Restaurant
Café du Palais is a long-standing family café in Reims, France, housing an extensive art collection ranging from paintings to photographs and even a Chagall sketch. Visitors can indulge in a generous plate of delicious food and save room for the legendary desserts, particularly the Baba au Rhum. This charming restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience in the heart of Reims, making it a must-visit for those looking to savor both art and gastronomy during their time in the city.
Needed to sit down on the way to the cathedral and settled in here on the patio. Received excellent service, delicious champagne, so decided to stay for lunch. The escargot pasta, pate and smoked salmon salad were all fantastic. Great experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Café du Palais in Reims, thanks to Nathan, our incredibly polite and kind server. He patiently guided us through the menu despite our many dietary preferences—vegetarian, chicken-only, no seafood, no pork—and made us feel truly welcomed. His warm attitude and genuine helpfulness made our visit extra special. Thank you, Nathan, for your exceptional

The whole experience was fantastic. The staffs were super friendly to our 3 year old son, the food was delicious, and of course the champagne was brilliant. We would definitely recommend to our friends to visit!

We had a wonderful experience at the Cafe du Palais. Everyone welcomed us when we entered this very busy restaurant. We were lucky that we had made reservations online in advance. It was a short walk from the cathedral, so it fit nicely into our plans. The food and the service were exceptional. The pasta with escargot dish was delicious and filled with escargot. Our server was very warm and made it his job to see that we were pleased with our meal every step of the way. He made this very “French” experience memorable for us!
Dane M — Google review
Meh, the experience didn't match the high Google rating. Duck confit was ok, but I got a nice piece of plastic (unwrapped for picture) at the top of my side salad which I didn't bother getting returned. The waiter also took forever to pour my champagne glass... After 35 minutes waiting and asking a few times, he finally filled it the first time. I get the check at the end and see I got charged for 2 glasses, which they did correct after I informed them. Just an ok lunch.
Joe D — Google review
Enjoyed our first meal in France at this establishment. Really large portions! Our server was very friendly and professional despite it being extremely busy. Sat inside and was very charmed by the decor and people. Many locals were also dining there which we took as a good sign. Will be back!
Haelim O — Google review
Waitors are very friendly just busy so not as attentive, but they respond if u need something. The foie gras was delicious! The duck was a little on the sweet side. Lots of rum in the rum cake! My friend really liked her foie gras pasta dish. But it was very very warm inside for us in October.

Nathan is the best, he is the man of the place who tells you the dishes the champagne and wines as per taste buds. Thanks for a such a wonderful Experience it’s all bcoz of Nathan🤗

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Reims, L'Alambic is a stylish dining destination that exudes warmth and charm. This unique restaurant is set within a vaulted cellar, offering an inviting atmosphere reminiscent of traditional Champenois wine cellars. Under the expert guidance of Chef Ansel Fabrice, guests can savor authentic French cuisine crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local artisans. The menu features classic regional dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
Lovely Cosy Family run business!! The husband is the chef and his wife in the front. The food was 10/10. The flavours were next well, all food was cooked to perfection. My lamb was so juicy melted in my mouth and my partners cod dish was also cooked to perfection. They have a lovely cave style dining area.
Harminder A — Google review
This is a homey place. The food was good at best. However, that cool looking room in most pictures smells quite musty. There is a rusty metal bar going through the posterior lower part of the room. By the AC. The room has a carpet, that seems old and part of that musty issue. Why would you have cheap looking, old carpet in a small restaurant? When you look closely at the bricks they have dark mold in multiple areas. The knives to cut the steak are not sharp, making me obliterate my stake while cutting it. The steak was medium well, i wanted it medium rare. Just… a lot of details for this well intended restaurant are lacking. Not overpriced. Modest wine list.
Alishia M — Google review
Second time in Reims for me and stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant in the corner near the Gare on a Tuesday night. It was 7pm and asked the Miss host if I could dine without a reservation and they let us in. Both Misses who hosted us were very warm and friendly and with my broken French, still allowed me to continue tried speaking in French. On a tangent, I am of Japanese decent and believe that language plays a huge roll in perception in the world and always felt if visitors in Japan could learn just a little Japanese, the experience would be 10x better. The nuances of things change dramatically and the hosts (I later found out they both speak very good English) allowed me to converse with them in French. I really appreciate the time they spent dealing with my ego and very appreciative of their hospitality. I think most of the seating were underground level and felt like I was dining in a beautiful old wine cellars which hit my taste 120%. Every time I visit a basement I keep imagining converting it to my man cave. Now for the food and champagne side, you are in the best brut region in the world. I had a demi-bottle for two of us which was perfect for my non-alcohol tolèrent body and the food was beautiful and very tasteful. A lot of local ingredients in season. I love sauerkraut and learned the dish they served had it under the fish we ordered and is the Alsace regions specialty. My travel buddy loves asparagus and the white asparagus soup (potage??) he said was best he has ever had. I always love restaurants serving great seasonal local ingredients that is not common to me. Price wise, coming from California and stopping by at Paris, is very accessible and nothing that would break your bank. I don’t want to say “cheap” because as a restauranteur myself I don’t want to give impression that the restaurant is underselling itself at all but compared to what you get for spending 75-100 USD for two in America, I say what we received in food and services is something that would easily cost me 150+ per person in Bay Area. (I know this is bad American habit but had to put it in here) Thank you Ms.s for taking us in and not rushing us during the dining experience. I was happy with the hospitality but the city was very pretty and after the great food, I wanted to stroll around and see the beautiful buildings as it matched the food very much. I am looking for place in France to remote/work in the future and this restaurant gave me +2 pts for choosing Reims as a contender.
Noriaki K — Google review
This experience was nice, but we were disappointed there were only cold starters as a choice. The wine choice is good, and I really enjoyed my duck breast starter. We sat in the cellar, which was nice, but upstairs is good too.

Cosy cellar and absolutely great food for a fair price. Very sweet staff as well. Do make reservations, best response is through the form on their website.

We had a healthy cook with warm welcoming here😋. A French family running restaurant, cosy atmosphere ( no idea how summer is) in September when we visited Reims. Should reservation !

Seafood restaurant
Le Bocal, located behind the fish shop Etal de la Poissonnerie des Halles near Reims market, offers a true local French dining experience with its simple yet high-quality seafood dishes. With just fourteen seats, this eatery focuses on showcasing the freshness and quality of its seafood without overwhelming it with heavy sauces or elaborate sides.
This was the second time we visited Le Bocal (first time was in 2022) This time I even planned our route via Reims so we could eat here. The service is always superb, reservation is easily made. The waiters all speak english, so your order will be taken correctly! You can even make up your own platter with the waiter. He or she will give certain suggestions and you just have choose! Service always comes with a smile, and the food is just amazing!

Amazing experience, food, drinks and value. Complimentary amuse bouche to start. Madagascan jumbo shrimp, spider crab legs , Jumbo crab legs, Bottle of LP, whole baked sole, vegetable and cucumber/rice for circa €160. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly, helpful and food was staggered in such a way that we were there for over two hours just savouring every moment. You can basically create your own seafood platter with a huge range of options. Really special meal. The best meal I have had in a while.
Lloyd B — Google review
BEWARE, there is a new chef and none of the TripAdvisor reviews and photos of food exist anymore. I got the most disgusting tuna tartar and when i tried to order from photos the staff said- oh that’s the old chef. The new chef appparently doesn’t cook- it was not good and i feel sick now. I am attaching a photo of the beautiful food i expected. The picture with my fork is of the disgusting mayonnaise oil - canned tuna would be safer. The caviar was decent but this photo is of the 5x bigger portion they served than I ordered, for 5x the price. I think this was an honest mistake but still- if i hadn’t noticed before eating, that would be a 120 euro mistake for me. Be aware that the TripAdvisor photos and reviews are all of the former chef. Very sad. The champagne was quite good and there are many places in the area that look quite good!

Came here for lunch on Saturday, 9 August and enjoyed every moment of it. Our waiter Laura was very friendly, patient and attentive considering we dont speak a single word of French. Ordered the no 2 oysters, tapas, hot clams, sashimi and wasabi tobiko roe and they all tasted delicious and fresh. The oysters had some sweet taste to them and honestly i could have asked for more! We were offered to either sit outside or inside and we chose inside as it was pretty hot and we were the only ones inside. Air conditioning was a plus and all in all a lovely experience 😋
Arif Y — Google review
We ordered different seafood as appetizers and main courses, each ingredient was very fresh, the shrimp was sweet, the oysters were well seasoned, the scallops and fish for the main course had just the right texture. Reservation in advance, the wine list is reasonable priced, recommended!

We went for lunch to Le Bocal yesterday (Saturday) and absolutely loved it. The seafood was exceptional, and full of flavor. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a cool seaside vibe, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Service was excellent, and they have a great selection of champagnes. A real gem in Reims!
Juliana M — Google review
We had a spectacular meal. The service was great, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!
Rachel M — Google review
We arrived too late on Friday night to eat, but decided to come back on Saturday morning to pick up some oysters, to take home for dinner that night. We made a selection of the six different types of oysters on offer, they were expertly shut for us and packaged on ice so we could take this back to Germany with us. Would definitely recommend, service was friendly, and the seafood looked really fresh.

Nestled near the iconic Reims Cathedral, Champagne Pol Couronne offers a delightful tasting experience that shouldn't be missed. Visitors can enjoy a variety of tasting options in their charming boutique, where friendly and knowledgeable staff guide you through the exquisite flavors of their exceptional Champagne. For those seeking something truly unique, booking a sabrage session is highly recommended; this thrilling method of opening a bottle with a saber adds an element of excitement to your visit.
Visited this boutique and audit a tasting flight. Service crew was extremely friendly and welcoming. Shared with us their history, and their champagne which were delicious by the way. We end up taking a second flight to try more of their champagne and picked up 2 limited edition box sets as souvenirs! Really well priced and a beautiful experience in Reims

Alberto was great and personable. He explained the vintages and different complexities of the wine very well. Nice little stop in the city of Reims, good ambiance with people walking around and a view of Notre Dame in the background :) the champagnes were very nice. Relaxing and enjoyable experience all around.

Fun fun fun. An unplanned but unforgettable Sabrage experience and tasting. I was quite nervous but the staff explained everything clearly and gave plenty of time to prepare. My nerves quickly settled and a few minutes later we were enjoying the first glass from the same bottle. This is a MUST DO activity and I’d highly recommend this venue 100% as the staff are extremely experienced and friendly. If you like and appreciate this review please give it a like or a thumbs up so that I know what content to include in future reviews

Booked in the morning for same-day afternoon tasting. Great tasting options, affordable, comfortable atmosphere, and relaxed pace. Alberto was a friendly and knowledgeable tasting guide. Go here if you want a nice experience in the center of town but don't have time for a cellar tour.

Soane was incredible! We had a great time. She was so helpful and patient and taught us to saber the bottle! Recommend it highly. Great experience.

We wanted the experience of champagne tasting when we drove through on a Viking stop in Reims. I appreciated this place being accomodating because we didn't know what time we'd be there. The young Italian man who served us was knowledgable of French champagne making and was very welcoming. Thank you for the experience.
Bonnie C — Google review
My friends and I came across this champagne tasting room after we completed a sparkling tour. Highly recommend! We did not have reservations, but were welcomed by the staff. Vivian (not sure of the spelling) was the absolute sweetest and extremely knowledgeable. They have three or four tasting options. My husband and I did different ones so we could try multiple champagnes. Tastings were generous and reasonably priced.

Restaurant
Restaurant L'Assiette Champenoise in Reims is a renowned 3 Michelin-starred establishment led by Chef Arnaud Lallement, his wife Magali, and sister Melanie. The restaurant is celebrated for its refined cuisine that combines intricate flavor pairings with top-notch ingredients. Chef Arnaud draws inspiration from France and beyond, prioritizing the natural essence of each ingredient.
L’Assiette Champenoise is nothing short of extraordinary and fully deserving of its three Michelin stars. This was our second visit, and once again, it delivered an experience so exceptional that it’s well worth the trip outside of Paris. The service was a masterclass in subtlety and precision—flawless to the point that you barely noticed the staff, yet every detail was thoughtfully anticipated. The team exuded kindness and attentiveness, making us feel warmly welcomed from start to finish. The wine pairings were nothing short of phenomenal, elevating an already exquisite meal to new heights. Each course was a harmonious journey of flavors, perfectly complemented by the sommelier’s expert selections. Adding a personal touch to the evening, the chef made multiple visits to check on each table, a gracious gesture that truly set the tone for the evening. It’s rare to see a restaurant of this caliber maintain such a personal and approachable atmosphere. L’Assiette Champenoise is not just a meal—it’s an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, it’s a destination that continually redefines fine dining. We can’t wait to return again.
Katarina — Google review
A beautiful property. We had an aperitif in the courtyard before dinner which was great. Then we were taken to our table. The dining room is very beautiful and calm. Overall, the food was good. The wine pairing was VERY mediocre and not worth the money. They served many wines that were very cheap.(50-60€ per bottle). When you pay €250 euros for the pairing, you expect some prestigious wines. Really the only wine of note was the Krug 172 edition. Overall, I would say it’s not worth the money to dine here. The first three courses were very small portions of vegetables. There was quite a bit of fish(small portions) and there was no prestigious beef. Dessert was very good. I would do it once but I’m not sure about more than that.
Gordon H — Google review
Absolutely outstanding. We had a bit of a shaky start with service but after that everything and everyone was impeccable. We loved the wine pairing, the food was outstanding and the service incredibly attentive. It was my birthday, we got a visit from the chef, a delicious strawberry cake and silver egg. The best three michelin (or for that matter any restaurant) experience I've ever had. I haven't stopped thinking or talking about it.
Robyn L — Google review
Incredible meal on our visit to the Champagne region. Every course was well thought out with wine / champagne pairing. The only thing to know is the wines are solely from the Champagne region. Otherwise prepare to be wowed!
Linda K — Google review
Remarkable experience. We had the “Emotion” multi-course menu that was innovative, delicious and artistic. We had to reserve months in advance just for lunch and it was well worth it. The service was charming, funny and always first class. We walked around the gardens before the meal to see where some of the herbs and vegetables are grown. I’ve been to about a dozen three star Michelin restaurants in Europe and America and this was one of the best.
David W — Google review
A great celebration of fresh local ingredients with a focus on detail that elevated the individual courses. We had the Gout lunch menu with paired champagne and wines. Service was attentive but not overly so, and some of the staff were clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
David C — Google review
Great experience for my birthday this May. Amazing food, great atmosphere, professional staff. We went there for lunch and it was so pleasant to enjoy the sunny terrace with a glass of champagne for appertiser and a cup of tea to finish our lunch Can definitely recommend it for everyone who appreciate gastronomic restaurants
Iryna A — Google review
Note: this is the 2022 review amended with the 2025 visit. 16th in my 3 Stars Michelin Marathon, after finishing the Paris What matters is what’s behind the plate. So usual question: What’s extraordinary here? It’s not just a name. It’s more. Assiette: it means “plate” in French. So you understand the main subject here will be gastronomy. Interestingly enough, I had the chance to discuss with the chef. I mentioned my different challenges and we exchanged about the fact that the gastronomy, in France, revolves around the “plate”, the dish (in contrast you could say that in Spain it s around the chef), and then you have the chef, the service, the art de vivre, the settings etc… but it centered around the “plate”. Champenoise: From Champagne region. This plate comes from a region. It reflects its product, taste, culinary heritage etc… Here, the honey comes from the garden. The tomatoes also, and the products that don’t come the garden come from a close network of local producers. Because the plate reflects the region and its producers. Speaking of which, you have a wine card with 980 references in Champagne. Lallement : This could have been named “Maison Lallement”(the family name) and it would be justified. But it’s not what they decided. Because they are the bearer of a tradition, an heritage. The heritage of the French gastronomy, and the heritage of the Champagne region. They deliberately choose and kept the restaurant name that focus on the region and the gastronomy but by doing so, they (with his sister, mother and late father ) did make a name for themselves in the French gastronomy. Lallement fils : The son is carrying the legacy in the kitchen. His cuisine is deeply rooted in his region obviously. But there’s two traits that Chef Arnaud is bringing (not just two but I’ll focus on two). He’s playing with the acidity extremely well to enhance the beauty. It’s tricky. Because at first it can be a bit unpleasant, acid, etc… but then it makes things actually better. A note of acidity tells you, it’s a bit tough but look how this tomato feels so much better. It’s thanks to this little acid touch that you can fully appreciate the beauty of it. That’s may be the secret of the positiveness of the chef (look at the videos, he has a good energy), not being afraid of using the acidity because it does ultimately makes you appreciate even more the “simple” things in life. It’s really the message I’ve got, for instance with his tomatoes, where you deconstruct the different taste from a tomato and you finish down memory lane. There’s really a soul in his plates. He’s not the only one. Especially in the 3 stars, but there’s a soul there speaking to you. The soul comes from a spirit, a strong will, a strong logic that animates you. In his case, he has a strong drive to always improve. His cuisine is clearly haute French cuisine. He’s not experimental or influenced by any trend. No, he’s embracing his heritage as a French, as a son, and his only motivation it’s to pursue it, and make it better. That’s the second traits. You can see that in his dishes. It’s French, it s grounded locally, it’s haute cuisine but it’s cutting edge. This also can be seen in the design of the rooms. I could not guess when it was refurbished, when usually I’m good at it. I had the explanation when I asked the chef. Every year he’s modifying, adding, suppressing, improving the design of the restaurant. He told me that he could not afford not improving every year. This mind set can be seen everywhere from the plates, the kitchen (that is one of the best I’ve seen), the service (with a dedicated plate for the long standing employee ). Yet again, It’s luxurious not because it shines or looks expensive, it’s luxurious because it feels luxurious, simply when you touch it, simply because of the quality. The plate is not just the result of a chef, it’s the result of a son, a family, a region, a gastronomic culture looking forward, while knowing exactly where they are coming from. Very grounded top tiers three stars

Le Riad is a charming restaurant located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Cathedral. It offers a cozy and down-to-earth atmosphere where guests can indulge in delicious North African specialties and refreshing mint teas. The restaurant's interior immerses diners in an enchanting setting reminiscent of the tales from 'One Thousand and One Nights,' complete with Moroccan fountain, woodwork, sculptures, paintings, and other artistic elements.

We never had Moroccan food before and wanted to try it and we were not disappointed! We ordered a chicken tanjine, mixed meat couscous and fried spinach and cheese bites (the menu is not online and I don’t remember the exact names). They take online reservations and have menus in English.

Must Go, See, Eat, Drink here! Cannot speak more highly about this secret gem. Delicious, authentic , flavourful, rich food delivered on heavy, warming tagines. The chicken with caramelised pear and cous cous le riad were both Kings of our meal. Don't feel guilty about ordering pastilles on the side, not to be overlooked with delicate pastry and spices. The wine was gorgeous, light and floral and the staff so welcoming. Our best meal in Reims!

Nestled near Place Royale and the cathedral, Le Millénaire is a local culinary gem that has undergone a contemporary transformation. The restaurant offers refined, seasonal French cuisine in an elegant and modern setting. With its central location and attractive ambiance, it provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying amazing local dishes.
This was the best meal of my life, no exaggeration. So glad I went to this place before its inevitable Michelin fame, it’s undiscovered. Would love to come back. Highlights: the service was ASTOUNDING!!! They were so coordinated. It felt like I was in a ballet. Additionally the food was so creative but bursting with flavour. I especially loved the mushroom puree, the little tarts, the steak course, the beet course and the chocolate dessert. They did an exceptional job with the wine pairing as well. The white wine matched the curry sauce in the fish SO well. The dining area is modern and minimalistic. I love that the menu is set and secretive. They do not work with pork at this restaurant if that is a dietary concern.

I was lucky enough to dine here, and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in 2025 so far. The service was spot on, several waiters and waitresses looked after us seamlessly, working together like clockwork, which was a real pleasure to see. The champagne was flowing, and that cheese board…omg. Thanks team for looking after us.

Le Millénaire matched our expectations. Great food, nice wines, excellent service. The price is on the steep side but that was not surprising. We had the 7 course tasting menu and it was more than enough food even though the portions didn't feel very large. Prepare to spend a few hours for the full experience, you won't be disappointed.

This has taken the top spot of our food experiences in France, Spain, Portugal and Andorra. We have attempted to eat at as many Michelin restaurants as possible. My wife and I personally believe Le Millionaire should have a second star, their service, attentiveness and above all else their exquisite food was an absolute highlight! We chose the 9 course dégustation with wine pairing. They were the only restaurant in France to use a couple of wines from outside of France in their wine pairing menu. Which means in our eyes, the sommelier and head chef are really taking pride in what wines pair perfectly with their food. My wife has a unique allergy and this wasn’t any issue what so ever. Although all of the dishes were absolutely amazing. My favourite dish was their scallop dish, we were informed it was prepared in such a way for the first time that night, to suit my wife’s allergy. I’m unsure how to praise them more. If you’re seeking the best of the best this should be the only restaurant on your radar! Included are pictures of our beautiful food:

Every city I go I always try 1 to 2 Michelin starred restaurant. Le Millénaire has good ambience, attentive service, above average food that worth a 1 star. Cons for me: the fish course and the juz for the beef course were quite salty. And the lady serving me was coughing all night so it was kind of unpleasant.

Le Crypto, located in the heart of Reims, offers an elegant dining experience with a charming bistro ambiance. The restaurant is named after the famous cryptoportico, an ancient Roman gallery located opposite the establishment. Chef Frederic Dupont, known for his expertise from renowned establishments like Crayeres and Millenaire, creates delightful dishes using fresh local ingredients. The well-curated wine list includes a focus on Champagnes to complement the exquisite menu.
One of the best places to eat in Reims. Traditional and well cooked French food, excellent flavours, good service. Don’t be in a rush as the meal takes some time, but that is part of having a meal such as this. Don’t miss it.

A wonderful restaurant featuring an amazing array of regional Champagnes and wines. The food is prepared with tremendous skill. And the service is impeccable. We had the special lamb dish and pork chops for out main course. We started with the escargot with it's unique preparation with roasted hazelnut and pumpkin emulsion. A true dining experience.

We had the pleasure of dining for lunch before going to champagne houses in the afternoon. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great, but what stood out the most were the amazing people who worked here and took deep satisfaction in making sure everyone enjoyed their meal and time. I can’t wait to revisit and recommend to others.

We’ve been to Le Crypto twice now and it has remained at the top of our dining list in France. The service is friendly and accommodating to novice French speakers, the price/quality is excellent, and the variety of offerings is really great. We recommend trying the locally produced rataffa (spelling may not be correct!) with dessert.

After eating in different great restaurants in Reims, we had even greater expectations from Le Crypto. The only dish that was really good was the soup! The other dishes were average. I would have rated it 4 if the prices matched the flavours, but for what we paid, it was a bad value for money.

I only like to leave positive reviews or none at all but A l'ere Du Temps was exceptional. I felt I really had to share my experience given their write up on Lonely Planet and generally positive Facebook reviews. It seems they are at the point of hanging their hat (their guaranteed trade) off of such reviews. My experience was terrible - the worst I've received in all of France. I arrived at 9:17pm, alone, cold and hungry after a long day. They advertise their closing ti,e as 9:30pm, so when entering by myself to a basically empty venue on a Tuesday night I would expect that's ok and to receive a quick crepe. Instead, the staff member was so rude, I felt so unwelcome, he basically pretty much steered me out the door by the shoulder and told me to go away. I've never been treated with such astonishing rudeness in my life and I wanted to tell other people walking to this venue expecting the nice experience they might have read about in Lonely Planet that they should perhaps look at the many other cafes, bistros and restaurants dotted about the city. Try them out as this place is not worth the experience if you value any form of customer service.
Bryony N — Google review
Closing time does not mean anything to this place. I should have read the earlier reviews. My family and I showed up at 9pm on a Saturday to have sweet crepes and we were refused entry though their closing time is 9:30pm. Even the begging kids could not convince the staff to let us in after a long walk from the center of Reims.

(Translated by Google) Delicious pizzas! I admit I had difficulty with the "real Italian" side, eating only frozen pizzas I wasn't used to. However, it is excellent and very good, despite a pizza slightly burnt on the edges, the service was perfect and the place as warm as the employees. It's very beautiful, although it may lack space between tables. For lovers of Italian food, I recommend it!

(Translated by Google) I didn't like the fact that they changed the price of a pitcher of wine from €15 to €25 without warning me in advance or mentioning it on the bill. It's not my problem if it was undrinkable; the wine was far too green; you have to know how to serve a decent wine for a €15 pitcher. Serving a bottled wine was not my choice, but the restaurateur's. Good pizzas, but the toppings on the crust were minimal. In short, this "final bill" ruined our evening, given the way we were treated. I wouldn't go back.

This will be a repeat the next time we are in Reims!

If you’re after top-tier cocktails and genuinely attentive service, L’Apostrophe in Reims nails it. We walked in one evening with our travel bar book—basically the world’s most finicky cocktail list. Pierre, the bartender, dove right in like a pro, instantly clued in on what was in our book, and picked one of the trickiest drinks to make. The result felt like a masterpiece—the kind of cocktail only a master mixologist could deliver. After we left the bar, he and the rest of the staff actually checked on us from outside—totally unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. The food that followed? Just as unforgettable: beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. If you want classy cocktails and a staff that makes you feel seen, book this place. The next day at noon, I went back in (couldn’t help myself) and was greeted by Perrine, a young woman whose poise, kindness, and perfect English added another layer to the experience. Two visits convinced me: a rare full-five-star winning spot

EDIT: Second time coming back and our experience is still fantastic as ever! 💖 The servers here are absolutely wonderful 💖 definitely one of the best restos in the city center! 💖 Been wanting to try L'apostrophe ever since I moved to Reims! 💖 I've been passing by it for a while now and i was always in awe how elegant the facade was from outside. I'm happy to say it was equally as beautiful inside! 💖 I went here around 7:30pm and was seated immediately. Despite the busy dinner service, it's not too hard to be seated as the place is deceivingly big inside! The Mojito was great. It had just the right amount of punch to it. Most restaurants make the mistake of putting too much syrup that you can't even taste the rhum so I recommend this one. I had a Carbonnade de bœuf and I'm still raving about it! The beef was tender and the sauce was not overpowering. My partner had a filet de bar. It was cooked perfectly, was not too salty and the veggies complemented it well My only comment is: steer away from the Asian dishes! They are far from authentic and you are better of just trying some of their other offerings. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I see myself coming back to try other dishes in the future!

A lovely experience for two Irish diners on our last evening in France. The young man who served us was impeccable in every way, une véritable star! He agreed to speak in French (something that we have found surprisingly difficult to get people to do once they hear our Irish accents). He gave us good explanations and advice when requested but was in no way "pushy." Service was prompt - not rushed, friendly, and efficient. The menu was very good and sufficiently varied. The food was very tasty, as others have described, and served in good quantity. There is a nice ambience in the dining room, undoubtedly aided by the pleasant staff. Overall, excellent! Une régale.

Very friendly service but some food over cooked. People I dined with asked for medium steak and it arrived well done. My salmon was a little dry but the sauce was good. The rice that came with it however tasted like rice I've had with a meal on a flight. The fruit sorbet was amazing however, absolutely amazing. The chocolate ice cream dessert waa disappointing, do not order if you are a chocoholic as it just tastes like cheap chocolate ice cream with lots of whippes cream on top! All in all, the atmosphere waa good but the food was kinda average.

French restaurant that serves seasonal and classic menu’s more pretentious than a bistrot. Interiors would love a renovation and the plastic menu’s are absolutely a no go, dirty and unclear. Last weekend, we spent one night at Hôtel Les Crayères before continuing our journey to the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa in Épernay. The welcome and service at Les Crayères were truly outstanding. From the moment we entered the estate until the moment we checked out, we were surrounded by a warm, attentive, and highly professional team. The staff truly deserve great praise for their hospitality and helpfulness. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, impeccably clean, and radiated the classic charm one would expect from a property like Les Crayères. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet the standard expected of a five-star hotel of this caliber. For €100 for two people, we anticipated a refined and varied experience, but the offering was rather limited. Breakfast is not served in buffet style, which makes the selection quite restricted and inflexible. For two guests, the breakfast included two croissants, two pastries, two chocolate breads, and a few pieces of baguette, accompanied by a small bowl of fruit and yogurt per person, plus the option to choose one egg dish. With the bread, only a selection of jams and one small piece of goat cheese per person were provided. As neither of us are fond of sweet breakfast items, our options were very limited. Overall, it felt rather modest and did not match the price charged. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was also somewhat disappointing. On a Sunday morning, only two other tables were occupied, there was no background music, and the room lacked the cozy and relaxed ambiance one would normally expect in a house of this standing. Our advice to the hotel would be to critically review the breakfast concept and perhaps take inspiration from other leading five-star hotels in the region. The current offering detracts from what is otherwise an exceptional experience at Les Crayères. In summary: the staff and rooms are outstanding, but the breakfast clearly remains an area for improvement.

This was an incredible place to stay for our time in the Champagne region. Location is phenomenal with plenty of cellars and tastings to enjoy nearby in Reims but it was also easy to uber over to Epernay for more! Hotel specific, from the moment we pulled into the gates to our departure, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The terrace off the bar is gorgeous and our room was clean and comfortable, with a terrace of its own! (We splurged on the Ministerial Suite which I would definitely recommend, it was fab.) We had dinner at each of the restaurants in the hotel and both were delicious and impressive experiences, especially at the Michelin starred Le Parc- 10/10 food, service and atmosphere. 110% recommend. We are already planning our next trip to Reims and will absolutely be staying at Domaine Les Crayères again; literally can’t stay anywhere else after this beyond fantastic experience.

We had amazing room! Amazing view. Dinner was not so good as we expected . Michelin restaurant was closed and second one is very simple and not good service. And reception of the hotel unhelpful, bad in English, hard for communication. Never seen before the same kind of awful service. And we were surprised that no one responsible for any request. Room service we’re waiting more than 1 hour. I hope the director soon change and the service as well.

The property is very beautiful and picturesque. However, when paying over $800.00 per night, one would expect the room to be exquisite. Not that we use a minibar in a room but we wanted to use it to store some cheeses and meats during our stay. Upon opening the minbar, it smelled as if something had died in there. It was nauseating. The staff came to clean but it still had a foul smell. Upon returning from being out, we found the privacy blind on the main window had fallen off the support. The area rugs looked old and stained. The carpet in the bedroom was also very thin and stained. The bathroom and shower was very modern, stylish and up to date. We like to walk and enjoy the city’s when in Europe. This location was not convenient for visiting a local coffee shop, a local bar or selection of restaurants by walking. We loved the champagne region and will return, but never to Domaine Les Crayeres.

We tried their homemade foie gras with chutney and sea salt. Excellent taste, unctuous and fresh. The only downside was the toast; soggy and store bought (a bit disappointing)! I opted for the Paella del Piccadore (sausage and beef); absolutely DELICIOUS flavors, rice cooked to perfection, slightly hot but not overwhelming. It is very copious & generous, and you can't have enough! We tried the basque wine Irouleguy which complemented perfectly the dishes! They also serve meals of the day at really excellent prices given the quality of food. A very nice address to try !

Lovely little restaurant! A mixture of french and Spanish cuisine. The food portions were quite large! We could have shared the Paella as a meal! The food was delicious and the service was great.

One of the better restaurant experiences we had while in Reims. This restaurant is located a short walk west of the city centre but is very much worth a visit. Plenty of menu items to choose from and very reasonably priced. Super friendly waitress and owner who gave us a coulple of extra things to try between meals and a shot of something (not sure what it was!) at the end of our meal. We had a three course menu and there was nothing we could fault. Make sure you call and make a reservation as we went on midday on Monday and it was full to the point they had to turn people without a reservation away.

I didn’t have a reservation but they found a nice table for me. I had a delicious salade: pear, blue cheese, pine nuts, Bayonne ham, pomegranate seeds. Very good portion and well presented. I tried their beer with hot pepper: very good and surprising. I was offered a drink when I paid my bill which was really kind as it was my first visit. I highly recommend.

Au Petit Comptoir is a charming French restaurant located in Reims, known for its stylish decor and inviting terrace. Chef Thierry Sidan leads the kitchen, offering a contemporary twist on traditional bistro fare.
Really beautiful evening. We didn't have a booking but managed to get a table. It was a lovely atmosphere, mostly locals dining. The staff were lovely, the food exquisite. Lots of choice , fixed price menus and a la carte.

What a great dinner. We had the chef surprise menu with wine pairing. Staff were fantastic making an effort to translate to English. The food was amazing and if we could we would return many times.

Loved this restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient despite it being full on a Saturday night. I'd suggest booking. There were several menus to choose from. A la carte and the 39 euro Prix fix, the 59 euro ser menu and the 85 euro tasting menu. All nine members of our party found something delicious and the restaurant catered a dairy intolerance. It's about 10 mins walk from the town centre of Reims so you'll see the less touristy side of town. The photos are lentil soup, beef and pear crumble and a Madeleine. Enjoy!

Choose between a nice terrasse on the street or a cosy dinning room. We ate the menu -starter, main, cheese and dessert accompanied by a bottle of excellent champagne ( recommended by the friendly waitress) . Everything was spotless, great service, great food good recommendations, timely service. We had a wonderful evening and would return with pleasure.

Today we tried what I would call one of the little gems in Reims. The chef truly brought magic to our table for dinner tonight. We got offered some of the best freshly sliced cured ham on the house. Soon after my croque de Reims with truffle starter blew my mind. The flavors were dancing in my mouth. Such pleasure!!!! My Pluma ham main was perfection on a plate. Finally the dessert was certainly the best orange tarte I have eaten in France. The service was on point and everyone was so sweet and helpful. It was a pleasure to dine at au petit comptoir this evening. Very simply put, this restaurant fulfills your senses without being heavy on your pocket. A must try while in Reims.

Le Tablier Reims is a charming restaurant situated in the bustling heart of Reims, offering traditional bistro dishes in a cozy setting with a terrace. The eatery prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients to provide an authentic taste of the region. The menu features delectable options such as escargot, brisket, and truffle pasta, all expertly prepared and presented with care. Despite being busy, the staff is welcoming and provides quick service while maintaining French hospitality.
A brilliant restaurant in Place Drouet d’Erlon. Lots of outdoor seating and two levels indoors. It is right near the statue and fountain with great views of the rest of the Place. The menu is broad and the prices reasonable. Service was fantastic. We had snails, the pork terrine and the vegan burger. All were so delicious and generous in size. Highly recommended!

Nice place for a dinner. Staff is very friendly and is quick to help. Location is ok, on a busy street with many other restaurants. Quite some cars that drive by the roundabout next to the tables however. Food was delicious. Lots of stuff on the menu and it all looked good. Not very expensive. Would come back a second time!
Reinier D — Google review
Easy French dinner with very informal setting and relaxed atmosphere. Food was really good, especially the brisket and the ribs. Fries were excellent. Personally I would prefer actual mayonnaise or more rich sauce to accompany the ketchup. No reservation needed, just queue a bit and voila! Recommended😊
Eerik H — Google review
The washrooms were clean and well stocked. Waitstaff was friendly, attentive and we were able to order order in English. We had the Brisket and quinoa burger which both came with fries. The brisket was tender and melted in your mouth. Quinoa burger had half an avocado lettuce and tomato, delish.
Andrew U — Google review
Just okay really, I don’t know who’s writing these reviews but I found the mushroom pasta lacking flavor, like zero seasoning and the brisket was tender but the sauce was very run-of-the mill. If you’re looking for a quintessential French bistro, look somewhere else.
John S — Google review
Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing — it felt like eating at a cheap diner. Almost everything was overly sweet. Our server was kind, but she forgot my order, which didn’t help the experience. That said, the location is lively and fun, which was a nice plus.

Food was delicious. But im expecting french food, but there are ribs, pulled pork, soy glazed salmon. Just sounded very fusion and also playing pop english music too. We ordered the pulled pork and soy salmon as recommended and it was alright.

Les Cornichons, situated in the heart of Reims, is a charming restaurant with a convivial atmosphere that offers a delightful traditional French dining experience. The owners are happy to share the origin of the "Cornichon Remois" nickname while serving delectable dishes. The menu features mouth-watering burgers, fresh seafood ceviches, and Spanish ham with chorizo chips and veggie gratin. The restaurant's unique 70s-inspired decor adds to its quirky charm.

The restaurant is more spacious than it looks from the outside. The menu has a small selection of dishes, but it's quite good. However, there's a kid's menu, but no high chair for children 😔

The hostess is one of the least friendly person you can have. She feels entitled to change your order that it suits her. She creates a hostile environment where you feel like you have to eat as quickly as possible so she can reuse your table quickly. Also changed our bill at the end! Make sure you don’t get scammed in this place!!!!!
Floris W — Google review
One of the rudest, most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve ever had. The waitress was shockingly hostile—especially toward non-French speakers. We felt completely unwelcome from the start. Food was forgettable, but the service was unforgivable. Avoid this place at all costs.

The restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I was so happy to find this restaurant and have an amazing dinner at a very reasonable price. I especially enjoyed the mushroom soup - which was perfect for a cold winter night. The neighborhood is a bit out of way from the city center, but it is a very easy tram ride from the cathedral. Definitely worth the visit!

The food was amazing. Some of the best I’ve had for a long time. I really enjoyed it. However the level of service was significantly lower than the quality of food. As a non-French speaking guest I didn’t feel welcome. It didn’t only feel as if it was due to a language barrier, but a general hostility towards non-French speakers (which also included another table). Beautiful food but I wouldn’t recommend. I’m sorry that this is the case since I wish all the best for you.

What a lovely restaurant tucked away in a side street but definitely worth a visit! Everything the four of us was delicious! The asparagus salad was heavenly! The snails, smoked salmon and foie gras creme brulee as starters were all exquisite! Followed by a steak, sea bream, risotto and the pork, there was nothing left untouched! Definitely worth a return visit!!

Amazing food quality and the wine was lovely. It was a simple menu with two set menus (25 or 35€) or a la carte. There were 4 different options for each course. Everything we ate was exceptional and beautifully presented. The waitress was quite brief with us but I belive that was simply a language barrier (no English spoken by her and only a little french by us!) as she was happily chatting with some other customers. Excellent preventative measures in place for covid also.

Côté Sushi Reims is a delightful fusion restaurant nestled in the heart of Reims, France, where culinary traditions from Peru and Japan come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. The menu boasts a variety of dishes that cater to both vegetarians and meat enthusiasts alike. Diners can savor flavorful options like miso soup, Udon noodles, Mahi-Mahi ceviche, and Donburi Gyoza Nikkei alongside exquisite sushi combinations that showcase the best of Peruvian-Japanese cuisine.
One of my friends recommended this restaurant to me. What an amazing place. Why didn’t I go there before. My daughter loves sushi and this place is ‘the best’ to have sushi without hesitating how the quality must be and in peace. It’s a big size restaurant but out of this world!! Quiet, vibrant, ambiance was soothing and representing Japanese culture and style . Top notch in quality, quantity also the top class customer service. Every dish was mouth watering, carefully selected ingredients, portion size was just perfect. We went on ordering and didn’t feel we had enough. When it comes to the quality I am too fussy and hygiene I am an OCD. But here, the hygiene level was 10/10. This is the only second place in France I found was fresh and hygienic. Presentation was 👌👌, I give 10/10. Staff was super professional and approaching also deserves 10/10. Dessert was melting in mouth. Yummy yummy mochis. Many of my friends already dined there after I told them and were all praise to the team. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. If you are visiting Reims, France and if you are a sushi lover, this is the place to go. Quality for the price we paid was worth it. Being a restaurant owner myself I know what it means to have perfect review. All the best Côté Sushi. Keep it up. You keep up the quality and the hard work going, money follows.

This place was such a gem in the middle of Reims! We were heading back to the train station back to Paris but decided to stop in for a quick bite. We all got cheeseburgers with various toppings, and they were delicious! The fries were also very good! Crispy yet soft. Would definitely recommend over other restaurants!
Eileen — Google review
It was our first time at this restaurant. The presentation was nice and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations. You choose exactly what you want in your burger, yet in the end, they add whatever they want 🤷‍♀️. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but it came without bacon. We also ordered a chicken cheeseburger, which turned out to be the most tasteless burger I’ve ever had — the chicken had no flavor, was very dry, and the bun seemed old. Overall, despite the good presentation and kind staff, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Food is very good and the place has an excellent menu. Anyone who has been in a good U.S. burger joint will feel right at home. we stayed at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Reims and this burger place was in walking distance. The place was clean, staff were fantastic and the burgers were amazing! the milkshake was soooooooo good too. I would happily eat here again.
G S — Google review
It was okay, as a three star suggests. The bacon cheeseburger was good but put together very messily so that half of it fell out before even starting. The bun was not great, an easy way to improve a burger. The fries could have been really good but were unfortunately soggy and limp, the taste was good which is why it was a shame they were soggy! The Nutella milkshake was again OK, tasty but I've had many better milkshakes. The place has potential but due to many average attributes I felt it was lacking overall a little. In saying this, it's great if you're after a quick burger and fries.
Felice M — Google review
The place is really nice. I have tried burgers at more fancy places but this small place has some really delicious burgers. The taste and quality is really nice. Staff is friendly as well and the price is also not really expensive like fancy places. So you can have a good pleasure in small amount.

Bochelley — Google review
Burger place located on one of the main pedestrian streets in Reims. Price was reasonable, we took the 15€ Shake menu (burger, fries, drink and milkshake). The chicken cheeseburger was ok, the chicken itself was quite nice (whole chicken breast) but the rest was not great. As per the photo, it is not the most appetising burger visually and was very roughly put together - which was a surprise since it was mid afternoon and very quiet when we were there. A few small changes such as more care when putting the burger together and using a better quality bun would have made an average burger a good burger. The fries were nice, slightly soggy but not bad. The strawberry milkshake was fairly standard for France - creamy milk with a fruit syrup flavour. They've not quite caught on to the luxury milkshake game you'd expect if you are coming from Australia/USA/Canada. Overall an ok experience, fairly cheap casual burger place and it is one of very few places in Reims open on a Sunday if you're looking for a quick feed.

A quick and convenient restaurant located in Reims. With a diverse menu of Istanbul and American food options there is something for everyone. Food is also severed quick. The only complaint that I have is that the fries were a little soggy and not crisp. Would recommend if you are in a hurry.
Hello — Google review
We ordered a sandwiches kebab and tacos with fries. Honestly, this was a waste of money. First, the sandwich portion was disappointing. Most of the filling seemed to be on the outside, and when you actually bite into it, it feels empty, just bread and sauce with barely anything inside. This is careless preparation. Second, the fries were absolutely inedible. They looked and tasted like they had been reheated or refried several times. The texture was hard, the color was off, and the taste was nothing like real fries. It was so bad that we couldn’t even finish the sandwiches. What makes it worse is that I’ve eaten here before (dine-in) and it was fine, but this takeout order was unacceptable. We were in a hurry, planning to eat in the car, and instead ended up disappointed, hungry, and having to find food elsewhere. This will be my last time ordering from here.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was here! My long quest of finding a legit Thai restaurant has finally come to a close when Koboon appeared! 💖 Coming from Southeast Asia and having stayed at Bangkok myself, i can attest that the Pad Thai I ordered here is as authentic as it gets! 💖 It was well seasoned, syrupy and sweet, just like a traditional Pad Thai would. The only thing that put me off was the cilantro. I thought it would have been perfect without it! My husband ordered a Kai Thai which i also loved. It reminded me a lot of the Filipino Chicken Adobo! 💖 The wings were tender and well seasoned and the rice was not overly flavored with the sauce from it which i appreciate The Mango Sticky Rice was sadly a bit underwhelming. I wish there would have been actual Mango chunks instead of the mango compote it was served with. The service was fast and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Food was good, affordable and generous with the meat, but very greasy. Service was difficult: the waitresses were hiding behind a column and we had to seek them out repeatedly to obtain water

Indeed, it is the best Thai food. Had dinner here and returned for lunch the next day so I can taste more of their menu. The pad Thai was on point, and very close to the authentic version. Tom Kha Soup was also spot on, but I guess it’s adjusted to be less spicy to cater to local taste. My favourite has to be the green curry with rice, so creamy and delicious, just the way I love it. The best part, you can choose from prawns, chicken or beef for any of their dishes. Nems was also super nice.. crispy and full of filling. Chilli lover like me will be pleased as they offer freshly cut chillies when you ask. Portions are generous and service is friendly. I wish they will open a branch in central Paris! If you're on the hunt for an authentic Chinese dining experience, look no further than MeiShi Daily in Reims. This charming family-style restaurant offers a delightful array of traditional dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. From their renowned Peking duck to the flavorful steamed ravioli with Szechuan red sauce, every bite is a celebration of culinary artistry.

Food was ok, nothing exceptional. Difficult to find a really good Chinese restaurant in Reims so I'm not complaining.

I got here around 19:30, and the place was almost packed. The waitress in the front works really efficiently and professional !The food is amazing, it felt like I was back in China. She's also very chatty when she's not busy, super friendly. I saw a few tables ordered Peking duck, the color looked so gorgeous!

Great local Chinese restaurant! Definitely worth venturing away from the centre of town to find this hidden gem. Fresh tasting food, affordable prices and great service from the staff.. even the chef came out to say hello! Highly recommended

This place isn't very good. The food is mediocre and service is not friendly no wonder it's empty. Appears the chef had lost his passion for cooking quality Chinese food what a shame :(
Adam V — Google review
Food is really good and staff is friendly. Just enough dishes on the menu that everyone will find something they like and I believe everything is home made. Sichuan food is delicious, flavourful and spicy and it's nice to be able to have it when I'm back in my hometown! The spicy aubergine dish is exquisite - there are really good vegetarian options here. For meat eaters, the chicken with dried chillies is delish and their meat jiaozi are ace.

Amazing experience! We only did a stop here in Reims and this was our lunch spot and we couldn’t be happier with our pick. The cheese plate was perfect and amazing, and both dishes were very tasty. The dessert consisted of a passion fruit, pineapple and cream mix with meringue (so good!). Would definitely come again. And special note! The prices here are really good.

They seemed a little overhelmed with the service when we walked in (Friday 1 pm) as it took a long time to order and then people who walked in after us got their food first... But it was delicious, healthy and coffee was not too bad too

We were at the May holidays in Reims and went to this place for lunch. I liked it very much. everything is delicious, the freshest products. The dessert of the day was simply amazing, it was homemade ice cream with caramel, chocolate and peanuts. My only regret is that there is no such place in Paris. We would often go that way. And just look at the prices. At first I thought it was a joke and such prices simply do not exist. How do they survive? I hope that everything will be fine with this place, so I decided to write a review to thank them once again on my own. Thank you!

Believe the rating! Small menu selection that changes everyday and but I get the impression they make everything with a lot of heart and it shows in their warm and welcoming service too. I had the most delicious veal with mashed potatoes - the meat was so tender and infused with fresh herbs flavour, portion was large too. Mopped up the plate with the crusty and soft baguette the serve - yummy! Don’t leave without having a cup of coffee, I had one the best cafe au lait! My total bill was abt €14+ which is incredible for value. Food : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambiance : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hidden gem in Reims. We stopped by for a quick lunch after a cellar tour, and couldn’t be more happy. The menu of the day featured a chicken tajine (tajine de poulet au thé & oranges), with two glasses of brut. It was amazing. Next we finished the lunch with a tarte snickers, and a macchiato. The dish was incroyable. The couscous, orange, chicken and vegetables were all cooked perfectly and the flavours paired very well. The dessert was also fantastic. Not too sweet, the tart shell was crisp - not greasy. The espresso in the macchiato was very good as well.

Spectacular fresh and delicious lunch! We went after doing a tasting next door and it was a perfect meal after some champagne tasting. The quiche was perfect and my friend really enjoyed his calamari salad.

I do not want to give a review at first, since it will be harder for me to get a reservation in the future 😂 First of all, we are not french speaker, but they are very welcoming and put 100% effort into explaining. Superb service. Magnifique dishes, amazing banana pie, and they even pair it with a lovely wine, which works super well with the dish. Sadly I cannot find the wine in the supermarket to bring home 🥲 maybe next time I’ll buy from them haha. And the view was unexpectedly beautiful. Simply one of the best lunch experiences in France. I will return to this place whenever I’m in France. Merci, for the experience.

Great place for breakfast! We were there every morning. 2.50 euros for a FRESH pain au chocolat and a caffe crème/au lait. Even at 10AM there were new batches of croissants taken out of the oven. The other pastries looked good too even though we never had them. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Ditch the 15 euros breakfast at the hotel for this lovely place.

Ramen restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Genki is a popular spot in Reims for Asian cuisine enthusiasts. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes including salads, miso soup, gyozas, ramen, curry, and udon with options for vegetarians as well. Customers appreciate the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. The spacious setting makes it suitable for families with children or strollers. It's advisable to make reservations in advance due to its popularity.
A really nice surprise to eat ramen in Reims, totally worth it. The staff is really nice and they are fast! The beef ramen was so tender and juicy. We ordered a lunch menu that included miso soup and gyozas 🥟. The miso soup was a hug to my stomach and heart. Thank you Genki cooks.

We tried to find a decent Japanese restaurant in Reims and we ended up going to this restaurant without sushi . We ordered chicken curry , chicken Raman and appetizers such as tofu and octopus ball, cabbage salad and miso soup . Everything taste good but some Japanese garnish is missing such as curry rice had not red ginger . The texture of the Raman is different from Japanese restaurant. We found out the restaurant is run by Chinese not Japanese . However, the food taste good , just missing some Japanese favour.

So good we had both lunch and dinner here on the same day! We loved our lunch, both the ramen and katsu curry were fantastic so we came back for dinner to try more dishes. Great portion size, fantastic flavour, good prices too. If we ever find ourselves in Reims again, Genki will be on our list again!

The most appreciated point for me here was their service quality. All staff were super nice, smiling and caring. If you love ramen, I personally recommend miso ramen or beef ramen if you don't eat spicy food, otherwise go with spicy option. The chicken ramen was quite grease. Their big space is a big plus for families with kids / strollers. Important: reserve before coming because it was quickly fully filled minutes after opening hours although the space is very big. If you don't want to reserve, try to come at the opening time.

Can’t expect too much eating ramen outside of Japan. Would like to give it a four star considering the material, water and skill of chef. Found this ramen shop in Reims of France in order to cure of Asian tummy, very satisfied of food and services
Yam K — Google review
Hard to find a ramen place in Reims so i was very happy to stumble upon Genki while looking for one. It's conveniently situated near the Cathedrale and fairly easier to park than restaurants near centre ville As someone who is Asian and have tried ramen joints in Japan, Genki is your best bet ramen-wise in Reims. The Chasu was soft, tender and flavorful, the soy marinated egg was just right all for the price of €12! The broth was a bit lighter in taste compared to a traditional shio ramen but it didn't bother me much. I would have preferred the noodles to be a tad bit harder as it was a bit too soft to my taste The takoyaki was wonderful! It even came with bonito flakes, all ingredients stayed true to the traditional one and even had chunky bits of octopus! I was however deeply disappointed with the Katsudon. It tasted nothing like it and didn't have the traditional umami dashi soy taste on the pork nor the egg. It was more like a western take on the katsudon, we had to add a bit of soy sauce even and salt for it to have a bit more flavor. Too bad, imo, because the pork was cooked well and tender, i would advice you skip the donburi and just go for the tonkatsu version instead Service was great. We came in around 7pm and was seated comfortably. By 7:30 the place was busy, buzzling and full on a Saturday night so I would suggest you come early or call for reservation! Anyway, i was still very happy overall to stumble upon this restaurant! Can't wait to come back and try all the other dishes!

To finish off our spontaneous visit, we each treated ourselves to a Café Gourmand. Highly recommended. (Translated by Google) First of all, very good pizza, the wood-fired oven makes all the difference!! Very fast service, and the manager allowed me to eat with my dog. Friendly staff, no problems. So why not a 5? If I were only considering the food, it would deserve it, but the first problem is the lack of restocking; I was told there were no more picon, no more morreti, etc. Personally, I came on foot, but for someone with a car, good luck parking. Lack of atmosphere; you could only hear the people at the bar on the ground floor, which didn't bother me personally; I don't come for that. Otherwise, as I said, the food was impeccable, nothing to complain about.

Ordered a Pizza and two beer. (Summary is Beer not cold, pizza not made here, girl is from Mars). I go in as no service outside. They are on their phone. No beer shows up after 10 mins and there is only one other table. But I can see my beers next to her. The girl literally let the beer sit on the counter as she was on her phone for 15 mins while she was surfing the web. I went and got them myself. All she said was “Sorry I forgot”. As for the Pizza, after 30 mins I went back in and ask about whether it was ready. “You didn’t order one” she said. I confirmed ONE HAM PIZZA and two beers when I ordered. What a joke. Let's Sandwich is a fast-food restaurant located in Reims, offering an American-inspired menu featuring burgers, sandwiches, salads, and paninis. They are known for their homemade french fries and a variety of delicious dipping sauces. Customers have praised the fresh and tasty hand-packed burgers with homemade fries. The restaurant also offers a secret menu item called the 'American sandwich steak charal xxl.' Visitors have appreciated the friendly service, quick turnaround time, and reasonable prices at Let's Sandwich.
We were really pleasantly surprised. We walked around Reims with our two picky kids and determined much of the local fair to be too complex. We were about give up and eat at the Golden Arches when I spotted Let's Sandwich. We ducked in to check the menu and a lovely gentleman greeted us and happily explained they make everything fresh. We had a pretty good sample of the cuisine and all were very happy. My daughter and I had excellent hand-packed burgers with homemade fries. My wife and son had fresh grilled chicken baguette sandwiches. Everyone agreed the food was very high quality for the price. One final note, the gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally kind. We speak very little French but he patiently explained everything in English so we could enjoy a lovely lunch in the shadow of the Cathedral.

The sandwich looked better in the picture.

As a Vietnamese, Pho was normal for me, not much meat inside. The food looked not fantastic as Asian restaurants in Paris. Enjoyed the Pho and all the items we ordered. Good value, too. They had a meal option for tea or coffee, a main dish, and a starter for €18. Limited options, but they were exactly what we wanted. Would recommend eating here.

Normally I stay away from restaurants on the main street from tourist overload but this seemed like a good choice to sit and watch people while waiting on friends. I ordered a glass of brut champagne and a pork rice roll appetizer. The dish was nicely presented and delicious. It came with fried shallots and a few vegetable toppings. They offer inside seatings and outdoor seatings with shades.

If I could put zero star for the service I would . I sat there for 30 mins with nobody talking to me . When they finally came to give me the card I waited another hour for a soup brought by someone very unprofessional, unruly and without manners . The food taste good but their service makes the place unappealing. I’m a tourist and I left with a very bad opinion of this particular restaurant . Train your employees or just do a pick up service so you won’t have to deal with people .

First time in this restaurant with a friend, and since we've never had an authentic Vietnamese meal, we ordered several small dishes to get a general taste of the menu and the cuisine ! It was really good, though some dishes were less tasty than others. Edamame, sweet potato fries and the veggie roll were good and packed with flavour ! The beef crispy samosa was DELICIOUS. The coco chicken was alright, lacked a bit in flavour ! The least tasty entrée was the Bánh Bao Ga, bland stuffing and lacked in flavour ! We had a nice experience and will definitely be going back to try some more !

The hotel features a bistro, lounge/bar, tearoom, and an excellent in-house restaurant called Brasserie Conti. Its central location near Reims Train Station and Reims Champagne Congres makes it convenient for travelers.
Nice hotel in a convenient spot, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Nice touch with the glass refillable water bottles. Lots of busy restaurants on the street, but I didn’t hear a thing with the window closed. The hotel is across the park from the train and tram, just a few minutes walk.

Great hotel in a good location, with many restaurants and sites within walking distance. Parking was very convenient in an underground lot under the hotel. The room was large and clean, and had drapes to separate the separate room for the kids. This was nice because most other hotel rooms we had on our trip had the main bed and a twin bed crammed in the same room, but the Continental had a suite situation. Breakfast was pretty good but expensive for the price.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine also didn’t work. They provided us with complimentary cafe to make up for it. Thank you! Overall the stay was perfect oh and also my husband forgot his wedding ring and luckily the cleaning staff were hoe st and turned it into the desk! Thank god for good people and many blessings to them for their honesty! Very happy with our stay. Very beautiful accommodations.

I really enjoyed Reims because of this hotels location relative to places we were trying to go: short walk from restaurants, bars, the train station, and the famous major churches that people come here to visit. The lobby has free water and they give you water bottles to use to get the free water, which is always a plus for me in Europe when tap water/free water that isn’t bottled water is usually only available from the bathroom sink or a restaurant. Our hotel did have one issue that the staff resolved. The battery on the pin pad to our room died and we couldn’t use the key to get in because of it. We both left the room to get the fancy water and we both got locked out. The staff did a great job resolving this because it was inconvenient that we got locked out. My phone and my coat were in our room and I couldn’t get them. We had to rush off to a champagne tour (this hotel is near the champagne region) and I wanted to take pictures/have a way to call for help if something went wrong. The hotel staff member let me use one of their work phones to take pictures and contact the outside world. The hotel staff also found a random coat to let me wear on the tour because it was outside sometimes and it was cold!!! I had eaten some food for dinner really quickly and they also let me put my left overs in their staff fridge (because my fridge was behind a door that we couldn’t open) so we didn’t waste food. (I ate this food the next morning for breakfast and it was great!!! Was so glad I got to save it even tho we didn’t have access to our room) They did not have to do this. They went above and beyond to solve our problems while they waited for someone to take the door handle off. Because the door handle had to be taken off while we were gone, they gave us a very nice suite for free. They also sent a nice man to help move all our bags to the new room. The new room was definitely nicer than our original accommodation, and when we came back from the champagne tour, they gave us a free bottle of premier cru champagne in a bucket of ice with glasses, a box of fancy chocolates, and an I’m sorry card apologizing that the door lock battery stopped working and that we got shuffled around and I had to live a day without my phone. They didn’t have to do this but they did do this because they wanted us to be happy and have a pleasant stay. I was very pleased with their efforts to resolve the situation and compensate us for our time and trouble. If we ever went back to the champagne region I’d stay here again because of how nice they were about all of this and because of the location and because it was close to the train station.

Great location, very close to the station and the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean (courtesy of Sabrina), comfortable, and surprisingly very quiet for the location. Very accommodating for dogs and babies as well.

We stayed here for 4 days to do some touring around Champagne. First and foremost, the hotel is so conveniently located! It’s excellent. A few minutes from the train station and beautiful placed within minutes of restaurants etc. The staff we encountered throughout were absolutely fabulous and could not do enough to help you. Excellently turned out and very helpful! We had a few cocktails during our stay and they were lovely. As for those moaning about cups and spoons! The hotel is aiming at reducing its carbon footprint along with most businesses in Champagne to highlight the green credentials of the region. Not accepting cleaning, new towels etc gets you some drinks vouchers for champagne or soft drinks. An absolutely fantastic initiative and highly recommend it! How many times at home do you really change your sheets, towels etc over the course of a few days!? Now, why a 3 star review - the pillows are utterly appalling! They may aswell have not bothered with them. Wafer thin, unsupportive, tiny and utterly useless. The main purpose of a hotel is a good shower and a good nights rest. With the pillows they provide a good nights rest is nigh on impossible! If anyone thinks these pillows are of any use, you need to see somebody about your sleeping habits. Buy some half decent pillows and it will thoroughly elevate the hotel. Otherwise it completely overshadows what is an excellent spot with some wonderful staff! I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but with how bad the pillow situation is, I can’t in good conscience give it that. Realistically I would stay again, but bring my own pillows.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Reims Our experience at the Continental Hotel was excellent from start to finish. We were on a road trip and called the hotel earlier that morning to see if they could prepare our rooms ahead of check-in. Tom at the front desk went above and beyond to make that happen, and our rooms were ready when we arrived—huge thanks to him for the seamless welcome! A special shout-out to Benjamin at the concierge desk. We hadn’t booked any champagne cellar tours in advance, but he worked his magic and secured us four last-minute tickets to Ruinart. He gave us all the details—pricing, attire, logistics—and handled everything with efficiency and care. Truly some of the best concierge service we’ve ever experienced. As for the room, we stayed in a junior suite that was spacious, bright, and beautifully comfortable. The bed was fantastic, and the shower was phenomenal. The only small hiccup was that the room got a bit warm at night, and the A/C took a little adjusting. But overall, it didn’t take away from a great stay. If we return to Reims, we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dirty place and bathroom, slow service, very heavy pizza dough not easily digestible. Found a thread (!) on my pizza and the spicy oil looked not edible. I would not recommend this place. We only went because they have a vegan pizza (no vegan mozzarella, just cold vegetables on top of the pizza base) and the pizza was therefore cold.

Disappointing. Wine glasses were dirty - also the replacements. Wine was way too warm. Wrong main dish served and the waiter insisted it was the right one.... Drinks forgotten and the sauce was served late in the meal after several reminders. And the particular sauce, we actually ordered were served even later. The upside is that the sauces were good.

Ordered a tuna Niçoise salad and pizza. Pizza was mediocre, but the tuna Niçoise salad was disgusting. First of all, it was hardly a salad at all. It was dominated by a huge pile of cold rice with only a few leaves of lettuce scattered on the side. Next, said rice was cold, hard and grainy, mostly due to how the tuna was mixed in. It was a purée which made the texture terrible. There was supposedly an egg: it wasn’t there. If it was, it was mixed in that it contributed nothing to the flavor.

Surprised at all the good reviews the food was really not nice, we're both vegan and really not fussy we'll eat just about anything and we struggled to eat this, the pad Thai was not nice, the vegan chicken is the only thing that saved the dish. Probably the first time I saw Thai cuisine being offered in Reims! Sadly, if you're looking for authentic Thai dishes: you're probably just going to have a slight gist of it. The resto offers a bit of a fusion of Vietnamese, Thai and some Indian recipes in the dishes. Coming from Southeast Asia, i could say that Chicken Satay has more of a sweet peanuty flavor than what i ordered which had a bit of spicy curry in it. And well, Bo Bun is a Vietnamese dish which they added a bit of Thai flavors in. However, my overall experience was great. Staff were friendly and food was served fast. i think this is a bold new restaurant in the block and I'm excited to see how it will flourish!

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution celebrated for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. During my recent visit, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement due to a nearby football match, drawing in crowds eager for a quick bite. However, the service lagged behind the rush, leading to overflowing bins that left diners with no option but to leave their trash on tables. A little tip: if you need to use the restrooms, be sure to keep your receipt handy as it contains the necessary code!
It was busy because of a football match at the nearby stadium, however the service was really slow and the bins were overflowing. People had no choice but to leave their rubbish on the tables.

It's just a McCafe and they don't respect the promotions. They said the McDou is only in the morning but the poster does not mention that. Rude staff. Do better or close it down!
Petrut M — Google review
We ordered a burger got a wrap Then discovered it has cheese and my friend is vegan… How bad can you mess up an order… Eventually they switched it after complaining it has been partially consumed…
Christy K — Google review
The worst “M” ever. Staff is not focused and unfriendly. The place is dirty! floors and tables are greasy and the toilets are a complete disaster!
Ibo D — Google review
The worst I’ve ever been. 15 min waiting for coffee… guys are standing at the back of the kitchen doing nothing….

Worst McDonald's I've ever been. Highly disorganised. Smallest orders take 20+ minutes. Fries were cold.

Fresh Burritos is a popular spot in the city center with a friendly staff and delicious food options. The burritos are known for being large, so it's perfect for those with a big appetite. They offer various salad options as well, making it a great place for a quick meal. One unique feature is the inclusion of potatoes in their burritos, adding an interesting twist to the taste. The prices are affordable and there's ample indoor and outdoor seating available.
Staff is very friendly. Food was really good. Don’t go for large burrito unless you are very hungry. Its really big. Many options for the salad as well. So perfect place in the city center for a quick meal.
Rehman B — Google review
Different burrito as it has potatoes. The taste is really good, though. If i had the option i'd go for 4.5 The guacamole was really tasteless along with Nacho.
Sepehr R — Google review
Very polite and friendly staff. Burrito was fresh like the name suggests and affordable. Nice eating space both indoors or outdoors.
Mitch E — Google review
The staff here are really awesome and helpful. Burrito was tasty and was fun to see Jarritos too
Robyn W — Google review
The best taste/price ratio in Reims. Good burritos for very good price. Less than 9EUR burrito + drink. I will come back next year.
Pan M — Google review
Burrito tasted good, however the portion size was tiny. Asked for double rice, however the server said it wouldn't fit. Absolute liar! I could have fit three burritos into that wrap.
Ondrej V — Google review
The burritos are small pricy and don't taste like the real deal. Was really looking forward to a burrito now I am disappointed and would go back again.

KFC Reims Thillois is a delightful spot for fried chicken enthusiasts, offering the classic taste that fans love. The drive-thru experience here stands out, with friendly staff who are eager to assist customers in English. Despite being short-staffed, the manager exemplified professionalism and kindness while efficiently handling orders and even whipping up sundaes on the side. The restaurant maintains a clean environment where service is prompt, ensuring that diners enjoy hot meals without long waits.
Not busy. Table service was quick. Nice chicken.

We just ordered through the drive through, and we enjoyed the experience very much. The manager was very helpful, kind, and professional! He was not only short staffed but he took our order and the payment and even made us 6 additional sundaes. He was very nice and quick and I definitely recommend people to go there ! 😊
Hà B — Google review
Terrible quality! Chicken came out just about warm and tasted like it has been cooked about a week ago. I don't expect high quality going to KFC but seriously that was terrible!
Nadine V — Google review
I used the drive thru., it was a very good that the young lady who took my order was very much willing to speak English. Very warm service.

Probably the worst LRC I have ever ever ever been to in the world. Cold French fries. Cold bread. Half heated chicken. You have to see it to believe. I felt sorry for the service staff. The worst ever wow

But everyone has their own tastes and colors. The welcome is friendly and welcoming. (Translated by Google) The menu needs to be reviewed, it is not possible to order a hamburger, with fries.

The student menu is a really good deal. You can compose your own pita with lots of ingredients you like. Recommended when visiting Reims!
Julian — Google review
The place is good and staff is very nice. Good combination of different salads in your meal. I like my meal warm. So if you are one of those person ask the staff to warm in the microwave for 30 sec after she completes. Because apart from the chicken all the salat was really cold.
Rehman B — Google review
Very impressed by how slow & rude the service was. On saturday we waited 45 min and then walked away without beong helped (or even acknowlodged. There was one person before us.) Yesterday we decided to try again, because I'm limited on my food choices. Waited 30 min, finally got helped, they ran out of half the options and the woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude. It took them around 15 min more to make 2 pita's.
Demi G — Google review
After a disappointing lunch elsewhere, we had part 2 here and it was ace. In happy hour we got two really nice pitas filled with falafel and haloumi for €10. Perfect for two very hungry vegetarians.
