I really enjoyed the visit to this chateau,with its beautiful architecture and decorations. It also was well displayed and explained on information plates, plus the audio guides were a great help.

We got the castle and light show combo for €22. The light show tells the history of the castle and is really impressive. The castle is bigger than it looks—it took us about 3 hours to explore. Very elegant inside, with beautiful furniture.

The light and sound show was spectacular - wish I hadn't declined the English translation service as no idea what they were talking about. The night time experience was also very good. Recommend but take up the free translation

One of my favourite places in Loire Valley. So much history, so much to see inside and not busy at all. 4 different eras of buildings and super easy to navigate! Plus Blois is such a beautiful beautiful town!

The various buildings abs their history is interesting and the histopad gives you the information that you would otherwise not know by just looking at them. Although inside is mostly artwork with a few pieces of furniture, again the histopad gives you that extra.

Was the best Château we visited in France on our trip so far and a dont miss in my opinion.

It's a very different museum. You will find the concept of chaotic art in almost every artwork in the museum. The fluxux was also a new concept for me which applies to any sort of non-harmonic way of art which changes your point of view when next time you look at a painting or a photography.

We had a fantastic time at the house of magic in Blois! My kids were absolutely amazed by the magicians performance live tricks throughout the museum. It really brought the magic to life in such a fun and interactive way! But the highlight for all of us was definitely the dragons that appear from the Windows every half hour. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever and couldn't stop talking about it! If you are in the area, this museum is definitely worth a visit. Even better: entry is free for children under 6 years old and the other ticket prices are very reasonable! Definitely a magical experience for the whole family! You don't need reservations, you can buy tickets at the entrance on the day of your visit.

Amazing find, and truly enchanting addition to Blois. This is a different experience to other chateau’s and a deep dive into the history of magic and Robert-Houdin. Situated just opposite the Chateau is this museum. For A relatively small fee we were able to experience both the museum and a show in the theatre at the premises. The show in the theatre was amazing with this being a great experience. My dissapointment was that the museum itself felt quite small, it could do with one or two more illusions to be installed. I would still highly recommend to go, with both children and adults enjoying this. If you manage to hit both the theatre show (this only occurs 2/3 times a day from memory) and the smaller shows in some of the rooms as well as the museum this museum does offer exceptional value, I would suggest to find out when the theatre shows are before arriving.

Spent a rainy afternoon here and it was well worth the visit, despite not understanding the language of the close up magic shows. The show in the main theatre was great, all mime and some classic magic tricks, perfect for the whole family. The room of illusions was also lots of fun
