My first time trying Artuso Pastry Shop it was very delicious and the customer service was the best the girls working in the front were really nice and attentive. The tri color cookies were really delicious I would recommend to anyone visiting the Bronx 10/10 will come again.

Local Italian pastry shop with the best coffee around! Especially when made with the hands of the beauty full server: Jessie, sweet and tasty just as her energetic personality! She is definitely an amazing asset to the business and the pastries are amazing. Please when you go in ask for Natalie you will not be let down.

It was my first experience at Egidio Pastry shop of September 7th during Ferragosto Italian festival. I had a cappuccino that had a nice flavor. And I ordered a cream horn, that had an amazing filling and a wonderful taste. I also got a half pound of biscotti's which have a wonderful taste to them. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again to try the other amazing pastries on display.

Great service - even if it seems a bit chaotic they take care of everyone with love and a bit of NY attitude. My kind of place! The cookies are all fresh and delicious but came here for rainbow cookies or ‘tri-colors’ and they didn’t disappoint! I started with three and ending up getting 10 more to go share with the family.

Very disappointing. The pastries were soso. One was hard, didn’t seem fresh. Fillings were soso. Wasn’t worth finishing. Ordered a cappuccino it was lukewarm, but delicious. The rhum pastry tasted like watered down rum. Looks are deceiving. :/ I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop here.

Egidio Pastry Shop 622 E. 187th. St. Bronx, NY 10458 Chocolate Mousse Made with chocolate cream and chocolate hazelnut bread, the cookie crumbles added a nice touch because it gave it that slight crunch. It has a smooth creamy taste, but my only critique is that I prefer to have this type of dessert chilled. There is an adequate amount of table seating, but it is tight.

This such a great place to stop and grab a hot chocolate, a coffee and some pastries during the holidays. The service is great and the atmosphere amazing. The workers are so nice and polite. Me and my family had such a nice time.

Spontaneously stumbled into Gino's Cafè because the cannoli in the window looked amazing. And wow, they were! Filled freshly in front of us, perfectly creamy and crispy. But the sfogliatelle are the real gem here: a pastry that is notoriously labour intense, here made to perfection - perfectly flakey on the outside, with a great cakelike filling. It brought me more joy than I dare to admit. If I would live here I would go there every week and I would die a happier- and heavier - woman. Grazie mille!

The rumors are true. Super friendly owners who chatted with me about the history. And they had just (today!) released their opening day Yankees Cannoli Cookie! So tasty, warmed chocolate chip cookie topped with cannoli cream and then further topped with a mini cannoli. Impossible to beat, and the food was all delicious

I ordered 5 large cannolis and I wish I had ordered at least 5 more to take home to my family in Boston because the first five were too good to save any and bring home, they were all eaten within a day!

Great place for fresh bread. So many different flavors to choose from. Came here for the olive bread. A little salty. Generous amount of olives. Semolina was delicious. Went with one of those large black and white cookies for a late snack.

I ordered a soccer ball theme cake and a sprinkle cover cake for my brother and A hello Kitty, rainbow and cotton candy cake my sister and they were both amazing super full of flavor and perfect for family events and small groups. There were plenty for everyone even seconds. The ordering process was super easy and they were very easy to contact. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious and stress-free cake experience. Can’t wait for the other custom cake. So glad I found a cake store in the Bronx. And for my brothers seventh birthday, they did amazing cake. I try a new recipe and it was so good. Conti’s is the absolute best bakery in the Bronx! I’ve been going to Conti’s for the last 6 years for all occasions. They are prompt with responding to cake quotes, and they make sure to listen to what you want in your designs. I needed custom cupcakes in 24hrs and they made it happen! I was searching for a bakery to make my son’s 3rd birthday cake and my co worker recommended Conti’s. It was as easy as going to their website, uploading a picture of the cake and requesting a quote. They responded quickly and the price was reasonable with the option of delivery to my home. It was quick, easy and convenient. I was so pleased with their service and the cake was made perfectly. Exactly how like the picture I uploaded online. And can’t forget the cake was delicious! Everyone loved it.

Sal and Dom’s went above and beyond in creating the perfect cake for my bridal shower! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, turning my vision into a stunning reality. This place has been around for a long time, and it's slowly declining. I gave it two stars because their Tiramisu is delicious, but their cookies are like rocks with sprinkles. I spent 2 dollars on a large sprinkled cookie. I went to take a bite and I could have cracked a tooth. I banged it on my kitchen counter and it barely made crumbs. The cookie remained close to intact. Ask the girls behind the counter how long the cookies have been sitting there for before purchasing. My mistake for not doing so. If they say the same day, then they must use too much baking soda. Save your dentures or veneers folks! Be wary about them cookies.

INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, HOSTILE! The cake collapsed and so did the professionalism. What followed was the most condescending and defensive interaction I’ve ever had with a business and that includes the the baker, Carlo writing me scathing emails accusing me of being “prejudicial and dishonest” for sharing my own experience! I had to block him because it was basically harassment and deflecting with performative victimhood! I ordered a birthday cake that collapsed before it was even cut, had the wrong filling, and was slathered with an overwhelming amount of whipped cream. It was inedible. I politely emailed with photos, explained the issues, and brought the cake back in person. While I was given a refund, the owner Carlo chose to hide in the back instead of apologizing face-to-face. Initially, he told me on the phone that my initial 5 minute review “kept him up all night,” but showed zero concern for how he ruined our celebration. Rather than apologizing outright, he lectured me on “cake physics,” talked over me about how long his bakery has existed, and blamed the issue on the cake not being “cooled in time”, a problem he knew about but still sent out. He even claimed maybe my family just doesn’t like sweets, completely ignoring the fact that the cake didn’t meet the order specifications and fell apart. What pushed this over the edge was his unhinged follow-up emails, where he doubled down instead of showing an ounce of accountability. He falsely claimed I lied, completely misrepresented the facts, and painted himself as the victim, all because I dared to post review with photos after receiving the refund. The refund was never contingent on me removing the review. To be clear, I decided to post this review because of his aggressive disrespectful behavior afterwards. His version of professionalism seems to be rage emailing a customer for telling the truth. The elitism is also hard to ignore. When I first came to place the order, the woman at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor just by taking it. Her tone only changed when she realized I knew the Westchester nail salon she snobbishly name dropped. The way this bakery treats people varies depending on your name, your background, and whether they think you belong. Just check how they respond to reviews, polite and courteous to some, defensive and rude to others. A refund doesn’t excuse poor service, condescension, and public gaslighting. I’ve been a customer here for decades and expected more. If Carlo had simply apologized sincerely and handled the situation professionally, this review wouldn’t exist. But his arrogance and lack of accountability speak louder than any cake ever could. My advice? Spend your money somewhere that respects both the occasion and the customer. This place doesn’t.

Very disappointed with the cheesecake we ordered for our daughter's birthday. Initially we wanted the 10 inch and were told they would only be able to make the 7 inch. Now that I've had the cake, I wonder if this was because they didn't have sufficient ingredients. The texture of the cake was not heavy and dense as cheesecake is expected to be. Instead it was light and crumbled very easily....similar to what you would get from a regular vanilla cake. The taste of the cake was also off. Are they trying to scam their customers? This was my first time ordering a cake from Sal and Doms. I decided to go with them because this is where my other family memebers have always bought their cakes. This will certainly be the last time.

I'm bought a bday cake for 50 ppl for my son's bday. Red velvet to be exact. Never seen cake disappear so fast. Ppl were commenting and asking where the cake was from.

This bakery has been in the area since I was child and from their boxing it says 1956. I recently went to pick up 2 sets of cookies and 2 Flans for the Thanksgiving dinners I was attending. Both houses loved each of the things I brought. The workers are very polite and thankfully the line was not long at all like some other bakeries I've been to in the Bronx.

Excellent cappuccino, perfect for a dip of their excellent biscotti. I love coming here with the kids because they have little pastries that mean your kid is not eating his/her weight in sugar but feels like it's a nice treat. These are the most delicious pignoli cookies I've ever had (almond with pine nuts on top) and are very expensive because they are only with almond flour. Be warned not to have price shock with those.

This place was pretty good. The service was the highlight. They did a great job interacting and answering questions. I especially liked the packaging they put your purchase in. However, for 7.50 the little cup of creme brulee I had was meh. The top was a little on the bitter side and the bottom wasn't even solid. Too runny for my taste. My son had their chocolate milkshake and said it was great though. Very nice display and store layout. Worth a stop though. Please give them a try they have a large selection as shown in the photos. More like a great cafe than just a regular pastry shop. Amazing large collection of pastry (over 40 options at a decent $20 a pound price) along with gelato, great taste, ample seating and friendly staff. There is a $10 minimum for credit/debit card payment though. Great place to meet up or go for a snack as a group. They also sell coffee beans. I got 7 mini pastries (av $2 per piece) and all of them were pretty good, especially the chocolate eclair, walnut brownie, neopolitan pastry and chocolate cannoli. The chocolate cannoli had a chocolate shell both inside and outside, keeping it quite crisp. The hazelnut gelato was pretty good as well. The shop is also quite historic and was opened in 1925.

Great little storefront with fresh bread items and some sparse desserts (just packaged cookies). No cakes, danish or similar treats available. The staff were all super sweet and helpful. Their olive bread is amazing! A previous reviewer mentioned them “making” off menu items for their friends/neighbors and I fully believe her. A gent came in during my visit and requested something they definitely don’t carry but they told him to wait while getting it prepared for him. Guess it’s more “who you know”. I’ll definitely return just for the pane di casa and olive bread.

Moved away from NY many years ago. But today we returned to Arthur Ave and 187th, Bronx NY. Terranova you have awakened a childhood memory with your "LARD BREAD" that you call "CHICKLE"? I have not had lard bread that porky and delicious in 60 yrs! Now after returning home, I will make another trip to get as much of it as you have on hand. The other bread is also very good but the lard bread has to be hidden from me or else....

This is a small bakery focused on breads and they have a ravioli section. Bread is amazing and fresh. My favorite is the olive focaccia . The rolls and bagels are great. I would love to come back for ravioli. If you want fresh homemade breads try this place out .

Today a customer ahead of me ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese . While toasting his bagel , I ordered the exact same thing. I never seen or heard this being done so I guess it was a new thing. I was told I couldn’t have my bagel toasted or with cream cheese, it was only for “him because he worked at the pharmacy across the street “. I was confused and continued to purchase the uncooked bagel. I asked at least could I have the bagel sliced and also was turned down as they continued to dress his bagel. If you’re giving customer service give the same service to everyone . It shouldn’t matter where I work or who I am It gives off classism which can lead to racism. It was embarrassing and very unfair. Do it for all. Or none. Thank you. Ps. That will be the last time I’ll be visiting.

The best bread! One bit of a problem tho, some of your employees are very sweet & respectful & very welcoming. There is just one of them that it’s a bit rude & I wanted to know if she has every right to stop me from buying more than 5 packs of 7 grains bread? She quickly tells me that she can’t sell me whatever it’s left because she has to have at least 1 or 2 packs of bread in display for other customers to buy. If I’m a customer & I want to buy whatever is left is because I live pretty far. I love the bread don’t get me wrong it’s the best & I as a customer would love to buy without an employee rudely telling me that she can’t sell me whatever is left.

Morrone’s Pastry Shop & Café 2349 Arthur Ave. Bronx, NY 10458 Cartocci This Sicilian spiral shaped donut is coated with sugar and filled with ricotta cream. I wish there was a tad more ricotta filling. Otherwise, it was love at first bite.

Visited this place for the first time while on a trip to the area. Sad to say it will be our last visit to this place. We were far from impressed with the taste of the baked good. Everything looked delicious but maybe it’s just not what we’re used to. The only thing I liked was the cannoli. The shell was fresh and crispy and had good flavor. The cream puff I had was tasteless and the shell was hard and seemed old. The cookies we got were soft and cake like not crunchy as I feel they should’ve been. My kids had the cartocci and said it was horrible and tasted minty and ended up throwing them away and based on the description I didn’t feel it should’ve tasted minty. The service was fine and the young girl was friendly. And for the one box of stuff it was $40.

Not so great for the money. I purchased cannolis. Each side had a dot of filling, the filling had no taste. The tiramisu tasted alright. This forcing taste like Italian bakery but more like Spanish , diabetic. I’m taking it back.

Came here with my daughter on mother's Day and they were insanely busy. The ladies behind the counter were so incredibly busy and each and every one of them was so polite, friendly and helpful to the customers. I know this because I was on line over half an hour. So many delicious pastries it's hard to decide!! I was in heaven here! They are very nice, tables to sit and enjoy if you want a coffee and pastry. We did both, ate a sweet bite at a table watching trays of delights coming out fresh from the kitchen. They have beautiful cakes for any occasion and we took home a bounty of pastries. Can’t say that I agree with Infatuation’s chocolate cookie rating #5, as my cookie felt like it was way too bitter for it to be good. Good crisp and not too dense. Cookie is by weight—two rainbow cookies came out to $3.xx. I enjoyed the rainbow cookies way more than the chocolate chip. Staff was super friendly!

Anything short of 5 star review could only be written by a competitor trying to talk trash. Impossible because it’s awesome. It’s amazing. Incredible. Stupendous. Best black and white cookie. Best in New York? No, best of all times. That’s it. It’s simple. My kids got the donuts and loved them endlessly.

Had a bagel here today. Everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel appeared hand-rolled and baked well, with a nice crispy outer crust and soft interior. The bagel was a bit more chewy than I'd like but not I'd prefer that to being too bready. The bagel was fairly small but dense which is good. Seasoned well. I enjoyed the bagel but there are many great options in NYC. Could have more vegan options

My first time trying coco bread with beef patty. Very interesting though to me to have the beef patty inside the coco bread. But it works good together. Their beef patty got good spice in it. Definitely good beef patty to get. They do closed at 4 and line can be long out to the door.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. The lady who helped us was so kind and welcoming. I’ve tried their meatloaf, beef patty, veggie patty, and chicken patty, all of them were AMAZING! The spice fruit bun was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend 👌🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ok this was a really good patty but definitely wasn’t the best in my opinion. With that being said if I’m in the area I’ll definitely be back to grab a quick cheap bite. pro tip get one coco bread for every 2 patties it’s the best combo. I feel a whole bread too much but half a bread with one was amazing. Loved it. Kingston Tropical Bakery is the real deal. If you’re from around here, you already know — their patties are unmatched. That crust is flaky, buttery, perfect every time. Seasoned just right, a little spicy but not crazy. You grab one fresh out the oven and it hits different. Coco bread is a must — soft, pillowy, straight up comfort food. Throw a patty inside and boom, you got yourself a whole meal. They move quick too, so even if there’s a line, you’re not waiting long. It’s one of those Bronx staples — no frills, no gimmicks, just good food that always delivers. If you’re in the area and never had a Kingston patty, you’re seriously missing out.

Kingston Tropical Bakery is one of my go to spots for patties especially when paired with their cocoa bread. The bread is soft, fluffy, and buttery, and goes perfectly with the warm, flavorful patties. I also tried the carrot cake loaf, which was very good moist, well spiced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The line can look long sometimes, but it moves very quickly. Definitely worth the stop!

I drove from Brooklyn to this place after I saw a few reviews and YouTube short. I ordered, chicken patties which I loved. Beef patties which my family said was amazing and the meatloaf and for that I went back inside and ordered more before I even drove away, soft coco bread and the meat filling was AMAZING. It was worth the drive and I will be going back. The people were relative friendly just busy so they were not chatty.

The food speaks for itself. I never by any other beef patty or chicken patty. The coco bread sooo soft. The carrot cake was so moist and flavorful. Best patties I've ever had hands down.

This is the finest bread bakery in NYC! Every loaf of their traditional Italian bread as well as their specialty breads are fantastic. This is the bakery of my youth, I'm now 70, and anytime I return to the Bronx we stop to load up on their bread. We buy a bunch of traditional Italian breads to freeze - except for the loaf that doesn't make it home as it was broken and devoured in the car, plus several of their specialty breads. We especially like their lardon bread, tomato bread and olive bread. But the truth is that I could live on their bread sticks! Plain or with a little butter they are a taste of heaven. I grew up in da Bronx and Addeo's is a taste of heaven!

No where in the Bronx can you find the perfectly baked Italian bread that Addeo & Sons Bakery makes. This place has by far the best Italian bread with the crunchiest ends, crunchy crust hiding the perfect inside. All the Italian delicatessens serve and use Addeo bread for their sandwiches. Like I said , I grew up in the Bronx's Little Italy and know where the best of everything for the palate is. Yum to the 10th level!!!😋

I can't speak enough about how fresh and delicious their breads are! Addeos has been a staple to Bronx Little Italy for over 80 years and still going strong. Pleasant service with a smile could be improved, but it wasn't horrible. The ladies were nice for the most part. But I love coming here when I visit my mom in the Bronx and always will. Please try the olive oil rolls and the chocolate rolls....to die for! You can't go wrong! ❤️👍🏼😊😉

It's a very clean busy good smelling bakery. They have just about everything you can think of and their Italian bread is really good. The sfugatellas are really good. The only inconvenient things is that it's a cash only place but on the upside they have great prices.

Walked in due to the wonderful aroma of fresh baked goods and was totally satisfied with getting oversized cookies for me and my cousin. A box of sugar free cookies for my uncle and a box of cannolies both varieties to share at my uncle's house with other family members. The cake was absolutely beautiful. My daughter was so happy. The ease of getting a quote was so helpful as well. I would recommend Valencia to anyone who has very special wants. The only downside to the pickup location on Edgewater is that there's literally no parking, but the staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The cake was perfectly boxed so it wouldn't slide around and they advised me on how to keep it chilled to avoid any cosmetic damages. Definitely one of my top 2 go-to bakeries for cakes.

My family & I have been going to this bakery for decades & we were highly disappointed in this cake!! $120 for this disaster!! They should be ashamed of themselves it’s like they had a child do this cake! Such an embarrassment! They really thought that this cake was okay! Me & my entire family will not be coming back! They’ve fell off completely! They got a little screen time & got a little over their heads!! Next time pre check your items cause this was sloppy & looks like it was cooled properly! The donuts here are amazing! I think we got 5 in total today and they were so fresh. Everything was delicious!!! Def recommend coming here. The ube donut and apple fritter donut are a must. All the donuts were so light despite the fillings and weren’t overly sweet. Hoping to stop by soon again.

Had to try this place because of their flan, and they delivered. I'm not a fan of donuts, but I was surprised about the flakiness of the dough, also not too sweet nor greasy, paired with a good and firm flan.Definitely a must try. The lemon cookie was a last minute addition and tasted good. The Ube was also a nice surprise as it was the mango float (I wish they could make a plain custard one!). The only complaint is in the matcha cruller, too greasy for my taste. They open late and there are plenty of people in line even during the week. It's easier to get pastries later in the AM but past 11:30 AM they might be sold out. Kudos to one of the owner for trying to make sense of the line outside.

I had been meaning to try Kora for so long but kept missing the pop-ups. When I finally did go on a Sunday at 9am I anticipated the wait but the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful in coming out, explaining the wait, the process and giving us hope, answering questions on what they would likely have and what might sell out. I got inside about 10:15 and loved the space. The decor is very neutral toned and I recommend sitting if you can. Since there is currently a 6 pastry cap, I got the ube babka, coffee cruller, cinnamon cruller, spam pan suisse and leche flan donut. Every single one knocked my socks off. I have been to allot of bakeries, and several Michelin Star restaurants, but I can't think of any that compare to Kora's pastries in terms of variety of flavor, texture & dynamics of taste. The lofty, butter-rich steam air that is trapped inside each layer, the soft and supple textures of the bites was intoxicating. The spam pan suisse with pimento cheese had a touch of savory heat while the outer glaze added crispy, crunchy sweetness. The the braided babka touched with salt played well together with the sweet profile of the ube center. I am very partial to coffee/coffee cakes and the Coffee Cruller was my favorite. The outer layer and coffee is delicious but I could not believe how tender, cloud loft, buttery soft the inside was. Even if the pastries are sold out the cookies and coffee are sold throughout the day and the full glass storefront lets in plenty of light. It is going to be my go-to coffee shop. Also, I really appreciate the signs in front explaining the current situation with the facilities, projected waits on weekdays vs weekends, and the explanations of the multi-day processes it takes to prep elements that go into the pastries. PLEASE don't be upset if items are sold out as all new businesses have growing pains. Do your homework and plan for a 1.5-2 hour min window from the time you arrive to when you eat. You can taste the effort and artistry in each bite, so make time for the experience (just my input).

Ok, so I’m not the person that likes standing on a line for something, but I’m so happy I did. While waiting in line, someone kindly came and spoke to us and shared some Expectations such as respecting the neighbor businesses by leaving space open for the doors. Super sweet. Anyways, once the bakery opened their doors, they had us come in groups to keep order and give us a good experience. They have a huge window so you can see them preparing the goods. Everything looked amazing so I had to buy a few different ones to try. Faves are the flan one and the ube donut. Everything is tasty and beautiful. I also tried one of their signature drinks and even though I don’t like coffee, this one was amazing. All this to say, this place is beautiful, the staff is super nice and the goods are amazing. It’s a must and it’s worth the hype.

As a Queens native, I have been waiting to try Kora for years and finally got to try them out! I got there on a weekend around 9:30am and got inside by 10:30, which was expected. There was a worker who came out and greeted everyone, and also updated everyone on the timing/amount of pastries left which was very nice of them! Once I got in, I was greeted at the door and all of the workers were very hospitable! I truly appreciate their warm attitude during such busy shifts. I ordered 5 pastries since the limit is 5 and I got: the ube donut, the leche flan ni lola donut, ube babka swirl, passionfruit bun donut, and the ensaymada croissant. My #1 pick was definitely the leche flan ni lola donut!!! Absolute fire. The ube babka swirl was my 2nd favorite, do not sleep on it. The rest were also good, however, the ube donut was a little underwhelming in flavor and the passionfruit had a nice cream but the donut itself was very doughy in texture. I am a huge foodie and growing up in Queens, NYC, we are exposed to so many great bakeries including Filipino bakeries in Woodside. I love the flavors of Filipino pastries and desserts and I guess I was expecting a wow factor after waiting so long to try Kora. The leche flan donut, I would definitely order again. The rest, maybe not. But that is my preference and I would definitely come back to try the other pastries that I couldn’t try this time around!

Would travel and line up to wait for Filipino pastries and coffee anytime. If you’re willing to do the same for food, Kora will be worth it! Right before the store opens, one of the owners and the staff will go outside to greet the waiting guests and brief them on how things will go. This was a nice touch as I didn’t feel so lost. I did anticipate a line and a wait. All in all? It took about almost an hour to get inside. Not bad of a wait, but I had company too. So that was a good way to let time pass. Once inside, it felt warm and welcoming. We got in line and someone from the counter will assist you to choose your pastries. They place the pastries on a “bilao” or tray/basket. Note: A max of only 6 pastries per guest. Then you reach the cashier and you can order a drink. Pay (and tip 😄💕) and then wait for your order to be boxed and name to be called (if you ordered a drink). My friend and I stayed a while to chat and enjoy the pastries. It’s a good idea to go with someone so you can each order other pastries and have a pastry tasting party! Haha I might be too lazy to type in each pastry we tried and share my comments, buttt so summarize: you won’t go wrong choosing any of the pastries! The hot Ube Latte complemented the sweetness of all the food we ate. Each piece was honestly not too sweet either. I had leftovers and will try to toast the croissant to have a little crunchy melted cheese top. 😍 would go back again!

I was honnetly a bit let down by Levains. I just felt the cookies were not balanced in flavor and not a texture I enjoy. The magnolia was doughy, not goey, and didnt have much of a savory note and the oatmeal was the same but even drier and didnt have much oatmeal in it.

Came in to try some cookies. The staff is so friendly and create as super warm atmosphere. The cookies are heavy and fresh. Not super sweet so depending on how you like your cookies will depend if you like these. Daddia was extremely helpful and patient with helping me pick out cookies.

I got one chocolate chip walnut cookie and one s’mores cookie. Both were really good, and seemed like they were baked recently. I also got a cold brew coffee which was very acidic. This made it hard to drink, I ended up throwing it out.

Chocolate chip cookie 100% lives up to the hype! The other cookie that we got, as well as the baguette and jam were great… but nothing at all like that cookie. Within 1 bite it is clear why this place is famous for this cookie

we just left this modern location and feel so positively that i’m immediately writing a review lol. every aspect was great. off the bat- as someone with celiac & also nut allergies this place gave complete peace of mind. totally gluten and nut free! and despite that, the food was still amazing. my boyfriend who is not celiac said the food tasted almost identical to not gluten free food. plus aside from that this location itself was great. beautiful, clean and spacious. plus the staff at this location were awesome. these are things we believe the other locations lack so if choosing between which to go to- definitely come here!!

The bagel was very good! I had one with smoked salmon and the salmon tasted very fresh. It was a bit expensive but, I was full after one so definitely worth it. The location right near Central Park is also nice. But the inside of the store was a bit lackluster with no real seating options. They had a lot of bagels to choose from and the service was also friendly!

First NYC Bagel we tried and it was pretty good! The lox bagel with cream cheese and guacamole tasted fresh and delicious. The bagel with tofu was alright, skip that. The glazed donut was better than expected! Line and wait was long because it was packed in there, overall it was a great experience!

I’ve found another strong addition to my ongoing NYC bagel research. They offer a variety of hot sandwiches, open-faced bagels, and baked goods. Their bagels are incredibly fluffy. A major bonus: everything is gluten-free, with easy customization for dairy-free and vegan diets. B even if you’re not gluten- or dairy-free, this place is still amazing. The shop was packed on a weekend, but the line moved quickly, and we got our orders within 10 minutes. Their uptown locations are conveniently close to museums, galleries, and Central Park. ＊Farmer’s Garden $13.5 An open-faced bagel with heirloom tomato, cucumber, crispy capers, basil and dill. I chose a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese, which paired perfectly with a light drizzle of olive oil. It was super refreshing. Compared to the tomato bagel at Apollo Bagels, which I also loved for its crispy sourdough base, this one was much fluffier. Both are great in their own way, but this version felt lighter and juicier. ＊G’Day Mate $10.5 ＊The Big Show $11.5 The G’Day Mate was drizzled with harissa aioli which I really liked the spicy kick, while The Big Show was their vegan take on a classic SEC, made with vegan sausage. The portions were generous. The bagels were definitely filling, but not overwhelmingly massive like some other NYC bagels. We often find NY bagels a bit too big for one sitting.

In all seriousness, I had to hold back tears because my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was THAT GOOD! Absolutely mind-blowing amazingness... and those who know me will tell you I am one of the toughest critics. We WILL be back! Thank MBB!!!!

I cane to NYC specifically to finally try Modern bread & bagel 😍 AND WOW! It was so nice to get food with a line up, I know not something you think one would rave about lol but having celiac and seeing a crowd of people in line to enjoy food who are there for the simple love of good food whether they have celiac or not made me happy and I was able to feel “ normal “ again. The staff are very sweet. Lucy ( sweetest and kindest ) made me the absolute BEST iced coffee I had ever had. I could never get something like a French toast iced coffee back at home 😭 and the babka omgosh where to I begin other than describe it in emojis 🤤🤯🥹🥰!!!

We had a delicious lunch at the Corner Cafe & Bakery! I had their Shakshuka and my guest had their Spanish omelette, however we could have had pasta, pizza, lasagna and all kinds of salads . And their desserts looked fabulous!

Great service very good price. If you order a pasta comes with soup or salad, and they bring you a bread basket. Nice place. Very cozy. Would definitely come back if in Riversidale. Sorry for the picture. I forgot to take it before, lol. It's the funghi pasta, but I changed to fettuccine.

Delicious breakfast food and I loved the heated terrace. So sunny and airy but still warm. Service was top notch! I really appreciated that breakfast mains included coffee AND bread - and no upcharge for GF toast!

Amazing food and nice portion sizes. Love the spinach crepes - like savory blintzes, and the potato and vegetable latkes with sour creme. Really nice balance of flavors without being heavy or greasy. For delivery they also package it with seals for keeping it kosher. Highly recommend.

What can I say, the donuts were exceptional. Fresh as fresh . The strawberry cheesecake mini pancakes omg so fantastically delicious. The ice coffee I got was so good perfect to the taste I should of got a large instead of a medium. Will definitely go back.

Recently, I visited this charming little donut shop while craving coffee. Hands down, it was the best coffee I’ve had in a while. The coffee was incredibly good and flavorful. After enjoying the coffee, I couldn’t resist trying the donuts. There were three different ones in the pictures, and I tried all three. They were freshly made and tasted amazing.

I went in at 3:30 p.m. 3/5. and they still had a good selection of donuts left. I wanted to try them after I saw a tiktok video, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the cinnamon roll donut and the Nutella banana. They are big, very decadent, not too sweet, and the consistency is like an old-fashioned donut with a modern twist. I will definitely go back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. Very delicious

Great experience here. The donuts were all amazing and tasted fresh. They look small but when you get them home, they seem to grow in the box lol. They are filling. 1 1/2 is more than enough for me. And I’m a big man. A must must must try is the chicken and waffles. Strawberry cheesecake waffles to he exact…. I will be back just for the waffles !

I was seeing this place all over Tik Tok and knew I had to try it. And I was not disappointed. I got donuts only but I will definitely be back to try their donut sandwiches and chicken and waffle combos that they have. Go to Grounds DH in the Bronx and you will most definitely be happy that you did. BTW I took bites of them before taking the pics lol but the strawberry and blueberry cheesecake donuts along with the blueberry muffin donut are heavenly divine.

The doughnuts were good, cakey kind. They were not overly greasy. I wanted the base dough to have a bit more flavor but it was fine. Definitely fresh. The signed said closed but there was people inside and we were waved in. It was very expensive. And they charge almost a dollar for a splash of oat milk in a coffee. Which I found ridiculous. Overall I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go here but I would stop in if I was walking by.

The ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They didn’t rush us at all and answered all our questions with a smile. When my son didn’t like his iced coffee, they swapped it out for another drink without hesitation great customer service! Now let’s talk about the donuts… hands down some of the best I’ve had in my entire 40 years of life. The guava and cheese is out of this world, and the coquito latte? Flavor explosion. If it had rum in it, I’d call it perfection but since I was with the wife and kids, it was actually even better because I got to share the experience with them. We literally tried every donut they had, and there wasn’t a single miss. This place is a hidden gem and an absolute must-try in the Bronx!

The little girl in the front needs to be trained. Her attitude shows she doesn’t know how to do customer service. There is no reason why i should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for slice of cake that is already made and prepared on the counter. Just needs to be purchased. This is not my first time in here and i know i used to use tap to pay they literally still have the machine) the little girl in the front going to tell me they never took card. Granted, they do have a sign up that says they only accept cash and ebt.. along with a qr code that brings you to their “app” (which is a WEBSITE - the manager tried to debate) i asked to speak to the manager since i was trying to add the slices of cake i was purchasing to my cart online, it kept giving me an error message. I asked the girl if their website is working and showed that i was receiving the error message. The manager comes out front and grabs a binder out with different forms of payment the store accepts. He asked if i wanted to pay with zelle or cashapp. If these are options, WHY DID THE GIRL NOT MENTION THAT IN THE BEGINNING OR JUST HAVE THE INFORMATION POSTED. That was so stupid.

I was really disappointed with the service I received. The staff member who took my order seemed really annoyed and rushed to take my order. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and sent the photo to the number provided as she requested. When I arrived to pick up my order, they initially couldn't find it, and once they did, the cupcakes looked nothing like what I requested. The decoration looked very amateur, rushed and unprofessional and they didn't taste much better. Honestly, the decorations on the cupcakes seemed like something a child might have scribbled. I can’t believe I paid for such poor quality.

Recently ordered a cake from Ubereats. I was so happy they actually had full cakes available. I was able to have them write something on the cake as well which i loved. I ordered candles with my cake and that didn't arrive. I asked for a Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake looked absolutely beautiful. I loved it. The cream cheese frosting was NOT good at all. Tasted like horrible butter cream or something. The cake was good but the layers are thin so there's no missing the nasty frosting. I will give this place another try soon. Maybe try some of the smaller items or buy a pie or something. I'll def stay away from the cakes for now.

I was surprised by how high their prices are compared to what they offer. While the products are decent, they don’t justify the steep cost. It’s disappointing to see such inflated prices for items you can get elsewhere for much less. I purchased a shareable chocolate cake for thanksgiving and i was hoping for a $50 charge condiering i can get same cake at a supermarket for $35-40$. Here the price was $75. I recommend people check reviews or ask about prices before making the trip to avoid feeling let down. Azteka Bakery might be convenient for some, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the premium they’re charging. Try out somewhere else until the price gaging here stops.

I came to Azteca bakery in search for some treats. As I entered they seemed like any regular bakery I have been to. I picked up my tray and started to pick out some pastries. I got a concha, a type of milk bread and a crispy pastry. The woman behind the counter was very nice. As I tried my treats on my way home they were just decent. They were not sweet which is probably a good thing. I had a lot of hope for the milk toast because of one I had tried in México once but it didnt live up to the hype. I will be coming back here to try their other pastries but until then they receive a solid 3 stars.

Got my girlfriend a Mangonada. It put a smile on her face and made her feel like she was back in Mexico. The bakery itself smelled amazing. The pastries are delicious. If you are in the area please support the local business as it is something that should be celebrated.

I tend to go after church for a mangonada and some bread to eat next day with coffee. My family likes it and they enjoy their drinks 👍🏻.

this was my first time trying Chip City cookies and I’m positively surprised! The cookies were sweet, gooey, and just perfect. I got the chocolate chip, blueberry cheesecake and reese’s peanut butter blast cookies and all of them were great (although my favorite one was blueberry cheesecake). Also employees were patient and friendly 🖤🍪

These are not your regular cookies, these are the best cookies in town. They are big, chunky, freshly baked and they taste like a little piece of heaven. There are 13 flavors in total yet they do 4 different ones each day. There is usually always a line outside no matter what time but it runs fast and they are worth the wait. Each cookie is about $4.75 each or 3 cookies for about $14 total. Small place with big flavors. My favorites are oatmeal apple pie and chocolate chip. The oatmeal one tastes like a perfectly baked apple pie, with the right amount of sweetness, so soft and so delightful. Now as a chocolate lover, the chocolate chip cookie is just perfection for me.

Oh what a shop to be in!! I love this cookie shop!! Their cookies are so damn good. I cannot tell you how great they are! They cost a tad bit more than a regular run of the mill cookie but I promise, they’re so good. My favorite is the s’mores cookie. Metered parking is available but you can’t sit in the cookie shop. The customer service is excellent, my server was super friendly and helpful. Pre-ordering is also available.

Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies. Not impressed at all. Needs to be sweeter saltier and chewier. It tastes too dense, crispy and doughy somehow all at the same time. It’s also entirely way too large. Idk why certain establishments are obsessed with making these gargantuan cookies but then forget to focus on the flavor and texture. Like thanks for the value but it still doesn’t taste great. You’ve only accomplished giving me an even larger mediocre chocolate chip cookie. Insomnia Cookies is better than this place. If you want an actual good chocolate chip cookie, go to Culture Espresso or 7 Grams in NYC. THAT is what it should taste like. Even LeVain is way better than this if you must have a baseball sized cookie. Unfortunately, I am still searching for anything decent in my neighborhood of Astoria. Why is this so damn hard to find? People trying way to hard with the simplest of cookies smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

Me and my mother stopped by here and bought 2 carrot cakes. One was with nuts & raisins and the other was plain. Both lacked flavor tremendously. The icing is overly sweet and the cake literally has zero flavor. It’s very unfortunate because someone told us about this place but never again.

They’re my number one choice for whole cakes or slices! I was near this location and decided to get me a slice of carro! I also ended up getting a pineapple layer slice which is delicious! Wow, was I happy to go there! The staff is friendly and chatty! The space is comfortable and clean! This is my first visit to this location and not my last!

MOLD ON SLICED CAKE- I ordered one slice of the carrot cake (w/o raisins or nuts) as a birthday treat for my partner on Uber Eats. When it arrived, the slice had noticeable white and green mold spores on either side of the slice. Uber did not let me report this as a food safety issue either; I was only able to get a refund if I claimed it as “stale” which was NOT the problem. Will not attempt again.

I love carrot cake so there was no way I was going to miss this stop at Lloyd's. Our first couple of bites seemed promising but overall their carrot cake was average at best. We ordered a slice with nuts and raisins. The cake is very moist and dense which I loved. And I always love nuts in my carrot cake for texture. But there wasn't much complexity in the flavor. There wasn't much spice to it, a bit plain though not overly sweet. The cream cheese was a a little off ratio to the thickness of the cake, thought it was good and pretty sweet. I also ordered a German Chocolate cake slice and that was a total miss. It was just as thick and dense as the carrot cake slice but so dry. If there was more frosting perhaps in the middle, that might have helped, but the icing was a bit sparse as well. Customer service in the store was transactional, but standing right outside was a man who was friendly and said, "It's so good right?" Appreciated his warmth and friendliness though unsure if he was a customer or affiliated to the store. There are a few other cake options to choose from and you can buy by the slice or whole. Plenty of people love Lloyd's so they must be doing something right. I just didn't love it as much as I thought I might.

The best cake and best carrot cake in New York City. Fresh, delicious, made to order, family owned, and has become a family tradition but also a neighborhood favorite. The 10 inch cake is plenty big for a party or 10 people, the 12 inch cake can serve around 20 people. It’s that big. Delicious frosting, and can order with or without raisins. Custom writing also available for all cake orders.

The absolute best carrot cake you will ever have. Worth whatever distance you have to travel to get this cake. Doesn't matter how far you have to go, don't even consider getting a carrot cake from anywhere else. Amazing!

I love a good bake shop. First time here, staff was very nice, the horseshoe cookie was fresh, I had a fruit tart as well.It was fresh and nice. I love the raspberries. The custard and crust was good, but not the strawberries, they weren't fresh . It's clean inside. New bake shop for me

I just went there to get something sweet after eating and I decided to get the Oreo cheesecake for $6, I thought “I love Oreo Cheesecake, it should Be good” I was so wrong. The cheesecake did not taste anything like Oreos or cheesecake just straight refrigerador and it was disgusting. Just wasted my money, my time, everything and the service wasn’t great either, the girl looked scared to serve me so if she knew the bakery items were old why would she still serve them? It’s disgusting, poorly managed business and clearly not fresh goods. I’d rather go else where.

If I could give the food a 0 I would, however, the girl serving me was very polite. The cake tasted and smelled like rubbing alcohol, not in a good way, in a cardboard sandpaper way, and hardly stayed on the fork. Don’t waste your time money or sanity. Just because it’s morris park doesn’t mean its good. This place should be condemned.

I’m not really a baked goods type of gal but was looking for someplace that sells cake and was open early around the area. I got a chocolate fudge cake and 2 different cookies. The employee there was quite helpful. She seemed to be the only one working. I asked for a cookie recommendation and she said she likes the cookie with chocolate baked into it. The chocolate cake with fudge is very sweet. It’s the type of sweet that you need a glass of milk with. Too sweet even for me. The cookies were ok - like any cookie you’ll find in the market. The cost of a cake and two cookies was about $22. I thought that was affordable and decently priced but then again, I’m not a pastry person so I wouldn’t really know the price range of this stuff. No credit or debit cards accepted. It’s a cash only place so I would recommend bringing cash. If you’re a first timer like me at this spot and don’t have cash on you, the ATM is available around the corner at the 99€ store.

It's very off-putting and I felt really awkward standing and waiting for service. They're male manager, even though he seen that his staff was busy preparing other customers orders he should have started to take waiting customers orders to decrease the number of waiting customers but instead he ignored us to finish talking on the phone! I felt that his actions were very unprofessional and he should have shown better leadership skills.

Hilariously awful experience the place is at joke... One employee, a male comes to the window at 1am mind you This is a twenty four hour dunkin.. no coffee, no donuts available. Why are they even open? Oh, and here's the kicker, as i'm walking up to the window to initially place my order.. I saw the guy picking his nose... He wiped it on the night window..

Today in the early morning of 02/26, I received the worst treatment as a customer. I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived at the place the man who was working made me and a lady wait for more than 15 minutes in the cold (knowing that we were already there because he had already served the lady, he said he had no order and went inside) later when he came back and finally served us he told me he had no product I wanted, yelled at me, told me to cancel the order and went inside). I tried to cancel the order but was unsuccessful. Anyway, if you don't like your job, change jobs.

I'm visiting a lot of Dunkin stores all over, but in this particular place, I am very disappointed. I went to order, and the girls were not smiling.... not talking to me just told me ok you can pay and I wanted to confirm my order just in case I forgot something . Then I was waiting to pick up my order, and the girl forgot my donuts and when I told her I have donuts she dnt even talk to me and neither when I said thank you she didn't reply nothing . Her face was almost to the ground . I'm very, very sorry cause I leave around riverdale and we are very friendly and that place I'm not recommending to anyone. I hope the manager can do something cause a lot of people complaining about the attitude the stuff has .

This place used to be better but lately it's kind of crap. Nowadays they're running out of bagels, croissants, crumplets, even tuna fish. Interestingly, they claim to sell tuna fish salad, but it's just tuna with mayonnaise, not salad. The tuna on bagel with Chedder cheese I like to get used to be tastier and better made. Furthermore the staff has been less friendly, more rude and often don't listen. They've been denying me and my partner 5% senior discounts. They used to give it with no problem. One time I ordered coffee, the service clerk was too quick and he wound up tipping it overboard when placing it on the counter. A few drops got on my then new shoes but am lucky I wasn't burned or injured. Their coffee is good but often don't follow the preparation directions I give. Sometimes they make my sandwiches not the way I request either. As for atmosphere, the place looks a bit bleak, uninspiring, and a tad desolate. I never got sick eating here, prices are reasonable but if you want good fast food, I'd suggest going across the street to the Greenland Mart. This Dunkin' Donuts is kosher dairy, incase you follow Leviticus 10-11. This place is a safe bet but not the greatest.

The place is cold by the temperature inside as the employees behavior too. Lack welcoming, they should be trained that the customers paid for their wages. Some nice low volume music at 7 am is a very good welcome.

Shaym is the best worker. He should receive a raise and/or a promotion for his his gracious service and ability to conform to the needs of his customers. Shaym has managed to outshine his already very helpful colleagues, and for this he deserves to be rewarded. I asked him to not put cream cheese in the bagel’s hole and he did so. For this I am forever thankful.

I really liked the service from Yusuf! Yesterday I had a cappuccino there, it was incredibly delicious, I go there often, but it's a pity that Yusuf only works on Sundays ((((, just try his cappuccino blast, only he makes it so great!!!!!

anytime I come up to New York our first stop is at the bakery. my wife, my friend and myself always get an onion roll and pastries. I live in Florida now and you can’t even get anything as close as what they have. The girls that work there are great. The next day I went back and they ran out of onion rolls, the day after I went back and they had two saved for me. How can you top that type of service in atmosphere? We make sure we go every day until we return to Florida.

LaSalle bakery has been around for along time. They still make the best jelly donuts and crumb cake. If you go definately try their jelly donuts! Been enjoying them for over 30 years.

If I could give 0 stars I would all the pastries taste old and taste like they were made a long time ago which I think they become the tres leche was expired and the milk was curdled and I didn't notice to till after the purchase.... Be better

The breakfast is amazing The cakes are delicious, 4 stars because they put the wrong cream in my child's cake and we didn't know until we cut the cake at her party, but other than that this is an amazing bakery and breakfast spot, the food is delicious! My daughter does not like Strawberry lol UPDATE! being that this is THE ONLY bakery in my area I bought another birthday cake on emergency, instead of chocolate mousse because they always put strawberry jelly with strawberry pieces in chocolate mousse cake (idky) I instead bought a reg cake with vanilla cream, and I wish I did not ever spend a dime on that cake, when I say BONE DRY I MEAN BONE DRYYYYYYY, it's sad because the icing was pretty good, the cake was fresh but the cake itself was dryer than the Sahara desert, I wish they would just do better with these cakes, there's no competition in the area so they just don't put any effort into these cakes and it's so sad, I was better off buying a carvel ice cream cake at the market for the same price, well lesson learned and I will not be supporting this bakery on any type of cake.

DISGUSTING!! moldy bread Me and my family have been eating here for a long time. One time i found a human FINGERNAIL in my oatmeal i went back and they gave me my money back. I let that slide BUT this time no way! After eating my entire bread i get to the end and find it was MOLDY! I went back and the lady behind the counter tried to tell me it was from a dirty bread machine like that makes it any better. She threw it out right away thank god i took pictures. My family is sick right now throwing up! I am calling the health department please stay away from this place they are also very rude on top of everything else!

I love this place. Their breakfast sandwiches hit the spot ever time. The downside is that this place gets packed in the mornings/lunch time. But what can you expect, they're awesome. You can find yourself waiting for 20+ mins at rush hour times in the morning. Update: 6 years later (2025) I can confirm they're still the best. This time around they made my daughter's 4th Birthday Barbie Cake. They did not disappoint! Everyone loved the tres leches flavor and asked for their location. Thank you Pitusa!

Local bakery with amazing fresh baked bread. The pastries are very well priced and look great. The only reason this place stands out is because there are no other bakeries near will quantity. Still a decent place with decent prices.

At first sight this spots gives off, “unfriendly community vibes”. However to my surprise the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was well prepared and the coffee was lovely. If there were to adjust their appearance, this place would take off.

We enjoyed our food and appreciated the attentive and expedient service. Though we were able to seat ourselves, we were warmly greeted upon entry, our servers were youthful, polite and worked together to tend to our table. We'd return back.

Awesome place to dine... pick your choice breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or even an after-hours snack an excellent choice anytime.

I missed royal coach that closedso much. My daughter wanted mixed berries from the front of the menu. She just got blueberries. They were decent. We didn't make a big deal but we were surprised. Service was excellent. Breakfast was once all good. I feel the food was too expensive but everything is going up. I spent 50.00 on one waffle order and an omelette and coffee.

I ordered a spinach mushroom ham omelette with home fries. It came out pretty good. Wait staff was really nice and efficient. Would go again.

Disappointed. The cashier was really slow. I only ordered a medium iced coffee w 4 Splenda and milk and the Snack bacon. More milk would have helped. It took almost 10 minutes to get my bacon. The coffee took about 2 minutes. A line was forming for order pickups as I waited for my bacon. The bacon is premade. The food order filler was going in order of the orders, but he probably could have gotten the bacon sooner. He double folded the bacon bag at least. The bacon was a lot of broken pieces, which was also disappointing. I am glad there was only one person in front of me when I placed the order, or I would have been there even longer. I am glad I do not need to visit Dunkin Donuts too often. This one will suffice because it is the only one in the area. I went on a Saturday early afternoon. I would hate to see it during the morning during the week.

Staff are slow. Give attitude at times. Orders take a long time... there's nowhere to sit. Food also often tastes 3D printed. They barely have donuts. How are you a dunkin' donuts without donuts???? mid experience, it's better than most though.

Not a full service establishment. No bathroom even for paying customers, no tables, online order pick up area no nothing but register. It’s set up to only take your money and accomodate you little to none. They should just make a smaller location so then people would know what to expect.

Victoria I believe she is the manager, she was GREAT!! she take care of customers, made sure the order was properly made with care. She showed me my wrap was overcooked and made a new one for me and let me take 2 wraps. She made sure my ice coffee was perfect with the ingredients i wanted and it tasted just right.

What happened to this place? It was so good before. Ppl here seemed hate their job so much. Never had a pistachio coffee w/o a tiny hint of the nut…. lol, just plain cream and sugar.

Honestly I got to get 2 drinks from two different dunkins to compare. I got the dukinlatte and it tasted off? I don't know how to put it or if it was just me. I like the staff I forgot to give my change and was about to leave but they told me to pick up my change. The staff is good. But it was busy so I don't know, yet. Will come back as it's right next to the park.

It's very busy in the morning. I'm usually there between 7:30 and 7:45am. However, the staff moves efficiently and expeditiously. Occasionally they get my order wrong like asking for ice coffee and they give m hot.

This gentleman should not be working at the register or interacting with customers. His energy is consistently rude especially toward female customers even when the mistake is clearly on his end. If a paying customer points out an issue with their order, the right thing to do is fix it, not respond with attitude. This isn’t the first time, second nor third. It only so much rudeness people gonna deal with. Overall everyone else is great I never have any issues.

The latte was disgusting after waiting in a 10 minute line. I asked for a refund the man refused and then lied and said his manager was gone. Then I swapped the latte for a mini bagel and donut the mini bagel tasted old and stale and so was the donut and I couldn’t get my refund

They gave me molded bread when I ordered uber eats from dunkin donuts got my order wrong and I called and the Indian guy did not want to tell me his name so I can get a new order without being charged now I have to walk back to get new order unacceptable and I will be calling the health department not ok selling people old stuff

I tried calling the store and speak to the manager but the person who picked up my call couldn't understand english at all. I asked him," Can I talk to someone else". He said," I am the only one who is working". Note: Call time 8:50 PM. Always try your donut first before purchasing it. Terrible store employees.

The staff is nasty the counter female snatched the money out my hand this morning and I promise if it happens again I'm catching a charge. They water down the coffee or serve you decaf when you don't ask. My coffee taste like shyt but I'm on the highway so I can't turn back around. This type of behavior is unacceptable either they switching what you brought to take the extra money out or something illegal is going on in there. This place is hit and miss. Some times you have great service some times you don't depending on whose working when you go. If its the woman with the glasses then your in great hands. Kenya us her name I think and she's the awesome. Then there's the issue of hoping they're still open when you go cause apparently they get to choose when they stay open cause I went to pick up a mobile order and hour before closing time and was told they were closed and to try and pick up my order tomorrow smh. If it wasn't for the fact that this was the closest location to my job, I wouldn't go here anymore.

Just wanted to also know if this is supposed to look like this or not, and they didn't give me the receipt either. I knew something was wrong or up once that happened, and the cashier that took care of me left to go make it.

KENYA female cashier with the glasses, BEST EMPLOYEE! So i have lived near this location for 5 years and never got good service till Kenya she is extremely professional in what she does and let me tell you the way she makes her matcha green tea drinks… she should be professionally hired, all jokes aside well deserved of a better title all around professional even the way she talks to customers. Please let her be known.

I warn anyone who goes to this Dunkin’ Donuts that their service is lackluster and they never have inventory to serve their customers. It’s always an issue, whether they lack croissant buns or sausage. Management has some explaining to do

The girl that’s there closed the door on us and is always rude and lazy. No work ethic. All the workers suck there. They are always lazy and rude. Yall gotta get a whole new team because the staff now ain’t it.

I grew up driving past this bakery when living in the Bronx. A sandwich, whether roll or hero is not a sandwich w out this bread. I make 2 hr trips to the Bronx now whenever possible to get my bread fix. You can use the finest meat and cheeses on a sandwich but if you don’t have it on their bread, it seems like it was all a waste and may as well had a sub way sandwich. Happy 100 Years!

If you want real Italian bread, the way it's supposed to be...crusty on the outside soft and doughy on the inside, then your at the right place. Excellent cookies too!

I could have gave 5 stars of it's not fit the trip I made to their store and find it closed when the webside said its open from 7 to 5 pm 7 days a week. Love the bread but I came back very disappointed 😥

As I always do, I went to Dunkin with my son on the way to drop them off at school. As always I got an egg and cheese or croissant and a medium coffee. My son tried the new pink refresher and a bacon, egg and cheese with a croissant

Bagels are hardly ever fresh. There are other locations where one can enjoy a fresh bagel. At this location, the bagels are a bit hard. Not good at all.

After the renovations, I am not sure if this place is under new management but it has gotten extremely slow. I went in for a bagel with cream cheese and was standing there for 15 mins while they joked with patrons and took care of some people before others. There is another DD on gun hill road that is super fast, taking my money there from now on.

This place is the worst if they shut down nobody would miss them or know they was there They never have chocolate ice-cream sometimes they make it for you and some other times the guys dont want to work bad bad bad

The most stale donuts in the Bronx, they try to get rid of all the old ones the most they can, also there donut leave a waxy feeling in your mouth, very weird something is not right.

Customer service was fine. The way they make their food is something else entirely. The food was cold. It tasted like freezer. There was no ac in the establishment and it was 85 degrees outside, so why would the food be cold?? It doesn’t taste ready at all. The avocado TOAST was not toasted. The bread was soggy. I feel like I wasted 20 dollars on this. If it’s gonna be that expensive for a couple smushed hash browns and one toast it should at least be digestible. Ridiculous.

The customer service is far beyond trash just like their dry & stale donuts. To be honest everytime I get a donuts it taste stale and a day old. There was an incident where the cashier took a customer who walked up to the counter , both ignoring the long line behind the previous customer. I walked out and went to a different Dunkin. Save your money and time don’t bother.

Most of these reviews are one-offs. I'm admittedly racist. (Meaning I choose my people first no matter what) it's a good place for Black people to buy. They are courteous and accommodating to us. Very rare for Indian owned establishments.

Horrible customer service. Cashier doesn’t greet customers but simply stares at them when she’s ready. Other senders follow suit maybe because of the example she sets. Very aggressive when stating orders are ready. This is not the example of a newly renovated Dunkin or the service normally expected of the company or past employees. It’s the heavy top/muffin top register girl on Wednesday May21, 2025 around 9:15. Its Dunkin. You know what youre getting. Always quick at the drive thru here. They do seem to be sold out of things from time to time. Maybe my timing is just bad. They're open 24 hours so I really dont want to fault them for anything. People working the window are always nice

Poor customer service . They prioritize mobile orders instead of the customers in store. I come here often if I could give 5 stars to the AM manager I would she’s always friendly and great customer service but the afternoon staff is horrible. Twice already one young girl because she seemed to not understand English very well and was getting upset with me and I think she purposely messed the drink up that I just threw it out. Then today a young man was eating I assume was his lunch and when I went to order he had a very nasty attitude like I am bothering him. It is not my fault he did not understand that I wanted 3 Expresso shots in the drink he asked several times if it was in the drink or on the side and each time I said IN THE DRINK. When he repeats the order he says on the side, I correct him and then gets mad and says that is what he has been asking me the whole time. I decided to leave and not complete my order this is why I try to only order on mobile and not at the counter being the afternoon staff never understands and always have very nasty attitudes such a great way to lose customers. Old AM staff is great.

Food is especially 3D/Digital tasting here. It feels like it's been warmed under a lamp or with a charger. They don't make special orders, only stuff on the menu and if you try to customize it they call you crazy. Workers are always screaming/arguing and you can hear it. They gatekeep every item and when you try to ask you have to ask a billion times for some ketchup or sugar. You can get some extra free food if you're Bengali though, I guess...

I stop by this Dunkin pretty often and they're always quick and friendly. My coffee's usually spot on, and the donuts taste fresh. It's a convenient spot, especially if you're catching the train nearby.

I have patronized this place for over 40 years. They were located near Grant Avenue on 167th Street. They moved to Morris Avenue off 167th street. They have the best patties and coco bread. They have beef, chicken and veggie patties. I like all 3 but my fave now is the veggie. It use to be the beef. My family out of town loves them too. They will put in orders and have us bring it to them when we visit them. I haven't tried the food yet.

Tied for the best patty shop in the. Bronx. Never had their cooked food but I understand it's pretty decent. Always the bread pudding and harddough bread are the best!

The patties here are baked to perfection, the taste and the quality is amazing. I love it here, may they continue to serve the community and bring us quality party for many more years to come. I mean that from the top of my heart, that’s how good their patties are.

This place is very small,but they have Good service. The employees try very hard to get the orders out quickly. They only have one sandwich ironbroad and it's small. The fire department does not allowed them to have a big one. We are going to find a way to get things out quiker. Sorry for your inconvenience

Excellent customer service!!.. You can get coffee and pastries anywhere but price & quality of food is exceptional. Attendants there are very friendly, detailed, understanding and very professional even when customers are rude,😠 obnoxious😲 and discourteous☹. These women work hard & get very busy, be accountable for your own actions if you forget your food due to your own negligence. A neighborhood place , nothing fancy . But they serve up some great sandwiches. Their cakes are made fresh and are very good. They also have breakfast and lunch specials. My self i think they use way to much butter on all their sandwiches, but maybe that's why people like them so much. Its a tight squeeze , and a wait at times All and all you get your moneys worth for a good sandwich

So earlier today I purchased two coffees, a sandwich, and cake. The women that took my order was talking to her co worker the whole time while preparing my order and gave me the cake and two coffees but she put everything in separate bag so it looked like my sandwich was inside. So when I got to my destination I look in the bag their was no sandwich, I tried calling the location and no one picked up the phone. So because I was a distance away I went back to the location an hour later. I asked for a refund she told me but my sandwich is right there mind u she was going to give me the same sandwich instead of providing good customer service which is : I do apologize for your inconvenience would you like me to make you another one? Instead the women gave me back my money with an attitude and I didn’t even leave the location the two women started talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand because of my skin tone, I can pass as a Caucasian women. So when I turned back around and said what did you say in Spanish? She was in shock and told me it was my fault I left the sandwich in the store. I will admit I did raise my voice when she told me it my fault. And she called me uneducated because I also told her as a customer I come in here for a service not to listen to you too have a conversation while making my order. This is why it’s bad to make assumptions, I speak 3 language and she assumed that I only knew English . I work in retail and I would have done anything in my power to give that extra customer service which is like I said before apologize and ask if I would have like a fresh sandwich or just gave the money back and apologize not the blame game.

Everything is like before but without any reason they increase their cake price. The cake which I bought 3 months ago with $20, now they're selling $35. Really incredible. All the Spanish ladies selling ice cream beside the streets $1.5 instead of $1 per cube.

I came in after I saw they have burrito bowls and I was pleased to see so many fresh ingredients. The staff was super nice, specially letting me try a bit of the available protein in order to make a better decision. This is definitely a gem right in Fordham road

Decent diner that offers breakfast and fast food options with exceptionally tasty ingredients (only edge it has over the other local spots). Sitting can be issue depending on how full or crowded the line is. Store size isn't the best but the tables/seats feel blissful when there's minimal people there. Only issues are the customer service alongside the price hikes. Sometimes have my order wrong even after explicitly stating how I wanted it prepared. It's a 50/50 with how many times it's happened. Probably the cooks favoring who tips and doesn't. Very weird.

If you want half assed over priced food made by the Spanish population this is your place to eat if you want authentication and good deals I suggest some other restaurant in the area you'll get more for your money there fries are bland and dry the salt packets are inadequate for there dry bad tasting fries I could eat all of it because of the taste this isn't the American Spanish experience I expected I as a person will convince my kids and family not to come here again $3 dollars for a small juice that's originally $1.75 to $2 and $4 for fries that don't taste right

I regularly order their burrito bowls through uber eats/grubhub but they refuse to listen to my order description that states for them to put my sauce on the side and it’s frustrating every time. Theres no option for me to choose no sauce so I can’t specify anyway. It also appears on their receipt so I doubt its because it is not seen. Great food, love the smoothies too and their breakfast and coffee items but can twin donuts please update their grubhub or listen to the special request? Ty.

There are about 6 homeless people in front of the door every day. It makes it very unwelcoming. They stand there begging everyone and it makes me feel like I should take my service elsewhere. Maybe security would help the situation.

On January 8, I ordered a maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich. While eating it, I felt like I was chewing on paper, and upon inspection, I realized the cheese still had the paper wrapping on it.

The lady with the glasses who’s normally at the cash register went to fix my order after the guy in the back messed it up she was coughing and sneezing into my food. Once she finished putting her germs on my food she tried handing it to me. Upon asking for a refund she said she will not be giving me a refund.

I placed my order with the lady & I told her I wanted glazed chocolate munchkins & she gave me glazed munchkins. She wasn't fully listening to me or the customer before me. T

I ordered a FROZEN mocha but for some reason the second day ordering it from this location, I get an ice blended latte. As if it was not blended with enough ice. So I ask for it to be reblended and just add more ice. That’s all really nice and polite, the woman on staff INSTANTLY starts to debate me. telling me she Followed directions and I’m just okay well I’m telling you didn’t add enough ice for a frozen mocha because this is a latte. They did NOT fix the drink and because it was an online order refused to do the refund for the drink . which I called and got back instantly but it’s the principle. I live in this neighborhood trying to support and this is how yall treat customers when the mistake is on your end??? Like are the ingredients for these coffees coming out of their checks or something!?!?? Cause the people you have working at this location act like it !!!! All I wanted was a frozen mocha coffee. And THE INDIAN WOMAN ON STAFF REFUSED TO REMAKE SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR, JUST SAD !

I constantly have issues with one of the servers here. She has argued with me several times and has been wrong and rude EVERY TIME. Everyone makes mistakes and deserves grace but the attitude afterwards is so unnecessary. For example I ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam on the app, and instead of trying to hear me out and understand her mistake, she just yelled and refused to make my drink correctly .

Unprofessional staff. Uber Eats drivers who deliver with non-car vehicles (aka bikes, scooters, etc) who like to make sure that drinks are properly sealed and/or secured so that they won't spill during transportation, avoid wasting your time trying to pick up from here, they will not work with you, they will not allow you to verify that the order is packed in a secure manner that you can feel comfortable transporting without it spilling or leaking, nor will they allow you to repack (nor will they repack for you); instead, they will hold on to the order (refusing to provide you with the order that you've been assigned to pick up) and call you a thief for having pride in doing your job right to the best of your abilities because you want to make sure that a cup of liquid won't cause you to lose money, possibly get a negative thumbs down rating, and also force you to have to return home to clean up the mess before you can get back out to work again. Again, if you're a delivery person doing deliveries with a non-car vehicle, avoid this place; picking up from here really isn't worth getting a bad rating or losing access to being able to deliver, picking up from this place isn't worth the very high probability of you being screwed. The particular incident mentioned above was a conflict with a black male who claimed to be the manager, so that says a lot about the place. Also, don't just take my word for it, read the other 1 and 2 star reviews that other people have left about the staff.

I have never done a review of any sort but something that one of the workers did has left me speechless. I went to this place to order something. Whiles I was there, I realized I couldn't find my purse so I was thinking I left it at home and left the place. To my surprise, one of the workers found it and kept it safe for me. She walked all the way to my house (she used the address on my ID) to give me my purse with everything in it. I can't thank you enough Darlene. You deserve to be awarded for this. Thank you so much. I will definitely come again. Awesome service and great staff.

I was born and raised in Harlem. Growing up I watched Harlem grow. I have watched Dunkin Donuts year after year and they are not an equal employer because they only hire people from a particular culture. However I have continued to support the local stores. Not only for myself but my children as well. But I have to say that the service in Harlem has been a bad experience time after time. This store refused to sell my son a sandwich on the bread of his choice and the young lady laughed at the cashier as they didn’t put the customer first and I just hope that they start performing a formal training for their employees so that they learn that the customer is always right and they will have some type of work ethic and not be so ghetto .

Consistently mess up my orders. They also skimp on certain things. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered 10 donut holes only to be given less than 10.

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts experiences I have ever had. Ordered a mobile order at 1:14 PM on a Monday through the app, and go to the store and the doors are locked. There are no signs or notes on the door, and I can clearly see over 10 employees in the establishment. Me and several people begin to knock on the door for them to let us in or at least talk to us so we can get our mobile orders and/or an explanation. Instead, who I assume was the manager simply waves at us to leave and come back tomorrow. It wasn't until the group waiting grew in size and started knocking repeatedly that they decided to address us as customers and patrons and not zoo animals meant to be stared at. Apparently they were doing a "cleaning" and were closed for the next hour. Never heard of a Dunkin Donuts being closed in the middle of the day, none of the donuts were covered as they were spraying chemical products, cleaning, & sweeping, as well as there was no notice of this on the app. The experience was dehumanizing, rude, callous, and the epitome of unprofessional. Even trying to request a refund through the app, requires you to wait up to 2 days just to talk to a real person. Horrendous all around, will never go back and not going to a Dunkin donuts for the Forseeable future

Worst dunkin refused to scan my phone

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered a specific drink and then the employees try to argue with me to say I ordered something that I didn’t when the employee was not trained correctly.

I'm extremely upset I ordered my coffee from this place and at first my coffee was made well the past couple of times I've went I've noticed my orders have been done completely wrong my bagel would be hard and my cross's it wouldn't be toasted. I never complained but today I ordered coffee for pick up and noticed after drinking 95% of the drink that there was dirt and hair on the bottom of my cup! I'm extremely disgusted and afraid I might get sick since I've been ordering for pick from them for a while. Please beware this is extremely unsafe and unsanitary. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an Uber order waited a whole hour, and the delivery guy arrived, and Dunkin Donuts stated they never received the order when it clearly stated on my Uber app it was received! This isn't the first time they have messed up on orders even in person when I go they have attitude. Yelling isn't going to make it better. I don't recommend this Dunkin' Donuts at all!! They are very unprofessional! I will report this to Dunkins corporate!

They always steal some of the food and never deliver complete items. This is the third time they doing this. They don’t pick up the phone as well. It’s very bad. They will go out of business soon because it’s very unethical to steal client food ordered from the app.

The kids who work here close the place whenever they feel like it. They had a sign up saying they open at 12pm and it’s 3pm and now and they out the sign right back up. After shopping I asked if I could purchase and the girl said they were closed. Get better workers who want to make money for you business

Showed up a hour after they were open. Upon arrival the place looked closed lights out and windows shut but you could see two employees inside rolling dough tried to ask a question about ordering. The employees asked for one minute. Waited 7 minutes before walking away not one employee tried to help me.

The grub is great but the staff are slow. I initially couldn't find the location while in the area, which nearly got me lost, but had to do some searching only to find that it was a hole-in-a-wall. As with the other AA's usually the food is expensive, so only go occasionally. Also, they should start posting when they are out-of-stock when a product is requested. It could save a headache.

I am not a pretzels person but I went there with my sister( she bought a soft one). She said that it was pretty good. I got a very good tastey cup of juice. It is very nice place for quick snack.

They didn't open on time, and when they finally did open, they said to come back in 30 minutes because the pretzels are not ready. So we then came back an hour later, and the pretzels we wanted were still not ready. It's a small booth, and they don't seem like they have many customers. Not sure what they are doing to not have pretzels ready. Left empty handed twice, very sad.

I am always coming back to this store when I crave pretzels and cinnabons. I had such warm, moist, soft pretzel bites and classic roll.. they literally melt in your mouth and the best part of it is that the store is so clean and the service is 10/10.

Every time I come in here I always have a great experience. I work in the area and stop by weekly, the ladies are very great at remembering faces and learning our orders(the regulars) although it does get busy sometimes, they always remain professional. 1 of the ladies in particular always has great customer service, I asked for her name but I’m unsure if I’m spelling it correctly, Kohinoop(sorry if I spelled it wrong) keep up the great work.

I went there in the past weekend. I must say am pleased with the service they provide here. Although, the food is a little overpriced for the amount, the great customer service makes up for it. Terrible customer service I went to get a cup of pretzel and as soon as the lady on the front grabbed the pretzel cup without even ringing me up she ask me to tip her. I was in disbelief that is disgusting and made me never want to step foot in that place again.
