We had to issues and there were other customers who wore jeans etc. There was also guests who were staying in the hotel below who wore casual day attire and we admitted. The staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets really clean. Check out the view from the accessible toilet! Would definitely return and yes I will definitely get another bottle of champagne:)

其实想给四星。但是考虑到她的菜很便宜，位置很好，景色俱佳。还是杂志媒体界精英的聚会地点。勉强给5星吧。食物口味很一般，但甜品是PH家的。

I personally love the vinyl aspects. This bar was recommended to me by few bartenders in Paris. One did warn me that this venue started to get more bad feedback. Welcoming people at the entrance is key as it sets the mood. That being said, I will make sure to visit Frequence again on a different night hoping to have better service ( and no 'goonish' attitude at the door)!
