Nestled high on a mountain above Soufriere, The Beacon Restaurant offers stunning 180-degree views of the town, sea, and the iconic Pitons. The vibrant Caribbean colors of the restaurant create a lively atmosphere for enjoying a buffet lunch featuring local soups, salads, meats, and delectable desserts like bi-colored ice cream and cheesecake. This dining spot merges Caribbean ingredients with international flavors to create exquisite menus.
We came here so many times—it quickly became a favorite! The food, the staff, the view… absolutely stunning! For just $20, the buffet lunch offers plenty of food, loads of variety, plus a juice, a glass of water, and dessert—all included. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, always smiling and welcoming. I especially loved their hospitality—and the Creole chicken was a standout!
Jichao B — Google review
A must-visit for anyone who loves bold local flavor, warm hospitality, and unforgettable views. The buffet was great, each dish full of rich, dynamic flavor that truly celebrates local cuisine, from the food to the drinks. The setting is equally impressive, with views of the Pitons in the background adding a whole other level of magic to the experience. It’s clearly a popular spot! There was a full house during our visit, and people kept pouring in. Though a bit strained, the service was attentive. The staff were warm, friendly, and made you feel welcome. It’s cash only, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Ok so the service was sketch and the food….blah. BUT THE COFFEE!!! Best in the world. Place was clean clean; I could eat off the floor here. Super quiet too. We were the only ones there on off season. Nice view. I will go back for coffee daily when I return.

We had the most incredible experience at the Beacon restaurant! So grateful that our guide with Exclusive Tours & Transfers (David) recommended it! Not only was all of the food was incredible (personal favorite for me was the pasta salad and boiled plantains with fresh squeezed passion fruit juice, my hubby LOVED the beef stew and fish fingers) but the VIEWS of the pitons and Soufriere while you are dining… stunning. 10/10 recommend! This is a must visit on your St. Lucia trip.

The million dollar view of the Pitons and the town of Soufriere below is stunning! The Caribbean food is very nice. I enjoy the bake and salt-fish and coco tea for breakfast. The staff are delightful! They are very accommodating and fun to interact with. Highly recommend.

How does a 5 star resort have such a terrible road leading into it? Do they do it to deter people that don't travel by boat or helicopter? Do they do it because they don't want to spend the money to repair the millions of pot holes in it? I was going 3 MPH and I thought my SUV was going to fall apart. I expect a resort of this caliber to have a nice road leading into, maybe something like the competitor Vice Roy's Sugar Beach that's not too far away... Either way, the food, view, service, and architecture were top notch, but all ruined by the quality of the only road leading into the property. Not worth the drive in. Spend your money elsewhere.
AF — Google review
The view was fantastic! People were extremely friendly. Breakfast was the best meal, Johnny cakes were over the top. Some of the wine list was not available but the cocktails were good. At night, depending on the time of the day, the bugs were really annoying. Some the Entree's were not as tasty as they should have been for the price and property.
Tank — Google review
Hugely disappointed. We had previously looked at the website twice, where there is no information to make a reservation at the restaurant. We tried calling multiple times on different days, and the call never went through. I called the resort, they gave me a different number to try, which also didn’t work. Upon arrival to the gate, we were told we couldn’t enter. She said she didn’t see any reservations on the list tonight, and we need to have made a reservation to get in. It was 7 pm, three hours before closing. I asked if we could make a reservation now for anytime that night and she said no. Very inaccessible, massive disappointment. This was to be our lovely last dinner on the last night of our honeymoon in St. Lucia. Down the road, Sunset is a safer option.
Cate L — Google review
Please tell anywhere on your rules that need reservation. We drove so long and can't go there. And it's not possible to reach you by call.
Maryna K — Google review
This was our first time at Jade Mountain, and while very nice, not sure I loved it enough to go back. Food was totally wonderful - everything from start to finish. Atmosphere was of course fantastic, but then again, too many good views on St Lucia. Because it is so high and open, the least little breeze makes it a bit cold. I would recommend bringing a jacket. Perhaps are only complaint was the extremely slow, and inattentive service. Drinks sat empty for a long period of time. It was an inordinately long time between courses, and it took forever to get our check, and then for them to cash us out. For the whole dinner, it was near 3 hours, just too long. Considering the prices and staff, I really thought they could do better. A relaxing meal is one thing, but I simply can't imagine staying at Jade Mountain, and doing a 3 hour dinner almost every night because I purchased the food package.
Michael M — Google review
Amazing! Beyond expectations, even if you have high expectations. Everything has been thought of, and everything is taken care of. We can't wait to go back.

The Cliff at Cap is a chic clifftop restaurant located at Cap Maison, a trendy hotel on the northern tip of St. Lucia. It offers unparalleled views and is considered one of the most romantic dining spots on the island. The open-air venue serves delectable French/Caribbean cuisine and features a sophisticated bar serving rum cocktails.
This place is just amazing. Went for a final dinner for my bachelorette party and it exceeded my expectations. The wine waiter knowledgeable and engaging. The rest of the staff were courteous. The food was delicious. The venue was breathtaking. My only regret is I didn't get to see it during the day. Hope to be back someday.
Vonny E — Google review
Went here for before dinner drinks and to see the sunset and then stayed for dinner. Food was excellent, though pricey and also the portion sizes were smaller than what I would have expected. We started with the seafood risotto which was great but had only 1 shrimp on top. I had the short ribs which were very tender and my wife had the mahi which she loved. They served a small mango sorbet palate cleanser which was amazing between courses.
Scott K — Google review
Absolutely divine food! You must go before sun goes down to fully appreciate the view. What a beautiful location and such incredible food. Service was best there is on the island!
Beth W — Google review
Was fortunate enough to go to The Cliff at Cap to celebrate Valentines Day for dinner. It was late so we were not able to see the water, as it was dark already, but you could hear it, and it was extremely soothing. The food was a prix fixe menu for Valentines Day at $185 USD. It was very tasty. The fresh bread and butter we were started with were delicious! Then, onto our appetizers, I got the caramelized scallop in a chorizo risotto, and my fiance got the seared yellow fin tuna with parsnip chips. Then, we were given a fruity frappe as a pallete cleanser. Onto our main entrees, which I had the duck confit as it was fantastic, and he got the BBQ short rib, which he said was very tasty as well. Last but not least was dessert, and I got the chocolate experience, which was a chocolate ice cream, rich chocolate truffle, chocolate mousse, on a sliver of chocolate cake. He got the red velvet cheesecake, and it looked pretty good, too! I wanted the creme brulee, but it was already sold out. All in all, it was a great experience. The service was the best I've experienced on the island by far!!!

Went for lunch and had a great experience. Every dish was really delicious. From Mahi Mahi tostadas to Jerk fish Caesar salad or even the simple but superbly executed banana fritters, everything was very tasty. Portions are on the small size, but went home happy. Cocktails were good as well. Service was friendly and efficient and the view is a treat. Recommended!
Nicolas B — Google review
The Cliff offers good food with a breathtaking clifftop view, especially at sunset. Book ahead to secure a table facing outward before nightfall, as when the sun goes down there is no view! The atmosphere is the main draw here, as prices are higher than nearby options. Service is friendly and attentive. Try the seafood risotto!
Nathan J — Google review
Beautiful property and a great dinner overall. Loved the food and our waitress was amazing. One note if traveling with kids who are picky eaters, there wasn’t too many options. Overall though they had great time. Sunset reservation would be ideal.

Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, is a luxurious beachfront retreat nestled between St. Lucia's iconic Pitons on the site of a former sugar plantation. The resort offers two restaurants, three bars, an outdoor pool, a spa, and a dive center. Its 100-plus acres estate extends to a stunning white sand beach and another quieter beach along the seafront.
We stayed in one of the private villas, complete with its own infinity pool, hot tub, yard, and view of both mountains. The personalized butler service was a standout. Whether it was arranging a sunset dinner on the beach or making sure we had fresh towels by the pool, the attention to detail was flawless. The hiking in and around the Pitons is an absolute. Our guided hike up Gros Piton was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The panoramic views from the summit are unforgettable. We also took part in the chocolate-making experience, which was both fun and educational. The Rainforest Spa was the perfect place to unwind. Set in a serene jungle setting, the spa treatments were out of this world. The natural sounds of the forest added a soothing touch that made the experience even more magical. Dining at Sugar Beach was equally exceptional. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, romance, or a bit of everything, this place delivers it all with elegance. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. 5 stars – Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The amenities and grounds are stunning, the staff so happy and kind, and the food absolutely delicious! A few highlights… Saltwood Restaurant…to die for! Worth every penny. The staff!! I can’t say enough good things about them. Our butler, Sewame, was our favorite person on the island! He went out of his way to take care of us and made the entire experience feel catered to us. Incredible views and a private beach all in one resort, which is unique to other resorts on the island Only negative…majority of villas require a shuttle to get to / from the main area where the restaurants, beach and pool are located due to the steep terrain. This wasn’t a problem as the shuttles come quickly and the drivers are great, but as someone who likes to walk, I did miss that opportunity here.

This was our second visit to Sugar Beach Viceroy and it never disappoints. St Lucia is an amazing island and Sugar Beach is a stunning location between two Pitons. Our beach front villa was outstanding with uninterrupted views and sounds of the Carribean sea to wake up to every morning was magical. We swam in the sea every morning at 6.30 am and then enjoyed the amazing terrace and sun coming up. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff who are exceptional. Our butler/host Charles was outstanding. Friendly with can do attitude and ease. He made everything run so smoothly and we had the most relaxing week. Beach staff are also amazing and so fun and friendly. Spa, gym and dining staff all very helpful and friendly. The hotel must be doing something right to have such friendly and helpful staff which makes us appreciate this hotel even more. Keep doing the good work smiling and kind. We will be back soon and thank you again

This place is truly paradise and it doesn’t get better than this! 100/100 one of the best trips of my life. Everything was so beyond spectacular and incredible and amazing. The service was beyond amazing and so was all the food. They have fun excursions and I highly recommend staying here instead of Jade. This place is truly one of a kind and we will be back! We came for our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave. The staff is so nice and friendly and just wants You to relax and enjoy. I can’t say enough about the amazing service, food, views and everything. Truly just beyond amazing and can not wait to come back here! Great place for a honeymoon or any vacation. The rooms are all stunning with stunning views. Checkout the chocolate making and the Jetty’s burgers for one of the best smash burgers ever. Special thank you to Uday, Marcellus, and Charles for all doing such an amazing job to Keep us happy and give us the trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much again and we can’t wait to come back!!!! This place is the nicest hotel in the country and When people are coming from other hotels to sugar beach you know it’s for a reason. You must stay here!

Sugar Beach Viceroy We landed in St Lucia and were greeted at the airport by Solar Tours for an expedited experience through customs. The ride to Sugar Beach Viceroy took about an hour via hilly, curvy roads in a luxury SUV and we were dropped off right at our deluxe villa where we were met by our butler Anna. Check-in couldn’t have been easier because Anna took care of everything right at our room, no visit to the lobby necessary. The villa was the coolest place we’ve ever stayed with our own pool and outdoor shower which we used daily. We were greeted with a bottled of sparkling wine and a box of chocolates. Robes and slippers were provided along with a hair dryer, coffee maker, shampoos, mini fridge and a kicking air conditioner and ceiling fan. The resort is hilly to say the least. We walked to the beach and pool downhill but always took the shuttle back up. Shuttles were available within minutes via a WhatsApp message to our butler which couldn’t have been easier. The resort is immaculate. Huge pool with warm water and the beach was situated between pitons Gros and Petite for the most picturesque setting ever. Clear warm water with water sports like Hobie Cat, paddle boarding and kayaks all included. Pretty yellow and black fish in the water - crushed potato chips will draw them to you! The beachfront restaurant Bonte’ was our favorite and the morning breakfast buffet was spectacular on the terrace. Fresh fruit, made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles and crepes. Buffet was included with our Costco package which costs $50/per person otherwise. Drinks on the beach were around $17 and the service was friendly and quick. Jetty burger at the south pier is a must. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, every single person we interacted with was smiling and often greeted us by name. I highly recommend Sugar Beach Viceroy for an unforgettable vacation!

My family and I had the pleasure of going to Sugar Beach. We were blown away right from the start. The shuttle driver didn’t keep us waiting and he was lovely. When we arrived at the pool we were taken care of right away, and the staff made sure we were more than comfortable. The pool was crystal clear and extremely clean and inviting. Now, let me get to the food. I have food allergies, and the menu still catered to me; something I find rare on a small island. Not to mention it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options! We had also gone to the beach, where there was ample space to relax on comfortable loungers and enjoy the stunning golden sunset. We can’t wait to go again (and again)!

Sugar Beach is amazing. The location, the people, and everything else was perfect. It’s worth a honeymoon trip, or a visit if you can afford it. You will get 5 star treatment. Is it pretty expensive. Yeah, but that’s also depend on you. It’s a nice resort. Can you support locals by using local companies - absolutely. Will the resort do everything for you - absolutely. Love sugar beach. They made my week amazing. Every single person. It’s a trip of a lifetime, and something I’ll remember forever. Happy I could spend my time in beautiful st Lucia. Can’t wait to come back. If you’re hesitant don’t be - do your research. Multiple ways to approach this place. Sunset cruise worth it. Volcano baths worth it. Chillen at south beach worth it. Make sure to go off resort to experience food, and other things the town has to offer. Many amazing people live in St. Lucia. Can’t wait to celebrate another life stage here. Keep beautiful sugar beach.

I came across this charming establishment called The Corner Boutique and Cafe, and I was pleasantly surprised by its beauty. The staff members were incredibly pleasant and hospitable. This place serves as both a clothing boutique and a delightful cafe. It offers a wonderful ambience with ample shade and scenic views. It is an ideal spot to savor breakfast or enjoy a refreshing beverage. The attire and accessories available here are truly unique. I had a fantastic time at this lovely establishment, which also provides exceptional service consistently.
The boutique and cafe are both extraordinary. We visited multiple times for breakfast and were met with excellent hospitality and food. Great portions, and pocket-friendly prices. The dining atmosphere is unmatched with beautiful views of the Rodney Bay Marina and ample shade to keep you cool. My shopping experience was delightful as the staff were patient and eager to assist me.

Overview: this is a really beautiful cafe adjacent to the harbor, you can watch the boats come in and it’s very peaceful. Food is delicious; however; do not come if you’re in any hurry at all. We came in for morning breakfast at 8:30. We already knew what we wanted to eat. We ordered at 8:40. We had a schedule that didn’t permit a 2 hour breakfast which I think is reasonable. Our food came out after an hour of placing the order, finding that many tables around us also had become irritated with the wait times. I do think the staff was nice but eggs over toast shouldn’t take over an hour. They only have a finite number of tables (approx 12?) The view is excellent and when our food came it was quite tasty. Turkish omelette and breakfast was nice. Particularly the sausage. Come for the view but be prepared to wait.
Bryan H — Google review
My first meal in St Lucia was here and I had a delightful brunch. Parking is easy and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere is really chill; it was nice to sip my drink while listening to the lapping waves and watching folks pass by. I ordered the waffle board and it wasn’t a long wait. The only thing to complain about is that I was expecting tropical fruits rather than North American ones, but that’s a small thing. It was still a good meal and the menu seems to cater to a European pallet. The mocha was lovely—exactly what I needed and served in a cute cup.
StephAnn C — Google review
Great coffee and breakfast. Kind workers who smile in the morning. There was a long line but it moved fast. They have American cheese and cheddar cheese which my boyfriend and his dad requested for each of their bagel sandwiches and loved. There’s seating out by the water with a lovely view. Definitely recommend

Nice spot, got here later in the day so there wasnt much left in terms of cakes ect. But i tried the cheese cake and it was pretty good, i liked the jam added on the side in a little tub, i would have never thought of it. But it was a nice touch. The Staff are friendly and the service is good. My only critism (constructive) is that the expresso martini was disappointing because it was basically like a very milky cold coffee with added alchol in it, Instead of dark rich smooth expresso shots with the thick froth on top. it would be good if they can try to master it and make an authentic one for next time. 😊 i recomend people get their earlier in the day to avoid things being sold out. I look forward to trying the food next time i visit.

Very nice ambiance that makes you feel good. Really enjoyed the meatball and falafel sandwiches on two different visits. The creamy cilantro sauce inside the falafel sandwich was really good. I also loved the home-made hummus. Next time I’ll try other authentic mediterranean options in the menu.

Bakery
Plas Kassav Inc is a local bakery that offers a unique array of pastries with cassava as the base ingredient. Visitors can witness part of the processing, making it an interactive experience. The range of pastries has expanded over the years to cater to varying tastes and flavors. Customers recommend arriving early in the day for a wider selection, as options may be limited later on. The salt fish flavor is particularly popular among visitors, while others enjoyed the peanut butter and cherry raisin varieties.
Uniquely tasty bread. Lovely texture. Crisp on the outside and doughy inside. But breaks easily. Flavors tried and enjoyed - Plain, chocolate, saltfish.

Delicious cassava here in delicious flavors. We stopped here on our tour to Soufriere and tried coconut, guava and red cherry. All were delicious and not too sweet. Looking forward to trying more next time.

Yummy! I was so ecstatic when our driver recommended this spot to me and my friend because my dad used to make kassav growing up and it brought back so much nostalgia. I had the peanut butter and the salt fish flavors and they were just absolutely amazing.

A great way to try new food. Kassava is very tasty coconut dessert. However $4-6 for one cookie...

Delicious! We visited three times during our stay. Once we were even lucky enough to arrive while they were making the bread. I personally had the chocolate, cherry, cinnamon and plain flavors - with the plain actually being my favorite. I will definitely miss being able to stop by and grab a few of these breads.

Bought chocolate and mixed-fruit cassava varieties since there was not much left in stock by about noon. Very dense and mostly coconut taste. Made for a seemingly healthy breakfast item for us. I liked it overall and a half serving was enough for me.

Hotel Chocolat is an upscale chocolate brand that has its own cocoa plantation in Saint Lucia. The brand also operates a luxurious adults-only hotel on a 140-acre estate with stunning views of Petit Piton. The hotel's Boucan restaurant uses organic cacao beans from the estate to enhance its dishes, offering visitors a unique culinary experience. Guests can stay in one of the 14 rooms, which feature a simple and tranquil design without TVs or air conditioning.
This place was amazing! We stayed for 6 days for our ten year anniversary. The estate was breathtakingly beautiful and very well kept and clean. The rooms were also very clean and well kept even with it being an open air room it was very clean. The staff was the best part of the hotel though! The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming our whole stay there. Anytime we needed anything we got it immediately and with very friendly service. The restaurant and bar staff were incredibly friendly and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. This place was amazing and I would gladly stay again.

Absolutely beautiful resort, food is unique and delicious, with every dish infused with cocoa in some scrumptious way. Really enjoyed the staff! The staff was the best part of the visit, very warm friendly and helpful in every way. Every single person we met greeted us with kindness. Pricing is a bit steep, however it’s easy to find their pricing for everything online so if you choose to visit you are aware of that. Only complaint would be the mosquitoes, however, the staff do their best with zappers, repellent regular fogging and etc

We liked this place the last time we were here (2019), and so we returned. Just as good, if not better. The facilities are fine, the de luxe rooms are well-appointed; the food is good and the and the staff exemplary. Just remember it's built on the side of a steep hill so steps are to be negotiated from the restaurant to most the rooms!

We only went to the restaurant. Food was actually pretty decent (though hilariously overpriced for what it was) but the scene is very aesthetic with good views. The kicker is we went for someone's birthday and the staff told me 'keep everyone here for a moment, the pastry chef's making a mousse' and we thought, fantastic (post having paid the bill). We thought, great, free dessert! And then 20 mins later they ran down the road and asked us to pay $20 for a cake we didn't order. Not planning on visiting again, not even happy we went tbh. You all have my permission to give this a miss, but honestly, wasn't bad food. If you are going to go, get there at least 15 mins earlier as there's so many security sections to get through and it is not clear where the hotel is AT ALL. (It's immediately on the left as you drive in where Google maps says.) There's my 2 cents. Pictured: banana bread and sweet potato hash with poached egg.

Absolutely beautiful location . My personal experience was OK. They upgraded half of my groups rooms but not the other half which was strange . The breakfast menu was great but lunch / dinner menu was limited and not a personal favorite. Front desk staff was OK, friendly but not great with conflict resolution. My group stayed in St Lucia for 8 days, 3 different location and agreed if we could have redone the trip we’d skip staying at this location (although the beautiful rainforest environment would be sadly missed) . If service could be better and they could add more food options, this would be a great place to stay :)

Great experience. Restaurant food was great. Breakfast was included. However, be aware, there is no air conditioning in the room and you can hear the insects at night. Hotel provides you earplugs, bug spray and bug zapper. You sleep in a mosquito net. For the room we were in, there were cracks between floorboards for bugs to crawl through, so be aware of that. You could get a lot of mosquito bites at night when dining at their restaurant. We enjoyed the infinity pool that looked out to the two piton mountains. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Our stay at Hotel Chocolat was absolutely incredible! The property is stunning and intimate. The staff were all amazing, accommodating and so welcoming. They make you feel like family and we can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

My husband and I purchased a tour through Sandals. While the tour itself was great, I decided to give a 3 star rating due to the shopping experience. My husband was interested in the cream liqueur. The lady who helped us told us they weren't available in the U.S. to purchase. She said they had 1 store in Chicago but they only had mostly chocolates. So, my husband and I purchased 3 bottles. 1 was on sale for $30 because of the expiration date. We also bought 2 additional bottles which were 2 for $100. We'll, I receive an e-mail from the hotel after the tour thanking us for our visit, and I visit their website. Turns out there are 2 flavors of liqueur for purchase, and they happen to be the same 2 flavors we had just purchased during the tour!!! On top of that, they are having a 50% off online sale on the liqueurs. After the tax and shipping, the 2 bottles online were half the price of what we paid at the hotel. Super disappointing and misleading. Whether intentional or not, this makes me feel like this hotel just wants to take peoples' money. We had paid twice the price for these liqueurs... AND now we have to transport them home in our luggage rather than getting them shipped to our home which would've been a lot more convenient!

Nestled beneath the majestic Jade Mountain, Anse Chastanet is a historic luxury resort that has maintained its authentic Caribbean charm since opening in 1968. Set on a former sugarcane plantation, the property boasts a laid-back atmosphere with rustic decor and local fabrics. The 49 rooms offer vibrant madras-patterned linens and stunning views of the Piton mountains.
I came to Saint Lucia solo for my birthday, and staying at Anse Chastanet was the best decision I could have made. The property is breathtaking, but what truly makes this resort unforgettable is the staff. During my stay, I had an unexpected incident that could have easily ruined my trip. Instead, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for, safe, and comfortable. Their kindness turned what could have been a difficult trip into one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of my life. I’ve traveled all over the world, and nowhere compares to the warmth, love, and hospitality I experienced here. Anse Chastanet isn’t just a resort — it feels like home. I will absolutely be back.

the location is amazing and you are well prepared by a one in a life time driving experience :-) the room was exactly as described on the web site. the staff is very welcoming and people are super nice. food is excellent. we took the half board option but I would recommend the all inclusive one. Our son received a lot of attention and sugar cane :-) there are tons of activities around. we really loved our week there. super relaxing. kayaking, SUP, sailing, snorkeling are all available on the beach for free. and beach people are really nice and helpful. Scuba was great too and I will enter a specific review for scuba. there were a couple small glitches that make me say that service is sometimes below (my) expectations. I will happily report these to Andrew, the new hotel director who was extremely courteous too. a place we would love to go back to.

First, let me say, I'm still reminiscing on the amazing trip I took to this fantastic resort 2 weeks ago! My wife and I celebrated our 5th anniversary with a stay in, quite possibly, the best vacation destination I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rajesh. He helped us get settled and acquainted with the facility and left us to get comfortable to begin exploring everything Anse Chastanet had to offer. The food was AMAZING! Everything we ate was a step above other resorts we've visited. Absolutely delectable! And a special thanks to Marilyn (I may be misspelling this) for suggesting the Salt Fish at Balawoo. It quickly became a daily staple of my morning meals during my stay. Throughout our stay, our every request was compassionately received and just about any and every accommodation was made to ensure we remained in a state of bliss throughout our stay. For this, I give a special THANK YOU to Monica and Gifter! My man Melvin was the best Mixologist, everything he made was GREAT! The pampered feeling extended to both beaches, as we were waited on by the kindest, most attentive staff while visiting both gorgeous beaches. Brenda and Sunshine Biscuit provided all the amazing gifts we brought home to the family. As far as extras, we took advantage of a private half day cruise (shout-out Tory and Brad!), a water taxi to Soufriere and the Four Hands Anpagal massage, all amazing. If you find yourself in Soufriere, we recommend visiting Felicity's... the Lobster Thermadore was the tastiest thing I've ever eaten! This place is heaven on Earth! I only have two things I should point out to others looking to visit Anse Chastanet: 1.) We stayed in the Superior Hillside Room and... what a gorgeous view!!! The only downside, there was no air conditioning and the nights were really, REALLY hot. The staff provided several fans, but I still found myself uncomfortably hot, preventing me from getting quality sleep. Next time we visit (and there will most certainly be many more next times!) we will likely get a room with air conditioning. 2.) This majestic resort is literally built into a mountain. As such, you can expect quite a bit of walking on a significant incline. If you are unable or unwilling, they provide shuttles to the restaurants and the beach, but if you up for it, you will brave 131 steps from the beach to Balawoo (yes... we counted!) and then a steep walk back to your room. My wife and I didn't mind, as we aim for 10,000 steps every day (and it justified all the gourmet food we ate ;P). All in all I simply cannot WAIT to return to this little slice of heaven over and over and over and over again! Most certainly felt like home away from home!

This is a gorgeous, we'll run resort, where the staff all make sure you are enjoying the best possible stay. We can't wait to come back! The diving is spectacular also, with the dive operation on site doing their best for a perfect experience.

I wanted to share some thoughts with you about the staff. After all, it is the employees that really make things happen. We were so impressed with the quality of the people and will never forget their warmth and caring. More than that though, it appears that the personal commitment they all possessed was indeed a rare thing. From Peter to Daniel, from Ricardo to Michelina, and so many others, it is hard to imagine a more dedicated group of people. You can have all the great food, scenery, and romantic atmosphere, but “nothing” is more important than the employees. Cherish them all, as they are the reason Anse Chastanet is the fabulous place that it is. I guess you can tell we enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I got married at Anse Chastenet on Anse Mamin beach with a small group of 30 people. W O W! What an incredible experience. The service was amazing, the entire vacation relaxing, the resort beautiful, the staff incredibly kind and attentive, excursions were a blast, food was delicious, drinks adventurous and yummy, the list goes on. The only comment some of our guests had was only a few rooms had air conditioning (which meant the majority do not). This did not bother me, but we did have our own plunge pool to cool off in before bed time, which makes a huge difference. The experience you get at Anse Chastenet is like no other. They went above and beyond to make the entire trip beyond memorable for our whole group. We had a bonfire at our wedding (which we didn’t expect…such a nice touch) and the table was beautifully decorated. We tried literally almost every excursion available including (but not limited to) scuba diving, sailing, catamaran jazzy sunset cruise, zip lining, mud baths, mountain biking, the list goes on. The lion fish dinner on the beach was outstanding. There are staff members that provide you with fruit skewers and cool towels, among other things, while you are on the beach. We cannot say enough about Anse Chastenet. We highly, highly recommend this resort for a special occasion, or just a nice vacation. Shout-out to our wedding planners Jenelle, Britny, and the help of Trisha, as well as our Chef who was vey accommodating to our food allergy requests. Everyone made our special day that much more memorable. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully nestled in the hills/mountains of Sourfriere. The wildlife is forever singing, the views are gorgeous, and the ability to experience Jade mountain (both resorts share the premises, restaurants, etc.) is awesome. We took the helicopter back to the airport, as this allowed us some extra time to spend at the resort before leaving. This also spared us the adventurous, yet bumpy drive btn the resort and airport (don’t in the back seat if you get car sick). Our only complaint is the reservation process. The resort outsources the making of reservations to a company located in the US. This experience was awful, leaving our guests scrambling to make reservations as the rooms were booked out from under us despite us being told that wouldn’t happen. Upon our arrival, Anse Chastenet immediately made up for this less than desirable experience. They instantly make you feel comfortable and relaxed with lemongrass towels to cool you off and a welcome drink that is refreshing. If you are looking for a more than memorable experience in your life, look no further. Anse Chastenet is a place everyone should experience.

This resort is all about being eco-friendly, and you’ll get stunning views of the famous Petit and Gros Piton mountains. They’ve designed many of the rooms to blend right into the environment, which is pretty cool. Just a heads up, most rooms don’t have air conditioning. The rooms are on a hill, so you’ll need to be ready to climb some stairs. But don’t worry, the food was absolutely delicious and didn’t disappoint! They use a lot of local ingredients, like the cacao for their chocolate desserts. The staff is super friendly and always attentive to your needs. They’re really good at taking care of the little details. And if you’re into snorkeling or scuba diving, this is the perfect place to go. You’ll find a soft, sandy beach with plenty of aquatic activities to keep you entertained.

We stayed at Anse Chastanet for 10 days for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The resort is beautiful, tranquil, and never felt overly touristy, which made it the perfect place to truly relax. The beach was clean, the food was absolutely incredible (every meal made fresh and full of flavor), and there were plenty of excursions to choose from. We went snorkeling, jungle biking, and even hiked Gros Piton! The absolute highlight was the service. When my shoes broke the day before our hike, an employee from the gift shop actually took the bus into town to buy me a new pair since the resort didn’t sell them—such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond gesture that we’ll never forget. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view, and we loved the open-air feel of being right in the jungle. The only things to keep in mind are that the rooms don’t have AC, so it can get quite warm, and you do have to get used to the presence of insects since you’re surrounded by nature. Overall, Anse Chastanet was the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and incredible service—we couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!

Cream and Bean offers a wide range of unique ice cream and sorbet flavors that are truly exceptional. Their coffee is also surprisingly delicious, surpassing any other I've tasted in St Lucia. This shop is particularly accommodating for those with dairy allergies, as they have a diverse selection of sorbet flavors that my daughter adores. The staff's attentiveness to her needs is greatly appreciated.
We love the exotic flavours of ice cream and sorbet available at Cream and Bean. And I was pleasantly surprised by how amazingly good their coffee is 😊 Honestly the best I've had so far in St Lucia... Our daughter is allergic to dairy and absolutely loves all the different flavours of sorbet and the staff are always so careful with her order, which we really appreciate.

Nice breakfast options. Could have had a little more variety but it was workable. The croissant with egg & cheese was good & my friends enjoyed their tuna croissants. They also had a nice variety of ice-creams from which I chose the "chocolate chip coffee" option I believe it was; that was pretty good.

They have limited ice cream flavors. However, the service was great.

One of the less expensive ice cream shops, excellent for children, with lots of toppings. Flavours are not as rich and strong as other more expensive shops and there are waffle bowls and a variety of cones to choose from.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful vegan ice cream experience, look no further than Mr. Sweet! This charming spot offers an array of unique flavors crafted from real fruit, with standout options like mango and the intriguing breadfruit. The owner is not only passionate about his craft but also incredibly personable, eager to share new tastes with visitors. His friendly staff adds to the warm atmosphere, making every visit feel special. For those who have been missing out on ice cream due to lactose intolerance, Mr.
Loved waffles and ice cream! The flavors are innovative, flavorful, and overall delicious. My only point was the scoops of ice cream quite small in portion, and donut I received was not warmed (not sure if that is the standard) but would definitely recommend and would return

Great Service, Good quality ice cream with a variety of local flavors. The golden apple was amazing 🤤Vegan & Gluten Free ice cream. You also have the option of soft served ice cream. The donuts are nice and fluffy 🤩 I really wish there was a branch in Castries and hope their ice cream hits our supermarket shelves.

Rarely am I able to indulge in desserts because of my lactose and sugar allergies, but Mr. Sweet offers vegan, sugar-free, lactose-free, consistently creamy and tasty ice cream in some of the most exotic local flavors and prices are good too. A variety of other sweet options are also available.

Not only is the cream vegan it is delicious, the flavors are unique, and made from real fruit, my favorites are mango and believe it or not breadfruit. The owner is a a very kind personable man, and delivers in letting you sme flavors you haven't tried yet. His server is a very sweet and helpful woman, also very personable. I love icecream but have been lactose intolerant for many years, I can finally now have ice cream and not pay the price for my indulgence. I also like their vegan soft serve, very flavorful. Worth the drive and if you are vegan or lactose intolerant it is a must try!

"The Pull Up" at Lizzerts is a must-visit for dessert lovers. The cheesecakes are described as divine and addictive, with beautifully decorated treats that are consistently delicious. Customers rave about the scrumptious waffles, chicken, and cinnamon buns. One customer even confessed to sneaking bites of the irresistible mini cheesecake cups. It's clear that once you visit Lizzerts, you'll be hooked on their delectable offerings.
The cheesecakes are Devine!!! Up until recently I had an order of waffles and chicken and some more cheesecakes and believe me it was scrumptious! I cannot wait to try the cinnamon buns everyone has been raving about! I'm told they're 0rg@mic!

I was never a fan of cheesecake, once the curiosity in me pushed me towards one of the most epic sales around which was lizzerts cheesecake sale . I bought a few for my sister knowing she surely loves them I decided to taste one mini cup and from there on it's just me and the urge to stay away from this goodness. But I manage to sneak a bit every now and then. Who eats a 7" cheesecake in a day ...👀👀👀. I did once .#redvelvetcupsdbest
