Exceptional Stay — Outstanding Staff, Great Location, and Wonderful Amenities From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was excellent. As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve stayed at many properties, but this experience truly stood out thanks to the outstanding staff, great amenities, and unbeatable location. Service: 
Alejandro at the front desk was incredible. When we arrived, he was patiently assisting a 95-year-old solo traveler who didn’t speak Spanish, helping with bags and ensuring he was comfortable. Even as the lobby filled with other arrivals, Alejandro quickly got everyone checked in with a warm, professional attitude. Throughout our stay, he was always helpful and attentive. One example that really impressed us — we mentioned wanting to use the rooftop hot tub, which was locked at the time. When we came back from a quick errand, he had already taken care of everything — the door was unlocked and the cover removed, ready for us to enjoy. At the restaurant, Rodrigo provided equally wonderful service. He was patient, friendly, and offered excellent menu recommendations. At the end of our meal, he brought us some mate to try — such a thoughtful touch that made the evening memorable. Location:
 The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood, just a block away from the beach and La Rambla. We took a long, scenic walk along the waterfront straight into town and loved how easy it was to explore the area. Amenities:
 The rooftop jacuzzi was absolutely perfect after a long day of walking. The gym was well-equipped for a nice mid-vacation workout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was spotless throughout. Dining:
 On our first night, the hotel restaurant was hosting a private event and was closed to guests, so Alejandro recommended a nearby restaurant called La Otra, just around the corner. It ended up being one of our favorite meals of the entire trip! We dined at the hotel restaurant the following day, and Rodrigo’s suggestions were spot on — everything was delicious. Overall:
 I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone who’s planning a visit to Montevideo. The hotel itself is wonderful, but what truly makes it special is the staff. They made us feel welcome and comfortable during our first-ever visit to South America. Even with only one Spanish speaker in our group, communication was smooth and pleasant.
