真的是非常堵车。。。中午从停车场出来花了我25分钟😡。。。当然了这个跟酒店无关，是他的地理位置的原因😂，什么都好除了堵车哈哈哈哈，fountain view的景观房非常好👍不知道定哪的话就定这吧，喷泉景观房！

有相当大的隐藏费用 网上订总额$310 到店以后另外附加费总共支付要$465 房间连一瓶免费的矿泉水都没有 也没有免费咖啡提供 绝不会再住第2次

吃的午餐，几乎没什么海鲜，肉类的选择也不多，到是甜点种类繁多……不知道晚餐怎么样。

其实这是一间非常好的酒店，我之前也住过很多次，但昨晚的经历让我非常难受，我住在顶层60层，酒店在夜晚11点的时候突发了水管泄露，整个工程队进驻宾馆，进行了整夜的施工维修，从11pm一直到第二天12pm我离店的时候完全没有停过，我在午夜的时候因为实在无法入睡，致电前台希望能够有其他解决方案，但是酒店告诉我这是紧急情况，他们无能为力，我整个夜晚被吵醒无数次，噪音非常大，早上退房的时候申请退款，前台告诉我可以免除我的resort fee和上网费，这真是一次糟糕的体验，永利其实可以做的更好

很好的入住体验，tower suit各方面都很便捷舒适。但酒店主层的地毯质量非常差会掉毛，走路的时候红色的毛不停的粘到你的鞋底很难清理。

去之前做过功课，这家算是性价比不错的。吃下来有点小失望，也没有那么多花样啦，寿司米感觉有点夹生，pancake堆在那里没人吃干到不行，孩子不知道拿过来后没法吃。

The variety is spot on actually featuring a nice spread. I particularly enjoyed the Pot Stickers and Tortellini specifically with Bolognese Sauce. Most of the food was stirred every once in awhile by the chefs to make sure that all the flavors and aspects of the dish were easy to obtain. Admittedly, the fish was pretty dry and the cheese on the Cordon Bleu was harder to chew comparatively to how good the actual chicken beneath it tasted. The glass above the food is close to it and so I had to smush my face against it to grab some of the food behind. Also, it didn't make sense for dessert toppings, soups, specials, and shrimp to be under the general category of salad when looking above. Service was really nice and we never ran out of drinks nor did we get overflowed with dishes. The wirkers at the counter were equally very nice and personable. Though it seemed pretty hot in the casino in general. I still enjoyed my time here thoroughly and would genuinely come back when I'm craving a buffet.

The buffet was $34/person, which was cheaper than most buffets around Las Vegas but the quality was on par with the price. It was an ok AYCE experience; neither good nor bad. Actually I was going to give 0 star before. the only reason I give five star now is just because one manager name’s Brendon. We have been invited from our friend who live in Vegas, they took us here south point. Our plan was stay by 2 days then back to San Francisco, but Casino is so fun😂😂😅😅….you know😂 then for now we have stayed here 6 days and played on the table almost whole day whole night only except the sleeping time. It was a nice experience at first 5 days. But some bad experience came from one rude and discriminator dealer.Anyway I don’t wanna talk this anymore cause Brendon has already give us a warmly and nice comfort. Thanks Brendon! We was worst upset and felt be insulted on the table, but now we decided would back again cause his outstanding responsiveness, sincerely and patient listening and stay impartial. Compare with the first manager came (I don’t know his name,at first I just need a sorry then is fine but even just a sorry has been dismissed from him although he has checked cameras and already known and agreed was not my fault and the liar is not me) then I left table to talk with the manager which I don’t know the name to request a serious complaint cause I don’t wanna waste another player’s time. I was seated quickly and while the buffet is small I don't mind that. I think that means more turnover on the food so it's not sitting there in giant trays forever. There's a salad bar section in the center with a U around it with some cold cuts, cheeses and giardiniera, sandwiches, then the hot stations with Italian, meats/carving station, Chinese, American comfort food, then a chilled shrimp station and deserts. I was sat facing the buffet and watched as the staff refilled several stations so that was good. I started with the antipasti station and the cheese and proscuitto were very nice and there was a good selection of pickled vegetables. Then I got a plate of carved prime rib which at best was medium. It didn't seem like there was a medium rare piece on it but it was still tender and juicy. The chilled shrimp were fine. They were definitely brought in frozen already deveined and split but tasty enough. The dessert section was probably the highlight with a wide selection and an ice cream section. Most of the pastries and desserts were pretty good except for their "creme brulee" which wasn't bruleed at all and just had some sugar syrup poured on top which wasn't even caramelized so it wasn't even like a flan. It was totally fine and I think the small stations help keep the food fresh because it doesn't seem to be that busy on weekdays.

After paying almost $55 for the two of us, I had expected a bit more in the overall restaurant area than we got. We were a bit disappointed with the selection that was here or rather wasn't here. The cashier charged us for brunch (which is $5/person MORE) although brunch ended in 5 minutes of our arrival. The eggs were hard and dry, food that being brought out for lunch looked overcooked and dry. I ate the blintzes and they tasted like they had been sitting for a day. Nothing seemed fresh and we noticed many of the choices were simiar, if not identical to what we had 2 days ago, only more brown or dried out. Sausage was hard, I dont recommend the brunch for sure. Maybe lunch buffet during the week when they open so food will be as fresh as it will be. However, the Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar downstairs had better food for less per person!! Todays "brunch" got a negative 2, so over all was a 1 because our lunch the other day was a 3.5. They did refund our money but you dont come for brunch hungry to leave disgusted!
