This is the second time I have door dashed from chick fli a and first time I had hair in my food when I got it this time I asked for extra ice in my tea and got no ice at all called up there and they said call door dash no yalll make the drinks and yall made my food that had hair in it how is that door dash fault it yalls fault not wearing proper stuff on hair and face and not reading the ticket right I paid 34 dollars for some chicken minis and a large drink and I'm at work as well hints why I ordered through door dash chick fli a didn't even want to make it right today so I am almost done eating here but I will say the chicken minis where good

The food is always good, fresh, and fast. Usually by the time I’m done ordering they are already walking out with my food, it’s unbelievable. Staff is always unbelievably friendly, social media pages always showing staff appreciation, overall this place is very well run from a customer viewpoint. And the food is delicious! Always hot and fresh! 🫶🏻

Visited my son. Very nice place. It was clean and friendly. I look forward to seeing his growth within management. He is a very hard worker that has a strong work ethic. I hope this is noticed. He may be new to GA but he's not new to Chick - fil- A.

I will never purchase anything at this location my drink was disgusting I asked for large hash browns I was given a small one they that broke that they gotta try & play us I wish I have no stars lady order at drive thru wasn’t paying attention an was kinda giving an attitude I hope this location shuts down

Chick-fil-a I can respect a business that doesn't compromise or waiver from being open on Sundays. This is a family owned huge private chain across the USA and its awesome to see there is a company that will sacrifice profits for their employees to have Sunday's off for church, family, or whatever it may be. They are the standard in fast every other chain should be using them as the example. Other food chains dont even compare to the environment, cleanliness, professionalism, food quality, employees always well manner, greet you with respect, not on their cell phones. You might come across very large lines at the drive thru depending on location but believe me it won't take.long they're fast. Props to the Chick-fil-A family and their unwillingness to waiver from traditional values. Much love.

We go on the weekend to work on a project and stop here for lunch. Very nice staff, food is always good. it's happened twice that I ordered a milkshake to be picked up later, and they brought it with the food and ended up melting while we ate. Other than that, all good

This morning, I had a “Short Stack Platter” from Hog-N-Bones in Waycross, GA, and it was absolutely delicious! The meal consists of 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage. I also added a sweet tea onto my meal. The service was great, as well. It’s been years since I’ve been here, but I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Had to get some bbq on our trip south and this did not disappoint! I tried the pick 2 platter with ribs & pulled pork. Wish I would have went all ribs like my fiancé did - not that there was anything wrong with the pulled pork but the ribs were just that good! I got the sweet bbq sauce & my fiance got the original. He got beans and fries for sides and I got mac and cheese and onion petals. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

My friends and I were recently in town for a high school football game. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. With regards to the service. We all can said the service was exceptional. My friend accidentally left his wallet at the restaurant which would have put a damper on our trip. However, our waitress came to to recuse and was kind enough to hold on to the wallet until he return to get it. We thank her for kindness and hope many blessings come her way.

Not from around here so locals may disagree. But a BBQ restaurant that provides BBQ sauce in a portion-controlled container is missing the mark. Ditto for toasting only one side of the bread. The pulled pork was dry. But the cole slaw was great. I also question self service. The restaurant is so impressive from the outside, I was shocked when I saw you are self service. People were friendly.

When going through drive through always check your food, I always have to end up going back in to get them to fix whatever was wrong. But they are super nice about it and fix it right up for me. I love eating breakfast here.

Hog N Bones always offers an excellent dining experience to all their customers. Their waitress and waiters are always very attentive and they ensure that you're well taken care of, which is why we offer them bigger tips than most other restaurants in the area. Their pulled pork BBQ sandwich and fries are the best! Can't wait to go back here again to eat.

Food was great and the night manager Shelby was very helpful and great with my 3 children ! The server (didn’t catch her name) was so sweet and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. So nice to come back after a while and see such a difference.

We had a great time here. We ate a big breakfast and we also had a meeting in their meeting room. Very happy staff. Quick service go there. Try it out, Waycross is really a nice place to visit. I got the Okefenokee swap but they also have really good people

The food was bland and needed plenty of salt and pepper. The meals weren't overly pricey, and were satisfying. The waitress forgot my silverware, and the tartar sauce. It is quiet, and down home comfortable. I ordered the fish dinner, and the fried shrimp dinner with fried okra and green beans with breadstick (tiny) for the fish, and the cabbage and coleslaw with Texas toast (regular bread) for the shrimp. The fish had 2 pieces while the shrimp had 18 count. Over all, if you're looking for a decent meal in a quaint setting this is a nice place.

I drove over an hour on my birthday to come here. The staff was absolutely incredible. Let me start with that energy the friendliness, the help the just everything about every one of them, Jordan m, tabby, Lisa There were definitely more. I couldn’t get everybody’s name but absolutely incredible. I would actually drive back another hour for the food and the customer service. Thank you for starting my birthday off on the right foot it means a lot to this mama.

When you start with fresh food and cook fresh to order simple southern foods, you dont need flashy gimmick foods. Great fresh hot food, fair price, but sit down style excellent table service.

I ordered here for the first time, picked my food up in the drive thru, and after sitting down to eat my lunch ultimately I was less than satisfied w the dining experience. I will say the mashed potatoes were fabulous, however, the onions & mushrooms absolutely ruined the remainder of the meal. I'm not sure if the vegetables are 'fresh produce,' but they tasked like a can, and seemed undercooked or old. The onions had 'something' in them that didn't have the texture or appearance of an onion, and based off looks will quite quickly kill your appetite. What it resembled, that I absolutely hope it isnt, was bad enough that I won't eat here again. The window staff weren't really friendly, or rude so I feel service was average. Since I didn't enter the restaurant I based my atmosphere rating to the two parts of the dining experience I had - neither being great.

The food was hot and delicious! The girl with the blue dye however was quite the opposite. Cold and dry! Thanks girl! You helped narrow my options on a huge catering order!! Be blessed!

I was very disappointed in my food. Biscuits were burnt and hard as a rock. I asked for different ones and was told that was all they had. Then my chicken and dumplings tasted like a salt shaker. I couldn’t eat it. Ordered some pancakes instead and it took over 25 minutes. We almost left as my dad was already done eating. Just a note. I always order the chicken and dumplings and have never had that experience before.

Love Cracker Barrel, the store is great for special finds and unique gifts. The food is very homemade and delicious. The BISCUITS are my all time favorite. Wait times are not too long and customer service is great!

Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was good but there was just a lot less of it than we were used to. I ordered the pot roast which included mashed (maybe 1/3 cup) potatoes and carrots. I think there was one or 2 bites of carrots. I love carrots and so I ordered more as my side (thankfully). I don't eat much so the meat was enough for me, but most would have left hungry. The muffins were plentiful - they brought us a basketful, which is fine if you want to fill up on corn muffins. We were on the road traveling so this meal needes to make up for a missed meal and hold us over for the night which Cracker Barrel used to be able to do. I do think this is the sign of the times with restaurant and food prices rising so much. That said they deserve a 4 star which is what I gave them.

Went back and had a wonderful meal on Easter! 🐣 Jose was a great server. Food was awesome!!! Pot Pie and Maple syrup chicken was so tasty! Fried pickles were cooked perfectly!

I’m always a fan of Cracker Barrel and have visited quite a few locations. This particular spot is definitely a busy one—likely because it’s in a small town with limited options. We placed a takeout order for four people. The young lady who took our order was very nice and patient, and we were given an estimated wait time of 15–20 minutes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. Still, if the trade-off is hot, fresh food, you won’t hear me complain! That said, we didn’t double-check the bag before leaving and ended up missing a couple of side items. Thankfully, the rest of the food was a hit! While the sides we did get could’ve used a bit more seasoning, they were still enjoyable. I had the maple bacon chicken breast and it was absolutely delicious—seasoned and cooked to perfection. 👌🏾 I also tried the strawberry lemonade, which was way too bitter for my liking. I had to doctor it up a bit to make it drinkable. Overall, a pretty good experience! I’d definitely give them another shot. Sorry, no pics. We were too hungry to think about snapping any 🤣.

As usual the local Cracker Barrel was a pleasure, over all. We had a significant wait to be seated, however, we're not sure why as there weren't very many customers when we arrived. This was made up for by our server Jada, who was absolutely, 100% amazing! She took our orders, kept our drinks filled, blessed her other tables, and brought our food all in record time without missing a beat! Stellar customer service! They have updated the menus but thankfully NOT the store or decor. Thank you and hopefully they never will. My sister and uncle got the new pot roast and I got the hash brown Shepards pie, which is basically the pot roast with a crispy hash brown on top lol

Clean, attentive server. Steak tips dinner was really ...ummm...good if you're on a diet (small portion). But tasty. Mashed potatoes were almost inedible as they were so full of pepper.

Wow, what a fantastic stop at this Huddle house tonight. I love me some huddle house, but this was my first visit to this location and this one by far is the BEST. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The vibe was so inviting and our waitress was an absolute delight-her friendly charm and energy made our meal feel like a party. She kept the good vibes rolling with her friendly banter. If you want GREAT FOOD and even better service, do yourself a favor and swing by this Huddle House. And make sure to ask for Tara-she's the life of the restaurant. Great Service!!!

I have been coming to this location in Waycross for about a year now. Always friendly, food is cooked great, and it is always clean at that location. I can not say one bad thing about the cooks, waitresses or even the manager. They always have smiles and not only serve good food fast, but are always polite.

I love this place, always a good option. Shelby is always so kind & helpful with anything you need. The food & service are both fantastic! 10/10 recommend, I’m never disappointed after a visit here

Great FOOD, Friendly and FAST SERVICE. 10 stars for the Food, 99 Stars for our FAST SERVICE and 100 Stars for our waitress Tara who is a hoot. Waycross Huddle house, You sure know how to pick a team. There all great. I'll be back.

There is no where to wait when tables are full and they don’t really acknowledge you when you’re waiting. I saw people who were waiting just seat themselves eventually at a dirty booth after standing a while. Our order was very small and it took ages to come out. We didn’t time it but at one point there were six tables without food most had come in before us. Our server was not friendly at all, didn’t seem to want to make eye contact or talk over the menus. She even forgot to take my husband’s drink order so I just said aloud “oh! Didn’t you want a sweet tea?” And she went and got it, set it down without a word. Our food was awful we actually left most of it and the little we took to go ended up in the trash at the gas station. This was because our kid wouldn’t even eat the French fries or grilled cheese. I will not return or recommend it.

YALL this place is a joke! I went to eat at Huddle House in Waycross GA Friday. Shelby was very unfriendly. The cook couldn’t cook my meal without constantly yelling and arguing with the Shelby girl. I say they should really leave personal lives at home. I don’t think i will go back

Went to huddle house and ordered a smokehouse breakfast the food was delicious thanks to the cook Marquan . Also the manager Stefan was friendly and the restaurant was clean . I definitely enjoyed my breakfast at huddle house. Good job

We purchased 2 jelly filled . The bread must have been several days old. The jelly had an "off" taste, near sour condition. The general store needed cleaning. There was not a soap dispenser if any type in men's room. Not even an empty one. The air blower for drying hands did not work. The staff was pleasant. But need some training on conversations during customer servicing. I now understand the corporate financial troubles.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut for 20 years when I was working and now I'm retired and have moved to Georgia. TRIP #1 - I went through the drive-through. I was disappointed they did not have the snacking bacon and was told the morning crew did not prepare the bacon for the afternoon crew so no bacon. I left with my coffee, which was supposed to be over Ice and I got it hot, i decided not to wait for it to be remade and to put it over ice myself at home. TRIP#2- Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches on croissant. They handed me the bag and all 3 were made on the tortilla. I had to wait for the 3 sandwiches to be remade. TRIP #3 - yay! They got it right, but curiously while I was waiting at the window for my 2 frozen coffees, I had a conversation with the girl taking the money who was talking to another coworker about how the manager is taking the leftover donuts at night and selling them the next day. All donuts are supposed to be made fresh! One of the workers said she'd bit into a donut, and it made a tearing sound. It was supposed to be soft. It was yucky. That is just not right, and someone needs to do something about it!! Of course, the workers can't say anything otherwise they would lose their job, but I think it's terrible that the manager is doing this and trying to pull one over on the public, as well as Dunkin Donuts!.

The women who are working today are fantastic, they are unstaffed but putting in every effort to accommodate the needs of customers and service with a smile . I love my Dunkin’ girls! I go thru and get a iced coffee very often and this one day I had my 3 dogs with me and I asked for a pup cup because everywhere we go places give pup cups free. Needless to say they charge a dollar for each shot size cup with a squirt of whip cream. There employee said it is because they have to charge to get money back for cups because a bag of sample cups are 200.00 for 500. Well they getting a huge profit of $300.00 per bag. Rant over 🤬🤬🤬

Received a dried up bagel with a paper thin spread of vegetable cream cheese. CS told me to drive up because he couldn't hear me. Didn't ask anything what I needed, what I wanted. Didn't give me any napkins. I had to remind him that I ordered a coffee as well Please train your young employees better.

After waiting for 1 hour for the order, we ordered 6 boxes and NEVER RECEIVED BOX, the ignorant woman who attended us delivered ALL together in one single bag WITHOUT CHALUPAS, only 4 Burritos, 4 Drinks, 2 Soft tacos in one wrap being for different people because there were 6 and 2 hard tacos, where there were 6 Box orders containing: Chalupas, Tacos duros, drinks, burritos and snacks. In the end, we had to throw away the burritos that were super bad and tasteless, the drinks were not the ones we ordered, they were lemonade and they gave us sweet cold tea and the hard tacos were missing 4 and the chalupas never received them, we went to ask and the woman did not even know what a chalupa was and having delivered our erroneous order! Too slow, NO EXPERIENCE, NO ANYONE OF RESPONSWES OR KNOW WHAT SELL !! NOT RECOMMENDING IT DO NOT LOSE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY

Taco Bell was my very 1st job waaaaay back. The thing I always got was a chicken soft taco with sour cream. It's been a long time since I've had one, and today I was kind of disappointed. It wasn't even close to the same as it was...not to mention ONE taco & a small Dr pepper was over $7!!!! Oh well-sorry taco hell. I won't be coming back. The staff I dealt with there thru the drive thru were really nice & personable though. My compliments to them!

Done online order for pick up at 6:45pm and still had to wait 20 mins for it to get ready. I ordered Mexican pizza with no tomatoes add nachos cheese sauce. They didn't put the nachos cheese sauce on it and put tomatoes. Tacos was so messy had to eat with a fork. Watched a worker wipe her nose on her glazed hand and went right back to finishing the food she was working on. Never changed her glove or washed her hands. Floor in back was mess and lobby was so hot I started sweating with in mins of being there. This store is worse then the one on 341 in Brunswick GA

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was completely unacceptable. the Little blonde girl working the drive-thru was rude, dismissive, and rushed me through my order. I specifically ordered two large drinks but was handed two small ones instead. To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared. The cheese on my meal wasn’t even melted, and the overall quality was far below what I would expect from this restaurant. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and receive both bad service and subpar food. Management needs to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Went to Taco Bell last night. We had to make 3 trips back to Taco Bell to get all the food we paid for. With no sauce at all in the bag. Finally we said screw it. We aren’t going back. Won’t be going back. Ppl want their order right the 1st time. I called to let them know they forget 4 items and the music in the back ground was so loud we couldn’t even understand each other. Smh idk how their still open with customer service like this.

I would reconsider ordering from here. I watched workers take off their gloves pull up their pants put more gloves on without washing their hands and then touch food and begin to pull up their pants again with the gloves on and didnt change them or even wash their hands after pulling their pants up with the gloves on. That is very disgusting.

9/10 my drink is made to perfection & trust me I am extremely picky when it comes to my Starbucks drinks. The staff here is WONDERFUL! My family & I are regulars here and they've all pretty much gotten to know us by name & know our drinks by heart & the extras we like to add to our drinks. Being as it is the ONLY Starbucks within an hours drive of another one and also located inside Kroger grocery store it DOES get busy but most Starbucks are always busy. The baristas are supposed to be chatty & friendly it kind of comes with the territory. We have had very few problems here. Always remember if you do have an issue with your drink they will remake it for you on the spot or you can always contact Starbucks customer service & they will help you out. We love our Starbucks & even if they opened another one we would stick with this one unless our baristas went to the new one!

Date of visit:8/24. Sunday 5pm.2 employees. This was probably the worst Starbucks visit I've ever had. This particular Starbucks is located inside Kroger. I frequent this grocery store a few times a month. I don't always indulge in a starbucks drink. But today I wanted something different and I had ordered a cherry thai tea earlier this year. After standing in front of the counter a few minutes and not being acknowledged, I finally walked up and said hello. I showed her a picture of the drink I had before and asked if they still had it. She said no we have nothing cherry. I said okay anything similar to that? She said maybe strawberry. And she asked the other employee about it. I told her I did not like strawberry.And what else were my options. They both just repeated strawberry. I said OK, I'm not real familiar with your menu, what can you recommend for the Chi flavoring, pretty much blank faces so I said, how would Carmel be in it, and he said you could put anything in it! I said fine.I will take the smallest size and even asked if the price was 5.45, the cashier said yes. Then told me my total was 6.75. The extra charge was .80 to add the caramel! I was over it. She was new and couldn't answer any questions. He was low speaking and short on answers, with a slight attitude. I spoke to the customer service employee and she informed me that the cashier was new and that the barista didn't speak much. Def not worth my $

I went by at 8:30 and it was closed when online they said they close at 9pm .

I've always loved Starbucks. Especially this location. Even though it's located inside of Kroger's I feel like I can still focus on my work on my laptop because they have a dining area inside and it is still very quiet. The staff is also polite and fast and thorough. Always wish Starbucks was a little bit cheaper but it is worth the price for the quality of the product.

I love this place! Every time I go in there I’m treated like a celebrity. Most Starbucks have a drab vibe, but this one is hoppin. Evie and Emily are absolutely crushing it and my quick visits (everything is so fast) are always the best. Please set up a system for debit/credit tips! I carry no cash! Love that place! Keep up the good work everyone.

Starbuck's service is great early in the morning or even during busy evening shopping. Adrian and Pam are the.best.ever.

I have went to mcdonald’s twice this week. Once on Sunday 12/8 and tonight 12/13, BOTH times a burger i’ve ordered has not been done!!

Made a quick stop here for lunch. I used the drive-thru. There were 6 or 7 cars in front of me but the line moved quickly. The food was better than expected. My expectations for fast food is low but sometimes it's my best option because of my schedule. This was the first time in a long time that the burgers seemed to not only be hot but freshly made. So as far as McDonald's or any drive-thru, they exceeded my expectations.

This is a pretty average mcdonalds experience. They are pretty busy so it's to be expected, but it still is awesome they stay open 24/7. There's only been like once or twice that my food might be wrong, but usually the food is always good.

It's always very crowded and slow! Even delivering for then takes forever. I can guarantee if I have to take an order for this particular McDonald's it will take 10 minutes to get the order.

This McDonald's just always got to much going on! It is more like SLOW FOOD instead of FAST FOOD! Really wish they could get it together when they do it right it's great but that is rare 🫤

Customers hang up in you're face because they doing a job they applied for, slow especially when it comes to door dash I could make 2 cheese burgers and a fry drunk on one leg and it wouldn't take 3+ hours! Get some employees with less attitude issues who can do they job with properly.

Couldn't get any one to come to counter.We could see five people talking.When I go to a restaurant I want some one to wait on me.I don't want to order from a box in the lobby. We left went to Krystal.The people in there complained about having to order from there box and couldn't get any one to talk to them.

My food is always cold; the wait times are horrid: brought this up with the manager one time and she simply said "then go elsewhere." I usually love McDonald's to the point of collecting happy meal toys; but I go way outta my way these days just to avoid this particular McDonald's. I'd rate zero stars if they let me.

Had an issue a few days prior with an app order that was absolutely nobody at the restaurant’s fault. Spoke to the manager Michelle and she went above and beyond to remedy the situation and made sure I walked away satisfied! She offered to do even more than what was necessary and for that I really appreciate it!!!

Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. I was never greeted at the speaker just told to "go ahead and order" after sitting at the speaker for a few minutes. I pulled through to the pay window where a woman was standing with her back to the window and eventually just left. I waited at that window for a few more minutes thinking shed come back . Then I pulled up to the window to get my food and Waited some more all while listening to the crew laughing and joking. My boyfriend pulled in a little after me to order the new frappe and he was never greeted and he was skipped. We waited another 20 minutes for just the frappe. When we got home the food is absolute trash. This burger patty has been sitting way to long before given to me and it's missing onions. If I could give no stars I would this is garbage. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this location!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with them. I do not agree with "If you don't like it go somewhere else". No I wanted to go there I spent my money there. I should be able to eat anywhere and not get treated like that. And no they weren't busy they were just lazy if you can all stand around making jokes and let me sit at the window that means you're being lazy.

This location always HAS SOME KIND OF ISSUE! I get a special coffee, a mocha, every morning on the way to work. This morning again their " machine isn't working". Well 2 out of 5 visits their machine is down. Sick of it. The second location in Waycross can't make one. They'll make everything but what I order and I'm late for work everyday I stop in. So this week was Starbucks double the price but it was right the first time and I wasn't late for work again. Sad because McCafe items are great however it's sad their staff isn't trained better.

AVOID! THIS PLACE SUCKS! DO NOT GO HERE! Excessive long waits at the drive-through for simple orders like a Value Meal. Start to finish at the drive-through, expect to wait 30-40 minutes to get your food which is delivered cold and soggy. The food is trash-bin quality. This is the slowest, incompetently staffed fast-food joint on the planet and they need to close down or get new management. Go to Chick-Fil-A across the road. It's more expensive, but better quality and you can eat your lunch for lunch instead of getting it by supper time!

Sat in the drive thru for OVER 24 minutes and they still managed to screw up my order. This location really needs to get their time management in order. DO BETTER.

Waited around for 15 minutes, ordered a couple of spicy chiks,. Tots and water. One person walking around getting coffee, maybe on break not sure. 2 people in back. Was told biscuits were cooking, one other couple inside eating. Finally get our food and have to eat on the go... burnt biscuits. If I didnt ha e somewhere else to be at that time, I would have turned around and had my money refunded. Very disappointing.

I would love to give 5 stars bu this place needs an friendly workers,I waited for someone to take my orders and there's 3 people are working. No costumers at the drive thru the there's only 2 people in the dining eating. They just standing there and talking.

People are rude. At night. I was the only car and it took 15 mins for 4 orders of chili cheese fries. But they were good. Soo... just be prepared to wait.

I really enjoy Krystal’s and can’t complain about the quality of the food—it’s always a favorite! 🩷 That’s why I was so disappointed with my experience today. I placed a breakfast order at 10:08, and it showed it would be ready by 10:16. THEY MARKED IT AS READY ONLINE💔 Since breakfast doesn’t end until 10:30/11:00, I figured arriving at 10:23 would be no problem. Unfortunately, the manager told me they had already put the sausage and bacon away, not that they didn’t have any—even though my order (2 Sunrisers and 2 Sausage Scramblers) was entirely sausage-based. Breakfast at Krystal’s is my absolute favorite, so it was really disappointing not to get what I ordered. (They did throw in extra food and thank yall so much). I just I feel like this situation could have been handled better and hope it can be improved moving forward.

Good fresh Krystals are the best even if not the best foe you:) These were fresh off the grill but a bit thrown together and needed more mustard. Have a tough time ordering just Krystals and a drink at most locations. They automatically make it a combo with fries:) Staff are friendly. Wait wad not too long.

Supposed to close at 12 but sit at the speaker for 10 mins at 11:15 and no one will answer you. Drive around to the window someone finally takes your order. Don’t understand how you have a woman walking around with a headset on ignoring people and the other person in there just walking around with AirPods in. Worst customer service by far.

Don't go there and try to order two 12 pack of krystals which is 13.29 each which would be 26.60 they wont let you they said it is there policy they cant do that. They make you have to order a 24 pack is 28.49 which is more expensive. Not to mention they are very slow
