The food was delicious, but the staff was TERRIBLE. They have around 10 waiters but nobody was paying attention to the customers needs.

Angus hamburger was delicious and perfectly cooked. Fresh and super tasty. Vegan hamburger as well. Staff was not super friendly but perfect location

While this place came highly recommended I would avoid at the end of the night. We waited for a very long time when the restraunt was nearly empty only to be served one hamburger 1/2 the size of the bun and the other broken into multiple pieces. The staff was kind and welcoming upon entry. And though they had an issue with us asking why the hamburgers looked so completely different from one another and why we didn't want to eat or pay for them I would say they handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately the food did not match the expectations or experience. I have taken photos and videos of the food and will happily backup our experience with evidence.

Nice options to customize the burger meat, bread, toppings etc. though in our case the meat taste was a bit lacking, this is the main reason for giving 3/5. Fries were good, and as a sidenote this seems to be the standard on all porto so far.

We had the hamburgers. They were juicy and included your choice of 2 different bread types, 4 types of cheese and comes with fries and lettuce, tomatoes and onions. It was a fair price and fairly quick. They only offer beer and typical non-alcoholic drink options.

Excluding hamburger food was not good at all. Beef chorizo’s quality is bad. The table cross is sticky and dirty. Service is okay but not friendly to customers. They just do the job.

The overall experience was very good!! The food was really tasty and well prepared and the portions were very big! The only negative was that the waiter who took our order was not very polite nor helpful and it was often hard to get their attention. But overall a good experience.

The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and the waiters are attentive, I personally wouldn’t go there again for the food. My girlfriend had spaghetti + pesto (too much oil, lacking flavor) and I had Fettuccine + Chilean mushroom sauce (too acidic). Despite the disclaimer of not doing the pasta in-house, you can clearly feel this. In my humble opinion, if you are an Italian restaurant, you should make your own pasta. Wouldn’t recommend the food as such to friends or family when going to Porto de Galinhas.

I loved my pesto pasta and helped devour my spouses ravioli with tomato sauce. It was quite favorable. The owner spoke great English since he lived in America and they even had an English menu. The room is cozy and eclectically decorated. It was a lovely experience and a nice break from eating a lot of meat and cheese.
