Hotel
Oakwood Hotel Journeyhub Phuket provides guests with a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. The hotel is located less than 1 km from the beach and offers accommodation in studios and suites with city views.
I stayed for five nights. All the staff were happy, helpful and professional. It was lovely to stay there. There is shuttle bus three times a day to the beach. A taxi back was just about £2. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. There was something for everybody. You could have omelette cooked especially for you. The food was all freshly made. I also had something to eat at dinner time and that was made fresh. I cannot complain about anything at this hotel. It was amazing.

I stayed at this hotel, and it was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Every room smelled strongly of dampness, mold, and mildew. The bed sheets had urine stains on them although they did replace them for me. They changed my room three times just to find one with a slightly less disgusting smell. Because of the excessive humidity, the floor in my room was constantly wet, and they had to bring in a dehumidifier. The air conditioner remote was so filthy that I felt sick just touching it. The noise from the construction around the hotel was extremely disturbing. * The breakfast was absolutely terrible—just a few types of Indian dishes, one kind of toast, two low-quality jams, cheap butter, and eggs. The coffee cups still had the lip marks of previous guests on them. * The entire hotel smelled like Indian sweat and curry; it was incredibly dirty—disgustingly dirty. * My whole body itched during my stay, and all my clothes and belongings absorbed the foul smell from the room. * The hotel is also very far from Patong. * If you want to have breakfast surrounded by Indian tourists, watching them spill food on the tables and eat with their fingers, and if you enjoy feeling like you’re in the middle of Delhi instead of Thailand, then this hotel is the perfect choice for you. Overall, it was absolutely disgusting. 👎👎👎👎

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Every room smelled strongly of dampness, mold, and mildew. They changed my room but still it was bad. Had to stay with no option due to my reasons. Because of the excessive humidity, the floor in my room was constantly wet. The Ac was not good and has foul smell. Had to request for freshener multiple times. The noise from the construction around the hotel was disturbing. The breakfast options were bad—just a few types of Indian dishes, one kind of toast, two low-quality jams, cheap butter, and eggs. And the staff, they were okay. Didn’t had problem with them except with a lady in the restaurant. I had an infant with me and when I asked that I want to take just 2 pieces of watermelon outside because my baby didn’t had good breakfast at that moment, she didn’t allow me, I discussed with her showing the baby also, she was not even considerate, one of the worst thai persons i’ve met in my journey. I don’t even understand how people can be this hard. Will the baby cause any losses or what, there’s a lot of food wastage, that’s not a concern but just taking 2 pieces of watermelon was a concern, i’m seriously very much disappointed with this. That’s very inhuman. Overall, it was very very very very bad experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Journey Hub Patong! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The location is perfect — close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, yet peaceful at night. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket! Special thanks to Ms Prim and Kot

Had an amazing stay at Journey Hub Phuket! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special mention to Prim and Banz at the reception — they were outstanding! They greeted us with such warmth and made us feel so welcome right from the start. Their professionalism and friendliness really made our experience memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Journeyhub Phuket Patong is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable, which made the stay super relaxing. The staff is professional, polite, and always ready to help with anything you need – from check-in to small requests, everything was smooth. The location is another big plus. It’s close to Patong Beach and also not far from Bangla Walking Street, so you get easy access to both the beach and the nightlife while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful stay inside the hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are well maintained, and overall it gives great value compared to many other hotels in the area. For me, this is the best place to stay in Patong if you want comfort, good service, and a convenient location. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Phuket.
Adil M — Google review
I had everything that I need during my stay. A nice and clean room that has a window view of the woods and mountains. They serve sumptous meal for the buffet breakfast, has a large balcony/bar and a rooftop pool. I also love how accomodating and understanding the staff were! They also let me borrow towels, bag, umbrella whenever I go to the beach. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I hope to come back soon!

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong!

Café de Paris is a charming restaurant tucked away from the noise of the main street, offering attentive service and delicious food. The menu may be limited, but the quality is top-notch. Guests rave about the beef tartar, foie gras, duck breast, and shrimps complemented by delightful sauces. The French-inspired cuisine boasts subtle and polite flavors with a touch of Japanese taste. Despite its high-end taste, it offers great value for money.
I didn't eat here anything but I used their Guesthouse and I was really satisfied. The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice bathroom. And the best is, that the balcony door and the window are replaced, very good isolated the noises, I slept here very good. Everybody who was in Patong knows that the centre is very noisy but here it was not problem at all. The location is great, about 50m to beach and some minutes from Bangla Road.

Very good food. Perfect prices. Super friendly staff. Always worth to visit the side streets from Patong to experience the authentic quality and prices :)
Hannes W — Google review
Food was not very appetising, it liked flavour and freshness. Service was okay and atmosphere was okay, a bit off the main road.
Marina V — Google review
Come now 2 times in the unique restaurant. The Restaurant is little bit hidden, in a side road to Patong-Tower. The flair is very kindly. In this visit, I have every time a great and good service. The food has always the same good quality. The dressing and sauces a guaranteed handmade and a flavorful quality.

I'm giving 5 stars just because i can't give more! The service was amazing, very careful, very polite, not too much, just perfect. And about the food... The appetizers were very very good and tasteful ( we had beef tartar and foie gras, you really need to try both), the best bread with butter in Phuket (offered by house) and as main course we had their special duck breast and shrimps... speachless. All the food was very well complimented by the sauces, very nice touch! Oh, and almost forgot about the fries, best ones in Phuket. If you are craving for some european food(like we did) while you are in Phuket, this is the best place to go! We will come back for sure and many thanks for the amazing meal!
Anfrei M — Google review
This place has the best food we've had in Phuket by far! Outstanding service as well. We had their signature dishes- the beef and the lobster and shrimps with ravioli. They were both fantastic! We couldn't stop talking how delicious they were. Every bite is just scrumptious! We ate everything even all the bread and butter. We can't recommend this place enough. We're already planning to come back for more.

Great place at the Center of Patong. The service was great and the food was very tasty. A little pricey for Thailand, but overall very recommended!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Patong, Ibis Phuket Patong is a laid-back 3-star hotel offering a comfortable and eco-friendly stay. Just a short walk from Bangla Road and the beach, this hotel provides a relaxed atmosphere with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and full entertainment program. The rooms are clean, tidy, and budget-friendly with quick check-in/out process.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, especially for the price that was charged. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything was clean and tidy, which made the stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The amenities provided in the room were more than enough for a comfortable experience, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was really good and offered a nice variety of options, which made it easy to find something I enjoyed each morning. For the price of the stay, the breakfast was excellent value and felt much better than what you might expect at this rate. I also want to highlight the service, as this truly made my experience memorable. In particular, a staff member named SE was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed anything and always had a welcoming attitude. It really made a difference to feel so well taken care of, and I truly appreciated their effort. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay, and I would be happy to return again in the future.

My second time staying at this hotel. Reasonable price, clean & tidy, perfect location and wonderful staff especially Jame at the bar counter was very friendly and helpful. While the location and service are commendable, the property would benefit from regular maintenance. The building exterior and garden areas, in particular, appear somewhat worn and could use some refurbishment to match the quality of the service.
Aliet S — Google review
Ibis Hotel in Phuket is a decent and convenient place to stay. The rooms are comparatively small but follow the standard size typical of all Ibis properties. The hotel’s location is excellent — you can easily reach beaches, markets, and popular spots around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and street food options nearby, making it perfect for food lovers. The staff are polite and helpful, and the check-in process is smooth. The property is clean and well-maintained, offering good value for money. The breakfast spread is decent, though not very elaborate. Overall, it’s a reliable and budget-friendly stay option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Phuket.

Had a comfortable stay with family of 5, hotel staff gave us an interconnecting room with accessible washroom which was must required for my mother in law who was not able to walk more steps and required wheelchair assistance. Staff was kind, courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend to all families with kids and elderly. In room service was quick and efficient. Will visit once again whenever I am coming back. Good job team Ibis Patong Phuket.

The hospitality was of Mr. Axe is very great, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail was well taken care of, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Had a great stay at Ibis Phuket! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was the amazing cocktail crafted by SE – seriously one of the best I’ve had in a while! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and excellent value for money. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a casual and enjoyable place to stay in Phuket.

If you are looking for a trendy and luxurious hotel in Patong, Novotel Vintage Park is perfect. With stylish rooms, a spacious pool and an impressive swim-up bar, the hotel offers everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In addition, 24-hour dining is available on site - making it easy to refuel after all of your adventures on the island.
Absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to everything in Patong, yet quiet enough to relax. The pool area is stunning, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The breakfast buffet had great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and tropical. I would definitely come back here again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong! 🌴✨
Simon F — Google review
I booked my 3 nights solo stay on a 3rd party welosite as Accor website was about to€100 more expensive. The rooms are comfortable, not modern, for every light there is an individual switch, no master switch to kill all the lights, AC was on the noisy side. Bathroom was big enough. The resort is massive with many areas. All the staff were pleasant and polite. Thad breakfast only once and was in line with 4 star resort, nothing to rave about. It's a family oriented resort and they seem to be doing a good job. The little things that make you feel you are in a four star is that you have to pay for the pop corn at the swimming pool, if you ask for extra towels in the room you have to hand the used one. It's definitely a nice resort in a prime location and very functional but it lacks luxury. I got very good value ,it has an excellent reviews and I don't regret staying there. Around 5 pm the evening before checking out early morning | asked one staff other reception for a wake up call at 7 am. She went and brought another two colleagues so that's total of three people took my request and wrote it down for wake up call next morning, I never received that call and luckily I set the alarm on my mobile.
Bilasy K — Google review
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was fine. The entrance is quite impressive and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The reception and guest waiting area are beautifully designed and feel very peaceful — definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, the rooms were not up to the mark and did not meet the expected comfort level. There is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and overall room quality. The breakfast options were limited and not very suitable for Indian guests, which was a disappointment. I personally did not enjoy the hotel food. Additionally, the hotel has a shop inside the property, but the prices are almost double the usual rate, which was quite surprising. It seems more like a business strategy than a convenience for guests. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It is very close to Patong Beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and massage centers. It is also conveniently close to Bangla Street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife and local attractions. To sum up, while the location and entrance area are great, the rooms and food definitely need improvement. With a few upgrades, this hotel can offer a much better overall stay experience.
Farzana Y — Google review
We had the most wonderful stay of 4 nights! The experience right from checking in to leaving was great. The staff were all amazing, the rooms were well cleaned and large, bathroom is spotless, and the bed is one of the best. The swimming pool is huge, and 4-6pm buy 1 get 1 free cocktails at the pool bar with passionate cocktail baristas made it all the better. We only had breakfast once and it was brilliant, we didn't pay for the rest of the days as it wasn't cheap compared to what we could get outside and we couldn't be bothered waking up early either. We had to haggle a little on the return taxi to the airport and managed to get it at 20% lower than what was originally quoted, don't think they are ACCOR though, more just a local business that's based in the hotel.
Ruth G — Google review
Had a 3-night stay with Novotel Vintage park and booked hotel thinking its a 4-star property and will be very comfortable for family. Though infrastructure and location wise property is good but individual attention to guests seemed lacking. Toiletries were not kept adequately in the room for 3 members, on request also there was hesitation in giving them. For first time I have seen a hotel property refusing shaving kit (no foam/cream available) and had to buy from market. Also thought that am booking a resort but it appeared a hotel to me and not resort with multiple engagement activities planned.
Shilpa — Google review
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk from the main shopping area, nightlife spots, and right opposite a 7-Eleven for any quick needs. Everything is easily accessible, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great pool view. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was also impressive with plenty of options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Patong, close to everything yet peaceful inside the property. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket! 🌴✨

My family and I just arrived home from our stay at Novotel Vintage and honestly, we absolutely loved our stay with them ! The staff go above and beyond, are extremely accommodating and friendly, always greeted with smiles and kindness. On my husband’s birthday they laid out a beautiful happy birthday message with flowers and birthday cake. They also provide staff nanny services so hubby and I were able to enjoy a few hours for a meal and a couple of drinks on his birthday and my daughter had the best time with the ladies at the hotel, so much that she cried when they left. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our room was lovely with warm homely vibes and the location is great ! We can’t wait to come back !
Erin H — Google review
I had a 4 day stay with family at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and we liked the property very much. It is very conveniently located at Patong, close to beach and all other shopping areas. The location is covered under free pickup by almost all the tour providers and Grab cabs are also available instantly at all times. Property is well managed with well behaved staff, and the breakfast buffet is also nice with lot of options. Quality of Indian cuisine may be improved though. Breakfast starts at 6am which also makes it convenient to go for sightseeing after an early breakfast. There is also a minimart within the property with several daily consumable items, reasonably priced. The WiFi is convenient, has great coverage and quite fast as well. Overall, it is a perfect stay at Patong, and offers good value for money. Will definitely recommend and will definitely choose for my future stays at Phuket as well !

Grand Orlov is a hotel located just 150 meters from Nicky's Handlebar and a short drive from Patong Pier Marina. Guests have praised the top-notch cleanliness of the impeccably maintained rooms, along with the incredibly comfortable beds and luxurious white linens. The staff is described as cheerful, exceptionally helpful, and providing exceptional hospitality. The hotel's unbeatable location allows guests to easily explore the vibrant surroundings.
Wonderful stay! The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet even at night. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything you need. Highly recommended!
Naing L — Google review
The hotel is truly beautiful, comfortable, and has pleasant rooms. The location is excellent, easy to access, and they offer additional services that enhance the stay. However, unfortunately, I had a very negative experience regarding the payment. I made my reservation approximately one month before my arrival, and the full charge was applied to my card at that time. But upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff assured me that no payment had been made. Since I was abroad and had no way to contact my bank at that moment, I was forced to pay again, believing the first payment had not been processed. Once back in my country, I spoke with my bank, which confirmed that the original payment was indeed made and deposited into the hotel’s account. They even provided me with an official statement and proof of the transaction, which I sent to the hotel. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve the situation — over more than two months of communication via WhatsApp — the only response I received was that they were "investigating internally." Finally, they told me they found no record of the first payment, which is impossible since I have bank evidence proving otherwise. It is unfortunate that a hotel with such good facilities has such poor administrative management and inadequate after-sales service. I recommend exercising extreme caution with payments and keeping all documentation if you decide to stay here.

It was a pleasure staying here the past week during my trip to Phuket. The rooms were very nice, especially the showers. When I needed assistance, a young man named Zaw was very polite and helpful and answered my questions. It's so convenient to be able to walk into the main social area from here, so it was easy to go get food, massages, entertainment, etc. highly recommend!

However, the rooms were a bit old but they were still comfortable and worth the price considering the overall amenities and location. The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly, always ready to assist with inquiries and ensure a pleasant stay.

Grand View Patong is a relaxed hotel located in the Nanai Road area, just a short drive from Jungceylon. The hotel offers bright rooms, some with balconies, and provides car rental services. Guests appreciate the quiet location at the foot of the hill, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly staff is always available to assist with any needs. With essential rooms and daily cleaning service, it offers great value for money.
We loooooved this place! Run by a couple super friendly, helpful Fabio and Luca, the hotel seems like a sort of social gathering place for other Italian travelers/expats. We aren't Italian, lol, but the groups was always friendly and greeted us cheerfully. Rooms are straightforward, big, clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants/bars/dispensaries a very short walk out the door. 50baht/kilo next-day laundry service is an additional nice touch! It is up a very steep (17% grade) short hill and does not have a lift, so if you have mobility issues it might not be a good fit.

You know what, this hotel up on the Mountain in Patong is a hidden gem. Just enough away from the action to give some peace and close enough to find some trouble. Luca and Fabio are what make it for me. Luca was so helpful about local restaurants and even booking me a speedboat and taxi to pier. BTW, Kalima sushi was outstanding! What a view and top notch sushi. Thx again you guys!

Blood on sheets and pillow. The hotel was very hard to get to as it was on top of the hill. The bad part is there was no view even being on top of hill. But the worst part was cleanliness was so bad. There were so many ants on bed and blood on linens prior to checking in.

I've been coming on holiday here to Phuket for eight years and I've never found better value for money than in this hotel. the hotel is located at the foot of the hill so it is very quiet and you sleep well. from the rooms on the top floor you can see the sea. spacious rooms and cleaned every day. towels changed every day and very fragrant. in the morning you can drink an excellent coffee in reception. staff with a clean look smiling and friendly. the staff is always available for any problem. excellent Wi-Fi. on the ground floor there is a beautiful and very comfortable relaxation area where you can spend time with other customers

Grand View Patong is the place to be if you want to match good position hotel at a fair price maximizing high level of customer support by Luca and Fabio managers of the hotel. The rooms are essential, you will find everything you need and very important every day a cleaned up room. At night is quite and relaxing cause you are close to the nature and not into the Bangla road and if you want to have fun with 5 min motorbike you can go patong Beach and Bangla road. Luca and Fabio will give you all the tips and trick to enjoy your staying like awesome seaside, place to be terrace as well as restaurant and boat trips. Strongly suggest to join them. Best Alberto

The Frutta Boutique Hotel is a modern 3-star hotel located just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Patong Beach. The hotel offers a saltwater pool and Wi-Fi in public areas, making it convenient for guests to stay connected. Guests can enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and relax on their private balcony after a day of exploring the nearby tourist area and shopping venues. The friendly staff provides excellent service, with special touches like fresh orange juice upon arrival.
The moment we arrived we was greeted with fresh orange juice & fruit. Room was perfect for us, any issues would be resolved pronto. My children made friends with owner granddaughter & loved the dogs Mei & Whiskey. All staff was full of smiles & happy to help. The pool was great & mainly had it to ourselves & is at the back so out of the sun a bonus. Breakfast was great price & big portions and optional. We stayed for 11 nights & didn't want to leave. Will definitely be returning.

I can’t really complain about the hotel. Friendly staff, good room (deluxe view room), well equipped and clean. However I think the price is a tiny bit too much. Again, I had no complaints about the room, but sth like 85 usd is maybe a little too high. The main downside for me was the location, not the distance to everything but if you intend to walk places, it‘s very inconvenient since there is no sidewalk and you‘re always pretty much walking on the side of a very busy road. Not really the hotel‘s fault, but good to know.

Frutta Boutique is a nice, comfortable spot with no complaints in terms of the stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall vibe was pleasant. However, for the price I paid, I could have found a 4-5 star accommodation elsewhere. That said, I was here in January during peak season, so higher rates were expected. It’s a good option if convenience and comfort are your priorities.

It's a bit far from the bangla street, not the distance to cover by walking especially for aged ones but the pool the ambience and the service was excellent and there's no time restrictions for entering once you are booked and checked in for the day. Loved our stay.

Amazing hospitality and well maintained rooms 🤍 I don’t know how can people put up so many negative reviews about this hotel when everything was soo nice here . The food, rooms, reception staff and everything was so nearby too. They do have a 7/11 nearby which makes it super cool. I would 💯 recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they visit phuket next time. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality.

Not bad, not wow. About 25 minutes on foot from downtown Patong. The rooms are clean, nothing bad to say, but some investitions in the room itself would help so much. The staff is really nice and lovable! The water pressure in the bathroom should be increased. The breakfast is good, you get to choose 2 from 8 meals, and you get fresh fruits and juice, coffee, sweets, etc. Only 4/5 for rooms and location.
Ciprian N — Google review
The hotel is well maintained. It's closer to Patong Beach. It's a good distance away from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. They welcome is with Orange juice and 🍌. They provide a complimentary breakfast which is sumptuous. The pool is clean and well maintained which is on the 2nd floor. It also houses a small gym and a steam room. There is a small restaurant opposite the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and amazingly sound proof. Chappals were provided for use in the bathroom and in the hotel. A nice bag and umbrella were also provided for our shopping outings . There is also a safe deposit box in the room. It has a small adjoining balcony which overlooks the street. The land lady was helpful to provide our breakfast on the day of departure into takeaways. The hotel also houses a curio shop which is reasonably priced. The only drawback we experienced was the water issue in the bathroom. For some time it was not available and then the water was very dirty. Fortunately we all had completed baths by then. Her 2 dogs keep company .

DO NOT HIRE THE TAXIS! This hotel was fine for what we payed in the aspect of cleanliness and room quality but as far as anything special I have nothing to say. The room was in fine shape but littered with bugs, the TV only has cable, and they tried to lock the AC unit upon entry. The worst part was our taxi to the airport for which we payed 700 THB which in retrospect was too expensive and when our driver finally arrived we noticed a little too late into our ride that he had been drinking. He drove 30 KM over the limit and almost got into multiple accidents. Stay here if you like but do not use the taxi service

Guests praise its unbeatable location within walking distance to the center of Patong and all it has to offer. The staff is highly commended for their kindness and helpfulness, providing assistance with booking tours and offering great recommendations. Stayed here last month, for a couple of days and had a lovely time. Have to give it to the location, unbeatable. The employees are kind and accomodating. They provided me with assistance to book a few tours and helped me with their bargaining skills :))

Stayed for one night and what an absolute nightmare. I started to get ready to head out for the night around 7pm but guess what, no water! Imagine being in the middle of a heatwave here in Thailand when the weather is in the forties and you cannot take a shower. And in the early hours of the morning I nearly ended up on my backside in the bathroom with the AC leaking water onto the floor. The only redeeming features of this place are that it is a five-minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of bars in the area if you are looking for entertainment and it is cheap. The place is in dire need of an upgrade. A big no from me!
Alfred R — Google review
Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 months and everything was very good. The receptionist was very kind and the housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. We looked the place in google and went straight to the reception as it was more cheap than booking online. The hotel is 5 minutes to the beach and Bangla walking street. Have a lot of restaurants and bars surrounded around the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

New opening! I got surprised as rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and well organized. The shower is big and mattress comfortable. Paolo the manager was available for anything. Good location as it is about 5 min far away from the beach. Happy stay!!!

Do not book here. First time leaving a hotel without staying a night. Cockroach crawled on top of us shortly after we laid down in bed. Rooms are dated, and in serious need of renovation. The location is fine enough but the hotel feels like you are in a back alley, and the only hotel I have stayed in which you have to leave your room key when you leave the property.
Nick P — Google review
Do not stay there it is rundown The rooms are dirty. The pool is dirty the whole place not what it looks like in a photo no TV. My brother and I stay there for three weeks. We had already paid. Could not get out of it. I have been to Thailand with my brother for over 10 years. The people are lovely and it is a great place for a holiday but this is the only hotel in 10 years. I found just not what the photos say.

The room air-conditioner did not work. The bed was as hard as wood, painful the next morning when I woke up due to springs in the back. Bathroom was not clean. Property staff refused to change my room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s closer to hotel by the hour. If you are looking for something more than a night with just met girl/boy this is a perfect place. In any other case it is terrible. Nothing has been changed in the rooms for at least 20 years - old CRT TV etc. One good thing is that as for such place it was relatively clean. I would fall into depression if I had to spend more than one night there

Been staying here before Covid. Then both the location and hotel was good, now it’s only location that’s good. Dirty room, old bedsheets in the closet, the flushing in toilet not working, smells, tv not working, but the worst, the bed was totally broken and you slid down to the end during sleep. Not worth the money at all now. My worst experience in Thailand ever. This is not even 2 star hotel in my eyes. And absolutely no refound, even we pay for 5 nights and check out after 1. Keep away.!

About 2 minutes away from Bangla road, this place is the right one if you want to stay in Patong to experience its nightlife, the rooms are very clean, you have a lot of space and a/c. Pailin Hill Hotel Patong is a 3-star hotel located in the heart of Nanai Road, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Patong. Guests praise the hotel manager for providing excellent service and taking care of everything. The location is ideal for those who prefer a quieter area but still want to be within walking distance to popular attractions. Best place in Patong. Good views: sea view on one side (on floors 4-5, shared balcony), and hill view on the other side (private balcony). Low price in low season. Nice big rooms. Nice people. Quiet because of the hill location. There is also a pool.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience of Booking.com and Pailin Hill Hotel Patong. We had a confirmed reservation for 31/12/2024 - 02/01/25 since paying for the booking on 28/10/2024, but the day before we were due to check in we received an email that the hotel could no longer accommodate us for the duration of our booking, due to an overbooking at the accommodation, so the original reservation was cancelled. This was completely unacceptable and caused us major inconvenience, leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay over New Years Eve. We booked this two months in advance given it was going to be New Years Eve and knowing the island would get booked up in advance / prices would rise. There was no prior communication to let us know about the cancellation, and when looking on Booking.com scrambling for last minute alternative accommodation, the prices were coming up over triple of what we had originally paid, which we could not afford. We understand that sometimes things happen, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown in handling this situation was appalling. We had made plans based on the reservation, and this disruption ruined our entire trip. I expected much better customer service from Booking.com and this hotel. We were told by Booking.com that the hotel could no longer accommodate us for the duration of our booking, due to an overbooking at the accommodation, but the hotel manager told us they had told Booking.com at the time of our booking that they had no space and booking.com should of cancelled the booking once they were told, not the day before check in. So both parties are passing the blame, which is not acceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider booking here, as their reliability and customer service clearly do not meet basic standards.

good hotel but need improvement. Customer service is best. The lady is very helpful and attentive. Gives necessary information the tourists needs. Twe free water bottle. Can make coffee etc but you have to bring them. Locker are there. Enough space in room. Hair dryer available. 24 hours open. Parking available a lot in the premises. Pool is not well maintained but can use. Ground floor months customer are there. I like the place. If you walk and weak do not go. But other are best 2025 May

The room is spacious, nice view (4th floor), airy and away from the street noise! Sure thing there is no soundproof so I could hear my neighbour's toilet routine and his TV that was on all night long watching horror movies😅. The hotel should have some restrictions for the customers( I don't mean about toilet 😅), given there is no soundproof. They clean the rooms everyday and change towels etc(if you request so), however, colored towels & bedsheet is a bit of a red flag, though they smelled wonderfully, not sure about the way they sterilize them. Also, the shower drain was plugged which was a bit uncomfortable when showering as it would fastly flood. The staff is kind and very nice!On the whole if you intend just to go there for a shower and a sleep it's a decent place!

Affordable and clean. Hassle free stay with privacy. The owner is a funny and concerned guy. Holding a translator and delivering punch lines :) Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. (Translated by Google) Completely shabby, from the balcony we had to walk 2m further along the power line, the air conditioning doesn't really work, only hot air comes out, probably 30 years old and has never been serviced. You can't sleep with the window open either, as loud vehicles drive along all the time, music can be heard loudly late into the night and the word massage comes to my ears, so you sweat non-stop at night. The bed resembles a reanimation doll, really uncomfortable. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, although it was said before, but after that it was cleaned every day. The pool is completely run down, according to the pictures there are loungers there, in reality there was a dilapidated plastic chair, but probably no one wants to go in there voluntarily anyway. The parking lot was about 4 m2 in size and the scooters were also easy to park. Really not recommended for the price, we've had better accommodations with separate rooms, decent, and almost half the price. If you're just looking for something to sleep in and don't mind back pain or sweating, it's enough for you.

Bangla Road is the pulsating heart of nightlife in Patong, Phuket, where excitement and energy collide. This lively thoroughfare is lined with an array of bars, clubs, and market stalls that come alive after dark. As you stroll down Bangla Road, you'll encounter a vibrant mix of Go-Go bars and pubs filled with friendly locals and travelers alike. The atmosphere is electric, inviting you to dance the night away or simply enjoy a drink while soaking in the sights and sounds around you.
Liveliest street in Phuket probably. Worth a walk even if you're not into drinks and other stuff.

This is like sensory overload especially after 9.30pm at night when things seem to take off even more. A lot of bars, clubs both for dance and more the gentleman clubs as such, lots of food in this street at the different bars. Ally to drink of course. A lot of live music and generally a fun place to come and hangout with friends of all ages. Definitely worth a visit. There is also a street for street food and some local clothes and tourist markets connected to this place.

Additionally, it's just a short drive from popular beaches like Patong and Kamala, with a free shuttle service to Patong Beach available three times a day.
My 2nd time staying at this hotel. A little hiccup during check in this time - key cards not given due to the machine being down. But in order to let me go in the room without much delay, they asked Concierge to give me access to the room first and I could take the key cards when I go out later. Caught 2 mini cockroaches in the room, but I suppose this can't really be helped, being an open space hotel - at least it didn't feel infested or anything like that. Breakfast was as awesome as I remembered - good variety and some dishes change daily. I rarely find good coffee served at hotel breakfast buffets but I absolutely loved the coffee here. What I loved even more is the service staff at the breakfast buffet, especially Noo Dang, Nana and others. Noo Dang clearly has a lot of passion in her work as it shows in her bubbly and excellent service every single morning I was there without fail! One thing that is kinda annoying is the bees everywhere at breakfast - the tables, cereal and milk area, and especially on the donuts in the bakery area. Went to the spa on 29 Sept, the lady at the reception wasn't very friendly. Made a booking for the next day, and the lady at the reception on 30 Sept was friendlier! Went for a B1F1 full body massage, and had wonderful masseuse - Max and Pen. They were courteous, and did a fabulous job. I've been raving about this hotel to my family and friends since I came here the first time in Apr 2023. After this trip, I'd still highly recommend this hotel!

Great Stay, But More 4-Star Than 5-Star We really enjoyed our time here — the staff work tirelessly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the infinity pool overlooking Patong and the sea is beautiful. The sky bar with live music was a real highlight. That said, it feels more like a solid 4-star hotel than a true 5-star. There are quite a few stairs to reach the rooms, and some areas look a bit unfinished or in need of upkeep. Our suite was comfortable but fairly basic, similar in size to other, rather basic hotel rooms we stayed at in Thailand. Also, there’s no easy beach access, which was a bit disappointing. Food was mediocre: some dishes were good, some weren’t really. Big menu, so stick with what’s easy to prepare and local. Overall, we had a good experience — just set your expectations closer to a high-end 4-star, rather than a luxury 5-star resort.

I booked a Deluxe Sea View room with breakfast. 1. My room in Building 1 had electric poles and wires obstructing part of the sea view. It was on the 2nd floor, so the view was still better than the lower floors. Only Buildings 1 and 2 offer privacy with sea views — Building 2 has a slightly clearer view, while other buildings face directly into each other. I’d recommend choosing a sea view room in Building 1 or 2. 2. As an Indian vegetarian, I had informed the hotel of my dietary needs in advance and received confirmation they’d be accommodated. However, only about 1% of the breakfast buffet was suitable — I could manage with coffee, yogurt, muesli, and a basic sandwich. The buffet itself was lavish but heavily non-vegetarian, with items like bacon, khao suey, and churros, yet surprisingly no simple vegetarian or even ice cream options. 3. Lastly, none of the common areas, including the lobby and restaurant, are air-conditioned. At 32°C in late October, guests waiting for check-in (which starts at 3 PM) were sweating in the lobby — not what you’d expect from a 5-star property at this price point. Overall, the rooms, pool, and vibe are lovely, but the overall experience didn’t feel worth the premium due to limited vegetarian options and lack of comfort in common spaces.

The best thing was the service, best service we have ever had in a hotel (frequent travellers). Right from the cleaners decorating, to the door men, reception staff and catering staff. Special thank you to Payfon, s.pook, s kae, Kook, Noodang and Deedee.

Shout out to front desk staffs; Rose, Abner, Joe and along the other receptionist. And also to Ms.Doonang of Malika terrace restaurant.. and also to the room attendant.. such a nice experience and I would definitely get back again.. Keep up the wonderful job..

Nestled along the stunning Patong Beach, the Novotel Phuket Resort is a true gem for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. This beautiful resort features a variety of rooms and suites, each equipped with private balconies that offer breathtaking views of the ocean. With three outdoor pools and two bars, guests can unwind in style while soaking up the sun or enjoying refreshing drinks.
Having stayed at many places in Thailand, this Resort was one of the best. Located at perfect spot for magnificent view, friendly and courteous staff all made the stay very comfy. The serene environment and nature made the stay very peaceful. Rooms were clean, Pool was well maintained. Only place of improvement is breakfast, same set of menu everyday is boring, though loved the cake. Overall a perfect place to stay with family.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Phuket Resort! The location is perfect with stunning views over Patong Bay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The pools and breakfast were fantastic — a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommended!

Stayed in the family suite with daughter 16yy, Big clean spacious room with fantastic views of the sea and Patong. Would not have been as great if not for the welcome and recommendations from Franke, an absolute standout in customer service. Special mentions also to Chet, Eiei, An, the lady pregnant with twins, Thong, the pool guys, concierge guys and Parn. You all made our stay memorable from every angle. Thank you. Well worth the premium we paid.

Location is best to travel and view is also mesmerising from the superior rooms on 2nd floor and hotel lobby area and pool area. Hotel is well maintained only bathroom needs a bit upgrade. Please change the toothpaste too difficult to use. Breakfast spread was also good. Overall good experience. Entire family liked it and looking forward to come back again.

We have stayed as a family over week. First of all the location is perfect, within the city but in the forest as well, away from the city crowd. Location is elevated from the main road so less humidity and clean air. There is a shuttle from the main gate and to the center. Breakfast has many options even the blue cheese. Other advantage is due to the location, tours picked us last and dropt first so avoided additional time on the road for island trips and others. We like everything about the hotel including staff, prompt response, house keeping and other services. Frankie, thank you very much for all the support you have provided us to make our visit unforgettable.

The service provided by the hotel was outstanding from check in, booking the spa, housekeeping and everything in between until check out. The service provided by the bell staff and those standing at the entrance of the hotel arranging shuttle service from reception to the bottom of the hill was second to none. I would recommend the breakfast option as well to be added to your booking. The only thing I would say is the guest rooms could do with refreshing and updating but were adequate for our needs,

We booked a family room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. We trusted the Novotel brand and made a non-refundable booking, expecting a comfortable family stay. When we arrived around 9 PM, we discovered that the sofa bed was only suitable for one person. So although we booked for four people, there were only three actual sleeping spaces. The hotel staff told us that one of our children would have to sleep with us, or we could pay extra for an additional bed — which cost 4,000 baht more. This is honestly the first hotel we’ve stayed in that sells a “family room” for four but provides beds for only three. It felt more like a hostel policy than a reputable international hotel. Even the room had only three towels, despite clearly knowing our booking was for four guests. To make matters worse, the confirmation email only mentioned that the sofa bed was for one person after we had already made the non-refundable reservation — which feels misleading. Overall, we left feeling overcharged, misled, and disappointed. The staff’s attitude didn’t help either; the receptionist even tried to make it sound like we were getting a “special discount” on the extra bed — which was frankly a joke. We expected much better from Novotel. Sadly, this experience really damaged our trust in the brand.

As soon as My wife and our three year old son and I checked in, we found a couple of bugs in the room furniture area concentrated in the coffee making section to TV panel section. Since we Travel travelling with An infant, We had carried vegetarian baby food along. We were also accompanied with our cousin’s family. When we approached the staff asking to change the room, they sent house keeping and wanted to bug spray bug spray. We were skeptical since we have food along - and if the spray gets to the food, we’d be in a big mess. I met the guy at reception and he said “oh! because you have food there are bugs!” I told him we just checked in and the bugs are more on the coffee maker area, and asked to change the room instead of pest control spray. Initially they refused, and upon calling them again, they arranged for a room from 2nd tower to 9th tower, which is other side of the resort. Since we were in a group of 2 families that would have become very hectic do to-and-fro. Also since the attitude and approach to addressing the problem by the staff also wasn’t great, I decided to stay in the room full of bugs and compromise. I’m particularly disappointed with the staff approach to solve the problem instead focusing the blame back on the customer who have just checked in, also apparently its not like a small problem, it is a safety hazard. Hence, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It is a very very old hotel. The interiors are not up to the standard of today. And from the above, write up, you can see how staff behaviour is. I definitely don’t expect Novotel’s staff to be such insensitive. We come to holiday, not to stay with bugs and And experience such poor behaviour from staff.

Nestled along the picturesque Patong Beach, The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa Phuket offers a contemporary stay with a range of amenities. Guests can indulge in delectable international buffets at the hotel's three restaurants and enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop cocktail lounge. The hotel also boasts a rejuvenating spa, outdoor pool, and elegantly decorated rooms featuring classic wood furnishings.
Our hotel room was on a floor under renovation but once you stepped inside you didn’t notice. I do wish they had just closed that floor off as it took away from the luxury feel. The staff, service, food, drinks were all excellent. We were also in the heart of the gay district so that was awesome. Overall we will be back. There’s a fake post that keeps popping up about a guy “meeting up with his sister” under different accounts. Ignore it, a competitor or ex-employee is probably trying to drag the hotel.
Daniel A — Google review
The rooms felt dated and smelt of mould, on the first night we could smell weed coming through the aircon vent; which was rather unpleasant. The check-in experience left a lot to be desired, we were required to pay 3,000 baht as a room deposit, almost 30% of our total booking. This was not communicated beforehand. We did receive this money after checking out. The pool and pool bar were nice. Some of the staff gave great service at the pool bar! The location was amazing, so close to the action and not Tuk Tuks needed. For what you pay the resort is okay value, although the rooms and service definitely makes you know you get what you paid for…

Deceptive Photos, Dismal Reality: A Nightmare Family Stay My recent family trip was meant to be a joyous reunion, especially as I was meeting my sister after ages. Eager to make it special, I booked this hotel through Booking.com, lured by its seemingly beautiful pictures and a price tag of over $600 for three nights, which I assumed reflected quality. What we received was nothing short of a scam. Upon arrival, our excitement quickly turned to confusion and then utter dismay. Instead of checking into the inviting main building we saw online, we were unceremoniously directed to an entirely separate, dilapidated annex. The contrast was jarring. Our room in this alternative building was old, visibly dirty, and dusty. Amenities were sparse, a far cry from what was implied. The balcony was not just dirty, it was genuinely filthy, overlooking a part of the building that looked derelict and uncared for. And then there was the smell – an intolerable, pervasive odor that made it hard to breathe easily. To add to the discomfort, street noise was incredibly loud, making restful sleep impossible. Hoping to salvage our stay, I immediately went to the lobby to request a room change. I explicitly stated we'd be happy with a smaller room, just one that was clean and acceptable. The staff's response was disappointing: they claimed to be "fully booked" and offered no immediate solution. Their only suggestion was a possible move the next afternoon, but significantly, it would be within the same unacceptable annex building. My entire first day was utterly ruined by this experience. It was already too late to find an alternative hotel that evening, so we endured one miserable night. The very next morning, I wasted no time booking another hotel elsewhere and promptly shifted out. This last-minute booking naturally came at a significantly higher cost, adding insult to injury to an already disastrous start to our trip. I am sharing this experience to warn others: do NOT be scammed by the misleading photographs of this establishment. This hotel is a masterclass in false advertising. Save yourself the grief, the money, and the ruined trip. Furthermore, I would specifically not recommend this hotel for Muslim families, as the overall environment felt unwelcoming and unsuitable. Avoid at all costs.

Just from entering the first time to the room, the air was super damp and moldy. The bed sheets were a bit damp. Clothes in baggage got damp over a few days of staying. Wifi was like 40kb/s. In other words, non functional and had to use my roaming data. The bed sheets and pillow sheets in all 3 nights of staying had stains or other people's hair when room service changed them. The bath wasnt cleaned even once. The only saving grace was location. Overall, very dissatisfied.

This hotel is amazing, it has everything what you need to stay in Phuket, our room was so clean and peaceful, we stayed on the 7th floor with balcony & pool view , many activities like the pool party and happy hours. Location more than perfect, our maid was attentive to making our room. when we backed to the room it was perfectly clean. Thanks for those days. Don’t miss the breakfast 🍳

Hazardous! Heavy Black Mold! Hazardous! Black mold! Don’t let the pictures fool you. Two different rooms had so much heavy black mold in the AC vents, and the second room was even worse than the first. The staff insisted everything was fine, but it clearly wasn’t. Mold blowing through an air system is a health risk! My 2 year old and I have changed rooms at midnight and now this room doesn’t even have a working phone to call reception again. If you value clean air and basic safety, avoid this hotel.

Our stay at Royal Paradise Hotel Phuket was a nightmare from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the toilet in our room did not work. I reported it immediately, but when we returned from dinner that night, nothing had been done. Later that evening, around 11pm, I called again, asked for escalation to a manager, but no one contacted us, and the toilet remained broken. The next morning, I called again after breakfast and explained how distressed I was, especially as my elderly mother with mobility issues was travelling with me for her birthday. I was promised it would be fixed, but after lunch, we returned to find it still broken. Frustrated, I went personally to the front desk in the afternoon and demanded immediate action. Instead of sending a technician, they sent a housekeeper to “check,” as though they didn’t believe me. It was only after dinner that night — almost 24 hours after my first report — that the toilet was finally repaired. For nearly the entire two-night stay, we had no working toilet in our own room. My mother was forced to walk to the lobby or pool toilets every single time, which was humiliating and distressing given her mobility issues and the fact this was meant to be her birthday trip. At checkout, I asked for fair compensation, at least one night refunded, given the circumstances. Instead, the manager refused to meet me, staff laughed and spoke in Thai while dismissing me, and they offered token gestures like a breakfast discount while our taxi waited outside. When I said I would speak to the manager later to resolve payment, things escalated badly. Security stopped our taxi on the road, physically intimidating us. My mother was crying in fear, and when I called the police, they sided with the hotel and told me as a tourist I was “wrong.” The manager then called, laughed, and threatened us, saying immigration would stop us and we would be jailed. I was forced to pay via a link under pressure, yet I was never given a receipt, statement, or any record of what I paid. We left Thailand feeling terrified, humiliated, and traumatised. What should have been a happy first trip for my mother’s birthday turned into a nightmare.

Warning: €500 was stolen from my wallet (10 x €50) while swimming from our room. I didn't realize they could just get into your room like that. I've emailed the hotel since I only found out in Bangkok. I've emailed the hotel and still haven't received a response. I assume they're checking the camera footage. I had a ground-floor room next to the elephants. The pool is within walking distance! I'm absolutely devastated by this.

The resort was overall good for a stay — clean, comfortable, and in a nice setting. However, we had mentioned multiple times that we were celebrating my grandmother’s birthday, and unfortunately no effort was made to acknowledge it. A small gesture would have made the experience feel more personal. Still, it’s a decent place if you’re just looking for a simple and comfortable stay.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel. We love it here! Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, great location as well. Hotel is very clean. Beds are so comfortable, good AC. 2 huge pools as well. Stayed at Sawaddi Patong Spa & Resort. The room was small but clean and fine for a short stay. Breakfast was average, and it felt a bit rushed as you couldn’t eat past 10:30, even if you still had food on your plate. The hotel’s location was good, very close to Patong Beach and the night market, making it convenient for exploring.
Taanya C — Google review
The breakfast was good with plenty of variety to choose from. The pool is great, and all the staff were always smiling and helpful. The only small challenge was the language barrier, their English isn’t very strong, but that seems common in Thailand. Despite that, the staff were kind, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. The restaurant food and dining area were also excellent and delicious!
Nayiri C — Google review
Don’t recommend this stay. We were made to wait around 15 minutes at check-in with no communication at all. Nobody informed us to wait or gave any update — we just stood there at a crowded, poorly managed counter completely clueless. We called for water in the room and were told they only provide two bottles a day. We asked them to charge extra bottles to the room, and they still said they’d “check if they can send.” Eventually we got the water, but it’s strange they were even unsure about that. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow and patchy. We requested an iron, which came only after two reminders — and it had residue on it that ruined my white shirt. During checkout, we waited another 30 minutes for them to bring our bags. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff, facilities and atmosphere were all excellent. The only minor issue was the shower as the water temperature sometimes fluctuated between very hot and cold. Aside from that, everything else was great 💖💖💖

The Patong Bay Hill Resort is a luxurious all-suite resort with stunning sea views. It features an outdoor pool and plenty of amenities including a spa and shops. The staff are friendly and the conditions superb. It's located high in the mountains, so you'll need a car or motorbike to get to it, but it's definitely worth the trip!
Absolutely amazing stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort! The room was super clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view over the hills and the ocean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling — they really made me feel welcome. The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the location is quiet but still close enough to Patong Beach and all the nightlife. The free shuttle service was super convenient too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket — it’s peaceful, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. I’ll definitely come back!

I recently stayed at your hotel in one of the highest room categories, expecting a truly luxurious experience. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. The reception staff were unprofessional and the payment process was unnecessarily delayed due to pricing issues. What was more disappointing is that I felt disrespected during this time — the staff were laughing, speaking in Thai, and looking at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable stay. I want to stress that I have great respect for the Thai people and culture, and I am certain that what I experienced does not reflect the true hospitality of Thailand. However, the behavior of your reception team made me feel the opposite. I trust you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests receive the level of professionalism and respect expected from a hotel of your standing.
Mohamed A — Google review
The only positive thing I can mention is that the car transfer was always on time. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely run-down, with very little light, old and damaged doors, and a terrible smell whenever the taps are used. The bathroom was awful – the shower was full of mold, and they only provide one poor-quality toilet roll. Nothing like the photos online. The pool looks nice in pictures, but in reality it is missing tiles, which makes it unsafe. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and came across as arrogant rather than welcoming. I regret staying here, especially for several days, as there are much better hotels in the same price range. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Please check carefully before booking – I wouldn’t stay here again.

I really like this hotel. It is private and suitable for relaxation. The food is delicious. The restaurant staff is very good. And the room service staff (Dream) is very impressed with my service. Have a nice day. I will definitely come back to stay here again soon. 🫰❤️

I checked into the hotel with my friends, and while the check-in process went smoothly, the only commendable part of our stay was the transfer service. Unfortunately, our experience quickly took a downturn. The toilets were in poor condition, with broken doors, and the swimming pools had several missing tiles. We sincerely regret not reading the reviews prior to booking, as it appears our negative experience was not unique. The staff lacked friendliness, and the customer service during breakfast was particularly disappointing. When we requested more food due to insufficient portions, a staff member (name withheld) dismissively told us to stick to the American breakfast and not ask for Indian options—this response felt discriminatory and completely inappropriate. Additionally, we found ants inside the jam, which raised serious concerns about food hygiene. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and truly regret choosing to stay here for three nights. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to resolve the food safety issues, improve customer service, and address the conduct of the staff in the food department.

We decided to stay here after seeing it in a friend’s vlog last year — she had enjoyed her trip, so we thought it might be a safe and familiar choice. On arrival, the first impression was actually quite nice. The check-in was smooth, though oddly the “welcome drink” isn’t offered at the desk — you have to walk over to the bar to collect it yourself. We booked their Sea View Suite at around ₹10k per night (off-season). The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and it matched the pictures online. However, the furniture’s fit and finish felt average, and the mattress quality was just okay — not terrible, but it didn’t offer a particularly comfortable sleep. Overall, it looked fine but didn’t feel like premium quality for the price. Since we were tired from travelling, we ordered room service for lunch. Unfortunately, this was our first real disappointment. The food arrived cold and tasted like it came straight from a freezer — the pizza had no seasoning on the side (no oregano, no chilli flakes), the spring rolls were soggy, and the fried rice was very average. The shuttle service inside the resort is also worth mentioning — it’s essentially a pickup truck. Not only is it uncomfortable, but getting in and out is a small challenge in itself. Later that evening, we asked for extra tea bags and coffee sachets around 6 PM. It took 30 minutes for someone to bring just two of each, and when we requested more, we were told to call reception and ask again. Breakfast was another letdown — below average compared to what you’d typically get at standard hotels like Novotel or Marriott, both in terms of taste and variety. For vegetarians, the options were mostly bread and fruits.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INDIAN TASTE. On top of that, price-wise, we actually ended up paying more here than we would have for well-known chains like Marriott or Novotel — and unfortunately, the service and food quality didn’t come close to matching those standards. Overall, the property itself is designed nicely and the view from the suite is stunning. But the hospitality, service speed, and food quality leave a lot to be desired. Maybe it’s because we’re used to exceptional hospitality where we come from, but this stay felt like the location and design were carrying the experience, while the service sadly dragged it down.

We had booked our stay at Naina Resort and Spa and our stay at the hotel exceeded far what we had expected. First of all, would like to thank Mr. Jibin for all the arrangements and help he has provided to us during our stay. We had 6 senior citizens with us and Mr. Jibin went out of the way to provide us with rooms that is easily accessible to senior citizens making their stay so comfortable. Secondly, Mr. Jibin helped us with nearby good/budgeted restaurants and shops. And I would specifically mention that Mr. Jibin's interaction with us was not a special off case but he was actively interacting and helping out all the guests irrespective of nationality. Would recommend this hotel as located to easily accessible attractions and as a budget friendly hotel. And once again a special thanks to Mr. Jibin for making our stay so pleasant.

Absolutely amazing stay – thanks to Mr. Jibin and the incredible team! Overall, a great hotel to stay at! My family has stayed at Senses multiple times over the years, and this time was my first visit. The manager, Oil, was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. When I mentioned that I’m pregnant, she generously upgraded our rooms free of charge to “Deluxe Rooms with Sea View.” The rooms were spacious, and they even added an extra bed in one of them to comfortably accommodate the three of us. We felt so at home that we decided to extend our stay for another week. The cleaning service and breakfast staff were also fantastic. Our rooms were cleaned and mopped daily, and the sheets were changed every day, which we really appreciated. The staff are always ready to jump in and help — Aey even carried my plates to the table for me one morning, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The only thing I wish were better is the dining area. It’s a beautiful open-air balcony with lovely plants and a nice view of Patong city and the beach in the distance. While the setting is charming, the open-air setup can get a bit warm and humid on some days — I personally would have preferred an indoor, air-conditioned space for meals.

This is an amazing place to stay. The service from the reception staff to dining room staff, all the staff are fantastic and friendly. They sincerely care and want to make your stay at the resort, one to remember. Thank you to the entire staff at the hotel, for my amazing stay at your hotel! You guys rock!!

I had a disappointing stay at The Senses Resort in Phuket. The air conditioning in the hotel lobby and elevators was not working at all, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The entire place had an unpleasant smell, and there was a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to sleep. The food was poor with very limited options. Honestly, it’s a shame this hotel is rated as 5 stars, The room was poorly equipped and lacked the basic amenities you would expect in any proper hotel room. Also, the advertised sea view is very misleading — while you can barely see the sea from a distance, the beach is actually about 15 minutes away from the hotel. It is definitely not a beachfront location as described. The only positive aspect was the receptionist, who was polite and helpful. However, the hotel overall was not clean, and the available services were very limited. I would not recommend staying here.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL. I’d like to start this off by mentioning we had booked this hotel in April for 10 days thinking that we would be walking into a so called “5 Star Hotel”. Don’t get me wrong, some of the time we had welcoming and accomodating staff when coming in and out of hotel, but overall service was bad. Housekeeping - Staff would come in our rooms everyday to empty out trash and refill the complimentary bar station. BUT DO NOT CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE ROOM OR BATHROOM. Please refer to photo I have added below considering there is mould and grout from the time we checked in the hotel till check out. Additionally there was always an awful smell coming from the toilet which smelt like there was sewage system issues? We had to even call maintenance staff to come in due to the blocked toilet we had one time and all they mentioned was accusing us of flushing toilet paper, when we had always followed their policy of no tissues/sanitary products down the toilet. Stealing issue - There was a day where I had left my sunglasses on the table one morning. We had just gone out for a training session which was 4 minutes down the road. Came back to the room and found my sunglasses were no longer on the vanity table which I had left it at? We discussed this with front desk staff via phone call and we were told that they will get back to us on this issue. The next day we had approached them at the lobby and staff had shown us CCTV footage of housekeeping just coming in and out cleaning our room. There is lack of common sense here as you would presume if you were stealing you would not do it infront of cameras. Hotel were unaccomodating to the situation and in the end said that “maybe you have left it in the car/taxi”. Mind you we had had our own rental bike. I understand this could have been avoided by using the safe which was provided in the room, but staff should be looked into during these situations. Another issue ontop of this was towards the end of our stay, staff placed a notice bill under our door the day before check out. It was a in room service bill which was ALREADY PAID FOR WITH CASH. We had only ordered in room service 3 times throughout our stay and it was ALWAYS paid with cash. Long story short, we had discussed this the the hotel manager and she would not budge or let us go without paying for the bill as she strongly believed that her staff would not lie to her. She said to be told that the staff member who delivered our food that day said we only gave her $100 Baht when our bill was $880 Baht (My partner and I clearly remember giving the staff $1000 Baht and mentioned to that staff they could keep the change which would’ve been $120 Baht as a tip since she was very friendly aswell for bringing the food into our room) First things first, why would that staff member walk away with only $100 Baht and not ask to pay the rest of the bill? We were very frustrated as they had used our kindness for weakness. Immediately after this whole situation, my partner did not want to deal with this anymore and said we would just pay half which shouldn’t of even happened. Manager immediately agreed to this. Seems like all they really care about is the MONEY. You would think the manager would have some sort of concern for her staff stealing. PLEASE Be careful of the tomboy lady working in Food and Beverage. They cannot be trusted. Believe me I am not one to write reviews like this but coming to conclusion, We will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice and friendly staff who always greet you with a warm smile. Thanks for the upgrade of our room type which helped us to have a better logistics on last day. It will be great if some facilities can be improved such as water drainage system in bathroom and room doors. Still, recommended!

First of all, the service was absolutely awful. The receptionist had a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude—she actually became visibly irritated and raised her voice when we politely requested to switch rooms. It felt like we were a burden rather than valued guests. The overall atmosphere of the place was dark, gloomy, and very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, which made it even more inconvenient, especially with luggage. When we were finally moved to a different room, we were shocked by the condition. The room was clearly not cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom, and we even found several insects near the walls and on the floor. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Also there was a grasshopper sitting there since 4 days and the cleaners didn't take it.

Location was perfect, quiet and picturesque…..BUT Pool Access rooms are not private, the bar kept the music blaring until midnight, so the quiet of the morning was shattered. The pool was not cleaned every day. The pool ladders were not attached securely. All the pool access rooms were not alike ie. the one closest to the lift was more run down. TV channel selection was very limited, with no movies in the pool access rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, very attentive. Shopping was very close but not cheap. Lots of food selection around and at the shopping centre. Food was ok at the hotel but not always authentically Thai food, which was my expectation. Free transport to and from the beach and shopping centre, which was amazing.

This hotel is so amazing! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond! They organised for my friend and I with a birthday dessert and sung us happy birthday. They also went the extra mile to decorate our room for the day. None of these things were communicated prior to the day so was a lovely surprise! Also walking distance to patong and the main shopping centre

I honestly had such a great stay here and it really made my trip so much better. The staff were amazing, always smiling, super friendly, and happy to help with anything. They really made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The food was also delicious with a lot of options, and everything tasted fresh. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, which made it so easy to relax after a long day.

I stayed here with a group of coworkers on a business trip for a few days. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The breakfasts buffet is pretty good here, with everything from curries and nan, to cheese and cold cuts, to congee, stir-fries, and a fair selection of breads, waffles, and pastries. The pool is shallow, but well-maintained. The location is a bit off the beaten path. The hike up to the hotel from the main road, and then again up to hillside annex can be long, but the hotel provides a golf cart shuttle for both routes until midnight. Parking can be hard to find at times, but the staff will reserve a space for you if you let them know ahead of time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet stay.

Located just off the main road of Patong. Hotel is built on a slight hill so getting to/from your room will need to be by golf cart. We were on 2nd floor which had a sea facing view. Bathrooms need a bit of updating but nothing I can complain about as it's just my opinion. Good value for money at this property. Bonus for me was that they have a fully halal kitchen. If you have the opportunity, please rry and book their afternoon tea. It's a lovely experience and should be a must with your trip. I highly recommend that you have Koi attend to all your restaurant and catering needs. She was incredibly helpful and did not shy from treating us as her guest. She is an absolute gem!

We got amazing service from the staff here especially from Toy and Abu while staying for 6 nights. Room was nice a clean and got cleaned daily, breakfast had good selection. Pool was lovely and clean too. We loved the pizza and 2 beer deal and the fact we could get a buggy down to the end of the road and back when weather was torrential rain was a bonus!

I had a wonderful stay at Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket – Handwritten Collection from 11–13 September 2025. The hospitality and location were excellent, making it very convenient and comfortable throughout my trip. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciated their warm service. The buggy service was amazing – efficient and made moving around much easier. While I wished my room had a better view, it did not take away from the overall pleasant experience. I will definitely choose to come back here again on my next trip to Phuket!

Delightful stay 👌 Mr.Syed on front desk was a thorough gentleman and very caring. Mr.Abu at restaurant was an amazing person. Well appointed room with mini fridge, iron, kettle, packaged water. Wonderful view from balcony with sea visible at a distance (we took pool view room in Tower-B first floor). Quite place with Patong Beach at walking distance. Ample parking space as we took self drive car and a scooty. All good Indian restaurants near by and many 7-Eleven stores available in close proximity. Will be my go-to hotel if ever i travel to Phuket again.

The service and staff were more than exceptional and always there whenever we needed anything. Always very welcoming and keen to chat. 🥰 Location was good if you are looking for somewhere quieter but still close enough to the things you want to see. Rooms were okay but are in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms which showed its use and age. The same goes for bedding and towels, unfortunately some showed use and age more than others. The pool area was nice, and the pool itself was very good. Mind sitting under the tree however, as we got pooped on a few times by the birds. 😅 overall, we have had a lovely stay.

This place was perfect for my trip. The room was exactly what I had requested and the facilities had everything I needed and they provided a complimentary adapter. Staff were so lovely and friendly every day, remembered my birthday and brought cake and fresh fruit to my room. A 5 minute walk down to the shops so everything was very accessible. Complimentary transport into the main Patong town daily was also super helpful. I loved this place xx

My stay at Club Bamboo was absolutely wonderful! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained — lush gardens, a serene pool with waterfall features, and charming Thai-inspired touches throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of Thai and international dishes. The location is peaceful yet still convenient — just a short distance to Patong’s attractions, shops, and beach activities. The free shuttle made travel even easier. Overall, Club Bamboo exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again on my next trip.

⭐ ABSOLUTE DUMP WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD– AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place is a complete disgrace. I arrived on 7th April 2025 and was given a filthy, uninhabitable room with no electricity, a rusted, broken bathtub and no working shower. It was right underneath an active construction site too. When I complained they tried to charge me extra to move rooms as they were “fully booked”. After arguing magically more rooms “became available” clear proof they were lying. The other rooms? Just as bad or worse. Damp, mould, sewage stench, urine-soaked corridors, broken doors, rusted fixtures. Every room was a health hazard. I refused them all and ended up crammed in my mum’s room which was also disgusting: - No hot water for 5 days - Exposed live wires - Broken window locks - TV didn’t work - Bed infested with mites, ants and bedbugs - I got bitten all over and needed medical treatment - Housekeeping put DIRTY, BLOOD STAINED SHEETS ON THE BED -Bathroom flooded due to poor drainage system. Staff were rude, unhelpful and lied constantly. I was told to wait for a proper room but was ignored for the entire 2 weeks despite going to the reception every day. They also kept my 500 baht deposit even though I never stayed in the original room for more than 30 minutes. I submitted a written complaint form which they pretended to process I even caught a staff member pulling it out of a binder and admitting it hadn’t been passed on to the manager to review. They refused to sign anything to confirm I was without a room which stopped me claiming proper compensation. The rest of the hotel is just as bad: - Pool tiles broken and dangerous - Cockroaches everywhere - People smoking weed around kids and vulnerable guests - Food was terrible and stale - Mosquito infestation due to poor water drainage - No gym or spa (false advertising) - Hotel sits on a dangerous pitch-black road with no pavement or side walk -Creepy old men with young girls drinking and smoking weed And to top it all off staff pressured my mum to leave a 5-star review as soon as she checked in. The whole thing is a scam. We removed the rating as soon as the hotel staff left. I have stayed in many hotels and hostels all over Thailand and this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Me and my family left this hotel early as we just could not live in disgusting and dirty conditions. This place should be shut down and refurbished. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Genuinely a fantastic stay and not sure how there are any negative reviews. Room was ideal with air conditioning and everything works as it should including the fridge. Pool is lovely, simple and clean if you do want to chill by there at all. Me and my mate ventured out each day either by foot which takes about 15-20 mins into the main area (like bangla road). Or we would rent the scooters from the hotel which are ideal and very cheap. I did have a look around at other prices etc which were more and they require you to hand over your passports which I wasn’t willing to do. It was my 40th whilst here and the hotel really did go above and beyond for this with room decorations and turning up at my door with cake and singing happy birthday. Staff are genuinely all sooo lovely too. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

A Wonderful Stay at Club Bamboo Boutique My recent stay at the Club Bamboo Boutique Resort near Patong Beach was truly delightful, and a huge part of that was down to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. There was a slight issue with our first room upon arrival, but the staff handled it with such grace and efficiency. They were immediately apologetic and, without any fuss, they upgraded us to a beautiful, different room that was absolutely perfect for our stay. The new room was spacious, clean, and provided a lovely, relaxing haven. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis just a short distance from the buzz of Patong. The pool area is gorgeous, and everything is maintained to a high standard. I highly recommend Club Bamboo Boutique Resort. You're guaranteed excellent service, and it's clear they prioritize their guests' comfort and satisfaction. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Excellent location. Happy hour at the pool is great, can even connect to the music if you would like. Bathroom flooded after quick rinse (poor drainage system in addition to placement of showerhead), maintenance came and re installed shower head. Bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Website mentions different hours for restaurant and pool (actually closes earlier). 'Resort' needs serious maintenance/updating. Very outdated. There are too many options in the area to be disappointed, I would recommend staying elsewhere to fully enjoy your experience in Phuket.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. I wonder how I missed this property in my previous visits to Phuket. I can describe this property as the calmness amongst the chaos. It is located very much near to the Patong walking street and yet this property gives you the calm vibes. Centrally located and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were kind and welcoming and friendly. Perfectly worth the price. Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future. There are few cats roaming in the property which is friendly as well.

Avoid this hotel! I booked and paid for the room for two months ago 11.01.25 and when I arrived at the hotel 19.03.25 about 19-00 my booking was cancelled!!! The reception says that my agent canceled, and the agent assures that the hotel has not closed the sales. I only needed one night, but I was assured that there were no places. And while I was looking for another hotel, a girl comes to the reception and pays for the room, I asked her when she booked. She replied that right now. So they had free rooms. The money was not returned to me.Avoid this place!!

Stayed at Lokal Phuket during our trip and loved the location! 🏝️ Just a short walk from Bangla Street, the night market, Jungceylon Mall, and even a 7-Eleven — everything you need is close by! 🛍️🍜 The hotel had a great vibe, super clean rooms, and a helpful staff who made our stay smooth. The room was compact but had all the essentials you’d need. 🛏️✨ Bonus points for the swimming pool to chill after a hot day and the bike rental service, which we used a couple of times to explore around. 🚲☀️ Perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of Patong but still have a comfy place to crash!

We came here for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is located at a really busy area however we don’t hear anything when we are in the room. Very serene. We got a room right infront of the pool. Nestled on a lush hillside with stunning sea views, Rosewood Phuket offers 71 luxurious villas and suites that exude a homely feel with cozy living spaces adorned with thoughtful decor. The Asaya spa is a standout feature, offering an exceptional wellness experience including the option to book the Asaya Villa for a private day-use retreat complete with a watsu pool and Himalayan salt sauna.
I stayed at Rosewood Phuket for 2 nights with a friend and had a wonderful time. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. The 24-hour buggy service was super convenient — the property is quite large, so walking from the lobby to the room isn’t always practical. Having the buggy available anytime made getting around the resort very easy. Breakfast was also very good. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but the portions were a bit too big for me — I didn’t want to waste food, so I had to pace myself! Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The service, comfort, and atmosphere were all excellent. I’d definitely come back again.

Rosewood Phuket is truly an ideal family resort, thoughtfully catered to families with children. If you are looking for a small-scale property with luxurious amenities, this is the place to be! We stayed in the two-bedroom pavilion, which comes with a private pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodate three guests each. The kids’ club is on the smaller side but still very nice, and the Thai restaurant is a must-visit! Be sure to try the crab curry! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and most importantly, our kids absolutely loved it.
Najla O — Google review
Generally speaking this was an excellent stay. We booked a two bed rooms pavillion, it has been beautifully designed. However I do feel that the living room is not very spacious, and swimming pool is a little too small. Also, the open-door bath tub is certainly a very bad idea, it was always very dirty and I didn't feel like using it throughout my 4-night stay. The breakfast is decent, and all three restaurants on site are very delicious. There's nothing to complain about. The service is excellent, and my butler has been taking care of us well. They are very responsive and helpful. Location is a little awkward, the good side is you have a beautiful beach, and its shielded from waves, the water is always very calm and clear. However you need to book cars with Grab to get yourself to Patong and it costs 200 baht each way. Sometimes they will cancel your booking and you only gets your car after 3-4 attempts.

Warning for families: there is no breakfast buffet here, or at least not in the way you would expect. Villa 53. Checking out 29th We are staying at the resort for seven nights, and it is only our first night, but we are already disappointed. The staff are friendly, polite, and eager to help, but the dining experience is a complete letdown. Before coming here, we stayed for a few nights at one of the Marriott resorts in Phuket. The facilities there cannot compare to the beauty and design of this resort, but the food experience at the Marriott was on another level. There were multiple restaurants, endless options, and a proper buffet that made dining an experience in itself. In comparison, the food variety and options here feel very limited. When it comes to food alone, the Marriott would easily rate as a seven-star experience next to this. Travelling with a five-year-old and a two-year-old, breakfast is such an important part of the day. Kids love seeing different foods and choosing little bits for themselves, which makes it fun and stress free. Here, there is no real buffet at all. Breakfast consists only of a small fruit section and a few pastries, and everything else has to be ordered from a menu. No one wants to sit down first thing in the morning on holiday and go through a long list of dishes before coffee. It feels like work before you even start the day and takes away the joy of waking up and enjoying a simple, relaxed breakfast. To be clear, the food that is served is of the highest quality. Every dish is beautifully made and presented, and the ingredients and preparation are excellent. The disappointment is not in the quality but in the overall experience, the lack of choice, and the way breakfast in particular feels restrictive instead of enjoyable. Because you have to guess what to order, you often end up with plates the children don’t touch, and a lot of food goes to waste. It feels unnecessary and disheartening when the issue could be solved so easily with a buffet approach. Most dining areas are open air or poolside. The only indoor option is the Italian restaurant upstairs, which serves mainly pizza and pasta. Otherwise, you are limited to poolside choices like burgers and chips or fish and chips, which become repetitive. We came here hoping to switch off, stay within the resort, and disconnect from the world for a week, but the lack of dining options means we now have to plan daily outings, look for restaurants elsewhere, and organise transport, which defeats the purpose of coming to a resort like this. The staff have been amazing and very accommodating, even allowing us to order from other restaurant menus, but this is a systemic issue, not a service problem. For the price paid, the value simply isn’t there. If we could cancel and move to another resort, we would. Unfortunately, we can’t, so we will make the best of it, but it is sad that what should have been a relaxing family holiday has turned into a frustrating experience. Note: The one-star rating is not a reflection of the staff or facilities, which are excellent. It is to reflect the overall experience and to ensure families see this review before booking, so they know what to expect.

What a fabulous hotel. Tucked out of the way of crazy central Phuket on a semi-private beach. It feels very secluded in amongst the jungle. Our sea view villa 10 was beautiful, very private and stunningly well appointed. The restaurant offerings were sensational, especially the Thai restaurant, Ta Khai (which is in White Lotus). The food was incredible as was the super attentive and friendly service. The whole team are very warm and attentive and we felt very at home and looked after. Shout out to Bank and Por who we saw daily and are super assets to the hotel. Highly recommended!

During my stay at Rosewood Phuket, I initially faced some challenges at check-in when the staff could not clearly communicate about the complimentary drinks that were included. Although this caused some confusion at the beginning, I truly appreciated how the team quickly followed up—not just once, but twice—to make sure everything was clarified and that I felt well taken care of. Their genuine attention and willingness to listen turned the experience around, and I left with a very positive impression. The service overall reflected the high standards one would expect from Rosewood, and I am grateful to the staff for their professionalism and care.

This was our first trip to Phuket as a family, and our travel agency recommended staying at the Rosewood Hotel. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The hotel is absolutely stunning — nestled in a lush, tropical forest with breathtaking surroundings. The rooms are beautifully designed, just like the other Rosewoods we’ve stayed at, full of elegant details and thoughtful touches like the São Paulo Rosewood. The location is perfect: close enough to the city for convenience, but completely peaceful and secluded from the noise and crowds. The breakfast was outstanding — an incredible selection of dishes, a beautiful setting, and flawless service. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. Every staff member treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention goes to Bua, who was simply exceptional. She greeted us by name at breakfast, remembered a small comment we made the day before about a bit of noise next door, and took care of us with such kindness and attention. She even shared restaurant recommendations through the hotel’s WhatsApp and came personally to the reception to say goodbye on our last day. It was an incredible experience from start to finish — a truly wonderful hotel and without a doubt one of the best we’ve ever stayed at.
Rubens B — Google review
I stayed at Rosewood Phuket with high expectations based on the Rosewood reputation, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below the brand’s standards. The breakfast selection was extremely limited — we ran out of options within two days. Even the main restaurant meals lacked flavor and variety. For a property of this level, the culinary experience was disappointing, and we often had to dine outside the hotel to enjoy decent food. The staff frequently forgot our orders, and there were times when simple items like tea or coffee never arrived at the table. It feels like we wasted our money. While the rooms are beautifully designed, maintenance is neglected. Torn blinds and worn-out towels are not what you expect from a luxury resort. Additionally, the bathroom flooring was poorly slanted, causing water to accumulate — we practically had to bathe in a pool of standing water. I also requested to speak with the General Manager, but was told he could only meet me two days later, and even a phone call request went unanswered. Having previously stayed at Rosewood Miyakojima and being thoroughly impressed, I found Rosewood Phuket to be well below expectations. Regrettably, I will not be returning or recommending this property until serious improvements are made.

Best budget hotel i have ever stayed. Rooms were spacious enough with balcony. Just 3 mins walk from beach. There are so many shops just outside even we took a thai massage just front of the hotel. Breakfast was included which was a buffet and so tasty...

Honestly I was so looking forward to this hotel as it looked great by all the reviews and the location. However once I checked in I got to see their true colors. When I first checked in everything seemed fine I was given my room key, I went to my room and yes it wasn't anything spectacular but it was acceptable for me at first until I opened the curtain of the window. First of all the window was so broken and they didn't tell me about it at check-in however when I went down and told the reception they said yes we know I said okay will it be fixed today they said oh we don't know, maybe maybe not. Well having a window that is broken open so all the mosquitoes will come in is not acceptable and needs to be changed right away in my opinion. That was just the start of the fight with his hotel. They ended up canceling on me and refunding me in my money which was fine but it made for some anxious moments when I had to go find a new place to stay and everything was at least double the cost since I booked this place a few months previous. I was really not impressed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Also the staff are so super rude, When I told the staff at reception about the problem they made it sound like it wasn't a big deal then I asked to speak to the manager and they said they're not on duty I said okay can you call them and I will speak to them they said it's not possible finally after a little bit of arguments they called the supposed owner and the owner directed the staff member without my consent to refund my money. These people should not be in the tourism industry they don't know how to handle clients.

Positives: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good balcony, decent breakfast but not too many choices, just 100m from the beach, 7-11s close by, friendly staff. They will keep your luggage safe even after you checkout. Negatives: The alley leading to the hotel has 2 massage places where the ladies are pushy, always calling you in for a massage, gets annoying after a while. The rooms smelled funny, I suspect it was mould but couldn’t find any signs of it. Breakfast was arbitrarily delayed by half an hour on 2 different occasions. The alley facing the dining area is where they keep their trash and one can see rats from here entering the hotel.

really good experience as soon as I came staff were friendly helpful. Location right in front of beach on Main Beach Street access to restaurants clubs bars food desserts everything. Hotel provides breakfast in the morning which is great as most others don't. Recommended good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel rooms were good and clean. Morning breakfast was also good and had different types of options. But we faced few problems too. My friend's room shower was broken and he had to pay 800 Baht for it but he didn’t break it. Also, there is no option for us to dry our clothes as no balcony is available. But it's a good budget-friendly hotel.

They have good breakfast and Gym here. Location is great. Staffs are super nice. Old hotel i think, thus the Rooms are big with extra space. Their Price is justifiable! I would recommend them to add stairs on the entrance or the slope needs to be more comfortable for Aged people. Opposite to the hotel, there is a travel booking shop who gave us best price for Phi Phi Island tour. Moreover, beach was near, foods were available closed by in different price range.

Nestled in the vibrant Patong Beach district, ETK Patong Resort offers a cozy retreat with a unique charm. This intimate 3-star hotel features 24 well-appointed rooms equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and private bathrooms for your comfort. Guests can enjoy amenities like a coffee corner and free Wi-Fi while relaxing by the swimming pool or unwinding at the spa.
The hotel is nice, but I’m writing this review specifically about their side business—scooter rentals. I rented a scooter for 250 Baht per day. They held my passport as a deposit, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Both ladies at the reception were polite and helpful 🙂. The scooter operated on a full-tank-to-full-tank basis. Although it was a bit old and had visible scratches, both they and I took photos and videos for safety. It ran perfectly fine and got the job done. I returned it late at night without any issues.

Everything was fine, except if you are unlucky enough to get a room close to reception and on the ground floor, you will probably be awake until around 1am. Extremely loud people arguing at loud volume, drinking and music coming from the resort restaurant nearby. They need to turn the music off earlier to discourage people from hanging around just outside the rooms annoying the other guests. I'm all for people partying and having a good time, but it's a bit excessive. Big cockroach in our room too.

What's not to like .....? All we could come up with after two weeks is the balcony chairs could do with an extra cushion! Well situated. Comfortable room. Lovely pool. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurant for breakfast etc. Pretty much everything you need for a great stay. The owner of the hotel was as genial as you could hope for one to be. If you don't know Patong - it's busy and lively, but that worked for us as we had teenagers as well as adults.

Great stuff! Very nice people. Easy access to everything. I was able to book trips through the hotel travel agency and I was able to eat at the restaurant very easy. The rooms are very clean and renovated. Everything is very close.

The Owner is really a gent and kind person. They build up new rooms. Very beautiful room I had. The price is very fair for 1000 baht a night. The staff was not really friendly to me over the 13 days... but only the head of the reception and one Lady at the bar. The others was not even say good Morning or good night... the staff in other hotels are usaly very kind to me too... but who knows... maybe I did something wrong. But the place and the Owner are really the best! Thanks for everything!

Love this place!!, decor, art work, ambience, cleanliness of the rooms!!! Very comfortable stay, quiet, bed was good on the back, AC perfect, warm water pressure good, free WIFI great, love the room balconies! Equipped with a refrigerator, TV with basic cable. The location is perfect, near the food market which was awesome!! you can definitely buy dinner there, they grill fresh seafood, cook pad thai and sell fresh fruits andyou can take it back to the room. This hotel is surrounded by Thai massage parlors, food places, convenient stores and everything handy for a trip. We have used the Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)twice now and have been very satisfied both times

Musky smell in the room. The floor is sticky, dirty and sandy. The worst part was their bed full with bugs!!! When lodged complaint, the staff just ignored us. Aircond not cool at all. Elevator breakdown for the past 6 months and was told by the staff that their management has no intention to repair it. Was cheated as there is no swimming pool. You need to walk to another hotel to enjoy the pool facility and breakfast. Towels will change 2 days once. At the lobby, witnessed their cleaner swept all the debris and kept it under the couch! Not going to stay in this hotel anymore. If possible, it will be ZERO star! Not recommended at all.
Eelena C — Google review
Staff were very nice. The rooms were not up to a reasonable standard in my opinion. The pool is terribly in need of repairs. Nothing like the pics advertised. The cushions around the pool are not there like pics, only had just a few very dirty torn ones, No pool bar either as advertised, also no room service as advertised. And if u want breakfast u have to walk down the road not in the hotel. The balcony in the room is Rusty and paint pealing off, if u touch it you end up with flakes of paint all over your hands. I think the pics for this hotel are when it was new. Although its very cheap its worth looking at before you book to avoid disappointment as the place is in need of maintenance and refurbishment. And nothing like the pics. I actually paid 13 nights over the internet and I'm forfeiting 11 nights and going to another hotel. Its just not what I expected. I would give it 2 stars but because the advertisements for the hotel are far from the truth I give it a 1 star.
Gary M — Google review
When we arrived, we were hesitant to check in. First off, the name at the lobby of the hotel says "Brothers Residence" and not Asialoop which was already off putting. But since we were paying about $20 USD total for two nights for each room (we got 2 separate rooms), we decided to go ahead and check in. Before I begin, I want to preface my review by saying that yes this is a value stay. I understand that it is a no-frills stay. Overall, the place was technically livable. When we got in our rooms, they both smelled moldy. I understand that this is a beach city so it basically smells like someone came in from the beach with wet clothes but there's no ventilation in the rooms so it never airs out. When I looked at the sheets, they were not 100% clean. It also smelled like someone had laid in the bed right after coming in from the beach which means room service didn't do a great job. Speaking of room service, each morning they knocked loud and came right in around 10am. I would yell "mai ow" which means "I don't want" yet she still came in and put two water bottles on the dresser. This is all while I'm laying in the bed still trying to sleep. So rude and not good service. The next morning, I kept yelling "Mai ow" and when she opened my door, I said it so sternly that she just quietly closed the door and didn't come back in. There was NO hot water heater for the shower so the water was cold and I don't mean lukewarm. I mean absolutely COLD. That was disappointing and uncomfortable. Around 4am on Sunday (16 July), the water pressure got really low (used the toilet in the middle of the night). When I finally woke up around 10am, the water was completely off. I phoned the front desk and they said they knew about it. At this point, I was totally disgusted so I just washed and brushed my teeth with bottled water and went to check out. Oh - the walk to the elevator is just as gross. The hallways stink and there was a mattress just sitting in the middle of the walkway all weekend. Once I got on the elevator on Sunday, it was pitch black. Luckily, I only went down two floors but that's ridiculous. Upon checking out, the lady at the front desk was rude and short. The man who checked us in was kind and professional but the lady staff member on the morning of July 16 was NOT. I waited about 10 minutes for her to phone housekeeping and have them check my room before she could return my 2000 baht deposit. The hotel is a 20 - 25 minutes walk to the beach and 30+ minutes walk to the bars. Oh, I also never checked out the pool but my friend did and she said the pool itself is decent but the chairs and pool area was ridiculous. I didn't even feel the need to go check it. I also recommend getting a room with a balcony or at least a window. Otherwise, it's even more depressing. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again - there are other budget hotels in the area that would probably be better.

Room was covered with water from the air conditioner, TV didn't work and the shower was cold. I quietly spoke to reception about these items, only to be yelled at stating 'No refund'. I was given another room with leaking a/c, cold shower and no TV working. again advised staff. Nothing done about this after 2 days, so I left for another Hotel, with no refund to me. Would not recommend this hotel even though the price was low.

The worst experience in this hotel as no one professional there. We booked this hotel a month ago during Songkran festival which was our planned holiday in Phuket, which is ruined due to the unprofessional behavior of the people there who told us that your booking cancelled by you, Shocked.... which we don't and they tried to give us the room on higher rate because it was our need and all hotel was full at that time. It's completely shows that they have a brunch of crooks. Not prefer to anyone.............

CHECKIN AT ONE’S OWN RISK: The trouble started when we reached the hotel brothers residence. These people had already allotted our family room booked to someone else that inconvenienced us. We waited at hotel lobby from 9am till 2pm waiting for the room to be allotted. The brothers residence manager was just rude enough to not allot us family room as per booking, he wanted parents to stay in separate room than our kids which was unacceptable. At last by intervention by ithaka.travel, our travel partner agency, to higher authority internationally, the brothers residence manager arranged similar room in golden house hotel nearby. Whole day of 11th was wasted in this non sense. We don’t know what conversation he had with the manager of golden house. At last we got a nice room at golden house hotel. However our family trouble worsened when the managers were so much cruel and rude with us that they used to barge in our allotted rooms passage at 12 midnight and threaten us of dire consequences if we didn't submit any one original passport with them. They demanded money from us as the inhuman manager of brothers residence didn't pay up the golden house manager towards our stay in his specified time frame. This happened even after I fully prepaid the booking with ithaka.travel I had to deposit 3000 Bahts with golden house at 1 am midnight when these people compelled me to do so. Golden house managers also made false allegations on me that I had spread nonsense things against them over internet globally which was totally false. They didn't even show the evidence of that, when I demanded. To avoid confrontation in foreign country I had to let go money!!! While in Phuket one should choose a better hotel and avoid these two hotels viz. brothers residence or golden house hotel baoli. ONE CAN CHECKIN AT ONE’S OWN RISK at these properties. I request the international partners to blacklist these hotels that inconvenienced me and my family as stated above.

The room was decent and exactly what we paid for. The toilet had a bit of mould which made us a little queasy. Room is about 100 sq ft so it's basically space for a bed and some luggage. Breakfast was good (included) and the reception was very friendly.

I have booked 2 rooms for 4 persons (family trip) through Agoda 2 months ago. I have reconfirmed with Agoda, sending me confirmed booking letter. After I reached hotel for my check in procedure receptionist told me no booking happened .I have showed my printout copy to them. They are not agreed and telling that Agoda not paid to hotel. One of my family member is 74 years old. So I requested them for half an hour, No response. In that case Hotel should not allow the other websites to book their hotel. What I understood this hotel not honouring bookings. Because my visit is peak season December so they given it to higher price to others. Travellers should be very careful before booking this hotel. I have contacted Agoda they are simply saying that they already paid to hotel, after continuous chat with hotel and Agoda, no use, Finally Agoda sent me message, " I will return money". Travellers be careful before booking through Agoda websites. If hotel is not agreed accommodation then Agoda should arrange alternate accommodation we will be happy. Not done anything by Agoda.

They refuse my reservation with months in advance just hours before I arrived...not only to me but for the lady before me and the couple after me. They didn't care, as they are used to do it. No explanation other than we don't have a room for you. Don't waste you're money here. By the way, the pics are outdated...like a couple of years. Bad.

I had to stay there for 4 nights. Room Number 32. This guest house's facilities were beyond expectations. Definitely not in good way. The room lock was broken when I checked in. After reporting to the property owner, they told me to wait till the morning. The Air Conditioner was also broken. Once turned on, feels like fridging cold. Turned off, feels suffocated. The remote does not work properly. There was no intercom and lift as well. Though I had to stay there because the deal was non refundable and I paid upfront via Agoda. I talked to Agoda, didn’t get any solution. Also talked to the owner. They are now very good at English communication. By the way, they fixed the lock after 2 days but still were not happy about the cleanliness, air conditions and other things mentioned above.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very good for the many reasons others have listed. Can be loud at night and early in the morning as the street is very busy. I did not like that the key to the room was big and bulky being it was a physical key- all other hotels I've stayed used cards which were easy to handle. Also, need to manually lock door which could easily be forgotten. Everything in the room itself seemed dated. Only 2 pillows for the bed. Shower curtain does not wrap around the tub- as a result lots of water found it's way onto the floor which got very wet even though a drain was near the leak on the end. Bathroom sink counter space nonexistent. A/C took a long time to cool the room down. Feels more like an average hostel than a hotel. Good value for the money if you don't spend a lot of time in your room.

Amecie guest house This was my worst hotel experience in Phuket. The only good thing about this hotel was the central location which is like 50m from the Bangla road. Apart from that the experience was really bad and I had paid a decent amount to book this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the ratings here. Firstly I got a room on 4th floor and there is no elevator in this hotel. You gotta carry all your luggage through stairs. Luckily I tipped a girl working there and she was kind enough to carry it. The mattress of my room was half broken. Their safety deposit box didn’t work. And overall an old closed room with no ventilation.

Very small room, we booked a double bed room, this room has just that! AC is leaking water they just said put a towel on floor. Pillows are too soft and only 2 Pillows in room, when asked for 2 more, they said don't have it. TV doesn't work, room' phone doesn't work, no windows or anything in room or bathroom. Couldn't sleep in morning because of construction noise upstairs or next door. There is a kettle for warming water, but that's it!

I am not a picky tourist, I have slept in tents/hotels and in total wilderness, but if you do not want to be disappointed, it is better to avoid this hotel. An old hotel, where everything needs renovation. Lobby, rooms, corridors, pool. It is clear that the hotel is managed by someone who does not care about it, and only about the money from guests. This atmosphere is reflected in the staff, who are not helpful, only smile falsely. "The cherry on the cake" was on the last day of my stay, the cleaning team stole a gold chain from my room, after reporting it to the staff - no help. The girl from the reception, looking at us standing next to a taxi to the airport, suggested waiting for an hour for the manager, or just coming tomorrow. Nice, right? Impudence, indifference, total lack of soul in this hotel. You can sleep in a tent, but with a nice approach, and here you pay a lot of money for what is worth 10% of the price, or maybe even less. Be careful. P.S. I'm adding a photo of what communication with the owner looks like. As you can see, they don't care about the guests' problems.

Good for the value. The rooms is nothing to rave about but I did have hot water, all the lights worked, beautiful view of the mountains from my balcony(and even my bed), they had COFFEE packs next to water heater(which I’m finding is not as common here as you’d think lol), and check-in/check-out was super easy. They didn’t charge deposit for key or towels. I didn’t use the pool but it’s nice that that’s available for when it’s blazing hot. It is across the street from a local beer distributor so it is a little noisy for some if you have your balcony door open but I don’t mind, I like the noise. Overall, a solid 2 to 3 star hotel if your on a budget.

I would not stay here if you paid me, I cannot understand how there are any good reviews for this place (seems very suspicious). The room was not as advertised AT ALL. The room was DIRTY and SMELLED. The sheets had stains. The pillow was so sweat stained it was completely yellow. The shower had barely any water coming out of it (you would be better off squeezing a bottle of water over your head). The fridge did not work. The safe did not work. The air conditioner dripped all over the bench where the cups for coffee are kept (so keep that in mind if you use any of those amenities) and dripped onto our things. There were lines of ants through the room. The furniture/amenities are all damaged/chipped/cracked/un-usable. There is no swim up bar. There is no room service. There is no laundry service. The staff outright lied to me - they told me I could move to a different room the next day, and then the next day they said they didn't have any other rooms to move me to for another 3 days, then they said they would upgrade me, but they just moved me to another room that was exactly the same quality as the original room. This property is down a random alleyway and next to a bunch of warehouses, so there is always noise. It is also noisy throughout the entire building, you can hear everyone coming and going at all hours of the night. I was depressed the whole time I stayed here and moved as soon as another hotel had a free room. Go stay anywhere else and avoid the mistake I made.

Run away from that property... gross and disgusting! We booked it and left the same day as we found a hole in our room near the A/C unit... so we had bugs all over in our room! The hotel did not want to refund me claiming it was our fault!? I did not even stay one night.. and still no refund! And the rooms don't even remotely look similar to the pictures... old furniture that smells like 1850 and the walls are painted in gross yellow covered in plywood. The shower has a curtain bar with no curtain lol! Completely disaster. The beds are harder than concrete; your better off sleeping on the floor. The hotel is beside a pond so when it rains all the bugs and disgusting crawlers will be in your room as they're hole in the infrastructure. You can literally see outside! STAY AWAY!

We had such a wonderful stay at here! The team was so accommodating and even allowed us to check in early at 10am, which made our trip so much smoother after a long flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We stayed in the family room, which comfortably fit 4 beds – perfect for us. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. After a full day of exploring Patong and beyond, we actually looked forward to coming back to unwind here every evening. Truly a hidden gem – we can’t wait to return! 🌴✨

I recently stayed in Room AO4 at the Casa Solana, which had pool view , access to pool also and it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I stayed for my baby moon . Hot shower and the bed in there made my sleep comfortable every night ( even on day time also 🥰). The room featured a flat-screen TV, minibar, and high-speed internet. We have included breakfast on our stay and it was really tasty , had enough items to eat. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and everyday they have changed bath towels, room wastes and also cleaned the whole room every day. Also replaced new drinking water bottle everyday. The hotel room exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were friendly and helpful, one of your staff Yatha , she is really a great asset for you guys , she is very good at handling the customers .The amenities were top-notch, I really loved the smell of shower gel ,conditioner and shampoo. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. ( could you guys please say which company mattress and comforter you guys have there, as a pregnant woman those really gave me good sleep , and so I would like to have it on our home.)

Wonderful customer service and a beautiful hotel room. The room was very clean with a cozy bed, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. You should definitely try the hot chocolate at the downstairs restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel!

Wow, absolut bang for ya buck! Staff are very welcoming & always up for a laugh. Nothing is too much, if you ask, they'll make it happen. Rooms are very spacious & well designed. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Carly N — Google review
We loved the aesthetic of the place and the rooms are attended so well, the breakfast is great but just need better coffee:), the room attendees are amazing, the waiters need a little more english training and attention to customer service. In general we loved it and the location.
Tyron N — Google review
I had a really good stay here!! The room is clean & cosy. There's a pool and you can smoke and chill. i really want to come back soon!

Aquarius Gay Guesthouse & Sauna is a popular hangout spot for the gay community in Paradise Complex, especially before the main gay bars get busy. The guesthouse offers luxurious private rooms with Jacuzzi facilities and a lounge and bar for a lavish experience. It's conveniently located near Patong's gay nightlife and provides various services including a sauna, fitness center, massage services, and a quiet bar.
We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed staying here. Initially we were concerned it might be too noisy at night, but somehow our room was quiet regardless of the loud music from the local nightclubs. Our room was spacious and had a kitchenette. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. We also met a great group of fellow travelers in addition to a few locals visiting the sauna. The upper deck was a great place to hang out, but needs maintenance to fully enjoy. Overall, it was a great value for gay travelers.
Jim H — Google review
Well it’s the only sauna in Patong so no competition even that it was bad lol. Well we were curious and it’s pretty cheap to get in . Get in get your locker then lots of stairs to get to locker room .same floor is the sauna area wich is air conditioned . Very dark rooms and tiny steam rooms. Also jacuzzi very little and cold and scary to get in . Watch out don’t brake anything . If you want to go on the deck floor lots more steep stairs to get there. Small deck . Dirty jacuzzi with yellow and brown water . Other buildings can look in . In case you want to take off your close . Ver hot . No air .no play area . If you want to get a drink you have to go all the way down to reception bit from the back part where gym is located . Otherwise they yell at you . We we there for 45 min. Again don’t expect too much . But again price is good .

I stayed at Aquarius Phuket during Christmas, and this was my 5th stay. It’s always been a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action but still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is huge, with lots of choices, including European and Asian dishes, fresh fruits, coffee, and juices. The rooms are comfy, and daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh. What really makes this place special is the friendly atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet other gay men, and the owners are especially welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. 🌈
V D — Google review
Great location, welcoming staff. I felt comfortable staying there. Sauna (with cruising area) and Gym are practical to have. I recommend for couples or single people wanting to have a pleasant stay and a good time
Walid — Google review
Rooms are spacious with more spacious washroom.House keeping takes place daily. With a refrigerator+ functional kitchen and friendly staff. Also if you stay here, you get a free sauna entry. Entrance of this guesthouse is from narrow market area😞 Always crowded and very congested. Delicious breakfast will be served @ downstairs. Plenty hotels nearby, so you will be having more cheaper options with more or less similiar amenities except free entry to their gay sauna😊
Xploregoa 3 — Google review
I give this place 3.5 stars but I hit “four stars” to be polite. Good: excellent location. Good price. Good breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful. Bad: - it was a shame they removed the pool from the gym area. - The sauna needs an upgrade. A bit run down.. needs a freshen up! I understand the last two years have been tough though. Perhaps paint the boarding on the roof Overall, I will most likely stay again if I visit beautiful Phuket. Mostly thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful.

Friendly and accommodating staffs ,, Very hands on owners ,, You can do food request depends on your mood everyday . excellent location

Gracious and accommodating staff. Excellent location. I had problem with my previous booking and was trying to find a hotel when all hotels was very busy. Audi (manager) super nice. Paul the owner quite friendly for a chat. He said his coffee was the best. Breakfast is amazing ,and Paul was right ,coffee was great! From fresh beans. I was in a bad mood because of the incident at the horrible Neptuna Hotel but Audi and Paul made me forget it. There is also a clothes shopping center adjacent with great bargains. The room was comfy and aircon nice and cold. The staff kept the place quite clean. I also recommend the breakfast even if you not staying there .

Located in Patong, OYO 255 The Ocean Hotel Patong is a budget-friendly 3-star hotel offering car rental services. With 18 rooms providing views of the patio and the sea, this hotel is conveniently situated within a short drive to Jungceylon and Paradise Beach. Guests can enjoy clean accommodations with polite and helpful staff, although some rooms may have obstructed sea views due to transformers and electric cables.
Highly recommended! Just walk across the street and you’re on the sand. The service is truly premium, warm, and professional. In-room amenities are luxurious and well worth the price
Kanda B — Google review
If you are searching for a budget hotel with a sea view, you can stop your search here. The way they mention the name in the website is very good. Take a room with sea view mentioned in it and you will have a good view. The location of the hotel is also good for all the major tourist attractions. Cleanliness is top class. The receptionist is very polite and soft speaking lady. Very helpful as well. Only problem is the transformer and the electric cables which block the sea view.
Vemulapalli H — Google review
Ocean view terrace was great. Good location with the beach across the street. However, the bathroom was gross and plumbing was horrible. The toilet clogged easily. There was rust in the pipes, so we had to run the water for a few minutes to clear out rust. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Vanessa N — Google review
The Ocean Patong hotel is a very tired basic hotel . it's 10 metres and your on the long lovely beech. Your not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Patong but a 3-4 minute walk and the fun starts. It's a very basic two star hotel with air con. The rooms are cleaned every day don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.
Trevor B — Google review
I liked it because it suited me. Within 50metres there is good massage, family mart, 7/11, a good bar with food and laundry, money exchange and it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Yes it is tired, the owner can be kranky but it is cheap and has air, safe, TV, bathroom and lifts. Albeit sometimes these things do not work. A poor man's "Fawlty Towers".
Greg B — Google review
Great location. But the hotel is definitly not a star property. No lift, no coffee or tea, no fan, lighting inside room is poor, no, cup, no glasses in the room and there is no rlom service . No help even to get a taxi to airport. Not wortb the money. Booming. Com is disappointing
Ulaganathan G — Google review
Well.... very badly maintained hotel? Is more like a 30 years old hostel for me. Very dirty flooring as if never clean up for years. Toilet smell so bad u wouldn't want to use. Surely one of the worst hotel in Patong. Is NOT worth anything. Move on.....
Sean T — Google review
This hotel is convenient for cheap room rent. Great view of phuket sea from the rooftop and sea side room. Just crossing the road is sea beach.

Sea Hills Resort in Patong, Thailand is a tranquil accommodation just 30 meters from the Andaman Sea. The resort offers a swimming pool and is conveniently located near various entertainment options while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the hill and easily access nearby amenities such as cafes and supermarkets. The clean rooms provide comfortable stays with some offering stunning views of Patong Beach.
I have stayed here twice due to the high quality of both stay and service. First of all the rooms are clean and well kept. The views from the balconies are unparalleled. So beautiful and the vista stretches out to the horizon. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and professional. The food and drinks are prepared by a chef who really cares about the quality of food and menu. I was impressed by this place which truly is more of a resort than a hotel. It’s the nicest venue to stay in Patong in my opinion.
Robert C — Google review
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First, the staff was unprofessional and showed little to no concern for guest comfort or addressing issues. Secondly, the power kept cutting off repeatedly, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to daily activities. The room itself was outdated and did not justify the amount of money paid for the stay, plus no exhaust-fan in the toilets. The hotel entrance is also steep and very high, making it almost impossible to go in and out multiple times a day. Additionally, when we requested a late check-out at 2 PM instead of 12 PM, they demanded an extra 200 baht per hour, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor experience. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and value for money.
John T — Google review
The customer service of the Owners is incredible. I reached out with questions late at night intending to arrive the next day. They replied back with a detailed message and answering all of questions and went above and beyond to help (I have bad asthma and they offered to put an air purifier in the room) They were genuine, sincere and by far the kindness, inviting and people I have dealt with in Thailand. It's not often you come across service like this and they certainly excel & it's these kind of tiny gestures that leaves wonderful memories of Thailand! Keep up the great work :)
F M — Google review
The hotel is located in a busy area but the fact that it has treas all around and is located in a hill makes it like a littlw oasis in the city full of life. The staff was friendly. Breakfast were the best i ever had in a hotel. Rooms were clean and nice.
Pille-Triin L — Google review
The rooms all have their own small terrace. The reception employees are beautifully respectful, helpful, and very friendly.the entrance to the hotel is a bit steep so I recommend a bike or scooter, but the view from the top is worth it. All in all, Outstanding experience! P.S: ask for Zim.
Abdallah S — Google review
Version: “Never book this hotel! If you’re with your family, don’t even think about staying here. The hotel is located on a steep height, which makes it very difficult to reach — especially for women and children. You’ll end up wasting your money as the facilities are very poor. I strongly recommend that you never stay at this hotel.”
Aasif S — Google review
We had such a great stay ! Really welcoming and cosy environment , the facilities were private and intimate making you feel at home . All the staff were friendly and helpful , the room and the hotel it’s self were kept really clean and tidy . We had delicious breakfast around the pool and the sea views are amazing from the balcony
