The ambience is just too pretty! Makes you feel like you are in England. Also at times insinuates “Alice in wonderland”. Few items from their menu weren’t available like the Saudi coffee. I was little disappointed. The cheesecake felt dry or over baked. I enjoy their chocolate cakes always. Anyways, they just need to work on their food, however everything else is good.

Small, quiet cafe with excellent customer service and a small but adequate variety of drinks and food items. I wouldn't come here for lunch but for a nice coffee and cake, it is just right. I worked on my laptop and enjoyed my coffee and banana bread with chocolate topping. Maasha Allah I was pleasantly surprised as it was the first time to try it with chocolate on top. It was very nice and moist and I would recommend it to others. My daughter had the mojito and classic cookie which she thoroughly enjoyed. Alhamdulillah

First time in this place. Staff is the star in this place. Very helpful and friendly. I had to eat here and I ordered club sandwich but egg in the sandwich made too watery and wet after heating it up. I didn’t like the taste but staff was very quick to replace it with another chicken sandwich. I still think cold eggs and lettuce in the sandwiches should be removed, or added after the toasting. Coffee was good and I will come again, thank you for training your staff well!

Visited Boho cafe to celebrate friend's birthday, They have variety of options for coffee, tea, cakes etc. We ordered their chocolate coffee crunch cake with the pot of karak tea. Their chocolate coffee crunch cake was delicious, full of flavours and ingredients and really enjoyed it a lot. Karak tea on the other hand in my mind had different flavor as expected, it felt too much with cinnamon. Great interior, great ambiance, will definitely go again to try their coffee items.

Decor is beautiful. Cosy little nooks to sit in. Ideal for a coffee date or with a a small group. Place was clean and free of clutter. Staff are on board with their work. Menu items seemed unique and we really looked forward to trying new things. However, most things on the menu were not available. When we finally found something that we could order, we waited for almost 20 minutes before also being told it wasn’t available. Cappuccino and cake slice that we received were extremely small. Requested to be served in ceramics but received in disposables. Great place for pictures. Poor choice for coffee.

I absolutely love the design and aesthetic of the place, you never get bored just looking at the decorative pieces they look like they have been collected from all over the world which is fascinating! The only thing I tried is their deluce de leche latte and it was very sweet for my liking as I like my coffee bitter! Nonetheless, they included an outdoor seating area which is very cozy and nice to hang out with friends! Recommend!

I visited the place on a week day so luckily it was almost empty and quiet. I loved the bohemian atmospheres convenient for work/study and friends gathering. Good variety of options in the menu. Our orders were pistachio latte and hailachinoo both great! The only problem is with the staff.. although the place was not busy they were not welcoming.

Went there for brunch. Tried milk and white chocolate Balloon, turkey and smoked salmon Benedict egg and roll. Everything was perfect except for the egg. We weren't asked how we wanted our egg and it turned out to be fully cooked, would have preferred softer yolk. Service was great too, Shohag even assisted with the takeaways. Used our Entertainer coupons and it was seemless. All menu items excepts for drinks (incl. coffees) are part of Entertainer offer.

I came and got my coffee here and sat to do some work on Tuesday, June 10, at 10:17 pm. However when I needed to use the bathroom, the male employee told me that the men bathroom was not working. I asked if I could use the female one as there was no one using it and previously when I was here, I saw others doing the same with the permission of the Costa employees. He was very quick and his answer was no. I really had to go but he insisted that he will not allow me. I found his behavior and interaction very unprofessional and ask that he be spoken to regarding his behavior toward customers.

I had a very spontaneous visit just before leaving Mecca city when the hunger came over me. A very friendly and courteous young lady welcomed me at the counter and took my order. The serving made up also was very quickly. The ‘Cheese Panini’ and the ‘Toffee Hot Chocolate’ I chose were served in a paper coverage and in a paper cup.. I have to say the ‘Cheese Panini’ was really really delicious! The combination of two kinds of cheese and a hint of chives and the tender panini bread was just a great combination! The chives maximised the flavour of these panini sandwiches so I took a second one. The ‘Toffee Hot Chocolate’ was in a very good consistency and had a perfect sweetness. I'd rather just would like to enjoy it in a porcelain cup while dine in. This Costa Coffee branch ‘Tilal’ with a lightly high celling is a comfortable location. The cleanliness was without any doubt, too. Finally, thank you very much for your very kind hospitality and farewell. When my path leads to Mecca again, another visit is guaranteed. To be honest I didn't try the drinks yet, but Mr. Aymen was super friendly and for that I'll be happy to be back. The prices are a little hight for daily cup of coffee. Love the cafe inside and outside, though they don't have a lot of parking spots.

I’ve been visiting this place for a while😍 Cozy ambiance, good service and good coffee. I do like the iced tea here tho It’s a good choice if you want to work on laptop, study or chill with a friend. Orders : Cold brew 8/10, Iced tea orange 10/10 and lemon 9/10 . Banana bread 6/10 not recommended

It’s really nice place, need some attention. Need to be clean, it’s very dusty. Food options are very limited. I just had American coffee and it gave me crumps. That means their coffee machine water filter is not clean, or the coffee machine itself need professional pipe cleaning ( internal cleaning) Get you coffee machine cleaning tablets.

Good for working on your laptop, and there’s an inside seats with air conditioners. Which might be a disadvantage for a lot of non-smokers. I don’t recommend the bakery section. Overall the place is small and crowded that you might not always find a seat. But I enjoyed the overall ambiance of the cafe.

I was driving around the neighborhood and the outdoor sign caught my eye. I felt that this place was pulling me in so I pulled over all went inside. The environment inside was very relaxing. This place is very good for the younger crowds. The staff spoke very good English. Inside I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich, cheese sandwich, iced Spanish latte, and banana bread. The sandwiches were okay. I liked the cheese sandwich more than the BBQ chicken. I absolutely loved the coffee and dessert. I will be back to try more of the menu.

A nice place to hang out especially in winter (Saudi version). The staff are super friendly. They even seem to be a very hard working people. They take care of the cleanliness very well. They take action quite quick. Like example, I was waiting for the vacant table. The moment I saw a group of people left 1 table, I straight away went there and of course they had trash all over the table. The moment I sat on my chair that time the waitress came behind me and cleaned the table immediately which made me so happy. They have yummy cakes there. But once I’ve ordered Spanish coffee and it wasn’t hot enough. Maybe they can improve in this part. Plus I wish they provide another washroom because having only 1 washroom in a crowded cafe like this is quite annoying for the customers plus maybe they can change the design of the door to completely a closed design because like what they have now. Whatever happens inside there people from outside can hear it which is not very nice but overall I like this place

It’s a cute mini place to chill at . You can study or grab a family or friend to hangout with. Their coffee is pretty unique in flavor. Their desserts were to die for tbh. Just wow. Highly recommended. So they have two sections smoking and non smoking area. The place is self service, so basically you’ll go order pay and then pick up ur order and go sit. The interior of is pretty amazing, pretty artistic. Their bathroom smell was good but they kinda need to clean the flooring a bit. The barista was good but didn’t know how to speak English .

It's one of the coziest coffee houses in Jeddah !!! The cinnabon they serve is way tooooo delicious, the coffee tast so good. About the environment, it separated into spaces for smokers, non-smokers and nice outdoor area with huge trees and greenery. Highly recommended specially early morning 😍🔥

The actual cafe is small with only 9 chairs inside but what makes this cafe unique is the aesthetics, high ceiling with huge eclectic personalized paintings to match their theme which is cereals. They've extended in the outside area but with the current weather it's really hot, but they do provide fans and coolers. We ordered coffee only. I was just really curious of the place. Price is within normal range. You can order cereals and ice cream.

The interior design is magnificent with modern funny paintings on the wall which gives u a feeling of the “renaissance era”. They had a limited option for cereal bowl (find menu attached), it was average that’s for a fact, but the queen ice cream was so creamy and delicious. It’s mainly a vanilla ice cream mixed and blended with your choice of cereal-we had frosted flakes with extra lotus on top😋

I love their ice cream!! I tried 2 flavors: trix and cinnamon toast. The whole concept is new and creative. Been there a couple of times and it’s usually quite so you can enjoy your hangout. Worth the visit.

This is an incredible restaurant! Glad I stopped by. The staff was kind and helpful, and they took our orders accurately and took the time to answer our questions. The food was all stellar, down to the bread bowl that housed the onion soup and the olive tapenade served with the bread platter. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and all the decor was stunning. Would come again and would recommend to a friend.

This branch does not keep up to the standard associated with Paul. While the ambiance is good and setup is spacious, close up the tables looked dirty and worn. Waiter explained that the wood is sticky and has been damaged by wet tissues. We expected he would put a table cover or placemat,but nothing. A lot of noise, usually in other branches this is masked by some soft music. Bathrooms were quite messy and smelt bad. Our waiter was not well-trained at all. He brought us ice cream bowls to drink water. Upon my insistence he went back to look for other glasses but brought soda glasses. We ate soup with a salad spoon because he didn’t know the difference. Then he forgot two dishes and told us there was no complimentary bread basket available. Another waiter brought it upon our request. The saving grace in this, was that the chefs are very good and food tasted exceptionally good. Quantity was more than enough and presentation was amazing. An extremely overpriced place that serves mediocre food. We ordered the Marseilles Vegetables Omelette with Emmental cheese, served with a side salad and hashed brown potato (SAR 62), and Halloumi Croissant in Fresh croissant stuffed with fresh tomatoes, black olives, and Rocca, topped with olive oil and fresh basil, served with a side salad (SAR 39.00). The Omelette didn't even look like an omelet, more like a flat scrambled egg with veggie. The croissant was served cold. We had to ask for the tea & coffee to be reheated as they too were served cold. I will probably stick to cheesecake and other dessert options.

The food was super nice. We were a group of 6, almost order all the main dishes steak, salmon, beef stroganoff and everything was amazing, also the lintel soup, salads and deserts. The chef and the staff are great. They offered us a compliment desert.

I heard a lot of this roastery but they didnt reach my expectations to be honest. The shop is coz with fabulous interior design. I asked for the best black coffee they have and they suggest the Ethiopian coffee which was flavorless and cold. Anyhow, I appreciate how nice their baristas are, they welcome me with a big smile. If u r around come and try it u might like it, but to me I wont go all the way just to try their coffee.

Came here on a Friday to study and to my surprise it was very nice and quiet. The decor is super cute and comforting. The coffee was nice and the staff were very kind. The cake I got was chocolate fudge, honestly it wasn’t the best as it was a bit dry. I also ordered the turkey pretzel sandwich, for what you are paying you aren’t getting much.. there was one slither of Turkey that was super thin. Other than the food my overall experience was really good. I’ll definitely come back here for their coffee and some chill time.

Coffee itself is great, happy to be able to get my almond milk cappuccino in the Holy Mosque area, very clean, quiet and organized. staff is well behaved and polite. the price is crazy though, almost 40% more than I usually pay for the same cup of coffee and same size in either Canada or US.

The place is run down and needs a lot of maintenance with flies everywhere. They have a serious fly problem. When we told the staff about the many flies roaming around the cafe, they said there was nothing to do about it and that it has always been this way. In other news, they serve the customers with produce boxes lying around. It felt like we were in a grocery store.

Agave Restaurant is a lovely place for a relaxed dining experience, with excellent service and a well-curated menu. I would suggest is to separate the smoking and non-smoking sections more clearly. While the atmosphere is great, the presence of smoke in shared spaces can take away from the dining experience, especially for non-smokers who want to enjoy their meal in a fresh, clean environment.

Went here on a Saturday night around midnight which is the last day of weekend here. Tables were easily available as the place was hardly 10% filled. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Just keep in mind that if you want to enjoy some spectacular views of Jeddah, no kids allowed outdoors. As for the service, the waiters were efficient and the service was good. We got mixed grill platter, truffle pizza, pomegranate mojito. The food was great. Oh and when in the middleeast you got to try something with dates so we got the dates cake with ice cream and we absolutely loved it.

Restaurant has an amazing view of the city. Live music adds to the experience. R Decor is very classy. And with dine in and out areas so well laid out, one is spoilt for choice. From the minute you walk in, the service is top notch. Music is luv Food prices are quite exorbitant. But each dish is enough to share. Menu is limited. Sadly the taste is nothing special. You paying for the place not the food.

If I could give a negative star I would. I went there March 23 in the evening with 4 friends. We ordered the date cake and the three layered chocolate cake. We also got 2 cappuccinos 2 flat whites and one Camomille tea. Later that evening everyone got food poisoning to different degrees. Terrible experience. I called the restaurant the next day and they said they were going to follow up and they never did which is even more shocking. Will never go back and do not recommend.

I came across photos of this café and was quite drawn to its aesthetic, it seemed like a serene and romantic spot, ideal for unwinding after a rough day. Hoping for a relaxing experience, we decided to visit, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The location itself is undeniably impressive, situated on the 17th floor of the Rosewood Hotel, right next to Raffles, in a lively and upscale part of the city. However, despite the setting, the café felt rather lifeless at the time of our visit. There were only a few guests, and the silence made the atmosphere feel a bit dull rather than peaceful. The menu offered a surprisingly limited selection of coffee, and the prices were noticeably steep given the options available. As a result, we chose not to order and left soon after. I might consider coming back during the daytime to appreciate the Red Sea view from above, and perhaps that might offer a more enjoyable experience. But for now, I wouldn’t say it’s a must-visit.

Despite the nice interior and cosy atmosphere but many improvements are needed. They use a terrible detergant for cleaning, don't know if it is for the tables or the floor but the smell is very obvious when you open the door and extremely annoying. Staff are a bit too casual😅 one of them was having maasoub at the bar and then he stops to take orders then come back to continue eating and people apologize for annoying him😂 and they chat extremely loudly like we entered their home or something. Coffee is average, club sandwich below average. Seating is comfortable. No music which makes the ambiance even more annoying.

I recently visited Krispy Kreme and, as always, the experience was delightful. The Original Glazed donuts were warm, fresh, and melted in my mouth — absolutely unbeatable. The staff was friendly and quick, and the store was clean and well-organized. I also tried their iced coffee, which was a perfect match with the sweetness of the donuts.

Came for early dinner with a few friends & the food was great. Atmosphere was wonderful & staff were also very friendly. The savory dishes were good - eggplant pizza was unique & delicious, pink fusilli pasta was cooked really well & the sauce was exquisite 🤤 Beef pie was average, wouldn’t order again & the pecan pie was not great- it was just too sweet and the pastry was not as expected. Pricing wise, it’s expensive & I felt that the pecan pie was overpriced given that taste wise it wasn’t great. Would come back for the atmosphere & the pink fusilli! 😍

Urth Caffé in Jeddah is one of my favorite spots. We tried a variety of drinks — Matcha Latte, Café Granita Latte, cappuccino, passion fruit mojito, and a strawberry blend — all were great. The marble cake and desserts were delicious, and the main dish, along with the spinach feta flatbread, was a standout. It was quite crowded even on a weekday, likely due to summer, and the AC wasn’t cool enough, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Still, the food and drinks are worth it. Highly recommend.

We visited Solo Café, and while the ambience was absolutely astounding, the overall experience left much to be desired. The café is located inside a hotel, and the interior gives strong Venetian vibes—very elegant and aesthetic. There’s even a pool in the middle and charming staircases that add to the atmosphere. From the looks alone, it’s a place you’d expect to have both great service and great coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was a major disappointment. I ordered a Matcha Latte, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The matcha powder wasn’t properly mixed—it floated at the top under the latte art and created weird bubbles along the edges. Not only that, but the drink had a greasy, oily texture that made it completely unappetizing. I could barely take two sips. My husband had a Cappuccino, and even that came with poor service—no sugar was provided, and we had to ask for basic things that should’ve been automatic. We also tried the Banana French Toast, and while it was okay, there was nothing special about it. Not memorable in flavor or presentation. What really pulled the experience down was the lack of hospitality. When we arrived, no one welcomed us or guided us to a table. There were several servers just standing around, not attending to guests. I had to call them myself, and even then, it took a while before someone finally came over. For a café inside a hotel, this level of inattentiveness is disappointing. Overall, beautiful setting, but the coffee, food, and service need serious improvement. It’s a place that looks premium but doesn’t deliver on the experience.

During the day time and in mornings the place is quiet and pleasant ! I love conducting my meetings here over a cup of coffee. Most of the cafes are too loud but this seems to be the perfect place for a pleasant visit to discuss work and conduct meetings. Bert’s was a very famous cafe long time ago. Now, it is one of the worst. Service is really bad. Not clean. Smokers are everywhere. It is cloudy inside because of too much smoke. Air-ventilation is really bad. I don’t recommend this cafe to anyone.

Not enough staff. At first, no body came to take our orders until we called the man whose responsible for the shisha and he was great. Then, I waved to ask for the wifi password no one looked or responded. After that the waiter had offered the food we ordered without cutleries I had to go by myself and get them. We were calling waving no one answered I had go again to ask and get a bottle of water for my daughter. Oh I needed to go once again to thier serving desk to order another cup of coffee. Wow the service was a disaster customer was a disaster too not only that there was no manager to check on service like no one cares for this business.

Their Arabic coffee is a must-try! The french toast is yummy and I felt like it didn’t need this much additions like the ice-cream and the chocolate sauce, it could’ve stood out on its own. This is just my personal opinion, and i know that others may disagree. The date caramel cake was average and the service was kinda poor because of how busy the place always is but i wouldn’t blame the servers for that.. they must be exhausted. Overall, it was a good experience and would consider coming again at another time inshallah.

Aesthetically the cafe is amazing and decor on point which sets the vibe but overall the cafe does not live up to the hype. Firstly you have to get up and order at the till and no order at table. Served with plastic cutlery to use. Food was good but on the expensive side. I dont think id visit again.

This is a lovely cafe with good dri ks and desert. Their food and customer service need some attention. Staff arguing in front of customers in anger and disrespecting each other is a very bad look. The waiters can pay more attention to detail. The ambience and view is beautiful. If you want a table at the windows with haram view, then there is usually a queue system for it and you have limited seated time.

Very nice specialty coffee shop with various kinds of beans prepared V60 or aeropress, all kind of coffee available hot and cold with a good but limited collection of pastries. The place is very well decorated and the baristas are very good. All reusable cutlery is well cleaned and steam sterilized which is a nice addition to the hygiene of the service. Two floor place but the seating is limited in peak times.

It was not a pleasant experience starting from the attitude of the cashier who takes your order to the barista who prepare your order to the waiter who serves your order. My order was so simple, 1 double macchiato. 1 pomegranate mojito and 1 bottle of water with ice "the water was not that cold". The cashier wanted to charge me for the ice and when I asked why she said because we serve the ice in a cup! I told her so you will charge me for some ice in paper cup the same price of water bottle?! She said yes! I said so I don't want the ice. My double macchiato same in a small cup and I asked the waiter is this the double macchiato? He said yes. I asked so how's the single macchiato look like? He said the same! I went to the barista for more clarifications and he told me we serve double and single in the same cup! I thought the problem is in me because they were confident of what they were saying..! I went to my table and asked the waiter for diet sugar, 10 minutes later I had to ask him again and he served two other tables around me before bringing me the diet sugar I asked for. I was amazed to see the barista prepared both macchiato and cortado the same way! Try it yourself and you'll get what I mean. By the way, I couldn't finish my macchiato, unfortunately it was awful 😞 and I don't know what the mojito was like as my friend didn't comment about it 😐

I like this place its small and cozy, they have a great Arabic coffee and delicious mine pancakes with pistachio and it doesn’t taste like a pancakes but still yummy. They have to work on there service and waffles it’s bad and Arabic coffee “aldallh” I order it once and it was water with little amount of coffee more than coffee and it’s pricey compared to “dallh” size.

After spending a month in Saud. I have to say Caffien lab was the stand out for me. I trained the Saudi harvest coffee and I was surprised how it was perfectly balanced. As well the location is spacious and plenty of day light and a perfect place to work on your laptop. Highly recommended 👌👌

Most of the people who come here in this branch, are there for working too, so it sets a great community. Staff are well trained and are kind. I was given 40 min before 5 star but soon I finished food and went to Salah came back and waiting for my son there employee / cashier indian or pakistani man came to me and yelled and said u can't sit here I said ok ill move and I did mention that to him I'm staying here he said I don't care u have to leave and give me excuses cuz of limited space but whole place was empty and before I leave i saw 1 guest sitting and eating food from outside so this all very bad experience I understand he is working but my point is u can't yelled to customers the way he talk its not acceptable and this is my 4 time in this hotel staying hotel is best but this restaurant is especially those kind employees not good 0 star for him rude

Amazing food and even better service! Absolutely enjoyed my experience at this hotel and would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Very reasonable prices and nice variety of menu.

Abdul Kalam and Alaa are very helpful! They have the best coffee. I love sitting in the ambience. The cafe is beautiful. The coffee, the sweets, and the food are great. Best Starbucks and cafe that I have ever been to! Great service too!

This was ,no doubt , the worst hotel experience,I ever had . Rude receptionist on my arrival ,weak services of all kinds , poor knowledge of basic hotel management. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone and would never repeat this mistake ever again. It’s a shame .😡

The service was very very good , but unfortunately the food was not , the mark cheesecake was tasting rancid and fizzy , dessert is not recommended at this place , only good thing is service and drinks

One classy cafe in all sense! The menu with detailed description makes it easy to order. The staff was really polite and good with excellent service. Can include more of hot coffee varieties which was found less. Dessert options are so good that you get confused what to choose. Don’t forget to enjoy their biscotti served with hot chocolate.

One of the most popular cafes in Jeddah. There is always a queue and people continuously come and go. It is open until 2am...a venue for the late night or should i say early morning sleepers. Coffee are good. Ambiance is good. The exterior shows a modern structure but the interior presents an old rustic house.

The music is mostly reggaeton. I ordered affogato coffee, it was garnished with mint leaves and orange zest. It’s interesting to add the orange zest, however quite frankly I didn’t like the ice cream used. It was sweet and all but it was flavourless. I informed the waitress about modifying and using vanilla ice cream instead and she thanked me for the suggestion and assured me to inform the owner. I thought that was professional. The whole staff was quite welcoming and attentive. Thanks for making it a good experience! 😃

This place is vibing with gooood and chill vibes, from the friendly staffs to the delicious drinks, i just like it. And their Cerveza Special is the best. 🍻

Would recommend their dessert very yummy & the portion size is great. Couple of things that I would like to mention, there was no napkins on the table + for dessert they offered one big plastic spoon for each person, which a fork will be more preferable.

The place has a welcoming ambiance, the coffee was good but the cocktail was overly sweet. The chocolate cake was decadent and rich but heavy a bit. Overall nice place.

Sara Cafe offers wide selection of Brunch. The athmosphere feels home and comfortable, isnt crowded and not noisy. We tried egg benedict, pesto sandwich and Brioche Toast which are all good. Coffee is always great here too!
