It's very well located in the heart of the city but the buzz of the city doesn't disturb you as the Villa is tucked in a by lane off the main road. If you are a family, please note 2 rooms are situated in a separate building few feet away and not interconnected. We booked Cobblestone Villa by Vista Rooms. And i must say it is more beautiful than it looks in picture. From the entrance of the villa to its rooms -all and everything is beautiful. The entrance leads to the lush green lawn area which is huge and all filled with greenery of plants and tree. Gazebo made a perfect spot for evening to enjoy the drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the music in hall room and chilled after the dip in pool there. Rooms had a unique style and was tastefully decorated, all necessity were taken care of. Meals prepared by the chef was delicious and his service helped us alot. Everything in this villa is well taken care off and well maintained. Villa got blend of vintage furnishings and modern amenities.The room on the first floor also offers an attached balcony overlooking the mountains. Would not reccommend to anyone, it's not worth a rupee spent. The villa was very dirty and ridden with bugs and insects. The walls had were infested with ants and all bathrooms had insects walking around. The staff was very rude and walked in the villa whenever they felt like even though there were girls which made everyone feel very unsafe. They refused to listen to us and kept telling us that the owner was watching us through the CCTV and thats why they were taking action. The staff also told us that they would disconnect the electricity if we did not adhere to the rules. We were asked to place all food orders 5-7 hours in advance and even after that most of the food we asked for was unavailable since they did not have the items and were asked to adjust with what was available since outside food was not allowed. For each and every thing we were asked to pay extra - Jacuzzi, basic utensil cleaning etc. The food is too average and super overpriced. The overall maintainence was pathetic and not worth spoiling your trip.

To start with, the maintenance was shockingly poor. There were elaborate spider webs and live spiders across the house, making it feel like it hadn’t been occupied in years. Basic amenities were unreliable — on day one, there was no hot water in the shower despite it being listed as available. On day two, when hot water did arrive, it was scalding hot. My friend and I actually burned our hands while brushing. Later that day, the water supply got cut off completely — no water in the taps or even the flush — for almost two hours. Huge credit to Rahul and Masum again, who managed to get it fixed by calling an electrician late at night, around 9–10 PM. Power supply was also erratic, with frequent fluctuations that even caused a short circuit during our stay. Adding to the discomfort, just the day before we arrived, there had been a spill in the fridge. The smell had completely taken over the living room. Despite Masum’s genuine efforts to clean and fix it, the odor lingered throughout our stay. Overall, this property is in dire need of upkeep and clearly doesn’t match the standards promised online. The staff did their best — but sadly, the infrastructure did not back them up.
