I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room conditions were far below acceptable standards. The room and cabinet doors showed significant signs of water damage and were deteriorating, which gave the space a neglected feel. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that lingered throughout my stay, making it hard to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the soundproofing was non-existent—every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was audible, leading to restless nights. For the price and expectation of a decent stay, this was a major letdown. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Avoid booking this hotel. The standard is poor, with outdated, worn-out furnishings and rust in the shower. I stayed in room 1056, which is on the top floor and faces the bar – many guests have pointed out that this is a significant problem. One morning, I woke up to find my entire room filled with smoke due to grilling at the bar. I went to the reception and was given a different room, but no compensation was offered for the ruined night. This hotel hardly deserves its three-star rating and should not be allowed to operate under the Ibis name. If you are someone who drinks every day and comes back drunk, this hotel might suit you. Otherwise, it is impossible to get a good night’s sleep with all the noise around. A hotel is meant for sleeping and receiving good service. Here, you get neither. 1. Worn and rusty interior: Many guests have noted that the rooms and bathrooms are worn out, with rust in the shower and furniture that has seen better days. 2. Noisy location: Rooms facing the bar are extremely noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. The noise from the bar and surrounding area is unbearable. 3. Rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The air conditioning was repaired with sellotape, painting was old and so were the bathroom tiles and shower box.

Staff are nice. The hotel in general is clean. For us language was an issue. We didn't know that we have to pay for breakfast till the day of our check-out. Our room was tiny comparing to places we've been before. Not having microwave was a challenge for us. It's a great place to stay for a night or two. We were there for seven days which was challenging. The air conditioning is whether on 15 Celsius or off. There was no extra blanket or comforter so I ended up having cold by the third day. We didn't get hand Towels or face towels ,

Location is good, but internet service is terrible. My room door had problems and it look a long time for the receptionist to believe in me and fix it. Because of that, I was late for a business meeting.

Good location but low standards. After a slow check in I was received by a crockroach, which I've promptly killed. The day after, even have cleaning team attended the room, my visitor was still there. Also there was no water replacement for the refrigerator. The location is superb, just in front of the best beach of the city, besides the airport, easily accessible by Uber or taxi. The breakfast is also good, with some variety and good taste. The room itself is small, old style, small toilet, don't give a good impression.

Comfortable stay for a day. Stayed in one of their suites facing the sea. Had a nice balcony view of the beach and the port. No centralised air-conditioning. They had split ACs. They dont have an tea set arrangement in the room. No carpet in the room. Beds were neatly made and Comfortable. The interior setting of the room were a bit haphazard and not so well arranged. Restaurant served a complimentary breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu were average especially not much choice for a vegetarian.

The Appart hotel has a good architectural structure, but needs an improvement in the restaurant service. Fruit salad with watermelon seeds and a poor choice of fresh fruits were some of the found problems there. Also, not all rooms are nice. Try to avoid staying in a small "child apartment" attached to a larger room, whose air conditioning vents straight to your nose while you are in the bed.

Very outdated, socks on the bed,sandy floors, Hardy room in the bathroom, toilet doesn't flush properly and leaks had to use toilet in reception. Would not recommend this place for the price you pay.Poor poor

Rooms are really small and you can see signs of neglect, we also got a possibly 10+ year old blanket from when it used to be another hotel. The bathroom is very small and cramped, the shower is nice, a piece of ceramic tile broke off the wall after I accidentally stumbled on it, scratches on doors, strange marks on wall and ceiling, beds were comfy but the lobby really is a irl catfish, also spotted a “do job” looking for her customer in the lobby

The bathroom was very small and it was impossible to use it in a proper way, especially if you are a "bigger than average"person. The sink was simple and fragile, making it clogg so easily. The TV had smart options (netflix, youtube, prime video), but there was no way to connect it on Internet, making it impossible to use those options. The entrance hall was moist and smelled bad. There was open sewage in the front of the hotel. Food prices were ridiculously high and expensive. Only good thing was the cleaning service.

At the breakfast, they served spoiled milk, which provoked food poisoning. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The room floor was dirty all the time. The beds were not properly made, and we had to do it, otherwise, they would move during the night and we and up sleeping in the bare matrice. The bed was composed of a four-inch matrice over a wood board. The toilet was so small that I barely fit in it. I had much better experiences in other Ibis Budget.

If you are on a budget, that’s the place to be. But listen, if you are on a BUDGET! Don’t go to this place if you want and can pay for a 5 start hotel. Breakfast is very good, rooms are small but functional and staff is great, they all say good morning, they all ( or mostly) recognize your presence. It’s well located too. You have to walk for 15-20 min to get to the main beach which is awesome! There is a grocery store and pharmacies around. I recommend if you want to travel and save money!

It's a place to stay for a few days if you have a tight budget. My room was clean but very limited facilities: the TV was flat however not HD and the channels, were not only limited and all dub in Portuguese, something that could infuriate any foreigner. On the good side, it's well located and safe.

The hotel is very nice and there was a lovely view of three surrending area. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the hotel was wonderful. If I could change anything it would be the bed. It was not the most comfortable, especially for the quality of the hotel.

I liked everything except the staff in the restaurant. 1.5 hours before leaving for the airport, I ordered a steak, french fries salad and a glass of beer. they cooked it all for one hour and 15 minutes. I had 15 minutes to eat. That's all.

The price is honest for what you get. It's very closed to airport, no more than 5 minutes by car. There are some good restaurants in neighborhood as option for the hotel restaurant.

The internet access was awful. The signal at my apartment was strong, but there was "no connection" even after I logged in. The staff could only "reset the wifi router" on my floor but at no avail. We arrived the day before New Year's Eve at about 11:00 p.m. and were trying to get a room with a view of the beach. The receptionist fulfilled our request & made it happen (thank you!😊) We were pleased with the view from our room & they have one of the best hot showers I've had anywhere! Their breakfast was competitive with any other hotel (perhaps even better than others... lots of variety - even a free cappuccino machine!) The staff (hospitality/front desk) were as nice as can be. Of course, it was a great location as we could walk back from the free concert on the beach on New Year's Eve. Thank you Ibis!💫 * We bought a painting from this couple walking down the street in front of the hotel. Gave them 30 reais and they were happy as can be. When someone's offering a service or a product & they're living on the streets, it's always best to try to and lend a helping hand 🙏🏽❤

Good location, right at beach side. Nice beach view and convinence if you like seaside activities. We have a nice walk along the beach. Watching people with many outdoor activities. Room are small but clean. Bed and blanket should improve abit in quality. Breakfast is ok. Rest are good.

Great since I walked in, the receptionist Thiago, was very helpful and professional. I had a dinner and all the server was just friendly. Overall, amazing. I really use this hotel again anytime I am in Vitoria.

Excellent location! Everything felt brand new and clean, the reception is amazing, the breakfast and the lunch and dinner options were also really good and well served, while not too pricey. The rooms were gorgeous, the TV had really good shows for the night and the snacks and drinks had good price. If you want to see the project Tamar, have quick access to the shopping mall and the beaches, the location is absolutely perfect. Also really close to the hortomercado.

The Go Inn hotel is part of a chain. At other times, I went to the Sleep Inn hotel, where it has a better location, better price with breakfast included for the couple, and the hotel itself is much more tidy and beautiful. At the Go Inn, the air conditioning takes too long to freeze, the minibar is tiny and does not have any drinks for consumption and subsequent payment, nor appetizers. There were no glasses in the room and I had to go to the reception to pick up the attendant. My companion felt cold despite the malfunctioning air, and there was no blanket in the room. The Go Inn room is much smaller than the Sleep Inn room. The sink is next to the main door of the room, there was only a small bar of soap, there was no shampoo and conditioner. In summary, Go Inn is not worth it. Amount paid on average at Sleep Inn (R $ 130.00) where I went three times. And this hotel had everything that the Go Inn doesn't. Great hotel, don't expect much for a meal as for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast is very good. The bedrooms are great and the workers too, good parking.

The Go Inn Vitória is exceptional because it is clean and minimal ,perfect for those who want to enjoy sightseeing.

While the hotel location is a bit out of town of Vitoria there is a big mall close by. The quality of food was very good. The rooms are small and compact and it would be nice to have extra hanging rails for towels. There is none currently and towels and clothing hang over doors and chairs. An extra towel rail or two will help.

It is with frustration that I complain for the unpleasant stay of my mother, in the hotel property on xx January 2020. Her mobile phone disappeared or was stolen while checking in. Her room not only was downgraded but had the TV not working and without clock. This basic standard is expected from a hotel brand such as IBIS but was unfortunately inconveniently not provided. I hope you will take this feedback to improve the quality of service your guests deserve.

For the price of around 40 euro per night it was absolutely ok. It is a 3 star hotel so if you don't have expectations of a 5 star hotel you won't be disappointed. Ibis hotels in general seem to have a systematic problem with air ventilation. Oftentimes it results in damp and stuffy rooms. In this case, cigarette smoke kept on flowing in. No improvement after a complaint. My airport taxi had not been booked, as promised.

The only reason I believe this place is rated as a 3-star hotel is because of the location. Pros: - Location - Good shower Cons: BED BUGS!!!! - Slow/unfriendly check-in - mattress didn't have mattress pad - super thin sheets, you can see the prints (and stains) through the sheets - I woke up with bed bug bites on my legs and back!!! - thin pillows - Old TV, only a few local channels - safe in lock mode only - basic breakfast.

Small room. (Regular no balcony). Window lock is broken, cannot seal window and isolate outside noises from buses and passing cars. Even with tight window you will hear traffic. Door from room to alleyway has poor noise isolation you can here all neighbors passing by, other rooms’ doors opening and closing. Walls are very thin, neighbors are laughing, talking and you are taking part in it. Enjoy :) I’m not complaining, I can see a bit of Baía do Espírito Santo (ocean) from my window, so it makes me happy. But I want to sleep after long flight. Few words about tightness and cleanliness. Hotel is clean, reception, elevators, alleyways everything was in order except the room. Although the room handle had notice tag “safe and clean protocol” the room had dust and long hair on the toilet cover. When you clean once in awhile need to swap top shelf too. No drinking water in the room, no label “drinking water” on the tab or “safe to drink”or anything like that. Bring your own refreshments. Wi-Fi it’s there, but in the room very poor reception, if you plan to work from room take your personal bundle with 4G. Smartphone coverage was also very weak only 3G. Need to keep phone on the window. Smart TV is just local TV, why? How to connect it to dead wifi? You still can watch movies from USB, didn’t try my self, but in menu there was an option. Friendly staff. Very polite reception. Kind and helpful waitresses in local restaurant “Guest”. Restaurant food is average, fresh vegetables, clean area, comfortable seats. This is first line hotel, across the street there is a lovely beach and ocean. Good spot for family with kids. Few minutes drive from airport (took 5 minutes due to stop signals and light traffic). Great place to shoop several stores with great products.

The mall is ok, organised and lots of offers. Surroundings are a bit sketchy though. Take a taxi/uber to and from mall

This mall is very nice, and it's absolutely huge! It has lots and lots of shops as well as a supermarket and a huge food area with lots of options of restaurants to choose from. On Sundays the food court closes at 4pm, which is honestly not very convenient but all in all it's an excellent place to go to. Highly recommended for tourists

So far the best out of all the shopping malls. Food choice is limited and expensive compared to a 4* restaurant in vila velha so don't go if you're planning to grab a bite. The stores are ok, options are poor and limited if you're a foreigner and price wise it's acceptable. People are rude and antisocial compared to other states in Brasil, I think it's a cultural thing from this region honestly. So if you're searching for something and they have it, don't expect them to walk you to it to show you. For them, pointing is everything and you're supposed to understand and accept it. Overall I've given it a 3* because service is everything and unfortunately, whole vila velha lacks service and keeping to their promise with the mall being no exception at all. Don't buy and ship with the promise of 1week, it'll end up being at least 2weeks if not a month! Parking is free, that's a major plus! Oh and the bathrooms are amazingly clean compared to shopping praia da costa. Don't forget to bring your pet, it's allowed & enjoy your stay!

A relatively cozy environment, a very good selection of stores to suit almost every need and, best of all, free parking. The food court, however, is rather underwhelming, lacking in variety of quality restaurants. You will probably want to settle for the better quality (And more expensive) restaurants outside the food court.

The best shopping experience in the Greater Vitória area. The parking is free and you will find good prices to movie tickets on Mondays and Tuesdays. It has a good bookstore (Saraiva) and an OK fast food experience, with other good food options, such as Outback.

It's a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but they can make some small improvements. I will put a breakdown of the good and the bad. Good: Rooms are very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful, and reception is 24h. Breakfast is good. Location is great for beach and restaurants. The free wifi is great and fast. Bad: Rooms are a little small and the lights and hairdryer are dated. There are ants if you leave food out, even on the high floors. They should take Banestes or other bank cards, because we had to get a family member to pay for us using PicPay. They didn't accept our bank, credit card, or Pix. They should have more options to pay because nobody carries around that much cash and tourists don't have PicPay.

Terrible service at check in. After driving 7 hours they couldn't find our booking and then proceeded to make us pay separately for each of the three rooms. I have travelled all over the world and this was the worst check in experience I have ever had. I can't comment on the rooms as I am still sat in reception half an hour after arriving.

Nice Place. Quiet. It’s right in front of the Ocean. You don’t have to change your clothes to go the beach. Breakfast was good. They are very respectful. Their sign was hard to read. I had to drive around for 20 minutes. Since I didn’t know how to read Portuguese, I had the impression of the name of the hotel was “BEM VINDO” I learned later on that it means welcome. 🙃🙃🙃 Actually the name is on the top of it and I couldn’t see. They need to change the sheets more often. I stayed there for six days, I don’t think if they ever changed it once.
