其实这是一间非常好的酒店，我之前也住过很多次，但昨晚的经历让我非常难受，我住在顶层60层，酒店在夜晚11点的时候突发了水管泄露，整个工程队进驻宾馆，进行了整夜的施工维修，从11pm一直到第二天12pm我离店的时候完全没有停过，我在午夜的时候因为实在无法入睡，致电前台希望能够有其他解决方案，但是酒店告诉我这是紧急情况，他们无能为力，我整个夜晚被吵醒无数次，噪音非常大，早上退房的时候申请退款，前台告诉我可以免除我的resort fee和上网费，这真是一次糟糕的体验，永利其实可以做的更好

很好的入住体验，tower suit各方面都很便捷舒适。但酒店主层的地毯质量非常差会掉毛，走路的时候红色的毛不停的粘到你的鞋底很难清理。

千万别来这家酒店，垃圾中的垃圾，两个水池全是堵的，给前台打电话说明情况后他们保证派人上维修查看，结果近2个小时没有人理会，在第二通电话的催促下才姗姗来迟。 维修工花费了近1个小时都没有使得情况有所好转。我宁愿多花点钱去选择其他酒店。 房间的灯饰是自动化但是是非常迟钝的，我们进来房间后花费了近20分钟来研究如何开关灯。浴室的地板也是非常的滑，防滑设计的一塌糊涂，导致我们洗完澡后滑倒在地上。总而言之，没有体验过这么糟糕的服务。真的是垃圾中的垃圾。

我来这个酒店好多次，近期在2022年到2024 年1月1号去跨年。 22年到23年的两次在这家赌场输了有20万一共，但是玩是正常的一切。每次我去都会给帮我安排酒店芬（芬） 500美金是我的一种礼貌。作为生活在美国的华人不管是生活的浮躁乏味还是生活的压力也好，喜欢去赌场找放松解压。我以赌博10多快20年。几乎都是输钱几乎没有赢过，但是我还是喜欢找这种放松的感觉。但是这次我在aria2024年去跨年，一月一号我就赢了3万6美金。准备把筹码换成现金不玩了，结果赌场工作人员不给我换。我很是不解，我不欠赌场一份钱为什么不让我换钱。我也不喜欢争论，不给换我就不换等到快回家了再换。然后我再次给500小费给fen 因为我赢钱了所以这次我一共给了她一千美金，以为她会为我服务。是我太天真了，每次她打电话叫我去玩我都很捧场。她只是想你过去给他们宰你的。吃饭安排我点了燕窝服务我们的服务员说有5个order 我说全部给我，因为我赢钱了想请我的家人吃点好的。过了一会说只有3个燕窝，我说没事就要三个。吃到最后没有燕窝，我就问服务员我的燕窝呢？她回答说没有，我很无语。也就算了，我不喜欢找任何人的麻烦即便是她们的服务很差。因为我是去度假开心的我不喜欢因为这点小事去影响我的心情。结果账单过来还收了我们3个燕窝的钱，我就问服务员为什么你不给我们燕窝还要收我几百美金的燕窝钱。然后服务员又说有燕窝就又给我们上了三个燕窝，就这样的黑服务我还是给她们300多美金的小费。这是我做人的本质其实说这么多这不是问题的关键。💥💥💥💥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️真正的问题来了，我赢的3万6筹码我就一直没有再去赌一直陪家人吃吃喝喝玩玩。到最后一天收拾行李就等几个小时去飞机场了，我就准备拿一万的筹码去玩两把就换钱回家了。结果我这一坐下来又赢了快一万，叫了杯水了。我自己就不知道自己在做什么了，把身上所有的筹码输完还把赌场里的信用4万用完。在短短不到一个小时的时间里。输完钱我老公和我兄弟带我去吃饭几个小时过后我们坐车去飞机场的路上我在问我自己发生了什么，为什么我会不受控制的把钱一万多一万多的压出去。回家我病在床上两天人很累，100%有人给我下药了。玩了快20年每次输钱比这个还多都只是认为自己运气不好才输，这一次教训了我。不是运气差输，她们根本就不会让你赢钱走。我希望看到我的经历的朋友们，远离赌博。我这次发生这样的事情在我身上对赌博是一点兴趣都没有了。🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥这个（fen）是没有人情味的，只想我过去送钱发生这种事情她根本不管。因为她们是同一条船上的人，每次我输钱我回来没有两个礼拜就会收到账单。芬也会发信息给我说我需要还多少，这次没有账单寄过来。芬也没有发信息给我该还多少，直接从我银行账户扣取我的钱。很多的不正常，她们从我账户上扣走两万美金被我发现后我立刻我我账户里的钱转走。fen恐吓说还钱一万8 不还的话会送上应该是法庭什么的。我说正好，我留这钱给我的律师赚都不会让她们像抢一样。远离赌博你们赢不了的，也不要再找这种地方放松。

一家如此高档的酒店却没有提供基本的饮用水，也没有标识收费，外面4块美金的fuji水，竟然收费24.75，小零食也是非常贵，结账多出200美金。上google才发现很多人有同样的惨痛经历，非常坑的酒店。全球住过很多酒店，不管这种做法是不是拉斯维加斯的特色，这就是很不合理的做法，对不了解的游客非常不友好。aria无疑给我留下很深刻的印象，对的，很不好的印象。我会告诉我所有的朋友！

几年前来过，感觉特别好，这次来感觉很多设施都非常老旧，所有的东西收费都高了很多，人员服务就是和以前一样好，整体还是不错，不过下一次来我会选择新点的酒店。

亚里亚酒店是地处布拉格的一家挺漂亮的酒店，位置优越，步行到查尔斯桥，布拉格城堡，共产主义受害者纪念点和列侬墙都非常方便。员工热情友好，乐于助人，服务专业周到。早餐更是美味可口，还有免费的下午茶呢，棒极了。

开了总统套，去到主房间一个不小心锁在主房里，卡都在我这。打电话给前台求助。几分钟后保安全副武装到位，在确认ID无误之下协助开了门。非常快速也很热情，保安Chris墨西哥裔华人血统，夏威夷人，非常有素质且专业，感谢凯撒皇宫酒店！ 对了，总统套非常棒，有一个副间一个主卧，还有个大厅能看到凯撒广场全景。唯一不足就是设施有点旧，插头不够用，当然度假就不会用了这么多。如果你们预算充足可以考虑选择。我是用积分换的。一楼自助，二楼结婚，走古旧罗马风，高端大气上档次。 (Update 07/30/23) 临晨2点再一次被锁外面，刷卡进不去，到了楼下总台一问说是门没电了，保安会上来开门。结果等了半小时也没人来。这次的体验很差。

Not suitable for going out during the day when it is very hot! 凯撒酒店是拉斯维加斯主街上的另一个标识酒店，没有隔壁百丽宫大喷泉酒店有名，但是都是邻居很近，隔壁大喷泉是游客打卡的经典景点，音乐喷泉半个小时一次到午夜，尽量住靠喷泉景观一侧的房子，凯撒酒店住了有五年了，最早是因为有个大食堂，自助餐厅比较好吃，龙虾牛排随便吃，现在vip都要排队就懒得住了，换到新酒店那边，这里酒店设施都比较老旧，其实不是一家酒店，这条街上除了刚刚开业的几家酒店，其他的都很老旧，从所有客房走到出大堂必须经过人山人海烟熏火燎的赌场区域，如果是情侣或是单身都比较适合，但是有家庭带小盆友的不适合，服务几家那算是都比较差劲，尤其门口停车的服务生，一家比一家横，这边比百丽那边更凶悍，门口出租车都要等一小时待客停车要看vip卡，没有带或是手机图片都不行，必须收取超大皮卡100美金💲，估计都是每天看游客人来人往已经失去服务意识，看见外国面孔更是如此，直到拿出钻石卡，脸色算是好看一点，但是服务一般没有笑容，估计这几天45度高温热的，里面大厅人生百态，犹如过山车，这里大多数都是游客打卡的地方很多人都是抱着游戏心态玩游戏的！真的赌客都在专属区域！晚上不要错过隔壁O秀/水秀和门口的大喷泉！路上人来人往，太多人了！不适合白天出去很热！

这个宾馆的被子是两层单子中间加一层被芯，睡到一半全都乱了，里面没洗的被芯漏出来泛黄并且有红色的污渍。打电话给客房服务态度很差，并且让住客自己铺被套。

超级喜欢这家六星级酒店，装修豪华气派，在里面像到了迷宫一样，因为太大了，会迷路。美食、购物、娱乐样样俱全。特别喜欢它的剧场，曾经花$250看过Celine Dion的演唱会，感动到哭，真的是终生难忘的一次经历。

酒店房间很好 布局合理 便于使用，给五星好评。唯一遗憾的是淋雨洗澡的水温过低，不知道是不是在最远端的原因，水温低了 洗澡的体验很差，所以给了服务四星减的评价。 这个酒店有三个塔楼 相聚很远，准备入住时 务必先准确找到房间对应的塔楼，不然来回找两趟 会很耗损体力。

這塊地區里最好的酒店之一。辦理入住和離店手續都很方便快捷。酒店同意我們在午餐時間就辦理了入住並且離店手續辦得晚了點酒店方面也沒有額外收取費用。房間十分豪華還有張超大的毛絨大床。浴室是最棒的了，有電視，浴缸和獨立淋浴，水壓也很大，極好的。總的來說真是一個放鬆的好地方。

walk in的房价比在ihg官网上的价格便宜。优点，房间洗手间都很大，舒适，地理位置在中心，运河周围商场很多，购物方便，停车免费。缺点：从停车场到前台走很远，到房间也很远，房间没有咖啡壶，也没有茶包提供，矿泉水是fiji的，六刀一瓶。到楼下买咖啡排队的队伍很长。喜欢喝茶的朋友，请自带水壶和茶叶。

酒店分有两栋楼，只有靠拉斯大道边上这栋景观是最值得住的，必须25层以上才能欣赏到好拉斯大道，整体感觉不错👍这是第三次入住。整体房间装饰陈旧，而且卫生不够干净，床单被褥内有头发，床单起毛球还给客人用。

這是第一次入住大都會酒店，因為外表非常新穎，整體形象也是走時尚感，因此入住的時候特別期待了一下。但是內部裝潢除了大廳之外，樓層都有一種介在10年建築物的復古感，所以期望內部非常流行時尚的話，可能會有一點落差。不過服務部分感覺還是可以的，算是一個性價比相對合理的五星級酒店。

真的是非常堵车。。。中午从停车场出来花了我25分钟😡。。。当然了这个跟酒店无关，是他的地理位置的原因😂，什么都好除了堵车哈哈哈哈，fountain view的景观房非常好👍不知道定哪的话就定这吧，喷泉景观房！

有相当大的隐藏费用 网上订总额$310 到店以后另外附加费总共支付要$465 房间连一瓶免费的矿泉水都没有 也没有免费咖啡提供 绝不会再住第2次

This hotel is located all the way at the bottom end of the strip by the airport. It was super chill and quiet in the lobby compared to everywhere else I visited. We were graciously checked in well before our check in time and received a cute welcome amenity consisting of chocolates atop a cute vegas card. The room was perfect for my girl friend and me and all our belongings and the water pressure was amazing. The pool is a nice and welcoming area with good food, drinks, and the servers are very attentive. Only drawbacks were the unavailability of house cars, they only had one available it seems. We also had a hiccup with a room service order of ours that slipped through the cracks. 20 minutes after the promised delivery time, I inquired to ask about it and they hadn’t even started making it due to a glitch in their system and lack of communication from switching shifts. They did comp it and the food was delicious but it was unfortunate having to wait so long for a food order after being so hangry. I think it was worth it but a pullout couch would’ve been nice for the kids. The MB pools were great, didn’t go to the W pool. I do wish they provided floats though, there are so many left every day & I think they just resell them (for $35!). We went to CVS & got some for $6. They do have an inflation station, which was nice. Probably the only free thing, even coffee in the room was not included, which felt super cheap to me! I have never been to a hotel from a roadside motel to a luxury hotel that did not have free coffee. The best thing was the service though, I dropped part of an earring down the sink & called the “whatever, whenever” line. They sent maintenance right away. We have been invited from our friend who live in Vegas, they took us here south point. Our plan was stay by 2 days then back to San Francisco, but Casino is so fun😂😂😅😅….you know😂 then for now we have stayed here 6 days and played on the table almost whole day whole night only except the sleeping time. It was a nice experience at first 5 days. But some bad experience came from one rude and discriminator dealer.Anyway I don’t wanna talk this anymore cause Brendon has already give us a warmly and nice comfort. Thanks Brendon! We was worst upset and felt be insulted on the table, but now we decided would back again cause his outstanding responsiveness, sincerely and patient listening and stay impartial. Checking out the new Resort World, rather than the grand opening, I think it's more like a "soft opening". Just like many other people said, there are constructions around the property, and many spots are still empty for the shopping section. But I do like the food court, there are so many options to select from and they also have a live DJ! However...it's pretty pricey, most single items cost around $20. Passing by a cute little convenience storefront, it's actually a secret speakeasy bar - Ms. Meow, hope I can check it out next time! Also the location was great! Sadly on to the negatives.. I had multiple members of staff lie to me about the payments that would be taken. This left me with no money for food or drinks and made me have to go to the check in desk twice a day for my whole trip. I was out there for business so this made my trip far more stressful than it needed to be. Then on my day of checkout I was told I would have the payments I questioned refunded within 3-5 business days and if I wanted to speed it up I would have to contact my bank. So I tried to get hold of my bank who said it was the hotel that has to release it and they couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t have cared less if they made a mistake and fixed it but they didn’t, they lied to me about it and I had to do the running around to attempt to resolve the issue that had left me with no food or beverages. These are the reasons my review is only 2 stars. I would recommend if you want a comfortable bed and a nice room. I wouldn’t recommend if you want an easy stress free time. Unfortunately I would not visit again after this experience.

Longer version: The NoMad is a semi-boutique hotel situated in the top floors of the Park MGM Hotel towards the southern end of the Strip (across from NYNY, near the Aria and not too far from the Bellagio). The rooms and very, very nice, and sizable. Beds are quiet and comfortable, and the claw-foot tub in the main bedroom was a nice addition. The hotel (and the Park MGM) are both non-smoking, which is a huge plus compared to when we went to shows at the Bellagio and Venetian, which reeked of smoke. Check-in is easy (and, if you are driving up, separate from the check-in for the Park MGM). The decor of both the reception area, the hallways, and the rooms is very dark; I get the impression they're trying to create an ambience. Food options are somewhat limited; unless you leave the property you're limited to a small number of extremely expensive restaurants or places huddled around what they call "Eately", an Italian-themed semi-food-court. Food there is actually quite good, but it's also not cheap. When I go to a spa I want to be able to relax but there’s only a tiny co-ed area that is barely 10x10 pool that you have to share with everyone. That is the extent of the pools they have. I was surprised by how much I did not enjoy this spa, given the reputation and reviews. Upon entering, the staff was not in a good mood and seem uninterested in being there. The locker rooms were below average- band-aids in the shower, dirty floors, and little to no shampoo in a couple of the bays. There is little to no men's only amenities as almost everything was co-ed due to construction. The place was a madhouse, with extreme overcrowding, lots of noise/talking, a hot tub that was barely warm, steam room with no scent/aroma, and only ice water or tea as refreshments. Many other guests were surprised at the poor amenities as well. My massage was meh...not bad but not great and my therapist was several minutes late to get me from the waiting area. I cannot recommend this spa to anyone- there are far too many other options along the strip that provide better experiences at the same or lower cost.

Our room was large and comfortable, with a mini fridge (nice bonus in Vegas). The bathroom was great — two sinks, a makeup area, and a big shower with a bench and strong water pressure. There’s even an ABC Store right outside the hotel entrance for quick, inexpensive snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommend Circa if you want a fun, upscale, adult-only experience right in the middle of Fremont Street!

Checking was a breeze and we got checked in early. A few hours after settling into our very nice clean room I received a text asking if we needed anything. I said no. I forgot check out time and text the number and yes of course got an answer. I had a dilemma. My flight was at 6 check out at 10 I text the number to see if they could help and YES! Rooms were clean and very accommodating, however my Aunt was on the 24th floor and said there was loud construction going on at 8am. The front desk should have mentioned this on their Expedia ad. The front desk didn’t have a room to move her and the construction was Mon-Fri, but still a rude awakening after a long drive. The breakfast vouchers are terrible. It’s a wrapped up Jimmy Dean sandwich with your choice of ham or sausage, a pastry, one orange juice and a coffee/tea.
