7-17-25 Can't speak for the deli side of things but I ordered an assortment of treats and all were excellent. My smorgasbord was a Heath Bar cannoli, a regular cannoli, an eclair, specialty cheesecake (peanut butter), a mini sfogliatella, and a cookie fluff thing (don't know name). All of these were excellent but the Heath Bar cannoli and specialty cheesecake stick out to me and would be MY go-tos. Found prices fair and perhaps better than what I am used to at similar places. The young lady helping explained each treat and what they were and did a great job packaging. A great dessert option with varied choices with fair prices and good service sums this all up. There is some seating inside along the windows but not much.

My go to spot for bread, and sweets. Cannoli is on point- finger sandwiches are great on the fly, and sandwiches to order hit too. Corn muffins are my daughters go to, consistently good. Tried the ice caramel coffee, had almond milk option- delicious.

What a great little bakery! So much variety, with lots of traditional pastries but a lot of creative ones too. The bread was so so good, and the pastries were lovely. Decent prices. Didn't get to try the cafe, but it looked pretty good too. Will definitely be going back.

A busy bakery on West Shore Rd in Warwick RI. With a vast variety of baked goods: everything from bread and rolls to calzones and pizza. On the sweet side they had muffins, and Danish, to turnovers, to cinnamon bun and twists and elephant ears, to cupcakes, and Russian Tea cakes, to Birthday cakes and more... And then there's Charlie's for great sandwiches. Enter here to satisfy your hunger and or your sweet tooth!!!

They also make an excellent chocolate cream pie…the best in the state…which I particularly enjoy on Thanksgiving. The cake as well as the pie are always a hit no matter where I bring them. Their key lime pie is also out-of-this-world.

Have never been here before but i’m so glad i went! The pastries were great! Had an abundance of all of them and a large selection! Cinnamon buns were HUGE! By far the best i’ve had. Cheesecakes were just the right amount of sweetness. And prices were fair. I will definitely be back when i have a sweet tooth!

Literally not a single customer in sight but this Night shift Asian woman couldn’t bother to come to the front of the counter to take my order. I had to walk to her where she was multitasking, she definitely could have stopped as there was no one to tend to.i asked politely if there were any chocolate chip muffins cause I couldn’t distinguish them and she says “what you see there is what we got” i then ask if those are chocolate muffins, she says yes and I ask for one. Instead she bags a cinnamon muffin for me and unfortunately I didn’t check. Didn’t think I would have to with such a simple order. I only ordered bakery items like 4 in total, super easy to bag them and go on about your day. Shouldn’t be working night shift at a coffee shop gas station if you’re that miserable and hate it so much

9pm at night only customer in the place and the staff refused to make an order of snackin bacon to a regular customer of over 3 visits a day. She was rude didn't give a valid reason just being lazy .I will be reporting to management because I spend too much money and tip people too much to be treated like this. Don't go here if this clerk is working and expect them to do their job

Quick and easy drive through and delicious speciality iced coffees!

Really close to the airport car rental spot, for those who want to grab a coffee before hitting the road. It’s located inside the gas station convenience store, so look out for the Sunoco signage if you’re trying to locate the place. Everything about it is quite standard, except for service being slightly slow. We saw only 1 person at the counter, taking and preparing orders, leading to quite a queue forming up of people waiting.

NEVER ordering here at this location from GrubHub ever again .... I ordered 3 large mango drinks and these ppl literally just filled all 3 half way not even full .... It's like I ordered 3 medium mango drinks and wasted 17 dollars 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Love this place! The staff are always friendly and upbeat. The manager knows her customers and takes great care of them. She checked with her employees a couple of times before checkout to make sure the order was just right. The food was amazing like always. Also, the reusable tin is super convenient. Thanks again!

You need to go here! While the muffins are delicious the bagels are even better. Best bagels in RI. I first got hooked on their breakfast sandwiches then moved on to the lunch selections. So yummy!! The owner is so warm and welcoming that you want to visit just to say hi. Great staff and quality.

Genuinely a hidden gem. I saw it while driving home from a morning job and I’m so glad I stopped. I went in for just one muffin and ended up walking out with a 6-pack and a bagel 😂 Since I’d never been before, I had to give some of the flavors a try. I was really hoping for a lemon poppyseed, but their only lemon option was a Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. It’s actually really good, just not my thing since I’m not the biggest cheesecake fan—so it was kinda sad not to see another lemon one. I ended up getting that, plus Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion, Apple Pie Deep Dish, Cinnamon Crumb Cake, and Georgia Peach. There were soooo many options, even for bagels! I tried a little of each and they were so tasty. I just know they’re gonna smack even more once I toast them at home. I ended up grabbing a Cinnamon Toast Bagel too, which was also amazing—just a little on the doughy side. I wish I had asked for it extra-toasted, but I didn’t think to at the time. Definitely will next time! Still, it was really good, and I love that they offer a bunch of different cream cheese flavors to choose from. You seriously gotta stop by and try this place!

Local business, service and food are both excellent. They have a nice variety of muffins and bagels. I know it's named with the muffin but both muffins AND bagels are of the highest quality. They also have mini muffins which are great for trying out new flavors. I have had both muffins and bagel and would be hard pressed to say which were better. Get both.

Food amazing price is amazing. The owner is a star. Very friendly employees are extremely friendly. I have been coming here since they opened and they have always been beautiful people always given a smile and willing to give you what you asked for. I love them! Refreshers are amazing. Must try sandwiches you get More than what you pay for!

First off, these muffins are incredible. Just the food alone deserves 5 stars, but it doesn’t stop there. The owners/workers are all amazing, attentive, and so kind. They make sure that every person has a great experience. For example, they heard I was heading to the airport after breakfast, and completely unprompted they came back to my table and gave me a couple (delicious) mini-muffins for the road because “everything at the airport is too expensive”. It’s people and food like this that deserve 5 stars and all of our business.

Love this place! Get here early otherwise they’ll run out of some of the best bagels! They have a great selection of cream cheeses as well. The breakfast sandwich is STACKED. Big big fan

I’ve gone there regularly the past month now. The staff is amazing both morning and afternoon. The food was cooked to perfection and my coffee was amazing. I order 6 caramel and every Dunkin I’ve gone to either put to much or not enough. The store is always clean.The customer service is above and beyond. There’s two workers that stick out the most one is normally at the drive thru window early morning and the other is drive thru window afternoon. They both have great personalities and always going out of the way to make sure my order is correct. 10/10 for a Dunkin.

Terrible service, terrible employees, always more worried about a drive thru timer than giving me the correct items or even made correctly. The worst part is the management, you try and talk to a MANAGER about an issue and he acts like you as the customer are the problem. Such a shame, used to be the best dunkin......

I showed up before 5pm. The lobby was locked. I walked in the rain because I literally live a 2 minute walk away. I tried the doors. Locked. One person in there. She made eye contact with me. Didn't open the doors. I walked around to the drive thru and stopped at the box. A camera is there. As an ex drive thru worker, I know they can turn on the mics without a car there and can see a bright rainbow umbrella. So I am gonna give my money to the Dunkin literally 5 minutes in the other direction. This was Saturday April 5th at 4:55pm to 5:15pm. Waste of my time.

Went here twice this week. Medium iced caramel with oatmilk. Ssg, egg, chz on English and HBs. Pulled me up to park both times. (Not allowed by corporate) Today, coffee is essentially black and my English muffin, barely toasted with the entire piece of cheese stuck to wrapping, undercooked HBs. I get pulled up to keep their timer at a decent percentage, and they hand me low quality food/bev as a result. I won't be coming here any longer. Good luck with this business model. I placed a curbside order at this Dunkin’ for a strawberry energy punch and waited in my car for over 20 minutes. No one came out. The store wasn’t even busy—one employee was outside smoking, others were just on their phones. I went inside to ask if curbside was still working. A girl at the front responded, “Yeah, it works,” with zero professionalism or care. When I told her I’d been waiting outside, she said she didn’t see the receipt, like that’s somehow my fault. No apology, no offer to help, no effort to fix the issue. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If curbside isn’t going to be honored, don’t offer it. And if staff can’t do their basic job, they shouldn’t be there.

Ever since phebe has taken over the afternoons/evenings at dunkin I swear I've had the best coffee and food!! She's so nice and in my opinion, one of the better employees at this establishment. We have wonderful conversation and I hope to see more of her in the future! She brings a brighter atmosphere to the store.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. Every time I come to this location, they have attitudes like it's a chore that they do their job. Coffee is always bitter and disgusting.I will not be returning. Do better!

Honestly, Priscilla is amazing! Her personality is upbeat, she’s always smiling, and friendly. However, this establishment is trash!!I always get the $6 meal in Providence, Patucket, Central Falls, and I never have a problem. Today I come here and I usually get coffee and donuts in the am from here but today decided to get the meal from here instead. Upon ordering I asked that the meat and things on the bagel be taken off, which I get every time because I don’t eat meat. Today the manager on proceeds to tell me that I can’t get it like that. It could have been put on a box on the side like keto! I’ve seen people do things like this all the time! Anyway, I don’t think it would have killed her to just honor what I was asking. I come here often and spend my money. If it can’t be done then it shouldn’t be done anywhere! It crazy to think that out of all the Dunkin’s, this is the one that gives me a hard time! I’m not making the review because she wouldn’t do it but it’s also the way it came out. I have no issues with the cashier who was taking the order, she was just doing her job! Anyway, this Dunkin is TRASH!! 🗑️ throw the whole facility in the trash!

Love the Peppermint Mocha Latte made with almond milk! The egg white and turkey sausage with cheese on an English muffin has quickly become my go to breakfast! The staff are fantastic, and the store is always clean!

My order: 2 donuts and a large light no sugar iced. After 12 min I got a caramel mocha something. The donuts were right at least. Never got my orders right at any time I go there. I try about once every few months. Maybe I'm cursed?

coffee is always disgusting and bitter. food was cold despite picking it up less than 10 minutes after placing mobile order. i’ve been here multiple times and have never been acknowledged by an employee and always have to reach over the counter to grab my mobile order

It really depends on which Dunkin your at, wyldes corner constantly messes up my coffee. Yet meadow Brook does pretty well every time.

Excellent and different. For me when you try this you automatically will notice that they just made it at the moment, is soft, I recommend, the pepperoni pretzel, the one with almonds that is a little bit sweet, it's kinda sweet but salty at the same time and the original pretzel. In my opinion, the drink I tried was too sweet, the one in the picture is the frozen raspberry lemonade, which was artificial for me, I didn't like it a lot but you can try it if you really want to. But I think that if you are gonna buy a lemonade you should buy a salty pretzel. The price of the things in the photo was $15.

Hey.. I know you can’t ask much from mall food.. and it’s hard to screw up premade stuff that gets sent to you frozen in a box from some warehouse.. so my review is not about that. So, go have a pretzel if you support a business that employs managers who feel they are allowed to be rude to their workers in front of customers. Gross.

This is the second time I have bought there and I asked for a delivery through DoorDash and they sent me the burnt mini pretzels and they were very burnt

I've went to this location twice & I get an order of Plain Bagel Bites & Both times they have been Extremely hard, like a rock, & 12 burnt. I ordered sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. The order was done when I pull up to the window which took a second so I immediately knew my sandwich was going to be trash and it was. Dunkin’ clerks please take the time and warm up the sandwiches correctly. I do not want cold sausage and eggs inside my bread. This is a constant problem of cold sandwiches. I want my food hot that it burns my tongue when I bite it. Thank you. The girl was friendly.

This place is packed all day long. Did they hire some couple of employees there that are very very rude. They get your order wrong all the time. Any of you tell him something about it they'll snap out. They also have a whole bunch of homeless people that are always hanging around there for 6 and 7 hours. And there's only four tables so we are limited at times. And the managers don't say anything about it. I mean ain't you supposed to be there like 60 minutes. And then let someone else sit on the table. Well that doesn't happen it's getting to be a crowded place where you can't even sit and enjoy a cup of coffee anymore

I was really looking forward to my iced coffee from Dunkin' this morning, especially since I specifically requested decaf due to my sensitivity to caffeine. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the very first sip, I could tell that it wasn't decaf. I immediately felt the familiar discomfort that comes with caffeine, which is incredibly frustrating. It makes me sad that my request seemed to go unheard; when people ask for decaf, it's often for health reasons, and it feels like that should be taken seriously. To make matters worse, the flavor was lacking. I usually enjoy the butter pecan flavor in my iced coffee, but today, there was none. Instead, all I could taste was cream, and it was quite bland. It felt like whoever made my coffee didn’t put much effort into it at all, which is disheartening because I've had great experiences with other staff members who know how to make it just right. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and a bit let down. I hope that next time, my request will be taken seriously, and I can enjoy the delicious coffee experience I know Dunkin' is capable of providing. I feel like because it was a mobile order they did whatever they wanted

This is my usual Dunkin, I go here several times a week, and have done so for the past few years. The experience my husband received today was appalling, and has made me reconsider ever going to this Dunkin again. We placed a large mobile order for breakfast and my husband went to go get it. Upon his return we realized they'd forgotten two of the sandwiches and the donut. He wasn't thrilled about going back, but it was a large order so we understood some things may have been forgotten. However, when he returned, he was met with rude comments, accussing him of lying, and completely unprofessional attitudes from the staff, specifically the two ladies working on drive thru. Both of us have worked customer service jobs, regardless of your own thoughts, regardless of whether you think a customer is right or wrong, you need to be able to maintain professionalism, and this was not done here. To top it off, the forgotten donut was right there, already bagged, on the counter, meaning that obviously they did forget items. And once he returned home the second time, the order was STILL messed up. He was supposed to have a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, they made it on a croissant and put an extra cinnamon raisin bagel in the bag - an item we had already received and wasn't one of the items he mentioned had been forgotten, so clearly, rather than listening to him they instead chose attitude and defensiveness and messed up the order again. Completely unprofessional. We fully understand that mistakes happen, that its a very busy job, lots of orders, we've had orders messed up before and we try to be understanding that this does happen.. however, the attitude, the unprofessionalism that was displayed today is the issue. If you are working a customer facing job, you need to be able to maintain professionalism, and if you can't, you need to find a different career. When your a company that has multiple locations similarly competing with each other, all serving the same food, then its the staff that make or break you. There's 3 other Dunkins within my immediate vicinity that I can visit instead, and they'll get my business, their staff will get my tips, etc. In this economy, retaining your customer base should be your goal, and your employees need to do better if they want to keep them.

don’t even deserve a 1 star they deserve a 0 star, i work at dunkin myself and this lady’s attitude with me was absolutely nasty. I ordered a medium iced dunkalatte with 3 pumps of caramel swirl and less ice. I know that lattes are premeasured drinks however, dunkin does not have a charge policy for less ice. So why am i recieving my drink half full and being told there is nothing they can do about it and that a latte is a pre measured drink. My drink was bitter and had too much espresso, i know how my drink is supposed to taste and they jipped me on a few sips of coffee milk all because i asked for less ice? I ask for less ice because then there will be a more coffee milk to espresso ratio which is perfectly okay. I do not hand out a half full cup just because someone asked for less ice. Starbucks may charge but dunkin does not. I don’t understand why a splash of coffee milk so i can actually ENJOY my drink matters so much. I am absolutely disgusted by this lady’s attitude and i know it was her who made my drink or something because she was the only one who cared about the extra splash of coffee milk, i have gone to this same dunkin multiple times and have never had an issue until today with this lady. This is not how you treat customers, if i am paying $6 and change for a drink i better get it how i like it. Just like how you can change ur sandwhich and ask for no cheese i would like to change my drink to like it and enjoy it how i want it. I should’ve asked for the 90 cents i tipped them back because if the splash of coffee milk was that big of a deal they can take that 90 cents that i tipped them and put it in the cash register since it matters so much.

Staff were unbelievably rude to the person in front of me in the drive through. They were screaming at her because their machines messed up and it said her card was declining but it was clearly just a system error so there was no need to get aggressive towards the lady.

My sister in law was treated terribly by staff members here, humiliated publicly in the most unprofessional manner. When she addressed the problem with management she was met with more disgrace and poor professionalism. All she wanted was an apology for being treated poorly, and she didn’t even get that. The manager basically told her “ there was nothing she can do, don’t come back here”. Unacceptable and an awful expierence. I will never be going there.

Bella and Rebekah are awesome. They are always pleasant and welcoming, know me by name, and know exactly what drink I love and how I like it. I would highly recommend honey dew located in apponaug Warwick.

Very unprofessional workers and management, these people should not be working in the service industry. The lady at the counter was very rude, and embarrassed a customer right in front of me. When she asked to speak to a manager, the manager's only reply was "what am I supposed to do fire her?" The lady then left in tears. Never coming to this location again, and hope they close down.

I come here every morning before work and on the weekends, coffee is always burnt or not rotated properly and I can never get a meal that I order doesn’t matter how simple but I ain’t knocking the crew definitely management. Do better this Dunkin use to be the one to go to and this will now be the one I run away from.

Last week I ordered two iced french vanilla swirl cream only and I only got vanilla shots instead this week I was ordered a refund someone called me on my phone they said they were going to take care of it spoke to the manager this morning and they said there's nothing that they can do about it I am very disappointed I won't be there for a while I've been here for almost 3 years in Apponaug and I'm very disappointed at their staff if they want customers to return they need to pay attention to the orders a lot of us spend a lot of money on coffees and food they need to pay attention

Asked for bagel w cream cheese, guess they heard bagel w butter. No biggie, I go back in to correct the issue but the bagel with cream cheese they gave me is the saddest looking sandwich I've ever seen, looks like whoever made it was mad they had to remake it and basically smashed my bagel together. With a million other dunkins close by I don't think I'll ever come back to this one honestly

Went inside because the drive-through was Long was the only person inside took almost 15 minutes before somebody waited on me. Another person came in after me and got their coffee before me.👎

The weekday crew is amazing and I never seem to have a problem with them, I wish I could give them a separate 5 star review. The service is great during the week. The children that work on the weekends are rude and need to learn manners. Not only will I be reaching out to the franchisee directly but I’ll also be getting in touch with my contact at corporate. I’ve been to 100’s of Dunkin’ Donuts in New England and elsewhere and there is not one other store that I’ve seen such disrespect out of. The manager needs to get on top of training these individuals in proper customer service. If they don’t want to be there they don’t have to be, that simple.

On May 7th at 7:05 am I was gave so much attitude form the “manager” at the Dunkin on 422 Warwick ave this is the second time I have been given this attitude from the same lady who is usually at the drive thru window so after todays visit I felt like I needed to write this review. She had got my coffee Oder wrong and when i tried to tell her I was yelled at saying that “I should have read the Oder before proceeding” so instead I left and tried to call a supervisor or something when I called the same lady answered the phone and when I said to speak to a manager to talk about the situation I was hung up on multiple times this is unprofessional behavior if I could give a negative review I would.

Ordered a mocha iced coffee like I always do but this morning it tasted really nasty like old coffee sitting in a coffee pot, this has happened a few times and I don’t like to complain but I couldn’t get past the awful taste. I would appreciate a gift card for the inconvenience if possible. 🤷🏽‍♂️

If you want a terrible experience, go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered for a pick up on the app which I will also never use again. I put my order in at 6:50 AM walked in the door at 7:20 AM and it hadn’t even been started yet. I didn’t have time to wait so I ased for a refund. I was told I could get one through the app. Try to get one through the app, putting in all kinds of request. Still have not heard back from the manager called the customer service number in the app. I’m told that I still have to wait for the manager to get a refund. So I spent $36 on food and drinks. I never got and I obviously will never see!

1/5 Stars – Unacceptable Service and Dangerous Behavior at 422 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888. I had a shocking and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru on April 25th 2025 at 6:30-7AM. A young employee at the window was completely inattentive while handing me my hot coffee. She spilled it on herself, then wrongly blamed me, claiming I caused the spill. Her reaction was unprofessional and aggressive—she yelled at me and threw the entire coffee at my car, splattering it and creating a mess, before storming off. This was honestly outrageous—throwing hot coffee is not just rude, it’s dangerous and could’ve seriously hurt someone. I’m beyond disappointed with how this was handled, and it’s clear this place needs better training or oversight. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I’m done with this Dunkin’ and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they get their act together.

They never get an order right! You never get a napkin. You don’t get a straw. You can’t have creamers, but they serve plenty of attitude at that window. Yes it’s actually funny because it’s a lot lip from a girl that pronounces words like a 3 year old. Yeah the girl that says dinnit instead of didn’t . Service is great for donuts and coffee but anything that requires assembly like breakfast sandwiches are consistently incorrect. Ordered a sandwich, made it all the way home before I realized it was just bread and cheese. Drove back and they offered to remake it which was great, and they got the bacon this time but still forgot the egg.

At 658 I ordered my food on the app. Only took me two minutes to get then when I got there, I had three cars in front of me. I waited in line for 10 minutes when I got to the window I had to wait seven minutes to get my food.

I loved the customer service from your worker Faith she has such good energy and made my day one hundred percent better i will be coming back every day just for her wonderful customer service

The service is so slow in the morning, every morning.... I stood in line for 10 minutes and still didn't make it to the counter... I just left.... The employees are nice and do their job well there's just not enough people working at peak hours I guess

Austin & Ashley and the rest of the crew know exactly how to make the customer happy my breakfast was absolutely bussin, especially Austin for making my bacon egg and cheese with some extra bussin

Employees are constantly miserable & bickering. Orders are often incorrect. Not really sure why it's like this more frequently than not. I keep going back hoping things improve (location convenience), since the few times they get orders correct & the transaction goes smoothly, it's good. But it's usually a stressful time.

The past 2 years the service at the window & calling in orders is atrocious! Twice this week we got the wrong orders ! Black coffee with Milk in it , Tea that taste like coffee . Weak coffee . I ordered online a specific time and nothing was ready . Get more competent workers or a new Mgr .

This particular Dunkin' donuts is pretty good it's very rare that they mess up an order or have a crappy coffee so I'll give it a four out of five cuz it's usually pretty decent

For being so busy and in such a prime location, you would think they would have a restroom. I work with chemicals all day and. It would be nice to wash my hands before touching anything I'm going to eat or drink. SMH. How are you going to serve food and drinks but not offer a bathroom? Are we really in the hood or something?

Coffee was absolutely terrible, didnt get what I ordered. The donut had hair within the frosting along with some eyelashes.

What's to say, it's Dunkin. I use the mobil app, and love it. I live half a mile from here, order when I get in my car, and when I walk in can grab it and go.

Whatever you have to say about this location is your opinion but what I have to say is thank you Chris and your staff for a friendly ,respectful and professionalism could not have asked for better service , you guys fixed a small wrong in my order did without hesitation thank you to all

I asked for fresh hashbrowns and she gave me cold old ones that were not even edible . Terrible experience. Don’t recommend this dunkin

Best dunkies in New England!

Wasn't given my change in the drive-thru yesterday. While I was waiting for the staff member who gave me my order my change back, she turned, quickly told me to have a nice day and turned back away from me. The staff here are usually awesome and it was probably an honest mistake. I was running late so I dismissed it and left, but I felt like it needed to be known that this happened.

This by far the worst Dunkin. They have literally messed up my husbands sandwich every single day. He won’t even go to this one anymore. Anytime I go through the drive I have to check my entire order and 9/10 times it is in correct. There is no structure or leadership for this team. The post road Dunkin’ is incredible and we go there from now on. They are always on point. Not to mention the staff here is extremely rude and does not know how to even greet a customer.

Not the first time, but absolutely the worst time got a cinnamon raisin bagel today and even after warming it in the microwave I couldn’t even bite into it. I gave it to my 140 pound mastiff who couldn’t even bite it. This is not the first time that this is happened but it is by far the worst time that bagel was so stale it was disgusting. They also need lessons in how to make coffee. They are iced coffee. Most days is not even drinkable. It’s too bad because they have great staff but that can’t make up for such poor quality product.

When I visited the employees weren't rude, but werent welcoming either. They were talking amongst themselves and doing what i assume was shut down activities. They were closing at 5 pm, but didnt bother to really convey that when i ordered at 4:15. I planned on hanging around, but didnt get the opportunity. All the above stated, my beverage was great. My donut was great. Service was speedy. Id give it another go sometime.

Blatant disregard for public safety and CDC best practices.. On Friday, October 16, at approximately 6:30 AM, I pulled into the parking lot. I witness a gentleman going into the store without a mask. I waited outside until he left. I spoke to the manager. She told me that there would be nothing she could do about it since she did not see it. While we were talking, a second person came in with no mask. I pointed this person out to her. I asked her what she was going to do about that. She did nothing. I spoke with the manager's supervisor. He gave me the excuse that customers are only there for a short time, approximately two minutes. When dealing with 16 year old staff, it is difficult to ask employees of that age to have that conversation with customers. He also said it was illegal to ask people if they had a disability. That question is, indeed, illegal. However, "please put on your mask so I can serve you." does not require anyone to disclose than disability status. So this was a smokescreen. I called the State Board of Health; they directed me to the Department of Business Regulations. I reached out to them and am currently awaiting a reply. As a member of the vulnerable population I do not feel safe going into the store. I would not recommend using this particular store until they change their training and behavior.

Service was wonderful, Cheray waited on me, very good system. She made the coffees perfect and was very pleasant. Not the close DD to me, but will go back. DD, West Shore Rd.
