Its like 45 min away from us but is very worth it. The lobster tails my favorite!!! Always a hit and i will get them for any celebration even for my work and everyone that tried them they love them. My bf found this place looking for a canoli cake that i always request for my birthday 🤭(the bakery we used to get them from changed owners and it wasn't the same) but i wished we knew about this bakery long time ago. Its so good and just how i like it. The employees are soo nice too. Highly recommend!!!

This was the first time I visited this bakery and I loved it. I ordered a birthday cake for my hubby and they did not disappoint. While waiting for the cake, I could not help but also buy some of their cookies and a mini cannoli that were being displayed in their pastry display cases. The cookies brought me back to a time when I was little and growing up in Brooklyn. The service was wonderful and the owners welcoming. My family will be buying their cakes and pastries from there from now on.
It’s pretty run down and my tiny shortbread cookies were $2 each and definitely not fresh. If you’re looking for service or atmosphere I’d skip this place. The woman at the front seemed annoyed that a customer was in there. There’s no selection in pastry’s so it’s basically just cookies and sub par at best.
Good food, but terrible customer service — especially when you’re ordering from out of state for something important.
I placed an order last week for a birthday cake from Del Prete Italian Pastry. I called from out of state to make sure everything was in place for my mom’s special day. Unfortunately, Michelle, who took the order over the phone, was incredibly rude — dismissive and lacking any basic customer service skills. I let it slide, hoping the in-person experience would be better.
It wasn’t. When we arrived to pick up the cake, Michelle was the one working. She questioned whether we were even at the right location, and when I mentioned I had spoken to someone named Michelle, she repeated her name back at me with attitude and brushed it off, saying, “Well, it doesn’t matter, we have extras,” before finally getting the order started — which we expected to already be completed.
The cake itself was good, but the attitude and service we received left a bitter taste. If you care about how you’re treated — especially during a meaningful moment like a birthday — I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Way overpriced. I got 3 orders: 8 cookies,
21 cookies, 4 small cannolis, 1 large cannoli, 4 mini pastries....$67! Outrageous...staff not overly excited to see new customers. Very drab, outdated store, looks like 1948. Pastries were a 7 out of 10. They tasted dry and leftover from the weekend. Cookies tasted a bit old. I will stick with the authentic Italian bakery in Hartford. Nor impressed.
In a search last minute birthday celebration knowing that my sister love canoli, order in the am. The most amazing Canoli Cake it was the outstanding in every aspect of authentic Italian Pastry... all guess where so quite went it comes to just enjoying this master piece. For sure these folks will be ordering at Del Prete Italian Pastry. Even that I had police presence during check ups giving away violations tickets mines was having my cellphone mount on my windshield that is obstruction even having a freshener Pine handling in your back up mirror is $200 fine. Is ridiculous, but this taste of this canoli cake took all that anger away, at least during the celebration 🎉.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I never write bad reviews but this place is horrible. I went in looking for information on wedding cakes, the baker I believe her name is Maria is so unpleasant and so rude. Her exact words to me “you need to make an appointment! I can’t stop what I’m doing to come talk to you!” All I did was ask if they made wedding cakes. I know you obviously need an appointment because a lot goes into wedding cakes: I just wanted a simple yes we make wedding cakes this is what our prices start at when would you like to make an appointment for. She came out not even a “hello” just right into an attitude.
I stopped in to ask if they made French Silk pies as they are my husbands favorite for his birthday. They dont, which was ok, so I ordered a sandwich and grabbed a cupcake and a brownie. The sandwich was great. No complaints! The 2 desserts were awful. They tasted old but also like they "moistened" them to keep them soft. The texture of both was just off. My son and I both threw them away after just a taste. Which was a bummer because their desserts look so appetizing, and the staff were all very friendly.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Please go elsewhere. I grew up around this neighborhood and remember when it was a family friendly business. That has changed.
That was the box they gave me (Pics). The look i gave the owner was of concern. I questioned it but was reassured it would be fine. I called back but was met with hostility. Then she lied to me and said I never paid for a cake box. I was never offered a cake box! For $100 cake I would think it comes with it.
We ordered a rum cake for my dad’s birthday. We said on the outside, we wanted half the chopped almonds and half the chocolate shots, not chocolate chips. The worker on the phone kept saying chocolate chips, and we kept saying no we want chocolate shots (at least 3 times this happened). We picked up the cake today and thought everything would be correct. But nope. We opened up the box and it had chocolate chips, not chocolate shots like we said multiple times. We couldn’t go back to the place because we don’t live close by, so we said whatever we’ll just try it, despite them messing up the cake order. It tasted like a regular cake, and not a rum cake. We didn’t even taste a single bit of rum in it. We called, and the only way they would do anything for us is if we went down and brought the cake back, which we couldn’t because we don’t live close by.
If you want an actual rum cake and want what you actually ordered, don’t go here.
Honestly incredibly underwhelming. Everything tasted stale.. I ordered an eclair, cream horn, cannoli, fruit tart, and donut. The cannoli and fruit tart were especially stale tasting.. but the worst offender of them all were the cupcakes with rose on top. They were INEDIBLE. They tasted like poison. There was so much dye taste in the frosting and the cake itself was so old tasting. For me to not eat a cupcake says A LOT. Such a waste of money I’m still mad about it.

their breakfast sandwich is good– classic and hits the spot for a good price. The custard cup and donut are pretty good too. Just a heads-up: go for the small donut, the large ones tend to be undercooked and doughy inside. I’ve also had a muffin ring go moldy overnight, so yeah... it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Set your expectations right – nothing fancy, decent prices, but sometimes you’ll run into undercooked or old stuff.
I ordered a rum cake for my mom's birthday which you had to order a day in advance and pay in advance when I went to go pay in person they spelled Mami wrong then when I picked up in person the next day they didn't have what I asked them to write on it the girl asked me did I not want anything written on it I said I clearly told them what I wanted on it she took the cake out the box and wrote what I asked for. My mom was very disappointed with the cake she said it didn't taste like rum cake and said it was bad.. never again will I order from them. They can't even spell or get the order correct
I purchased 2 slices of cake one lemon , one chocolate moose , I was some excited to eat them only to cut and they were hard . The cakes taste like they have been sitting for weeks. It was not fresh tasting nor did it have a good taste. At one time this bakery was very good but seems that management has changed along with presentation of items. Will not return !

They are pretty slow and not the best customer service. The drive-thru is so small the cars always block the street and cause traffic. The parking lot is not big either for the volume they have some days. From what is visible, I can say the place is fairly clean though. Since Paulette left years ago, it's gone downhill. She works with me now in finance, pursuing her degree. I always loved her customer service and as soon as we had an opening, I referred her for the job. She hasn't disappointed. Word to the current employees: Whether you like your job or not, you should always perform as if you love it and with pride. You never know if the next person in line is your future employer.
I've been taking days to leave a review here, but I always end up changing my mind, thinking that people have bad days at work and end up taking it out on others and that next time will be better. I was wrong!! The service at this Dunkin' is getting worse and worse, the employees show all the time that they don't want to work. Why are they there? I'm paying for a service that I don't get. There's always something wrong with the orders, ALWAYS! There's not once that I've come here where something was missing, you pay and it doesn't come what was ordered, whether in the order or in a request. I live two streets away from this store, which is very convenient because I buy coffee every day, and I have to drive further to buy it at another store because this one isn't worth it.

Opted for Dunkin over a local coffee shop to save some money and I got what I paid for. Watered down iced coffee that just tasted like slightly favored water. My husband’s tasted like watered down milk. Won’t ever go here again. Don’t waste your time or money - just go to the Fairfield one.

I just ran in and out. I needed change, so I purchased something quick. They had a ready made cup of munchkins at the counter, so I got one of those. In and out. Seemed fairly clean. I didn't have much interaction with the staff.
The WORST Dunkin’ donuts EVER! How is this fast food and cannot pick up the phone. ALSO, the nerve of toasting my bagel WITHOUT adding cream cheese.
A few nice workers, but some of them got some real bad attitudes. My order always gets messed up somehow. Just go to a different Dunkin.
I asked for two croissants toasted with butter and jelly and the lady at the window proceeded to hand me croissants without anything on the and put the butter and jelly on the side and told me that I have to do it myself that they don’t do that here . I am very dissatisfied and will be giving a review . I’ve never had this happen to me at any dunkin donuts . I’ve never been told that they don’t do that there . 0/10.
Thus location always over charges you. They argue, then they realize they are wrong. Last, they give you less than what they should. I will never return there 3 times over the last 2 years I've been there and something is over charged.
Staff can be slow and sometimes rude- I literally had one chiding me about picking a 'girly drink' for getting a chocolate latte- but generally the end content is pretty consistent

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts frequently and it’s one of the freshest Dunkin’s. S-tier dunkin. They have the coffee on tap, you know when the coffee is on tap, the dunkin is fresh. Not one of those gas station Dunkin’s with rubber bagels. If you come to this dunkin you will be treated by smiles, and quick service, with fresh affordable food done right.

I would really like to be able to get breakfast without having to listen to employees fighting each other.
The older woman at the register was so sweet, but the shorter girl in the back was making a scene. I was there for about ten minutes, but it had been going on before I got there according to another customer. The second girl seemed to be trying to de-escalate but the loud one would not drop it. Really, really unprofessional.

So this spot has been here for as long as I can remember, but recently they did a remodel & from what I have seen so far that’s what they needed; In the past I got my orders wrong or it was cold but so far there new ticket system seems to be way better then it was previously.
The parking isn’t great & neither is the drive through but most people use the parking lot next door to makeup for it.
Now the inside is slightly smaller now than what it was before but it’s more modern/current to accommodate for on the go orders as well as for deliveries too. Whether it’s day/night there is always a good solid crew on to make things smoother in case of busy times through the day.
The line was so slow I literally thought it was a one man show and there person in the drive thru was a new hire so I was very accepting. I was in line for more than 20 minutes and the woman taking my order had the rudest demeanor. I finally pull up and a black woman with tattoos on her arms said she didn’t take my order and she couldn’t find it so I needed to go back around in line. WHAT?! I stated that I couldn’t and had been in line for a long time already and she got such an attitude about that - when she finally ‘found’ my coffees, quite literally sitting on the counter behind her, they were disgusting and there were 6 people working! Completely unacceptable standards and appalling staff.

Drive through employees are rude ordered a simple matcha latte told him if he can please add some strawberry purée to the cup as I have ordered it this way before with no problem he proceeded to say “WHATTT” I repeated myself and he replied we don’t do none of that here I replied yes you do I got one last week so I say just give me a regular matcha latte if it’s too hard for you and he replied with “ yes it’s to hard for me” goes to show they hire people who don’t like their job and don’t want to work not knowing how to make a drink is fine but replying with a sick remark is real crazy Dunkin do better and chose your employees better !

Been going to this location for years after 3 pm today I decided to go @ 11:00 staff is clueless I order the same frozen coffee every single time. The lady is gonna argue with me and try to charge extra. Won't give Business again
They can barely handle more than 2 orders at a time. When you get to the counter expect to wait 5 minutes to even get your order in. They consistently take wayyyyyyy too long. I wouldnt complain if this didnt happen so often. Ill change my review if they decide to get their act together.
The Indian lady is rude and does not know how to greet or make coffee I purchase two coffees because she didn’t know how to make the coffee I asked for. And it was disappointing never again

I go to this dunking every morning and get coffee and lately all of the employees there have been so rude they just make up the orders I got the $6.00 meal deal today and I got it in a ripped paper bag and when I asked them where the box that they put it in was they said oh we don't know where they are and just shoved the bag at me and then when I asked her if I could have ketchup she said they didn't have any and there's always different people working I go there every morning and every day it's someone different working and they don't know what they're doing
The Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite place to get the cold brew with sweet cold foam. Everything is usually good from there, but the same order doesn't always taste the same. I assume this is because someone different is making it. So, to avoid this, there should be instructions to make every type of drink or anything else taste the same no matter who makes it. Overall though, the food and drinks are good and I go there at least twice a week after work. (I work third shift. So, I get out at the perfect time to get breakfast)
(Not that Dunkin' in the afternoon or at night is weird)
The person at the counter wipe his nose with a napkin through it out and then said can I help you. I asked him for a pumpkin coffee and he gave me sweet pumpkin coffee. I should have checked but I wasn't thinking.
So on the way back from my niece house I went back and asked them If I could have another coffee because of the sugar, which I didn't say sugar free. The women did I waited too long and there was nothing she could do. She said to come back tomorrow. I said I'm not from here. Then she said sorry. It was a bad experience from the guy wiping his nose and then got an attitude when I said you really should deinfect your hands. To the girl saying I can't replace your coffee because there are cameras and I will get in trouble. I even showed her all the coffee was there except ONE SIP.

I often show patience when awaiting my order but this Duncan two thumbs down! I was on drive thru/ pick up first. The line was just at a stand still. After not moving for about 10 mins devoting just inside to try and pick up my mobile order. Once inside went to the young lady at the register. She was very accommodating explained my situation and she handed me my drinks. Told me that food would be right up. Waited patiently another 10-15 minutes. I watched as about four staff members kept making drink orders while one person seemed to be making food. One other person worked the drive up window. In disbelief of how there was no apparent help to the food making, I decided I ask about my food again. The staff seem to be bothered that I came inside after not wanting to stay in a non moving long long line outside. I finally get my food and one male says “oh next time don’t put drive thru!” I get back in my car now to take the food home to my waiting family, only to find I was missing an order of hash browns!! SMH this place was too too slow and very unwelcoming!!! The only helpful person was the young lady on the inside register!

consistently horrible service even through the mobile app. how do you manage to mess up a order when it was pre sent to you 10 15 minutes in advance everytime. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. that is not a croissant i dont know what that is but its not. manage the morning shift better this is not it
Worst Dunkin EVER. Stayed in the drive throu unmoved for 15 minutes before deciding to park and go inside. Asked for our mobile order. We were given our drinks which was already waiting on the side. We were told she was making the sandwiches now. Waited an additional 10 minutes. Asked for the status of our order to which we were brushed off. 5 additional minutes Asked someone else to check the side for our food and there it was. A nice cold sandwich that was done long time ago but never given to us. They had 4 people making drinks and 1 person making food. No one bothers to check in and find out if you ever got your food they just set it down and ignore all attempts to get their attention. Zero customer service and super slow inefficient ran store.
Literally waited 25 minutes in the drive through and was very patient because i know the fast food industry could be rough but to be missing 3 things from my order and not have simple things done right like adding butter to my sandwiches is unacceptable
I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at this location. I placed a mobile order and waited more than 15 minutes, while walk-in customers who ordered at the counter were served immediately.
When I respectfully asked about the delay, the staff(an employee in her 50’s), rude and told me that “people ordering at the counter have priority,” and even suggested that I check if someone else had taken my order. If this is truly the store’s policy, it undermines the entire point of mobile ordering and is unacceptable, unhelpful and unprofessional.
Next time I’m seeing the franchise owner I am going to bring it to his attention. I also filed a complaint with the corporate. Tired of dealing with this type of attitude.
I went to Dunkin before work I wanted and everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a small hot tea three creams six sugars. My whole entire order was wrong and it was too late to go back. Some jobs care about productivity more than quality, speed, and time more than the quality. I think this restaurant needs to learn about quality. I know speed is a big thing because it is Dunkin and a lot of people order in the mornings. But double checking and making sure that all orders are correct should be top priority as well as making sure the line is moving
Watch your debit card transactions here! They are stealing money. I got $33 worth of stuff from here the other day and when I went back and check my transactions it say $44 was taken off and now the payment is complete. I’m definitely disputing this

I highly recommend their conchas (pan dulce), they’re so good! This is my first time getting La Rosca de Reyes, it was a bit dry but I’m still giving them five stars because their other sweet bread is usually good. I still haven’t tried their food.

La Flor de Mexico never misses, I recently tried the Cemita Hawaiana and it’s so good. the food is always delicious and the cemita is pretty large as well.
The place is small, but it’s been a staple Mexican restaurant in the area for a long time, the service is great even though there’s not much room to dine-in.
Some other items I’d recommend are the tacos, huaraches, and nachos.
Drinks: Squirt and Manzanita sol.

I have been there many times to buy Mexican bread, and on some occasions I tried their food. Love their bread taste fresh and authentic. Yesterday I purchased “La Rosca De Reyes” a traditional mexican bread for three kinds day. It was good and fresh. Photo is not the best but just for reference.
My experience with day they ruin my brother wedding they charge me for a little cake 400 hundred dollars and the was little and not the same as I was told the also keep my money when I bring the base they have only 2 base and one was a piece a paper but I’m going bring them to court soon
Their fresh bread is on excellent try to make it there early morning to enjoy it better.

I ordered I cake for my daughter’s presentation on June 21, they told me the cake will be ready for Sunday afternoon between 12pm and 1pm. When I when to pick it up they couldn’t find telling me they needed the paid receipt. Long story short they never made my daughter’s cake and they ruined my daughter’s first family get together. Nasty people. I got charged in advance but they couldn’t deliver quality service

This spot is really roomy inside of your not in a hurry you can actually sit & eat for a change & I have been around a few Dunkin’s & not many places now do you have that luxury of doing that. It’s super clean/nice inside, they have have most of the drinks you want on tap. Had no problem getting my order correctly. Staff is super friendly as well.

I just want to share my bad experience that I had this morning in this place, my husband and I went to buy here but a woman served us very ugly, and she didn't take the order correctly, when we went to complain she made an ugly face at us, it's supposed to be The customer has to serve them well and kindly, people like that woman should not be working this place because they run to the costumers. and thus they will be left without a costumer if they continue to treat the costumers badly. We definitely not return to this place very racist here!
If some one asks for light ice, it probably means that they DO NOT want their drink literally packed with ice from top to bottom. Additionally the staff here is constantly rude, unpleasant, and far more concerned about gossiping with other employees than doing the bare minimum of their job.
The customer service here sucks...rude and lazy... take forever to get your food ... I don't know if it's just the morning crew.. but I'm good on this place

Insane that their employees can’t do basic math, or at least the girly that checked me out didn’t. I was going to get 6 coffee rolls and half a dozen donuts. Proceeds to try and charge me 80$!!!!
And I questioned her and she said they’re 6$ each… which they’re 2.50/3$ each. And even if 6x6 is 36$ what on earth is going on are people stupid? Not going back there. WORST attitude not to mention.
Idk who be hiring people but it’s a battle for worst dunking in Fairfield county between this dunkin and the dunkin next to ups on Honeyspot road.
Completely incompetent work crew. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
