The maple bacon scones was as iconic as people say, it is both sweet ans savory but i’d say more on the sweet side. I wish they put flaky salt on top to cut through the sweetness or maybe like a sharp cheddar in the scones, overall really good. The poach trout was definitely the underdog, whatever sauce they put this with was like being taken to southeast asia. Then the pork cheek croquette style. I’m still thinking about this until this day. If you like mackerel, you would love the pissaladiere. I do like it, but the dough/bread underneath soaked too much of the grease i feel like this pairs better with sourdough or rice. Overall, highly recommend and would come back again.
