We’ve been getting our cakes from Pastiche for years and we swear by it. They only get better and better with time and stay true to their commitment to quality. It elevates any event to have these scrumptious cakes. They’re a core memory for us all.

Our family love the fruit tart from here. This is the second tart we have gotten in 2 weeks. Today while my brother is eating, he saw something moving inside of his raspberry. Got my phone out a bit slow but the spider just crawled out of the raspberry onto the tart, you can see raspberry residue on one of its legs 🫠 And this was us bringing the cake back and cut up and serve right away…

The fruit tart was soooo good! I really like the custard inside. Both lemon and banana tarts are good too but not as amazing as the fruit one. We arrived at 12 on Sunday and there was no line.

Love their desserts ! So hard to pick just one so instead you buy a few 😊 wonderful place on the Hill !

Iconic dessert has been a household name in Rhode Island for decades. This is my first time here but I really love this place! Pre-order online is easy and fast. Service was friendly. Bought several cakes, the Fruit Tart is still my favorite😍 will definitely comeback to RI for this tart🥹🥹🥹

We were visiting Providence for the first time and we wanted an amazing cup of coffee with something delicious boy were we surprised when we walked in and we found out that they made their own classic croissants and amazing pastries along with macaroons the coffee choices are great. The seating is great. It’s a great place to hang out and socialize and work and very comforting. The staff is outstanding. Helen is amazing, Avery is a champion.

I visited this cafe three days in a row during my trip to Providence, RI, with my husband. We enjoyed a variety of pastries and savory dishes. The avocado toast was unique — they blend the avocado into a smooth purée, which isn't my personal preference (I prefer a chunkier texture). Nevertheless, everything else we tried was excellent. The pastries were particularly memorable, and I especially loved the rosemary cookie — a must-try!  We also enjoyed their cappuccinos and matcha lattes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. We visited around 11 AM several times, which was their busy period. There was a fairly long line, but it was worth the wait. The space itself is lovely — plenty of seating and a bright, inviting environment. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return next time we're in Providence!

This place was a gem and easily the best place I dined during my visit to RI. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and fast. The windows for the whole place opened to the outside to let in the beautiful fall weather. Lastly the food was delish! We also shared a table with another couple and this led to lovely conversation!

Great experience at Ellie’s a nice cozy cafe in the downtown Providence area. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. The coffee was good and had a tasty breakfast sandwich and delicious pastry. The rest of the menu and pastries also looked great. The cafe was clean, bright, well decorated, and had plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend to a friend or return in my next trip to Providence.

Food was excellent! Service is always exceptional; everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Love the colors and vibes, so pretty and summery. Not too many lunch options, but the ones I’ve had are delicious. Portions are a bit on the small side, especially being more expensive. Overall, wonderful experience!

One of my new favorite places in Providence! We went here on a recent Saturday around 5pm, ordered delicious espresso martinis, sat outside on the patio with the windows of the restaurant open, and listened to an awesome jazz trio playing live music inside the restaurant. There were people there having food, having drinks just listening to the music, sitting alone reading or working on their computer, talking at their table- it was a wonderful cafe/bar vibe where you could feel comfortable doing any of those things, just enjoying the afternoon and being around others. We appreciated that they could make our espresso martinis without Baileys. Their soup of the day happened to be vegan/plant-based but none of their pastries were vegan/plant-based 😥- we would have gotten a pastry if they were.

Third times a charm when rounding the building trying to find parking on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Lucky the corner window was open and we had a cozy spot to enjoy soup, scone and cookie with delicious beverages. The only complaint from my 17 year old was the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was too heavy on the chocolate and not a good balance of oatmeal. Thanks for the lovely respite for a few Southern Californians who didn’t find any charming, delicious goody places in Warwick. Thanks.

I got a ricotta cake, pear tart, flourless chocolate cake(2 pieces) and cassata(1 piece). The cassata cake was very good. It was different than anything I’ve ever had. I would say you just have to look at the ingredients and if you like the ingredients, try it. Would definitely order again. The pear tart was ok. I can’t say it was anything special. It was too dry for me, and not enough pear taste. The flourless chocolate cake was excellent. I would definitely get that again. Now as far as the ricotta pie, I thought it was delicious. It had more lemon flavor than other ones that I’ve had, but that turned out to be not good because it gave me heartburn later. Now believe me I love lemon. I drink organic lemon water. I love chicken franchise. I make it with fresh lemon and lemon juice. The only thing I can think of is they use artificial flavor. That I get heartburn from especially if I have something blueberry flavored. So maybe it’s the same thing with the lemon. I can’t say for sure, it tasted delicious. I would have to know if they use artificial lemon flavor instead of fresh.

Glad this authentic bakery has survived these unprecedented times it’s always nice to browse the delights they craft here. I picked out the lemon cheesecake and date bars along with cinnamon and raspberry twists impeccable quality and craftsmanship.

The Cassata and the Apricot cakes were fantastic. The crust on the ricotta pie was a little undercooked. I would go back every day for the other 2 cakes! Wish I had more time to try more!

My wife grew up in the area and has been ordering and enjoying Zuppa Inglese cakes from here for decades. Although we live a distance away, these are still ordered for very special occasions. Yesterday was no exception, as I turned 65 and we had a large birthday celebration. The cake was ordered well in advance and picked up at 11am. Upon serving the cake at 2pm, it was discovered to be frozen and ruined! You couldn't cut a slice without sawing through it. The layers of filling were frozen stiff and the whipped cream frosting smelled of over refridgeration . My wife called to complain and the worker didn't explain why it had been frozen. The credit card was credited for the cost, however it didn't make up for 16 people who couldn't enjoy the cake, and more or less ruined the party. The manager today offered the excuse that the baker had left it in a freezer overnight. I believe they knew this in advance before selling it. No further compensation was offered other than another cake. The birthday party has now passed. We are completely disappointed by this fiasco.

Not my first trip to Scialo and won’t be my last! Never disappoints! My favorites are their maple walnut roll (seasonal), carrot cake, and apple turnovers! Their cookies are to die for too! My husband and I love their chocolate chip cookies and macaroons! A must try if your in the area.

The cake was a 5th birthday show stopper!!! Not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted amazing. Everyone we interacted with (from design to picking up) was polite and helpful. We won’t use anywhere else now.

My partner and I sat at the bar and loved the atmosphere & not to mention our bartender made us THE best margs , both strawberry & lime. Food was definitely comfort food, my partner loved her animal style fries, & the star of the show was definitely our bacon cheeseburger sliders with added crispy onions, they just melt in your mouth, def became our favorite go to spot on the hill

The OG Harry's is the best. This place was kind of dirty. Bartender was great. Burgers weren't up to par. The boozy shake I ordered was over priced for the small glass you get. Idk. I think I'm all set with Harry's for a while.

Recommendation from a local on my last trip. Wanted a good burger! Slider style burgers large selection to choose from. Sides yummy mac n cheese to the fries. Decent beer selection to wash it down. Parking was limited but found a public lot a few blocks down. Great service from the staff...

Burgers have great variety and aren't so big you feel like you'll die if you eat it all. Excellent flavor, good value especially for the area. Milkshakes were awesome as well. Had the oreo, coffee, and birthday cake. Pastrami burger was fantastic!

I used to love this place. I've been coming here for as long as l've lived here and have been very pleased with their products up until now. The unhelpful staff, non-responsive owners/managers, and low standards for customer service and food quality turned me off. Do yourself a favor avoid the “fresh fruit”flan/tart and go to Pastiche on Fed Hill. Below is the email I sent to them that they never responded to. I also made several call and left contact info and did not get a call back… Hello, I wanted to give you some honest feedback on a recent experience I had at your bakery. I came in a few days ago and bought a large fruit flan for my son's birthday. I regret to inform you that the quality was not what I have grown to expect from your bakery. I was disappointed in several qualities of this dessert. The use of canned (peaches and pineapple) fruit when you advertise "fresh fruit" on your site. There was also an odd almost chemical/ artificial after taste to the cake. Lastly, I was not expecting actual "cake" but that was my miss understanding. Your site does say" yellow cake". I was not expecting the yellow cake".I was expecting the traditional tart "crust" similar to a shortbread cookie/pie crust. We ended up not eating the 2 slices we cut or the remainder of the dessert because of the taste was so bad and ended up buying one somewhere else the next day.

My family picked up an assortment of pastries, and they were so disappointing. It’s like Shaws/StopnShop quality. Too much sugar and just quality isn’t there.

Stopped here after a visit to Rhode Island College. Wish I’d caught the name of the server. He was energetic and enthusiastic about his job. The cannolis and macaroons and large and delicious! So were the hot and cold chai lattes. 😋🥤☕️

I’ve never written a negative review before, and it pains me to write this one. I’ve been coming to this bakery for 10 years, and my wife and her family have been loyal customers for over 30 years. Unfortunately, this is no longer the same bakery we fell in love with. I understand times have been tough for many businesses, but ever since the ownership changed both the quality of the products and the service have steadily declined. The bread, once the highlight of the bakery, has become disappointing. The mini Italian loaves now resemble oversized baguettes, and the large Sicilian loaves — which cost $8 — often have giant holes running through the middle because the dough wasn’t properly punched down. That’s if you’re even lucky enough to find a large Sicilian loaf in stock when you visit, often sold out before 12. I don’t mind paying a little more to support local businesses and get quality food. But I can’t justify the prices anymore given the customer service I’ve experienced over the past six months. The staff often seem irritated that customers are even there. Small touches that used to be standard, like oil and vinegar on sandwiches, are gone. And heaven forbid you ask them to cut your bread or sandwich — you’ll get a glare that makes you feel unwelcome. This isn't just from one experience which is why I feel the need to write the review. Today was the final straw. My wife and I went in, as we often do two or three times a week, planning to buy loaves of bread, a sandwich, and some pastries. There were only two other customers in the store, yet it took the young woman behind the counter on Smith Street a ridiculous amount of time to cut our bread and prepare our order. When we politely asked for a bag to carry our many items, she glared at us and THREW the bag on the counter and walked away clearly annoyed. My wife was taken aback by how unpleasant she was throughout the entire transaction. Clearly bothered that she had customers to help. I’ve tried both locations recently, hoping it might just be an issue with one store, but sadly the poor service and declining quality are consistent. After seeing how far things have gone downhill, I can no longer support this business. I hope the owners consider retraining their staff as we have heard from other customers they feel similarly. For now, I’ll be going to other small bakeries in the city — even if it means driving instead of walking. The bakery we once loved is simply not the same anymore. I hope the owners realize how much they’re losing by letting their service decline this way.

I stopped in to the Smith St location to get a simple coffee. There were four customers in front of me and I waited for over 20 minutes without making it to the front of the line. Out of frustration, I left. There only seemed to be one person behind the counter, despite multiple employees milling around in the back. At one point the employee working behind the counter disappeared to the back for over five minutes and at times appeared to be chatting with another worker, leaving the front unstaffed. I am sympathetic to staffing shortages, etc, but this felt different. This was on a Saturday morning, and seemed like it would be prime business hours for them. No one seemed to care.

The bakery at this place is delicious and fresh, and the environment is great too.

It’s not what it used to be. Service is super slow, they don’t seem to care about you or what they’re doing. They used to swirl the sugar with some hot coffee before putting ice in it, now you just get rocks at the bottom. They also had no bagels on a Saturday at 9am.

I have been coming into the Butcher Shop for years. Not only do they have top notch food but the service has been quick. The breakfasts are the best around. I LOVE the "roasted red" chicken but it is always a toss up when I am in the mood for a burger.

This restaurant and deli is the best!!! I highly recommend their orange juice, potato salad, and their tuna wraps! Excellent price for a massive portion! They also have wonderful gluten free bread!!!

Like others have said, I've been eating here for almost 30 years and have always enjoyed it. Great club sandwiches, burgers, breakfast all day, pizza when they have it, and other items. The tuna is fantastic. Somethings are a little pricey, but overall a much better value than newer places opening up, and better variety.

Really? Breakfast was as disgusting as the cook. Attitude. Expensive. Sparsely buttered toast. Home fries fried. And the cook was mean. He was terse. A family came in and they went next door. Find a new job if you don’t like the clientele. And the outside table was beat. Rhody hen. Julian’s. Nicks on broadway. Francesca’s. Waterman grille. Avenue n. Amy’s. Never again. About as bad as modern diner in Pawtucket. 15$. Two eggs. Burnt toast. Teaspoon of butter and an attitude. Why because I wasn’t dressed to kill? Frank and Laurie’s is worth a wait. Blueberry pancakes? Rhody hen. Can order 1. Real maple syrup Burgundian in Attleboro. That was a great breakfast. East siders take note.

I’ve only gone to the sandwich/restaurant area, 1st time to the deli. The guy was cranky and rude. He had someone else finish my order in the middle of just a few items…and the 2nd guy put salami in the same package as mortadella right next to each other in the same bag. I’ve never had a deli do that in my entire life! I saw it at the register, I should’ve left it with them! I turned down one breaded, thin chicken cutlet was $9.00. I won’t go back!

They just lost a loyal customer. They are so rude, angry and impatient with customers. Wonder how they stay in business. Shameful.

Not only is the food amazing but the staff is exceptional.

Everything was very flavorful (perhaps a bit too much so with the desserts -- the flavors were a bit in your face, though definitely tasted good and I would give them another shot), and the atmosphere was great -- laid back and comfortable, which made it a great place to start the day!

Good customer service, good energy, kind and helpful. Plenty of seating and the color red throughout the shop added to a vibrant atmosphere. Although there was only one vegan option, coming from a city where bakeries don't offer vegan treats, I appreciated their offering. I loved the yummy vegan coconut vegan lemon butter cream cupcake. The coconut flakes in the vanilla  cupcake was a nice added texture. The cupcake was light and moist. The lemon butter cream frosting wasn't sweet with a perfect lemon taste, not tart but just the right combination. I liked the decorative frosting with toasted coconut flakes. I also enjoyed the chai latte with almond milk. The first taste of cinnamon was soothing and the rest of the flavors came through for a warm and comforting drink.

The treats are not cheap. $10 each for the passionfruit mango eclair and the raspberry pistachio bomb, but OH MY WORD they are fantastic!!! I don’t know that I have ever tasted anything quite like the raspberry bomb. Its texture combo, flavor profile, etc is just out of this world!!!! They also have coffee, tea, and cocktails! I had a delicious peppermint tea.

We ordered a penguin birthday cake for our daughter’s third birthday and The cake was absolutely beautiful, it also tasted great as well! Definitely going to use them in the future their cake decorating skills are impressive!

We love coming here, the pastries and coffee are 10/10. Not sure if they are no longer open late night anymore because they’ve been closed all the times we’ve tried to go recently. Which is disappointing because we loved having a spot to go after a night out, to get either cocktails, coffee or a sweet. Always had a killer playlist on and the vibes were always great, definitely would go back if they start their late night hours again.

Our sweet little wedding cake was from Sin and it was perfect. Our something blue to fit into a blue and gold themed cozy wedding. Everything from my first inquiry, to the tasting, to the wedding day was easy & delicious. Can’t imagine ordering a cake from anywhere else.

They made my daughter a red velvet cake for her 13th birthday and it was absolutely delicious.

Lisa, Walter and the entire team are consummate professionals. Old world style and grace, this is a classy, charming, and most of all DELICIOUS bakery serving only the best and freshest Italian snacks, cookies, pies (blueberry is TO DIE FOR) and spinach with cheese and pepperoni brings me back. How have I never heard of this place?! Shame on me because I’m a foodie and have a massive sweet tooth. Came here because of RI Food Fights and I’m so thankful. Every dessert looked delicious and the free cupcake I got was her PB&J. This thing was massive and definitely the biggest cupcake I’ve ever had. The cake itself was very moist after bringing it to room temperature and the frosting was incredible with a perfect amount of peanut butter flavor. Marti was so sweet and kind! She was very passionate about her desserts and she told me she’s making 90 different flavors right now. I’m glad I found this place and can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely love Marti’s Bakery! Martha is the sweetest—she came through last minute and baked a custom cake completely from scratch using just a rough idea, a picture, and a few suggested ingredients. She even adjusted the recipe to make it less sweet, just the way I like it. The result? Absolute perfection. The cake was incredibly delicious. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Marti’s and once again, it did not disappoint. Her attention to detail and care for her customers really shows. Prices are super reasonable too. If you’re looking for a go-to bakery that delivers quality and heart, Marti’s is it!

I recently ordered cupcakes for my husbands birthday and was so impressed with Marti’s customer service, flavors, and final product! All our guests loved them. Marti was very helpful with recommending the perfect flavors based on my husbands preferences. Her prices are also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to working with them again!

We recently had our son’s graduation party and the dessert table was the highlight of the event. We ordered a multi layer cake, an assortment of cupcakes, and a tray of cookies. I can’t say enough good things about everything. We received a large number of comments from our guests complementing all the treats. We can’t say enough good things about this shop. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for sweets for any occasion.

Came here for RI Food Fights and I chose their mocha cappuccino cupcake. The coffee flavor was strong and absolute perfection. I haven’t tasted many desserts like this - the flavor was amazing and the cupcake was moist. The frosting was also incredible and had a nice, silky texture. I loved the little sticks as well. The owner was super friendly and proud of her products. I’ve never heard of this place before and I know now I’ll be back.

Reached out to Awesome Sweets after the nut free bakery we typically use was on holiday break. After calling several bakeries Sue and the Awesome Sweets team were the only ones who could help make a custom Disney Cars birthday cake and also ensure it was allergy safe for our children and other guests. We were amazed with how the cake turned out and seeing the excitement on our son's face was priceless. The cake tasted as amazing as it looked. Very grateful for Sue and the Awesome sweets team's help and we will for sure be going back!

I can’t believe we forgot to write a review for Eboni after raving about her cake for over a year! We got married in October 2022 and the entire experience with ordering from Eboni was smooth and top-tier. We wanted to give our guests 3 flavor options and went with vanilla, strawberry shortcake and carrot cake. Our anniversary tier was carrot cake which we just enjoyed for our first anniversary and it was still just as good as the day we got married! We were sticking to a tight budget but the cake was something we really wanted to splurge on. Eboni made the process super easy by providing us with links to several different options at different price budgets. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and ridiculously tasty and our friends and family still bring it up all the time! I have referred all my engaged friends and family to her and I encourage you to try her yourself and head over for a tasting!! You wont regret it!!

Cute vegan cafe I am glad I got to try. I had to get a few things to try a variety. I even asked for a recommendation. They recommended the blueberry pancake whoopie pie. It was actually amazing. Perfectly toasty and maple blueberry pancakes with a nice cream in the middle. I was excited about the carrot cake latte. It was amazing. I love the creative latte. Then I have to recommend the carrot cake cupcake. Whole food experience was fantastic. Would love to go again. (Getting eloped soon so considering this as my cake). The system with holding numbers is genius. The staff just comes up to you and hands you your order.

They did the cake for my baby shower and it could not have been more perfect. It was a baseball theme and I asked for some flowers too. It was almost too beautiful to cut into. I was so happy and would 100% go back to them for any other cakes I’ll need in the future.

It was a decent place. They had several options ranging from cookies to brownies to cake to other bakery items and all of them were VEGAN!! Looked pretty great tbh. We ordered the chickpea sandwich, which I thought was alright. Not a 5/5, more like a 3.5/5 it lacked a bit of flavor and was on the dry side. The coffee was decent too, nothing extraordinary. Overall, it's a good spot. The servers were nice and the atmosphere was great. I'd recommend checking out some of the other items though.

Wildflour is the best vegan bakery in the region, n is so good as to even shame many a nonvegan bakery. Check out their smooth customization of my vision for my bb's bday cake. We suffered in our deconstruction of this work of loving art with each slice harvested, but our pain was mercifully soothed with every heavenly mouthful. My one gripe is that we have to travel 40 minutes for the pleasure of this RI treasure, but such we do for love...

Used to love and frequent this place but I feel it’s gone downhill a bit in recent months. I no longer see my favorite staff members working there and the difference can be felt. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get, and the food is hit or miss a lot as well. Certain meals can be made drastically different from day to day. The bakery and food selection could use some additions and/or subtractions. I wish they had simpler options like a plain blueberry muffin… rather than the blueberry walnut coffee cake. Over the last couple years the menu has just felt so redundant. Overall I feel this place has gotten complacent due to being established for a long time, one of the only vegan eateries around, and its central location. It’s like they know they’ll always have customers so they don’t feel the need to try too hard on the customer service front. I get it, but I used to give them a lot of money and I’ve reduced that significantly in recent months. I’m at the point where if I want vegan food I’ll just go to the Indian spot in the same plaza and get a vegan option there. Wish there were more efforts to make tangible improvements here with service, consistency, menu, etc. because some of their selections *can* be good depending on the day. But personally I’ve grown tired of taking that risk.

My husband surprised me with a piece of chocolate cake, gluten free whoopie pie and cupcakes for my birthday. Everything looked delicious, I chose the chocolate cake to dive into first. It came with raspberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. So wonderful. Such a big piece that I still have some for later. What a wonderful surprise! I'll definitely return for some more treats when we're in the area. I'm in eastern CT and it's worth the hour trip.

What a refreshing find! The humans are extremely friendly and the food is delicious! They have a little bit of everything here. Highly recommend this lovely place. I will now be a regular customer. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and stood in front of the dessert counter for a minute before being helped. I got a mini cheesecake, red velvet cupcake, and a pastel de nata to go. I was really unimpressed with all three but I thought the red velvet cupcake was the worst as it was dry and pretty flavorless. The cheesecake had a gelatin on it I did not enjoy and the pastel de nata was underdone for my taste having more of a pudding consistency. I probably would not get any of the desserts again but would return to try their bread, grocery, and prepared savory foods. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the store/bakery, it’s a shame the desserts were just mediocre.

Everything was so delicious. The service was nice too. Despise it been so busy, they took their time to take each order.

Bad customer service from the morning staff older lady. TODAY AROUND 11AM.!!Daughter and I went in and she huff and look at us as we were bothering her. Then said something of Portuguese to the lady with glasses as we felt UNWANTED AS MY DAUGHTER STATED. THE LADY WHITE WITH BLK HAIR AND A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE!!! It was my first time stopping here, what a wonderful place! It was nice to be greeted with a friendly hello 👋🏽 The pastries in the glass were super fresh and exquisite. Amazing service, fantastic prices, and absolutely delicious treats. Both myself and my guests are consistently pleased with any pastry or cake I have ever purchased from this location. They've also been wonderful with last minute cake orders and personalizations. So happy to have this wonderful gem of a bakery, local to me.

Sabrina helped us pick out some very tasty treats to share with others. Huge Apple pie and pastries. Love the lobster tail the best.

Just look at this gorgeous cake! This place has the best decorator. I discovered them after LaSalle got ridiculous with prices and wasn't even so great with taste/decorations. I've never been disappointed with Zaccagnini's. The lady who takes the orders is super nice and they seem to take pride in delivering really special and gorgeous cakes and pastries. Their prices are super fair. This giant cake cost only like 40-some dollars.

Absolutely delicious pastries and baked goods here wow!! The cheesecake is moist and comparable to the Cheesecake Factory. I recommend the strawberry shortcake tarts. I had the heart shaped strawberry shortcake treats with fresh whipped cream and it was PHENOMENAL

I’ve been coming here for 28 years. Love the food and the atmosphere. First time coming here kind of hard to order unless you just point that stuff because everything is in a Colombian name and there’s no menu. So just show them my picture and you’ll be happy.

The workers and the environment is definitely very welcoming, I always go to bakery and enjoy my time there. The food is made with lots of effort and tastes amazing. They have a wide variety of treats to eat that all taste delicious. It gave me a sense of Colombia with the food coming from central Colombia.

Craving traditional, affordable, delicious Colombian food? Look no further, this is the spot to try! Some of my favorites include the papa rellena (fried stuffed potato balls) and the chicharrón (fried pork belly), but also don’t forget to try the empanadas, the chorizo, and the blood sausage. And make sure to get an extra large contained of salsa, it’s the best in town! Service is kind, attentive, and energetic and ambiance is reminiscent of Colombia. Expect a line as well as a little wait time, but it’s worth it - promise!

I really would love to give this place 5 stars. Writing this review in hopes of a resolution, because I really do love this place. The food is amazing but the service is SLOW... I go there often and I'm always waiting 20-30min in line before I even get to order. A system needs to be created for efficiency.

The arepas desayuno completo and the empanadas de queso are incredibly good! Start your weekend off on the right foot with breakfast here. You can order ahead if you’d like, but there wasn’t a separate online order pickup line, so it might not save you much time if you’re in a big rush.

Awesome place, just like being in a cafeteria in Colombia. All the food was excellent, friendly and lovely people taking care of us. Super recommended.

Order empanadas and chicharones here sometimes, last few times really terrible service, even with an empty store, they ignore me and dont take my order. Maybe if I was Hispanic or Spanish speaking I'd get better service

Had a terrible experience here. The person operating the drive thru speaker was absolutely unintelligible and when I politely asked her to repeat herself she seemed annoyed by my request. The worst part is they got my order wrong with something I cannot eat. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (I don't eat pork) and when I got home to open my order I was disheartened to see what I was given. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

It’s bad enough this Dunkin closes way earlier than all the others, but it’s even worse that the employees always decide to close even earlier. On top of that there always rude and there service is always poor. This Dunkin sucks, don’t waste your time going, chances are it’ll be closed when you get there.

If I could give zero I would. This place sucks and their workers clearly have zero common sense. It’s sad how the order shows on the screen so all the workers need to do is COUNT. When it says 20 munchkins- don’t stop at 10, please learn to count. Anyways, 3 horrible experiences here- 1st was thru the drive up- lady was miserable and not welcoming whatsoever- def not the voice of someone I’d be happy to have serving my coffee- just rude- you’re on the speaker, you need to at least fake being happy. The other 2 were both through DoorDash and they got BOTH orders wrong. The first one they missed 3 items from my order- as stated above, if my order had 5 items in it, COUNT what’s in the bag before you close it and you’ll find out it’s wrong. After reporting that order I reordered, and again they messed it up. Hash-browns had no cheese or bacon, and half the munchkins were missing. As a previous dunkin worker, this location is a disgrace- the manager should be appalled about their employees. Need to replace all the workers and get happy ppl, maybe then people will be happy to go to your store bc orders will be right and people will be welcomed, but now you lost another customer bc of it.

I went this morning through the drive thru order a LG hot latte but they gave me a regular coffee with sugar and they charged me for my latte price smh and there is no snickers that's says what kind of coffees it is. I know the difference between a latte with no surgar. I tried to called them twice but no pickup.

Dunkin has always been my family and I go to place for a quick breakfast. Typically our experience is great until today. As we were waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins, we finally pull up to the window and I see one of the employees with a vape in his hand with GLOVES ON! He goes around back then comes back around with the SAME gloves on that he had his vape in. You may ask how do I know that it was the same gloves (based off of experience, you can tell when the person has been having the same gloves on for a very long time). Furthermore, I cancelled my order as obviously that’s EXTREMELY unsanitary and I was not going to give my child that food especially witnessing cross contamination. I want this review to come across this young man and serve it as a lesson or example that we understand fast food can become extremely stressful and we have necessities but please take a moment to do that outside and wash your hands and change your gloves. The amount of bacteria in your hands then going to touch food can make someone very sick. Please understand the seriousness of this and take it into consideration for others especially children who are also eating this food. Thank you

first thing I’ll say is… should’ve looked at the reviews of this Dunkin’s before going there. NO inside, only outside order pick up window or drive thru (although mobile app doesn’t clarify this). didn’t have a SINGULAR alternative milk in the store, offered us skim or whole milk, I’m allergic to dairy, thanks. this was after it already let us mobile order the oat milk drinks as well. rude staff, wouldn’t provide a refund, and not to mention everyone in the vicinity of this location (customers included) was confused and lost due to the absurd setup and design.

Everytime i come to this particular dunkin they never make my caramel creme frozen coffee right and when trying to communicate with the workers they are very rude and dont even bother to listen then try and argue with me and tell me how to order my drink i never have any issues anywhere else but this one dunkin i wont be ordering from here again and btw you still didnt make my drink right.

Customer service did not take my order entirely and then said that they would bring my order out to the front didn’t give me a receipt. I waited 15 minutes and went inside and no one had a name tag there was no manager on duty. The girl said you’re supposed to ask for the receipt. I said I remember when they give you your food for free if you didn’t get her receipt and she continue to give me so much attitude that her coworkers were looking at her and I said have a good day and left, and she said the manager wasn’t working at the time so I will make sure that I let the manager know as soon as I can get in contact with them just that I didn’t realize you’re supposed to ask for for your receipt.

Came to drive thru, no customer service, no thank you, doesn't repeat your order back to you.. "just pull on up" .Just take your money and go kinda place. Guy is over here rapping while he's suppose to working. And touching shit with gloves on and not changing them. Good way to get sick.... No smiles from nobody . Hate coming to this location. Horrible experience I asked for two wake up wraps with hot honey and they gave me two bagel sandwiches, I hate bagels they're too heavy on my stomach. They took so long that they had us pull to the front for a order of 6 items very unprofessional workers the girl in the back was taking her sweet time making our order. I am very unsatisfied with my experience here if I order something get it right the first time.

Whats wrong with the workers here? Third time that Ive caught them upcharging items or giving back the wrong change. A med hot coffee and three donuts does not compute to a $12 charge... Another time they tried to "accidently" forget to give back a $5 note with my change.

I’m giving this location a 3, I may have rated it higher previously. At 9:15 am, the line for drivethru is about 15 cars long. I go inside. There are 5 girls all working drive thru, and 1 person in the back. Patiently waiting, while a young family of 3 playfully laugh at a table nearby. No one else is waiting, just me. I am not acknowledged as I wait 5 minutes. Yup 5 minutes! One girl passes from behind the counter, I say excuse me. Running past me she says 1 minute. Out of the 5 employees 1 is working window, 1 is on the toasters, 1 is looking confused with tickets, 1 is grabbing coffees while 1 one who I assume should be at the counter keeps running in the back with a bag, possibly filling them with items as she runs them back to the window. Here’s the thing, they have a time to make for drive thru, not the counter, so you wait. You are better off staying in your car and waiting than going inside. The poor counter girl was nice, but ultimately overcharged me. I didn’t say anything because it didn’t appear she needed a nuisance working as hard as she was. I’ve traveled a lot and it appears New England is the longest wait for a coffee.

Horrible service, was yelled at by an Dunkin employee to order. Couldnt finish ordering because of how increiblely rude they were.

This store by far makes the best drinks and the signature latte they make here, are the best I’ve ever had. Even the presentation of the drink is impressive and looks better than the advertisement and the taste is perfect, neither cream nor coffee over power. Thank you to the team who pays attention to every detail and the management who built an incredible team.

My experience at this location was horrendous. I ordered in the app. Pull up to the drive thru and am told they don’t have what I ordered. Asked if I wanted a bagel instead of the bagel twists I ordered. My kids don’t eat the regular bagels. Finally get my kids to decide and I’m told what they want costs too much. I said that’s fine. Please just give me an order of bacon. I then got the biggest attitude asking if I was going to pay for it. I already had a $20 order, my kid wants bacon, yes I will pay for it. Even my 12 year old commented on her attitude. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Watched them mess up the order in front of me. Tell her she didn’t order or pay for her food… I get up there and they try to charge me a 2nd time. Argued about the bacon, then didn’t give me the other food I originally ordered. Total attitude from the staff, made me late for an appointment, because I wasn’t planning on a 30 minute ordeal. And the three girls who looked like high schoolers were laughing and spilling drinks in the background. Where is your manager? Don’t leave children in charge. I will not go back to this location.

HORRIBLE PLACE I had came to this Dunkin on numerous occasions had horrible experiences each time the management sucks their manager isn’t professional when it comes to costumers she’s always on her phone while making food they talk to people how they please ( especially their morning shift) Almost every time I go in there’s a very tall girl always on her phone ignoring costumers looking miserable each time I’m there. Every time I go in their always complaining and talking crap about their job while having a dining room full of costumers especially the one with no gums it’s very disgusting and unprofessional how they run things in this dunkin and sometimes when I go in at night theirs people standing around like they don’t have a job that needs to be done. bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting never clean and trashes outside are always full do not come to this place!!

Worse Dunkin location around. I’ve gotten so many wrong orders here. I keep giving it a chance because it’s easy to go in after food shopping next door but it’s not worth it. I could tell that the girl taking the drive thru order was struggling to get my order as she kept repeating it incorrectly. Thanks to this I pulled into the parking lot after receiving my order to check it and sadly I was right. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to earn an honest living so I made sure to clearly repeat my first item and take it slow asking one by one and still my order was incorrect. I did not ask for less spread and the type of bagel was also wrong. They were closed so I had to walk up to the drive thru window. It wasn’t just me. There was a man before me having to do the same. The worst part was that instead of being accommodating for their mistakes they had an attitude when it came to fixing them. This location needs better management and customer service training.

After leaving a horrible review cause of my experience. I've given this location another chance. I've gone two week in a row on different days and thins are so much better thank you. I had one of the flakiest delicious croissant. My coffees have been made correct and taste better. I appreciate the hard work. I'll be coming back soon

I went there alittle while ago walked in waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes there was no acknowledgement two people working there they were both working the drive-thru window even though there was only one car in the drive-thru after they were done with the car they stood there and talked to each other still no acknowledgment I said hello they did not answer me I waited another 5 minutes and left... It's time in my life I will never get back I just ended up standing there for nothing took my grandson quite a while to stop crying after not being able to get his munchkins

These Young Staff Working here have absolutely no respect for any person / or Human being for that matter . I order a water and I had no problem paying 30 cents . But when I went to Pay the girl in the front and back started to laugh and make fun of me & my partner . Saying we are broke and taking crap Very immature , Rude , Disrepectful & Ridculous These Kids are up Past their bedtime need to get taught customer service & BETTER TRAINING . And dont even think abou getting your order right because they can’t even fall simple directions They also acted like enlited divas Dont work in the fast food business with real life customers if you cant be an adult because the customer is always right. This is the worst one to go to. The staff is extremely rude and 8 out of 10 times will make your food wrong while making you wait but whatever I’m use too it with these people. Today though was ridiculous. I made a mobile order and showed up 10min after I placed it (because last time the lady at the register gave me a hard time for showing 1min after I placed it. Stating “you need to give us more time to make your order” Which is wild no other establishment ever gets mad lol) and of course they’re making jokes and told me to pull over. Mind you there’s nobody behind me, 25min go by, nothing and now I have to go to work with no food. Unreal.

Out of all the local Dunkin’s this is definitely one of the better ones and the drive thru is normally the easiest to use in the AM

Ordered 2 strawberry dragonfruit refreshers with green tea. When I left and started to drink it I realized it was made with water and not green tea . I was to far away to go back. They should have let us know if they couldn't make them properly.

I went to this Dunkin on March 26 just looking for a fresher made with water when I asked for For this, I was told that they’re not allowed to make it when I asked for it to meet with iced tea. They told me that it was already premade. I work at a Dunkin and I know for a fact they do not pre-make any former refresher when I saw her make the refresher And her confronted her on it she ran away from the Window. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and I would be at my store if I ever treated a customer this way

This location looked updated and nice. To bad they didn't update the employees. When we first walked in all the staff was talking and standing around. As we got to the counter we had to wait for them to finish the conversation. It was nice that the girl who waited on me to pull her shirt sleeve up so I could see the naked woman tattoo on her arm. I had to repeat my order a few times. Then it was nice to see one of her coworkers come over and announce that another worker is, " dropping a duce". I asked the girl again if my coffee had the flavor in it and she said yes. As I took a sip down the road. She made it wrong. There was no napkins in sight. Floor had some paper trash and tables needed to be clean but I guess the conversation was more important.

Some reason on the app when you redeem the free item it doesn’t show on the bag that you ordered the item. So make sure you check that bag prior to leaving.

My visits to dunkin are always a pleasure thanks to Pleasie! I am a regular and she is spectacular! Her customer service is exceptional and she definitely is dedicated. She works in a timely manner and makes sure that the order is correct. Her positivity brightens the place when myself or other customers walk in. She is truly so hardworking, I will continue to come to this location!

You should teach the girl at the window this morning how to have a personality. All she did was take my money, no good morning, no price, no thank you, zero smile, not vocal at all, she never is, she makes the store look like a miserable place to be. She just might get more tips if she acted like she wanted to be there.

I am in Pawtucket, RI for a week and walk to this store daily. I had avocado Toast for the first time it was good (Avocado is a spread, comes in a small container) Love their original coffee. Their dark roast (midnight roast) takes about 5-7 mins to brew. Overall CX is great.

If it doesn't say to put the cream cheese on the side, that means it goes on the bagel. Stop being lazy and follow simple instructions.

I have been here several times and each time im blown away by the quality of baked goods and service. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was delicious. Several people that had it said they dont usually like cake but they asked to take a slice home with them. Their hot chocolate is also out of this world. This bakeshop is definitely worth a visit.

We had an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with harissa that was SUBLIME and a chocolate streusel that was completely out of this world. Their menu changes every week and I have no doubt whatever they make will be outstanding! And I can't forget to mention how wonderful and friendly the owners are! You can truly taste the joy in what they do. This place is a MUST try in RI!!

We stopped in today for a breakfast sandwich and some baked goods and were blown away. The owners are extremely friendly and the breakfast sandwich is the best we’ve ever had (and we eat a lot of breakfast sandwiches). We cannot wait to return!

It might look like a tiny bakery as many. Even the look of the pastry might seem like many. But when you taste it, you can tell it's made with really good and quality ingredients. As an European, it's one of the few places in the US where I could get a real thick and flavorful hot chocolate, istead of the usual water with some cocoa powder. Everything was really good and fresh. I'll come back.

First time here. Small bakery on hillside ave. They only do takeout, no seating. Tried the coffee, cranberry muffin, blueberry scone and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious and fresh.

So in love with this bakery! Everything I have tried has been spectacular, the owners are wonderful, and it already feels like a favorite neighborhood spot after a few short weeks. I particularly love the country cookies and scones :)

Bake my Day has always come through with the best tasting cookie trays , amazing pies(especially the apple) , delicious breads such as the zucchini bread!!! Never a disappointment! Very professional, accommodating, and dessert tables are esthetically pleasing . Highly recommended!!

I was drawn to this bakery by it's name. Being a fan of the Dirty Harry movies this play on one of Harry's famous catch phrases "Go ahead, make my day" was very clever. So that's how I ended up stopping by. Now that being said, giving this bakery a try was one of the best choices I have ever made. The owner and baker, Stacey, is incredibly talented and has a wonderful personality. I have tried a wide variety of her baked items. No matter what I come up with as a challenge she always succeeds in making the best version of it. She is a local small business and works very hard to keep her clients happy. Finding her bakery is one of the best choices I have made. She also has a selection of luncheon sandwiches which I stop in for a few days each week. Catering is also available. The shop is adorably cute. Please give BAKE MY DAY a try and you will be very satisfied while supporting a local small business. Enjoy.

This place is decorated so nicely, which makes it feel warm and welcoming. The owner is very friendly, we had a great conversation while she made my lunch. It was so delicious and it really hit the spot! The lunch box is only $8 and it comes with a lot. The jam shortbread cookie was amazing and so was the peanut butter cookie. I don't know when I'll be back, but it will definitely be soon! Keep it up!

The cookies and other baked goods are really good. I've never had a cake pop from there tho (don't like cakepops). They're not out if this world tho. What IS good is her boxed lunch deal. It's a handmade sandwich, a bag of chips, a pickle, 2 cookies and either potato or tuna salad for $9. I work nearby so I've been a good number of times. I'd go more often but honestly she talks a lot and shares too much information. She was talking to me about her sexual life once and it was totally awkward

I'm a veteran baker and take much pride in baking. At first glance the shop looks very nice, inside and out but completely shocked and disappointed at the selection, quantity and quality of the baked goods. I purchased vanilla cupcakes and a cake pop. If it wasn't for the icing (which was very good) the cupcake would've been a ghastly experience for the palette. It was very dry and the price for the portion, even worst. I didn't even bother tasting the cake pop. Sad to say that I've tasted box cake better that what I purchased. I do have to say that the young lady with the glasses was very nice and attended me with the nicest smile while the older blue-eyed woman didn't even acknowledge me, coming in or going out. Try at your own risk.

Bake, my day is great, always has fresh items, and everything is yummy. Can't go wrong with anything . I always order cookie toys for the holidays. It's always a hit with my team.

I ordered a cake for my nephew's 4th birthday party. Since he's allergic to eggs, I wanted to surprise him with his first real birthday cake. Also, I wanted to cautious if other children had allergies. Unfortunately, the birthday boy and others, including children and their parents, did not like the cake. After trying it myself, it tasted and had a similar texture to play-dough. I wished the cake was enjoyable because the owner was very kind, and they provided fantastic service.

This was supposed to be my birthday cake. It was a chocolate strawberry cake. It was dry and hard ,and I dont know why there are 2 colors of chocolate inside. and it tastes like cardboard.Must have been a very old cake Very disappointed I hope they return it and are able to get their money back. 😞

I had high hopes for the bakery as it came recommended by other Brown University parents, but I was disappointed. The cake was meh at best. It was better tasting than grocery store but just gave elevated box cake vibes. And while I appreciate the owner accommodating my request for writing on the cake, I would have preferred she say she couldn't if writing wasn't their strong suit in decorating. The woman I picked the cake up from was pleasant, but the location had a bunch of cats outside, so it smelled.

I was very happy with what I got me and my kids, tried the s'mores cookie, cinnamon roll cookie, and had some Alaskan ice coffee which was very good, the lady that helped us out was very friendly and I would definitely recommend trying this place out

Do not go with this person! They will waste your time! I started out with them because I had special considerations for the cake and after weeks of back and forth, the person basically said no to every option I presented. We hired the Sarcastic Sweets food truck for a large client event we were throwing, and it ended up being the cherry on top of a perfect evening! Not only were the desserts a huge hit (the lemon cupcake served "everything" style was my personal fav), but Nina was a delight work with! if you've ever tried hiring food trucks for an event, you are well aware how complicated it can be (if you're lucky to even get a response). Nina was prompt with replies, professional, and gave us great options for the event itself. She may need to consider a name change, because instead of sarcasm we had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Clients and business partners of ours were raving about the food and how warm and friendly the service was. Nina, thank you for making our event extra special!

Ordered for the first time today, for an office celebration ! Had a bit of an issue with the Postmates delivery driver (absolutely no fault of the business). I called and was met with the friendliest person who made sure to have my order redelivered! She was so friendly and understanding and extremely accommodating. To make matters even better, the cupcakes were amazing and everyone really enjoyed them! I will absolutely order again, not only for the delicious treats, but also for the above and beyond customer service!
