Our first time trying this place, food was pretty great! Turkey club was great especially with the crispy Brussel sprouts. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were great too. We sat outside, very welcoming establishment. They answered Al questions we had on the menu. I definitely recommend a mimosa is was delicious.

Decided to try this place as I had heard good things about it. Great place all around. Vaulted ceilings give this gem a large open spaced, relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff, prices were great, and food was awesome. I got the biscuits n gravy with chicken and turned out really good. Will definitely be back here again.

Stopped in randomly for the first time on a Saturday. We came around brunch time so it was pretty busy, but we still got our food very quickly! We ordered a few different things to try from their menu as well as a couple coffees. Everything turned out excellent, and we were super happy and full when we left our table. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend their iced coffees, they are waffles, and biscuits and gravy! You order at the counter and get a number. Food will be brought to your table! Very easy and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

They have many food options and everything I've tried so far has been perfectly cooked, seasoned and full of flavor! The coffee has also been great. I really have no complaints other than I wish the dining room was more cozie and comforting-but that's just my opinion man.✌🏻

We were looking for someplace to grab some breakfast before our grocery shopping. Press is on Monmouth and a Cafe so that works. I was able to get a burger and walk a few blocks for a Monster. The burger was really good (I like sandwiches for breakfast). If you order a coffee you'll need to pick it up at the counter. The cashier taking your order seats you. Just barely under $20 each for us to eat.

Yummy food at a decent price point. Good coffee. It was busy on a Sunday morning, but still we got our food pretty quickly.

Cool vibe and scene. Quality food. Friendly and efficient service. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich along with an iced chai latte. Everything was perfect!

I would recommend everyone for Sis’s catering! My daughter was married last Saturday and everyone complimented the food! We had carved turkey, ham, stuffing and gravy, carrots, scalloped potato’s, and a salad and all home cooked, delicious! Being a single mom, I paid for everything and Sis’s was so reasonable. Thank you so much Sis for a memorable evening!!

I wish you could give more than 5 stars! This little bar restaurant is absolutely amazing. Live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The food is simply out of this world, and cheap. The drinks were very reasonable and generous. The service was fast, friendly and professional. We wandered in from out of town and felt like family 5 minutes after we sat down. Honestly, I would be here every day if I didn't live 3.5 hours away. I may come clback just to hang out here again. I just can't say enough good things. 5 of us ordered different items for dinner and every single thing was delicious.

Loved the art of legendary country music greats on the walls. Service was exceptional but a bit overwhelming to get my order. Yet waited a while to receive actual order. All in all seemed to a great place for the regulars.

This place feels like a old school dinner. The service was down right friendly and the food was delicious and servings were generous.

This is our second visit to Sis’s and we plan on coming more often. Sis’s is a laid back and very friendly restaurant. We were greeted as soon as we entered and made to feel at home. Our waitress had a bit of a salty sense of humor which we loved. The food was served quickly and was delicious. We had the Buffalo chicken wrap and a HUGE double decker. Another customer told us that their steak sandwich was the best, so we will be trying that next time. I must add, that the first time we came here, I left without my purse and didn’t realize it until an hour later. I returned to the restaurant, and my purse was waiting for me behind the counter. i love old fashioned honesty!

First and foremost the food was COLD... Out of the 7 breakfast dishes we had, the only hot food was the 2 sides of Bacon which was 8.00 for 6 or 8 slices and the eggs. The hashbrowns, home fries with cheese and onions, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and steak were all cold. The gravy for the biscuits was very bland. Our waitress wasn't friendly at all. She was kinda rude. This was very disappointing since this has been one of my favorite breakfast places for well over 20 years We had 7 in our group and spent almost $80.00 for cold food and not so great service. We will go back because in over 20 years today was the only time I've ever had bad service and cold food.

Stopped in for an early breakfast our server was really nice and attentive both our meals were ready quick and tasted great. Good prices and a nice variety of options to choose from.

I placed an order through the drive-thru at this location. I got the pick two with Wild Rice Soup and Bacon Turkey Bravo. My soup wasn’t so hot and my sandwich had a small about of bacon. I like the restaurant, just probably will visit another location. $13 for two items , I would prefer them better prepared

Met with a couple of friends for a quick lunch meeting. Arriving at the start of lunch hour, it was somewhat busy. Order was taken quickly, and the cashier asked a couple of questions to make sure my order was right. I got the soup and sandwich special. Tuna sandwich was fresh, and the chicken noodle soup was hot. Both very tasty. The tea was very good today. The staff making the orders were a lively bunch and obviously having a good day! I also picked up a half dozen bagels on the orders of the Mrs. Definitely recommend!

Almost $16 for what's basically a side salad is CRAZY. I'd hate to see what the half size looks like. Lesson learned... definitely won't be making that mistake again. Pictured is a full size strawberry chicken caprese salad. Also ordered the full size chicken Caesar salad that was the same size. Super disappointed.

The last 5 times I've been here, they've been out of bread for their sandwiches or something else super basic. Whoever in management does their ordering needs to do a better job, I can understand once or twice but it's almost every time I try to eat here. The food is decent when you can actually get it which is why I gave them 2 stars, but good luck with that.

Really Panera? $1.69 for a spoonful of cream cheese? This itty bitty container that barely had any cream cheese at all in it. Didn't even cover half of my untoasted bagel that I had to cut in half myself while driving bc it didn't get cut or toasted like I ordered

So at first was disappointed i payed and then find out no chicken noodle soup, however it is what it is, and the people where so nice and apologetic towards. Me. Im socially awkward so I spoke very little but am grateful for their time. Both the ladies an the gentleman doing the mopping and cashier, and refund and probably what ever else. They are great people.

A quick place to grab a bite to eat! Very clean and the staff is friendly. I am from Maryland, but enjoyed stopping by Panera Bread. We ate in the restaurant.

Definitely worth the trip over the bridge! Absolutely the best hot honey latte in the whole Midwest! Employers were beyond patient and kind as we looked over the menu and discussed drink options. My teen had an iced tiramisu latte. I’ll be back when I’m in town again.

Such a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space—perfect for a casual coffee chat or getting some work done. I really enjoyed my time here and especially loved the character the original brick walls add to the interior.

I really love the vibe and the coconut latte and breakfast sandwiches are super great!! My only complaint is the efficiency of the staff and flow of everything really. I think a lot of coffee shops try not to get caught up in the fast food coffee shop scheme which at times can be great and more authentic of a structure , but I find that that baristas dropping what they’re doing to have a long, full on conversation with each other while not continuously moving as the line is out the door isn’t quite efficient either. While the post it note ordering tickets that the cashier uses looks cute, having to put the order in the POS andddd write the order on the note isn’t quite efficient either. It looks to really stress every cashier staff I interact with greatly in fact. I think I like what they’re going for, and there’s a reason this place is as popular as it is…it’s nice! I just find myself always quite miserable waiting and watching the flow of things. I definitely think proper streamlining and flow of ordering to customer pick up can be greatly improved and I’m sure other customers waiting would agree.

Had heard about the Analog Bar from both friends and co-workers. It came highly recommended. You should make reservations as there are only 7 seats. The concept is they make drinks both coffee and otherwise ( think tea and mocktails). They have about 6 or 7 drinks on the menu and every 6 weeks they change the theme. When we went the theme was art. So cool. Both Cassidy and Shane served us during our hour there. I had the Double Elvis which was a double expresso with honey, peanut butter and banana chips. Pretty amazing. The experience lasts an hour and is totally worth it. It has repeatability since they change the menu and theme so often. Highly recommend. Carabello Coffee is also a pretty large coffee house with 2 large seating areas. There were a lot of people there working on their laptops or just hanging out. The coffee is excellent (I also had a pour over). They have pastries as well.

Great spot with decently good coffee and the best cortado I have had so far, The staff was super friendly and kind. The vibe and aesthetic in the shop are a real delight as well. Highly recommend

Tried both the quick service, high quality side and the relaxed, bar style Analog side. Both experiences were outstanding, with the right amount of engagement from staff on both sides of the business. Highly recommended whether you're looking for a quick cup or a third wave fully immersed experience.

Full disclosure! They allow smoking inside their restaurant (didn’t know this was still allowed). There is a “nonsmoking section”, however you have to walk through the smoking section to get to it. Service was slow, but overheard it said the other waitress did not show up. Drinks were served in “To-Go” cups. Portions were nice, the food came out quickly.

I wanted to give 4 stars, but it's hard in a place that allows smoking still. I know they are trying to accommodating to all patrons, but it takes away from the food when all you taste is the smoke. With that being said, the food was very good! Can't beat whole spear for fried pickles and everyone was super sweet. It's definitely a neighborhood place!

We needed to grab a bite to eat after an airport run and wanted some classic diner food and Pepper Pod delivered with Cincinnati area classics. The booth seats need some updates - general cosmetics. The food arrived quickly and was very good. The slab of gotta was huge. They also have daily specials listed on the board.

The staff is wonderful! The food is delicious and quick considering it’s all made from scratch! Love how the whole menu is available all day too!

Classic in the truest sense. Ready hot coffee, local flavors like goetta (gotta try it!), swivel seats at the counter, creaky booths, and yep, smoking still allowed. Don’t let that scare you off…the kitchen smells from where they’re slinging hash permeate the place😋

Really good, classic Italian with a few twists available if you want one. Obviois all of the ingrediants are fresh, and prepared daily. It's always very clean with attentive service. Perfect family place. Far better take-out than the bigger chain places. Support this local business.

The food was very underwhelming. My Mac and cheese bowl was half full. The nuggets were not crispy enough. The side of pickles was as little as possible. We had to wait in a long line only to be pulled forward to a parking spot to wait longer.

We always have a wonderful experience at this location. I’ve received service from Ray through the window a few times now and he is nothing less than kind and sincere during each interaction- it’s always a refreshing treat!

Large order 7 people. Food was good. Fries a little under cooked. Employees were excellent. Traffic in and out of the place was very difficult to navigate.

Chicken littles were the absolute worst I've ever had from chick-fil-a. Drive through went pretty fast for the most part till we got to the window. Once we arrived she didn't know where our order was and then their was a wait.

I ordered three parfaits and a three-piece tender which the parfaits didn't have no fruit in it, which the manager said that the people running in the Drive-Thru was supposed to let the customers know but they didn't. So they gave me a credit, went back through and then the credit was only for one parfait instead of three and they gave me no granola on the second order of parfaits used to love going to Chick-fil-A but here lately it's been getting pretty bad

The Chic-fil-a in Newport, Ky is amazing. I love getting the salad from here and I am grateful for the quick and fresh food service.

This location has gone downhill over the past few years, consistently messing up my order today they forgot to put my large fries in my bag didn’t realize it till I got home had to drive back down to get them completely turned me off on Chick Fil A in general, I will never give my money to this company again!!!!

Day shift is decent, but man night shift at this location is terrible. There are 6 cars including myself in the line who have been in the line without no orders taken for 7 minutes. Literally just sitting here refusing to take our orders. 7/27 at 10PM.

Pulled up the order kiosk. The woman's voice began verbage unbecoming of someone placed between a retail buyer and a company selling. Not foul language mind you, but certainly not acceptable in sales. Then we waited to pay her at the window while she took the order of 2 cars behind us. She didn't acknowledge us until she was ready to take our payment. Her name, Emily. Even as we drove up to the second window to get our food, she said something then as well. Top it all off, we were actually shorted on our food and a coke!!!! And the fries weren't hot, barely warm. And lastly, I should be happy about this part I am convinced the fries weren't salted. Not up to McDonald's normal level of service.

As a whole, or the entire franchise, please bring back the strawberry cream cheese pies so delicious, way better than any pie sold, I would buy up 5 sometimes 10 each time I would on the way to work or home more on the way to work by the time to go home not selling anymore for the day. So please bring them back I do miss them and I'm sure a lot of people do they are very good very popular.

Trash mcdonalds. I really liked this place before, but now no. I walked all the way from my house 20 minutes away, came 17 minutes before closing time at 9:43 pm, they close at 10pm and this hispanic lady told me we can’t come inside because they are closed.. I told her you guys close at 10pm and she just said “sorry”. Terrible service. Don’t list that you guys close at 10pm if you don’t. Made us walk all the way there for no reason. Total bs

This location is awful. My full and detailed review never seems to make it publicly in the reviews. But this place is a joke, I guess read the other ones. They are not 'one-off' issues, they're consistent issues. Good to see the "Owner" reply and tell someone else to go to website to provide more feedback. Why? I've sent multiple detailed complaints there myself, and not once have I gotten a reply back to address the repeated issues.

They claim to open at 6 a.m., simply not true! Was there today at 6:30 a.m., it was completely dark. This is not the first time this has happened. Stop lying and change your hours to 7 a.m. Problem solved.

This McDonald’s is blatantly abusing the “pull forward” tactic to manipulate their drive-thru times. It doesn’t matter if you’re the only car in the entire lot. They will hand you a drink, then immediately force you to move into a parking space so they can bring your food out later. This isn’t the occasional fresh batch of fries. It’s every single order, every single time. Today, the drive-thru looked empty only because four different cars had been forced into “pull forward” spots to wait. The result? Their numbers look great for corporate, but the customer experience is dishonest and frustrating. McDonald’s corporate policy allows pull-forward when food legitimately needs extra prep, not as a blanket strategy to artificially boost performance metrics. This location has turned it into a standard operating procedure, misleading corporate and abusing customers’ time. Other McDonald’s in the area play this game, too, but this location is the worst offender, and corporate needs to crack down on it. Until then, be prepared to wait in a parking spot instead of actually getting your food at the drive-thru window.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times, and I’m typically not one to complain but I order the same drink at any other location and it’s wonderful! This location is terrible!! I ordered a Caramel ribbon Crunch and it has been a large cup of milk with ice and caramel drizzle blended. Every time I call, they don’t answer the phone and my order has gone unfixed. I’m very busy and don’t have time to wait 30 minutes for them to fix the order because they take a long time completing orders correctly when there’s more than 2 people in line.

I did a Mobile order, picked up my food and drink, was driving to work for 12 hour shift and saw they put wrong pocket sandwich in my bag. Order on app is correct, and so it is on the bag, but the wrong item was put in there. I had no time to go back to exchange and the app doesn't offer any kind of refund only says to call the store. Which I did, the dude who answered was rude took my name and hung up on me, then when I call back they hang up on me.

THEY DID THEIR THING WITH MY DRINK!!! I asked for extra caramel and decaf at every other Starbucks even when you ask for extra they only give you a little bit of caramel not this one my drink looks and tasted so good and they were super nice I will be coming to this one more often

This Is a Joke Ordered chicken and waffles. Got a pancake and chicken. That’s not even close. Called to fix it — on hold for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone and all they said was, “We’ll give you a credit for next time.” Next time?? Like I’m ever coming back. Completely ruined my morning. Never again.

When I walked into this IHOP, I was frustrated right away. There were plenty of empty seats but lots of people waiting. I saw four servers chatting in a corner while guests waited. The hostess said the wait would be about 10 minutes, which started things off with a bad taste. My friend had already warned me that this location had poor service, so I was prepared. After three groups walked out, we were finally seated. One server took our drink order, then another, Janilee J, came by and said the first one forgot to put it in. From that moment on, Janilee took over and completely turned things around. Her service was phenomenal. She checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and was very attentive. The food came out quickly, was perfectly seasoned, and even looked great on the plate. I came in expecting the worst but left impressed. Thanks to Janilee and the kitchen, it ended up being one of the best IHOP visits I have had.

Only problem? Wait time. But when you're here to relax after a stressful day? The staff is so lovely. The food is comforting, the staff give you time to decide and talk to others with your party. They handle rude customers well. A lovely experience I've had here. Even with the set backs they faced from issues, they make sure to work around them to give you great service.

I had a great experience at IHOP. The waitress was awesome. The food was delicious 😋🤤. And afterwards I let them know that I am a local author and they even purchased my book. I'm grateful for you guys. Thank you for supporting me and for a great time.

I brought my daughter here this morning for her 14th birthday to have breakfast together. She was so excited to wear her tiara and birthday shirt and have tres leches pancakes. We were so disappointed. The service and food were just awful. Our stomachs hurt for the next few hours after eating only a bit of the food. The waitress Georgette made it a point to dump her feelings on us about the day she was having and was clearly in a mood. The environment was so negative. I wasted $38 on two meals. That’s just sad in this economy. This will be the first and last time we visit the Newport location. Do better IHOP.

My wife and I were looking for a late night place to eat in at and IHOP was our choice this evening. Daman was our server and he was 10/10 amazing!!! He was very friendly but never bothered us unnecessarily. We had everything we needed the whole time and full drinks. The food was also great. It was hot and fresh. Clean restaurant. All around a lovely experience. :)

Staff are rude for no reason. I don’t eat Taco Bell so when I called a chalupa a burrito I could hear them scream something on the intercom. Pulled up to the window a lady opened it while another staff member smirked at me from behind her while she made it a point to tell me it’s not a burrito. I said okay… it’s for my husband. I’m having a very hard week and that was the last thing I needed. Just make the CHALUPA and move on to the next order 🙄

Went to this location for a quick late dinner after working and moving all day. As soon as I pulled up to the order screen my greeting was "yeah" and when I asked for a minute I was told "just don't sit there all night". While ordering I was asked what else and then told to slow down as he said numbers I never ordered and then told me it was on the screen what I asked for. When I asked for the manager he was apparently "the one on the headset" I had to ask for the third drink and was shorted one taco that came with one of my meals. My crunchwrap Supreme was split open (in the pictures) cheese everywhere from the tacos and due to the rush I didn't even order everything my family asked for. Absolute rudest and worst fast food experience of my life. If that is the night manager's attitude and demeanor I'd suggest never going there at night.

Restaurant was clean - visually saw staff helping an older woman and cleaning tables which was nice. However food was terrible. Barely any meat on what i ordered and I paid for extras on items that weren't added.

I ordered Uber eats twice from them, the first time they just missed a crunchwrap that I ordered, and wasn't with my order. I enjoy taco bell, I'm a fat boy!! I ordered 2 burritos. This is my first one I could RIP in half because the beans are so hard. This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!! I don't care if it's high school students making my food, common sense should tell you, this is not edible. Fool me once...... well they fooled me twice. My second bean burrito, I was expecting much, was the same. This whole order was messed up. My crunchwrap was nothing but tortilla as well. AWFUL

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible, the staff is a joke. $38 for food I ordered online, got only $15 worth of it. Made me pull to the side and wait for my order with no line and they forgot to bring my order out for 20 minutes. Get home and it looked like they dropped the fries on the ground and cooked them with hair or dust. Not sure what concoction they were trying to make in the second picture. Do not go here at all!

They close at 2 am. We went at 11pm. The guy at the window was really rude. It wasn't just to us, we saw him throw the food at the car in front of us. Maybe he was having a bad night but he was pretty comfortable being a nasty human to everyone.

Received cold food. Went back to ask for it to be remade. Staff member and manager argued with me instead of providing service. Never going back there, and I’m spreading the word.

if i could give zero stars i would. i went to this location and had the most inedible smoothie imaginable. it had tasted like rotten fruit , and in turn it was inedible. i then proceeded to reach out to the customer service team, and in turn they sent me a letter in the mail. which said they’d give me a $10 store credit, which didn’t work. like not even on the app, or anything it just legit didn’t work. so not only am i out the 9 bucks my disgusting smoothie cost, but their customer service is beyond terrible. if i were you i would take your service elsewhere.

I just discovered this place a couple of months ago and I've been there almost every day! The people are super friendly and their food and smoothies and bowls are the best I've had from anywhere! I definitely recommend! This is the location in Crescent Springs ❤️

Every single time I have been here in the past 3 years there has been huge chunks of plastic in my smoothie. If it was just one time I would write it off as a mistake but it is every single time I get a smoothie. This is extremely dangerous. The establishment should really take a look at what is causing this issue and fix it or just shut down for the safety of the customers.
