We had caviar and venison and sashimi tuna and sweet breads and sea bass, complete with all the accoutrement sauces and reductions that was just a Tour de Force in French cuisine. As you might expect with the Wine Spectator designation, the wine list should actually be referred to as a Wine Bible, as it is massive and will leave you drooling over the various selections that are available. I would have loved for this meal to have had a wine pairing option, but nevertheless, we enjoyed many glasses of white and red wine from various parts of France. There is also an AMAZING Cigar humidor and menu that features the best from Cuba as well as a complete cognac selection if the mood strikes. Lastly, the team and the service provided was incredible. The entire evening was a five hour affair and by the time we left, the entire back room (three tables) was sharing port and stories like we were old friends, but in reality had just met that evening through the introductory bridge that was the masterful Le Bon Georges experience.
