaunda C — Google review
Busy restaurant on the boardwalk in downtown Christiansted. For was good. Wasn't expecting fish tacos on a hard shell, but they were still good.
Michael W — Google review
Food and service were amazing and friendly. The view is beautiful. We had the Buffalo Chicken Salad special and the fish tacos. Can't not recommend the Rum Cake enough. It's as thick as a brick and tast amazing!
Chris J — Google review
This place has a great location and was gorgeous at sunset. They have a kids menu which was a plus. We wanted the dinner rolls but they were waiting on bread to rise still so we couldn’t get those. The chicken wings were good. Calamari was average. We ordered a variety of food off the menu and everyone was satisfied but not blown away. Portions were pretty good. Price is expensive for what it is. They were busy while we were there and best we could tell they only have two servers. Nice thing was bartender and another member of the staff were helping so the waits weren’t bad at all for ordering, drinks, or food. When we were leaving the server spilled a drink on me. I probably should’ve been offered some form of compensation for that but wasn’t.

my husband and i came here on our honeymoon and had a lovely dinner! eric, our server, provided us with excellent service. he was knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and created a warm and friendly atmosphere for us. we sat and chatted with him for a while and got some great recommendations for island activities as well. the food and drinks were delicious and we will definitely return here on our next visit to the island!
Hannah T — Google review
The atmosphere is amazing right on the boardwalk/pier. The Food was at best Average but definitely nothing to write home about. Our server Ben was super fast and extremely knowledgeable on everything. Wouldn’t go out of my way but for a night or drink at a present location this is a great spot.one big down side is they don’t start serving dinner until 5:30.
CSM M — Google review
A dive bar find. Extremely low expectations that were blown away. The WVA server was really prompt and made great recommendations. An Indian type onion app was delicious!! The fresh tuna with cream sauce was amazing. The tuna was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly. The vegan gnocchi was chock full of vegetables really well prepared. The crème brûlée cheesecake was a nice touch. Definitely worth going.

Restaurant
The Bombay Club, located in the heart of Christiansted, is a popular restaurant offering a diverse menu with options for every budget. The cozy ambiance, vibrant decor, and traditional Indian music create a welcoming atmosphere. The menu features an array of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as samosas, tandoori chicken, and lamb vindaloo. Dining at this establishment is a remarkable experience. One can enjoy consistently exceptional cuisine crafted by the same chef for over two decades. The culinary offerings are consistently delicious and of high quality. Moreover, the staff is committed to service excellence, proactively going above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. This restaurant is undoubtedly recommended for anyone traveling to St. Croix.

Had a very nice birthday dinner with my wife. Food was very good and staff was friendly.
Mike A — Google review
OMG! The lobster/shrimp/crab chowder was amazing! Skip the cup and get the bowl … $11 and I guarantee it’s delicious! I also got the grilled mahi sandwich that comes with fries or another side. It was perfect too! Bombay is air conditioned and very comfortable to dine in. Plus, they were playing 70’s, 80’s & 90’s pop hits while I was dining and the service provided by my waitress, Francesca, was top notch! All in all, this dining experience was exquisite and the best that I’ve had on St Croix in my 8 days (so far) of being here! In the immortal words of The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger), “I’ll be back!”
Jack B — Google review
Nice place. Not sure why people say there are mixed reviews. We had a good experience. I do recommend reservations. Showing up after 6 may not get you a seat otherwise. The architecture of the building is worth exploring. I heard it was an old Danish townhouse. Whatever it is, very cool. The place is laid back, they're on island time. It took a bit for appetizers and salads to come out. Sit back and have a drink. We tried the "Painkiller" and the "Cruzan confusion". Not too shabby. The staff was great and the bathrooms were clean. The food was good. I had some nice sized pork chops and a hearty serving of taters. The pasta was decent (get something with lobster in it) and the fish (mahi) was good. The appetizers (garlic bread and shrimp/conch) were ok. I'd go back. Prices were a little elevated but the portions were big. My oldest just wanted a "little meal" and got the chicken finger appetizer. It was the biggest and cheapest meal we got (15 bucks with fries).

Note: make a reservation! We didn’t have any issues because the staff was very accommodating but out of courtesy, we highly recommend making one! 😊 Staff was friendly and our waitress was so funny! Recommended some delicious dishes! We had a great evening and enjoyed our experience at The Bombay Club!
Diane H — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed The Bombay Club! Hands down the best food and most attentive service on St. Croix! I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly to order! My daughter had the fried chicken sandwich, which was so big I couldn't have eaten it in one sitting. My wife had Alfredo with shrimp, and my son had Buffalo wings. We all shared food and everything was excellent! Then we finished our meal with the chocolate turtle cheese cake! The cake was large enough we split it evenly between the four of us and our already full stomachs were satisfied 😌.
Tony H — Google review
Claire or bartender and server, was wonderful. We enjoyed our time at the bar, with great drinks, and food that was to good for words. Be sure to check the specials, everything we ordered was off the specials menu. Be sure to save room for the mango rum cake and reservations are recommended.

Dropped by for late lunch/dinner. Drinks were wonderful. Baked brie with olives were phenomenal. The fire roasted pizza with that light and fluffy crust was incredible. Service was friendly and quick. View of the harbor is hard to beat as well.

St. Croix seems to be a pizza island—and why not? It's laid-back and perfect for it. Boardwalk Pizza by the sea is awesome! Great pizza in a great location. We were staying in Frederiksted and came to Christiansted for the evening—it was an excellent choice. The boardwalk had lots of fun food options, but I recommended the pizza place for its simplicity and shareability.

The best pizza ever! It was so delicious!! Small spot with a bar and pizza on the menu. We got the Meat Freak and The Absolute - they were phenomenal. Overlooks the harbor and has plenty of shade. We recommend!!

Very nice place! Like the theme and the atmosphere. Pizza was great, I got the buffalo ranch one. Waiters were great, only thing is she said she would bring a pitcher of water but never did. Otherwise tho it was great

The new owner Michael seems to be doing great things. The pizza was exactly what I was craving. The drinks are strong, our server Pete was fun, and really nice. We will definitely be back a few times before we leave the island.

Great food and great service!! The meat pizza was so good!! We wanted to grab lunch before heading to Buck Island so we decided to go with this place. We got our food in less than 20 mins. Best pizza we have had in a while! Almost ordered another to take back to our room for dinner.

I was shocked at how good the shrimp scampi pizza was! Picture doesn't come close to doing it justice. Also got the bushwacker drink I think it was called and it was delicious.

Absolutely loved our visit to The Mill in St. Croix! 🍕✨ The pizza is incredible — fresh ingredients, perfectly crisp crust, and that unmistakable flavor that only comes from a real pizza oven. Every bite was delicious and totally worth the stop. On top of that, the customer service is top notch! Audrey took such great care of us. She’s an absolute sweetheart and made us feel right at home. Friendly vibes, amazing food, and a charming atmosphere… what more could you ask for? If you’re in St. Croix, don’t miss The Mill. Your taste buds will thank you! 🙌🌴🔥

Impressive breakfast on island time. Lots of locals seem to start their day here, which is a good sign. Had rum cake french toast grilled to a crispy outside with a soft center, along with a side of two eggs, scrambled soft perfectly. A solid breakfast treat worth repeating.

My husband and I both had the American breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and the hash brown casserole — everything was really tasty! Restaurant
BREW STX is a popular open-air restaurant, bar, and microbrewery situated on the Christiansted boardwalk in St. Croix. It's known for its freshly brewed mango lager and offers live music several nights a week, along with entertaining crab races on Mondays. The waterfront location provides a picturesque setting to enjoy craft beer flights while indulging in appetizers, sandwiches, and build-your-own salads.
I had the Crispy Fish Sandwich with a side of hand-cut steak fries and it was absolutely delicious! The fish was perfectly breaded with just the right crunch, and the fresh toppings paired beautifully with the citrus aioli. The fries were seasoned just right and tasted homemade—not your typical frozen batch. We sat on the top deck and the view was just as good as the food. Between the ocean breeze, scenic harbor views, and relaxed vibe, it made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend Brew STX if you’re looking for great food and an even better atmosphere in Christiansted!
Tina W — Google review
Nice little restaurant on the boardwalk. Staff was pleasant. Mixed drinks are a in a smaller cup than usual and decent. Food was alright but could be a little better. We got the tuna which was good, the Asian slaw with it was fishy tasting and not so much. Rice with it was alright. Smaller portions. Atmosphere was nice as by the pier. Couple with us got the mahi taco and stated it was decent.

Perfect spot to grab lunch and good beer. Staff were friendly and took good care of us. It was my second visit to STX and here, definitely will visit again! We tried the shrimp and pasta.
Sheidaly M — Google review
Normally a Favorite, But This Visit Missed the Mark We’ve always enjoyed visiting this spot—great location, fun vibes, and usually solid food. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to expectations. The restaurant seemed noticeably understaffed, particularly on the service side, and many items—both on the specials board and the regular menu—were unavailable, having already been 86’d. I ordered the mussels, but nearly half were either empty or completely closed. While the side of fries was decent, it took less than five minutes to finish the mussels due to the lack of edible portions. I mentioned this to our server, and the response was a bit puzzling—we were offered 50% off since “the mussels had been eaten,” even though the issue was that many of them weren’t edible to begin with. In any case, the closed shells ended up being a treat for the tarpons. The weekly Wednesday crab races are always a fun time, and we’ll definitely be back for those. That said, this experience was a letdown. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend avoiding Sunday evenings or late-night visits, especially during the transition to low season, when stock and staff may be stretched thin.
Tom K — Google review
Ordered Jerk Chicken Nachos for an appetizer. We didn’t mind the long wait because the crab races kept us entertained. We were initially brought the wrong appetizer,2 but that’s ok mistakes happen no big deal. When we got the chicken nachos and I had to dig around in it looking under nachos from a bag searching for the chicken I called The server over and asked if that was normal she said she would go get more chicken for it but then she came back a few minutes later and told me that the kitchen said they “put 2 layers” of chicken on it. You’re selling a $25 chicken nacho basket, not a chicken scavenger hunt. This thing needs to have chicken falling off the top. I sent it back and the guy behind the bar who may or may not have been a manager got very passive aggressive by loudly and repeatedly asking me “What you want me to do” I paid for our drinks and left.
Chad G — Google review
We had such a great experience at Brew STX! I ordered the Cuban sandwich with mac & cheese, and my husband went with a burger and fries — both were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and super satisfying. For drinks, I tried the coconut lime (refreshing and tropical!) while he had the rum punch (amazing!), and they both hit the spot. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the view from the boardwalk just made the whole meal even better. Considering the prime location, the prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend Brew STX if you’re looking for tasty food, great drinks, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere right on the water! 🌴🍹🍔

Loved the mussels, the server was nice, the chickens running around were funny, and the location is beautiful. Their mango brew was great.

Waitress super rude and slow - told a party of 4 people that 20% tip is included in the bill. Food took over an hour. Asked for specials said if we wanted to know what the special were they would take even longer - not a friendly place at all!! And tip you 20% because why !? Although our experience was not the best, I can honestly say the owners are amazing and they truly do care about their customers ! They did reach out and inquire about this and experience not to just make things right but as a learning opportunity for the staff as well. I appreciate you taking the time Jenn and Derek! Cafe Fresco is a charming European-style open-air cafe located in the heart of Strand St. It's a favorite spot for breakfast and brunch, offering a small courtyard with around 8 tables, each with an umbrella. The cafe has no indoor seating but does have air conditioning. Visitors can enjoy delicious dishes like quesadillas, funky chicken, smash burgers, and fries while sipping on refreshing drinks from the full bar.
Went for a lunch. The inside does have air conditioning. The waitress was nice and friendly. Exceptionally clean restaurant. They have a wonderful outside sitting area. I had the smash burger and fries. So good and the portion was enough for two to share. Full bar. Daily specials. A must try. Go enjoy.

The food was amazing, the best quiche I ever had, fluffy like a souffle with flaky crust. Also has the lentil soup and my husband had the smash burger. Great service, nice sitting in the courtyard. My new favorite place!

This is a must…We had such a lovely breakfast sitting outside in the courtyard by the fountain surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. We had their special of which was a quiche, it was light, but perfect for the warm morning. My wife enjoyed a refreshing smoothie that had a wonderful taste to it. Grab a parking spot and head over to this wonderful place and enjoy a delicious meal in the beautiful courtyard!

A lovely breakfast/brunch/lunch spot! They opened promptly at 8:30 and we sat in the courtyard surrounded by plants and with a fountain. The coffee drinks were great, and I had a yummy watermelon mimosa and a terrific capperhenia. Food was great. A top notch spot!

The service was great and friendly. Our server exceeded our expectations. The food was seasoned and cooked beautifully. I love that the server asked what temp I wanted my fish. The desserts were very tasty. The location was pretty cool as well as my children and I were on an adventure.

If we had only came here at the beginning of our vacation, we would have eaten here many times! The food was fantastic! Service was fantastic! Atmosphere and cleanliness Fantastic! If your looking for a great Steak, amazing Pasta, Fried Chicken was great too! Best Sweet Tea on the island! It's inside, climate controlled as well! I just can't say enough good things! If we are ever blessed enough to vacation again in St Croix, we will be back! Highly recommend is an understatement!!!!

Best burger and fish and chips we had on the island. Huge portions; hot and fresh! This place is low key no frills offering solid service and really good food. I would definitely go back and try other items on the menu. Lot or street parking available.

The food at no bones was pretty good but cleanliness should be considered highly. As our waitress Tanya was packing up our food, she used her bare hands to transfer a chicken tender from the dining plate to the to go plate. That was such a turn off. Other than this experience the food was pretty good.

Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at Too Chez, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful experience. Tucked away in the heart of Christiansted, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Upon arrival, I requested a seat at the bar and was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a cozy, air-conditioned bar located at the back of the property. There, I was fortunate to be served by Pasha, whose exceptional service truly elevated the evening. From thoughtful dish recommendations to attentive hospitality, Pasha ensured every detail was just right. The food was outstanding—from the fresh and flavorful starter salad to the perfectly prepared main course. The Zinfandel wine by the glass was also a standout, pairing beautifully with the meal. A sincere thank you to the entire team at Too Chez for a memorable evening. I’ll definitely be returning.

This restaurant is the most consistently amazing food you will find on island and around the world. Everything is always on point! The kendricks have created something that can't be duplicated. The rib dinner will have you scrapping the sauce of the plate. The cheese is the absolute best cheesecake you will ever find. 10/10 everytime you go. * i asked for no strawberry reduction this time on the cheesecake but is also very delicous with it.

We stumbled upon Too.Chez Restaurant and Bar while walking to the boardwalk one evening and were instantly drawn in by the amazing aroma coming from the kitchen. It smelled so good we made a reservation for the following night, and we’re so glad we did! I went with my husband and son, and we tried the risotto cakes, baked brie, shrimp saltimbocca, and the pasta Vera Cruz. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We were also pleasantly surprised by the space, from the street, it looked like a small spot, but once we arrived, we discovered a spacious back patio and an additional indoor dining area. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

The Galleon Steaks and Seafood, situated at The Reef Resort in the Green Cay Marina, is a beloved dining spot that recently underwent a revitalization under the guidance of chef-owner Charles Mereday. With a spacious outdoor deck providing stunning views of the yacht harbor, this restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere for patrons to savor delectable seafood dishes and succulent steaks.
I ate at The Galleon when I was in St Croix. The food was so good and the service was top notch. The bartender was very generous with his pours. The vibe here was so chill and the location was safe. They had a guard at the main entrance making the area more secure. I can’t wait to revisit. Definitely swing by the Galleon if you’re ever in the area!

Such an outstanding restaurant in every way. As you walk in you are immediately greeted. The greeter was outgoing, fun, and chatty. The restaurant is island casual, but yet still a higher end experience. They have an extensive wine list, fun local made cocktails, and a full bar to make any drink you would like. The bartended is very well experienced and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our table with views of Atlantic Ocean, boats in the marina, and tarpon swimming around looking for their dinner. Our service from the moment we sat was definitely 5 star. Alex our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered a couple of appetizers followed by a delicious dinner. All of our food was fresh and local. Which certainly adds to the experience. After dinner we shared a dessert. This restaurant is a must. Give them a shot I guarantee you’ll love it!

My nephew told me about this place, so we decided to go there for dinner. I made reservations for tonight. We were seated right away by the hostess. Our server, David, came and greeted us a few minutes after we were seated, told us about the specials, and provided us with menus. Our table was a bit sticky so we mentioned it to the David who informed us that there was some sort of issue with the finishing on our table as well as some of the other tables in the dining area. I was a little surprised that these tables had that type of issue and were still being used by customers in the dining area. my nephew visited this restaurant a few times before. He was excited for me to try a drink that he ordered last time he visited, TAMARIND OLD FASHIONED, so we both ordered one. The drink was not as my nephew remembered it; he said he could actually taste the tamarind and it was a really good drink. What we received tonight, was mixed differently. It tasted like angostura bitters and a ton of alcohol. It was very strong and neither of us could taste the tamarind flavor in it. I mentioned it to David, and he had the bartender add some more tamarind syrup and ice to the mixture. When he brought it back, it was OK but still not tasting as my nephew experienced it the last time he was there. We ordered appetizers and main courses. My nephew thoroughly enjoyed the beef appetizer special. I ordered the bay scallops appetizer special. The scallops were cooked well but I wasn’t too crazy about the sauce. I ordered one of the entrée specials for tonight, the little neck clams with linguine. I’ve ordered a similar dish at other restaurants before so I typically enjoy it. The al dente style of the linguine was perfect but the entire dish was way too salty. The linguine was salty and the clams were salty. It also had too much butter. I mentioned to David to let the chef know that the dish was too salty. He said OK and left. My nephew’s meal was OK. He liked the salmon special that he ordered but contemplated asking for the salmon to be cooked a little bit more well done. He opted to not do that and instead take it home and prepare it the way he likes it. He ordered a side of macaroni and cheese as well but didn’t like it too much so also decided to take that home to add his favorite seasonings. Based on my experience at the restaurant tonight, I am rating this visit as a 3 star. The food did not stand out. The dishes, particularly my dishes, could have used some improvements: however, the scenery is absolutely beautiful.

Owner should be ashamed!!! Bought a bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine. One wine glass had soap in it - glass was full of bubbles and a film on top of the wine. Server replaced the glass, disregarding the fact that the wine had to be thrown out - replaced a full glass with an empty glass on the table without saying anything. After receiving the bill, I had to leave the table to bring this issue to her attention. Not good! I had the surf & turf, special that night. Filet mignon, by itself, is $48 on the regular menu. Charged $123 for the plate... meaning that a 1/2 lobster tail equals $75?! My guests had a great tasty meal. Shrimp & Grits and Duck breast. This could have been handled more appropriately. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Loved it so much we went back two days later! This has to be the best restaurant in St Croix.. fine dining at its best. Hats off to the chef for making incredible dishes! Duck, ribeye, and rack of lamb are all phenomenal.. not to mention all the side options! The waitstaff is very attentive and professional. If you’re looking for special not out, visit The Galleon!

The atmosphere was nice, we sat out on the patio. The waitress was nice but was very clueless about the bar selection. Everything we wanted was out of stock and she offered no substitutes. We ended up drinking passion fruit juice. The appetizer took forever even though there was only three to four tables occupied in the entire restaurant, we got the tamarind shrimp, the cornbread was the only thing good. FINALLY, our food came, my salmon was only cooked on the top, bottom was completley raw, makes me wonder how they cooked it, the aparagus tasted like they was on the verge of going bad. I boxed my food up for my dog. Waste of a good $102. Never ever again!
Daja L — Google review
Outstanding in every way. Location, atmosphere, service, food, entertainment was lovely, Steve playing guitar. Including the friends at our table. Clam linguine, lamb chops, salmon, sirloin special, wedge salads, wings, scallop appetizer. I didn’t want to leave. Wished it was my restaurant. Visiting from Wisconsin.

Food is very delicious, although the mixed drinks are awful. If you eat dinner here, definitely stick with wines or beer if you want an alcoholic beverage. I’ve tried the mimosas, cosmopolitan and pisco sour and all were awful! Drinks were so bad I didn't even bother taking a picture! It also took forever for our entrees to come out.

Hamilton’s is a high-end, exclusive restaurant located in the heart of downtown Christiansted on St. Croix. Named after Alexander Hamilton, this Americana-style upscale steakhouse offers an extensive wine list and incredible in-house desserts. The manager and sommelier, Gary, is known for his extensive knowledge of wines. The restaurant provides a great atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent service.
This place was remarkable. The experience was amazing like none others I hadn’t had in a while. I was trying to make a reservation prior but was unable to since I’m so used to OpenTable so when my daughter and I arrived on Sunday for her birthday dinner before we left the island we were told there was no availability however when we went to exit the angel of a manager Dwayne made preparations for us to be seated and served for that I am so grateful. The waiters Kevin and Alex were so nice and courteous continuously checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Also their bartender was so sweet and funny though I didn’t get his name. The atmosphere was great I absolutely recommend. The art and history was beautiful. You must go to this restaurant if you visit experience 10/10 with great pricing as well!

We had a wonderful dinner at The Hamilton in St. Croix! The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We started with the arancini and the tomato soup from the specials menu. Both were delicious, but the tomato soup really stood out, it was rich, flavorful, and comforting. For our mains, we had the risotto, seafood pasta, and the burger. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the burger was especially impressive, huge and definitely shareable! Overall, a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to the island.

We were new to the place and area and everyone was very nice. From the lady that gave us directions over the phone to the waiter that took our order. The food was great and the atmosphere was calm. The only thing was it was super hot in there and the waiter though I dined and dashed becasue I paid online. ;)

Ordered the $18 Shrimp open Faced Sandwich. I think It shouldn’t be labeled a sandwich , maybe Shrimp sliders instead. I asked Bria for the portion size & she either couldn’t tell me or knew & didn’t want to tell me how small it was. Outside of the disappointing portion size, it tasted great ! Bria the bartender was helpful. I ordered the seafood pasta and specifically requested for the shrimp to be seared. However, when the dish arrived, the shrimp hadn’t been seared at all. To avoid any confusion, I pulled up an image of properly seared shrimp to show the manager, just in case I needed to clarify what I meant. Instead of acknowledging the difference, she dismissed the photo by saying the shrimp looked burnt — which clearly came off as passive-aggressive. I calmly told her that if searing the shrimp wasn’t possible, I’d be happy to just request a refund. Interestingly, after I said that, she suddenly asked the chef to sear the shrimp, which took all of two seconds. When she returned, she briefly pointed out the now lightly seared shrimp, then stormed off without giving me a chance to thank her. I know that customer service standards in St. Croix are almost non-existent, and I recognize that many employees are overworked and underpaid. That said, it would be helpful if this company considered improving working conditions + Increased employee wages — not only for the sake of the staff but also to create a better experience for customers. It's frustrating to encounter attitude from an employee over minor requests. The manager I interacted with was a light-skinned woman, approximately 5’9", wearing a long floral dress. She didn’t provide a name, but it was clear she was a local.

Enjoyed this so much! I had original reservations for another place but they had closed for the evening without letting us know. We decided to see if Hamiltons would take us. The goat cheese was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This cozy little gem by the harbor is a nice place! The seafood is delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The cocktails? Strong, smooth, and crafted with care. Place was packed and the staff was light and a little stressed out from the overload and a table of impolite people. We had a very good lunch, good service and a decent time here. Nate's Boat House at the end of the Board Walk with waterfront dining, turned out to be the perfect spot for a wonderful Happy Hour & Sunset. Our Server William was very attentive and polite, he relocated to St Croix from Michigan 1 1/2 years ago and is here to stay - stop in and support him. We had 4 gin and tonics, Conch Fritters, and Calamari. The dishes looked beautiful, generous servings that tasted delicious. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as seating at the bar, with a couple TV's. We had our Fur baby Willoughby with us, Everyone said hello and brought her a big bowl of water . Children are welcome and have plenty of space to be children, (they are able to walk around the tables while mom and dad have a chance to dine.

I'm pretty sure the food made us sick, or maybe it was the one hour wait before we got our food so by the time we ate we didn't care what it was. Conch fritters were edible. The mash potatoes and Brussels were surprisingly good, fried shrimp tasted of old oil, chicken sandwich was wet and bland. The waitress was a sweetheart but could use more help. Great breeze and view, maybe a great stop for a drink but would not recommend for food.

Galangal, located in downtown Christiansted on St. Croix, is a popular dining spot offering French-Asian fusion cuisine with hand-crafted cocktails and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant prides itself on authentic Asian flavors, sourcing many ingredients directly from Thailand and serving locally-sourced fish and produce. Galangal's intimate dining room and art gallery provide a unique setting to enjoy top-quality Thai food while immersing in the culture.
We were greeted in the most friendly and respectful manner. They make you feel like royalty. AND THE FOOD… amazing from appetizer to dessert. Best meal we had in a while and for sure on the island. Would come back in a heartbeat. My husband and I were happily surprised to see this level of cuisine and customer service here. Highly recommend! I just wish they were open more days!

We had a fantastic dinner at Galangal in Christiansted! I went with my husband and two kids, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with the pad Thai, papaya salad, and squid salad, all fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. For our mains, we had the crispy snapper with green curry, the ggg pork tenderloin, and the Asian beef short ribs, each dish was beautifully cooked and so satisfying. We finished the meal with the coconut cream brûlée and the mango sorbet with chocolate cake, the perfect ending to an incredible dinner. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant made the whole experience even more special. We’d definitely go back!
Fabrisa G — Google review
We had dinner here on a Wednesday evening and it wasn’t crowded. The food was very good as well as the dessert. I had the crispy chicken breast bowl and I highly recommend it. My husband had the Pad Thai which came spicy even though it wasn’t listed as so on the menu. The service was very slow. One server was attentive and the other was very slow and inattentive. The flourless chocolate cake was delicious. It comes with a scoop of ice cream, but we were charged for the ice cream.
Saloni T — Google review
I like spicy food, but this was over the top. Pad thai was gelatinous, hardly any chicken or egg and no veg. Steamed snapper was insanely spicy, so much so you can't taste anything. We had some mocktails that were pretty gross.
Rob B — Google review
So you’re in St. Croix and want a super high end Thai dinner with the feel of a luxurious restaurant, well this is the place. Dress is casual business, staff is complimented by the owners whom greet and seat you. Wondering what to expect: well I have eaten here every visit and consistency, courteous staff and delicious food at a very reasonable price! Theodora was our server this last visit and service was spectacular with some menu recommendation’s. So we pondered taking a 6 year old and even our 19 month old as this can be challenging as most parents know but child care is hard to find and what the heck - we tried it! The owner and staff welcomed our large party in and catered to the kids while we dined on some of the most awesome dishes and a plethora of deserts, my favorite was the coconut crème brûlée! Tip: so on the opportunity when asked remember that they will gladly spice your meal on a scale from 1 to 10, I keep ramping it up, I did a five this time and it was pretty darn spicy but delicious! The kids enjoyed the mango ice cream! Although this is a relatively small restaurant, parking is tough, so arrive early, I would highly recommend that you get a reservation as this is probably one of the most popular spots for fine dining, casually dressed in the island of St. Croix. Top off the dinner with a walk to the harbor and local bars that are fun with a Cruz-an vibe close by!
Gary H — Google review
I had really high hopes for the food because of all of the good reviews and how crowded it was when I walked by on Thursday evening. I came for dinner on Friday evening and ordered a dirty martini, Thai beef salad, thom kha soup, and green curry. The dirty martini took a very long time to make despite the restaurant being less than half full. The Thai beef salad was very good. The thom kha soup was honestly the worst thom kha I have ever had, and I eat Thai quite often. It tasted like a bowl of unseasoned coconut milk. No galangal, no lemongrass, no chili, no lime, none of the flavors that make a thom kha soup were to be found. I asked for some lime wedges and Thai chilis and even after adding that there was almost no flavor. When I told the waitress my thoughts after she asked she said that they don’t add any spices and they squeeze one lime wedge before serving. So it’s not a thom kha soup in any sense and really shouldn’t be labeled as a traditional thom kha. The green curry was pretty bland but at least they got the spice level correct - although it tasted more like strong black pepper than Thai chilis like I was expecting. There were pretty large chunks of raw onion in the curry. The plating of the rice bowl was super sloppy. One of the waitresses was super attentive and great, the other was distracted and I had to ask several times for my side of chilis and a new spoon. The only hit of the night that tasted like true Thai cuisine was the Thai beef salad. I had pretty high expectations especially because the prices were very high and overall was disappointed by the food. I wouldn’t come back, and honestly I would recommend you save the money and eat elsewhere.

Don't miss the mussel appetizer! Flavorful and beautiful. Great setting, hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the wines, service was great. Awesome place for a burger. We stopped in during a rain storm and found a seat right away. Their ordering process is amazing … you fill out your own order … so nothing can be wrong. The server (sorry didn’t get her name) was great and very attentive. We had an awesome view … a couple of adult beverages to go with our burgers … I would highly recommend.

I understand why this is a local hang out! Great food, friendly bartenders, and an incredible view. The food is basic, but good and the pour with a heavy hand. If I lived in St. Croix, this would be my cheers.

In a great spot on the boardwalk with views of the water. The service was good. We had no idea they just serve burgers really. Kind of "fast food" to-go style even though you are eating inside. Comes in a brown bag for you to take out of the bag to eat. The burger was good. You really only need a single patty since they are a good size. The fries were ok. A pile of shoestring fries stuck together in the bag. A bit too greasy for my liking.

We both ordered rum punches — the first was a little too strong for us, but he kindly made us another that was lighter while letting us keep the first one too. That was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. For food, we both had hamburgers. My husband ordered fries with Cajun seasoning, which were more flavorful compared to the rosemary & thyme fries I chose. Next time, I’d probably go with a different seasoning — maybe even try the truffle fries! Overall, the food was tasty, and the service really stood out. The atmosphere is very nice, with a great vibe and a beautiful boardwalk view. One small piece of feedback: the food was served in aluminum foil with plastic cups. Given the effort to avoid plastic straws (you can buy reusable metal ones for $1), it would feel more consistent — and environmentally friendly — to serve meals on actual plates. Not a deal-breaker at all, but something worth mentioning. All in all, delicious food, excellent drinks, and some of the friendliest service we’ve had. Definitely worth a visit! 🌴🍹🍔

We stopped here one night because it was one of very few places open after 9pm. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food, specifically the wings! Burgers were good as well. Fries were okay- fair style but not our favorite.

The location is beautiful and the view is masterful. I sort of expected a dive bar but was quickly seeing the quality in the food also not just prime location to have a meal. My cheeseburger was FaaaaanTastic! They have a simplified ordering process. The staff was friendly and clearly enjoyed working there. Places like this make me want to move here. The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. I probably won’t eat dinner after this lunch.

This became one of our favorites in St. Croix… so good that although we stayed in Frederiksted, before we left the island we drove back to eat there again! Although they are known for their hamburgers we fell in love with their chicken sandwich. See the picture… & yes it is as good as it looks. Huge portions, friendly service, great prices, cold beer and water views on the boardwalk. Recommend the garlic Parmesan fries which we also got twice as well. Easy ordering process where you fill out a sheet building the burger you want and lively bar with some chill moments as well based on timing!

Ziggy's Island Market, LLC is a casual kitchen and tavern located in a gas station/convenience store on the East End of St. Croix. The owner, who is also a chef, prepares gourmet food on a flat iron grill outside the restaurant. If you are on St. Croix on Sunday morning, don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to enjoy some fabulous food at an affordable price.
A gas station eatery that is crazy good! Order where you pay for gas, grab a few seats, they bring out to you. Everything was delicious, especially the Italian and Cubano sandwiches! My son ordered both of these and I couldn't stop sneaking bites! Surprisingly they also serve Curry dishes, my daughter loved the Roti and I really enjoyed the Shrimp Curry. So glad we found this little gem.

Excellent food if you can get there before it sells out! We got the last brisket 30 minutes after dinner service started. The people working there are great and so are the locals. The outdoor bar on the side is really awesome and full of good people. This was our best meal during our 8 days on the island. If in St Croix, this is a MUST DO. The chef is great there! Delicious food, big portions, well worth the price.

Best brunch but also best meal on the island thus far. The food was phenomenal, bartenders were fast, fun, and drinks were totally yum. How can this food come from a gas station?? Don’t miss this Sunday brunch. It’s insanely good. A bit of a wait but have a couple drinks and chill and enjoy the vibe. Surf and turf Benedict and breakfast stacker shown here. And their bloody had homemade pickled veggies

Ziggy’s is a local staple every day of the week, for a fuel stop, food run, snack shop, or a bathroom break. However the events held here are a beloved local tradition, such as Sunday Brunch. You can’t miss out on the sweet OR savory options, with a rotating menu and never a morsel left to waste on your plate. Servings are generous, atmosphere is welcoming, employees are friendly, and ingredients are fresh and tasty. Don’t skip Ziggy’s Island Market whether you’re just passing through for vacation or a native Crucian.
Hailey — Google review
Awesome food and cheap beers, locals come here a lot and the bartender works in the city apparently. The more detailed menu starts at 6 apparently and it was awesome pork burritos and firecracker shrimp bowl. One of our best stops on the island so we stopped twice
Alex J — Google review
Ziggy’s is a local expat spot with a rotating brunch menu. There’s tons of great seating on the patio and a limited bar-no frozen drinks and minimal mixers but good prices. Not having the mixers was surprising because it was literally available in the market behind the bar. We were excited to try the food however felt it was all hype, more rum may have helped. The food lacked salt, or any distinctive flavor. there was also so much plastic being used we felt wasteful! Perhaps we came on a bad morning? Not sure we would be willing to try again.
Jacksman — Google review
We had Sunday brunch at Ziggy's! Doesn't look like much as you pull up to the gas station; but, don't let that deter you! This guy is cooking up gourmet food in the parking lot, on a flat iron grill like I have at home! If you are on the island on Sunday morning, don't waste your money at some fancy restaurant. The tattooed CHEF at Ziggy's will leave you overjoyed with any of his fine offerings.
Tony H — Google review
Made a stop here on the way to the east end...sneaky hidden gem. Yes, this is a gas station. Yes, it's also a bar. Yes, it's a fun stop. The food was good, had the cuban, but the environment was fun. People just talking, laughing, and playing games. Great place to stop at after the beach to grab some food and drinks. **Order inside the gas station, they'll bring the food to the bar for you.

Fast food restaurant
Singhs Fast Food is a small, local joint in St. Croix that offers a variety of authentic island dishes. The menu includes multiple meat and tofu varieties, as well as shrimp, conch, goat, and tofu stews. The place is known for its generous portions and friendly staff. It's popular among tourists looking for a taste of local cuisine away from the more touristy restaurants by the water.
What can I say? If you're looking for homecooked flavorful food with tons of variety and ample portions, choose Singhs Fast Food. As a visitor to St Croix, a food tasting tour with " A Taste of Twin Cities Food Tour with VI Tours" (Viator) brought us to this gem. We sampled a dish called a "double" - just enough for a quick morning meal. It's similar to a roti but not. Satisfying but not a meal to weigh you down. I must say i visited Singhs one more time for a dinner platter and was not disappointed! Friendly service on top of curry shrimp, seasoned rice, fish, cabbage, and a few other random items I threw in because everything looked scrumptious. Just give them a try when you're on St Croix- you won't be disappointed.
Junell H — Google review
This wasn’t just lunch—it was an incredible culinary experience. While exploring the boardwalk and searching for a local spot to eat, a friendly local recommended Singh’s. Just a few blocks up King Street, we decided to take their advice—and we’re so glad we did! We ordered two lunches: shrimp with spinach and mac & cheese, and conch with plantains and rice & beans. Every dish was fresh, hot, and generously portioned. The flavors were exactly what we craved on our Caribbean adventure. If you’re looking for an authentic Caribbean food experience and aren’t concerned about ambiance, I highly recommend Singh’s. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. We’re already planning to return before our trip ends!

Came here for a late lunch / early dinner. Food was pretty good, but very very cold. It for sure isn’t being kept at the correct temperature. Service was great and he was friendly explaining all of the food. We got two meats, a sandwich type local item (can’t remember the name) and a side of beans and it was $27 - I think we were overcharged, but no prices were listed.
Rebekah D — Google review
Friends and I toured the island while on a cruise. Our tour guide highly recommended this place, stating it was the only place in town that served local/authentic island food. It's a hole-in-the-wall with a few tables; and a counter that featured a variety of dishes. I ordered the goat along with rice and veggies. My two friends shared a shrimp dish. Everything was very good. The portions were huge!! It's located 0.4 mile walk from the water area where the other touristy restaurants are located. I'd go back!!

Great place to eat!!! Very reasonable prices!! Wife and daughter really like the Doubles sandwich, get it spicy, it’s not that hot but lots of flavor. I had the chicken vegetable lasagna!! It was incredible. Chicken, cabbage, carrots, spinach, all placed between lasagna noodles, sauce, and plenty of cheese!! Finished with the local Johnny Cakes for dessert.

Caroline's Breakfast is a new eatery in St. Croix with limited outdoor seating, but the stunning view of Christiansted Harbor makes it worth the wait. They serve their famous breakfast all day and have a small lunch menu starting at 11 a.m. The fresh-juice cocktails are also highly recommended.
My husband & I ate brunch here one morning and loved it so much that we had to go a second time before we left the island. We had a great experience with the food and the staff were very friendly. I loved the decor inside & all the pink!

Nice cozy ambience near the boardwalk. Went for breakfast and tried quiche, avocado toast and crepe. We loved the beignet. The next day we went again but the service was very slow, so they apologized and did not charge for the food.

We had an amazing and flavorful meal. We highly recommend the Caroline's Omelet and the Snapper sandwich with salad; both were fresh and perfectly prepared. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Pumpkin bread. Abby our waitress was great and attentive. The atmosphere was nice, quiet, and very relaxing. We had an amazing time and will certainly be back!

Just ok. It’s one of the only places open early enough for breakfast in Christiansted. The environment is cute, but all of the decor needs dusting. We ordered the bananas fosters French toast was ok—wasn’t as indulgent as I had hoped for. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Took way too long to get our order, our food, and our check. They definitely run on “island time” here. Staff wasn’t exactly cheery, but also not rude either.

Had breakfast here and it was delicious. The classic American breakfast and veggie Benedict were very very good. My son ordered Belgian waffles and didn’t like them. They were a little too soft. The coffee was watery so had an americano instead and it was perfect! Highly recommend! Staff was really friendly.

Duggan's Reef is a family-owned seafood restaurant on St. Croix, offering the freshest fish and best lobster with a stunning view of Buck Island. The menu features fresh fish, pasta, grilled rack of lamb, filet mignon, and delectable desserts. With over 30 years of experience, Duggan's Reef provides fine dining with reliable sources of fresh seafood. The beachfront location offers a memorable experience with accommodating staff and top-notch service.
Excellent! Call ahead for reservations. Small, open air resturaunt with ambiance (college penents on the rafters!) and the best food that we had on the island. My fresh tuna picatta, risotto and asparagus was awesome. My husband's seafood Alfredo was so creamy and flavorful. The lobster bisque was to die for. I wish I had gotten a bowl, not a cup. Just overall an wonderful food experience.

A Memorable Dinner at Duggan's Reef ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last night, my partner and I dined at Duggan's Reef, and it exceeded our already high expectations. Several friends had recommended the restaurant, and we now understand why. From the stunning location to the exceptional service and food, it was an unforgettable evening. The Atmosphere: Nestled right on the beach on the northeast end of the island, Duggan's Reef offers breathtaking views of Teague Bay. We arrived just in time to watch the sunset from the deck, sipping on cocktails as the waves crashed nearby. The atmosphere exudes laid-back beach club vibes, where nice casual attire is perfectly fine. It’s the ideal mix of elegance and relaxation, with a blend of locals and visitors adding to the charm. Reservations and Service: Reservations are highly recommended, especially for groups larger than two, but for those without, the bar is a cozy spot to enjoy a drink or dinner if space available. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who had an owner-like presence. Shortly after being seated, the bartender/GM greeted us personally, offering drink recommendations. This personal touch made us feel instantly at home. Our server, May, was phenomenal. Her warmth, professionalism, and detailed explanation of the specials hinted at the exceptional experience we were about to have. As someone who has worked in the restaurant and bar industry for over a decade, I recognize quality service—and May was a true standout. The Food: We started with the steamed mussels (red curry, coconut, basil, ginger), which were incredibly fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. For our mains, we shared a medium-sized lobster and a perfectly cooked 14-oz ribeye steak. The ribeye, with just the right amount of marbling, was tender and delicious. The lobster was flavorful, though slightly overdone. To accompany our mains, we shared several sides: roasted mushrooms, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a baked potato. All were excellent, but the mashed potatoes stood out as especially creamy and well-seasoned. We requested our meal to be coursed out, with plenty of time to enjoy each dish and relax between courses. The team executed this perfectly, even retrieving us from the deck when our mains were ready. For dessert, we chose the rum cake over the carrot cake—a decision we might rethink next time. While the rum cake was flavorful, it was slightly dry with a bitter edge on the crust. We’ll be sure to try the carrot cake on our next visit. The Verdict: The food was exceptional, and the service was even better. May was an absolute rockstar, balancing attentiveness with a relaxed approach that allowed us to enjoy our evening at our own pace. The entire experience—from the sunset views to the welcoming atmosphere to the standout dishes—was remarkable. Duggan's Reef is a must-visit. Whether you're a local or visiting the island, it’s the perfect spot for a special night out. When you go, definitely ask for May—you won’t regret it.

My family has been going here since the ‘80’s and this particular night was just after an engagement. The service, atmosphere, friendliness and of course food is always at the very top of our list of “must go’s”. Thank you Frank and Leah for making the night so special and Frank and Linda for making the visits each and every year spectacular.
Scott K — Google review
The food is very good. Fresh chilled Beet Salad was a big hit at our table. Lobster Pene was delicious. Rich complex flavors. Massive portion. Enough for two people. Service is smart and prompt. The bar is very thin. Not many offerings of better liquor. I expect more with the prices and the reputation online. All open air. No A/C. Oddly decorated like a Sports Bar w NCAA pennants all over. Kind of clashes with the upscale vibe the menue tries to communicate.

40 Eats and Drinks is a cozy urban Italian restaurant in Christiansted, offering a casual atmosphere and locally sourced ingredients. The menu features creative preparations of fresh fish, Italian specialties, and salads made with local greens. Their signature dish includes several varieties of mac and cheese. The Sunday brunch is popular, so reservations are recommended. Guests can enjoy delicious coffee cocktails like the espresso martini and unique dishes such as Voodoo Shrimp n Grits.
10 a.m. Sunday brunch was delish but make sure you make a reservation ahead of time, like most places lately. I asked the server for a coffee with alcohol, to get the party started, and she didn't mention the espresso martini but I found it eventually. It was pretty good! I also ordered the Voodoo Shrimp n Grits. I was nervous about the bananas but my server was sweet and patient and finally convinced me to try it as is. It was DELISH!!!! The sweetness of the grilled bananas was not overpowering and was actually perfect with everything else! I definitely suggest this cute little restaurant to anyone visiting St. Croix!
Miss G — Google review
It was good, not great. The rock shrimp appetizer was the best part of the meal, but $17 for an appetizer is too high. The clam linguini was ok, but the white wine sauce was too strong or undeveloped. Too much of an alcohol taste. The snapper was just ok. The quinoa and feta artichoke sauce was very good, but the snapper tasted frozen or perhaps it wasn't snapper. I live in Florida and have a freezer full of snapper I caught, so I know what fresh snapper tastes like. The chocolate rum cake was delicious. The service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. I hate leaving low or average reviews, but $95 for 2 people, 1 alcoholic beverage, 1 dessert, 2 entrees and an appetizer is priced high enough that it calls for honesty in my opinion.
Rob — Google review
The highlight of the dish is the broccolini. Chicken is white, chewy and lacks seasoning, mashed potatoes are bland and do not taste like they have any bit of Parmesan. The white wine sauce is yummy. Not at all worth $29. Kicking myself for not going with my gut feeling—the Shrimp Scampi.
Shalonda D — Google review
Quaint restaurant. Great service. Food was prepared well and they had a nice selection of food with a small menu. The bartender made great drinks! The food was over priced. This dish was 36$. It was probably four oz of fish. And two pieces of broccolini. The baked potato my boyfriend ordered was sitting for too long and was brown. His steak was huge. He really enjoyed that dish.

Great friendly service. Great tasting food. Can tell they use good quality ingredients. Will definitely be back. Guava mimosa off the hook.

My bf and I came here for brunch. We were seated outside. I ordered the Healthy Banana Split while my bf got the Vodoo Shrimp & Grits. Both orders were pretty good. Blues' Backyard BBQ & Grill is a popular roadside stop in St. Croix, offering the best BBQ dishes like brisket, pork, and ribs with all the fixings. The place is known for its amazing food and friendly staff. Visitors can enjoy live entertainment while savoring delicious meals such as meatloaf grilled cheese, chicken nachos, and pot pie. The relaxed atmosphere features live music from DJs and bands on Thursdays, adding to the overall experience.
Always a great time here! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently friendly. Be sure to visit Eddie at the bar—he’s a standout and makes the experience even better. The local drinks are well-priced, making it an easy spot to settle in and relax. The brisket is a go-to favorite—tender, flavorful, and reliably good every time. If you’re around on a Thursday, don’t miss the pot pies. They’re a crowd favorite and tend to sell out fast, so either get there early or call ahead to reserve one. You won’t regret it!

Probably my favorite place to eat in St Croix. The food is amazing. The BBQ ribs fall off the bones. The turkey is moist. Chicken delicious. There's entertainment as well. Only thing is that I can't figure out when they're open, but it's island wide. Save some chicken entrails so you can devine their hours of operation. Well worth the trip there. Folks are super friendly. Park in the lot by the street. Their lot on the side, the paving is atrocious. Again an island-wide tradition.

Solid authentic Mexican food, says this non-expert. They make a hot sauce in-house which, in small quantity, made their very good salsa and queso great! Chimichanga was great - loved the crispy shell. Sodas are served in cans. Our server, Rachel, was friendly and personable!

Good service in an open air space. Kung Pao Chicken Pizza sounded interesting and was impressive. Chicken wings were good with a proper buffalo sauce. Great place to go with the wife and have a beer and some food. It is close to where we stay in Cotton Valley and it is always a main stay when in town. The staff is always friendly. The food is great. Pizza, salad, wings. All good try it when on the East side of the Island.

Great porch-side lunch spot with rotating menu items. Highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. The food is great, the staff, though small, is lovely. Delicious passion fruit mimosa! Watch the hummingbirds while you eat and relax

Love Cafe Christine! Such yummy lunch choices that make you feel full and light at the same time. I enjoy the veggie platter and Chicken salad sandwich, too good. And the fresh lemonades and cappuccino hit the spot! Thank you for the great little gem, a beautiful courtyard dining.

One of my favorite places to go on the whole island! The food is always extremely fresh (farm fresh greens, etc), not to mention it is very tasty. This is my go-to place when I want to eat healthy but still have a delicious lunch. Also, their pies are the perfect desert after any meal!

Would love to have tried this place. Looked very nice. Unfortunately, despite what seemed to be ample seating was told they were full. I guess make sure you plan ahead and make a reservation. As a suggestion, maybe there should be something on the website about calling ahead for seating.

The Bistro, Coffee and Eatery in St. Croix offers a unique dining experience with great service, food, coffees, and drinks. They provide both outdoor seating and indoor air-conditioned dining options as well as fast carry-out service. The bistro opens early every day to serve breakfast and lunch. Customers have praised the catering services provided by Trey for weddings and personal 5-course meals at vacation homes, highlighting the delicious food and excellent service.
Trey prepared a personal 5 course meal in our vacation home while in St. Croix and it was amazing! The attention he gave to guests with special requests made the delicious meal even better. Every course outdid the previous course. I have never had a better salad, the crab cakes were perfect, the steak rosettes were perfectly cooked, the scallops melted in your mouth and the mahi and asparagus were truly mouth watering. It was spectacular and an experience that I will never forget. Thank you!

Trey and his private chef services were a highlight of our girls trip to St Croix. Trey was laid back, reliable, easy to work with and had a large menu selection to choose from. Everything was so fresh and yummy! Crab cakes, roasted veggies and the lobster pasta were some favorites. He was very affordable for the quality and amount of food provided, we had so many leftovers!! I wish we would have done it earlier in the week to enjoy them. Book Trey, you won’t regret it!

Today is 4/16/25 and the lady that took my order over the phone was not pleasant even worse in person to pick up my order. She got my order wrong by giving me a wrong size drink. I paid for a large matcha and was given a medium and all she did was add extra milk to fill up the large. My Frappe was loose n watery. And it tasted bad. This is the first time coming here for years and I have never had such a bad experience. I don’t know if this place is under new management now but some training on customer service and professionalism needs to be had immediately or they will lose more long time regular customers such as myself. My fries was like they were dipped in oil with zero crunch or freshness like they usually are. The whole experience and atmosphere was horrible. Even the other two workers on the floor didn’t look at or greet no one walking in.
Ms. C — Google review
Four or us ate here for lunch. We each had a meal with chicken and all the meat was extremely overcooked and dry. Either that or the meat was from super old chickens. Very tough. The fries were good but the coffee was not good either. Very little flavor. Go to Caroline’s. Way better food.

They have an actual kiosk screen where you can place your order and pay without even talking to anyone! I have been saying for years this is what every place on the island should be doing, and here is probably the first! Amazing!!!

Very rude server, the lady with tattoo was very condescending, and robotic, insisted to order from the window, while looking to order some pastries. My order was not in, and wanted to give me the wrong order. Bad customer service!

Best specialty coffee on island!! The Extreme Toffee Coffee is the best. Always a perfect choice for breakfast in the mornings. Specialty wraps, specialty sandwiches and bagels, great fruit smoothies, soups and lunch specials and finally amazing pastries like the Guava Cheese Quesito. Service always warm and friendly. Ital in Paradise offers a delightful experience for vegans and vegetarians visiting St. Croix. The tour includes tasting locally sourced vegan lentil balls with passion fruit dipping sauce, papaya lemonade, and Armstrongs Ice Cream in island flavors like mango, banana, and gooseberry. Anquanette leads the tour through historic buildings, parks, and attractions in Christiansted while sharing the rich narrative of St. Croix's history and culture.
Wow, I'll be dreaming about this food for months to come. I got the snapper and my bf got lamb. The food was so fresh, so simple, yet had so much flavor. Those lentil balls? OMG I gotta figure out how to make them. This place is much better than other tourist spots on the boardwalk, highly recommend.
Kleopatra G — Google review
Vegetarian’s Review: We initially considered dining at Galangal (a Thai restaurant) but, after reading outstanding reviews on Google, we decided to try Ital in Paradise for an authentic Caribbean experience—especially since good Thai food is widely available. And we were glad we did! Our Selections: • Pepper Steak Tofu – 3/5 • Black Bean Salad – 5/5 • Coconut Cabbage Curry – 4/5 • Jasmine Rice – 5/5 • Lentil Balls – 5/5 • Lentil Ball Sauce – 5/5 We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered takeout of the same dishes for brunch the next day while traveling. What Makes This Place Special? • They offer gluten-free pasta. • All their side dishes are vegan. • They are intentional about accommodating vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. While the restaurant was originally fully vegan/vegetarian, they have since added some meat and fish options to sustain their business. The service was excellent, and the location in downtown is convenient and inviting. To our vegan and vegetarian friends—this is a must-visit spot. Let’s support and encourage this fantastic restaurant!

Just had dinner there with my daughter. You don't need fancy and expensive to have a great meal. We went to the fancy resort earlier, and this meal was MUCH better. This was wonderful! Definitely recommended for those going into town for food!

LOVED LOVED! So delicious this food. The tofu was yum! And I went back for a sandwich to take on the plane. Great idea! One guy taking orders, cooking and bring out the food. Really nice person and there is a small sitting area inside. The restaurant is located upstairs, almost can miss it but don’t! Support local plant based Ital food. Absolutely delicious! Vegan/veg/gluten-free friendly.

Amazing vegan and fish dishes. The grilled salmon was perfectly done. His salad dressing is amazing! Those lentil balls are yummy and the peanut punch...we had it three times! The owner is super friendly and so is the server/cashier.
Kimeisha R — Google review
Wow! Vegans/vegetarians must try this place! We spent a week in St. Croix and this was a double lunch spot for us. Monday’s vegan plate (chickpeas and tofu to go pic) was amazing, as well as Thursday’s (bbq tofu). Both came with an incredible cold black bean salad, seasoned rice, salad with a unique passion fruit vinaigrette, and fried lentil balls which reminded me of a less-heavy falafel. We will absolutely eat here again if we find ourselves back in St. Croix. One thing to note: the restaurant is on the second floor in between some shops and does not have a big sign.

Sorry for the takeout picture. Small restaurant right off the boardwalk in Christiansted. I was vacationing on the island for a week and decided to take two yoga classes while I was there. The Hatha class with Kelly and the Vinyasa class with Brin were great. The studio cat, Duke, was very welcoming and made sure my props were ready to go before class began. The acai bowels and smoothies were so yummy. I really enjoyed the open air studio since the weather was beautiful both mornings I attended classes.

I’ve never had an Açai bowl before. I got the raspberry frozen base, fresh fruit strawberry and banana, toppings granola flax seed and peanut butter, with a squirt of honey. I thought the peanut butter was a risky topping but it turned out fantastic. How can you go wrong with dessert for breakfast?!
Bill P — Google review
We went to The Courtyard for breakfast one morning during our visit to St. Croix. The courtyard itself is absolutely stunning and the ambiance was amazing! We walked up to the counter to order and found out that because the owner was going on vacation soon, they were out of many of the items that had attracted us to the restaurant in the first place - no empanadas and out of some of the fruits. While we were in the middle of ordering, a regular came in and the owner literally left in the middle of taking our order to make the regular's usual order. When we finally had the opportunity to finish ordering, it took almost a half hour to get our meal... and we ordered a smoothie and a few acai bowls. They were good but nothing spectacular. We would maybe go back because of the ambiance but only if we have the time to wait during neglect as higher importance customers come in.

Cream & Co is a delightful ice cream parlor situated in the heart of Christiansted Downtown & Boardwalk on St. Croix Island. Renowned for their assortment of handcrafted frozen treats, this charming establishment offers both traditional flavors and innovative creations infused with Caribbean fruits and tastes. Nestled on the ground floor of the historic King Christian Hotel at 1102 King's Wharf, Cream & Co promises not just delectable ice cream but also picturesque views that add to the overall experience.
This ice cream shop is so good! Amazing flavors and beautiful views! Destiny recommended the ginger lemongrass which was amazing, and I want to go back and try the shake that features that with passion fruit soda. She was super helpful with suggesting flavors, and so friendly. I ended up going with the Pumpkin Brown Sugar and it was so delicious! I regret not getting the double scoop. Come here, you’ll be glad you did!
Shannon S — Google review
Cute place, good selection of ice cream flavors. It seems a little expensive to me, but might be on par for the island. The ice cream did have ice crystal formation, but it was still delicious. We tried ginger lemongrass (my fave), pistachio goat cheese, and strawberry pineapple. We enjoyed all the flavors. Another review mentioned texture, and it was probably the ice crystals that formed in the ice cream.
Emma C — Google review
The ice cream was terrible and my notions of getting a sundae that looked anything like their Instagram was quickly lost as I was handed a sad pile of bad, crystallized ice cream and whipped cream with glorified Hershey’s syrup and stale shredded coconut in a paper boat fit for French fries. We didn’t finish our ice cream it was so bad.
Jaime S — Google review
We stumbled upon Cream & Co during Thursday’s Art Exhibition. The ice cream parlor was busy & just one person working the counter so it was a bit of a wait. I had the mango sorbet which was good. I came back a second time and had the chocolate which was decent as well. I chose the flavors based on which ones did not have any crystallizations. Decent place nothing “wowing”.
Lissette V — Google review
Their website advertises homemade ice cream, homemade waffle cones, and some real fancy looking ice cream treats. We get there they have no cones no homemade ice cream and no fancy treats. The worker was rude and was put back when we asked about the items. We decided to go ahead and get something hand dipped out of tub was freezer burnt
George S — Google review
We live on island and just took our guest to your business this evening. Your Hibiscus flavor ice cream was delicious, however the service was horrible. Asking for a taste seemed like we were bothering the young lady and then I guess it was shift change and no words were spoken as we were about to order. She walked out without a word, so we waited. The air seemed like we were being bothersome to be in there. Not sure if we’ll be back because it was very much the same before. I would like to see you seccerd, but the attitude needs to change imo.
Ken P — Google review
Would be too expensive if it were good, and it’s not good, it’s just kind of okay, so in that context it’s way too expensive. Under no circumstances should you get a milkshake here, they use too much milk, which dilutes the flavor of the ice cream, which doesn’t have all that much flavor to begin with, so the milkshakes are close to tasteless. The person working at the store when we were there is the most “just kind of there” (as in, obviously disinterested and not at all engaging) person I have ever experienced in a customer-facing role. We all know the old adage “good help is hard to find,” but I truly cannot understand how this person got this job.

They went above and beyond once they found out we were celebrating a birthday. The ambiance is very classy and mellow. The drinks were on point. The bathrooms were clean, and the overall experience was very welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Cruz!

If you love to dance, watch people dance, or just chill and have a cocktail, Dazzled is the PERFECT spot. If you love to dance, you'll find music that you can vibe to...afrobeats, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, LIVE music...the list goes on. They feature different genres on different nights that they're open. It's outdoors, but the dance floor and the connected bar is covered so even if there's a little downpour, NO WORRIES! The crowd is also a vibe; grown adults who just want to enjoy good music, dancing, and good company. The bar serves GREAT cocktails; some featuring local Tea Mama beverages. Go once, and Dazzled will be your go to spot for a good time. Oh...and don't forget to ask about the dance classes that they offer!

Be sure to visit on Saturday nights for Latin dance nights! They had free dance lessons starting at 7pm. Be sure to sign up for the free private dance lessons available. Garincha, one of the co-owners approached us and gave my boyfriend and I a free salsa dance lesson right on the dance floor! We had so much fun that we scheduled private lessons with Garincha to learn more! Be sure to check out St. Croix Ballroon and Latin dance studio if you want to learn more. The studio is perfect for social lessons from beginners to advanced. My boyfriend and I returned the next Saturday night and had so much fun practicing our new dance moves for salsa and bachata. This was a fun cultural experience during our vacation. We were able to learn some more moves on the dance floor alongside the locals! Don't be afraid to try something new, dance with the locals and follow their lead!

Came at lunchtime with my husband and met Charlotte ( what a blessing!). She gave excellent service, attentive, patient and kind. We had hard time deciding from their regular menu because everything looked sooo good. Charlotte told us about their specials. The Mermaid restaurant is beach-side with a variety of seafood dishes on their menu. The waitstaff is friendly and the food arrives quickly. The view from the restaurant is also great.
The onion rings!! Try them, they were the first thing I tasted, and when I did I realized what a good chef they have! You could bite thru the ring and it was tender and cooked perfectly. The glaze was so good, I have never had anything like them. Everything we ate was so good we kept going back. We stayed there at the Buccaneer, and I was surprised, some of the best food we had on St.Croix came from our hotel. They have excellent chefs!!!
Karen B — Google review
Way over priced for average tasting food. The buccaneer resort is pretty expensive, and the food here is too. The salmon was undercooked and needed to be sent back, and the Mahi was not near as good as other places we went to in town. Stay in Christiansted foe better food.
Paul J — Google review
The restaurant was half full the night we had dinner. It looked as if the place was properly staffed. The wait staff was very pleasant. However, we didn't get water for 35 minutes and when the water came we ordered drinks and an appetizers which took another 35 minutes, with no water refills. Thinking back we should have left then. I know island life is slower, but this place is a new standard for slow and uncaring service. Dinner items were average quality and the bill was a shock. Buyer beware!
Steve P — Google review
A quiet weekday dinner in the off-season with amazing food and fabulous service right on the surf. What more could you want from a relaxing date night. The white meat of the chicken was a little dry, but the cream sauce solved that.
The G — Google review
Dinner and a show. $43 for a salad and entree and fire dancers for entertainment. Mahi with mango chutney placed on a bed of risotto and a side of succotash. This is a Monday special.
Blake B — Google review
Trash. $50 for literally 5 bites of salad and mediocre entrees. Cocktails tasted like chlorine and were overpriced. Server checked on us all of one time outside of ordering and bringing us our food, yet they tacked on a mandatory 20% tip. DO NOT GO HERE.
Caleb J — Google review
Would not recommend. We arrived at 12:20 and the restaurant was not busy at all. Ended up getting our food (1 app, 1 fish sandwich, 1 virgin cocktail) 30mn later. I would normally don’t care but we happened to have to be somewhere else at 1:30. Dessert menu looked appealing but we did not order fearing it would take another 30mn. Food was alright but overpriced. I ordered conch fritters ($17 for 5 small fritters) and my husband ordered a mahi burger ($20 for subpar fries and dry looking bun). The open kitchen makes it loud when you sit on the deck. The staff was friendly enough but service wasn’t outstanding. I also think the fact that sending the waitstaff refill water and send food to guests on the beach contributed to the slowness or the service. The view was nice however and the Virgin pina colada was good.

This restaurant is on the more pricey side but if you are willing to spend the money I think it is decent. The ambiance of the restaurant is unmatched and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the crispy thai chicken and the chicken was very nice but I found the sauce to be slightly overpowering especially as I was finishing my food. Besides the sauce, the vegetables and noodles were also very good and they added a nice flavor and texture that complemented the chicken. The service was mediocre for what I would expect from such a restaurant.

Great egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Good iced coffee and hot chocolate as well! Great spot to enjoy breakfast with a quiet and shaded seating area.

Food here was delicious. A little pricier than other cafes nearby. Street chickens come at you with a vengeance 🤣. Nice outdoor seating. Very strict policy of only 2 people inside cafe, at a time. Coffee was very good.

Twin City Coffee House and Gallery is one of the best cafés you can experience in the Christiansted downtown area. This locally-owned & operated gem of a coffeehouse has so much going for it! Their menu is always filled with delicious breakfast options and even seasonal favorites! Located on Company St , next to the corner with Sonya’s Jewelry, this café is right off the road and you can easily drive by it. You can see their sign from the street. Twin City Coffeehouse has a quaint patio area in front with group seating and only a limited amount of space inside. To order, walk-in, see their menu board and place your order with the kind & attentive local staff. Make sure to say “G’mawnin” or “G’afternoon” when you enter! 😊 Truly great service that is knowledgeable (so pick their brains about anything on island). Their menu has a plethora of goodies from: bagels, sandwiches, fruit bowls, oatmeal, salads, pancakes, wraps, burritos, omelettes and French toast. There’s also seasonal renditions of cultural flavors integrated into the menu like their coquito french toast! Not to mention your favorite coffee blends, one of which a scrumptious coquito latté! I REALLY love this café and its only downside is the limited seating space. In the past, there was a lovely quaint patio in the rear which was perfect for coffee dates away from others. But as I understand it, they had to place an alternative power generator back there due to the frequent power outages. Good for them! Businesses need to adapt to the islands faults. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend the Twin City Coffee House & Gallery when in Christiansted town.

Small store with a good staff. We went because it was open at 630am. Coffee and tea were good. Nice outdoor sitting area where you can be harassed by street chickens.

Twin City was great! It was right down the street from where we were staying and the women were very kind, they had a good selection and it really reminded us of CRAVE coffee where we live which is a nice family owned business. Definitely check this place out!

Great little coffee shop for a morning stop! Really friendly owner.. she even gave us some good island recommendations since we were visiting. Recommend Tom-Tom to drink and BELT or egg sandwich. She even has gluten free bread options.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of this coffee shop. The fresh juice and coffee is perfect for the mornings but the breakfast sandwich could use some improvement.

The bar provides different seating areas, including an upstairs bar with beach views. Visitors can indulge in fruity Crushes cocktails and a selection of tacos. Additionally, the place is known for its delicious homemade soups, flavorful dishes, and delectable desserts such as ice cream and bread pudding.
Great open air location in Frederiksted with a great view of the water across the road. Maria provided us great service. Excellent Lime in da coconut drink. Great crab corn chowder.

Ate here on our first night in St Croix as it came highly recommended by the locals in the area. We had the fish special, lobster fritter, and stuffed pasta shells. We enjoyed our food. Although the food was good, it was not great, in my opinion. Enjoyed our evening here with the friendly staff, but nothing special enough to make me want to come back the rest of the time in St. Croix. Some music would have made the experience slightly better. That being said, I do recommend this place if you’re in the area. Definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby, just not worth a long drive if you’re on the other side of the island.

A great choice after our Lyric Sails cruise! Even though they don’t have a formal partnership, the Lyric Sails team recommended this spot—and it turned out to be a great call. (Lyric Sails seems to have a deal with Tap Deck, but based on our experience there, it’s best avoided due to very slow service.) This restaurant was a much better option—relaxed atmosphere, not overly busy, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. There was a nice selection of specials in addition to the regular menu, and the service was friendly and timely. A solid post-cruise dinner spot we’d happily return to.

We got take out there our last night in St. Croix. Got the fish and chips and it was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Looking forward to eating in next time we visit the island

Good food. Good ice-cream and a great view and location on The Frederiksted waterfront. But their Customer Service is horrible. Very curt. Wham, bam thank you ma’am. I love Flyers except for the service staff.

What a gem for the Island. This restaurant / Bar has a top notch menu, great atmosphere and excellent service. This was our first visit to this place and would definitely come again. Our table of 4 had the steak, fish n chips, and a burger. We asked for the steak and burger to be cooked medium. Both were cooked perfectly! I normally don't like fish and chips ,but these were exeptional. The fries were excellent as well. This place also serves some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Apparently the owner makes his own Ice cream with his own recipes. Wow.. and I mean wow! The only downside is the wait. I recommend reservations. NOTE:You can order the full menu from the bar (TVS with sports on) so work that angle to reduce your wait. Indoor, bar and outside seating with a view of the boats in the harbor/inlet make for a great dining experience.

My favorite restaurant on the island thus far. Really great fish tacos and grilled fish with micro greens. Had the homemade toasted coconut carmel ice cream. If you can't stay for dinner while listening to good music, at least have the ice cream. Nice ambience for family and friends.

Original cocktail specials (I recommend the Thomas). The fritters were very good (especially with the sauce). The staff seemed a little bit disorganized or overwhelmed but we waited less than expected so all good! Everyone was very friendly. Big portions!!

Luncheria is a hidden gem and a Must if you are looking for island experience. Forget the boardwalk, come here! Absolutely scrumptious food and laid back atmosphere. You walk up and order, seat yourself wherever you would like. Outside seating area is in a little courtyard setting under beautiful mahogany trees. Once your food is ready, they will call your name for you to come and pick it up. Beside a big menu to choose from, they also have seafood daily specials. Ask for it! An excellent shaded courtyard Mexican bar/dining experience. Highly recommend the $3 margaritas, and any food options! Entrance is on Company street… worth the search.

We have been on island twice in the past year and are really into the non tourist vibe. This is the best Mexican food I’ve had and Lenny is the best host in the VI! Just so you know how the islands work, we met this man ten months ago for like a half hour and when we came back with our kids he greeted us by name and said your back. It was the best feeling someone can get from another. He’s a forever friend of my wife and mine. Aside from the amazing service, they have amazing everything. This time we went twice. I can speak for the tacos (10/10) both soft and hard. The soft are so huge you are good with one even! The quesadillas are superb and the enchiladas are amazing.

Came for their $2 Thursday night tacos (2 tacos per order for $4) and ordered one of each (beef, chicken and refried beans). The food was fantastic and there is quite a diverse menu too! 100% satisfied, and better than Dynamite Tacos on the boardwalk. This place is self served so do not expect to be waited on. Friendly staff, enjoyable music, plenty of dining space.

We were greeted and gave the menu! I ordered my usual: a beef chimichanga. My husband had a cheese quesadilla and my granddaughter had a chicken fajita. I always say if a Mexican Restaurant can’t make a good chimichanga and margarita they aren’t a good restaurant! The chimichanga and margarita were delicious! I’ll go back. Next time I’ll take pictures.

Absolutely the best Mexican food on island. Rivals my fav restaurant in Illinois. Absolutely delicious. I had the enchilada with chili Colorado and beans. Did I mention the margarita ? Delicious and authentic. Lenny the bartender was hilarious checking Ti see if I met the age requirement. I told him I did ( by many decades! )

Luncheria Mexican restaurant in Christiansted is a gem. I happened upon it accidentally. It's an outside dining venue. Nothing fancy here. I stopped in on a Thursday evening and there was a gentleman playing Jazz (really enjoyable). You order your food and beverage at the counter where Louis is just the nicest person. I ordered the Veggie Quesadillas and a beer. Lenny delivered my food to the pick up window with a broad welcoming smile. The Quesadilla was great and the beer ice cold. I ate my meal under the canopy next to a huge beautiful old tree with the breeze blowing, the night birds singing, and lovely Jazz being played. As I disposed of my empty plate and bottle thinking that it couldn't get much better Lenny walked out and called me by name and thanked me for dining with them and to please return. Customer service with a 😊

Nestled on East End Road, right next to Seaside Market, Sharkey's Bait Stand is a delightful spot for anyone craving delicious food and refreshing drinks. This vibrant eatery offers an array of options from juicy burgers and wraps to Tex-Mex favorites like quesadillas and tacos. Their menu also features mouthwatering appetizers such as homemade cheese sticks, calamari, and the island-famous chicken wings—perfect for sharing while catching your favorite sports game on one of their many screens.
I came in on Sunday morning to grab a bite to eat and they had some football games. Marshall the bartender was super chill but efficient. Even though it looked like controlled chaos in there with everyone ordering from the 1-2 servers. They made it happen and I applaud them for it. I ordered a chicken wrap since I didn’t want anything too heavy and it hit the spot. I would love to go back and try some other stuff on their menu. The wait for the food wasn’t that long either.
Brandon S — Google review
Fries and chicken wraps delicious!!! My only concern is the bbq sauce they used is very different and nothing like a original dressing. Tastes more like a ketchup with sour and sweet as in dressing. Excellent service by the young gentleman on the bar. And music was great perfect volume.

It is NOT a bait stand It is a nice, active island restaurant. Which means ts main consistency is inconsistency! The food is always good...but sometimes they go to a reduced menu in the evening... When it closes is - up to the feeling of the day. It says proudly till 1130...but they were on the limited menu and locking the door by 930...on Saturday... The one doing so said "..you got to start closing before you close ." ...and was not aware the signs say open till 1130..boldly As I say...it's island .so quirky Really super chic fajitas out last visit

Went to watch a college football game while on the island. Positives: 12+ tvs all showing games; good amount of seating; pool tables; great food. Negative: when we arrived, one server for the bar and tables so everything was very slow. If you're in a hurry, hungry, or impatient, I recommend you skip it.
Kris M — Google review
I use to come here all the time, sometimes they do a decent job now. I usually get the tacos or the taco salad these days. You won’t find anything fancy here, so it that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t the location for you. Pool tables, drinks and decent prices. Service does need to improve though.

One of the best on the island. Mahi quesadilla was seasoned and generous, but order fries. Chicken salad was flavorful. Ask for barbecue sauce or teriyaki. Great service.

I’m not sure if the place was understaff but it appeared to be only one server for the entire place. We almost left because it took forever to receive service. On this very Sunday morning, we just walked in here for a brunch and not knowing this place is booked full. Luckily the hostess was so kind to sat us down and told us if only we could be done by noon(leaving us 1.5hrs, no problem). This restaurant is by the hotel pool and has an amazing ocean view. Wonderful morning breeze and food was served fairly quick. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Every dishes passed by us looked so delicious and so were ours. Highly recommend this little gem! Oh….a friendly reminder, make your reservation!!

A GREAT EXPERIENCE each time we've been! The weather was good, so we had great views to the ocean. For our first dinner we shared crab cakes at the bar, with special drinks by Sean and Angie. Next, at our table we enjoyed lamb chops for one of us and jambalaya for the other. Our next visit featured salmon with salad and a steak with a blue cheese sauce and extra veggies. The team members at GOAT are indeed Great, from the hostess to the servers and bartenders -- and obviously those in the kitchen. Big shout out to Maddie who was our server each evening. Thanks to everyone! Call well ahead for reservations and ask for a table with the best view (away from the bar.) Allow travel time... we always double the drive time the Maps Apps project.

This is truly a don’t miss place on St. Croix. Food is awesome with specials that are always a big temptation. Never had a bad soup there - I know, you may be thinking, “soup when it’s hot out?” - the dining room is always cool with the ocean breeze and shade. New, creative soups every day made from scratch. Lamb chops are fantastic, steaks among the best on the island, pasta dishes are very flavorful, and a staff that is second to none. Bartenders Seth, Brian and Chris will keep you in good spirits for sure. And the view is fantastic!! Sunday brunch is also a don’t miss time - reservations will probably be required. Oh, and the desserts, just plain yummy!! One word: Zucatto!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My wife and I ate here and love everything about the experience. She had the soup and salad and they give you 2 soups! The red curry chicken soup and the green curry goat soup were both amazing! Don't be afraid to try the goat, it was tender and extremely delicious. I had the ribeye and it was perfect. Prices were very reasonable and for the amount of food it was really a value. Our server Missy was fabulous, the cean/Buck Island view was was spectacular! Highly recommend Goat Soup & Whiskey.

Update (12/22/2924): Sunday Brunch at The Goat is amazing! Some new menu items this season, and everything was delicious. Bumping my rating back up to five stars! ********************************** Update (12/26/2023): I’ve visited twice so far this season (12/19 for lunch and 12/24 for Xmas eve dinner). I can tell they haven’t quite got their rhythm going, as I believe they just opened on December 16. The service and drinks were amazing on both visits, but I did have some food quality issues worth mentioning. First, the Cuban sandwich is not what I expected having grown up in Florida where this sandwich is a staple of south Florida cuisine from Tampa to Miami. The ham was too thickly sliced (about 1/4” to 3/8”), the pork was pulled rather than sliced seasoned (Spanish-style) roasted pork, there was no salami or pickles and the bread was all wrong. I won’t be ordering this sandwich again. The other issue I encountered during my dinner visit was the Greek salad. This is perhaps one of the easiest salads to make and yet they flubbed it up. It should simply be iceberg lettuce (generally readily available on island) rather than a spring mix, it should have thinly sliced red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, whole Greek pepperocinis and feta crumbles with a Greek vinaigrette dressing. The salad I had was not a Greek salad and it had croutons on it. They assured me it was their version of a Greek salad. I will stick to their blue cheese wedge salad next time. I’m confident they will work out the kinks soon and tweak some of their dishes as noted. I’ve taken one star from them on food quality at least until my next visit. ********************************** Consistently stellar food and service. The owners have two other locations in Ohio and Colorado, and they bring their staff down to St. Croix for the season (Mid-December to mid-April). You absolutely can not go wrong with anything on the menu. I love this place!!

For my first time at this restaurant I was impressed by the friendly service and hospitality of the staff. Below are some pictures I ate. The first picture is the creamy pesto primavera with chicken it was amazing! Second is the goat chees crostini. I don't eat goat but I sampled it and it was delicious with a blend of basil and other flavors. The deserts was the creme brulee and Torre. One of the best creme brulee' s I've tasted on island.

Nice and comfy beach restaurant. Limited but good menu. Had a well prepared piece of tuna sushi and very nice crispy tofu taco. Right at a good spot on the golf course to sooth the pain of a bad round. It can make the last 4 holes a bit more of a challenge, but after a beverage your cares diminish.

Breakers Roar Tiki Bar is a delightful escape for cocktail enthusiasts seeking an authentic tiki experience. Although it’s currently closed for the summer, this charming venue typically offers hand-crafted cocktails in a cozy lounge adorned with lush leather booths and nautical decor that transports you back to the golden age of tiki bars. Guests can enjoy classic rum-based drinks served in whimsical tiki mugs, such as zombies and mai tais, alongside local specialties like the Iloilo made with Mutiny vodka.

Cute little “speakeasy” type bar with fun interesting cocktails which aren’t really that expensive. $14 for one drink may seem a lot but it’s definitely quality of quantity here. I’m all for that. Only open after 6pm so if you’re down in Christiansted in the evening, pop in and grab a drink.

Came in a little after 10pm, a few spots were open and the vibes was chill. We grabbed a booth, browsed the menu (classy), admired the decor while we waited on the bartender. She was very sweet, pleasant and extremely helpful in selecting a cocktail. The drinks we aesthetically pleasing, large in size and very decorative. Bathrooms are shared with King Christian Hotel, located near the rear of bar (outside), clean facilities with simple design elements. Excellent location on the board walk, near the pickup location for Hotel on the cay. Highly recommend a Friday night cocktail with a charming location to admire. Looking forward to the next visit.

Rowdy Joe's Northshore Eatery is a laid-back dining spot on St. Croix that prides itself on serving up 'good mood food' made with fresh, local ingredients sourced from the island's farms and fishermen. The menu features a creative blend of traditional American dishes with an Asian twist, offering unique items like blue cheese cheesecake and teriyaki glazed edamame.
We had the best time! Great service and friendly staff made our dinner out even better. And the fried chicken dinner special was delicious! Tasty libations too 🍻! Recommending you check out Rowdy Joe’s on the North Shore.

Laid back, casual vibe, plenty of parking and seating. The bar is lively and everyone is very warm and welcoming. The food was GREAT, they have different specials during the week (it was southern night ) I'm always a fan of some delicious pork chops!! Our server was extremely attentive and all staff seemed happy! The Sriracha Terriyaki wings are a must!

The food is definitely gourmand with good sized portions. The iced tea was some of the best I've had on the island, but their hot sauce is hands down the best and the even sell it by the bottle.

Creative and unique menu with an Asian flare. Pork ginger wontons appetizer was delicious, ginger sauce was the perfect dip. I really liked the Ribs, fall off the bone tender, and loved the slaw and cucumber salad. Pork Sliders also had good flavor and enjoyed them as a shared dish. They are open only Friday-Sunday 5p-9p for kitchen and then at 10pm the bar closes due to Covid restrictions. Sunday’s they also have Sushi specials!

The food was amazing! I tried a little of everything my family ordered. We enjoyed talking to our waitress and learning about the history of the restaurant. This place is definitely a hidden gem! We wish we would have found it sooner on our vacation here! Next trip here it will be our go to place for food!

The Palms at Pelican Cove is a laid-back resort located on a beautiful white-sand beach about three miles west of Christiansted. The property spans eight acres and is surrounded by coconut palms, offering a serene tropical atmosphere. Guests can enjoy swimming and snorkeling at the nearby Long Reef, which boasts vibrant coral and marine life. The resort features family-friendly amenities including pools, dining options, water sports, and even babysitting services.
Took a chance today for brunch at the Palms under their new management. Management did ab overhaul of the kitchen including hiring a chef. My husband, friend and I were greeted warmly by the staff and placed at a table with an excellent view of the ocean. The live entertainment choice also added to the ambiance. James, our server got our orders and made top tier drinks at the bar. His attention to our requests made our experience phenomenal. He was courteous and came to check on us frequently throughout our time there. We ordered steak and eggs, pancakes, and the BLT sandwich all of which were beautifully presented and Chef Mell was seasoned and cooked our food perfectly! He even came out to meet us, we returned gratitude for a great meal. Last, we got our check and the prices were super reasonable. Happy this place has turned around! Beautiful spot.

Loved everything about this hotel. Despite seeing some negative comments, the room I got #18 was a suite, and though I had to climb up 4 flights of stairs, the views were certainly worth it. Atisha and Star at Check-in were super polite and informative. They also give you a welcome drink, which is always a nice touch. My room was well equipped with a kitchenette, two beds, two tvs, and a separate living room with an incredible balcony. The only downside for me was I only stayed 1 night 😔.

Hidden gem! Rooms were ok. AC was cold. Minor damage to the patio. Food and drinks were excellent. Cell coverage. Wifi. Nearby places to visit but a rental vehicle still recommended. "security at night" signals the possibility of a bad neighborhood so don't go wandering around at night.

Great little spot for breakfast with beach views. We didn't stay here but did stop by since they served breakfast. It's a little off the beaten path. There are some renovations going on in the lobby, but the views are great. Service wad a bit slow and they only offered non-dairy powdered creamer for coffee, so didn't love that.

Went for fire dancers that were never actually going to be there. Paid way too much for food that didn’t match the menu and was over cooked. All while listening to music so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Between the bad reviews here and at the deep end you might as well go to st Thomas if you want to see fire dancers.

Came here with my wife for our anniversary and the place was beautiful! Where we sat at was right in front of the beach. The waiter was very pleasant and friendly and the drinks were great! Everything else went downhill from there. The very overpriced menu was printed by someone whodis not know how to print s menu because it was crooked. That’s no biggie but when you’re charging top dollar, it better look fancy. I ordered their seafood supreme. It’s advertised as a seafood pasta for $45 (way too expensive for what you get) with mussels, clams, shrimp, and scallops. What I got was Mussels, shrimp, and salmon. I don’t eat salmon. When I told the waiter he just looked at me and said: “oh we were out of everything else” He should’ve told me that when I ordered it. I would’ve never done so. The Ahi Tuna was that cheap pink tuna bought frozen at the supermarket. It was overcooked with no flavor at all. The bill came at gratuity was automatically added even though it says on the menu for tables of 5 or more. I’m a great tipper and would’ve left more than their automatic gratuity. So their loss. We paid $135 for Ahi Runa, the seafood pasta, a salad, and two drinks. Now I know why the place was completely empty at dinner time. Over priced either way poor quality food. The only semi good thing was the waiter because he was friendly. Oh and the drinks. Don’t bother with this place. There are much better restaurants on the island

Kim's Restaurant Inc is a hidden gem on St. Croix that offers an authentic taste of local cuisine. Although I arrived late in the day and found limited menu options, I was thrilled to try their jerk chicken, which packed a spicy punch! My visit coincided with the restaurant's opening hours, and while the service was a bit slow—typical for island life—the sweet waitress made up for it with her warm hospitality.
We searched all over the island for a restaurant that serves pot fish and fungi. We finally learned of Kim’s, and it was absolutely delicious! The fish can be served one of three ways. The creole style was scrumptious, to say the least! My husband had the curry flavored conch, and we both agree it was the best conch we had had all week. Having tried it both fried and in soup, this was by far the best. GREAT overall experience at Kim’s, both food and service was excellent!

I wish we had come here the first night we arrived on St. Croix! But better late than never- we came here on our last day of the trip right when they opened at 11. The waitress is super sweet. Service is not the fastest but that's standard on the island. It's also a very small restaurant with one person working the front while the food is being made fresh so definitely come patient! Both the beef stew and the shrimp in creole sauce are bangin'. The shrimp is flavorful and tender. The beef stew is super rich. I'll also totally eat a whole plate of the seasoned rice on its own. Overall, this has been a really great dining experience and like I said, I wish I had come here sooner!

Food was DeeeeLishhh! Service was great! We had the Beef stew w/seasoned rice and the seafood platter (shrimp, Conch, lobster) in butter sauce. Never had any conch so tender (tender at all for that matter). Everything was fresh, we loved it!! We even saw fresh fish being brought in😁

Hands down the best Curry Conch that I have ever had. We learned that it is cooked in a pressure cooker for 2 hours, explaining the unbelievable tenderness. It was my first visit so imagine my sadness when I learned that they will be closing at the end of January 2023 due to a new landlord who is doubling the rent. More than 30 years here, it is so sad that they are being pushed out. I hope that they find another place so that I can visit the next time I come back.

It is an authentic delish local food. Yes it takes a while until food come BUT its worth it. Remember you are in an Island it is not a fast food so it is acceptable. Our waitres is a really good guy. He makes sure our water filled and poor guy he works all alone. We def would recommended everyone to try a local food here. We had beef curry and chicken BBQ

Let me start by saying this was one of thee WORST dining experiences I've ever had in my life!!!! I've heard good things about the food here and decided to host my husband's birthday dinner at harbour prime, big mistake!! Our server wasn't the problem, as a matter of fact she was very apologetic for what we had to deal with. Appetizers were good but when it came to the entrees..NOT GOOD AT ALL!! First, 6 of the 8 orders were wrong. We were getting items we didn't order or all the orders were mixed up!!! My husband's lobster tasted burnt. My steak was sent back 3 times because it was well done when I wanted medium well, the last time it was sent out rare. My daughter ordered ribeye but got something else. It was a mess!!!! Harbour prime you ruined my husband's birthday dinner!! I had to pay all that money for crappy food. Your cooks and wait staff needs better training..ESPECIALLY YOUR COOKS!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Harbour Prime at St. Croix offers a spectacular setting for an unforgettable dinner experience! The gentle sea breeze and the vibrant marine atmosphere create an idyllic backdrop for spending quality time, whether with a loved one or a group of friends. Our evening was made truly special thanks to Greg, whose impeccable service and attention to detail transformed our meal into a delightful occasion. He took the time to understand our preferences, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was tailored to our tastes. From recommending exquisite dishes to accommodating our requests, his efforts elevated our enjoyment while we savored the stunning views of the water and the sunset. Highly recommend this pace for everyone and don't forget to ask Greg to be your server - he is the best! ☘️

We both had the 8oz. Filet, probably the best steak I’ve ever had..the seasoning and sear were absolutely perfect and it was cooked to medium perfection. The service was also on point and we enjoyed our dinner at Harbour Prime immensely.
Mark S — Google review
We're residents and stopped in for brunch since we hadn't experienced a meal at Harbor Prime yet. We were first to arrive and, in a nutshell, service was SLOWWWW, to begin with. We watched as all front of house staff stood around talking, scrolling on their phones and milling about for at 10 minutes before anyone approached the table. They advertised a drink special, but the bartender didn't know how to make it. These are things you practice and perfect BEFORE charging customers for it. Servers need to know what you offer for drinks as well, not just what you need to 86 from the menu. Iced and/or spiked coffee at 9:30am is not an outlandish request. Once we ordered - two savory dishes- the food came fairly quickly. It was warm and looked appealing, it just wasn't "hot". However, the flavors were good and the price point was fair. Staff picked up the pace a bit and everyone we encountered was very friendly, and the view definitely helps. We loved the breeze and large ceiling fans plus the place was clean with nice decor. The overall experience was good but not quite "glowing". Seems more of a management issue than individual staff issues. With a few improvements, it could have been excellent and 5 stars across the board! We will give dinner a try on another occasion.
Valerie T — Google review
All of the staff, particularly bartender Joe and Chef Kyle were phenomenal. The service and hospitality were outstanding, as well as being extremely understanding and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a personable and friendly environment for a meal. The food is amazing as well, and I will forever speak highly of them. We will most definitely be back!

Cool decor and ambiance and seems to stay open later than other restaurants on the island. We sat at the bar for drinks and dessert. The dessert was good and our bartender Justin was entertaining and energetic. He mentioned getting electrocuted earlier so not sure if thats why service was electrifying.
Christina A — Google review
We got seated right away and service was great. I ordered salmon and it was very moist and very flavorful. However both of my friends dishes were not. One ordered chicken which she said was quite dry. The other ordered crab cakes and a Caesar salad. He said he couldn’t taste any crab in the crab cakes at all and for 15.00 for a side Caesar salad it was lucky to have been four bites, seriously!

Napoleon's Pizza is a popular spot known for its New York style pizza. Customers can order by the pie or by the slice, with generous portions that leave them satisfied. The staff is praised for their friendliness and the cleanliness of the establishment. While some mention limited space and lack of strict social distancing, others rave about the nostalgic taste of the pizza, describing it as greasy and gooey in all the right ways.
Super imaginative supreme pizzas with high-quality ingredients, including a homemade white sauce that is SUPERB! I can't say I eat pizza all the time, but it will be from here, when I do.

They have a variety of pizza. Staff is quick and friendly and pizza was good and very affordable. When you as for a slice you technically get two. Right off path in Frederick. The pizza are precooked they will just reheat your slices. They also have salads and desserts which are really good too. Pizza is not very thick bread which is how I prefer it. Nice crust.

Pepperoni, veggie and seafood pizza slices were kind of bland tasting. Not bad. Just bland - nothing special - not worth trying. Thin pizza and not a lot of sauce. The Supreme was pretty tasty though and the staff was friendly. Here's a recent picture of the menu -October 2021 but I wouldn't count on it being accurate. They said they haven't been making red velvet cake in forever but there it is on the menu. ~tourist from Chicagoland

Found this place by luck. The place we planned to go was closed, we were hungry, and this was the next place we saw. We're so glad we did. They sell by the pie or by the slice. The slices are HUGE! Had the fried snapper it was the best I ever had. I'm a good cook but that was even better than mines. Met the chef Miss Brenda . I think she needs to be an iron chef or something . My family had the rib eye steak with mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese, the new York strip with broccoli 🥦🥦 and seasoned rice, BBQ chicken with coleslaw and I think French fries . It took some time to get our food but it was worth it. Everything was made from scratch and made with love. We Kicked back on some beer, wine and good conversation while waiting. I have been eating at Joe's for years. I've never had a problem before now. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I was given a price on the phone and a timeframe. When I got there the food wasn't ready. No problem I didn't mind waiting because this was one of my favorite places. I returned to work and realized my order was wrong. When I called to report the problem, I was placed on the phone with owner. He then told me that he heard about me I WAS A PROBLEMATIC. I have never had a problem in the past. What type of service is this, I ordered paid for the extras, but when it's not there this is how you address your paying customer. I will not be spending my hard earned money there anymore. Horrible customer service from the owner himself.

If you’ve ever tasted the odd yet completely delicious pairings at Salt and Straw ice cream in the US (no relation ) you’ll have some clue as to the magic delights available here. The menu is so deliciously creative and wonderful that this place would be successful anywhere— but to discover it here on this small island was truly a delightful surprise. TLC Cafe - Bread, Bagels & Beyond is a delightful gem nestled within the Reef Golf Course, offering a cozy and laid-back atmosphere perfect for breakfast and lunch. This charming eatery features an array of fresh breads, bagels, muffins, soups, salads, and hearty sandwiches. Although it may be tucked away among local shops—making it somewhat of a hidden treasure—it’s worth seeking out! Diners can enjoy their meals outdoors under covered tables if the weather turns rainy.
One of the best breakfasts on the island! I love how friendly our server was and how this is a family-run restaurant between the daughter and mother. We had an omelette and the rum raisin French toast with a side of bacon. As the culture of the island goes, we made sure to eat every bite and believe me it was not hard! We are early morning people and it was really nice to walk in at 8 a.m. and be serviced with great conversation and food. It’s a beautiful restaurant as you walk into an open air terrace with a running fountain. My wife loved her French toast so much I didn’t even get a bite! So while I can’t describe it I think that provides a good idea of how delicious this dish is by TLC Cafe. My omelette was hot and fresh with two slices of toasted sourdough and two packets of jelly. The juice was freshly squeezed and we ordered coffee, too. Really I can’t wait until we get back!

We found this place completely by chance – it was within walking distance of the hotel but actually kinda hidden between some of the shops in the area. I was surprised to hear that some of the locals had never heard of this place! It’s fully outdoors, although there are tables that have cover if it is raining. We came for breakfast but they do also serve lunch. I had an omelet and I was completely full before I could eat it all, so they definitely give you enough to eat! My husband had their All American Breakfast and his eggs were done perfectly! If you go here, you must get the bread, it is homemade and absolutely delicious! Also, their breakfast potatoes are outstanding! We aren’t big breakfast potato fans but here, I would get them every time! This place seems to be run by two sisters, one does the cooking and the other takes care of your order. Both were super friendly and very appreciative of the compliments we gave. We will definitely be back here, probably our favorite breakfast spot that we tried while we were on the island.

Boot Straps Bar & Grill is a delightful establishment that caters to food enthusiasts. This unique restaurant offers a diverse range of culinary experiences, with Chef Christy showcasing a different country every Saturday. During my visit, Thailand was the featured cuisine, and I allowed the talented chef to create whatever she desired. Her choice resulted in an extraordinary dish comprised of spicy peanut sauce, rice noodles, vegetables, and chicken—an impeccable fusion of flavors.
A foodies dream boutique restaurant!!!!! Chef Christy does a different country feature every Saturday and tonight was Thailand. I told Chef that I wanted anything she wanted to make and she asked if I liked it Thai hot - YES!!! This was a brilliant spicy peanut sauce with rice noodles, veggies, and chicken. The micro greens just put it over the top! Absolute perfection! For someone that travels as much as we do - this is by far one the best restaurants I have ever been to!!! Do yourself a favor and get anything Chef makes - it will be a dream come true!!!

This is a small, of the boardwalk restaurant that was absolutely delicious! Felt like you were eating at someone’s home and was easily the best meal we had on the island! It’s the kind of small place, that doesn’t necessarily have a menu. Just trust the chef and you will be glad you did! She’s very welcoming and the food was perfect!

We haven’t experienced a delicious meal like this in a while. Service is great and the staff are very friendly. We got the fried chicken with mushrooms and fried okra. I usually never finish my meal however in this case we did not have any leftovers. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. Hands down, the best fried chicken I have ever had. The drinks were also delicious and refreshing. Do not leave St. Croix without trying this place out.

Great place to have brunch. I had a delicious shrimp and grits and my husband had the chicken and waffle. If you are on alow sodium diet or have cholesterol problems, I recommend asking them to ease up on the salt. Other than that, everything is very tasty. Staff is very friendly. June was the only person that bid us a good morning as we were strolling by. She was welcoming and accommodating. Cash only business

This place is truly remarkable. Owner/Chef was very personable. Food was great with a personalized touch. Chef Christie personally took the time to accommodate my family and I with one of the best meals we had while on the island. Drinks from the bar were specially mixed as well. Mmmm good 👍!
