The food is delicious, satisfying and healthy We tried two items the banana with hazelnut pancakes, and hoivus something eggs. The place is neat and the atmosphere is nice However my only comment is about the service in which it is slow and the waitress is seeming bored or something and not checking at all. I had to get out of my chair to reach for paying out.

Disappointed about this one. Service was very slow due to lack of waiters although the place wasn’t busy. Food was alright although overpriced considering the quantity. Coffee was poor; barista clearly was inexperienced seeing how he couldn’t steam the milk to a creamy texture. Must say though that the atmosphere was pretty cool and the Saudi waiter was very friendly. This is why I’m rating it two stars instead of one.

The vibes of the place is amazing, big windows and quit musics. I came for brunch. The falafel waffle was dry and this is expected because it's baked not fried. However the spicy tahini sauce and medium pouched egg raised the dish level. For the coffee, what is funny is I ordered filtered coffee but instead I get press coffee which was fine 😅 The staff and service were nice.

Great place to have a full breakfast or brunch. A variety of sweet and salty dishes to choose from and excellent taste and quality. Staff was friendly and polite, but they were only two so we have to wait every time we need anything. I tried egg with Salmon and Avocado, French toast. But iced tea was not taste good. Definitely recommend it!

The aroma of freshly baked bread that fills the air each morning is simply irresistible. I haven’t found another place in Jeddah that does croissants quite like Blu Jam, they’re unmatched. A must-try for any pastry lover. Beyond the croissants, their dessert selection is also exceptional. My personal favorite is the mango cheesecake. It’s perfectly portioned for one to two people, making it an ideal treat to enjoy with a cup of evening coffee. I find myself indulging in it almost every week. All in all, Blu Jam stands out as one of the best bakeries in Jeddah; a true gem in the city’s culinary scene! And living just two minutes away from this spot feels like a true luxury.

Another hidden gem. Can say that this is one of the best places to stop for coffee and a freshly baked high quality pastry. Everything in this place looks so good. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. All that sweet pastries lined up and I found it difficult to choose. Lots of great pastries😅 So I tried a numerous amount of things and wasn’t disappointed in anything. 🤩 They are amazing and inexpensive! It was absolutely delicious! Definitely my new go-to neighborhood bakery! Such a gem!

Zaatar croissants are PERFECT 🤩 Honey cake is moist and not too sweet- the best in Jeddah. I tried it when a friend brought one for a party and I instantly wanted to check out this bakery. Also tried the Lotus cheesecake, mango cheesecake and chocolate cake. All are excellent 👌🏼 Will be back for sure!

Best croissant 🥐 in Jeddah i have tried really fluffy and buttery 🧈 made the authentic way. Wide selection of pastry 🍰🎂 you will wonder around while choosing. They have coffee too. Its not as great as their pastry but its not bad too.

Great spot to grab pastry goods, everything we have tried from them was great and well priced for the quality you get: croissants Eclair, red velvet cake was very delicious. Very rare to find a high quality bakery with these qualities.

Breads , pastries and cakes are superb! Almond croissant is a must try 👌🏼 , blue berry danish is sweet and sour, salmon quiche is packed , mushroom quiche is savory, order honey cake and san sebastian for cakes!

I went two times, my 1st experience my pizza was not freshly made out of oven but it was good quality. I had the chicken pesto. Crust was warmed up perfectly and my latte was perfect. My 2nd visit i was not happy at all with the quality of my pizza. I think it was sitting out for too long and when it was reheated the chicken was dry and did not taste very fresh. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. I still would recommend this place even though my second experience was not great, I just think it was the timing I visited and day where it was late and must have been a busy day. I also, love that you can take cooking class here they have a set schedule for classes throughout the week.

Ordered: - Roast beef sandwich (8/10) (good but was light on the beef. Could use a couple more slices. Told the manager and they offered to correct it next visit 👍). - Garlic cheese bread (9/10) (delicious and light bread, but a bit too oily. Would order again. - almond croissant (lovely 10/10) So the only point is: for the price, I expect the meat to sandwich potion to be healthy.

My goal was clear .. Give me that creme brulee ... I love it really I think I'm IN love I tried other donuts but the that brulee was mind blowing definitely not my last time I was fascinated by the breads and all kind of pasterys there .. So excited to try it and soon inshallah

The place was nice and spacious. For breakfast, we had the truffle egg that had no truffle taste at all, the spinach omelet was good and for dessert we had the crème brûlée. It was tasty but the caramelized sugar layer was not crunchy. I don’t recommend the French vanilla latte. It was awfully sweet and even though I like sweet drinks, I couldn’t finish it due to the amount of sweetener in it.

This bakery was a new find. Hidden away in a quite neighborhood. From outside we thought it to be an ordinary bakery. But inside it is completely big and spacious with dine in space. We went to try their croissants and loved them. It seems like they have good breakfast too which we may try another time! Also have yummy looking pastries available.

Nice bakery with a beutiful ambiance. The croissants are amazing — so fresh, tasty snd juicy. The food selection is varied and delicious, making it an ideal place to enjoy a breakfast or brunch. My mom adores sunflowers and she enjoyed decorations. Staff is nice and they will bring your order to you, you don't have to wait for it, which is a big plus for me.

I liked the bakery it was very cozy. The atmosphere was amazing i liked the coffee the most and how the don’t charge more for almond milk and others. Prices were kind of expensive.

At the time I visited for brunch, there was only a limited amount of food available. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally polite.

The order takes up to (20-30 mins). Madelines are freshly baked but I think it’s overrated. The service is so bad and not suitable to be presenting the Tomillo family!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I found an eggshell in my food, which is a serious health concern. When I reached out to them via Instagram, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of offering an apology, they immediately asked for the branch and a picture of the receipt After discussing the matter with them, they brushed off the issue as a "natural mistake" and mentioned they needed the branch information to offer compensation. I am not looking for charity or compensation I simply expect better food safety and customer service.

I have unpleasant experiences with them. I came to pick up some bakery with my kids 🥯 & found a long line of ladies in front of the store under the hot Jeddah sun ☀️ out of store. Anyhow After a long wait, we finally got the pack. But unfortunately, we had to wait more than 2 hours to get back the cake. Poor planning from the management of the store.🤒 I believe the bakery is overrated + very high prices. I will never revisit it. Again. Not recommend.

Im so irritated i ordered through hungerstation to my work 5 chocolate souffle and 3 redvelvet, 2 carrot cupcakes, they chose to put all 8 red velvet and didnt follow my request!!! They missed up my celebration with co workers!! Plus all missed up by delivery!!

The outside decorative layer is very hard and not easily eatable. The inside chocolate cake is a bit dry not soft and juicy. It’s around 200 SR quite expensive for such features. The small muffins (mainly red and blue only) are way better than and tastier that the large cake. Also their customer service at their online website - chat box - is very poor and the person who is responding lacks basics of customer service.

I found a piece of plastic inside the chocolate cake I ordered from Munch. This was very surprising and disappointing.

That bakery always has the best and the most fresh cakes ever. I liked the Roche cake it's big chocolate cake and the price is very reasonable.. Also the kids small cakes are perfect for children's birthday specially the unicorn cake, minion cake and sponge pop, I liked them all. Prices are good comparing to others who make the same cakes by order.

Without any exception this is by far the most dedicated and perfection eatery in Jeddah. The food as well as the customer service is GOLD 💛✨ I was served by Jasper and he did an amazing job and really looked after us. I would highly recommend anyone in Jeddah to give this place a try. Went there for brunch. Tried milk and white chocolate Balloon, turkey and smoked salmon Benedict egg and roll. Everything was perfect except for the egg. We weren't asked how we wanted our egg and it turned out to be fully cooked, would have preferred softer yolk. Service was great too, Shohag even assisted with the takeaways. Used our Entertainer coupons and it was seemless. All menu items excepts for drinks (incl. coffees) are part of Entertainer offer.

I would not say that this is bad but there is almost no single piece that kept its authenticity among all the pieces your are offering, the only authentic one is the croissant, even the pain au chocolat has a modern twist since you added a chocolate cream inside besides the the traditional chocolate stick, the Pain swisse has almost no cream in it. Anyway, your bakery is one of the best in town if not the best, but when I saw the products I expected much more.

The venue has the potential for excellence if they prioritize serving their delightful and distinctive pastries fresh. Although the staff members exhibit knowledge and amiability, there is room for improvement in their interactions with customers. Based on my personal experience, I'll recommend their cakes and coffee.

Best bakery in Jeddah for sure, you can taste the quality in every bite. The pastries are fresh and light. We were served by Shatha whom was polite , welcoming and knew everything about each pastry and very considerate to details. Also, the barista Thamer made us the perfect coffee. Many thanks to them both for making our experience more delightful. Textured will always be my number 1 place to go to if I want perfection, I hope it will always live up to its standards.

The lady at the counter was helpful and cheerful 🤍 The Za’atar sandwich was a bit dry, maybe adding some labnah would make it even better. The bar attendant was very caring and polite. Food was also good, sandwiches and croissant and cappuccino super tasty. The only problem is was gluten free food: they advertise bread and other stuff but there’s nothing; what a pity, we came here just for the gluten free meal, too bad.

I tried their cheese croissant it is very good. They also have wide options for keto diet. My favorite is Halloumi & Mango chutney it was so special and delicious. Very friendly staff.

Cakes here are great. Their Carrot Cake is the best I’ve tasted in Saudi. Red Velvet was also good but it used to be much better. The Hershey Chocolate Cake is almost perfect while the Blueberry Cheesecake was too sweet. The best in Jeddah!

I received this cake as a gift yesterday, and this was the first time I tasted cake from this shop. It was a bad experience. Homemade cake covered with a thick layer of sugar. You cannot finish a single piece due to the amount of added sugar.

Got the Cinnamon toast and Cookie Crisp Ice creams. Portions were fair. Tasted nice but could have been nice if cereal amount was a little more. Would come again for other flavors. The decor inside is really unique and nice for pictures

The actual cafe is small with only 9 chairs inside but what makes this cafe unique is the aesthetics, high ceiling with huge eclectic personalized paintings to match their theme which is cereals. They've extended in the outside area but with the current weather it's really hot, but they do provide fans and coolers. We ordered coffee only. I was just really curious of the place. Price is within normal range. You can order cereals and ice cream.

From the traditional favourites like Rice Krispies, Frosted Flakes, and Trix, there are way more than what we had available when I was a kid. There are a plethora of limited edition flavours too. So for those who can’t do “magic” in the kitchen, let’s just enjoy sit back and relax and enjoy what’s being served, yah? They had a new concept, serving not the traditional foul and tamis of the usual tamiya/felafel sandwich. The place isn’t that spacious although they have an outdoor sitting area. The interior design is magnificent with modern funny paintings on the wall which gives u a feeling of the “renaissance era”. They had a limited option for cereal bowl (find menu attached), it was average that’s for a fact, but the queen ice cream was so creamy and delicious. It’s mainly a vanilla ice cream mixed and blended with your choice of cereal-we had frosted flakes with extra lotus on top😋

I love their ice cream!! I tried 2 flavors: trix and cinnamon toast. The whole concept is new and creative. Been there a couple of times and it’s usually quite so you can enjoy your hangout. Worth the visit.

The wort experience ever at sari branch specifically. The manager was the rudest man alive they duplicated the withdrawal amount from the card and requested too many papers and documents too many times until we gave up on getting our money back.

We’ve tried Pagliacci cafe today, the experience was good; we’ve ordered the cheese focaccia, Apple pie, cafe latte, and original mojito. Everything was good, but the mojito was disappointing; they served it with the lemon seeds. The waiters are not well trained, we’ve waited some time for them to come and take the order.

There was suppose to be an offer on SNB cards. The guy on the counter said there is no such offer despite showing him message from the bank. Should be more honest

I’m extremely disappointed with the cake I ordered for a very important event, as well as how poorly my complaint was handled afterward. The cake lacked any real flavor, the sponge was muddy, not moist, the chocolate and red velvet were indistinguishable, and the cream cheese frosting tasted like butter and sugar. The amount of frosting was overwhelming, and the decorations collapsed despite proper refrigeration. The black coloring stained everything, including my guests’ hands and teeth. Most of my guests couldn’t take a second bite, and plates were left untouched. I contacted customer service via phone and WhatsApp, and clearly explained all of this. Shockingly, I was told complaints can only be raised for decoration issues or wrong flavors, as if taste isn’t a core responsibility of a bakery. After insisting, I was asked to bring a sample of the cake “which we had plenty of, as no one wanted to eat it” and I did so the same day. I reexplained everything in person and was told I’d receive a response in 3 days. After almost a week with no follow-up, I had to call again, reexplain everything yet again, only to be told that “administration tasted the cake and said there’s nothing wrong with it” and that I would receive a mere 15% discount on my next order. Additionally while I was speaking the call got cut and she didn’t even bother calling back. All she said repeatedly was, “I’ll inform them that you rejected the 15%” That is not an acceptable resolution for a failed product and a ruined experience. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a well-known bakery. I expected much better and urge you to take this matter seriously.
