This was terrible , if we could have given a 0 we would. Service is very slow, pretend to not speak any english and let’s not start about the food and drinks. Juices should be “fresh” which comes in a bottle for €7,50. When confronting the server with it, she comes back with the same drink in a glass? Prices are way too high and coffee is seriously disgusting. Also, there was plastic in the food. Long story short: do not go here!!

This was my first order (around €75), but it was meant to be the start of something bigger. Unfortunately, what I received was not at all what was advertised — and that’s putting it mildly. To reiterate, I ordered three units of the Special Recipe Package (COF00151), which was clearly advertised as containing: • 1 x Pink Biscuits Powder 500g • 2 x Pink Biscuits of Reims 275g • 2 x Mini Pink Biscuits of Reims (110g) • Net weight: 885g What I actually received in each package: • 1 x Biscuit Powder 250g • 1 x Pink Biscuit of Reims 175g • 1 x Apron I immediately contacted them, politely and professionally, with proof of the issue. I followed up again and even tried their social media. Not a single response — just complete silence. Frankly, the lack of any reply feels arrogant and dismissive. As if a small order from an international customer isn’t worth their time — despite the fact that my case is clear and well-documented. This has left a bitter taste, especially given how excited I was to feature their product in my brand-new business. I’m now questioning whether I should continue using their products at all — and seriously considering removing them from my price list altogether. ⚠️ International buyers, be warned: If something goes wrong with your order, there may be zero accountability. I strongly suspect being based in another country played a role in how quickly I was ignored. Great products lose all value when backed by poor ethics and a complete lack of customer respect.

Without any expectations, we tried the fossier pink biscuits, to our taste they were mediocre at best. On their own, hard and dry, perhaps better if dunked in coffee or tea? We tried a pink coated almond sample, which were good. With the pastries available in the area our standards were high. It must be an acquired taste.

Legendary Biscuit Maker in Reims Maison Fossier is an institution, their 'Biscuit rose' are iconic. Obviously like everything of value they do not come cheap, but if you are a food buff (you will not really mind this). We got a few box of different biscuits for us & friends and really enjoyed all of them. THe craft to make those biscuits & macaron is incredible, their taste too. This shop comes highly recommended by us.

What a delightful find while staying in Reims, just a short walk away and located in one of the central streets I was able to locate this gorgeous bakery. The location offers deliciously looking bread, sweet baked goods and some ready made lunch. I was lucky enough to get a prosciutto and cheese sandwich was just decadent! This is another business that deserves a better rating then it’s currently given, I would definitely recommend this spot! I have been there three time in just two days. Lastly, the staff is so kind and understanding! The experience was over all positive.

She seemed almost giddy (by French standards) to have tourists in her coffee shop, so I got the feeling this was a very locals-only type place. We ordered cappuccinos and a "baked fresh today" chocolate chip cookie that looked too irresistible to pass up. Now, France isn't exactly known for their espresso, and these cappuccinos admittedly weren't very good. They were hot, but that's about it. The cookie didn't fare much better, it wasn't very sweet but did taste nice and fresh. You could really taste the fresh butter and quality ingredients. This is a very tiny little coffee shop, and we sat at a communal table in the window with a lovely local couple who also didn't speak English (or look, they at least pretended not to, LOL). Although I didn't love the coffee or treats, the cozy atmosphere was absolutely perfect, especially on a cold and rainy afternoon in Reims. We found this gem of a coffee shop when we were visiting Reims for the first time. The owner is incredibly nice and happens to also speak English for any non-French speaking visitors. She has a variety of teas, all of which were excellent, and the baked goods she had each day were fresh and homemade. Our favorite was an apple cake that was the owner's grandmother's recipe. The coffee was also great. We will absolutely be back during our next trip to Reims! Highly recommend this fabulous, cozy spot.
