Services were worse, even they said cloth napkins get finished, they gave paper napkins. We were five people, they served water to only one. After finishing the starters, they didn't change plates, for serving the main course. We ordered a sizzler, no one cared to serve, I told the waiter 2-3 times but no one listened, once again I called another waiter then he served us. Instead of telling many times the waiter didn't provide quarter plates. We called the manager but the waiter told us he is not available, only a senior waiter attained us. Very pathetic services. The Avadhi sizzler was not up to the mark, and didn't contain all the ingredients as mentioned in the menu.

Havemor Restaurant - A Decent Dining Experience with Flaws In Vadodara, Havemor Restaurant is a popular establishment, and offers food from the regions of Indian, Chinese, and Continental. The restaurant is celebrated for its reputation, but I think my experience itself has a fair mix of commendables, and non commendables. Ambiance & Atmosphere The decor at the restaurant is somewhat modern and at least inviting enough, it does bring any interesting charm to the experience. The restaurant seating is sufficiently comfortable, but during peak hours, it could be packed and noisy. The lighting, although decent, could be better, and the overall ambiance does lack compared to other fine dining places in the city. Food Quality & Taste The menu presented a number of options and varieties. They offered solid options with India curries, Chinese stir fries, and Continental options. The food was decent yet did not live up to be a memorable experience. Some dishes, like the paneer tikka, and butter naan, were good. However, some other items like noodles and pasta, could have possible been different from what their description was composed as, including flavor, and authenticity. Portions were decent, but presentation could have been crisp. Service & Staff Staff is friendly, and overall decent wait staff on their part, but service was not the most speedy especially during peak hours. I waited longer than I expected my food, and repeated some requests as well

Great food , great place , location is unique food quality is consistent. A good place to go with your family. Choole bhature is a must try, pizza is not so good. Sandwiches are okay, we love the noodles they serve. Pav bhaji is good.

One of the best restaurant in vadodara & food is too tasty. Try - channa puri, sandwiches, kuttu paratha & wraps. Ambience is cool. Ice creams are very good. Easily approachable & parking space is available for two wheelers & for four wheelers space is not that big but 3-4 cars can be parked easily. Overall best place to visit for.

Such bad experiences , ordered cake via zomato opened directly in midnight in front of 20 people and there it was a hair , a long long hair coming out of the cake and as everyone was disgusted , If such reputation then why there was no check where is the hygiene? No checks before delivery? So unhygienic way of prep.

This place has some amazing desserts. We tried black coffee which was to die for and Chocolate fudge which was really very tempting. We have visited this place many times and we really enjoyed each and every dessert. I feel that prices are a bit high but worth try. The ambiance is good with light music. Most of the time this outlet is surrounded by the crowd. Must go-to place after dinner.

The place has torn seats to sit on, food seemed pretty stale. I ordered a garden sandwich it wasnt even a proper sandwich. It costed 130 rs and contained non existent cheese, it didnt even taste like anything. Ordered a regular brownie which i expected to be served fresh, they took more than 30 minutes to serve it that too when it was already lying on their counter. the server just heat it up and served it. Good place to visit, especially in COVID situation as one won't find this place that much crowded, food quality is great and hygiene has been maintained. Well manged sweet shop with small sitting area . Clean , tasty and hygienic sweets and namkins you will get here. Rates are little bit higher than other sweet shops but no doubt taste and purity is unbeatable.

Edit: We placed a large order just about 36 hours in advance. The sweets, packing etc were absolutely perfect for the occasion. Even though we were from outstation, Deepak bhai did not even take any advance and delivered the order to our place. Very good experience. ----------- Amazing sweets. Some are quite innovative. For large order, place 2 days in advance as all their preparations come from A'bad.

This store does not allow students to sit and order in time, We were regular customers as this outlet was our hangout spot but now the employee has ruined our experience as he forced us to order even tho we said we will in time.

This place is a nice spot to enjoy thickshakes – the taste is really good, creamy, and satisfying. The sitting arrangement is decent, with the option to sit in the basement area as well, which adds a bit of privacy, making it suitable for couples and students who want a quieter place. However, the basement area lacks proper cooling, which can be uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Overall, it’s a good hangout place with tasty shakes, but better cooling would make the experience even more enjoyable.

I really love the strawberry cream here and have always liked this place. However, I am disappointed with the service recently. This is the second time we had to request for the table to be cleaned, but the staff’s behaviour has been quite rude. We visit this place for a good experience, not just the food — but the service and attitude of the people serving are not meeting expectations. I truly hope the management looks into this and improves the service quality.

I recently visited Santushti Shake and more and had a mixed experience. The product itself was good, I enjoyed the taste and quality of the shake . However, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which really put a damper on my overall experience. I think the product has potential, but the service needs to be improved drastically. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had been a regular customer of this Santushti since it opened. The services very going down for last 2 years but this month has just been terrible. The decision to switch glass bottles for plastic cups itself was very upsetting - but I loved this place so much, it was the only place I used to go for Davidoff coffee (which now I think is switched for some normal quality) . My last cold coffee had stale milk which was so bad I could literally taste it in one sip. I was planning not to put this on public review and decided to give it one more shot - and even though the milk was fine (which should be bare minimum) the taste quality has gone so bad I will probably not go there ever again. Its heartbreaking to see legacy places of Vadodara falling apart like this

Very disappointing experience at Santushti Shakes and More – Fatehgunj. There was absolutely no cleanliness — the tables and sofas were dirty, and even a spilled shake on the sofa was left unattended. The service was very slow, and to top it off, the waffle served was cold and soggy. Definitely expected better in terms of hygiene and quality. Not planning to visit again unless major improvements are made.

The fresh shakes provided by them is one of the main reason people love this place. Thick shakes are so good. Different varieties of shakes available here. Trust me they are yum. Lack of enough seating arrangement otherwise overall good.

Over costly ice creams without any special reason. A cup of suger free icecream costing 254rs plus 45rs tax! We ordered 4 icecreams out of which 3 were simple icecream cups and one chocolate softy and the total bill amount is rs935! Enjoyed the thick shakes and icecream here. You will need a spoon to finish it off. The thickness and quality is amazing. We tried Cold Coffee with Vanilla icecream, Rajbhog shake and Choco shake. Then went for an Alphonso Mango one. Too much of a calorie overdose in a single day, but worth the experience. I loved the wall art inside. Cute and trendy for youngsters to hang out. Service was also quick since the place wasn't crowded on a weekday evening. Their menu card is extensive. It takes a good amount of time to decide what to order. Amazing ice creams and desserts. A place which evokes nostalgic memories for almost all Barodians. The flavors, though classic, have kept with the times. Price of the icecreams and desserts could be a bit lower though.

They have a wide range of icecreams, shakes and smoothies available. Many of them is not available. Dairy Den staff is cold, uninterested people. When asked to give a recommendation, they don't recommend. Apart from the icecream and shakes quality is consistent good. Staff should be changed with young and dynamic people. Ambience is also good but usually crowded after evenings.

I visit this place since my childhood and still loving it. This is in my top priority list when I crave for ice cream. I like it’s softies in waffle cone. It’s delicious and very smooth in texture. They have wide range of ice creams. In my fasts I surely go there to have fig cashew thick shake. You should definitely try thick shakes. It’s really good.

Location is very good as it is located in Alkapuri which is one of the most prime area of Vadodara. It is quite spacious with good sitting arrangements. You can get cakes, pastries, cookies, patties etc and all items are of good quality. Price is higher than other normal bakery shops but quality is also much better. It's a good place for quick bite and also a good place where you can have small parties with your friends. Those who want to spend time with their girlfriend can also come here as you can sit here without spending much.

Needed chai, while they don't personally serve it. they made arrangements for it. The pizza puff was fresh and non spicy. Red velvet cake was soft and fluffy. whenever you are in the area and want a quick break, this seems to be a great place.

To our utter shock and disappointment, the cake was completely stale, dry, and had an unpleasant smell. It was clear that it was not freshly made and had probably been sitting around for days. This wasn’t just any day – it was a celebration we had planned with a lot of love and excitement, and the cake was supposed to be the highlight. Instead, it became a source of embarrassment in front of our guests. When we reached out to the shop about this, there was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. This level of carelessness and poor customer service is simply unacceptable for any business, especially one involved in celebrations and special moments. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about quality and want your occasion to go smoothly, look elsewhere.

I have bought cake from here 3 times and every time I am dissatisfied with the cake decoration because these people are not able to make it like the image we give and this time the cake had a very thick layer of cream and the base of the cake there was very little of it. These people have cheated us this time. And they have no knowledge about cake decoration, neither the font is right nor any idea about colour combination. I am attaching here both the photos, the cake I had ordered and the one these people gave me.

I specially mentioned flavour of my cake and told that my family do not eat white cream so give me chocolate cake without white cream. But they give me a cake with white cream, my whole 1 kg cake wasted and no one ate the cake.

Their cheese cakes are one of the best and affordable, they even have a wide range for cakes and pastries I ordered a Nutella cheese cake , this was the first time I've had cheese cake, and it was the flabbergastingly great.

There is another Santushti Milkshake shop just next to this.. the star is for them. Bap bete chala raha hai.. As a first timer.. I asked for owner recommended shake.. they suggested mango milk shake.. I took it. Absolutely worthless (fraudulous is better word) for 190/-.. both quality or quantity. Not walking in there again. Simply avoid that shop.

Horrible thick shake with sitafal....just watery in consistency..and only churn vanilla icecream and pour sitafal on it..special santusti faluda good. U guys are just fine with icecreams.......don't try things which u can't serve or make it.....don't waste money

Very very rude behaviour ..They don't know how to talk to clients . We had gone to ask for Sattu which is a Rajasthani Sweet .The answer was very rude of all the staff . One staff told 11th and 12th ko nahi milega ( 12th is tej festival of Rajasthani and sattu is a sweet dish ).

I bought panner with them yesterday and while I was about to prepare it I saw whole fungus spread across the brick of paneer. It was Fortunate enough for me to look at the panner before preparing it otherwise me and my family would be down with food infection. Is this the quality we are paying for? Absolutely horrible! It's a request to all, Kindly don't go forward with this shop.

Visited in Nov 2018 and Jan 2020. Only bought Pyaz Kachori both times. Very tasty, best eaten without the chutneys provided. Also try and eat it when hot. Bit oily. The shop does not have a place to eat so you'll have to eat it right outside the shop, there's enough space on the steps :-) Might be the best thing I ate in Vadodara. Pics attached.

Very poor hygiene. You can coackroach roaming over White Khoya Barfi. When I reported this to the person there. He was kind of arrogant. he said "aapne liya thode hi hai". He meant to say since I have not purchased this so I should not be bothered. He has removed the cockroach so everything is fine. They do not take care of the food hygiene and are adamant and arrogant as well. I spent 5 minutes and was able to witness a cockroach. I am sure If I have to visit their kitchen there would be a lot of hygiene issues.

I have purchased Ghevar for Rakhi but it was not good seem no sugar added and seems stale. Plastic box which were used for packing were broken and adjusted with tape. So very bad experience.

Arguably the best sweet shop in the whole of Vadodara. Pure ghee all kinds of sweets available. Shop is open almost for all 365 days. Authentic Rajasthani sweets available. Staff is very friendly and helpful and recommend you the best sweet according to occasion and your need.

We often buy shrikhand and ice cream from here. Earlier, it was located at Rajlaxmi complex, Old Padra Road. Now, it is situated beside D-Mart, Akota. They provide fresh shrikhand in all 12 months and their seasonal ice creams are also really good. Their Mosambi ice cream is unique, different and tastes really good. Mostly, it is our go to shrikhand place. But recently, when we bought their dry fruit shrikhand, it was mostly fruit shrikhand and dry fruit content almost Nil. That disappointed us big time and we didn't expect this from a renowned brand like Sarvoday. This has resulted in us having to give a rating of only 3 stars instead of 4.

Below average experience! Was not expecting a low quality ice cream as per the Sarvoday’s brand name. The icecream was very hard and not enjoyable. Flavour was good but the texture was very poor. And they had a tonne of phenyl smell going on inside the sitting area which made the experience even worse! Please maintain icecream in proper temperature and give good ambiance so one can enjoy with the family!

A very nice ice cream and juice shop. It is neat and clean. The ambience is also nice. I have tried different types of Juice, Faluda and Ice Creams, and all are tasty. Have visited this place 3-4 times over the last 10 days. The price is also reasonable for all of the ice creams or Juices. Online or cash both types of payment are available.

Shree Janta Ice cream is served excellent ice cream. It's taste is very authentic. They served with very politely. Kamleshbhai always guide us with new flavors arrived. We had biscoff cake, vanila choclate cake and mango cheesecake and all were really not good. Taste is weird. They have a strong taste of preservatives or some chemical. I liked the place but. The ambience is reaĺly good

The main reason why I love to visit the La patisserie is because of Macaroons and Tiramisu pastry and with any of it a cup of hot coffee is best. The best place to hang out with friends or even can visit this place for an office meeting, cause the ambience and the interior of the place is very calm, light and cozy. The way they platter the dessert is very nice and different, the taste is like you can feel every single element melting in your mouth very clearly. If someone has a sweet tooth but asks for a new variety of dessert to eat they must visit La patisserie 20.

My first visit to La Patisserie, and it was an awesome experience. A variety of desserts, you name it they got it. Names are a bit difficult to remember. There's pink colour flowers raspberry dessert, man o' man you would close your eyes and would get melted with it, it's that soft and yummy. The ambience will make you fall in love. Do go with your loved ones, highly recommended.

The ambience and interiors are on spot. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Paris. They have a good spread of desserts which are also good in taste. We had Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and a strong milk coffee recommended by the person on the counter. The coffee was really nice. The Lotus Biscoff cheesecake was also good but felt a little dry to me. (The best Lotus Biscoff cheesecake I've tried is from Cafe Fitoor). The price is on a higher side, but overall a very good experience.

It's an exquisite place for serving your sweet tooth. It has a variety of desserts, mostly pastries and pies! It also has the facility to sit and enjoy there with a beautiful French ambiance or takeout. very Bad Quality, Brought Boondi Ladoos in evening for function but second day morning within 24 hrs all spoilled had fungus on it. on calling shop attendent was rude and started giving lame excuses such as not to keep sweets in fridge which was just a nuisance. These type of bad quality serving shops should be under surveillance of foods and drugs dept. specifically charging very high amounts, serving bad or low quality cheap or mixed products never had such bad experience buying from other branded shops nearby.

I recently visited Chatoris/Mishri Sweets at Taksh Galaxy Mall. If you're a Chaat lover, but at a same time you care about hygiene then Chatoris by Mishri is your place. It's situated at Food Court in Taksh Galaxy Mall, Beside L&T Knowledge City, NH-8, Vadodara. We tried Raj Kachori, Palak Patta Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Pindi Chole & Rice, Rasgolla & Mix Veg with Missi Roti. And, all the dishes were up to the mark in taste and of premium quality. Here you can also get authentic Kesar Dryfruit Ghevar, Malai Ghevar too. They also have varieties of imported chocolates, coffees & more. I loved the place and definitely going to visit again.

Bad quality food. I ordered bundi ladoo and within 24 hours ladoo got contaminated even though preserved as per their instructions and this is not first time. One can see same issue faced by another customer few time before. I think so Mishri sweets owers playing with health of their customers. We have to pay them to get ill. they should have to be punished.

Very bad experience with staff, today on 8th aug 2025 time 7:45 pm aprox, I visit the store to purchase sweets, there were only 3 to 4 customers and staff was more than 5 to 6 person, when I was confused between 2 sweets to order, I asked them to give a small testing to finalise the order, they give answer that sir tasting k liye TIME NAHI HAI, customer bahut hai, I confirm his words 3 times, he repeat time nahi hai, without knowing the order size and quantity, I left the shop silently, my previous experience was I found mosquitos in shreekhand due to their cooling box border was broken and mosquito were moving inside and few were died over shreekhand.so I complain and ask for owner, they don't provide and argue, I will always felt that only has to purchase where owner is available, I experience 2 3 time issues with staff, I m sure this happens because they don't own the shop so they don't care whether customer is happy or not. But I will never visit any mishri shop, see the stores of jagdish Farshan, so much crowded and still they handle customers with smile. For today's incident u can check your cctv for given time, I was in black shirt. Check how many customers there and number of your staff. This information is for owner awareness. Atleast mentioned your name number there for any complaints. With that sticker, your staff may stay in their limits.

Diwali is incomplete without sweets. Talking of sweets, had an awesome experience @ Mishri Sweets 😍 They have a variety of pure desi ghee mithais like mathura peda, balushahi, barfi, bengali sweets, kaju katli as well as namkeens. Tasted some of them and they are delicious. They also have a range of coffees, chocolates and cookies to choose from. So, make your Diwali more sweeter with Mishri sweets. Good Quality and Serves fresh mithai! Highly recommended!! You can also order from Zomato and Swiggy.

This manjalpur tulsidham Janta is not an original Janta ice-cream. Do not get confused between both. Taste : average Quality and atmosphere: good.

Ice cream is OK OK.. BUT owner/person sitting at main desk ks very very rude and totally intolerant. They don't know how to behave with customer. Zero rating for their behaviour. Over egoistic person.

Today I ordered an ice Cream name kaju-mava with my friends, place near Tulsi dham char rasta manjalpur Vadodara.During eating an half plate I found an ant in that ice-cream. I have complain but the service was not properly and they behaved rudely. I haven't taken any photo but I request don't go over there it is unhealthy and it can cause food disease.

It's great... The people over there are friendly and quite good to interact with... You should try Belgium icecream here... It takes you to a different world altogether... Making time is decent for shakes.... Over all I would give a 4 star rating...

Less hygienic compare to other Janta branch. Owners and staff are very rude. Suggest not to go this place.

Good ice cream and friendly service. I had went with my family and had ordered special matka icecream, eiffel tower, black current, vanilla and sitafal. However I feel they should guide first time comers as the qty of matka was huge it can be easily shared among 3 ppl, similarly eiffel tower was sufficient for 2. But definitely if you are a person who wants large qty of icecream thn it might be just perfect. Price: Matka: 130₹ Eiffel tower: 150₹
