Amasa Majadahonda is a hidden gem in the northwest of Madrid, perfect for those who appreciate high-quality bread and delightful coffee. This artisanal bakery offers a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy top-notch breakfasts, including their famous toasts and an irresistible mixed sandwich. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit feel special.
I loved the atmosphere of this Amasa. I usually go to Amasa Las Rozas which is a spot to take away and I enjoyed my breakfast in this one. Size of toasts were pretty good and the jam was tasty. I expect some kind of syrup (healthy one) with the yogurt and granola bowl, but it was also good. They have a high quality variety of bread. Don’t miss it!

Great place to grab coffee and work! Quiet, cute and clean place. 👌🏼 🙅🏽‍♀️Their variety in the menu is super limited. They only sell bread loafs or sweet pastries. Nothing salty for a quick bite! PL🌿

Amasa is really an extraordinary bakery, where bread regains its dignity and becomes once again a staple for life!,,, delightful! Highly recommendable at every level: cozy and friendly atmosphere, authentic, friendly and caring staff, THE most delicious bread and coffee! You can even have it toasted and served with fresh avocado. And then you can take some delicious bread and a baguette home to share with friends and family!

(Translated by Google) Poor quality, scammed and very expensive These kinds of things make me very sad and angry. Yesterday I went for a quick drink before going to the physio. They didn't have any tortilla skewers left and I asked them "anything to kill hunger, half a portion of something, quickly, I have 10 minutes." The waiter didn't know, he just told me that they were on lunch time, I asked for a bottle of water and he brought me something else... Finally, they brought me something they called salad, although it was nothing more than potatoes with mayonnaise, it had no other vegetables and not a trace of tuna. I ate half because it wasn't very good and I asked for the bill... 9 euros they hit me for something that other bars give you as a tapa!! Poor quality, account abuse and bad service It makes me angry, honestly. It has never been a cheap place, they took advantage of being in Majadahonda a lot, but there is a whole world of going from there to almost ripping off customers. And let it be known that in the past I used to go a lot. It was one of my ex-brother-in-law's trusted places and we have held family gatherings there. It was expensive, the food had never been plentiful but they delivered. Now I recommend not going. It's expensive, I felt scammed and hesitated. I won't return of course. There are traditional places nearby with less pretensions and much better like Restaurante Casa Pedro or Sol y Aire where they give you a real salad with a better attitude and for free. What a scam, I leave you a photo (Original) Mala calidad, una timada y carísimo Me da mucha pena y rabia este tipo de cosas.

(Translated by Google) The tapas and menu are very good. However, if you eat from the menu it is more regular. The cod tacos and entrecôte are frozen and of average quality. And they are not cheap. Well, that depends on what you come for. Snacking, breakfast, menu, hamburgers, all good. If you try something else, regular. (Translated by Google) I am a chef and this is my impression of the dishes I have eaten. - Stew: cold, without oil, without salt, pepper or garlic... it tastes like nothing. -Rioja haddock: cold, with cold sauce, a vegetable that has been cooked in the sauce instead of having been sautéed first properly to make a stir-fry and give it some flavor. If you look at the garlic slices, they are not golden brown or anything, completely white therefore just like the vegetable, cooked directly. - Sautéed chard: two experiences, one good, sautéed and with its golden garlic and another without garlic and nothing, sadder and they get depression. - Chicken curry: it was delicious and hot, although a little more sauce would be appreciated, but it was good. - Stewed chickpeas: They have not sautéed the vegetables before cooking the chickpeas so they are very weak but can be eaten. - Grilled Emperor: Super bland and super dry. It barely has any flavor. -Cauliflower au gratin: warm dish, it would be better if you sprinkled salt and pepper on the cauliflower once after cooking it and before pouring the bechamel on top. -Meatballs: the sauce was good, but again... the food was half cold... -Saxony chops: very delicious and very well cooked, hot and with well-seasoned and cooked vegetables. - I have reached these 4 conclusions: Since they have no competition, the company makes the chefs cook with the bare minimum. The cooks have no idea about cooking and seasoning. Cooks have lost passion when preparing food. Or all of the above. Recommendation: prepare a chorizo sandwich at home to take away rather than spending 11 euros on this site or 12.35 if you also want a small bottle of water with the menu.

(Translated by Google) I've been going to the Puerta de Hierro Hospital cafeteria for a month now, as my son is in the ICU. The staff is generally very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about one waitress in particular (she wears glasses and was taking care of the menu on September 24th in the public area). Every time she serves me, the experience is very negative: rude responses, an unwillingness to help, and a service that leaves much to be desired. For example: when I asked the price of a Coca-Cola, she replied "two and a bit," and when I politely insisted on knowing exactly how much it was, she rudely replied that I was "blocking the payment terminal." On another occasion, when I ordered takeout, she served me clearly less than the other customers eating there. This isn't an isolated incident, as I've seen that she treats not only me poorly, but others as well. It's very unpleasant to feel that, depending on who serves you, your experience in the cafeteria can range from okay to terrible. In a hospital, where family members have already experienced difficult situations, empathy and humane treatment are appreciated. Hopefully, this comment will inspire action and greater attention to customer service, because the rest of the staff demonstrates that it is possible to provide friendly and professional service.

Nestled in the heart of Seattle, Starbucks has become a beloved coffeehouse chain that offers not just signature roasts but also light bites and complimentary WiFi for those looking to stay connected. One standout location in Madrid boasts ample parking and spacious seating both inside and out, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or productivity. The friendly baristas are fluent in English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
One of the better positioned Starbucks I’ve been to in Madrid. Not only does it have a large parking area but the interior and exterior has a lot of seating. Plus, the surrounding area is filled with different shops and stores you can venture into. This Starbucks is like all others in what it offers. Drinks, food, and trinkets are in abundance. The staff is friendly and speak both English and Spanish. The actual interior area is a great place to come and work if you need that. Overall, good spot and good location. Enjoy!

I love the baristas and the cozy sofas. The outside used to be more comfortable and they close earlier (that changed even before COVID).

At Starbucks, they were out of everything that we wanted, so we ordered our last choice of avocado toast. It came with an extreme amount of salt, so we gave it back for them to redo the order without any salt. At least they redid our order, but it tasted terrible. It tasted like we were eating plain bread. They only added the slightest bit of avacados. Overall, it was really bad.

This is a terrible Starbucks, probably the worst in the global network of Starbucks coffee shops. Maybe I went to the one in a parallel universe to the other reviewers that gave this place a good review cause it´s bad, very bad and here´s why; Consistently get the drinks wrong (how difficult is it to make a 3 shot, skimmed latte with a little foam...), the baristas are awful and have no sense of customer service. When they invariably get my drink wrong why do they insist on seeing my receipt, I know what I asked for and what they give me isn´t it. The icing on the cake is when you point out their errors the attitude you get and the dirty looks are priceless (special mention here must go to a barista named Dani, bad customer service like she gave me yesterday is a skill that you spend many years perfecting...or however many weeks she´s been in the job). Thanks to all the staff at this Starbucks for doing me a favour by granting me the pleasure of making me a drink that I didn´t ask for and charging me 5 Euros for the privilege and sneering at me as I leave once again disappointed.

Jamaica is a vibrant destination that offers a delightful mix of experiences, including charming cafes nestled within shopping centers. While these spots can be bustling and lively, they provide excellent service and delicious offerings. Visitors often rave about the freshly made pastries and quality coffee available, making it an ideal place for a quick snack or breakfast. For those with dietary restrictions, such as gluten intolerance, Jamaica's cafes also cater to diverse needs with options like gluten-free sandwiches.
(Translated by Google) Yesterday you can say that it was not our day, we wanted to have breakfast outside and there were five of us and a stroller. We tried to do it in another cafeteria in the shopping center, which because there were five of us did not make it easy for us to stay due to the safe distance between tables and we decided to leave where we would be well received. So we found Juan Carlos in this cafeteria. He was super friendly, he attended to us with enthusiasm and joy. He gave us two tables with a sofa so that even though there were 5 of us we could have breakfast together. We ordered the croissants with York ham and cheese, they were spectacularly warm. The chocolate donuts were super good with the crunchy chocolate. And we tried the chocolate cake and the carrot cake and they were super good too. 100% recommended!!!! The coffees were also very good as well as the orange juices!!! Don't hesitate, go have breakfast there!!!

How terrible is their service and attitude, unimaginable. The lady who was serving us was so unkind and so mean. While she came with our order she also slammed the bill on our table. I have never experienced this anywhere. Btw they also served me burnt toast in my breakfast. This is the one in centro oesto in majadahonda. Will never get back there. Worst experience with the most unkind staff.

(Translated by Google) Totally unfortunate, we decided to visit this cafeteria and from minute one I began to dislike it even worse. When it came time to sit down, we were served by a dark-skinned girl who seems to have never worked in the hospitality industry. When it came time to take our order, she interrupted me. a waitress to know your entry code or something! That seems like a tremendous lack of education to me! Since that waitress had to wait for her to finish serving us and then comment! The worst thing was that the person who served us allowed that... Anyway.... A waitress for breakfast service, the likes of which I have never seen before!! How much prices? €3.40 for a mixed croissant, what croissant do you have? Dubai Ham? Or the cheese is suddenly from the Cayman Islands! And burnt on top of it, it seems outrageous to me!!! Bad service and even worse the breakfast comes in parts!

(Translated by Google) This was my second attempt at breakfast here, because I think it's a nice cafe (unless you know the staff, of course). After waiting five minutes for the waitress (a brunette with lots of braids) to finish talking to her colleague and come over, I told her I'd get a latte, and without waiting any longer, she turned around and left. I called her over and said, "Excuse me, what are you going to serve me with my toast?" She responded in a very bad mood, "I don't know, I'm waiting." And I told her...look, sorry, better not serve it to me. I got up and left. I don't think people with such unprofessionalism should be serving the public. Me levante y me fui.

(Translated by Google) I went yesterday for a snack and I ordered a matcha with ice. At first, the girl who serves me gives me the feeling that she didn't know much about what matcha was regarding a question I asked her, but I don't give it any importance. But when the matcha arrived, it didn't have ice (which didn't matter) and it was basically cold milk with sugar and a final aftertaste of the matcha. Normally matcha tea tends to have a little more intense green color due to the tea. I left disappointed because it was almost €4 and I had practically none of the tea. I hope this improves for future occasions.

(Translated by Google) Honestly I don't recommend it. 1. The prices are extremely high. 2. A lot of dirt on both the tables and the floor. 3. The floor is broken on all sides, many chips, the ceiling is stained, etc. 4. The taste of the coffee was a little unpleasant, in fact I had to add four sugars. I could continue listing negative things from my point of view, but I think these are enough for you to know where you are going. The only positive thing is the staff since at least they are polite. (Original) Honestamente no lo recomiendo. 1. Los precios son extremadamente elevados. 2.

Havanna in Majadahonda is a delightful café that transports you straight to Argentina without ever leaving the city. Nestled on a corner, it offers stunning views, making it an ideal stop for a leisurely stroll. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly service, Havanna is the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying some of the best coffee around.

(Translated by Google) I always go to breakfast, the girls are lovely but I don't know how they can be working in those conditions. It's terribly cold, they've had broken air since the summer, which is why they don't have heating now and one of the front doors is broken and another one doesn't close at all. These are conditions to report to them, regarding occupational hazards. Both because of the low temperatures and the high temperatures in summer. A shame because they are good products but it is not worth it that the coffee becomes ice depending on how you drink it or that it becomes dehydrated in the summer.

To go to the Majadahonda City Hall, with that imposing window and cool people at the tables, I abstract myself and move to Buenos Aires, I visualize a starry atmosphere and I see myself ordering a costo, an alfajor and a Havanette. My imagination runs wild, it's a shame that I'm still the same country boy, because except for that everything else is a movie, mine is a horror movie, and everyone else's is a fantasy.
