FIRST OFF, SHELLEY DID AN AWESOME JOB SERVING US WHILE ALSO DIRECTING OTHER SERVERS. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE FOOD, SERVICE, AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT.

When you walk in no greetings, no smiles making you feel welcome to come in at all. Store was semi clean which was nice as there were events going on around this store and everyone around them were busy. Bathrooms were clean but the store was freezing as many waffles houses are but this location was so cold we said forget it and left. Again no employees said anything which is sad because just 32 mins down the road in Xenia not a single person is a stranger but treated a regular.

Rachelle was amazing. I told her my steak had a lot of fat. She told the cook. (Ry) didn't say anything.

Food good and service friendly but easy way waaaaaaaay too cold. 55 deg maybe? We all got sweatshirts and blankets from the car but were still very uncomfortable. In August.

This waffle house was very nice and clean compared to most I will say it wouldve been nicer if there were more people working on the inside cuz there was only 2 (a cook and a waitress) so it did take us a bit longer to get our meal but besides that they were very hard working and the food was good

Quintessential WH. Friendly and genial team. Food is exactly what you go there for. Consistently WH. Fantastic stop along the way or becoming a regular.

Wonderful waitress. Retrain the cook. The food portions are less, and half the effort was put in. How do I know? I get the same exact meal at several Waffle Houses across the Tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

We’ve been eating Skyline since the 1970s. Our family loves it. Today, it was inedible. The coneys were soggy and falling apart. The chili had the consistency of water and almost no flavor at all. The adults couldn’t finish their meals. The kids took one taste and stopped. We brought this up to our server. Her response? “I’m so sorry. Here’s your bill.” We walked to the register and complained. She kept giggling. When we insisted that we were not joking she said “Oh! So sorry about that. That will be $47” I was shocked we had to pay for food we couldn’t eat. But the employee said “Sorry, I can’t take anything off of your bill.” This place used to be great. Now it’s the worst in the city. Avoid at all costs.

Got to finally try their breakfast, and it did not disappoint! If you like Skyline, you will love the breakfast.

UPDATE: Management reached out to address my concerns and get feedback. It’s clear they care about their customers. Kudos to them! Ordered a few chilitos. This is what I got. When I said something about it, both the manager and the waitress argued with me that it was made correctly. No accountability. They said, “sorry we couldn’t make it how YOU like”. They acted like they did me a favor when they took it off the bill.

Waitress was friendly. She explained how ordering worked and was helpful. Food ce quickly and had great presentation. Food was good but when all the cold items are on top of the chili, it makes it cold. We liked our food but the burrito needs some ground beef to give it a better base. I was still hungry. The nachos and chili dogs were liked by my family.

The burrito was surprisingly good, so was the cheesecake! Pleasantly surprised that we had a wonderful experience and the refills kept coming fast!

My first time at a Skyline Chili and I cannot believe I have missed out on this for so long in my life!! These hot dogs were delicious and so flavorful! I only ordered 1 but you cannot tell because of the MOUND of cheese on top! Hands down an incredible bite and great value!

I did not have a chance to try last time when I visited Cincinnati. I tried this time. The open kitchen give me a feel like Waffle House but not that greasy... It's a waiter served fast food Restaurant. Service was good and prompt. Chili with extra cheese is the main character for most of the dishes.. Delicious and impressive.

I really enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A. The burgers were delicious, the bun was fresh and super soft, and the chicken was real, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were amazing, but the best part was the house sauce. It’s a unique blend of mustard and other sauces, not sweet but not like a regular sauce either... it’s so tasty! I highly recommend it. The only downside was the nuggets, which were quite small pieces of chicken. I expected a larger size for that dish, but they were still really tasty. My daughter loved them! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My initial experience at the Chick-fil-A on Merton Road in Mason, Ohio was fantastic! Even with a decent number of people inside, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful to both my sister and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the Pineapple Dragonfruit drink was a delightful surprise. It offered a similar refreshing taste to some Starbucks drinks I enjoy, but at a significantly better price point.

Lovely place! Despite our huge family and complicated orders, they got everything right with incredible speed of service. Very kind and attentive, with a warm atmosphere. So fun! Highly recommend. :)

Not much to say here, Chck-fil-a is known for their quality and promptness of service, and this one is no different. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the food hot and fast. No complaints. Would stop here again if in the area. Would recommend those from the area to stop in.

Great location! Food Elsa’s served quickly and was very fresh. The staff even came to our tables to ask if we needed refills which was something that’s never happened to me at a Chick-Fil-A.

I purchased a Cobb salad today at the Mason, OH site. The salad was much below standard. The chicken was nearly non-existent with the exception of a small piece of chicken. The rest of the "chicken" appeared to be crumb-like pieces that are leftover at the bottom of the pan it is cooked in. So, good luck with expecting quality here.

I usually don't do a drive thru at Chick-fil-A but let me tell you this one was an incredible work of art. They had a walk out drive thru where they hand you your order. How they kept the cars moving was a site to see. We barely stopped when moving through the drive thru. You know what else. The food as always was wonderful!! Keep it up Chick-fil-A.

Came in were seated quickly Lacie took our drink order and was very friendly and polite.Olivia our server gave us a chance to view the menu. Then after placing our order our salad was brought to us and after we finished our salad our main course arrived. Both servers took good care of us. Checked on us. Didn't rush us. Salad and fish and chips were fresh and tasty. Had a great meal and took a to go box. Highly recommend good value. Good portions.Both servers did a great job.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Never seen a breakfast place take so long to order and deliver scrambled eggs and bacon to a table. Sat down 40 minutes ago and still no food. Guaranteed I would've been done eating long ago at a First Watch. If you have time to kill, it's great.

I went to Perkins last Wednesday morning with my two kiddos after my younger son’s football practice — we were all a little cranky and hungry. Right away, we were greeted by Lacie, the manager, who honestly made us feel like family. She noticed my youngest was upset and brought out a little cup of fruit without me even asking. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make all the difference. The restaurant was pretty busy, but Lacie was everywhere — helping seat people, checking on tables, even refilling drinks. You could tell the staff really respected her, and it made everything run smoothly. She stopped by our table twice just to make sure everything was good, and she remembered my name when we were leaving. That meant a lot. It’s rare these days to see someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience, but Lacie does. Because of her, we’ll definitely be back.

Needs a deep cleaning and an air freshener applied!! Food was prepared as order, tasted good, no issues with the food. Service was limited due to small number of guests. Prices are good. Noticed the muffins have shrank in size!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the Mason Perkins. Every time I come in, I can tell they’re working through a lot — short staffing, busy mornings, juggling multiple tables — but they still show up with a smile and take such good care of everyone. It’s obvious that they’re under a lot of pressure, but the way they handle it with grace, patience, and professionalism deserves recognition. My server still made sure my food was right, my coffee was full, and I felt welcome — even though I could see how much they were running around. The whole team deserves so much credit for doing the best they can, and honestly, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone there for showing up and giving it your all — it means more than you know.

The restaurant is comfortable, quiet and relaxed. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. I ordered the breakfast platter with French toast and strawberries and I was surprised it came out looking just as it looked on the menu. It was finger licking good 😊

We found this cafe by accident. What a happy accident it was. The food and service were fantastic. If you like eggs Benedict, you have to try their take on this dish. The toasted croissant and charred tomato hollandaise really make this dish stand out.

Went to this place on Saturday morning for brunch. It was moderately crowded, but we got a table immediately. The service was excellent—our food order was taken and served quickly. Great service overall! We ordered a skillet scramble and a build-your-own omelet. Both tasted okay. The omelet was flat, not fluffy, and the taste was average. We also ordered an omelet roll and a quesadilla for the kids, but they didn’t like their food. Overall, the food was average. Maybe I’ll give it another chance and try something else.

yummiest biscuits and gravy and the white chocolate raspberry mocha was to die for. they have fair prices and the nicest staff 💖 the service was exceptional, even with a full house of hungry guests

Wonderful surprise! A locally owned super friendly delicious breakfast spot near our hotel. Our server Wendy was delightful and the owner was walking restaurant interacting with customers and staff. Food and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Really cute quaint place that I went for a late breakfast. I ordered the mango rum, pancakes, cheese grits (amazing), and turkey sausage. My party had the apple cinnamon French toast, there was not a drop left on her plate.

Stopped in today after my daughter appointment at children's. We were greeted when we walked in. Sat at a booth everything was very clean! Our waitress was so nice and kept our table clean and drinks full! The food was AMAZING! I wish I had ordered a waffle because my daughter let me try it, and it was 🤌Chef's kiss🤌 great experience! It was the worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten in my life. The buns were burnt, the ingredients inside were stale and the burger was burnt. It was the first and last time I ate it. I think they deliberately burned the buns because there is no other explanation. I bought 6 burgers and paid 37 dollars. They charge 10% fee to go. This is a robbery. Instead of food, I ate coal. Don't go here to eat anything.

This is one of the better Waffle House locations. Clean dining room, friendly staff and fast service. My breakfast was yummy!

The District Manager was there covering staff, the entire team was standing around on their cell phones barely acknowledging customers, outside of one team member Josh. Josh a newer employee was fully focused on the job, and his customers even covering for people playing on the phone. If it wasn’t for Josh we would have left. As first time patrons of Waffle House all I can say is 5* Josh 0* everyone else.

I was very pleased to see Waffle house open, my server Jess rocked. It was nice to have the same menu and a bottle of ketchup again. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you Waffle house.

Service was very good and friendly. Every single thing I got was cooked to perfection; My All-Star Special was just that. [Pun Intended*] but had the strangest waffle house experience with the customers and employees. ALL the customers were rude to the employees [Customers, just please respect the employees. They were going thru it and were understaffed]

I’m not usually one to make reviews, but what I saw the other day was disturbing. I was helped by “Brad”. He made very offensive jokes to me, which was only funny to him. I brushed it off but then when I was waiting for my food, I saw how he was talking to the other employees… very condescending and bossing people around when he wasn’t even making the food. I noticed the distress from the other employees and I feel for them. I know how a toxic work environment can be and I hope Panera can see this and do something about it..

Always loved Panera. Today my sandwich was wonky. The bottom slice was3/4 and the top was tiny. Diff to eat. It tasted great though.

They don’t answer their phone. I called at 10:30a and 2:30p. I even tried to call catering. The manager there said they get so many complaints about Deerfield not answering their phone! At one point, they just picked up the phone an put the phone down. I could hear their entire conversation about cheddar broccoli soup, but they never answered. That is a hell of a way to run a business! I would never place an order there. What if you get home and it is wrong? I expect much more from Panera!

The woman that checked me out was very sweet. I had asked her what the normal ratio for coffee and milk were as I was picking up food for a friend and I dont drink coffee. She was trying to explain when the male manager stepped in (unpromted) and said we'll the coffee is right there and the milk is right there, in a very condescending tone. I told him "I'm aware but its not for me and I dont drink coffee". He then told the associate "you have other things to do". The lady who checked me out was very nice and told me her suggestion. As a manager in retail I'm APPALLED by this behavior from a manager!

The drink I got tasted great, and I definitely recommend the place. Seemed well kept. I will say that the employee wasn't very friendly. Not unfriendly but a little distant.

Ordered a cheeseburger plain add lettuce and was given a bun, cheese and lettuce with no burger whatsoever! Seriously the incompetence is truly mind blowing! I had worked all day and was starving but apparently I should’ve checked my food before I left because I literally threw my money away for absolutely nothing. Probably should inform your employees that if I didn’t want the burger I would’ve said no meat. Thanks for the disappointment

To wait 30 mins on cold nasty food is crazy. Granted it was curbside and they was fairly busy. Order was wrong and she offered to remake. Wasn't waiting 30 more smh

Drive thru was extremely slow. About 3 minutes per vehicle. 1st window Rep didn't look at me or say one word, just stuck the receipt out the window. 2nd drive thru Rep smiled and said have a nice day as he handed me the bags. I typically inventory my order efore exiting the establishment's parking lot and it's a good thing I did. My medium french fry was literally half full. I checked the bag, in disbelief, surely they had just spilled out. Nope! Not a single stray fry in the bag. Please note: I'm a very tolerant consumer. I rarely complain to a rep about anything. I'm the type to almost never even honk my horn when cut off by a negligent driver with their face glued to their phone. Sorry, I digress. I park near the entrance and stomp my way to the counter, shoulders puffed to twice their normal size, steam jetting from my ears, eyes devil red. Before I could bellow the words "WHAT THE HECKY" the the Rep read my mind, apologized and handed me an overflowing, fresh, hot, medium order of delectable fries. The stars aligned and all was good. By the way, I was kidding about my militant approach to the counter. I never get angry over food and know better than to take it out on the rep not knowing if they are the responsible party. Nevertheless it wasn't a great or good McD's rendezvous. Your mileage may vary.

They made me wait in spot #3. For one sandwich. You had one thing to do! Just a sandwich. Egg, sausage and cheese. So i waited. And 5 minutes later you bring me a sandwich with NO EGG ON IT!!! I didn't have time to walk in and complain about my sandwich. Try hiring someone that can take pride in their work. Not teenagers that don't care!!

Absolutely terrible experience from last night (July 13 at 8:30 PM) Went through the drive-through with an order that had five items on it, waited 30 minutes to get to the second window then we’re pulled up to the third window and then 10 minutes later someone came and asked us what we ordered. at that point, we had a friend reach out to us and ask us to add something on our order for them since we were still there. I got out of the car and went inside to order two more items while I waited for 30 minutes for those two items I watched probably about four teenagers on staff just goofing off the entire time messing around with their friends who were patrons in the restaurant. There was one teen worker with brown hair and glasses, who actually was taking initiative and trying to make sure that things were being run smoothly. three little girls had ordered a sandwich while I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and got their food five minutes after that when my order included a double cheeseburger and a snack wrap and I waited for over 30 minutes. My friend who was in the drive-through had to come inside and say something to the workers because she was so fed up. We spent an entire hour at a fast food restaurant trying to get under 10 items. Do better.

Honestly have not been impressed by this location. My son got a cheeseburger happy meal. They did not include the cheeseburger. They have also given 1 toy in an order of 2 happy meals. They have forgotten apple slices multiple times. I've also received old food. Then Friday night the cashier rings up a coke with one of the happy meals (we ordered milk with both). We don't give our kids soda so we told the MOD. The MOD however said the cashier rang it in like this and we said we just want what we ordered and the MOD said we needed to buy the milk. Instead of taking the soda back and giving us the correct item.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because I’m trying to be nice… but I really debated on 2 stars. The staff was quick and got me my food in under 5 minutes with them being busy. BUT I ended up throwing my food out after the drive thru attendant told me they have MICE in the speaker in drive thru…. And if they are that close god only knows if they are inside. I recommend making the 10 minute drive to south leabanon McDonalds instead…. Atleast they don’t tell customers they have rodents while handing them their food.

Service was very quick, and my drink was made quickly and well. They made it exactly how I like it, which rarely happens at other locations, drinks are more pricey, though. It was very clean in here, with loads of seating, high chairs, bar seating, or table seating.

On 7-1-25, at 1745 hrs, Disappointed with their service and it being Starbucks. My order of drinks were not served at the same time and saw my drink being picked up and put back. Yuck! Also not clean.

Friendly service and delicious drinks as always! The reason for 3 stars is the seating area was very dirty and the tables needed to be wiped off. We visited this Starbucks Not during a rush hour and expected it to be more clean and organized.

Ordered my usual drinks with light ice and noticed the price was more than usual. Asked about the cost and was informed that they charge extra for light ice. Extra for LESS ice. I contacted a Starbucks live chat agent and they confirmed that this is not supposed to happen. So Starbucks at kings island is charging for things they shouldn’t. Pay attention to your receipts there.

The baristas took a long time to start making our drinks and instead were talking loudly about obscene topics which had my group very annoyed. And because it is at Kings Island the price is more expensive which is also very annoying. The tables were also sticky and it wasn’t busy. My cup was also handed to me messy which as a barista is a big ick. You also don’t have the option to decline a tip either so…

The drinks were soapy tasting, was charged more than the price they told me, and they made a tea bubbly....

Interesting place to have coffee and hangout. They have lot of room to sit and work or play games. There are number of options and flavors for lattes. I liked the latte but felt it would have been better if the added flavors are bit stronger in taste.

I haven't explored the wine "half" of this place, but they have plenty of bottles. My review as a coffee shop customer: I'm usually a sinple/plain latte person, but I coke here for the flavored drinks. They have an extensive menu of really good-looking flavors and there'salways some good seasonals, too.. the Bee hive (honey cinnamon) and jingle java (cinnamon and amaretto) were solid, not overly sweet, with flavors that came through well. They also have some breakfast food items and pastries. The apple cinnamon and white chocolate raspberry scones I've tried were both decent; I'd eat again. There's a decent amount of seating, a covered patio, and WiFi, so it's not a bad place to hang out or plug in for a while. There are some very pleasant folks running the show here. I'm happy to keep coming back.

Every week my friend, my daughter, and I visit a coffee shop. First I want to give kudos to the barista she was amazing. She was working all by herself and she never complained she was so pleasant and friendly and really seemed too enjoy her job. She went above and beyond. The coffee here was AMAZING by far our favorite. The sweets weren't our favorite of all the places we have been but it's a coffee shop and if your coffee is on point who cares about the desserts. All though if they could import Carli's Cookies from Lebanon this would be the perfect hang out.

A great locally owned coffee house and wine bar. The staff is always friendly and I have always had delicious drinks. Victor Kid's son turned me on to the red eye, a shot of espresso in a cup of coffee. It was perfect as is with the highlander grogg. I just got a flavored latte and it was just sweet enough and we'll balanced. The atmosphere is great with a meeting room, fireplace room, booths/ bar area, covered patio seating, deck seating, and even private party space. The food is good as is the wine selction. It is definitely worth a stop by if you're in the area.

Best tasting coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also do monthly wine tastings and have various events throughout the month. Every month they also introduce a new coffee. Owner is extremely passionate about coffee and providing a quality product.

The lady who owns this place is the kindest person and always brightens my day when we stop in. The shop was closed but we saw a bunch of cars and decided to see if they were open. She was celebrating a birthday with her family and insisted that she made us a coffee. My fiancé and I have come here for years and she remembered our order. She whipped it up and refused to take any payment for it. They are such an appreciated member of the Mason community! I could not recommend this place enough!

Great location. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Delicious food and excellent service. Elaina was amazing! Friendly, smiling and accommodating. Restroom could use a little cleaning. 😊. Overall, a good visit.

Management doesn't have a clue. I ordered carryout, arrived at the correct time and was forced to wait 20 minutes. They completed 3 other carryout orders for other people that arrived after me. The 2 managers were rude to me and their staff barking orders and running around in ineffective circles accomplishing nothing instead of helping the situation. It's disgraceful and I will never go to that location again.

We had visited this location several times and have enjoyed our time even with them being low on staff. That being said, my husband and I went in tonight and stood at the hostess station for between 5-10 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever. I made eye contact with two servers and the girl who cashed a couple out and nothing. We ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. I get being understaffed, but that is no excuse to completely ignore people. I am very disappointed.

We love Bob Evans and enjoy brunch here often. Servers are always nice but definitely understaffed. Food came out quick and hot but my bacon was way overcooked and dry. I didn't see the server again for a bit so I just ate it. It was still a pleasant meal. Hot fresh eggs, fresh breakfast potatoes. My son's lemonade lacked some sugar and refills weren't offered till we were done. Will still return. For 3 meals it was a bit expensive. Everyone's cost is rising though, so that is hard on customers.

Blueberries were clumped in the middle and I said well done on sausage so they did one side of it well done but not the other side. When I arrived so many workers walked by me saying nothing to me and they ignored another lady while I was in there. Definitely not coming back!!!!

Disappointed. Once a great restaurant, on this day, not. Service was slow, food took forever and predictably came out cold - couldn't even melt the butter. Will look for other options in the future.

I stopped in today and had a disappointed experience. The employee was on his phone. Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. For two Coffees When one of the copies was finally finished it was nothing but creamer and I asked him to remake it, and the second one came out the same I left without even getting a proper coffee won't go back to this location

The drive thru service at this location has been steadily declining over the past 2-3 months. These days I'm ecstatic if it is simply average. This morning was awful.

Second experience with the young lady whom has different colored hair being extremely rude. Yesterday she got very irritated when I asked an easy question. This morning she was upset and irritated that customers (including myself) were there shortly after open. She was yelling “relax people, we just opened even though we were all quiet and calm. Then she said well people will have to wait cause I haven’t set up anything yet. Despite her attitude problem, I thanked her when my order was finally ready. She glared and didn’t say a a word. Luckily I will not have any reason to return to this location. Was an unpleasant start to a vacation day. Please send her to anger management or customer service class.

I really love this Dunkin. I’ve been coming through this drive-thru regularly for years now, and the staff are always so kind and pleasant. My order has only been messed up once in all the time, and you could tell it was chaos inside on that day. Whoever runs this, keep up the good work and keep those employees happy! They are doing a bang up job!

Very easy to get in and out with treats on my way to work! Always a hit with the coworkers. I love the specialty donuts, keep em coming! The cuter the better. ☺ Employees are very nice, and they even have little things you could pick up as last minute gifts. Will be back!!

When they get my order right it's nice but that's about a quarter of the time. That means if I go twice a week for a month they only get my order right twice a month. Very friendly staff though

This location sucks. The food and coffee are okay but everything else sucks. There is little to no parking and only two stools to sit at the counter and today the managers decided it was more important to have their coffee break/meeting than it was for guest use.

Employees will make you feel bad for pulling through the drive through for your mobile order. Order said it was going to be done “around 2:56pm”, and I was at the speaker at 2:56pm. I was told next time I should be waiting longer and they would “try their best” to have it ready at the window. I didn’t get up to the window until 3:03pm, 8 minutes past when it was going to be “done”. Employee wasn’t wearing a name tag at the window. This location is terrible, they are always mean. In a world like this, can we just be nicer? Seriously. Some people feel more comfortable ordering online.

I ordered a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia sandwich, They put two tiny tomatoes, and just a hint of cheese. For a seven dollar sandwich it’s absolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed. I tried to attach a picture, but it didn’t work. I added it to the main page of pictures because WHAT on earth

I feel like any time i come to this location there is a problem either price change is different than another location, my drink isn’t done correctly, and now today they’re all out of pumpkin spice and I had to sit and wait for all the other cars in the drive thru,(a sign indicating drink shortage would’ve been nice before pulling in) & wouldn’t you think to order more inventory for a POPULAR seasonal drink? As I waited for other cars, and I was next in line I tried to get a water, but the lady refused to give me one because I didn’t make a purchase. At any other Starbucks I don’t run into problems like I do here. Usually always a busy location.

The atmosphere is typical for any Starbucks however the same drink as ordered at any other location is overwhelmingly disappointing every time I order it. When I ask for extra ingredients in my drink I expect it to be noticeable compared to the standard recipe as is the case at every other location. It seems like the costly ingredients are intentionally skimped on to save costs. Additionally the frappes are noticeably devoid of any ice crystals and instead consist of a very liquid-like milk consistency. I have had my drink remade on several occasions and this last order may very well be my last at this location for the foreseeable future with more reliable and consistently satisfactory options available nearby.

The coffee was very good, as was the blueberry muffin, the WiFi and the computer power😎. It was a gorgeous day and I wanted to sit outside, as there was plenty of seating, but the stench was horrific. Please move the garbage elsewhere, Starbucks. Inside the place had crumbs and flies everywhere.

They have the most comfortable seating of any locations in the area (my biggest complaint with Starbucks is the uncomfortable chairs) but the last two times I went here, the WiFi wasn’t working. My whole purpose of going is to work there, so I’ve now wasted 2 hours and about 20 bucks for nothing.

Ordered two strawberry açaí refreshers, they both were so watered down they had no taste. I went into the store and asked them to remake, which they did. They tasted the same, no flavor. I go to many Starbucks around the U.S. and spend a lot of money on these drinks, I am tired of locations that water their base down to nothing. I will not be going back to this location.

Quick lunch, well prepared. Mediterranean Salad was a great vegetarian choice. Ask for dressing on the side if you are concerned with amount of oil.

I order a steak & wake sandwich and I got a sandwich with eggs only . I went to ask for a refund one of the employees giggled when I show them the sandwich like if it was funny …they offered to make me a new sandwich. Even though they fix the issues I just spend an hour of my time to get it resolved.

Panera usually makes wonderful bagels. You can get a bag and you'll get the cream cheese. I'm not sure if they're having trouble with making the aseago this morning or they changed the recipe. It wasn't like a bagel. More like a bun. Maybe they're over proofing them? It just tastes like an under seasoned bun.

Convenient location and the food tastes fine, but they almost always forget something in my order. It’s frustrating when you’re in a rush or ordering ahead. Just wish they were a bit more careful.

Ok... so real quick, I love me some Panera HOWEVER I absolutely did not, did not, did not enjoy the white cheddar steak sandwich. It's 100% my fault. I wanted to try something new (I generally love everything). But I also did not pay attention to what came between those ciabatta buns... HORSERADISH SAUCE!! Um... Eww!! Not for me. *whew* ok, now... as for my go-to (which has NEVER failed me in my 32yrs. I like to give a hoo-raah to my Bacon Turkey Bravo. Yes Lawd!! Plus I asked if they could throw a few slices of avocado in the assembly of that good ole' sammich. (Yes, I said SAMMICH. Gotta put some "stank" on it. Carrying on... y'all, the liquid gold (not cheese) but AGAVE LEMONADE!!! *Heavenly Father I...take...this...moment* YES!! I love the freshness of everything at Panera. It's like tasting the sun & licking the wind (in a delicious way). Mmmm... and don't underestimate the pickle spear. Not soft and soggy but having the right crunch is everything. Yeah, they did that. Panera Team Members are friendly and efficient. They often have pickup orders ready much sooner than the promised time. The drive thru is always moving along quickly. The food is generally good, but the coffee is less than stellar. The iced coffee, especially, has a weak and generic taste. First thing in the morning, it's still hot and always melts the ice. I don't often go inside, but Panera feels like it needs a refresh. It just doesn't have the "come in" and "stay a while" feeling anymore. I feel like there is a definite separation/lack of engagement between the indoor team and guests. These are common to all Panera locations, in fact, the one being reviewed is one of the best in the area.

Very open and welcome soon as you walk in. Very clean and lots if seating.yes the staff is new but their knowledgeable on the food! Everything came out in good timing. Thr coffee was really good and fresh.

Went to the McDonald because of happy meal toys. Asked for two different toys if we can. The register said fine but we end up with the same toys. Also didn’t allow to buy a different one. I am not sure what happened here. If they only have one toys at least can just tell me when they gave me food or when I order.

I placed a mobile pickup order and waited a long time, but I was never served. No communication, no explanation—just left sitting there while my order was completely ignored. After wasting my time, I ended up placing the same order at a different McDonald’s down the road and was served immediately with no issues. Because this was an online order, I couldn’t even get a refund on-site. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and mobile order handling.

Just went through the drive thru on 7/19 around 5:30am and the staff I dealt with was so rude. The guy taking my order definitely did not want to be there and was extremely rude for no good reason. While ordering he was rushing me and kept interrupting me. I drove to the first window where there was nobody at so drove to the second window to pay where I was greeted with disrespect by this same individual and belittled because I didn’t wait around at the first window. I wish I would have caught his name because literally anybody would better suit that position. I will go out of my way from here on out to go to any other McDonald’s than this one if that’s how I’m going to get treated.

2025 Service is always great when I come to this location. The workers work quickly and are friendly always.

If you get a milk here for a kid’s meal, check it before you leave. Just received a milk that had already been opened, had no safety seal and it was expired. Do better!

To preface, I don't drink soft drinks with meals and usually order water to drink. For some reason, they seem to be unable to process what I'm saying when I order water to drink with my meal. Rather than include it with the meal, they try to ring it up separately and give me two drinks, or give me club soda instead. This is the only McDonald's I have ever been to that is like this.

Aiden and Alondra that work the drive thru are always so friendly. Treat them right. Not that the rest of the staff isn’t friendly but they could take lessons from these two.

Look at this Açaí bowl! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Unbelievable! I will have to find a new location or maybe a new option all together.

Really disappointing...smoothies were missing ingredients and really bland. Quesadillas weren't even cooked enough to melt the cheese and the wraps were tiny. Worst Tropical Smootie we've ever been to...

This is my first time to try a smoothie in Tropical Smoothie Cafe and smoothie made perfectly and food also really fresh.Staff suggest me food was really good. Defiantly I will go back to this place and try something new flavors.

Good service, clean and friendly staff. Only giving it 4 stars because I feel it is over priced and they only offer one size smoothie. Some people don't want the huge size they offer.

Their smoothies are All Ice. You just pay $10 for Ice. Don’t waste your money.

Went there for something different. The Thai chicken wrap was pretty good. The maple missed sweet potatoes weren't worth any extra money. Pass on those. Service was quick and servers were friendly. I will consider them next time I want something different. They have a breakfast flatbread I had my eye on. Thumbs High👍

I am extremely disappointed and upset with my recent order. I ordered an acai bowl, and to my shock, I found seafood in it! This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care in food preparation. Considering that an acai bowl is made with fruit, it’s absolutely unpleasant and disturbing to find something like this in my food. It makes me seriously question the hygiene and handling practices in your kitchen. I expect an explanation and immediate action to ensure this doesn’t happen again. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

It was my first time at this location. I was not completely satisfied with my experience because the wrap I usually get ( Hummus veggie wrap) was apparently cold. The veggies, lettuce, and beans where falling off before the wrap made it to the table. I prefer how the make it at the Eastgate location. I don’t think the wrap was folded tight enough and it was cold. I got the sunshine smoothie which it was delicious. I love to try new ones on every visit. Recommendation for the lady who builds the wrap please be consistent, make it well, and smile it does cost a dime.

Always n8ce...they remember my order. But they need to be ready to serve at 7. It is now 708 and just started making the smoothies for the person in front of me who ordered 5 minutes ago.

This was my first ever visit to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. And I was overwhelmed with the service as well as the smoothie that I got. Smoothie options are super interesting, healthy sounding so it’s difficult to choose one. But I went with the Blimey Lime option and really loved it. My friends tried other options and they were also all good. Will definitely have to visit this place more for trying rest of the smoothie items in the menu. Good place to stop by for refreshing after your trail and hike in Sharon woods. Definitely won’t be a disappointment.

I have first try them out through Grubhub all I can say is the smoothies are very outstanding.Since then I've been buying smoothies everyday there sandwiches and wraps are very good.I truly indeed highly recommend this place to anyone 😉🥂💯💯💯

First time I've ever been here and I absolutely love the place. It's beautiful, it's clean. The food is amazing. Our server lindsay is just adorable and really friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu.

We were travelling from Australia. Loved this joint for a stopover brekkie with family. The lemon pancakes recommended by Jennie were delicious. Highly recommended!

This was my first time coming to this location. I got my food to go. I love the Kale tonic, and I got this steak and chorizo bowl that was really good. The best thing was the hot chocolate! The best I ever had!!

First Watch was a wonderful experience for us. This was our first time visiting this brand and we were very impressed for a chain store. The servers were all friendly, attentive,and efficient at what they do. They recommended their favorite items and we appreciated that. We tried a fresh juice drink and it was amazing and light and refreshing. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict and she is a very fussy gal about her eggs Benedict and she rated them on her top 3 list that she has had in many places. So kudos to first watch for making her day. The maple bacon with cracked pepper was amazing and I highly recommend you to try this. I have done this at home and they hit it right on the mark to how I did it. I highly recommend everyone to try First watch if you seek a friendly, relatively quiet atmosphere whom serves good food. You can tell the difference between a truck to table store vs fresh ingredients from a truck to prepped with care and putting out a good product on their tables. Great breakfast variety, fast and friendly service. This particular location is bigger and nicer than the other locations in Cincinnati.

The fruit bowls are nutritious and delicious. I got the chocolate bowl which dances on my taste buds and soothes my tummy. Their bowls are mood changers for real. If you go in hangry, they got the cure. Order anything on that menu, without a doubt, you’re walking out happy. After eating the chocolate bowl I was cheesing from cheekbone to cheekbone, if you know you know. That bowl took me to happy places mentally, spiritually, and metaphysically. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The vibes and aura are relaxing, quiet, and warm. This is the place to go if you’re in the mood for a smoothie or a fruit bowl.

Good place to have fun and enjoy quick smoothies and drinks. 1. The environment is cozy and really nice. 2. Best service. 3. I ordered banana split and it’s really good. They have like wide variety of options to drink. 4. They have enough tables to host decent amount of crowd. 5. Costs about $15 per person.

I love going to Better Blend! The shakes are amazing and the environment is great too! My personal favorites are the Peanut Butter Oreo and Brownie Batter!

My boyfriend and I visited here for the first time for a pick-me-up after our workout. The service was incredible and the staff was open to answering questions if we had any. The Birthday Cake and the Strawberry Shortcake shakes are incredible. We will sure be back!

I just happened to see the Mason Better Blend while visiting an adjoining coffee shop. Being a fruit and smoothie fan, I had to check it out. I ordered the Malibu Mango Basic Blend smoothie. While waiting for my smoothie, I began reading the menu. I was surprised to see that the bases for the bowls were different for different bowls. Unlike other fruit and smoothie stores where there are lonly a couple bases to choose from. So, I ordered a Sunny Side meal-size bowl. The fruits were so good. They were ripe, but not mushy like some ripe fruits can be. The honey and granola were a perfect combination. I'm a big mango fan, so the base for this bowl was delicious. This was my first experience at a Better Blend. The bowl and the smoothie were outstanding. The store was clean, and the customer service was top-notch. I'm thrilled that the Mason store is so close to my house. I'm already hooked on Better Blend. Well done guys, and thank you!
