Hotel
Hôtel Mercure Amiens Cathedrale is a contemporary accommodation with 102 4-star rooms, offering a French restaurant, cocktail bar, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel provides an ideal location for exploring Amiens, with some rooms featuring balconies and direct views of the cathedral. Whether traveling for leisure or business, guests can enjoy spacious and brightly colored rooms with comfortable beds.
Comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, and a cathedral view that makes you feel practically blessed—just be ready to confess a few curses while hauling your luggage from the nearby public parking. Still, a charming stay with a few extra steps of penance.
Małgorzata M — Google review
We booked to stay one night so we could explore Amiens. The hotel is in a fantastic location, we'd booked rooms that overlooked the Cathedrale and they delivered. Very comfortable bed, a quiet location, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We could not have asked for more. Emma on the front desk was so friendly and really made us feel welcome.
Caroline W — Google review
Had a lovely three-night stay at the hotel. The staff are wonderful and the hotel met exceeded / expectations. Our room was large enough for two people and our dog. The rooms were clean and so were the common areas. Across from the hotel are many green spaces to walk your dog. Loved being in the city center across from the cathedral and close to sites and restaurants in Amiens. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast buffet and also enjoyed evening cocktails at the bar. TIP: The nearest underground parking garage does not have an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, there is a 10-minute tourist drop-off parking spot located at the side entrance of the hotel.
Sharon — Google review
Great location, pleasant hotel staff, lovely decorated rooms, hallways & lobby, excellent food (dinner). Cucumber mint water, sweet treats & sparkling water dispenser in welcoming lobby lounge area was a nice added touch.

Hotel location is perfect to arrive by train from central Paris. This hotel have very good designed room. The people who are working in the reception are very kind and supportive.
Ayşe T — Google review
Pros: - Only 100 m to the Cathedral; - Public parking at 2-3 min on foot; - Very friendly staff; fast check-in; - Spacious, clean and quiet room. Cons: - The smell coming from the sewage system of the bathroom and the low ventilation in that space.
Marian N — Google review
The hotel is ideally located a few metres away from the Cathedral, a short walk from the city shopping area and an easy walk to the old town. This was a walk-in booking. There was an initial mix-up with the number of nights we asked for. This meant that we had to change rooms for the second night, but we were upgraded to a Privilege room for the second night at the Standard room rate. The rooms were very comfortable with Queen size beds, facilities were good. The reception area was very open and relaxing with comfortable seating and even a table with jars of pick-and-mix sweets. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. There is secure parking 2 minutes away, it cost us €22 for 2 days parking. All in all, it's a very nice hotel, which we could highly recommend.

No air-conditioning that works . Beds are flat boards. The shower room is cramped if you are over 4XL size

Conference center
Holiday Inn Express Amiens, an IHG Hotel is a contemporary 3-star hotel located in central Amiens, adjacent to the Gare d'Amiens train station. The hotel offers 66 comfortable rooms with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and complimentary breakfast. It features a fitness room, meeting facilities for up to 40 guests, and a convenient location near the Espace Industriel Nord business district and Megacite Amiens trade fairs.
Good hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, city center, old town, and museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides friendly, helpful customer service. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Great value for anyone visiting the city. Recommend to stay.

Great location with helpful and polite staff. Clean and welcoming environment. Rooms a bit small as with many city centre hotels. Good value public parking under hotel. Credit to Maxime and Eva for help with dietary issues.
Gary H — Google review
Not impressed. Room fine. Location ok. BUT. Bathroom toilet laid out in such a tight space that I had to become a contortionist to sit down on it - with my knees pressed up against the wall (I’m 6 feet tall - 182cm). But that’s not my gripe. When we arrived (double room, 2 people sharing) we noted a coffee machine. Great! But only two sachets for it - one normal and one decaffeinated. We both like the caffeinated version of coffee. Obviously a mistake we thought, and anyway, we like proper caffeinated coffee both at night and in the morning so we’d need more. We went to reception to ask for more coffee sachets. The very pleasant young man on reception was nervous about handing out more sachets… I think he is new to this work and inexperienced. He thought the policy was just 2 sachets per room. We had to go out to eat and he promised to phone the boss to ask. When we came back he handed us the one extra sachet we were allowed according to his boss (and as it turned out it was decaffeinated). Nice young man, doing his best, “only following orders” etc - but come on Holiday Inn, get serious. If a customer asks for a couple more coffee sachets, tell reception to just apologise, hand over plenty more, and better still, put an adequate number in the room to start with. Better service enjoyed from just about every other budget chain - including the Ibis in Amiens, which was even nearer the centre and cheaper

Location is good next to the main station and a parking house. Spent a night here in a room that was confortable and clean with all the essentials. No view though window was to a back alley. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Littel to expensive for a night but I guess its the location.
Niels N — Google review
Ideal base from which to sight-see Amiens or use as a base to visit the WW1 Somme battlefields. It's adjacent to the railway station; five minutes walk to the main shopping street, cathedral and river (with restaurants). Clean if small rooms; reasonable breakfast area. Public underground parking attached which is clean and well lit. Only down side is that lift is small (so long queues if a big group arrives) and gluten-free breakfast options are limited.
Mark G — Google review
Reception helpful, room clean and comfortable but agree 1 full caff coffee pod in double room is a bit much. Breakfast awful. Cups plates cutlery replaced but nothing to put on them, not even a baguette and we've been waiting 20 minutes. Needs someone with some organising skills.
Dilwyn B — Google review
The room had non-functioning bedside lights working( fixed later),the vanity unit light did not work and was told there was a complete fault which could not be repaired, there was no box of tissues present(eventually arrived),was offered a glass of wine as compensation!!???....very poor room servicing in my view and would be put off staying in any of your hotels again.
Joe R — Google review
Compared to other holiday inn express we have used this was not as nice. Rooms were small but comfortable and the shower was not brilliant due to the eco head that they have fitted. Coffee machine in room is a nice touch. Breakfast was adequate but did not offer the bacon or sausages only eggs. Would I use again? Probably as in the centre and underground parking was only €9

B&B Hotel Amiens Centre Cathédrale is a contemporary budget hotel with streamlined rooms, a restaurant, and a 24-hour bar. The venue offers Wi-Fi in public areas and is located at the heart of Amiens, just 850 meters from Tribunal de Grande Instance of Amiens Courthouse. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms with effective air conditioning and amenities such as a 32" TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also provides all-you-can-eat breakfast with quality food options.
Five stars for a budget hotel. Not luxury but such a good value overnight stay in Amiens B&B. The hotel was in a great location, with easy parking in street, although we could have used secure underground parking. Room was clean and a decent size. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff. A small bar with pool table available. Good coffee and pretty good selection at breakfast. The evening restaurant was closed but this didn’t bother us as there were so many choices nearby.
Anne M — Google review
Booked a family room for 3 adults for an overnight stay in transit from Alsace to Normandy. It was a big saving not having to book 2 rooms. The room and bathroom were clean. Ample storage space. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was OK. Overall package was excellent value. If you are looking for a hotel for a romantic weekend this might not be the best choice, but for a simple short stay it was very good.
Pompey C — Google review
We had a fine stay. The breakfast and service was very good. But.. The first room we've got had a hard vacuüm sound. The second room was connected with the room of other guests with a door in the room and you can hear the neighbours very good. Even the snoring, wispering and the bed sports.
Annabeth B — Google review
Stay in the hotel but it wasn't a good experience. The rooms are small and not clean. Heating was well. Only 1 pillow and no extra blankets. Beds are small. The bathroom was small. The shower looks old. Only 1 towel for each person. I stayed in other B&B hotels were are the conditions much better.
K.k. P — Google review
No complaints for the price! Service was great in both English and French and the room was very clean and comfortable. No fridge or microwave in room but that’s okay. Elevator was helpful with luggage and I could walk anywhere in Amiens from the location. Thank you!

Great stay , very comfortable and both the Night Shift and the day shift staff were great

The ibis Styles Amiens Centre is a modern and relaxed hotel conveniently located near the train station. It offers stylish accommodations, an Italian restaurant, and a bar for guests to enjoy. Situated in the heart of Amiens, it provides easy access to Quartier Saint Leu, a lively district with vibrant bars and picturesque canals. The hotel's proximity to the Jules Verne House allows guests to explore the life and works of the famous author.
Great location, very central, in walking distance to all the main points of interest. Super comfortable bed and pillows, nice room with great shower. Great breakfast and lovely staff. The parking is convenient and the parking spaces are suitable for large cars. Offers nice working spaces too, if that's what you're looking for. Overall, great hotel
Catarina C — Google review
Loved my stay at ibis Styles! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was bright, stylish, and really comfortable – I slept so well. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and the location made it really easy to get around. Great value for money, and I’d definitely come back!
Manu V — Google review
We used the parking facility which was very useful , car park was easy to use and lift to reception easy. Check in was easy staff very helpful, loved the feel of the bar and restaurant although we didn't understand why the restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday..... Room was great we had the family room and the space was great, bathroom was fabulous and shower was good. Bed was very comfy too. One observation is that the toilet doesn't have a hand basin in so you have to exit and go into the separate bathroom. Either the toilet should be part of the whole bathroom or it would benefit from a small hand basin. Decor takes a bit of getting used to but it works and green is a good relaxing colour. Location was brilliant , 2mins to station. My wife uses a disability scooter and the hotel was ideal , from moving from the car park to reception and heading out the front door as there is no step this hotel is the best we've stayed in for disability access. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of different breads, croissants , crepes and pain au chocolate. Fruit juices were nice , choice of cheeses and meats. Ideal as I really want a French hotel to serve french style breakfasts. We didn't eat in the restaurant at night so cannot comment however we did have drinks and the bar staff were great and prices good value. We stayed for the October Rederie Market which was only 2min walk away . Highly recommended.
Phil J — Google review
We have stayed here a number of times now and it has been consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and it is easy to get to from the major roads through France. It is in the centre of Amiens close to the Cathedral and shops and bars and it also offers secure parking on site. Also the breakfast is perfect. We will definitely be staying again.
Jill — Google review
Stayed with the family, 2 adults and 2 children, we had the deal where the second room was discounted. The rooms were clean and well presented and the breakfast had a good selection. Reception was modern and airy.
Barry E — Google review
We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel close to the catedral and the old town, as well as to the train station, with underground parking. The restaurant of the hotel was good choice for us for dinner, too.

Great location - a few minutes from the train station and supermarket; ten minutes stroll from the cathedral; fifteen minutes from the university. Just across the road is a beautiful park and nearby the Hortillonages. Abdul at the front desk and all the staff are very kind and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Amiens. One of the receptionists, who turned out to be a manager, treated me with extreme disrespect. He asked me an inappropriate question, questioning if the bank card I was using was actually mine or someone else’s, as if he thought I might have stolen it. This happened simply because I requested to make the reservation online. Why offer this option if it leads to treating guests in such a manner? I strongly recommend removing the online payment option to avoid this kind of unacceptable behavior towards customers.
BELAIDI M — Google review
The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to! Starting from dusty kitchen ending on dirty bed sheets! This place is something else! If you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel this is definitely NOT this one! We left as soon as we’ve seen the room.
Maggie — Google review
In comparison to ibis or BB - apart city rocks! I've booked 1 in Amiens, got room on 10th floor with amazing (considering obstructions) view of cathedral. I like there's fridge and freezer and kitchen :) perfect value for money. Another one was Reims and it was as good.
Jakub — Google review
Spacious rooms but terrible sevice at the breakfast. Before the closing hour, there was no more food. Personnel laughed at me when I asked for some bread and they didn't bring any. They gave us a room on a floor that was under renovation so in the morning it was extremely noisy while they scraped off the carpeted floor.
Michela C — Google review
Appart'City Confort Amiens Gare is a real disaster. We had a booking for 26/07/25 via Airbnb. About one month before we already had paid Airbnb. Three days before we wanted to change our booking to one day later, so 27/07/25 so we called the hotel. After 4 rings or so we got disconnected. We kept on calling them, several times per day and we sent them some messages on their website and per email. Not one reply!!! Airbnb did the same but only one day, then they gave up...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 We had reservations at Airbnb for these holidays in France for more than €1000 !!! Finally we made a booking in an other hotel in Amiens for 27/07. Without Arbnb! Don't book at this hotel!! Don't book through Airbnb!!
Paul V — Google review
We had a great stay in this hotel. It's close to the gare, so easily accessible by train and to the city center by 10 min walking. Nice view on the rover and hortionnages

Basic aparthotel. Beds ok. No aircon. Great location close to StLeu. Staff helpful and friendly. Be careful if you book through an agent. I used travelup (wouldn’t use them again!) and booked a 2 bedroom apartment but they booked a 1 bed, luckily the hotel staff sorted for me.

Nestled in the heart of Amiens, Hôtel Restaurant Campanile Amiens Centre - Gare - Cathédrale offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for travelers. With comfortable and modern rooms equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking convenience without breaking the bank. Guests can enjoy a delightful dining experience at the on-site restaurant or unwind at the bar after a day of exploring.
This is a great Campanile. I've stayed in quite a few. It is bright, airy and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely bathroom and good quality air conditioning. There is no car park but there are at least two multi storey car parks within a 2 minute walk. We parked in the 'Gare' and it's €7 for 24 hours which is very reasonable. Good restaurant with freshly laid out buffet. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. However, I'm sure it would have been of a high quality, based on the dinner buffet. Great value for money all round. Amiens itself is a 10 minute walk up through the railway station.
Lesley L — Google review
Great location just a short walk if you are travelling by train even you can park even closer by car there is a underground car 5 meters from the hotel. Breakfast was basic continental. Bed rooms are fine a little dusty in place. Bed was fine bathroom was good the shower however was ok you would get the temperature just right then boom ice cool water make you feel like a penguin jumping off a ice berg
Dale T — Google review
Budget hotel near the station. Quite handy for the town Centre and a good base for sight-seeing. Nothing fancy as you would expect but the late bar and chatty night janitor were very welcome after a meal elsewhere. I didn't think the breakfast was worth 10.90 euros. Poor selection. No eggs day 1 and no sausage day 2
Retired_of_yorkshire — Google review
Great Hotel, very central and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. There is no guest parking area at the hotel but there are public car parks near to. We were a group of 7 travelling in a minibus so had to find a parking space in one of the streets around the hotel which was a bit of a pain.
Keith H — Google review
Exactly what you expect from a budget chain-hotel close to a railway station: clean efficient, lacking in character, and somewhat noisy. Breakfast OK, but not great (bread etc. could be fresher; coffee could be a lot better; very minimal cooked options; OJ made from cheap concentrate; etc.) But for a night or two it's fine.
Peter K — Google review
Friendly welcome. Room good and clean. Beds comfortably. Breakfast above normal Campanile standard. Parking of car conveniantly in parkhouse next to the hotel at extra cost. Perfectly situated to explore the nice center of Amiens. See you next year 😀
S. H — Google review
The rooms at Campanile Amiens were comfortable, modern, and clean. It also came with air-conditioning, which was extremely welcome in the summer heat. Surprising, since I had stayed at hotels in this price bracket which did not have it at all. The hotel would be perfect, except for two flaws. The toilets have this weird short shower curtain that didn't block much, and when you showered, the water would get out and into the hotel. You can't adjust it either, it's like a shower cubicle at the pool. The WiFi was also really slow, and I couldn't watch Netflix at night. If you can live with these two problems, then I would wholeheartedly recommend Campanile Amiens Centre-Gare. It's really a lovely hotel.
Jacob L — Google review
All good, open till late and waiting for you so that you don't get stuck (it is basically one of the rare one between Paris and Calais offering this service !). Otherwise nothing to say about the room, it was all normal, nothing fancy nothing terrible, parking in front of the hotel was quite cheap.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. This overnight was one of the hotels used on the return journey. Breakfast was very good and fortunately they didn't charge us 22 euros each, which is what the Holiday Inn at Le Touquet were wanting!! The man on the desk spoke excellent English and directed us to easy parking in the Town Centre for our evening meal.
Andrew C — Google review
Very clean, modern, well equipped, quiet and comfortable Hotel for short stays. Well designed rooms, very clean, neat and comfortable. Bathrooms were great, very clean, well designed and for the price wide above standard. Bike room is great to secure costly bikes. Very nice, attentive personnel, everybody. Anybody speaks English also. Communication before arrival was great, thoughtful and accommodating. We got the offer to get two rooms which can be connected, so the kids (6 and 7) could sleep with us in the same room. For us it was important they have a car parking without height restrictions and parking on hotel property. This was the main reason to choose. We're coming back at our next journey to Bretagne.
Max R — Google review
Okay for one night. Very basic hotel. Rooms clean. Comfy bed. Good shower. Free car park with no height restrictions. Continental breakfast extra. No restaurant but Uber eats will deliver. About 20mins walk to Amiens centre.
Chris S — Google review
We stayed here for one night as part of a road trip through France and to break up the driving a little over a couple of days, and would happily return for a longer stay. There are 2 EV charging points on site which were very reasonably priced, I did struggle slightly with tracking the charge online but that was related to the charge provider not the hotel, it worked and was cheap, which is the main thing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was well priced for the night. We stayed in a room with balcony which was nice to sit out on in the morning and evening, and had an electric shutter which did an amazing job of keeping sunlight out. The rooms and hotel were very modern and I’d say much better than the 4* hotel we stayed in afterwards in Calais. Highly recommended
Matt S — Google review
Very nice little hotel, perfect for stopping off in Amiens. Quiet despite being near the road. Room had a nice balcony and there was a lovely sun terrace, sadly it was raining while we were there. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extra but a really good healthy selection and no single use plastic or indeed any waste really apart from the yoghurt pots. Be aware that it doesn't serve dinner so you will have to go into Amiens for that. Recommend.
Gillian Q — Google review
Modern hotel with very comfortable hard beds. Rooms and bathrooms are very well maintained and clean. The windows even have electric shutters which can make the room completely dark. The employees are very friendly and helpful, they do speak English.

Located in the historic Saint Leu district at the foot of the Cathedral, Le Quai is a stylish restaurant popular with locals. Its prime position on Quai Belu offers a picturesque view of the canal and makes it an ideal spot for enjoying coffee, wine, or cocktails. The menu features imaginative dishes made with fresh regional products and includes classic French brasserie options as well as excellent vegetarian choices.
Very good food and drink down by (on) the river. Traditional and local french dishes for all tastes and purses. Rapid, kind, attentive and smiling waiter. Fantastic atmosphere with views of St Leu and across the Somme river the Cathedral above. South facing terrace for when the Northern sun decides to shine. We went a year ago and it was good. A big effort has been made since and everything is even better. Will go back sooner this time ! A perfect meal.

This seems to be the place to go when visiting Amiens. There are many resturants in this area but this one seems to have the best ratings overall. If you want to sit by the river you have to book beforehand. I had a nice table next to the entrance. Place got packed very fast right when it opened. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive eventhough they had a lot to do. I can recommend the lam. 🦙

We had the most amazing meal and the staff were all so lovely with our 3 and 6 year old. Beautiful views of the river.

We had a great experience at Le Quai in Amiens! The restaurant is very well located, right in the center near Saint-Leu. The service was professional and attentive, and both dishes — the beef steak and the wild fish — were delicious and nicely presented. The place was well recommended, and it definitely lived up to our expectations.

Excellent food at a charming place next to the river. In the summer this whole area is busy with people out for dinner and drinks. Very nice atmosphere. Very fast and friendly service. The food and drinks were very tasty and well prepared. Better to reserve in advance.

Lovely meal early evening. Didn't book in mid September and able to get table. Staff attentive and helpful. Considerable choice and good value options, had very French style beef cheeks that were well cooked followed with creme anglaise. Good wine choices and we had a lovely dry white. All round very nice evening

Le Dos D'Âne is a small restaurant located near the river, offering a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The crepes are generously filled with fresh, local ingredients, providing a delightful dining experience. The friendly staff and reasonable prices make it an inviting choice for visitors. While the waitstaff may have limited English proficiency, they are accommodating and able to assist with menu selections.
this is a family run restaurant that makes all the food that related to this area of France. We had the day special, which was very well priced. I had the quiche with native cheese. It was delicious. Also had Burrata and tomatoes, which were very good. We had a big salad Fresca and also a crêpe for dessert. This was a great Homietype restaurant moderately priced and very good service

Smallish restaurant near the river. Made a reservation for a Wednesday night, which was not necessary. I was a solo diner this time and I was seated upstairs, the first, and a few tables with families joined later. The cost of the meal was very reasonable; a cocktail, 1/2 liter water and two courses for under 30€. The waitstaff speaks little English, but we’re courteous and I was able to understand the menu well enough. My first course I took the quiche, which was fine, but nothing exceptional. The main, a savory crepe (whole grain gluten free, the only option). The crepe had a bit of a rubbery texture and it cooled quickly, so neither dish are one to eat slowly or the food gets cold. For the price it was decent enough, but I don’t think that I will return.

Walked in for a light lunch on a quiet Wednesday in September. Lovely little restaurant, delicious food (had the Fjord crepe - excellent), friendly service and good value. Good location too in the Saint Leu area of Amiens with its winding and colourful streets.

The worst meal we've had in France. The chicken gallette had large chunks of crumbed chicken and a thick creamy sauce. Then it was smothered in a huge amount of cheese and put under the grill. Almost inedible. We sat at the table for ten minutes waiting to order. There are much better places to eat.

We ate here two days after each other. We both chose the same meal as the day before because we enjoyed it so much, the second time it was even better. We were there both times around 5.30pm and service was fast and friendly.

Robin Room is a charming restaurant that has recently reopened in a larger location, offering the option to dine in. The menu features delicious vegetarian options, including Indian-inspired dishes and delectable jackfruit sandwiches. Additionally, the establishment serves a hearty British-inspired brunch with an array of pastries, pancakes, and savory items like salmon buns and pulled pork burgers. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions.
Hello reader. We went for a work-lunch in Robin Room. We ate the quiche with mushrooms soup and carrot cake for the dessert. Both meals were delicious and I have really enjoyed them. The atmosphere was nice and cosy. I would recommend this restaurant. If you are a lot it would be good to reserve because it can get pretty busy during lunch hours.

We really enjoyed the vegan burger. It's something different than what we're used to. Would have been great to have some mayonaise though, there was one empty mayonaise bottle on a shelf next to a full ketchup bottle.. not sure what that's about.. 😄 The service was nice and the restaurant looked beautiful. If you're noise sensitive, bring earplugs. It can get loud inside.

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Amiens, Comfort Hotel Amiens Nord offers a straightforward yet comfortable stay for travelers. The hotel features simply furnished rooms and boasts a lovely terrace where guests can unwind while enjoying views of the garden. Its prime location allows easy access to local attractions such as The Floating Gardens Park and Musee de Picardie, all within a short drive.
Honestly, this place is cheap. Small rooms, small beds, small stairs... not like American Comfort Inns at all.... BUT!!! Its functional and afford. The staff are very understanding and helpful ❤️ ...and there is a short but deep tub in the bathroom! You can soak in boiling hot water, if you want to. Also there is a window and it opens. There is a heater, and it works!! I am recovering here with delicious fresh breakfast every morning for the next week before I continue on my trip. Also there is a Carrefour in this jointed lot, a "hypermarket" is a lot like a Walmart for Americans.

I needed a place to stay with my dog at Amiens. and that is what they do. Room was very clean so was the bathroom. The service we got was friendly, over the top helpful ) though turned out he was nervous around dogs !) Morning receptionist was the same. Not sure if booking online gave us a lower price for rooms... but either info, the dog was 5€ Extra.. I will try and stay over night with this company before I try anywhere else BUT their breakfast was 11€ plus and nothing special. Few choices of cold meets.. 2 cheap cheeses... plus random stuff. Not worth 11€plus. But rooms and friendlyness was 100% Just DON'T Have the breakfast.. 😐

A Nightmare Stay – Not Family Friendly Our night at this hotel was truly a nightmare. It’s absolutely not recommended for families with children. We were given a cot for our infant, but it had no mattress, making it completely unusable and unsafe for a baby. On top of that, the toilet flush was broken, which caused an unpleasant smell to linger in the room. When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. She simply said, “Really? But the cot usually comes with a mattress,” and did nothing to address the problem.. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of basic facilities and poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with young children. Respond to your comment Dear Céline, Thank you for your response. I appreciate that a room change was granted, and that a crib and sheet were provided. However, the issue was not the presence of the crib itself, but the fact that it had no mattress, making it completely unsuitable and unsafe for an infant to sleep in. A sheet alone does not make a crib usable for a baby, and this is a basic expectation for any accommodation claiming to be family-friendly. Regarding the toilet issue, I reported the broken flush and the resulting smell, but unfortunately, nothing was done during our stay to fix or improve the situation. I did try to raise these concerns politely and directly, and I was hoping for a helpful and understanding response. Instead, I felt dismissed. It’s not about complaining—it’s about ensuring that minimum standards of comfort and safety are met. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future guests, especially families with young children, have a better experience.

A booking i needed not far from Le Shuttle Calais so price and location was good together with an early breakfast this how ever was not to be website say 6:30 advised by reception 7:30 this extra hour meant i just left with breakfast and grabbed something on the way. The place looking a little tired but practically done its job bed and comfy shower hot and powerful plenty of olaces to eat within a 10mins walk and there is a very large carrefour 5mins even a huge diy next door you never know what you may want or need while travelling of course i would still stay there again but would ask if things are different than website

The bathroom was a wreck. Holes in the wall , handle literally fell off, and the toilet didn't flush. Not what you need after an 8 hour drive. It was so bad didn't want to spend time photographing. Breakfast was fine.
Rina H — Google review
Rooms were not that clean, shower was practically useless. It was okay overall but just not really up to scratch. Also the doors hit the walls for no reason whenever anyone walks through them which was slightly annoying. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible.
Isaac D — Google review
OK I can see why some people don't think this place is very good but I think you need to accept it for what it is. It's a great location in easy walking distance of a great bus (free on a Saturday) which takes you in to town. For us that was exactly what we wanted, I didn't want to have to take my car in to the centre of town so perking just of the motorway was perfect and this place is cheap! Yes it could do with a refresh but it's clean and the staff are friendly and nice. We didn't eat here but there is a big supermarket near by if required. Ideal if you're looking for a cheap hotel but don't expect luxury, it's uk travelodge level.

Hôtel Première Classe Amiens is a budget-friendly option located in a convenient shopping district. The hotel offers basic yet comfortable rooms, some with bunk beds, and provides free Wi-Fi and parking for guests. It's situated about 7 kilometers from the city center and provides easy access to routes leading to the Somme battlefields. While the property may require some maintenance, it offers clean accommodations at an affordable price point.
I read a lot of reviews and got pretty scared before arriving at the hotel i booked in advance. However, the staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, though the standards are what you would expect for the price. The hotel needs a lot of repairs, but i don't care about that when I'm sleeping. The refugees might make noise early in the morning, but i was up early anyway. Very good cheap hotel for a quick sleep and shower, especially if you're a backpacker or a traveler on a budget. I had room 109.
August I — Google review
This hotel is horrible for many reasons. First, it's dirty. Second, it smells terrible, like stale air and tobacco. It feels more like a refugee centre than a hotel, with clothes hanging in the windows as if people live there. Most importantly, it feels very unsafe. There are many men in the common areas, smoking, shouting, and watching you. I would never set foot in this place again; I'd rather sleep in my car.
Nani — Google review
Indeed, it is a horrible place, not suitable to be called as a hotel with the name of Premiere Classe. It is more for refugees shelter. We have booked this hotel (without knowing the situation) via Agoda on the 24th of June 2024 for two rooms and when we checked in on the 22rd July 2024, the impolite concierge refused to accept our Agoda copy of booking rooms. We have to paid immediately and until now we do not get our money back from Agoda who pretended that there is nothing wrong with our booking in that terrible hotel. I hope people will aware of this situation, whether about the booking with Agoda either the condition of this Premiere Classe in Amiens.
Reyhan A — Google review
Bad service. The receptionist (tall guy) got upset because we called to ask if they have towels in the room . We only wanted to make sure since the room rate is low. He hanged up on us so I booked the room through Agoda. We arrived very late so we have to check-in using their terminal outside. It was denied because the terminal requested us to pay again. Apparently the receptionist decided to not accept our booking because we booked it through Agoda and they have problems with Agoda. He made us stand in the cold for almost an hour trying to prove his point that Agoda didn’t pay them. So finally we paid again because we were so tired. The guy was not helpful at all, not even friendly and offer us to go inside the building since it was cold. He even said he knew already we were trouble because we called to ask if they have towel included with their room. His ego was not happy because he spoke highly about their place because it’s premiere so they should have towels. That’s not how you do good service Mr. Receptionist. Room : old room Beddings and towels were clean but you can feel it’s old because it’s thin.
Le_Ann — Google review
This hotel appears to be used as a refuge centre with abandoned cars, children running everywhere and the feeling of arriving at a prison. The guy on reception took ages to check us in and made a point of telling us he gave us the best, most beautiful room in the hotel, haha, on arrival at room 225 we were immediately hit with the heat as we entered, there is no fan or air-conditioning so we slept with the window wide open, the bed was not comfortable, a small double and a bathroom containing a shower tray and curtain in it. The promised 32" TV turned out to be 24", only 1 bedside table and a broken window blind. You also couldn't get away from the smoke smell as the rooms to the side had smokers in and it wafted straight into our room. After this experience Premiere Classe will not be getting our repeat business, oh and avoid breakfast, it's over priced and under supplied. Never again.
Bailey A — Google review
This is genuinely a refugee centre! Don’t pay to stay where others do for free.
Robert — Google review
Oh dear, if I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. The minute you pulled into the car park it felt unsecure and there were a couple of cars there that looked abandoned with flat tyres and broken windows. The reception lady was very pleasant so she gets my one star. The stair well was filthy, lino bubbling on the floor, damp stains on the walls. The room stank of smoke and there was a lot of noise that could be heard from other rooms because the windows were at an angle. We didn't stay and will not be back. I would never recommend anyone to stay either.
Catherine Y — Google review
When we arrived at the hotel it was after réception closed. The automatic ticket machine didn’t produce a key so we were unable to get in our room. We returned to the same hotel 5 days later and explained the situation and it was resolved with apologies and we were given a complete refund. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained and the continental breakfast was as expected.

Nice size room. The shower design was so that water sprayed on the floor. Friendly reception. Harder mattress. Very loud. Unreliable hotel! They cancelled our confirmed booking (on their own website!) on the day of arrival! They even sent us the email to plan our stay the day before!! The people at the reception said we had no booking, when i showed them our confirmation email and booking number they said our booking was cancelled via email on the day of arrival!! This left us with no hotel on the busiest day of the year (the antique market) they told us to go to the ibis, we were shocked and looked for other hotels but everything was full!! Never ever booking at the moxy again, they ruined our trip and we were forced to stay at a crazy expensive hotel for 3 times what we had reserved the moxy for… avoid because they are unreliable ..

This place was absolutely wonderful true old small European hotel. The location was superb and we could walk everywhere. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the only thing missing was AC for us who are not used to just having big windows. The staff was lovely and very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast in the hotel is extra, but well worth the charge to enjoy the breakfast salon. Our stay was part of our Honeymoon trip and we actually extended by 2 days. Good as a base for exploring the local area or the wider parts for battlefield tours. Friendly staff, good breakfast facilities. Not the cheapest, although there are some deals available. Parking is an issue, especially for groups. No restaurant although there are plenty of really nice bistros, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are OK, although could benefit from maintenance. Overall a pleasant stay.

Having arrived at the hotel at 4.15am I received a very warm welcome from a member of staff and this extended to the arrival of my 3 adult children who joined me because my husband had taken seriously ill enroute to England. The staff, particularly Wendy, Georgine, Camille and Soumia were kind, compassionate and accommodating at a time when we were feeling vulnerable and frightened by the circumstances we found ourselves in. They went over and above what would ordinarily be expected and we are extremely grateful to them. The hotel was comfortable, friendly, clean and central.

Very nice place to stay once in Amiens. My room was sparkling clean and has been checked again while showing me the room. Small "gym" with treadmill, bike and elliptical. There's also a sling trainer (trx). Breakfast is a good option. There are bacon and scrambled eggs, different muesli / cereals, ham and cheese as well as different types of bread, sweats and yogurts. They also have soy milk and gluten free options.

Great little apartment/hotel with a kitchenette. Lots of fast food dining options nearby and a small grocery store. The apartment could definitely have a few more supplies. (There was only 1 large spoon,no Kleenex,no plug for kitchen sink.) We made do. Street parking maybe problematic if you don't have a disability parking pass

The room was ok, fine for budget. The fridge was kinda loud though. The building and rooms look very much like a small dorm and dont offer much charm. For a single night passing through it was perfect though. Staff was friendly and accomodating!

The downsides are therapy closing reception and the lack of free parking nearby.

Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Guy at counter went out of his way to help us get in our room and with directions around town Hotel is older but very clean and nice Would highly recommend
Sam M — Google review
The hotel has a good location. Close to the Cathedral and shops and restaurants. There isn't any parking, but we did find a free parking spot only a two minute walk away. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel had some interesting character. Perhaps not superb, but quite good for the price. The service was very friendly, warm and welcoming.
Brad A — Google review
Small room, could barely open the door without hitting the bed. No hairdryer. Sink was plugged up. Not very clean. No parking. The reception is quite kind though.
Guido C — Google review
Smart hotel, very good to stay on a business trip. Central, restaurants and bars in direct neighbourhood. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and bathroom in good condition.
N. L — Google review
Very accomadating with a late check in. Lovely room and breakfast with friendly staff
Mark W — Google review
Clean, quaint, affordable. Amiens is so charming, and the Le Saint Louis is a wonderful place to stay and see it.
Bethany C — Google review
Good location near Maison Jules Verne and convenient to all. Undergoing renovation now but good value for money.

Hôtel Au Spatial is a budget property located in the heart of Amiens, offering modest rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is conveniently situated near Tour Perret, Berny's Museum, Musee de l'Hotel de Berny, and Gambetta Square. Guests can enjoy amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, bike parking, buffet breakfasts for a fee, luggage storage, and self-parking. We stayed overnight after a long drive. Pleasant location, the bed linen clean, the room is outdated but we didn’t expect much. The reception was very helpful. There’s a parking, but if you are with SUV, know that the entrance is very, VERY narrow, so you really need to fit in.
S. O — Google review
My stay was comfortable and calm. I loved the breakfast (if you go early, the croissant they offer is still hot !!). The personnel is very kind and amiable. I have nothing negative to say. This is just a small hotel next to the train-station. Everything is very clean (the corridors smell like fresh soap) and the beds are super comfortable.
Myrto C — Google review
Competitive price, good location and secure parking. Breakfast was ok, service was excellent. I would return if in Amiens again
Mark W — Google review
Decent 2* hotel, old furniture, etc. However, it is well located close to the train and bus stations and not fsr from the city centre. We had a room facing the interior court, hence it was quiet enough
Dragos M — Google review
The location is perfect, the communication is excellent and the staff is friendly and supportive. Price quality is a excellent for a short 1-3 day visit.
Johannes D — Google review
More a hostel then a hotel. No airco so in summer the rooms get very hot which makes it very hard to sleep. Location is good, on walking distance from all the touristic attractions
Menno R — Google review
This unpretentious place is clean and friendly, but the best thing about it is the location, with the cathedral, railway station and restaurants all nearby - recommended!
Peter R — Google review
You must ignore the old reviews above. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable.

Snack'in is a charming snack bar located in the city center with a stunning view of the cathedral. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with its gluten-free options, makes it practical for those with celiac disease or gluten allergies. The menu offers delicious beef and veggie burgers, roast potatoes, croque monsieur, cakes, cookies, and apple crumble. Despite being 100% gluten-free, the food is delightful even for non-celiacs.
Visited in late June. Ordered gluten free and vegetarian options. Spend about € 38 between 3 adults. A sandwich and drink. The host was extremely helpful to understand our odd needs. The sandwiches were simple and enough to keep you going a couple of hours before your dinner.
Umendra S — Google review
The beef burgers and veggie burgers are delicious here. They do very nice roast potatoes rather than fries. We had the tastiest burgers, croque monsieur, cakes, cookies and apple crumble. We just didn't want to stop ordering from the fantastic menu. Regardless of the fact that the restaurant is 100% gluten free the food is delicious including things like croque monsieur which usually a celiac can only dream about. Four of my family are celiac. We found the restaurant by accident while exploring Amiens on 20Jul2023. It is located directly across the square from the cathedral. It just couldn't have a more central location in Amiens. The restaurant is really 100% gluten free and is the only 100% gluten free, celiac friendly restaurant that we have managed to find in all of Haut de France. There is no gluten whatsoever in the restaurant. It is so rare for celiacs to be able to eat with no fear of cross contamination whatsoever and you can safely eat here. Typically one of the four of the celiacs in the family will suffer from gluten contamination when we eat out in France. But none of us suffered in any way after eating at Snack'in. We are already looking forward to getting back to Amiens next year to try everything else that's on the menu. I 100% recommend this restaurant for celiacs and non celiacs. Please support this restaurant by visiting often! Le restaurant est sans parallèle!

Came here because I was in urgent need of coffee and food and this place delivers. Very tasty coffee and the food was delicious. Fast service and very friendly. I recommend
Yohanna — Google review
An unexpected stop in Amiens for a night had me exploring the food options and found this place. Stopped for drinks and a ham and cheese toastie and took lovely lemon cake away with me. Really friendly service, nicely decorated inside (although we sat outside) and wonderful coeliac safe food. Would definitely recommend.
Helen J — Google review
Really charming little restaurant with good food and excellent service. With our group of four with different tastes we all found something delicious quite easily and were served with a smile!
Ambroos V — Google review
Excellent food, and a comfortable environment. Had a delicious salad. Would definitely recommend and come again.
Mark W — Google review
Exceptional for non gluten food, delicious for every diet. The salmon quiche and the potatoes stood out, but the coffee and deserts were great too. Highly recommended, food served all afternoon right next to the Cathedral.
Cliff J — Google review
Brilliant visit to a dedicated gluten free cafe. Food was amazing and very friendly staff. Would definitely come again if we are ever in the area.
