South West Collective is another great option with an all-day food menu featuring salads, smoothies, espressos, and fresh pressed juices. Bluestone Lane Cafe is a popular brunch and lunch spot in central George Town.
Wow. Breakfast was straight forward but innovative. Drinks were amazing. I got to pick a bunch of sides with my eggs which was amazing and everything was elevated. I normally get a cold brew black; but I got the Al Pacino Specialty Coffee drink and it was SO delicious, flavors were amazing. I’m still at the table now but I felt compelled to share my rave reviews. I’ll never forget her.

Don’t be put off by the warmth of the initial stair case and outside. Proceed in and you will find cool AC, lots of glorious food offerings, an awesome seafront view to look out at the cruise ships and plenty of reading materials as well as just an all round cool vibe and relaxed happy environment. This is a really nice spot to sit and reflect, meet people, and take some food or beverages. If you’re in town and on foot it’s easy. If you’re driving into town look for the parking spots out front by the blue iguana.
Marie P — Google review
Enjoyed Pink Beach juice, scrumptious brownie dessert, and two espressos on ice. Wish we discovered this treasure sooner! Close to cruise ship port for visitors.

Outstanding food at a great price, coffee is great also. I got the cowboy plate, came with a skirt stake and 2 sunny side up eggs on top of a slice of sourdough bread, that bread was sooo fluffy on the inside and the crust was just right.

Cayman Creperie is a great place to go for breakfast. They have a wide variety of crepes and coffee drinks to choose from, making it the perfect spot for any type of breakfast craving. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it an easy place to stop by on your way to work or school.
Really nice place for a snack or even a good lunch. I wanted steak and they came back to say they didn’t have enough for us, I liked them for being honest and straight to the point. Prices were very reasonable, location was excellent. Placed on the second floor. $$ plates below $10ci or even $20ci. Good flavor and service.
Alexander — Google review
The place has lots of seating outside and inside with nice views. All food looks amazing for the most part. My husband ordered Egg Crepe which he seemed to like. I ordered Nutella (which was probably chocolate syrup or different type of Nutella). It’s was good, I just prefer for crepe to be thinner, it was a bit too thick for my preference. I do recommend this place for breakfast. ☕️
Tanya G — Google review
Conveniently located near the cruise terminal and shopping. Great views of the port. This place is really 3 restaurants in one. You can also order from the Lucky Slice Pizzeria or Mojo pub. Plenty of seating inside or outside in the shade. The crepes are huge! One can easily be shared by two people, unless you're really hungry. The crepes are stuffed well with good ingredients. Deducting one star because there was no a/c when we ate there in early August. We will definitely be back though.
Joe T — Google review
The savoury crepe was delicious. The location is close to all 3 piers (across from South Terminal pier). Nice ambiance.

Waffle Monkey in the Cayman Islands is a popular breakfast spot that also serves waffles throughout the day. The cafe, located overlooking George Town harbor, is independently owned and prides itself on its passion for Belgian-style waffles, Costa Rican coffee, milkshakes, and breakfast sandwiches. With a variety of sweet and savory options available, visitors can enjoy delicious waffles while taking in the beautiful waterfront views. The cafe offers an extensive menu with protein options as well as good quality coffee.
Our favorite stop on a 7 day cruise. The staff was super friendly, and told us the yummiest things to get. So fun, cool atmosphere and the food was outstanding!! Best waffles and chicken sandwiches were better than Chick fil a

Chona was an amazing server!! One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Got the mac&chicken waffle cone & it was unreal! Also tried the Waffle Monkey waffle & the fresh fruit waffle, both were really impressive, high quality, and tasted delicious. Overall, my favorite meal I had on the island while visiting.
Jasmine K — Google review
Exceptionally good! Super fresh orange juice, the lightest waffles ever and excellent coffee. Welcoming team and great merchandise too. Thank you. We’ll be back!
TC — Google review
Waffles are crispy and taste so good. Not overwhelmingly sweet but just right. Chona is a lovely staff that made our breakfast a wonderful experience
Daniel P — Google review
We stumbled upon this restaurant after docking from our stop here from being on the Carnival Horizon. I had the chicken and waffles and my husband had the waffle monkey which has bananas on the waffle. I also had the hot chai latte with almond milk. One of the best chai latte’s I’ve ever had. Chona was our waitress and was so friendly and welcoming. The food was great and atmosphere was relaxing and friendly, with free WiFi. Make plans to come here! You won’t regret it.
Stephanie S — Google review
I’ve been here on both visits to Cayman and will make a point of it in future visits. These are actually the best waffles I’ve ever had. They’re crispy and light, yet almost custard-like inside. I’ve had the mango and graham (seasonal), and also the Old Fashioned, which is just plain with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Both were delightful. They actually have a lot of surprising flavors and interesting combinations, as well as more conventional offerings, and even vegan options. My friend had a waffle with bacon and chocolate chips inside, with a spicy fried chicken filet on the side that he was *pretty darn* happy about. The coffee drinks are also great, and the service is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. One of my favorite spots in Cayman!
Christina S — Google review
the food is mouth watering delicious, the drinks are also great! the orange juice is freshly squeezed and you can tell 😋 the service is also very welcoming, We always look forward to seeing Chona, she is a wonderful waitress!

Full of Beans, a vibrant coffee shop located on Walker's Road, enjoys immense popularity among the locals as a go-to spot for indulging in an espresso, frappe, or a swift cup of java. The establishment prides itself on the excellent standards of its beverages and offers an array of light lunch choices. Patrons have the option to bask in the outdoors by taking a seat on their inviting patio or enjoy their experience indoors amidst walls adorned with captivating artwork.
Different restaurant now here (now Coffee Point: Cayman). Good menu appealing to a wide range of diets. Reasonable prices. Nice seating areas (Closed + open seating areas with mild background music outside). Seems to be a popular spot. Personally have visited this restaraunt 4 times over 2 months.
Jadon — Google review
Gave this place a second chance after a poor breakfast experience and really wish I hadn't wasted my time or money. Went for lunch, took over half an hour to be served a sandwich and a salad, got served after two other groups who arrived after us. Ended up having to get the food to go as, like most normal human beings on a Thursday, needed to get back to work. We were clearly disgruntled by the service and they still had the nerve to charge grat (something we didn't notice till we left). And to top things off, the sandwich was totally burnt.........maybe that's what took them so long :S Won't ever be going back and will never recommend either.
Christian H — Google review
Full of beans need to seriously reconsider their delivery system and customer service. Perhaps more than one driver or maybe tell the customer it will take a certain time for their order to be delivered. It’s obviously a popular place especially during lunch hours, so maybe compensate for the demand ?? I’ve waited up to two hours on two separate occasions for my food and that’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t heat up my lunch due to a late order. Some of the staff there are extremely nice and understanding but there’s one or two persons there that can use the BASIC customer service training. Good food and coffee but service needs to be improved.
Alanis L — Google review
Good salads, but very poor customer service from the same young lady at the cashier area! Awful. Everytime I go, she's there. I wish I had gotten her name. I will find a place where I can get both; great salads and customer service. I will spend my money where I'm treated well. No matter how polite you are it isn't returned, her face always seems vexed and she seems annoyed by questions about the menu; quite uncomfortable feeling. Will not return.
D. S — Google review
This place is not worth the 4.4 review. It’s basically a Starbucks with some food and table service. Woman behind the counter kept giving me bad answers to my questions (can’t do this, ran out of receipt paper, etc). Food was average; service was mediocre at best. No flavor, no pizazz. This place is just beans and full of bs.
Sean A — Google review
Delicious menu and sandwiches come with a side salad. Half sizes for salads are good too otherwise its a lot of food.
Alex M — Google review
I love their healthy heart salad! They're very nice and helpful.

Cuban sandwiches are definitely a must-try!
Cayman's favourite coffee shop; strategically spread to go round. Peopled by warm and friendly personalities, quite committed to high end customer service/satisfaction. Equally committed Management/ownership. Spots an array of exquisite pastries and flavours to suit any and all...
Ikechukwu O — Google review
I used to order a Cuban sub sandwich or a club sandwich from Papaermans - best sandwich shop around, especially in Cayman. The Caprese is a classic vegetarian option, while the Cuban, let me tell you, is to die for. The pickles, the meat, the bread. What more could you want? Lovely, the staff, so lovely.
Rufus D — Google review
Papermans makes great panini sandwiches and pastries. They also do decent coffee. It isn't my favourite as I find it a bit bitter. The service can vary greatly. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and quick. Other times you end up waiting ages and the staff are a bit miserable looking. The seating area is great though with some seats outsides. The atmosphere is good for conversations or doing work on your laptop.

Caramel latte is always great! Love their muffins and their almond and raisin scones!! The Customer Service team is always so pleasant and upbeat!

Great food but a bit pricey. Service is not always great and no custom orders. Everything is made earlier then just finished when you order.

The cafe has an inviting interior with cute cups and knowledgeable baristas who create beautiful coffee art on every cup. Their cappuccino is strong but delicious; however, the latte is also highly recommended.
Every coffee / cafe should strive to be as beautiful, hospitable and clean as this spot. Coffee is deliciously crafted. One of those places where they aren’t just putting coffee in cups, they know what they are doing and doing it well! We had a slice of quiche that tasted as good as it looked. The owner helped us out by calling us a cab to get back to the airport, thank you so much!

Ordered the special drink the Summer Swanky - delicious! Husband got the Cubano and loved it! The mini gherkins instead of standard pickles was a great touch. I ordered the Caesar salad but got the house vinaigrette instead of the Caesar dressing which was an excellent choice!

This is a lovely cafe on the island. Good choice of food and pastries. Excellent coffee and an equally good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I can’t imagine you could be disappointed by the food, drinks or the service. Definitely worth a try.

Went in and ordered Ice Latte with caramel $5.50 +1 caramel Quad shot over ice with splash of half/half $15! A singular cookie $3 A Latte is $5.50 Espresso shot ( 2)$3.75 - they said they only serve 2, no singles I asked the staff how many shots come in a Latte and he said 2 shots. Then I proceeded to ask how many shots in my quad shot I ordered and he said 4. I asked why is a latte with 2 shots $5.50 and my quad shot is $15. He said because their espresso is $3.75 per order( 2 shots) x4 =$15. If that's the case I should have gotten 8 shots of espresso. Pricing does not make sense at all! I should have gotten an ice Americano with an extra shot and only be $7. Tip is already included but I gave an extra $5 because I always do.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts to send to my co-workers as an apology for missing a meeting, and they were a huge hit! Everyone absolutely loved them. Fantastic service and delicious treats, I’ll definitely be ordering again. Jason Moir

Best spot for breakfast/brunch on the island, hands down. Everything we ordered was yummy. I had the big brekkie, my wife had the chicken salad wrap and my daughter had a chicken and avacado sandwich, all were delish and didn't feel heavy or oily considering what they were. I felt like I lost weight eating bacon?!?! I recommend the iced chai latte with whatever you pick to eat, it is the best I've had in a long time.

I have ordered a Latte and a brownie. The latte was okay, the brownie was tasty. However, what made it so memorable was the service. Yendy was so friendly and interesting to talk to, and gave us some tips for living on the island. Daily Grind, you sure are to see me again!

I was directed to this gem by the staff at the public library. I wanted a good study location with wifi and this spot delivered! Not only was it quiet the staff is super nice and the coffee is amazing. I will be making this my study location until I leave the island.

Definitely pay this place a visit if you're looking for a quality roast. Really good coffee, and the lady was so friendly. Try the Cubano with milk if you get a chance. And since it's on the second floor, it feels like you're away from the cruise ship tourist crowd a bit and can do some people watching.

Great little place worth seeking out. Good coffee, great food at excellent prices ( and that's rare on this island!). The staff are always friendly - truly an excellent place to while away breakfast or lunch times.

I've never written a review. This is my second time visit and just had to write a review, amazing little coffee and cafe shop. I had the cookie and the ice coffee all I can say is wow. I took back a small box of cookies to my office and it was gone in seconds. It was fresh and tasted like it just came out the oven. Everyone was asking me where I got those cookies...lol..I will definitely be going again.

Great place for a muffin, croissant, hot tea or a good "flat white" coffee. Yendi is amazing, her personality and ability to remember names always makes me feel welcomed.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of George Town, Cafe Amazon is a delightful escape that brings a taste of Thailand to the Cayman Islands. This charming cafe is celebrated for its exotic coffee and tea blends, making it a must-visit for culinary adventurers. With an emphasis on health-conscious choices, their menu features organic items at surprisingly affordable prices without compromising quality. The atmosphere is cozy yet inviting, with ample seating available despite its small size.
Very nice Cafe with an extensive menu. Free wifi. We had the vegetarian sandwich and chips and it was terrific. While sitting there we saw a picture of an Asian dish of sweet and sour, looked fabulous. We're coming back again in March. Lots of drinks including coffee drinks and smoothies.

Great little cafe with good coffees and nice healthy smoothies. Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi Sandwich, it’s freshly made per order. The Chicken Burrito is good too. Wash it all down with the great Green smoothie. Saturday lunchtime was nice and quiet.

Visited here in May before leaving the Island. Fantastic light meal before my flight, had the Egg/Avocado breakfast sandwich and was amazing. Friendly staff, very clean restaurant, and great food presentation! Visiting here for sure when I come back in October 2022

Good for lunch! Small cafe but quite a few seats for a small building. Good home-cooked food is freshly made and they have an interesting menu. Order ahead by phone, take out available. We had mango salad and a portion of quiche, followed by some dark chocolate tart which was delicious. Would liked to have stayed for coffee but didn’t have time.

Got grilled cheese sandwich with bacon ham and cheese omelets and garlic Naan bread. All were spectacular. The prices are so good and the food is healthy and organic. Would definitely reccomend!!

Great food and the service was kind and quickly. I’ve tried avocado toast and the flavors are great.

Cafe Amazon is a new concept in the Cayman Islands, a healthy menu with Organic items & its Green. Their prices are unbelievably low considering the high quality of inputs to make their menu items. Located in the heart of George Town, this great little Cafe is easily accessible. The service is fast and very friendly, and the coffee items are excellent. Try their overnight Oats for breakfast, so delicious.

Amazing little cafe. My girlfriend and I had an excellent smoothie and sandwich. The owner is awesome and the food is great, it was well worth the e-scooter ride from the port. I recommend other cruise patrons venture a little father from the port to experience gems like this.

Coffee shop
Nestled in the heart of Midtown, Paperman's Coffehouse is a beloved gem that stands out as one of the most popular coffee spots in the Cayman Islands. This charming café offers an impressive array of high-quality drip coffees and expertly crafted espresso drinks, alongside soothing herbal teas. For those with a sweet tooth, their selection of pastries is simply irresistible. Visitors rave about the delightful cappuccinos and freshly baked cinnamon buns made with real butter—perfectly yeasty without being overly sweet.
Went here for a quick afternoon coffee. Ordered a latte which is really good! Had it in a mug. I also ordered a carrot cake, it's a good slice of cake. Nutty and cream cheese frosting is great! Parking is not a problem. Will definitely come back and try other pastries.

I was just served this ham and cheese sandwich. This is burt to a crisp. Who ever made this should be fired. 956 am nov 15th.

Staff has changed over the months and today the staff behaved as if they were at a funeral. I asked if they were OK and got a grunt. No smiles. Just apathy. As the one girl wiped her nose with her palm, then took my debit card, I asked if she was sick. "Nu uh" was her reply. Then the other girl who made my coffee looked miserable. Girl # 1 said "she's really sick" I suggested that since they both serve food to the public that they wash their hands. I got another grunt from them both. I realize serving at a Coffee House may be challenging (I was a waitress for many years) but where is YOUR pride in your job, cleanliness and attitude? Perhaps these girls were too young for the job and are not trained. Not sure but the sandwiches looked like a bomb went off in the glass case, the counter with the cream/sugar was low on items and no straws. This was at 11:30. What has happened to Papermans MidTown? We used to be regulars but this is a consistent experience so we will move on to a place that has a friendly, clean and caring vibe. Especially for $11.00 for a chicken wrap!!!! I would suggest a reset/retraining and a good cleaning. UGH.

Coffee was ok. Baked goods were not great. The sandwiches looked good but I was there just for coffee. There was nice music playing and the staff was kind. Location is convenient.

Wow! What a relief to find a truly excellent cappuccino here! And the cinnamon bun was just to my taste — fresh, yeasty, made with real butter and not too sweet. Something tells me I’ll be back every remaining day of our trip. Just wish I’d found it earlier.

Needed a fresh cup of java before a business meeting and their coffee hit the spot..and as a bonus while there was able to use the Free WIFI to review my emails.

Old Gaol Cafe is a reasonably priced eatery located in the bustling waterfront area that caters to tourists. It offers a variety of local dishes, including conch delicacies like ceviche and fritters, as well as turtle soup and turtle burgers made from farmed turtles due to their endangered status in the wild. The menu also features familiar options like fish & chips.
BEST TACOS EVER FOR REAL! We were told by friends to get the shredded beef tacos and when we got there they were closing up, but stayed open longer to serve us. Great staff and beautiful location not far from the port. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Reasonably priced, solid local dishes in the busy waterfront/tourist trap cruise ship zone. Their menu has conch (ceviche, fritters) as well as turtle soup and turtle burgers (farmed of course since turtles are endangered in the wild)! Plus the usual fare like fish & chips etc. Great place to try local specialties after you have gone through the Cayman National museum that it hides behind. Learn about the history of turtle meat trade at the museum then try it yourself if you dare!
