It is a very beautiful and serene place. From here, you can clearly see the Kanchanjanga Peak. The scenery is breathtaking. However, one thing to note is that you have to walk about 1 km from the Mahakal Temple to reach this spot.

If you are lucky we will see Kunchenjunga in monsoon like this! November or April can be best for the view ! Its an amazing sight! There are few viewpoints at back-mall road.

This is one of those places which I recommend mountain lovers to visit. This place is so beautiful that people will be completely spell bound and they will become mentally free just by standing here in the morning. If you are lucky then once in a blue moon one might witness the entire sleeping buddha range from this place.
